  wrecker, all that stuff now. Nikiba then tries to reach out to Ryan,

  see what's going on, and there's no there's no words. So really

  quickly, let's go back let's find out what's going on here. How do

  we get to the point to where they're not living together anymore. She's getting

  reached out to by her guy's wife. So they met, they liked each

  other, they decided to move in with each other. They're both divorces,

  and so she brings along her freezer, a couch, an xbox, and

  a TV. And those are the possessions that she's suing for, plus yes,

  plus some emotional damage for a total of fives. Get a little bit,

  just a little bit to get it all the way up there, the

  five thousand dollars. Now, when they lived together, they had a wonderful

  time. They liked each other, it was going great. And his time

  in Hawaii was up because he got kicked out of the military. They were

  being rushed out of the house. They had to make some decisions relatively quickly.

  The bailiff that at this point speaks up and says, that should have

  been a sign right there if the army didn't want him. Thank you,

  bailiffw you did it. So they have to make some quick decisions, and

  he says, uh, I'm gonna ship everything back to Saint Louis. She

  says, I'm going to go to South Carolina. We'll talk, will reconvene.

  It's all gonna be going conveniently. That's exactly right. She was under

  the impression they were still together when they left Hawaii. Classic she gets back

  to South Carolina, she starts to reach out to Ryan, Ryan, what's

  going on? How you doing? What's going on? And no a couple

  of going on and uh no responses not responding to his girlfriends, and the

  Kiva is starting to be confused about what's going on here. And at some

  point she gets a message from a woman named Bianca saying, Hey, you're

  you've been with a married man, You're a home wrecker, all this stuff.

  Okay, so let's talk to Ryan. Now, what's Ryan? What

  does Ryan got to say for himself? Well, Ryan does not dispute anything
• 5:56
  that is set aside from the fact that he has tried to get in contact

  with her, tell her about her stuff and all that stuff. Now,

  he says, when they were getting kicked out of the house, he had

  to make a decision. Am I going to ship her stuff separately to South

  Carolina? Or am I gonna ship everything together because it's cheaper. And he

  decided it was going to be significantly less expensive to ship everything together to Saint

  Louis, where he was going to live with his mom, so he was

  getting everything. Well, I'm sorry the stuff was getting shipped to his mom
• 6:33
  because that was the location that he picked for some reason. It's very confusing.

  At one point, he says his grandmother's house. At one point he
• 6:41
  says his mom's house. Very confused about where the stuff ended up. But
• 6:44
  at some point it ends up at his mom's house. In the basement.

  There's a freezer, a TV, a couch, an xbox, and mom

  says, hey, this stuff is taking up too much space. You got

  to get a storage unit for it. And he says at that point he

  re out to Nikiba and said, hey, your stuff is here, come

  and get it, and she never responded. Now this doesn't make a ton

  of sense to Mathis, because Nikiba says, I have tried to reach out
• 7:12
  repeatedly, where's my stuff, where's my stuff? No records are shared here,

  But he's like, it doesn't make any sense that you when you finally
• 7:19
  reach out to her and say, hey, come get your stuff, it's
• 7:23
  here, she doesn't respond. She clearly wants her stuff why would she not
• 7:27
  have responded to you when you say that? He doesn't really have a good
• 7:30
  answer for that. Now he's he Mathis then asks Ryan Ryan, was there

  any other contacts after that? And he says, that's between her and my
• 7:42
  wife, and Mathis then gives him a lecture about responsibility. He says,

  your wife shouldn't even be here. This is your fault. This is your

  responsibility. Cross Hey, they're loving it, they're cheering. He says,

  if I was ever in a scandal, I would tell my wife to stay

  at home, don't come up with me in front of the cameras. I

  don't want them to know what you look like. This is my fault,

  this is my responsibility. I'm gonna take responsibility for my actions. True,

  it's not her fault. Even if she reached out to her, that's not

  her fault. So great so. Nikiva then says, once she found out

  that this stuff was in storage from either Ryan or Bianco, we don't know

  who told her that it was gonna be in storage. She reached out repeatedly.

  Ryan never called back. Matthews is ready for his judgment. We don't

  have any phone records. He doesn't ask for him they both say they have

  records, but he doesn't asked for He's not giving Ryan a dome. I

  think we're clear about that. And part of me to be clear that twenty

  five hundred was for the storage unit, and also a little bit of emotional

  defamation of character. Angel is counter suing Karma Alita. You said nine hundred

  and fifty dollars. Angel is counter suing for twelve seventy five for furniture and

  defamation of character. And Judge Alex sits down, and you know his bailiff

  looks a little bit like a rip Steve Harvey. I don't know if you've

  seen him, Bald, big mustache. He goes, Okay, so let

  me get this tray. You guys are former best friends and roommates, and
• 11:56
  you're both suing each other, and you both say that the other one is

  a is a prostitute, and and they they both nod their heads and both

  do it for defamation of character. Yes, both, dude, of defamation

  character. And and Alex because this ought to be fun. And then we

  get a close up of the bailif who is nodding his head and rubbing his

  hands like this like doctor Evil, like he's like, oh yeah, it's

  this case deserves it. So let's start with Karmelita. I've been, he

  said, I've been. She said, I've been friends with her for thirteen

  years. And she used to be the dirty little girl in the neighborhood.

  Okay what and Alex, what do you mean She's like she was dirty?

  She was actually filthy. She wore the same clothes every day. So I

  made her my friend and started helping her dress better. That's what she says.

  At this point, Angel says, you're on her. I object,

  and Alex says you object. She says, yes, you're on her,

  and he says Okay, overruled, keep going Carmelita. And Carmelina is like,

  I cleaned her up, blah blah blah. And then and then she

  says, and she just she just was always dirty and blah blah blah.

  She was always doing the wrong things. And I cleaned her up and I

  made her my friend and I helped her. And he goes, Okay,

  Angel, what's your side of this? And Angel says, no, I'm

  from a military family. I knew her. I met her on a bus

  one day. And she's the dirty girl. She she's the dirty girl.

  That's what everybody called her. They called her the dirty girl. That's what

  they called her. And I made her my friend. And and Carmelida's over

  there like, no, you didn't, that's not true, and Alex is

  like all right, shots are fired. Both they both claim that the other

  was actually hygienically unclean. Yes, and Alex's like, shots fired, it's

  done. Let's move on. Let's go back to Carmelita. And she says,

  we were friends, but something was always wrong with her. She would

  leave you at the club drunk. She'd go in your pocketbook and steal your

  money when you were drunk, uh, And Alex was like, well,

  why do you hang out with you hang out with her? And Carmelida like,

  Cox, well, she had the car. She had the car,

  and that's why I was friends with her. And then they didn't get into

  it. They rented this place in an apartment complex. It was twelve eighty.

  They agreed to pay six forty each uh, and they paid it for

  the first month, and then after that it went downhill. They're like,

  everything was good for the first month and then it went downhill. And Alex

  was like, well, even prison's good for the first month. I don't

  know what that means, but he says it like he knows. Carmel Is

  like, she's a master manipulator. After the first month was over. She
• 14:33
  always wanted everything that I had. If I bought something, she wanted it.

  If I had a man, she wanted. She probably wants this bracelet

  right now because I got it on. That's what Carmelita says, holds up

  her hand bracelets on. It's a nice bracelet. Yeah, yeah, it

  looks fine. I guess angels so they're not not drew, not true.

  Carmeli Is like, well, she always wanted to compete with me if I

  had a man, she wanted him. And you know what, she had

  sex with my She had a baby by my first boyfriend. When we were

  in the apartment together. Alex was like, what, like you she had

  a kid by your and Angel's like, that's not true. She was like,

  well, he said, what happened? He said. Carmelita says,

  I knew they were fooling around. I knew they were sleeping together. So

  I said I was going to work, and then I just drove around the

  block. I came back in. I walk in and she's buck naked in

  the kitchen and Angel's like, whatever, I walk around naked all the time,

  right, And then I said, Angel, just tell me the truth.

  I'm not gonna be mad at you. I can get another man.

  I only have one room mate and one friend. And Angel said, according

  to Carmelita, I'm sorry I did have sex with him, but that's because

  he paid me six hundred dollars. That's the only reason I did it.

  If he had paid you six hundred dollars, you'd have had sex with him

  too. And I and then Carmelita says, I know that's not true because

  he probably only gave her like forty That's what she says. So we go

  to Angel. Angel says, I never messed around with any of her boyfriends

  because she doesn't have boyfriends. She's got a lot of guys that come over,

  and they're all coming over all the time. She didn't have a boyfriend.

  That's not true. And then Carmelita jumps in and it's just basically like,

  did you have sex with him? Did he give you six hundred dollars?

  Did you do that? Answer the judge's question, and Alex bangs the
• 16:15
  gavel. The bailiff has to go over and calm her down, and Alex
• 16:18
  says, look, you've got to claim here. You keep disobeying, you
• 16:21
  keep talking over me. I'm gonna dismiss you out of court and it's gonna
• 16:23
  be zero. It's gonna go for that. It's gonna be zero. So
• 16:26
  she shuts up. Uh, and she says do you are you? Because
• 16:30
  Angel basically is accused her of a lot of guys coming ever paying her for
• 16:33
  sex, and Alex says, do you have a job. She says,
• 16:36
  yes, I have a job. I sell hot dogs from a concession stand.
• 16:38
  Love it, And Angel goes no, you're on her. She has
• 16:41
  a hot dog cart and she wears booty shorts, short skirts, and she
• 16:47
  sells hot dogs and everyone around town calls her the dirty hot dog girl.

  Nobody wants to buy a hot dog from her. Okay, but but to
• 16:55
  be clear, she does run a hot dog like he has. So she

  doesn't work for anyone. She has a cart and good for her man.

  So Alex says, you live together for an entire month. You find out

  that she's at Carmelida. You find out Angel sleeping with your boyfriend. Why

  didn't you move out? At this point? And Carmelida says, I'm used

  to it. I'm used to her sleeping with all my boyfriends. And Alex

  says, how many boyfriends did you sleep with? Angel? And Angel looks

  at Carmelita and goes, how many did you have? So at this point,

  courtroom laughs. Everybody goes nuts. Angelina, I mean Angel, not

  I combined them Angela. Angel walks in doesn't. Angel doesn't realize she is

  copped to sleeping with all of Carmelita's boyfriends. She thinks she's grilling Carmelita on
• 17:53
  you don't have one boyfriend, you got a lot of boyfriends. She didn't

  realize that. She just basically said I slept with all of them. Uh.

  Alex was like, okay, so you slept with all of them,

  and she's like, no, no, no, I'm not slept with any
• 18:03
  of them. I've had a man for four years. And then Angel said

  she wasn't paying any bills, she didn't have a real job. I got

  a restraining on her order on her because I came in. They selling hot

  dogs is a real job. That's what you do. Like I like the

  hot dog sales. I'd love to tell you we get back to the hot

  dog salesman. We don't. But she said she got a restraining order on

  her roommate because she walked into her room and there was a note attached to
• 18:29
  her wall with a knife and and you're ready and the note says, ba,

  we don't get to hear what the note says, Oh, they leap
• 18:37
  it out. We don't get to hear the notes, not even a single
• 18:41
  word nothing. So I took her to court. And so Alex is like,
• 18:45
  you've tried to put a strain, restraining or on your roommate and took
• 18:49
  her to court and she's like, yeah, what happened in court? You
• 18:53
  guys went to court over this? Yes, what court? What happened in
• 18:57
  court? Carmelina goes, well, you're the only way she had a case
• 19:02
  was to tell the judge that her and I were lesbians. She told the
• 19:07
  judge that we shared a bed, we were in a relationship together, and
• 19:11
  then I got mad because she had sex with a guy. That's what she
• 19:15
  says. But why Angel then it mitts that she did that and admits then
• 19:21
  it wasn't true. She said, yeah, that's what I did in court.

  Wasn't true. No, it wasn't true. We weren't in a relationship.

  But why because she wanted to throw her in jail. According to Carmelita,

  she wanted to put her in jail for threatening her life with the note
• 19:36
  and the knife, so she made the story to do that is like why

  isn't a roommate doing that bad enough? Like why does it have to be

  or there's a lot of questions out here. So they moved in. They

  didn't pay any rent November December January. Angel left January the twenty third.

  Carmelita stayed, got evicted March eighteenth. They were supposed to go to rent
• 19:56
  court. They never showed up. No one paid anything. November December Janie

  February March. So Angel said, I finally moved out. Does Catalina what's

  her name? Car Carmelita? Does she have a job. Karmalida is the

  hot dog cart girl? Oh, what's the who's age? What is does

  Angel a job? We don't know that we're we've been the accusation has been

  made that prostitute is on the table. Yes, so Angel says, I

  finally moved out because she kept accusing me of doing things that she would do

  when she was drunk, like damage the apartment so she'd wake up and being

  really loud, and she she threw Hennessy bottles in the lobby, et cetera.

  Alex said, did you do that? Carmelita says no. Angel says

  yes, and I have a statement from the property manager saying that she did

  it. We get the property manager's statement. Before we get to read the

  statement, Carmelita goes her and the property manager of friends. I terminated the

  least after she took me to court and said that I was her gay lover
• 20:53
  and tried to get me arrested. I was found not guilty in that court
• 20:57
  of law, and so I terminated the least with her, even though she
• 21:00
  wasn't paying the rent and had moved out. We get to the statement the

  from the property manager. Property manager said there was a nose noise complaint.

  At one thirty in the morning. They go up, Karmelita answered the door,

  buck naked. That was one complaint. The second complaint is Carmelita got
• 21:17
  out of her car, walked to the lobby through a Hennessy bottle. The
• 21:21
  security guard asked her to pick it up. She refused. Alex says,
• 21:25
  Karmelita, is that true, and she says, that's almost true. He
• 21:29
  said, she said, I was drunk. I got out of the car.
• 21:33
  The Hennessy bottle fell and shattered everywhere. They asked me to pick it
• 21:36
  up. I can't pick up shattered glass. There's nothing, nothing to do
• 21:38
  about that. And of course I'm buck naked in the middle of the night.
• 21:41
  I'm sleeping. That's how I sleep, buck naked. Good morning,
• 21:44
  missus McLaren so. Uh so, then he goes h Alex goes, so,
• 21:52
  you're suing for some property and and things you bought, and you're suing
• 21:56
  for some things you bought. Does anybody have any receipts? And they both

  in unison go no. So then she Angel says, your honor, she

  was a prostitute, that's what she was. Carmelita says, no, I

  wasn't. They start getting into an Alex says, that's it. We're backing

  up. Wait, carmel they're saying, she's saying Carmelita is a project.

  They're both saying that each other. The other prostitute that was in the intro,

  yes, sorry, I'm you're good. So Carmelita is suing, I'm

  not used to this prostitution. There's a lot of prostitution going on. Uh,

  let's Alex tries to unpack this. Carmelita is suing for the following defamation

  of character because Angel told a judge that she was her lesbian lover and uh
• 22:38
  told the property manager that she was crazy. She's also suing for the following
• 22:44
  items hairspray, a vacuum, a broom, and a four rolls of toilet
• 22:49
  paper valued at eight dollars, to which Alex is like, that's the most
• 22:53
  expensive toilet paper known to mankind, and some clothes she has receipts for none
• 22:57
  of it. She never called the police for any of the stuff. Then
• 23:00
  she's also suing for two months of rent January. She's moved out January,
• 23:04
  got evicted March, so Angel left in January. She's suing her for her
• 23:08
  half of the rent for those two months that she was gone. Alex said,

  did you pay your half? She says, no, I did not

  pay my half. Now Angel is countersuing for a table, and Alex goes,

  and let me get this trade. It says that you guys split the
• 23:23
  table fifty to fifty when you bought it, but Angel, you took the

  Well, okay, so no one's getting anything. They should somehow both have

  both of these cases is ridiculous. It's a ridiculous thing, like who cares?

  What's some judge? And like the two things is a judge somewhere?

  Things said? Who cares what he thinks? And the landlord already thought you

  were crazy? Yeah, judge Alex says. He just gabbles down and says,

  he walks off. They should have had to pay him. Oh my goodness.
