- 0:48Speaker 3: person driving was bow legged. But I'm not going to
- 0:50Speaker 3: see their legs. I don't know. I needed to see

- 1:12Speaker 3: allowed to post them on social media.
- 1:14Speaker 5: I thought the same thing because I've seen one of
- 1:16Speaker 5: them that says like princess. Yeah, that's what I do

- 2:47Speaker 3: All right, use your name as your buzzer and then
- 2:53Speaker 3: give the answer. And just say the answer really fast,
- 2:56Speaker 3: because producer Blake cheats, cheats. I'll be question number one.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Tell the bus driver. Tell the bus driver we said, Hi, may.

- 3:55Speaker 3: you're going to Bencent ben.
- 3:57Speaker 8: My daughter is going to be so happy.
- 3:59Speaker 9: She's had me call every good morning.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Great Well, Congratulations, we're so glad you won.
- 4:04Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 4:05Speaker 1: There's three things you need to.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Know you with the elements, if your kids go to
- 4:10Speaker 3: Brent Elementary in Bibb County, it's gonna split into two
- 4:13Speaker 3: schools next year. The bib County Board of Education just
- 4:16Speaker 3: voted on Tuesday, so the split's going to happen next year.
- 4:19Speaker 3: The schools are going to be in the exact same
- 4:21Speaker 3: building and location, but it's just going to operate like
- 4:24Speaker 3: two different schools. So the Primary will be pre K
- 4:28Speaker 3: through second grade and then Brent Elementary will be third
- 4:31Speaker 3: through fourth grade. Time magazine just dropped their list of
- 4:34Speaker 3: one hundred most influential people of twenty twenty six, and
- 4:37Speaker 3: here are the people you would know. Luke Combs, Ben Stiller,
- 4:40Speaker 3: Hillary Duff, and Pope Leo the fourteenth. Everybody from the
- 4:45Speaker 3: list will be recognized at a gala on April twenty third,
- 4:48Speaker 3: hosted by Nicki Kleaisser, who is also one of those
- 4:51Speaker 3: people on the list. Luke Combs will also perform. Katie
- 4:55Speaker 3: Perry is now under investigation with the Ruby Rose allegations.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Have you dug into this lately?
- 5:01Speaker 4: I've seen a bit of it.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's so Ruby Rose accused Katy Perry online
- 5:07Speaker 3: of assaulting her at a nightclub in their twenties. They
- 5:09Speaker 3: are now in their forties. I cannot say the exact
- 5:13Speaker 3: thing she said because it is way too graphic for
- 5:15Speaker 3: the radio. So Katie Perry's rep denied the allegations. Rose
- 5:19Speaker 3: confirmed on social media that she had filed reports with
- 5:23Speaker 3: the police and said now she can no longer comment
- 5:26Speaker 3: publicly about the case. So now it has become an
- 5:29Speaker 3: active investigation, this is going to get I have a
- 5:32Speaker 3: feeling this is going to get really messy.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I don't think it's anywhere near done yet. I'm not true.
- 5:37Speaker 3: As we find out more, we will obviously keep you updated.
- 5:40Speaker 3: And that's three things you need to know more at
- 5:42Speaker 3: the Alabama Show dot com.
- 5:45Speaker 2: You're listening to the Alabama Show on demand.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Is the bug killer or the critter catcher in your house?
- 5:52Speaker 3: Call the show? Eight three three five oem bamma is
- 5:55Speaker 3: the number. Because my best friend told me a story
- 5:57Speaker 3: about her husband the other day being afraid to catch
- 5:59Speaker 3: a Liz Derek, Uh, you didn't know I was going
- 6:03Speaker 3: to call you. I wanted to hear your side of
- 6:05Speaker 3: this story. So your wife was telling me that there
- 6:10Speaker 3: was a lizard in the house, and your son came
- 6:12Speaker 3: running out of the bathroom because there was a lizard.
- 6:15Speaker 3: And then what happened, Well, he was kind.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Of highing from me.
- 6:17Speaker 9: He was under the shadow Curtis, so I couldn't really
- 6:20Speaker 9: seems time we got to speed.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Andrea said that you called your eight year old daughter
- 6:26Speaker 3: on FaceTime, who was at her grandmother's, to ask her
- 6:29Speaker 3: how to catch the lizard because you didn't want to
- 6:31Speaker 3: touch it.
- 6:32Speaker 7: Well, see, she was the exhaustion because I was scared.
- 6:34Speaker 6: I ain't wanted to take off running, so.
- 6:40Speaker 1: I got in it too.
- 6:41Speaker 7: I was I was into wet my goot Madison all
- 6:44Speaker 7: FaceTime and she's.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Like, oh, just grab him by the tail.
- 6:47Speaker 10: I answering, I don't want him to ruin.
- 6:49Speaker 11: I can't get it.
- 6:50Speaker 6: We got a bowl. She told me to go get.
- 6:52Speaker 1: A bull, so I got a bowl.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Okay. I put the bowl on top of.
- 6:57Speaker 8: His little tail man he kind of it's separated, and.
- 7:04Speaker 6: I sat to hurt the little thing it was.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Your wife said, you were screaming, and your daughter was
- 7:10Speaker 3: on FaceTime laughing her butt off because the lizard.
- 7:14Speaker 7: Started man like once she's a little tail drunk man.
- 7:17Speaker 7: He started going hey, and I was like, oh no.
- 7:24Speaker 10: It was back and it was crazy and his tail.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Was hell wheedling over there on the fourth man it
- 7:33Speaker 3: how'd you get the tail out? Do you ever pick
- 7:35Speaker 3: up the tail? Or do you wait for it to
- 7:37Speaker 3: quit wiggling?
- 7:38Speaker 6: Oh?
- 7:38Speaker 8: You know, I wouldn't got a room and swift it
- 7:41Speaker 8: was it sim wiggling when he threw it out the door.
- 7:44Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, that thing went with the whole time, so sol.
- 7:49Speaker 9: So what I did was I could the tail and
- 7:52Speaker 9: the lizard I'm right together, So like maybe he'll go
- 7:56Speaker 9: to neck back to it from man.
- 8:00Speaker 3: I don't think that's.
- 8:05Speaker 1: You know, but it's good to have a yeo that's
- 8:08Speaker 1: not scared of animals.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Thanks for sharing your story.
- 8:10Speaker 1: We're glad.
- 8:11Speaker 8: Yeah, we got a lot of lizards around the house
- 8:13Speaker 8: to me, so I hope that's the.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Only one, but I'm sure it's probably gonna be a
- 8:17Speaker 6: bunch of this.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Are you gonna use a bowl again? You're just gonna
- 8:21Speaker 3: pick it up and toss it.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Won't have to keep medicing at home.
- 8:31Speaker 2: You were listening to the Alabama shown if you missed it.
- 8:34Speaker 3: A second ago, we heard my best friend's husband tell
- 8:38Speaker 3: a story about trying to catch a lizard in the
- 8:41Speaker 3: house and not wanting to do it. And if your
- 8:45Speaker 3: husband's like this, call the show eight three three five,
- 8:47Speaker 3: om Bama. But now we've got his wife on the phone, Andrea,
- 8:51Speaker 3: we just talked to Derek and we got the lizard story.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Did you know that he put the tail outside with
- 8:59Speaker 3: the lizard thinking that it would reconnect to the tail. No,
- 9:04Speaker 3: but I'm not surprised. And he was trying to play
- 9:09Speaker 3: it off all cool, like he was not worried about
- 9:11Speaker 3: He goes, oh, it's just a little lizard.
- 9:14Speaker 11: Uh, huh, sure, it's just a little lizard.
- 9:17Speaker 3: While you're screaming like a girl, can you give us
- 9:19Speaker 3: your interpretation of the story.
- 9:22Speaker 11: So he called our eight year old daughter on FaceTime
- 9:27Speaker 11: to ask her, how do you capture a lizard?
- 9:31Speaker 3: Huh?
- 9:32Speaker 11: And so she's on the phone with him like she's
- 9:35Speaker 11: watching him, but he can't see her, and she is
- 9:39Speaker 11: dying laughing because her daddy is literally.
- 9:43Speaker 12: So she tells him, Okay, you're gonna have to get
- 9:45Speaker 12: in the bathtub because you're gonna need to get a
- 9:47Speaker 12: bowl and like sneak up on it because he wouldn't
- 9:51Speaker 12: catch it with his hands and put the bowl over
- 9:55Speaker 12: the top of it. He was complaining because if you
- 9:58Speaker 12: know Dereck, he.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Has to be perfect at all times.
- 10:01Speaker 12: And he was complaining that his socks were gonna get wet,
- 10:03Speaker 12: and she was like, just get in the shower here.
- 10:08Speaker 11: So he gets in the shower and he's like slowly
- 10:12Speaker 11: putting the bowl over the lizard.
- 10:14Speaker 3: And he drops the bowl onto the lizard, and you know,
- 10:17Speaker 3: like the lizards dropped their.
- 10:19Speaker 11: Tails like they just I don't know, I don't know how.
- 10:21Speaker 12: That's the weirdest thing ever, but they do.
- 10:23Speaker 11: And he puts the bowl down on top of the lizard,
- 10:26Speaker 11: and the lizard starts going crazy, but the tail is
- 10:29Speaker 11: outside of the bowl.
- 10:31Speaker 3: And he is screaming, so loading speak.
- 10:39Speaker 12: It's the dust can to the broom and he slides
- 10:42Speaker 12: the dustpan.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Up under the lizard. After he got the.
- 10:45Speaker 11: Lizard outside and let it go, like released it into
- 10:48Speaker 11: the wild, is what he said, he came back in
- 10:52Speaker 11: and stooped the tail up on the dustpan, and I guess,
- 10:55Speaker 11: I guess I did know he put it outside.
- 10:57Speaker 3: He thought he thought the lizard would back up to
- 10:59Speaker 3: the tail and reattached to it.
- 11:01Speaker 1: And that is not shocking.
- 11:03Speaker 3: What what was your daughter doing when he was screaming
- 11:06Speaker 3: when the tail came off dying.
- 11:08Speaker 11: Lapping, she thought it was absolutely hulurious because she would
- 11:11Speaker 11: have just picked that lizard up by the.
- 11:13Speaker 3: Tail and took it outside.
- 11:15Speaker 4: What was your other what was Jordan doing? Your son doing?
- 11:18Speaker 3: Whatever?
- 11:19Speaker 4: She's been a towel?
- 11:20Speaker 3: He was butt naked in a towel in my bed,
- 11:23Speaker 3: screaming from two doors down. He was in the bathroom
- 11:28Speaker 3: when he saw the lizard and came running out screaming
- 11:31Speaker 3: for his dad to come get the lizard. And his
- 11:33Speaker 3: dad was just as scared as he was.
- 11:36Speaker 11: Needless to say, the women in our house, we're the
- 11:39Speaker 11: ones that are going to protect everybody if anything happens,
- 11:42Speaker 11: because those two men.
- 11:43Speaker 3: That sounds about right. Call the show. If your husband's
- 11:46Speaker 3: like those eight three three five one Bama stun it's.
- 11:50Speaker 1: What the hell headlines?
- 11:51Speaker 3: What the hell are you talking about? On the Alabama Show,
- 11:56Speaker 3: a ninety one year old woman was found gaming in
- 11:58Speaker 3: her bedroom during a welfare chet.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Why you I respect this old lady more than you know,
- 12:04Speaker 5: producer Mike.
- 12:05Speaker 3: Our resident gamer listen to this though. A ninety one
- 12:08Speaker 3: year old woman who was enrolled in an Ruoka program
- 12:12Speaker 3: which does daily check in to people who enroll in it.
- 12:16Speaker 3: So she failed to answer the ru OKA, So then
- 12:20Speaker 3: they reached out to her daughter. Her daughter tried to call,
- 12:23Speaker 3: and more dispatchers kept trying to call. She wouldn't answer
- 12:26Speaker 3: her phone, so then they sent the police over to
- 12:28Speaker 3: do a welfare check. The cops knock on the door,
- 12:31Speaker 3: she didn't answer the door. The daughter gave her the
- 12:33Speaker 3: garage code, and so they went through the garage and
- 12:37Speaker 3: they found her in her bedroom playing video games. She
- 12:40Speaker 3: just didn't hear anybody. She was so into it. Ninety
- 12:43Speaker 3: one years old playing video games.
- 12:45Speaker 4: I'll relate to this old lady.

- 13:11Speaker 3: Starbucks beta app in chat GPT where you can ask
- 13:14Speaker 3: for suggestions on what to order based on your mood
- 13:16Speaker 3: or to match your outfit. So what you do when
- 13:19Speaker 3: you're in chat GPT type in at Starbucks to access it,
- 13:23Speaker 3: and then you ask stuff like at Starbucks, I want
- 13:25Speaker 3: something to start my morning, or at Starbucks, recommend a
- 13:28Speaker 3: drink that matches the vibe of my outfit. They did
- 13:31Speaker 3: this for fun, but they also said it'll help you
- 13:33Speaker 3: find your new favorites. But what's cool about it The
- 13:35Speaker 3: AI does have access to the secret menu and trending drinks,
- 13:40Speaker 3: so it can tell you stuff that you wouldn't think
- 13:41Speaker 3: to order. Do you watch American Pie on your rand?
- 13:45Speaker 4: Yes?
- 13:46Speaker 3: Shannon Elizabeth, the star from American Pie, has just joined
- 13:50Speaker 3: only fans.
- 13:51Speaker 4: The Hodge One.
- 13:52Speaker 3: She's fifty two years old. This was more than twenty
- 13:55Speaker 3: years ago she started American Pie. She says, I've spent
- 13:58Speaker 3: my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled
- 14:01Speaker 3: the narrative and outcome of my career. This is a
- 14:03Speaker 3: new or this new chapter is about changing that. She
- 14:06Speaker 3: also says, I really do think this is the future.
- 14:08Speaker 3: So if you want to go relive your American Pie days,
- 14:16Speaker 3: oh my gosh, that's three things you need to know

- 15:36Speaker 3: Thank you for listening to the Alabama Show. I'm Alabama
- 15:39Speaker 3: with producer Blake. What's going on?
- 15:41Speaker 5: So recently I moved into a new house near you,
- 15:45Speaker 5: I know, and so I was like thinking it might
- 15:49Speaker 5: be a little weird because it's an older lady's house
- 15:52Speaker 5: and it has the vibe, Oh.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I know your landlord. I went to high school
- 15:57Speaker 3: with the couple that owns the house and the grandmother
- 15:59Speaker 3: lived there.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Yeah, so it's like very old. It has a Catholic
- 16:03Speaker 5: vibe to it.
- 16:04Speaker 3: There's a bunch of rosaries and Catholic stuff everywhere.
- 16:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:07Speaker 5: So I get there and I'm my, is this place haunted?
- 16:10Speaker 5: As like a bit of a joke, and they go, no,
- 16:12Speaker 5: we don't think so. Little did I know? I would
- 16:16Speaker 5: be sleeping in my room and hear little footsteps every
- 16:20Speaker 5: night while I'm trying to.
- 16:22Speaker 3: Sleep, going like going down the hall.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Yes, up and down the hall at night.
- 16:26Speaker 3: Absolutely not.
- 16:28Speaker 5: I'll hear knocks on the door and I'll go check
- 16:30Speaker 5: the door, nothing like. And I'm talking about inside the house,
- 16:32Speaker 5: not outside the house, coming in like inside the house,
- 16:35Speaker 5: coming up the stairs. Freaky right, So last night I'm
- 16:40Speaker 5: about to call you at this point, it's eleven thirty
- 16:42Speaker 5: at night.
- 16:44Speaker 4: Answer, Oh, but hear me out?
- 16:45Speaker 10: Wait?

- 20:34Speaker 8: is in your house. It's falling through the walls, through
- 20:38Speaker 8: the sarewells. It's probably coming out and eating things.
- 20:42Speaker 5: Liz, what is slamming my doors at night and making
- 20:45Speaker 5: a loud gal sound.
- 20:47Speaker 4: That is not a rat.
- 20:49Speaker 8: I think that this is a giant rat and there

- 21:13Speaker 8: last year. I mean, especially in the middle of the
- 21:16Speaker 8: night when they're crawling over your head. You just you know,
- 21:20Speaker 8: it sounds a lot bigger than it is, but they
- 21:23Speaker 8: are probably there's an infestation or something.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Did you when you first heard this, did you think
- 21:29Speaker 3: your house was haunted? Or were you reasonable and immediately
- 21:33Speaker 3: went I've got her out in the house.

- 22:13Speaker 3: a ghost story known?
- 22:14Speaker 6: But for Blake, I'm going to say that he might
- 22:17Speaker 6: have a spirit attached to him.
- 22:19Speaker 3: I think so too. It's following him, it goes wherever
- 22:22Speaker 3: he goes. Dave, don't because he's been buying weird stuff
- 22:25Speaker 3: from the thrift store and it's stuck to something that
- 22:27Speaker 3: he has.
- 22:29Speaker 6: Don't do this, well, Blake, what you've got to do
- 22:31Speaker 6: is you've got to claim your space. You've got to
- 22:34Speaker 6: take oil and you have to bless the windows and
- 22:38Speaker 6: the seals, claiming the name of Jesus. You know this
- 22:43Speaker 6: is your spot and it's not there, and that they
- 22:45Speaker 6: need to go back.
- 22:46Speaker 3: I mean, well, he needs to do this to the
- 22:48Speaker 3: studio because if it's suck to him, that means it's
- 22:50Speaker 3: in here with us. Now, like do with this? Good

- 22:56Speaker 6: Well it's just as serious that auation at times, and
- 23:01Speaker 6: you know, laughing at it's fun, but it can be real.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Dave, thank you so much. Has this ever happened to
- 23:06Speaker 3: you or have you known somebody that this has happened
- 23:09Speaker 3: to you?
- 23:09Speaker 6: Yes, I've had it happen to me.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Is that what you did?

- 23:16Speaker 6: the name of Jesus, and that was it.
- 23:18Speaker 3: That was So we're on TikTok Live right now, and
- 23:20Speaker 3: one of our people in the life said, you're not wrong.
- 23:23Speaker 3: A bottle of anointing oil and authority is what we'll
- 23:26Speaker 3: do it exactly, Dave, thank you so much for Carl
- 23:29Speaker 3: and I appreciate you.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Bye bye, The Alabama Show on Demands Free on the iHeartRadio.
- 23:35Speaker 3: App Nate, Good morning, Are you calling about the ghost? Haunting?
- 23:38Speaker 3: Producer Blake.
- 23:39Speaker 7: Yes, I am calling about the ghost. I can help, Okay,
- 23:43Speaker 7: all right, So my hous'd not hunted. But I'm a witch,
- 23:46Speaker 7: a real life witch.
- 23:47Speaker 3: This is.
- 23:49Speaker 7: Okay, I'm a practiced for fourteen years now. So what
- 23:53Speaker 7: he needs to do is like try to talk to
- 23:56Speaker 7: whoever it is.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Her name is Marie. We just figured this out because
- 24:00Speaker 3: this landlord, the grandmother that lived in the house, was
- 24:02Speaker 3: in hospice and she just died a few weeks ago
- 24:05Speaker 3: and that's when the haunting started.
- 24:07Speaker 7: Okay, Yeah, when he needs to talk to Marie and
- 24:09Speaker 7: see what she might want, it's okay. They don't usually
- 24:12Speaker 7: hurt you usually, I trust me. On this. I've helped
- 24:18Speaker 7: others with this. Don't usually want to hurt you. They're
- 24:21Speaker 7: just trying to tell you something.
- 24:22Speaker 3: What are they trying to tell me? Today's trying to
- 24:24Speaker 3: tell you to clean the damn house.
- 24:27Speaker 7: I mean, I don't know what the house looks like
- 24:29Speaker 7: when that could be possible.
- 24:31Speaker 3: So what the house? A lot of her stuff has
- 24:34Speaker 3: been left in the house, and Producer Blake is using
- 24:37Speaker 3: the furniture and stuff that was in there, and she
- 24:40Speaker 3: had she was Catholic, and so there's a lot of
- 24:42Speaker 3: rosaries and like Catholic paintings of like Jesus and angels
- 24:47Speaker 3: and stuff and figurines everywhere.
- 24:49Speaker 7: Oh, she's still tat to it. I mean, if you
- 24:52Speaker 7: want to keep yourself, fine, but she's still tied to
- 24:56Speaker 7: it those things. Just be friends with it. That's aboat.
- 24:59Speaker 7: You got to go talk to be friends with her.
- 25:01Speaker 3: That's what I said today.
- 25:02Speaker 4: But what if it's a chameleon ghosts.
- 25:04Speaker 5: What if they're trying to make it seem like it's
- 25:05Speaker 5: Marie but it's a one You're.
- 25:07Speaker 7: Just you're hanging it's her, You got her stuff, it's her.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a grandma to live.
- 25:13Speaker 7: With her stuff in the afterlife.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Can he burn sage or anything in the house.
- 25:18Speaker 7: You can burn sage, you can burn park the sallow.
- 25:22Speaker 7: But the best thing to do is to talk to
- 25:24Speaker 7: her after like after what does she needs? And talk
- 25:28Speaker 7: to her?
- 25:28Speaker 3: Can I go over there and do that too?
- 25:31Speaker 7: You could if your attentions are good and yours are good. Yeah,
- 25:41Speaker 7: or you know what, No, you need to do it
- 25:43Speaker 7: yourself at your house. You need to do it. It'll
- 25:45Speaker 7: make them more powerful.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Brene, thank you. Now, when we get rid of Blake's ghost,
- 25:50Speaker 3: can you help me give me a spell to find
- 25:52Speaker 3: a man?
- 25:52Speaker 7: Actually? I sure can?
- 25:57Speaker 2: The Alabama Show on demand free on the Ice Art radio.
- 26:00Speaker 3: App Heather, good morning, are you calling about the ghost?
- 26:03Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm going to let him know he needs to
- 26:05Speaker 9: introduce himself to his house.
- 26:07Speaker 3: So we found out the grandma. It was a grandma
- 26:10Speaker 3: that lived there that just passed away. Her name is Marie.
- 26:13Speaker 3: So does he walk in and say, hey, Marie, I'm Blake,
- 26:16Speaker 3: leave me alone.
- 26:16Speaker 9: Well, not just Marie, like the house in general. Our
- 26:19Speaker 9: house is protect us. Like in New Orleans, you feel
- 26:22Speaker 9: like oz are on you, and that's because you're being protected.
- 26:26Speaker 9: So if he sees them, they want him to know
- 26:29Speaker 9: that they're there, So just come in and say, hey, house,
- 26:33Speaker 9: I'm Blake. I'm going to be living here, and introduce
- 26:37Speaker 9: himself to the house and see if things get any better,
- 26:39Speaker 9: Because to then, I'm a stranger just moved in their house.
- 26:42Speaker 3: Does he do it while he's inside the house or
- 26:45Speaker 3: does he stand in the front yard and look.
- 26:47Speaker 9: At the house inside?
- 26:49Speaker 3: Okay? Has this ever happened to you? Do you do
- 26:52Speaker 3: this every time he move into a new house.
- 26:54Speaker 9: I've actually just moved into my It was my dad's house,
- 26:57Speaker 9: and it was my grandparents house and they all passed
- 26:59Speaker 9: away that house. So it's very important to kind of
- 27:03Speaker 9: stay into with what you can't see, you know what
- 27:06Speaker 9: I'm saying.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Okay, thank you for your call.
