A hundred Milwaukee teens got their first taste of democracy at Future Voters Fest — a mock election event designed to plant the seed of civic engagement before they even hit voting age. Organized by local groups like the League of Women Voters and Muskego Way Forward, the fourth annual fest included educational booths, trivia games, and even free backpacks for early attendees.
