Mark Jones, 57, faces multiple theft, conspiracy, and drug possession counts after allegedly ditching his GPS ankle monitor — now held without bond. His accomplice, Shawn Joseph Simon, 55, was arrested for stealing four AC units and using fake license plates, released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
