- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, be it babe.

- 1:42[SPEAKER_01]: So today's episode is a little rant.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: My win of yours, mantra, and we are on our way for the weekend.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_01]: So at the time that I'm recording this, this is my rant.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_01]: This rant hopefully is outdated by the time you hear this, I'm recording this a farly for tour.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_01]: But my rant is that my lovely Darla, my beautiful cute Darla, my sweet sweet Darla, Darla's our new dog in case we didn't announce that here.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_01]: She wakes me up at night.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: She does.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_01]: I thought she'd sleep through the night.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: She does not.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: And no, she does not.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: She actually, she knows my alarm's going to off in ten minutes, and then she sets it off and for you, sending like, oh, yeah, they have a good internal clock.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to tell you right now, I get up at different times.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_01]: I get up at four, four, four, five, some mornings, five, 15, some mornings, five, three of the latest, but still somehow she always beats it.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: She does, and she is a big girl.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: So when she gets in the bed, you feel it, and then she takes up all this base, so I'm just gonna say, it's a good thing.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_01]: She's pretty.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_01]: She's beautiful.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_01]: She's really sweet.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: I know this too shall pass, but not perimenopausal ADHD trying to get sleep both those two things can lie with a puppy.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm feeling it, I'm feeling it, but my win is something you guys been hearing about all year actually.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: So throughout this year I've had different wins where I was being kind of secretive about the project that I was working on and recently I got to announce what the project was, so I have a teacher training program for new teachers or partially trained teachers and I'm
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: really really stoked about the response people have and how people are excited about it and all that stuff and we're at the date now it's filling it up every there's so much to do when you take on a beast of this size it's just so much to do but the thing that I'm the most excited nervous anxious about is
- 3:23[SPEAKER_01]: I've opened up the applications or our educators in the next few days if and not now because I know I just I'll have done the coaching the group call, the Q&A call and all that stuff and so we'll open up the applications and so this only people can apply or people who do it elevate so that I I know who I'm approving to teach I know how they are and other personalities I know.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_01]: all of it.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_01]: I know the journey, I know how they approach challenging situations.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_01]: I want to make sure, you know, I, you can't control everybody or everything, but I want to make sure that I can confidently say, I know the person is about to teach you.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: And so this is the next big step.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_01]: And the uplift teacher turning coming to fruition, right, if I have to have educators first.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: So my win is we've opened up applications.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: And so the next step is I just get to start approving people and talking with people.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: And the next time you hear wins will be about who have I accepted and the training program they're going to be going through, because I have to train them on how to deliver the curriculum that I created.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_01]: but you know, just to be at this stage in the process is awesome.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: It just feels okay.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's becoming more and more real.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just me.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: It could never one of this program to be about, just me.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: It is my thesis, it is my theories, it is my values, but it is
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: bigger than me, you know, it is bigger than the educators who will teach it to.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's just really about the students and the people that they're going to impact.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm super, super excited about it and just I'm just blessed.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_01]: So if you are wanting to have more information about up a lift, you are someone who's interested in me and applies instructor or you are partially trained instructor,
- 4:56[SPEAKER_01]: You can get on the wait list at xxll.co-u-w-u-w-s.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's xxll.co-u-w-s.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_01]: If you are a comprehensively trained teacher, and you want to study with me, then you want to elevate, but if you don't want to wait till 2028, or beyond,
- 5:12[SPEAKER_01]: You can actually bridge with one of my educators through up a lift, so it's my stuff, just with somebody else.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: So it just depends on your desired.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to be an educator up lift and you want to elevate, if you just want to go through it, because you want to bridge, then you can go through up lift.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have to wait and go to a local educator near you.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, that's great.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, this is a part where I show you when I was about to just give you a monitoring go on, but hello, Leslie, good to together.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_01]: This is from J.V.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_01]: Fitness.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: I got both of the haircut and I examined done off my to-do list this week.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: Good for you, I had LASICs 13 years ago, so I'm just so grateful that I'm out of the exam state.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure it's gonna come back into my life, but for right now, I'm doing pretty good, but I remember having that on my to-do list and having that Anna haircut in the same week, wait a slight, so thank you, see, wins can be as simple as getting your exam done.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: You guys, they don't have to be a huge project, but honestly, wins can be super, super small, wins can be that you actually just went to bed
- 6:13[SPEAKER_01]: the time you said you were going to go to bed with a massive wind.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: It's like you should get a ward for it.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, I'm so grateful for you.

- 6:25[SPEAKER_01]: And here's your mantra.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_01]: I embrace my imperfections with grace.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_01]: Well, we should say that a few times.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_01]: Embrace my imperfections with grace.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: I embrace my imperfections with grace.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_01]: That is a lot of rhyming.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_01]: I'm really grateful that we did that together.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_01]: And you guys, until next time, be it till you see it.
