- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to the Beyond Limits Podcast.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: We are talking about today five nervous system habits that make you magnetic.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: You guys loved the five nervous system habits that will make you a lot of money and build wealth.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: So I thought I would do one on the nervous system habits that make you magnetic.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: This is about the woman whose energy pulls in clients, money, men, miracles without force, because she's neurologically coded for inevitability, because that's really what it means.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: You are magnetic by nature.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: And this all comes down to your nervous system.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: And you would have seen the previous episode to this in terms of the energy that makes you magnetic.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: If you haven't listened to that one or watched it, go back and listen or watch that.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: But we are going to be taking that a level deeper in this one and going into the five habits because your nervous system is broadcasting a signal at all times.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: You are always, always broadcasting a signal.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: It's not like you are sometimes magnetic and sometimes not.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: The signal is always there.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: However, most women are unintentionally broadcasting a signal of urgency, fear of rejection, proving, or uncertainty.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: But when your nervous system holds power, right?
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Holds personal power without bracing, you become magnetic everywhere in your home, in conversations, in love, and when you're sitting on the couch, in when it looks like nothing is happening.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: You could go to the grocery store and you'll be magnetic because you're not magnetic from emotion, you're magnetic from personal power.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: So let's go ahead and dive into these five nervous system habits that will make you magnetic.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Okay, so habit number one: you don't chase reassurance when things feel uncertain.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: You don't feel silence just to feel safe.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: You don't explain yourself over and over.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: You don't panic when there's no instant reaction.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: You don't beg for reassurance.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: You don't chase responses, whether that's texts or energy or invitations or validation.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: You let things breathe because you trust your inner certainty more than the external response.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: And that's the biggest thing here.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: In order to do this, you have to trust your internal certainty more than that external response.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: So, what are some examples of this?
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: You say, I actually don't want to keep talking about that, right?
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: At dinner, right?
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: When you don't want to keep talking about something over worried that it's gonna get awkward.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: You express something important and you don't rush to explain it just because someone looks confused.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: You send a clear text of, you know, I'm not available for XYZ.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: And you don't follow it with emojis or over-apologizing to make it easier.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: You let silence after a vulnerable share instead of panicking and backpedaling and going into justifying.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: That's magnetic because it shows you're not broadcasting neediness, you're broadcasting emotional leadership.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: And that tells the world she's not trying to convince me, she already knows.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: And that's magnetic.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Habit number two is you don't shape shift to be liked.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: So if someone doesn't understand your past or doesn't understand what you're posting or your values, or someone gets reactive, you don't spiral into over-explaining or apologizing for your bigness, right?
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: You stay open, you don't shape shift or contort yourself to soothe any discomfort.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: Your nervous system doesn't make rejection mean collapse.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: And that's the frequency, right, of a woman who's leading, not managing.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: So, what are some examples of this?
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: You post something bold and don't pull it down just because it triggered someone.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: You're at dinner with family or with friends, and someone makes a passive aggressive comment.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: And instead of laughing it off and trying to keep the peace, right?
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: You set a boundary and stand up for yourself.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: You wear what feels like you, even if it feels too much.
- 5:05unknown: Right.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Even if it feels too much for, I don't know, staying at home or too much for that dinner.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: You just wear it, right?
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: You change your mind and you don't explain it in a three-paragraph essay.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: You're not afraid of being too much in love, right?
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: And so you let all of you there.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: This is actually something I was speaking with a client with, actually two clients with last week, in terms of being too much.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, they're like trying to buffer who they are to like don't show all parts of themselves and trying to like, oh, I'm trying to be magnetic.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: Like, how?
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: How is a woman who's hiding parts of themselves because they're afraid to be too much magnetic?
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: You stop managing other people's perception.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: And that's what makes you magnetic, is because you don't need to manage someone else's perception.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Habit number three is you stay regulated when things get better.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: And yes, I said when things get better.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: This one is huge.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: Most people think it's just about being regulated and not collapsing when there's challenges and spirals.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: And though that's true, there's an almost even bigger aspect, which is not collapsing in too much goodness.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: Most women regulate, right?
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Only when they're, you know, in a challenge or they're having a breakdown or there's a bit of a spiral or a wobble.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: Few know how to regulate when you're expanding through bliss, right?
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: When you can feel money flowing in faster than it ever has, your content's blowing up, you know, people love you.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: You're with the love of your life, and maybe you're getting married and having babies, or you're got a farm, you got a new puppy.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: Doesn't matter.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: More love, more intimacy, more peace, more of all of the things.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: And instead of tightening, right, you open up more.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: That's the habit you want to have.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: A life that feels so good, it's like, oh, I could contract or I could keep open and not self-sabotage the second joy or ease shows up.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: I can't tell you how many women I've worked with where they wanted ease.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: So then we brought in ease and joy, and then they felt guilty for the ease and joy of like, I'm thinking about one client in particular right now.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: She's like, so we just had 150K month, and like I didn't really do that much.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Like it wasn't really hard.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: I didn't have to struggle for it.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: I didn't have to suffer for it.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: I'm like, yeah, that is kind of the point.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: And that doesn't mean we don't have challenges, but notice where you are creating and dulling your magnetism because you're creating tension to push against.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: It's like you're creating your own suffering, right?
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: You don't just regulate when things are hard, you regulate so you can hold more good.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: That's rare.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: And rare is magnetic.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: So, what are some examples of this?
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: Someone pays you a compliment.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: This is a simple one, and you don't immediately downplay or change the subject.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: You wake up peaceful and you don't immediately rush to check your phone for something to do or something to fix.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: You let your partner be really like sweet with you and nice with you, and you receive it instead of trying to pick a fight, find what's off, or immediately like do something in return because you don't feel safe receiving that.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, that deles your magnetism.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: It shuts your magnetism off.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Or you even do a certain amount of tasks, but you don't fill the space with an endless to-do list out of guilt.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: You don't mistake joy for danger anymore.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: That allows goodness to stay, that makes you magnetic for more.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you're gonna shut it off.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: So, habit number four is you express without needing reaction.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: So you don't talk for validation, you don't post for approval, you don't parent or partner or show up waiting for an applause.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: You express because it's who you are.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: You don't need a reaction to feel regulated, right?
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: This is about true emotional independence.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: So you don't do anything to get attention, right?
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: You don't, even if outside, like with the relationships or if you're dating, you're not wearing an outfit to get attention.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: You're not like trying to do something at a bar or out to get attention.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: You do it because it's true.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: Or you wear a lipstick because it's true, or you post a thing because it's true, or you have that offer because it's true, or whatever it is.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: It's because it's true, not because you need attention.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: This is huge because most people or most women really, they do or speak, they watch for a reaction and then they adjust.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: And I want you to notice where you do that, where you do something, listen or watch her reaction, and then adjust your behavior in accordance.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: That dulls your magnetism.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And this is key because when you don't require validation to keep expressing yourself, because you're not expressing for approval, you're expressing from identity, from the truth of who you are.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: That's when people feel that frequency of, I don't know what it is, like I don't know why, but I just can't stop thinking about her, or I just want to be around her, or I want to, you know, join her programs or her offers, whatever it is.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: So, what are some examples of how this is going to show up?
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: Let's say you share your desire.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: Like, I'd love to, I'd love if we planned a weekend getaway soon, but you don't immediately shrink or dismiss it if your partner goes quiet, right?
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: You don't pre-reject yourself to avoid disappointment.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: Or you send a text of I'm thinking about you without overanalyzing if they'll reply in 10 minutes or three hours because you don't express yourself for a response.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: You express, you know, as your signal.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: And I want you to notice this.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: And this is, I say this because I used to do this, and this can be in business, this can be in personal relationships, it could even be in friendships.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: We're using expression as bait.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: We're really you're expressing to kind of bait for for something else in return.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: That's a powerful question.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: Another one is you let people see you fully, whether that's crying, whether that's being vulnerable, not to get a response, but just because you're no longer filtering what's real and what's comfortable.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: So you're no longer this performance monkey.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: And this goes for online your business.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: This also goes into different relationships, right?
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: Where you're contorting yourself to try to be this thing.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: That's not magnetic because you're not in your authenticity.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: You're performing this mask because you think you need to be that way.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: And this is important.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: I work with so many clients about this in terms of finding their power.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: Your power does not have to look like my level of power.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: I am very fiery, I'm very like direct.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: But I have clients who their power is like it's soft, but it's equally powerful.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: It just looks different.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: They like pastel colors and lights and and pinks, and it's more like fairy.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And I'm like dark, gold, moody.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: It's opposite.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: They're both perfect, but the most important thing is that it's authentic to each of us, and that's what makes it magnetic.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Another real life example of this is you share what you're proud of even if no one claps.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: You do things on your own, even if no one is watching.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: You make a decision on a new hair, a new brand, a new direction, a new style.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: But you don't get a poll, right, to get permission.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: Oh, what do you guys think?
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: Should I get this hairstyle?
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: Where you're looking for permission.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: Oh, what do you guys think?
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Should we do this?
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: There's no permission there.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: It's just you, right?
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: You trust your own decision even if no one agrees.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: If you wanted to move to the Sahara Desert tomorrow, you would just do it if it's true to you, regardless of how everyone else feels.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: You don't require agreement to stay thriving in your own lane.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: And that kind of stability, that kind of power, it draws people in.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: It is magnetic.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Magnetic people do not wait to be picked.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Magnetic people are thriving in their own lane.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: They don't require anything else to agree with them because they are solid within themselves.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: And that brings us to habit number five, which is you let space exist without trying to control it.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: So this is the habit of the woman who no longer overfunctions in order to avoid abandonment.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: You trust that absence does not mean rejection.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: You don't overfunction in friendships.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: You don't parent from panic, right?
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: You don't text back out of obligation.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: And that could be your mom, your friend, your it doesn't matter.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: You don't micromanage people into closeness, right?
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: Control is a stress response.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: Whether you're doing this in your personal life, in your business, doesn't matter.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: It's a stress response.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: It's checking, it's tracking, it's proving, right?
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: Instead, you train your nervous system to allow space without assigning fear to it.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: I want you to really be careful of this one, right?
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: Where you are assigning fear to space.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Because when you let space right between the stimulus and the response, right, and you allow that space to exist between the two, you don't micromanage who's watching, you don't beg the algorithm to cooperate, you don't do five different things hoping that's a thing that'll make it land, you become magnetic.
- 14:14unknown: Right.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: So what does this look like?
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: If your friend takes longer than usual to reply, you don't text again just to check in, right?
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: Or like your partner, your friend, it could be anyone.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: You stop reminding people to care about you.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: You just notice who already does.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: You give people space when they're quiet instead of poking to get a response out of discomfort.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: You change plans or skip an event without spiraling into guilt, right?
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: Because you don't need them to confirm you.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: That is the magnetism of someone who doesn't force.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: And that's what draws things in even faster.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: With all of these, it's important to see that your nervous system is always saying something.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: It's either saying, I'm not safe unless you respond, or I already know who I am and you are welcome to join me.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Magnetism isn't energy that you perform by being a little circus monkey and you know dancing around.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: It's a safety that lives in your body that doesn't need outside verification.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Magnetism is I don't abandon myself when the room doesn't echo back my truth.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: And that, ironically, is the paradox because that's what makes people lean in and never forget you.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: So that's the episode.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: Definitely apply all five habits to your nervous system, and you will watch your magnetism skyrocket.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: And I will see you in the next episode.
