- 0:01Speaker 1: Monday Night Football, Chicago hosting Philadelphia. Minus three and a
- 0:06Speaker 1: half of the Eagles money has poured in. On Chicago,
- 0:11Speaker 1: the total at 41.5. It started at 44.
- 0:15Speaker 2: How should you bet this game?
- 0:17Speaker 1: Are there money-making opportunities? We're going to take that apart
- 0:20Speaker 1: plus lots more. Welcome, everybody, to the best betting show ever.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I'm Lawrence Presman, Joe Ranieri, and Art DeCesar with us. And, Art,
- 0:28Speaker 1: I'm going right off the bat to you. We'll get
- 0:31Speaker 1: into what did we learn, sharp bets, parlays later. We
- 0:34Speaker 1: got a football game tonight. How should we bet it?
- 0:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, you mentioned it right off the rip. Obviously,
- 0:40Speaker 3: under money came in with a total of, you know,
- 0:43Speaker 3: around 43.5, 44. Now sitting at 41.5. Bear money came in,
- 0:47Speaker 3: and it's funny, too. That bear money came in when
- 0:50Speaker 3: people didn't know who the quarterback was going to be.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Was it going to be Keenum? Was it going to
- 0:53Speaker 3: be Tyson Badgett? So, you know, the team at home
- 0:59Speaker 3: getting points in Chicago, who people still believe in, despite
- 1:02Speaker 3: their Jekyll and Hyde game one and game two, You know,
- 1:06Speaker 3: people did not feel good about laying a big number
- 1:08Speaker 3: with the Eagles. And to me, anything over a field
- 1:11Speaker 3: goal on the road is a big number. So, you know,
- 1:14Speaker 3: that's why you saw the bear money. But sportsbooks, and
- 1:17Speaker 3: having done this a long time, probably still going to
- 1:19Speaker 3: be tied to the Eagles and a lot of money
- 1:21Speaker 3: line parlays that rolled over to Monday night. So they'll
- 1:24Speaker 3: probably have pretty good two-way action on the game and
- 1:26Speaker 3: maybe not that big of a decision.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Joe? What was the total originally in this game? What
- 1:33Speaker 2: was it, 44, 45?
- 1:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:36Speaker 2: The opening was 44.
- 1:37Speaker 1: It's now down to 41.
- 1:39Speaker 2: And I understand that, Joe.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I like the under in this game. I like it
- 1:43Speaker 1: almost enough to release it to my clients, but I
- 1:45Speaker 1: did not get there. It is as close to a bet.
- 1:49Speaker 1: that I don't make, if you will.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I'm passing, but.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I really do feel like the under is the right
- 1:56Speaker 1: side here. And I also like the Bears. They were
- 2:01Speaker 1: one of my circuit plays. I went two and two
- 2:03Speaker 1: in the circuit yesterday with the Bears to make it
- 2:05Speaker 1: three and two. So for me, it's the Bears and
- 2:08Speaker 1: the under. Joe, what do you like?
- 2:13Speaker 2: Case Canem is your quarterback.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Okay. Badgen cleared.
- 2:18Speaker 3: No, Badgett. Badgett, right? No.
- 2:20Speaker 2: No, it's not. No? Case Keenum is playing.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:24Speaker 4: So for what reason, I have no idea. But Badgen
- 2:27Speaker 4: cleared the concussion protocol, but he's not going to start.
- 2:30Speaker 4: Case Keenum, who hasn't played in a year and a half.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Is going to start. Okay. Yeah, I'm going to take Philadelphia. Philadelphia.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I can't, I can't trust a quarterback that has not
- 2:44Speaker 4: been on a playing field or much less a team
- 2:48Speaker 4: in the last couple of years, but somehow is going
- 2:50Speaker 4: to start a game on Monday night football against a
- 2:53Speaker 4: Vic Fangio defense.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Nope.
- 2:55Speaker 2: I'll take Philly.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Yeah. And I understand that Joe. I mean, it's why,
- 3:00Speaker 1: it's why I'm not releasing Chicago. You think it's going
- 3:04Speaker 1: to be a low scoring game or a high scoring game?
- 3:08Speaker 4: Could the defenses score like they seem to have done
- 3:11Speaker 4: all weekend long? Because that's the problem with the under
- 3:15Speaker 4: is that if you get special teams and defensive pick sixes,
- 3:20Speaker 4: which were very fashionable yesterday. And then it's going to
- 3:24Speaker 4: be close to what you got now at 41, 41
- 3:28Speaker 4: and a half. So I don't think it goes anywhere
- 3:31Speaker 4: from here, though, unless you think the over money comes in, Art,
- 3:35Speaker 4: before kick and we get to 42.
- 3:37Speaker 2: It's a pretty key number.
- 3:39Speaker 3: That's the only thing that could happen, Joe. Someone, some group,
- 3:42Speaker 3: some syndicate could push it up, you know, and they
- 3:45Speaker 3: could they could look.
- 3:45Speaker 2: For a middle. Right. You know, I mean, if they
- 3:48Speaker 2: got it for.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. If they got 44. And they could find
- 3:53Speaker 3: a book with 41. They'll be happy to ride that
- 3:57Speaker 3: three point.
- 3:58Speaker 2: All day long. Yeah.
- 3:59Speaker 1: With that said, there weren't a lot of 40 or
- 4:01Speaker 1: is out there for long. I don't think it's going
- 4:04Speaker 1: to be bad up. I think it'll actually be bad down.
- 4:07Speaker 1: If anything, I think ultimately the line is the line.
- 4:11Speaker 1: This is where we're going to end minus three and
- 4:13Speaker 1: a half of Philly and 41 and a half for
- 4:16Speaker 1: the total.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Um, Sharp bets, Art. What are you seeing early?
- 4:23Speaker 1: Do you have any baseball future sharp bets? We got
- 4:26Speaker 1: the playoffs in front of us. Hockey starts tomorrow. What
- 4:29Speaker 1: type of sharp bets are we looking at?
- 4:33Speaker 3: So I'm just going to mention a couple of baseball
- 4:35Speaker 3: ones because obviously we have NFL and college football. Look ahead.
- 4:38Speaker 3: We'll throw some things out there. And we'll talk plenty
- 4:41Speaker 3: more about all the baseball tomorrow. But just a couple
- 4:44Speaker 3: of interesting series prices that have seen some money. The
- 4:47Speaker 3: Red Sox took money and the Cubs took money. Those
- 4:50Speaker 3: are the two serious prices. Both are underdogs. Obviously, Red
- 4:53Speaker 3: Sox a bigger underdog than the Cubs. But both of
- 4:56Speaker 3: those teams took money at their plus prices.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Yeah. Joe, you're back.
- 5:05Speaker 4: I'm just laughing at some of these totals tomorrow. It's
- 5:07Speaker 4: going to be hilarious.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Six.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Six and a half. I mean, so it's basically.
- 5:14Speaker 3: And then the White Sox, eight and a half.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly. And then the White Sox are going to
- 5:18Speaker 4: close at nine. Like, this is unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. But yeah,
- 5:24Speaker 4: that's what happens when you don't finish 500 and you
- 5:27Speaker 4: make the postseason.
- 5:28Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I feel like over is across the board. We are
- 5:33Speaker 1: seeing some line moves now.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Right.
- 5:37Speaker 1: But I'm like, and I think overs are the right
- 5:39Speaker 1: play across the board. If you're going to give me
- 5:41Speaker 1: a six and a half in a baseball game, I'm
- 5:43Speaker 1: just going to keep playing the over on it.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Am I crazy here, Art? Do we even know who's
- 5:48Speaker 2: pitching for Philadelphia, Boston, or the Cubs? Do we have
- 5:51Speaker 2: any idea who's starting?
- 5:53Speaker 3: I haven't seen them announced, Joe, unless you have.
- 5:56Speaker 2: I have not.
- 5:57Speaker 4: I mean, I know Sale, King, and Schlittler outside of that.
- 6:01Speaker 4: And we're still putting six and a half, so.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Wheeler pitched yesterday, so it's not going to be Wheeler. Wow. Yep. Nope.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Now's a good time to jump in on a total.
- 6:14Speaker 1: We're going to talk baseball tomorrow, everybody.
- 6:18Speaker 2: We're going to take apart those games.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Do you want to do the MLB rundown tomorrow? Well,
- 6:23Speaker 1: you can't really, so.
- 6:25Speaker 2: We'll, we'll.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Talk MLB playoffs later on in the show. We got
- 6:28Speaker 1: a big show still guys. What did we learn early
- 6:30Speaker 1: in the day? We're going to do our NFL week
- 6:33Speaker 1: four moves, our college football week five moves. And of
- 6:36Speaker 1: course we'll end with our MLB playoff segment. Tomorrow is
- 6:40Speaker 1: the NHL. We'll be adding the NHL rundown like we
- 6:45Speaker 1: did last year to the end of the show. Huck
- 6:48Speaker 1: time starts tomorrow as well. I am, co-hosting with Carmine Bianco,
- 6:53Speaker 1: so check that out. It is live at 11 a.m.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Eastern.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Okay, boys, let's talk what did we learn yesterday. And,
- 7:04Speaker 1: you know, I mean... Are the Chargers as bad as
- 7:07Speaker 1: they are? Are the Bills a juggernaut with five turnovers
- 7:12Speaker 1: and still lay down the smackdown?
- 7:15Speaker 2: Where is Cleveland? How good are the Raiders? You know, Miami,
- 7:22Speaker 2: are they going.
- 7:23Speaker 1: To win a game?
- 7:25Speaker 2: There's a lot of questions here, Art.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Well, I think it's Buffalo and everybody else. That's what
- 7:32Speaker 3: I learned. If you can, they were like, I saw
- 7:35Speaker 3: that stat where they were like the third or fourth team,
- 7:38Speaker 3: like in the history of the NFL to play that
- 7:41Speaker 3: type of game with the turnovers and still win. I mean,
- 7:44Speaker 3: that's just impressive.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Yeah. And covered.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Cover and covered over a touchdown. It's not like they
- 7:50Speaker 3: covered three. So listen, obviously the Chargers are a mess.
- 7:54Speaker 3: The Texans are a mess. You mentioned the Raiders, obviously
- 7:57Speaker 3: around town, everyone's buzzing, but we're going to learn a
- 7:59Speaker 3: lot about the Raiders this week because they play the Chiefs,
- 8:02Speaker 3: even though they always play the Chiefs. kind of tough
- 8:04Speaker 3: even when they're bad. So, you know, obviously the Rams
- 8:09Speaker 3: have started one and two. We all thought this was
- 8:12Speaker 3: a team who might win 14, 15 games. You know,
- 8:15Speaker 3: they've had a weird start to their season. That was
- 8:16Speaker 3: a very good win by Denver last night. So once again,
- 8:20Speaker 3: for me, the big headline is Buffalo and everybody else.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Joe, Denver, I mean, who are they? Are they the
- 8:28Speaker 1: first half team, the second half team? They've done this
- 8:30Speaker 1: every game. Total inconsistency. Their defense played outstanding in the
- 8:36Speaker 1: second half. Who is this Denver team? Dallas. Is this
- 8:42Speaker 1: a play on team or a play against? They really
- 8:45Speaker 1: showed a lot of Moxie coming back, and then they
- 8:48Speaker 1: had a brain cramp at the end.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Dallas should have won the game, could have won the game.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Coaching was the big issue there, not necessarily anything else.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Why you don't?
- 9:02Speaker 4: You know, let the guy return the kick while you're
- 9:04Speaker 4: running plays with 10 seconds left on, on third and
- 9:07Speaker 4: goal from the five and not letting the clock run down.
- 9:10Speaker 4: I have no idea, uh, either which way, uh, they
- 9:14Speaker 4: lost that game and they lost that game because of
- 9:16Speaker 4: the final decisions in the last 60 seconds. That's all
- 9:19Speaker 4: on Schottenheimer and, uh, coaching there. Uh, Listen, you're going
- 9:23Speaker 4: to have games like the Bills had.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Congrats. I think that uniform had a lot to do
- 9:28Speaker 2: with it.
- 9:29Speaker 4: But it says way more about the Chargers than it
- 9:33Speaker 4: says about the Bills. The fact that you could own
- 9:36Speaker 4: a 5-1 turnover. And listen, Washington won the turnover battle
- 9:42Speaker 4: and won the game. The Chargers had a 5-1 turnover ratio.
- 9:46Speaker 2: And managed only.
- 9:47Speaker 4: 16 points in the game. It's, it's head scratching how
- 9:52Speaker 4: bad this team is. And it's not getting any better
- 9:55Speaker 4: by the way, anytime soon, they might not win a
- 9:58Speaker 4: game until what, the first game week 11. I mean,
- 10:03Speaker 4: this is a team that is going nowhere quickly. And
- 10:07Speaker 4: a lot of it has to do with the fact
- 10:09Speaker 4: that Herbert looks absolutely lost. And no, Miami is not
- 10:13Speaker 4: winning a game now that a Chan and blue is
- 10:16Speaker 4: ACL out.
- 10:16Speaker 2: He's done for the year. You know, it's the continue
- 10:20Speaker 2: to fail.
- 10:21Speaker 4: And I give them credit because the final score is
- 10:24Speaker 4: not indicative of how tough they played that Chiefs team.
- 10:27Speaker 4: But they are not winning more than two. I'm still
- 10:31Speaker 4: standing by they're not winning more than.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Two games this year, if at all. Yeah, I don't
- 10:37Speaker 2: think they win one.
- 10:40Speaker 1: And that's okay. They got Arch Manning coming. Speaking of
- 10:43Speaker 1: Arch Manning. hell of a football game in Texas. I
- 10:48Speaker 1: was on the under, that was my 5% play. I
- 10:51Speaker 1: did lose my 5% play on Sunday, Tampa Bay. We
- 10:57Speaker 1: had a kick return by Minnesota. We had a third
- 11:01Speaker 1: and eight 50 yard bomb by Minnesota. And then we
- 11:04Speaker 1: had a head scratching. Why the hell did Tampa Bay
- 11:08Speaker 1: play prevent defense on a third and 80 that gave Minnesota, Minnesota,
- 11:16Speaker 1: free field goal. That game was horrible. Let's talk about
- 11:20Speaker 1: Tampa Bay, Art. This team is bad. Bottom line, right?
- 11:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and Haker Mayfield, he got paid, and I know
- 11:32Speaker 3: it's not all his fault, but I don't know. He
- 11:35Speaker 3: just doesn't look like a top-tier quarterback. But we keep
- 11:38Speaker 3: saying it. They are 0-3, but the division... allows them
- 11:43Speaker 3: to still be in it because of their division.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't think they're going anywhere.
- 11:51Speaker 3: I don't either.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Speaking of their division, Joe, with me, I think you
- 11:56Speaker 1: were on the over in the Carolina Cleveland game. I
- 11:59Speaker 1: know I was, I went three and three for my
- 12:01Speaker 1: clients yesterday. And that was one of the losers. What
- 12:06Speaker 1: the hell happened to Carolina? Now they're 50 against Detroit.
- 12:10Speaker 1: they really, really struggled offensively. I mean, from start to finish,
- 12:15Speaker 1: they just could not find any rhythm.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:18Speaker 4: They were terrible yesterday. That whole game was awful yesterday.
- 12:22Speaker 4: I'm still trying to figure out how Cleveland doesn't kick
- 12:26Speaker 4: that field goal from fourth.
- 12:28Speaker 2: And what was it?
- 12:30Speaker 4: Fourth and one or two yards from about the 10
- 12:33Speaker 4: yard line. They could have made, would have forced Carolina to,
- 12:37Speaker 4: to actually have to go the length of the field
- 12:39Speaker 4: to score a touchdown. Instead, they give the ball back
- 12:42Speaker 4: to Carolina, and all they needed was a field goal
- 12:44Speaker 4: to tie. It was the most head-scratching move of the week.
- 12:48Speaker 4: But the injuries caught up. They got injuries in running backs.
- 12:51Speaker 4: All their wide receivers are hurt. So they were pretty
- 12:55Speaker 4: much a shell of their former self.
- 12:57Speaker 2: So.
- 12:58Speaker 4: you know, through two weeks, they were, he was averaging
- 13:01Speaker 4: 14 yards of throw. They were averaging, you know, 300
- 13:06Speaker 4: yards offense a game. They couldn't get out of their
- 13:08Speaker 4: own way yesterday, but there were a ton of points
- 13:12Speaker 4: left out on the field. They are in that game,
- 13:14Speaker 4: which is just indicative of both of those organizations. And
- 13:19Speaker 4: by the way, Minnesota won a game without running one
- 13:22Speaker 4: play in the red zone, not one.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Yeah. And that's a, Let's move on from that 5%
- 13:29Speaker 1: Tampa Bay loss. Guys, you're watching the best betting show ever.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Hit the like button.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Subscribe to our channel. Parlay of the day, boys. I'm
- 13:37Speaker 1: taking the under in tonight's football game. 41 and a half.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Art, where are you going?
- 13:43Speaker 3: DeAndre Swift, over 13 and a half receiving yards.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Joe?
- 13:48Speaker 4: Yeah, he's going to have a big opportunity. I'm going
- 13:52Speaker 4: to go Jalen Hurts anytime touchdown.
- 13:56Speaker 2: There you go.
- 13:57Speaker 1: And remember, I gave out that Jamar Gibbs plus 155
- 14:01Speaker 1: prop over 50 yards receiving.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Hit easily.
- 14:04Speaker 1: So, guys, there's another reason to watch this show. Okay, NFL, well, business-wise,
- 14:12Speaker 1: I'm passing tonight, guys. I got nothing going on. It
- 14:15Speaker 1: is $ 5 Tuesday tomorrow. I will have one NFL total up.
- 14:21Speaker 1: I already know what it is. I will have one
- 14:23Speaker 1: NHL total up for tomorrow to start the season. So
- 14:27Speaker 1: that's where I'm at for the NFL and NHL customer
- 14:32Speaker 1: appreciation Tuesday. And I likely will have a baseball play art.
- 14:36Speaker 2: What do you got?
- 14:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm just like you press I'm passing on tonight.
- 14:41Speaker 3: But I, you know, I am going to put up
- 14:43Speaker 3: on my free page at Deandre Swift prop. So, you know,
- 14:46Speaker 3: always check that stuff out. You see the breakdown there
- 14:49Speaker 3: and I'm with you press. I'm going to have an
- 14:50Speaker 3: NHL play. I'm going to have a baseball play up.
- 14:52Speaker 3: I'll have a college football total up all for $ 5 Tuesday. So,
- 14:55Speaker 3: As always, check out the page, WT.buzz.com. Perfect.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Joe, what do you got going?
- 15:01Speaker 4: I do have a Monday Night Football best bet up
- 15:05Speaker 4: at the page, and the baseball play.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Series, actually, will be up here shortly as well. There
- 15:14Speaker 2: you go. That is....
- 15:18Speaker 1: Our parlay of the day, our business, our sharp bets,
- 15:21Speaker 1: our Monday night football. Now we're going to get to
- 15:23Speaker 1: some NFL week four moves. And well, let's just stay
- 15:29Speaker 1: with the key numbers here, guys. So we got Pittsburgh
- 15:32Speaker 1: minus two and a half against Cleveland. We've got Indianapolis.
- 15:38Speaker 1: That looks like it's coming down. It's now, well, maybe
- 15:42Speaker 1: going up. It's minus three almost everywhere. Three and a
- 15:45Speaker 1: half at FanDuel. Six and a half for Buffalo. Three
- 15:49Speaker 1: for Chicago. Two and a half for Houston. Lots of
- 15:54Speaker 1: key numbers here. Two and a half with Cincinnati. The
- 15:58Speaker 1: Rams are minus two. We got Minnesota's coming down at
- 16:02Speaker 1: nine and a half at FanDuel against Miami. San Fran,
- 16:06Speaker 1: two and a half, threes on board against Denver. Six
- 16:10Speaker 1: and a half, seven with Seattle. Art, what are you seeing?
- 16:13Speaker 1: What are you hearing out there? Where are these numbers
- 16:15Speaker 1: going to end up?
- 16:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll just throw out a couple that I've seen,
- 16:19Speaker 3: a couple of the talks and information that I've gotten.
- 16:23Speaker 3: late last night and early this morning. Some totals. They
- 16:26Speaker 3: took under in the Bucs game, took under in the
- 16:28Speaker 3: Seattle game, took over in the Falcons game, and then Ravens,
- 16:33Speaker 3: who are a big favorite, 10, 10.5, they've now moved up.
- 16:36Speaker 3: And then you saw some Washington money come in at
- 16:39Speaker 3: plus 3.5.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Joe? Well, I mean, let's look at road favorites.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Green Bay is a road favorite against Tampa Bay at 3.5,
- 16:49Speaker 4: which is pretty funny there. And you got that kid,
- 16:54Speaker 4: Jalen Daniels there, the undrafted rookie out of Kansas, I'm
- 16:59Speaker 4: going to assume is going to be the quarterback for
- 17:01Speaker 4: Tampa Bay there.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:04Speaker 4: And which is, can't be much worse than, than what
- 17:07Speaker 4: we've gotten from Baker Mayfield at this point. But Green Bay,
- 17:11Speaker 4: I saw a five and a half yesterday and then
- 17:13Speaker 4: all of a sudden, you know, three and a half
- 17:16Speaker 4: is where it's sitting. Green Bay should be laying zero
- 17:19Speaker 4: points against anybody right now.
- 17:22Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Even the box on the road, no less. So, and
- 17:25Speaker 4: I think the Dallas Houston game is worth keeping an
- 17:28Speaker 4: eye on. Cause I'm not sure Houston is rattling off,
- 17:32Speaker 4: you know, 12 of 13. Now the rest of the way,
- 17:34Speaker 4: like they did last year to make the post season.
- 17:37Speaker 4: So Dallas defensively did enough to win that game on
- 17:41Speaker 4: the road, but Houston's offense is a absolute train wreck
- 17:45Speaker 4: right now.
- 17:45Speaker 2: And they're still laying two and a half points at all.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, you sit there and you say, how long?
- 17:51Speaker 1: I mean, when are you going to give up on
- 17:55Speaker 1: Cam Ward in Tennessee? When are you going to give up?
- 17:57Speaker 1: Not give up on Stroud, but I mean, I don't
- 17:59Speaker 1: know if he's going to end up being any type
- 18:01Speaker 1: of decent quarterback.
- 18:03Speaker 2: They offered him $ 50 million a.
- 18:04Speaker 4: Year before the season started, and he wanted $ 60 and
- 18:08Speaker 4: turned it down.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Yeah, he should get $ 6. Mm-hmm. Good luck. But you've got.
- 18:14Speaker 1: To remember, athletes only get paid for what they've done
- 18:18Speaker 1: in the past, according to Vlad. Vlad should be booed
- 18:25Speaker 1: by every fan in every stadium for the rest of
- 18:28Speaker 1: his damn career.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Okay, so college football. What did we learn?
- 18:33Speaker 1: We didn't really discuss college football. I want to just
- 18:36Speaker 1: throw two teams at you quick before we get into
- 18:38Speaker 1: the moves. What the hell happened to Michigan and Is
- 18:43Speaker 1: Oregon for real?
- 18:46Speaker 2: Joe? Oregon is.
- 18:49Speaker 4: I mean, Dylan Raiola, right place, right time. Everyone was
- 18:53Speaker 4: a little confused as to why he went from Nebraska
- 18:55Speaker 4: to be a backup at Oregon, but I think you're
- 18:58Speaker 4: seeing why there, because that's... You know, they've got a
- 19:03Speaker 4: little fire to play with. Listen, Oregon was always not
- 19:06Speaker 4: short of any talent.
- 19:07Speaker 2: We knew that.
- 19:08Speaker 4: And Raiola, more than capable of stepping up there, though
- 19:12Speaker 4: USC is done. It's going to be very interesting what's
- 19:17Speaker 4: going to happen in the SEC moving forward because you
- 19:19Speaker 4: had Florida is the real deal. You've got Alabama seems
- 19:24Speaker 4: to finally be figuring it out. That's a huge game
- 19:28Speaker 4: coming up against Mississippi State. uh and um and alabama
- 19:32Speaker 4: you've got florida taking on missouri who seems to have
- 19:35Speaker 4: a quarterback at austin simmons that can play with anybody
- 19:39Speaker 4: here and iowa suddenly is a player in the big
- 19:41Speaker 4: 10 when i think their win total was seven games
- 19:45Speaker 4: seven and a half games every year kurt forenz and
- 19:47Speaker 4: company once again uh they have some interesting games coming up,
- 19:53Speaker 4: but just like that, the Big Ten, Indiana didn't look impressive.
- 19:58Speaker 4: Ohio State's going to be tested this week on the road.
- 20:01Speaker 4: This is a pretty important week five coming up for sure.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Yeah, that's for sure.
- 20:08Speaker 4: And Texas is not a number one team. I don't
- 20:11Speaker 4: care what the number says.
- 20:12Speaker 2: I think Georgia. I was saying this to a friend
- 20:15Speaker 2: of mine. I think Georgia.
- 20:15Speaker 4: Nobody's talking about them. Nobody's talking about Georgia. It's amazing.
- 20:20Speaker 1: You give me Georgia as minus two and a half
- 20:25Speaker 1: in Texas, I'm all over Georgia. You give me Georgia
- 20:29Speaker 1: minus six and a half at home against Texas, I'm.
- 20:32Speaker 2: All over Georgia. Texas is a mess. Yeah, what do
- 20:36Speaker 2: you think?
- 20:36Speaker 3: Yeah, listen, to quote Danny Green, Michigan is who we
- 20:41Speaker 3: thought they were. They're frauds. Oregon, we mentioned this on
- 20:46Speaker 3: the show all week. That Oregon number, laying that number
- 20:49Speaker 3: on the road, and then it even going up further,
- 20:52Speaker 3: showed you how they're still respected by bookmakers and their
- 20:55Speaker 3: power rating is still high. USC has no defense. They
- 20:58Speaker 3: never do. I'm with Joe. Florida's real. Their running back's real. Um,
- 21:03Speaker 3: obviously they're going to have to go through the gauntlet
- 21:05Speaker 3: of the sec and they caught Ole Miss in a
- 21:07Speaker 3: letdown spot having just played LSU Texas, who is quote
- 21:12Speaker 3: unquote number one. But if you look at their schedule,
- 21:14Speaker 3: their next five games, they play basically all top 10 teams.
- 21:17Speaker 3: So good luck there. You guys mentioned not only Georgia,
- 21:21Speaker 3: but Alabama's flying under the radar too. I think both
- 21:24Speaker 3: of them are flying under the radar. Obviously, Georgia really
- 21:26Speaker 3: hasn't played anyone. They played Oklahoma last week, and obviously
- 21:29Speaker 3: they stomped Oklahoma, who's really not that good. So, obviously,
- 21:32Speaker 3: there's still a lot to decide here. But, listen, once
- 21:35Speaker 3: we get into this conference play, every week in the SEC,
- 21:37Speaker 3: we're going to have top-ten matchups, so it's going to
- 21:40Speaker 3: be a lot of fun.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Guys, let's keep it going. MLB playoffs.
- 21:45Speaker 1: This one's yours.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Where are we going? It's just a matter of now
- 21:50Speaker 2: looking again.
- 21:51Speaker 4: Without knowing any starting pitching, the series prices, I think,
- 21:55Speaker 4: are extremely interesting as well because these are going to
- 21:59Speaker 4: adjust how much art as these games get played. I mean,
- 22:03Speaker 4: we're talking about best two out of three, right? For Boston,
- 22:06Speaker 4: the Yankees.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Go down the list here. And the biggest favorite I
- 22:10Speaker 2: see is.
- 22:11Speaker 4: The Yankees right now, even at minus one, but no
- 22:14Speaker 4: money has been coming towards them. Everything else is right
- 22:18Speaker 4: around the 130, 140 range for the favorites.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it is.
- 22:22Speaker 3: And you mentioned, obviously the Yankees, the biggest favorite on
- 22:24Speaker 3: the board, but as I mentioned in the sharp bets,
- 22:27Speaker 3: you know, the Boston money came in a plus one 40,
- 22:29Speaker 3: which to me is no shock. It's a short series.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Boston doesn't have the pitching the Yankees do, but Austin's
- 22:35Speaker 3: going to throw a lot of lefties out there, which
- 22:37Speaker 3: could really hurt the Yankees, especially with no judge. Listen,
- 22:42Speaker 3: I think all these series, I don't know. It's hard
- 22:45Speaker 3: to back Philly the way they kind of limped into
- 22:48Speaker 3: the post season here. So, you know, I'd lean Atlanta.
- 22:51Speaker 3: I would lean San Diego because they've been so hot. Obviously,
- 22:55Speaker 3: they have the home field advantage. And I don't like Houston,
- 22:58Speaker 3: so I would take a shot with the dog with
- 23:00Speaker 3: the White Sox. I think the White Sox have been
- 23:02Speaker 3: frisky all year. And, you know, I think they have
- 23:06Speaker 3: a shot, especially getting plus money.
- 23:08Speaker 4: I think you can take all the dogs and sleep
- 23:11Speaker 4: well at night in the first round and see what
- 23:14Speaker 4: happens here.
- 23:15Speaker 2: But this is where the predictive markets come into play, Prez.
- 23:18Speaker 3: Yes.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Because locking in a team at this point here at
- 23:22Speaker 4: this price, the markets are going to fluctuate in a big,
- 23:26Speaker 4: big way. And I don't see a whole lot separating
- 23:29Speaker 4: some of these teams here. So I think this is
- 23:32Speaker 4: a good opportunity to start logging in some dog prices.
- 23:35Speaker 2: And all they got to win is one.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Game, Art.
- 23:38Speaker 4: You know, they win and they win. The Cubs beat
- 23:43Speaker 4: the Padres or the Red Sox beat the Yankees. You're
- 23:48Speaker 4: buying the reprice there. You can get in and get
- 23:50Speaker 4: out and rather quickly here.
- 23:53Speaker 3: You can also do what we had talked about. I
- 23:55Speaker 3: want to say last week where you just look at
- 23:57Speaker 3: the brackets and you take a team to win the pennant.
- 24:00Speaker 3: And what you want to do in the American League
- 24:02Speaker 3: is you want to avoid the top, which is all
- 24:04Speaker 3: American League East teams. So you pick your bottom teams.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Who's it going to be? The White Sox, the Astros,
- 24:09Speaker 3: or Cleveland? And then you know one of those teams
- 24:11Speaker 3: is in the LCS, and then you can get out.
- 24:13Speaker 3: And you do the same thing in the NL, where
- 24:15Speaker 3: you avoid the Dodgers side, and you go to the
- 24:18Speaker 3: Brewers side, and you say, okay, who do I like
- 24:20Speaker 3: out of San Diego, Chicago, and Milwaukee? And you really
- 24:24Speaker 3: should say, who do you like out of Chicago and
- 24:27Speaker 3: San Diego? Because they could beat the Brewers. The Brewers
- 24:29Speaker 3: haven't improved anything in the postseason, and you get a
- 24:32Speaker 3: really nice price there.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Yep, I agree.
- 24:34Speaker 4: A lot of different ways to get involved here short
- 24:37Speaker 4: term and pay off here in a big way, President
- 24:41Speaker 4: of the Major League.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Yeah, and the playoffs have always been good to me.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I know they've been good for you, Joe. And Art,
- 24:51Speaker 1: this is your first baseball playoff selling pick, so good
- 24:54Speaker 1: luck with that, my friend. It is.
- 24:56Speaker 3: I appreciate it. I had a nice end to the
- 24:58Speaker 3: baseball season. I was 5-1 down the stretch.
- 24:59Speaker 2: Nice.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Let's continue the hot streak into the playoffs.
- 25:05Speaker 2: There we go, guys.
