West Carrollton City Council Member Mike Boyle is stepping down immediately after Tuesday’s meeting, citing a technical but unavoidable reason: he no longer lives within city limits, making him ineligible to serve. Appointed in February and elected to a full term in January, Boyle called his time on the council an honor and wished the city well.
