Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Good day, sister, good day. Oh are things well? At
- 0:11Speaker 1: the moment we are recording, I am in Saudi Daisy, Tennessee,
- 0:19Speaker 1: which is about thirty minutes thirty to forty minutes from Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- 0:24Speaker 2: So nice.
- 0:26Speaker 1: By the time this we leave today, so this evening,
- 0:29Speaker 1: So by the time this is.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Out, I will already be home.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Nice are you driving?
- 0:36Speaker 2: Oh no? Oh no, nice? They flew. So it's been
- 0:44Speaker 2: really good visit.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It's been nice to get away and enjoy a lot
- 0:50Speaker 1: of greenery.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Holy Holy, it's a lot of green. What have you
- 0:57Speaker 2: been up to?
- 1:00Speaker 3: You know? I was just thinking about that because when
- 1:02Speaker 3: we ask questions like that, what have you been up to?
- 1:04Speaker 3: It's like we could we go through a superficial thing,
- 1:07Speaker 3: and then it's like it's so much deeper than that.
- 1:08Speaker 3: And that's why it starts out always kind of yeah,
- 1:12Speaker 3: and that's to the other stuff. It's I feel like
- 1:15Speaker 3: there's so much going on, Like there's just so much.
- 1:19Speaker 3: I feel like I'm changing so much. I just noticed
- 1:22Speaker 3: that I don't have the same attachment to things that
- 1:25Speaker 3: I used to have. On attachment to things I've actually
- 1:28Speaker 3: gone through. We have a bunch of shot glasses because
- 1:32Speaker 3: this is part of a process too, right, it's recognizing
- 1:35Speaker 3: And I tell people, I wish that you could figure
- 1:37Speaker 3: it out, because I wish I could have figured it
- 1:39Speaker 3: out before the person passed away, right, Jim Drink, I
- 1:44Speaker 3: mean I've talked about that a lot of times. And
- 1:47Speaker 3: so what we used to go to places all the time,
- 1:50Speaker 3: and every time we went to a new place, or
- 1:52Speaker 3: anytime you'd ever gone to a new place, he'd pick
- 1:54Speaker 3: up a shot glass and it would be like New
- 1:56Speaker 3: York or Kentucky or where. All the places that he's
- 1:59Speaker 3: gone to, he's always grew up the shot glass. So
- 2:01Speaker 3: I have all these shot glasses, and for the longest time,
- 2:05Speaker 3: I was irritated by them. I didn't like that they
- 2:08Speaker 3: were even there. I remember even once before they had
- 2:11Speaker 3: been in boxes for a long time, and I remember
- 2:13Speaker 3: kicking the box like this is full shit. And I
- 2:16Speaker 3: think I know I broke some because hey, just a
- 2:18Speaker 3: few minutes ago, I found before I got online, and
- 2:20Speaker 3: I was like thankful that I found it because me
- 2:22Speaker 3: and the kids crawl around on this floor. I found
- 2:24Speaker 3: the shard of glass. Oh, because I had recently gone
- 2:28Speaker 3: through this box and stuff, and I'm noticing, like I
- 2:31Speaker 3: see when we went to you know and Sonata, I
- 2:34Speaker 3: see when we went to Catalina. I see when we
- 2:37Speaker 3: went to can Kin, Like I see all these places. Oh,
- 2:40Speaker 3: I eat all these places. I'm still selling them because
- 2:42Speaker 3: I I don't. I now get to see him from
- 2:46Speaker 3: a different perspective and know that this was his, These
- 2:50Speaker 3: were his, this was his memorabilia to go to each
- 2:52Speaker 3: place that was, that was his memories for that and
- 2:56Speaker 3: he's like, how could I have I did it? But
- 2:59Speaker 3: how could I I have with with the knowledge that
- 3:01Speaker 3: I have now, I couldn't do that because we evolve right, thankfully,
- 3:05Speaker 3: And it's too I guess for me because I was
- 3:07Speaker 3: always so a hard headed and I always figured I
- 3:09Speaker 3: knew exactly what I wanted. I I understand why I
- 3:13Speaker 3: had that behavior because I had to plow forward because
- 3:16Speaker 3: I I couldn't be so squashed that I couldn't become
- 3:20Speaker 3: the person that I meant to be. Right, it had
- 3:23Speaker 3: to be that way. But in order for me to
- 3:26Speaker 3: go through all that, it had to be his transition.
- 3:29Speaker 3: And now it's four years later and I'm able to
- 3:31Speaker 3: look at these shot glasses and have an understanding that
- 3:34Speaker 3: these were good memories for him and that's why he
- 3:36Speaker 3: was buying them. It wasn't. It had nothing to do
- 3:38Speaker 3: with the alcohol. It didn't, but I associated it with that.
- 3:42Speaker 3: So it's been a learning adventure really, and it's just knowing,
- 3:46Speaker 3: like even for massage. I've talked about massage a lot
- 3:49Speaker 3: of times about I've talked about leaving massage and everything
- 3:51Speaker 3: like that. And I'm at a place now that I
- 3:54Speaker 3: know spirits guiding me in a different place. But it's fine.
- 3:58Speaker 3: I'm good with where I'm at right now. It's not
- 3:59Speaker 3: a big ill. It's like I don't have an attachment
- 4:01Speaker 3: to it. Whether it continues or doesn't continue. I'm just
- 4:04Speaker 3: showing up and doing the work right because the more
- 4:07Speaker 3: that we just show up and do the things that
- 4:09Speaker 3: we're doing right now and we can be in a
- 4:11Speaker 3: space of joy, the more that Spirit's gonna show us.
- 4:14Speaker 3: And I'm getting information all the time, like I'm hearing
- 4:19Speaker 3: it before it even happens. Or my daughter was going
- 4:21Speaker 3: to leave last week and it's like I looked out
- 4:24Speaker 3: there and I said in my head, or her tires
- 4:27Speaker 3: sound flat, and then my mind starts like trying to
- 4:30Speaker 3: process how do I know what tires sound flat on gravel?
- 4:33Speaker 2: You know?
- 4:33Speaker 3: How would I know that? And then a few minutes
- 4:35Speaker 3: later she's calling me like, all these lights are gone
- 4:37Speaker 3: off in our vehicle and her tires flat. And then
- 4:39Speaker 3: Freeman has said, have her come back and we'll take
- 4:41Speaker 3: a look at it. Well, her tire was flat or low,
- 4:44Speaker 3: you know, and it may have been nothing besides getting
- 4:47Speaker 3: her on the highway. Right, if that's the stuff that's
- 4:49Speaker 3: been happening, I'll hear it just before or I'll see
- 4:52Speaker 3: it or all. And I know that we can all
- 4:55Speaker 3: do this stuff, but it's the only way you can
- 4:57Speaker 3: get there is by slowing down and tuning in. Yeah,
- 5:00Speaker 3: it's not about all this doing and doing and doing
- 5:02Speaker 3: all the time. It's about paying attention to this information
- 5:05Speaker 3: that's flowing to us all of the time.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I feel like that's a very good point that you
- 5:13Speaker 1: made about the shot classes, because I'm sure there's no
- 5:18Speaker 1: doubt there are so many people that needed to hear
- 5:20Speaker 1: that that those you know, some people might buy snow
- 5:25Speaker 1: globes or a T shirt or something, and his gym's
- 5:29Speaker 1: was a shot glass.
- 5:31Speaker 2: And in the way that you were at.
- 5:33Speaker 1: That time, you can see that, you can acknowledge that
- 5:38Speaker 1: you couldn't embrace that, and now, going on four years
- 5:42Speaker 1: after his passing that now you're looking at them and
- 5:46Speaker 1: realizing these these are memories for him, These were memories,
- 5:51Speaker 1: and these were these were moments that you guys got
- 5:53Speaker 1: to share together. For the most part, I would imagine
- 5:57Speaker 1: that that you were with him and you got to
- 6:02Speaker 1: have the experiences together, and that was that was his
- 6:06Speaker 1: way to remember those And so even myself, like I
- 6:12Speaker 1: needed to hear that too.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I'm we don't.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Collect a lot of souvenirs, but just having an opportunity
- 6:22Speaker 1: to see things differently and see through different eyes really,
- 6:28Speaker 1: so thank you for sharing that story, because I again,
- 6:31Speaker 1: I just think so many people probably need to hear
- 6:33Speaker 1: that and be able to just have a mindset shift
- 6:38Speaker 1: about things that may in the moment be very irritating
- 6:47Speaker 1: or frustrating or resentful, but we're only seeing it through
- 6:54Speaker 1: our eyes, our emotions, our mindset, and when we can
- 7:00Speaker 1: look at it just a little bit differently than it
- 7:02Speaker 1: softens and you get a different perspective. So and that's
- 7:06Speaker 1: not just about souvenirs or shot glasses. It's it's about
- 7:10Speaker 1: a lot of things, So thank you for sharing that.
- 7:15Speaker 2: I appreciate that you're welcome things.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Yeah, part of my processing what I've been gone is
- 7:29Speaker 1: just thinking about.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I have a family member who drink a lot of alcohol.
- 7:39Speaker 2: He's had a drinking problem for a while now and.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Is really after he retired. And we've had these conversations too,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and people who have had jobs for lots of years
- 7:55Speaker 1: and then.
- 7:55Speaker 2: They're not working anymore, and then.
- 7:59Speaker 1: They reach higher and then they don't They don't have purpose,
- 8:03Speaker 1: so to speak, They don't know what to do with themselves.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Their whole world changes, and him and his spouse.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Not getting along well.
- 8:13Speaker 1: He drank too much, and he drank and he took
- 8:15Speaker 1: some an ode on anxiety pills and fell and hit
- 8:19Speaker 1: his head and broke his arm. And he's innovated for over, say,
- 8:24Speaker 1: like sixteen days, and just the other day woke up
- 8:27Speaker 1: and they took the tube out and he just hadn't
- 8:32Speaker 1: been able to talk. So I don't know an update
- 8:34Speaker 1: other than that at this moment, but just processing all that,
- 8:38Speaker 1: like how do you how do you have those conversations
- 8:45Speaker 1: when somebody doesn't want to be here.
- 8:49Speaker 3: So you just love them. Yeah, I don't sure, we
- 8:52Speaker 3: don't have to. We don't have to have the conversations.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I don't think. We just said the best thing we
- 8:57Speaker 3: can do is send them lots of love. Honestly, that's
- 8:59Speaker 3: all that that's what we can do. What I see
- 9:02Speaker 3: in my mind's eye is you focusing on your heart
- 9:04Speaker 3: and this rainbow going from your hearts of their heart.
- 9:07Speaker 3: It's regardless of whatever their decisions are, because they've lost
- 9:11Speaker 3: what their purpose was. Right, they think they've lost it,
- 9:15Speaker 3: but it's only the death of an old for the
- 9:17Speaker 3: beginning of a new and obviously can't keep going forward
- 9:20Speaker 3: the way that he's going forward. Thus, just where they're
- 9:23Speaker 3: at right now, but still here, because there's more for
- 9:27Speaker 3: this person, but that's up to them to find. Right
- 9:30Speaker 3: it's for them to be in the space right now,
- 9:32Speaker 3: maybe not be able to speak so now that they
- 9:34Speaker 3: have to be in the space of being within. And
- 9:38Speaker 3: who knows what this person's experience in sixteen days, right,
- 9:42Speaker 3: My brother was induced in in coma god years and
- 9:45Speaker 3: years and years ago for like five days, and he
- 9:47Speaker 3: said he didn't even know he was in a coma.
- 9:50Speaker 3: He said he was going back. He was going to
- 9:52Speaker 3: Laughlin in Vegas with his friends and doing stuff the
- 9:55Speaker 3: whole time. So for and my voice starts getting all out.
- 9:59Speaker 3: But because they're still even though their physical vessel is
- 10:03Speaker 3: doing nothing, on this side, they're doing something. They're they're doing,
- 10:09Speaker 3: and I get all that, the emotion is just coming up.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I'm not sure why.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I think it's more the emotion on the fam, the
- 10:16Speaker 1: other family member.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Side, even though I haven't even talked to him or anything.
- 10:19Speaker 1: But yeah, this whole time, and even I told my mom,
- 10:23Speaker 1: which it was her brother, that you know, I said,
- 10:27Speaker 1: you just gotta love a mom, You just gotta love
- 10:29Speaker 1: just basically what you just said is.
- 10:31Speaker 2: What I have said.
- 10:31Speaker 1: And and when I go to bed at night, I
- 10:34Speaker 1: I think about him and I send him love and
- 10:37Speaker 1: just kept speaking this his spirit that whatever path you
- 10:42Speaker 1: are to take is is your choice, whether you stay
- 10:45Speaker 1: or you go, or whatever that looks like. So it'll
- 10:49Speaker 1: be interesting to see how this unfolds. Now he's awake,
- 10:56Speaker 1: So yeah, I mean it is, it's his journey and
- 10:59Speaker 1: however however that works out, it's totally but yes, I
- 11:04Speaker 1: agree with you, it's just love, send love. I told
- 11:08Speaker 1: my mom, is said that she was worried about it,
- 11:10Speaker 1: and all this I said, it's not going to do
- 11:13Speaker 1: any good to worry, and you're the one suffering, and
- 11:16Speaker 1: you're the one that's stress in your body out because.
- 11:18Speaker 2: You are worrying.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It says, just there's no benefit to that, So just
- 11:24Speaker 1: love them through it, them him, the family members.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Just that's the best.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Thing, I mean that I can see and know of
- 11:34Speaker 1: at this point in my life. And my belief system
- 11:36Speaker 1: is that love overpowers the worry and the fear and
- 11:40Speaker 1: the judgments and the criticism, So be a benefit. Don't
- 11:46Speaker 1: contribute to the fear of it.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Yeah, And I like that you run up judgment too,
- 11:51Speaker 3: because it's a lot of times it's mostly the judgment
- 11:53Speaker 3: of stealth. Yeah, that I find it's and you know,
- 11:56Speaker 3: thinking that we're supposed to do something different something. Recently,
- 12:00Speaker 3: Freeman and I were having a conversation and we were
- 12:03Speaker 3: talking about grief, and he said that grief has a
- 12:08Speaker 3: lot to do with a loss of control. So we
- 12:11Speaker 3: greeed because we have we've lost the control. Now. I
- 12:14Speaker 3: grieve because Jim passed and I didn't have control over it.
- 12:17Speaker 3: I didn't have control over it, and I didn't know
- 12:21Speaker 3: what to do with all these emotions, these feelings that
- 12:23Speaker 3: I had this whole time, that whole time, right, and
- 12:26Speaker 3: it's like I now, looking back, I don't I didn't
- 12:28Speaker 3: have the tools, and I think even at the time,
- 12:31Speaker 3: I was too much. I would I would say that
- 12:33Speaker 3: I was probably too much in a victim role for
- 12:35Speaker 3: me to even recognize those tools, to be quite honest
- 12:37Speaker 3: with you, because it wouldn't have made sense because I
- 12:39Speaker 3: would when when there would be what I would call
- 12:42Speaker 3: a situation happening like here we go again, you know,
- 12:46Speaker 3: uh it would be and that was the same attitude
- 12:48Speaker 3: that I had about things. And I know that I
- 12:50Speaker 3: was not beneficial for him, but those shot classes, those
- 12:53Speaker 3: were his experiences, right. Yeah, It's like I was expecting
- 12:57Speaker 3: him to fit exactly the way I wanted to in
- 12:59Speaker 3: my experiences when I didn't even know what I wanted anyways.
- 13:02Speaker 3: You know, it's I find it fascinating because even still
- 13:05Speaker 3: I'm looking at these things, but it's like I'm I'm recognizing, like,
- 13:09Speaker 3: follow your passion, and what does that look like. Well,
- 13:11Speaker 3: if it's collecting shot glasses, go team, you know that,
- 13:14Speaker 3: then do that because you may be collecting for somebody else,
- 13:18Speaker 3: for some memorabilia. And now I have such a good
- 13:20Speaker 3: feeling about him. I'm selling them, and I, well, I've
- 13:22Speaker 3: sold one so far, and I've got listed twenty two
- 13:25Speaker 3: and I have a whole disk full of them still
- 13:27Speaker 3: to keep listening, and I but I'm just going to
- 13:30Speaker 3: list them because it's like I don't have an attachment
- 13:32Speaker 3: to it anymore. I got to it's like kind of
- 13:36Speaker 3: like having a life review in a lot of ways.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I get to process this from a different way, and
- 13:41Speaker 3: I get to celebrate him. And now he's probably like
- 13:44Speaker 3: smacking his head, like finally you understand where I was
- 13:47Speaker 3: coming from because I was trying to fit everything in
- 13:50Speaker 3: my in my box.
- 13:52Speaker 2: You know.
- 13:52Speaker 3: We always talked about not living in the box, but
- 13:54Speaker 3: I was doing it. I was doing that and then
- 13:57Speaker 3: living in everybody else's box my whole life. Because it's
- 14:00Speaker 3: like I'm trying to figure out what do I really
- 14:02Speaker 3: look like beyond what I've looked at or judged someone
- 14:05Speaker 3: else and like and thought, ooh, I like that. I
- 14:07Speaker 3: like that. I like like who am I?
- 14:10Speaker 2: Who am I?
- 14:11Speaker 3: Underneath all this stuff? And will I ever really one
- 14:13Speaker 3: hundred percent know in this lifetime? I don't know, because
- 14:16Speaker 3: we learned so much from everybody around us. What's right
- 14:20Speaker 3: and what's wrong and what we should do and not
- 14:22Speaker 3: do that. It's like, who am I last night? I'm pondering.
- 14:27Speaker 3: I remember Jim and I had separated. I was living
- 14:30Speaker 3: with my parents, A grown ass woman was before I
- 14:33Speaker 3: went even went to massage. And I'm living with my
- 14:35Speaker 3: parents and I remember getting home and I'm like, worth
- 14:37Speaker 3: mom at and They're like, she's in the backyard. And
- 14:40Speaker 3: I look out the window and she's out there, happy
- 14:43Speaker 3: as could be, just dancing, listening to music. And I'm like, Mom,
- 14:48Speaker 3: get in the house. The people are going to see you.
- 14:51Speaker 3: And now I'm like, I want to be that person
- 14:53Speaker 3: that can be that free and feel that feel. The
- 14:57Speaker 3: music moved through my body so much that I can't
- 15:00Speaker 3: control it, and it because I've because I've controlled it
- 15:04Speaker 3: my whole life, right, I've restricted myself from feeling all
- 15:07Speaker 3: the things that I could be feeling in life. I
- 15:09Speaker 3: did it. It wasn't anybody else. I did it because
- 15:12Speaker 3: I didn't want to be seen, but I wanted to
- 15:14Speaker 3: be seen. I did it because I wanted to didn't
- 15:15Speaker 3: want to be hurt, but I wanted to be hurt.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Like all this duality within myself that kept myself stuck
- 15:21Speaker 3: this whole lifetime that I've had so far, and it's
- 15:23Speaker 3: for me to have this conversation right now for whoever's
- 15:26Speaker 3: listening right now.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Yeah, and I mean she was a great she was
- 15:31Speaker 1: demonstrating freedom, and you weren't. You weren't in a space
- 15:35Speaker 1: to to see.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Get you has in the house right now, You can't
- 15:41Speaker 3: be acting like that. You make it a fool like that.
- 15:46Speaker 3: And then perspective, right, and.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Then I want to go back to the shock classes
- 15:51Speaker 1: that if you were still carrying that energy of resentment
- 15:58Speaker 1: and anger and judgment, criticism of all the things, right
- 16:01Speaker 1: that those shotglasses most likely ain't nobody gonna want them
- 16:10Speaker 1: because of the energy that you've surrounded them with and.
- 16:14Speaker 2: To right.
- 16:14Speaker 1: So, but now that you're changing that perspective and changing
- 16:18Speaker 1: your energy about them and tapping into those amazing memories too,
- 16:23Speaker 1: that then they're more apt to move quicker.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Yeah. So it's no different in art right now. I
- 16:32Speaker 3: may not have created these things, so we've talked about that,
- 16:34Speaker 3: but I haven't created these, but I have now put
- 16:37Speaker 3: energy into and it's just like our Freeman calls them
- 16:39Speaker 3: are Indian lovestone. So any crystal that you have, you know,
- 16:42Speaker 3: you can put intentions into it, you can listen to
- 16:44Speaker 3: what everybody else does, or you can put whatever you
- 16:46Speaker 3: want into that and now you've activated it, or have
- 16:49Speaker 3: an expectation, or you can ask the crystal what it
- 16:51Speaker 3: wants to do. But I mean, there's just so many
- 16:53Speaker 3: different things, but these shot glasses, and so I'll go
- 16:56Speaker 3: back to the art. When you're creating art, if I'm in,
- 16:58Speaker 3: if I'm people of art for different reasons. They love
- 17:01Speaker 3: it for how it feels and maybe not even recognizing
- 17:04Speaker 3: that that's what's attracted to them to it. Anyways, if
- 17:07Speaker 3: someone's depressed and they can feel like someone's emotions and
- 17:09Speaker 3: that thing they're going to, they're going to gravitate towards it.
- 17:12Speaker 3: If someone's in a space of joy and they look
- 17:14Speaker 3: at something and it just gives them more joy, they're
- 17:17Speaker 3: more apt to buy, especially if they're in that energetic
- 17:19Speaker 3: space because they match with that energy. So it's like
- 17:22Speaker 3: it's really it's everything.
- 17:26Speaker 1: How many times have people stid there and they ask
- 17:30Speaker 1: what you see in this? And it's all different answers
- 17:32Speaker 1: because of where the people are with themselves and their
- 17:35Speaker 1: perspective of the art piece.
- 17:37Speaker 3: Absolutely, yeah, So it's fascinating, but it is. It goes
- 17:41Speaker 3: with homes and stuff like that too. So anybody's selling
- 17:44Speaker 3: the home, if you keep finding all the lack inside
- 17:46Speaker 3: that home, all the problems, then you're never going to
- 17:49Speaker 3: find anyone. But if you can sit for a minute
- 17:50Speaker 3: and look around and think, I had a lot of
- 17:53Speaker 3: fun with my family in the home, you know, And
- 17:57Speaker 3: then because because it's the same thing, it's nothing different
- 17:59Speaker 3: than the shot glass, it's it's another it's just bigger
- 18:03Speaker 3: than the shot glass. But it really isn't bigger, is it.
- 18:05Speaker 3: It's just energy energy, that's all.
- 18:09Speaker 1: It just Yeah, And I want to go back also
- 18:13Speaker 1: to what you were saying, is like things are coming
- 18:15Speaker 1: to so quickly and happening so fast that I've done
- 18:20Speaker 1: that this trip. It's been phenomenal. And I will think
- 18:24Speaker 1: something like simple thing like the TV's loud? Could you
- 18:32Speaker 1: turn it down? I think you could turn the TV down,
- 18:36Speaker 1: and no joke, within a couple of minutes, the volume
- 18:39Speaker 1: of the TV comes down because they reached for the
- 18:42Speaker 1: remote and turned it down. Or I'm kind of hungry,
- 18:48Speaker 1: I'd like a burger, And then next thing I know,
- 18:51Speaker 1: I people are, hey, you guys want to go.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Get a burger.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I mean, things have happened that fast this week that
- 18:58Speaker 1: I've been here, and and it's too I've slowed down.
- 19:02Speaker 1: I've slowed down, even though I have gotten some work done,
- 19:06Speaker 1: just kind of relaxing, like I'm looking at the view
- 19:08Speaker 1: out here and it's just green and grass and trees
- 19:11Speaker 1: and and I've seen cattle and ducks and chickens and
- 19:16Speaker 1: all and just taking it in and slowing down.
- 19:20Speaker 2: And the connection with the other.
- 19:22Speaker 1: People around me has been like I just sit there
- 19:26Speaker 1: in my if somebody was watching my face, they would
- 19:29Speaker 1: wonder what I was thinking, because my eyes and my
- 19:31Speaker 1: face like.
- 19:33Speaker 2: I just did that. But it's been a lot of
- 19:40Speaker 2: fun doing it. Not I mean, it's.
- 19:41Speaker 1: All been good stuff, so uh and but just yeah,
- 19:46Speaker 1: the fact how fast it's been happening is pretty amazing.
- 19:50Speaker 3: And it's because we're being like downloaded with all this stuff.
- 19:53Speaker 3: And then we have another solar was it a solar
- 19:57Speaker 3: eclipse or I think I don't remember that we have
- 20:01Speaker 3: coming up. I think they said Wednesday. We may not
- 20:02Speaker 3: even see it here. But it's like I've told people,
- 20:05Speaker 3: it's like it's an energy thing. It doesn't matter if
- 20:07Speaker 3: you're right in front of it, or wherever you're going
- 20:10Speaker 3: to receive energy. The Earth can't stop the energy because
- 20:14Speaker 3: it's energy, right, It's just gonna flow, it's gonna do
- 20:17Speaker 3: whatever it needs to do, and it's going to affect
- 20:19Speaker 3: us all. And I've noticed the differences, and it's like,
- 20:22Speaker 3: even yesterday was nine twenty nine, right, so it's like
- 20:25Speaker 3: it's for me, and I kept.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Seeing nine twenty nine.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Now, I don't know that anything happened differently with me yesterday.
- 20:32Speaker 3: But the thing is, I feel like there's an integration
- 20:34Speaker 3: period with anything that happens, so I may not necessarily
- 20:37Speaker 3: recognize it. Well, the week before, I was outside and
- 20:42Speaker 3: Freeman and I were outside there was a I could
- 20:44Speaker 3: see a storm on each side of us, and I'm
- 20:47Speaker 3: sitting there and all of a sudden, I saw this
- 20:49Speaker 3: flash of lights like I don't know, I don't know
- 20:53Speaker 3: if it was inside outside, And I looked over at Freeman.
- 20:55Speaker 3: I'm like, did you see that? And he was like no,
- 20:57Speaker 3: I was rubbing my eyes. I was like, okay, again,
- 21:02Speaker 3: you know, don't I don't know exactly what all that
- 21:04Speaker 3: stuff means. I just know that what I'm experiencing, and
- 21:07Speaker 3: the thing is, we get so caught up in all
- 21:08Speaker 3: this doing. It's a distraction. All of it is like
- 21:12Speaker 3: getting into and what are you gonna do? Because you're
- 21:14Speaker 3: in a job that has you do in a lot
- 21:16Speaker 3: of things, keeps your it's a very fulfilling schedule, right, Yeah,
- 21:22Speaker 3: So it's like, what what do you do in situations
- 21:25Speaker 3: like that where you can actually calm down enough. I
- 21:29Speaker 3: guess probably what I've been doing a lot of too,
- 21:32Speaker 3: is like pulling back myself and almost coming above myself
- 21:36Speaker 3: and witnessing how I'm behaving or how I'm acting or
- 21:40Speaker 3: isn't that I'll look at me and like, well, it's
- 21:42Speaker 3: that interesting that Bev's having in that experience right now,
- 21:45Speaker 3: Like where is this coming from? Beb? Like, because that's
- 21:48Speaker 3: because it's it's Bev's experience. It's Bev's experience that had
- 21:52Speaker 3: the lifetime from which I'm just now finding interesting that
- 21:57Speaker 3: from Nicki to Bev. Right, I was Nicki when I
- 21:59Speaker 3: was a kid. My family all called me nicky. I
- 22:02Speaker 3: don't know about my biological father's side, but I know
- 22:06Speaker 3: that my family, my mom's family all they all called
- 22:09Speaker 3: Nicky until a certain point. So it's almost like having
- 22:12Speaker 3: two different experiences really because there's like so much I
- 22:18Speaker 3: don't know. Like I was talking about my biological father,
- 22:21Speaker 3: I don't have an attachment to him. We've been talking
- 22:25Speaker 3: and you know, and I haven't actually talked to him
- 22:27Speaker 3: for a couple of months now, but we had been talking,
- 22:29Speaker 3: and it's like, but I don't have any I don't
- 22:32Speaker 3: have any angst. I don't remember ever being bothered that
- 22:35Speaker 3: he wasn't in my life anymore, because he really wasn't
- 22:39Speaker 3: for for most of the most of the time, and
- 22:41Speaker 3: maybe because he was gone because he was over in
- 22:44Speaker 3: Vietnam when I was a child, So those maybe those
- 22:47Speaker 3: first couple of years because he was in it for
- 22:49Speaker 3: four years, so maybe, you know, those four years made
- 22:52Speaker 3: a difference because I didn't have an attachment to it
- 22:54Speaker 3: as much as my sister did. So like when he
- 22:57Speaker 3: left to have the abandonment issues, and it's like, I
- 22:59Speaker 3: don't I don't have a feeling towards this person. I
- 23:02Speaker 3: just remember seeing pictures. It's just I find all this
- 23:06Speaker 3: stuff fascinating. And of course, now, like I said, I
- 23:09Speaker 3: was nicky back then, so maybe I don't even know
- 23:12Speaker 3: we were around this family back then. I don't even know.
- 23:14Speaker 3: I don't even I don't remember. I don't. I just
- 23:16Speaker 3: don't remember that stuff, and it's fine. So then I'll
- 23:19Speaker 3: find the memories that are good, right, I'll find the
- 23:22Speaker 3: ones that writing with my mom and playing in the
- 23:24Speaker 3: wind and on a day we're coming from Havisu and
- 23:27Speaker 3: it's the middle of a heat stroke, like why were
- 23:29Speaker 3: we in habitsu mom? And we had no air conditioning
- 23:34Speaker 3: so we had the only error we had was just
- 23:36Speaker 3: flown through the windows. So it's like, it's just fascinating.
- 23:40Speaker 3: But it was still a good time because I was
- 23:41Speaker 3: hanging out with my mom and playing in the winds. Right,
- 23:43Speaker 3: So it's just life is It's interesting. It's interesting when
- 23:50Speaker 3: we don't put ourselves into such the attachment to everything
- 23:53Speaker 3: like that.
- 23:54Speaker 1: We see that when we take the pain and the
- 23:57Speaker 1: suffering out of the stories and we really just kind
- 23:59Speaker 1: of look at it from an observation point of view,
- 24:02Speaker 1: then it really does change.
- 24:05Speaker 2: It just changes.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Yeah, but we have, like you said, these attachments, and
- 24:11Speaker 1: it just amplifies a story that we've created a lot
- 24:16Speaker 1: of times. Most of the time we've created these stories
- 24:21Speaker 1: and then every time we think about that memory tigging
- 24:26Speaker 1: out amplifies and because we haven't changed our perspective and
- 24:30Speaker 1: we're still in the suffering of it.
- 24:31Speaker 2: And that's you know.
- 24:35Speaker 1: That's where the practice of freedom comes from, when you
- 24:38Speaker 1: can free yourself by changing your perspective. Right, we're just
- 24:42Speaker 1: coming back around to changing our perspective of how we're
- 24:46Speaker 1: seeing something, because really, a child doesn't have all the details.
- 24:50Speaker 1: They don't know the details. They don't know you know,
- 24:54Speaker 1: dad went off to Vietnam. He comes back, maybe he's
- 24:58Speaker 1: jacked up mentally in he don't know how to deal
- 25:01Speaker 1: with public or people or kids. And the best thing
- 25:04Speaker 1: for them to do is stay away because and I've
- 25:07Speaker 1: heard these stories before. We can go down this rabbit hole,
- 25:10Speaker 1: but we don't have time this morning. But that they
- 25:14Speaker 1: don't know how to function coming out of a military
- 25:17Speaker 1: situation where somebody's telling them what to do, when to do,
- 25:20Speaker 1: why to do every single moment of their life, and
- 25:23Speaker 1: then they come into the world and there's complete freedom
- 25:27Speaker 1: of time and they just don't know what to do.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Plus whatever they've experienced is impacts them mentally and emotionally,
- 25:35Speaker 1: and they don't know how to be around people. And
- 25:37Speaker 1: so there's just as a child, we conjure up these beliefs.
- 25:44Speaker 2: And then we get to be an adult.
- 25:46Speaker 1: And because we've been living with that story for so long,
- 25:49Speaker 1: we've amplified it and kept staying the suffering and the
- 25:52Speaker 1: pain of it, when really it's probably not what we
- 25:55Speaker 1: thought at all. And I know that to be true
- 25:57Speaker 1: for some of my stories that I was hanging on too.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Yeah, when you're saying that, I remember my mom and
- 26:05Speaker 3: my dad getting into a fight because they had rent
- 26:08Speaker 3: you or whatever, and he went out and bought a stereo.
- 26:10Speaker 3: But when you're saying that, I recognized, Well, he just
- 26:13Speaker 3: came from Vietnam. He's been there for four years. Any
- 26:15Speaker 3: money that he has, he's going to want to go do.
- 26:18Speaker 3: He's going to live life a little bit differently because
- 26:20Speaker 3: he's been so restricted or so confined to his space
- 26:24Speaker 3: with all these other people. Now he's got this freedom
- 26:26Speaker 3: to do the things that he wants, you know what,
- 26:27Speaker 3: I mean, to live life. Yeah, from that perspective, it's
- 26:31Speaker 3: like he came here just to live life. Even if
- 26:33Speaker 3: he was cheating on her, he came here. I mean seriously,
- 26:36Speaker 3: he came to live life after he's being faced with death.
- 26:39Speaker 3: So it's like nobody would have understood that. I'm getting
- 26:42Speaker 3: goosebumps when I'm saying this, so I know that the fits,
- 26:44Speaker 3: and it's like nobody would have had that understanding. And
- 26:46Speaker 3: now I've gained that understanding just having this conversation with you.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Do I know for sure that's where it came from. No,
- 26:52Speaker 3: I don't, but I'm getting goosebumps. So there's some confirmation
- 26:55Speaker 3: about some of that stuff in there. And it's like
- 26:58Speaker 3: I didn't have his experience now being the child, and
- 27:01Speaker 3: he's coming back into my experience, He's going to feel
- 27:03Speaker 3: totally different than that person that left four years ago.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Yeah, he's who knows what he thought over there and
- 27:10Speaker 1: that has really affected.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Him, right, Yeah, And we don't know, don't We don't
- 27:16Speaker 3: know what was seen in all that stuff. And to
- 27:18Speaker 3: have that understanding, doesn't that feel better? Like just to
- 27:22Speaker 3: have the understanding, doesn't that feel better than being on
- 27:24Speaker 3: the victim's side. Now I could take it in a
- 27:26Speaker 3: victim way and like, oh god, he probably saw all
- 27:28Speaker 3: these horrible things, and but it's not about that. It's
- 27:31Speaker 3: about he had an experience and and that's again someone
- 27:34Speaker 3: else in our experience, but not having an expectation for
- 27:38Speaker 3: them to behave a certain way and knowing that it
- 27:41Speaker 3: was all right for the small amount of time that
- 27:43Speaker 3: he was in my life, because that's there was nothing
- 27:47Speaker 3: to offer beyond that, maybe for my growth or whatever,
- 27:50Speaker 3: and not being my growth like I'm it, but at
- 27:53Speaker 3: that time, that just there was nothing to serve and
- 27:56Speaker 3: he needed to go serve himself. Honestly, he's been serving
- 28:00Speaker 3: military for you know, that amount of time he needed
- 28:02Speaker 3: it was time to serve self. And then and then
- 28:05Speaker 3: that goes back to the whole thing about really just
- 28:07Speaker 3: paying attention and slowing down, finding ways to slow down more.
- 28:11Speaker 3: It's not having an expectation of doing all these things,
- 28:16Speaker 3: being keeping busy all the time. I mean, I've got,
- 28:18Speaker 3: like I said, I've got a desk full of shot glasses,
- 28:21Speaker 3: but you know they'll be handled. It's just going to
- 28:24Speaker 3: be in a different time fragment. Before I would have
- 28:26Speaker 3: really been on my ass about it, really yeah, because
- 28:29Speaker 3: it's just it's it's would be overwhelming And how come
- 28:33Speaker 3: I didn't have it all done already? And I was
- 28:35Speaker 3: this perfectionist kind of person, and it's like it's it's unnecessary.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Now it's just unnecessary, but it was it was part
- 28:44Speaker 3: of my feel before, Right, how can I be the victim.
- 28:46Speaker 3: If I can't keep adding stuff onto the victim fire,
- 28:48Speaker 3: that's I mean, that's the way I look at it
- 28:50Speaker 3: a lot, because that's what it was.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, So.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Speaking to the audience, take a look at your stories,
- 28:59Speaker 1: take a look at your pain and suffering, and see
- 29:01Speaker 1: if you can look at it differently.
- 29:05Speaker 2: And maybe get that different.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Perspective to help you have some freedom from the pain
- 29:12Speaker 1: and suffering that you've been caring for so many years
- 29:15Speaker 1: and bring some ease into.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Your mind, your body, your heart.
- 29:22Speaker 1: And know that it doesn't matter if you have the
- 29:27Speaker 1: experience directly, even as an adult, you still don't know
- 29:30Speaker 1: all the details because you don't know what the other
- 29:35Speaker 1: person involved is living with and believing and programmed and
- 29:40Speaker 1: all the things. So we truly never have all the
- 29:43Speaker 1: details of a situation. So we just know from our
- 29:48Speaker 1: own perspective and our own stories and our own history
- 29:51Speaker 1: of how we feel about it. So take some time
- 29:55Speaker 1: to go deeper. Like Bev said, you know, when we
- 29:57Speaker 1: look at something, there's actually more layers. There's there's a
- 30:01Speaker 1: deeper a depth to it that you just haven't taken
- 30:06Speaker 1: the time to.
- 30:08Speaker 2: Sift through.
- 30:11Speaker 3: And the more that you can let that go the
- 30:13Speaker 3: more that you can celebrate those shot classes, the more
- 30:16Speaker 3: that you can do all those things, it kind of
- 30:18Speaker 3: falls away and it's not the story anymore. Yeah, Yeah,
- 30:21Speaker 3: it's just not and that's that's a big deal. Then
- 30:24Speaker 3: you're not carrying that weight on the shoulders anymore like
- 30:26Speaker 3: you were. Yeah, and find a guide. I would say,
- 30:29Speaker 3: find a guide. If Amy's a guide, I'm a guide.
- 30:31Speaker 3: There's guides all around you all the time that's going
- 30:33Speaker 3: to have knowledge and information that's going to help change
- 30:36Speaker 3: your perspective and help you to see from you know,
- 30:39Speaker 3: from outside of yourself. And then witnessing that that's your story,
- 30:42Speaker 3: that was Bev's story, and Bev doesn't have to carry
- 30:45Speaker 3: that story anymore. Beth gets to be so much bigger.
- 30:48Speaker 3: It's it's no different than retiring from a job. You know,
- 30:51Speaker 3: you're retired from that job. And the thing is we're
- 30:53Speaker 3: always constantly growing, always, and when you stop growing, you're
- 30:57Speaker 3: just setting yourself up. When you become stagner and you
- 31:00Speaker 3: just stay one place and you stop growing, you don't
- 31:02Speaker 3: keep looking outside of yourself or I say looking outside
- 31:05Speaker 3: of yourself, listening to the guidance withinside of self to
- 31:08Speaker 3: guide you onto the next like you can find passions.
- 31:10Speaker 3: It doesn't matter how old you are. I've been listening
- 31:13Speaker 3: to Gaya Shanayah. She talks about all the things that
- 31:16Speaker 3: she can see and everything that she can do, and
- 31:18Speaker 3: she she's talking about, you know, we have certain time
- 31:23Speaker 3: frames or certain ages that things happened. She knew for
- 31:25Speaker 3: thirty three was for her, that was one of her
- 31:28Speaker 3: stages that something big was going to happen, and something
- 31:30Speaker 3: big happened. And you'll have to go find her story
- 31:32Speaker 3: to figure that out. But my point is, it doesn't
- 31:35Speaker 3: matter what age we are. It doesn't matter if you're
- 31:38Speaker 3: sixty five, eighty five, twelve, it doesn't matter. We're all
- 31:42Speaker 3: going It's like we've been just like you and I
- 31:45Speaker 3: right now, we've had these things that we're seeing right away.
- 31:47Speaker 3: We're being guided in because we've done things for ourselves
- 31:51Speaker 3: that have taken us more withinside of ourselves. We're being
- 31:55Speaker 3: guided because we're beneficial for the people that are around
- 31:58Speaker 3: us and the people that we come into contact. It's
- 32:01Speaker 3: happening all the time. It's very important. But all you
- 32:04Speaker 3: have to do is just be yourself and quit trying
- 32:07Speaker 3: to keep yourself so preoccupied with everything so you can't
- 32:11Speaker 3: know some of the merchants from childhood.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Yeah, awesome, great conversation. Thank you Bev for taking the
- 32:19Speaker 1: time this morning. I know you got to get off
- 32:21Speaker 1: into your next adventure and I as well. So my friends,
- 32:27Speaker 1: thanks for hanging out with us. We appreciate your time
- 32:29Speaker 1: and energy. Go back and listen because there are some
- 32:32Speaker 1: great tools and information that was shared. And also share
- 32:38Speaker 1: this content with your friends and family or co workers,
- 32:41Speaker 1: people you know that could benefit from it. Because we're
- 32:44Speaker 1: all here to help each other. That's why BEV and
- 32:46Speaker 1: I show up to do these videos. It's for us,
- 32:49Speaker 1: it's our own therapy session, but we also know it's
- 32:51Speaker 1: beneficial for others. So please either share the video, share
- 32:55Speaker 1: the audio, share the content, or just have the conversations
- 33:01Speaker 1: on your own. In any case, reach out and let
- 33:06Speaker 1: people know that these conversations are being had and they're
- 33:10Speaker 1: beneficial for anyone who's who's ready to hear it.
- 33:14Speaker 2: You find the words my friend I was.
- 33:20Speaker 3: I was just gonna say, we're tuners, So tune into
- 33:23Speaker 3: whatever you want to tune into. You want to tune
- 33:25Speaker 3: into the past, go ahead, you want to tune into
- 33:27Speaker 3: the future, go ahead, if you want to tune into
- 33:29Speaker 3: God the angels. You can do all that too, yeah.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Yeah, and ask for help.
- 33:35Speaker 3: Yeah and well to be asked for help and we'll
- 33:37Speaker 3: talk about it.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Yeah. Awesome.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Thank you for so much for hanging out with us.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Tea time with Amy and Bepp. We'll see you next time.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Thank you,
