- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to fugitive any I think that he
- 0:09Speaker 1: is getting to him a little bitter. It's getting to
- 0:14Speaker 1: me a little bit.
- 0:17Speaker 2: It's making me do strange things.
- 0:20Speaker 1: It's not so hello, welcome to let me boy. You
- 0:26Speaker 1: just let me boy to sleep. This is Whisper Wednesday.
- 0:31Speaker 1: It's still I don't know what time. It is, about
- 0:37Speaker 1: four o'clock two, but it's the full per. Please only
- 0:45Speaker 1: listen when you can safely close your eye. I've been
- 0:50Speaker 1: waiting all day to do this because there's a building
- 0:53Speaker 1: work going on opposite me in the flat opposite Norway.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's not in all Way, but the flat when you
- 1:03Speaker 1: go out the front door the opposite door. In there,
- 1:10Speaker 1: he's having his bathroom redone and he's had his bath
- 1:13Speaker 1: taken out today. Now I can't read complain about the
- 1:21Speaker 1: noise because it's been pretty quiet. It's far enough away
- 1:26Speaker 1: to not really affect me too much. But the other
- 1:31Speaker 1: side of it is I need to keep Finny occupied
- 1:38Speaker 1: auditarily because if he has movement out of the front door,
- 1:49Speaker 1: he's got a bit of barking. So this is the
- 1:54Speaker 1: first moment of the whole day where there hasn't been
- 2:00Speaker 1: music or some kind of something that he can listen
- 2:08Speaker 1: to distract him apart from when we've been out. So
- 2:16Speaker 1: I'm not sure how he's going to react when he
- 2:19Speaker 1: because the bath is actually in the doorway, the one
- 2:23Speaker 1: they've removed, so when they drag that down the stairs,
- 2:30Speaker 1: I'm guessing Vinnie will give some type of response which
- 2:40Speaker 1: is understandable. Wow. Okay, So I'm guessing it's the artest
- 2:56Speaker 1: day of the year so far, and I probably could
- 2:59Speaker 1: do wearing shorts or wearing not much inside. But I
- 3:06Speaker 1: can't walk around in just me Lundy's because I've got
- 3:10Speaker 1: no curtains up. I washed my curtains at the weekend
- 3:18Speaker 1: and I just haven't bothered to put them back up yet.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Even though it will take me probably five minutes, I'll
- 3:26Speaker 1: put it off. Actually it might have been two weeks
- 3:30Speaker 1: ago I did it. So I want to say thank
- 3:34Speaker 1: you to Ben, and you know why. Ben knows why
- 3:41Speaker 1: as long as I thank you for your messages. And
- 3:50Speaker 1: I have made a few changes to day, not a
- 3:52Speaker 1: lot of changes, just a couple, only one that may
- 3:59Speaker 1: affect people. I'm not doing it to effect people. I'm
- 4:03Speaker 1: just doing it because basically, here's what I've done.
- 4:07Speaker 3: I have.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I've decided to get rid of the website. I do
- 4:13Speaker 1: have like a backup plan in place, a redirection, but
- 4:19Speaker 1: I'm waiting for it to kick in because it's not
- 4:21Speaker 1: working at the moment. So the website. I did have
- 4:26Speaker 1: another website's building as well, so that's gone also. So
- 4:30Speaker 1: the website's gone. I was getting so few visits. It
- 4:39Speaker 1: really wasn't financially viable. It's like sixty six dollars a
- 4:46Speaker 1: month for twenty twenty visitors maybe a day. It just wasn't. Yeah,
- 4:53Speaker 1: couldn't keep it going. So I've let that go for now.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I've tried to redirect the domain name, which is Jasonneuland
- 5:04Speaker 1: dot com, to my podcast page, which has all my
- 5:09Speaker 1: podcasts on or why actually yeah, so like the main podcast.
- 5:16Speaker 1: What I haven't done, which is really important, is I've
- 5:20Speaker 1: not deleted any podcasts. I'm not having some weird thing
- 5:24Speaker 1: going on. Nothing's being deleted part from the website. All
- 5:29Speaker 1: the podcasts are running just like normal, including the speaker ones,
- 5:35Speaker 1: the SoundCloud ones, and so wherever you listen online it's
- 5:41Speaker 1: still there. Nothing's changed. A couple of other things I've
- 5:48Speaker 1: done trying to reduce my outgoings because this financial changes
- 6:00Speaker 1: come in my way, hopefully good ones, because I've I
- 6:07Speaker 1: bought some lot of red tickets this week, but I
- 6:13Speaker 1: have got rid of a few things I don't need
- 6:16Speaker 1: to pay out for that perhaps I don't need anymore,
- 6:21Speaker 1: and they were making life easier, but I can kind
- 6:26Speaker 1: of do around around them. Because my PIP, which is
- 6:36Speaker 1: like a disability thing, that's up for a few I
- 6:40Speaker 1: think soon, and the government of changes chances I won't
- 6:47Speaker 1: get anything, so I can't even need to prepare for that. Also,
- 6:54Speaker 1: there's no longer any adverts on the webs on their
- 6:57Speaker 1: third podcasts, not that that was really wasn't that was
- 7:05Speaker 1: not Sometimes I didn't even cover the cost and running
- 7:09Speaker 1: all the different things, but it's okay, so that's all gone.
- 7:17Speaker 1: I got rid of Canvas, which was the editing software
- 7:23Speaker 1: that I use for editing the images. So Canvas now gone.
- 7:30Speaker 1: I was like thirteen pound a month. I've got rid
- 7:34Speaker 1: of the transcription because I was adding transcriptions to the
- 7:40Speaker 1: podcast and to the website and looking at maybe putting
- 7:46Speaker 1: a book together, but that's probably not going to happen
- 7:48Speaker 1: anytime soon. So I got rid of that transcription, which
- 7:53Speaker 1: was twenty twenty pound a month. I've kept chat chet
- 8:00Speaker 1: GPT because that's what I use for the images to
- 8:05Speaker 1: create the images. That Canva was the finalized all and
- 8:09Speaker 1: put it together. So yeah, I'll be using only chet GPT.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I'm trying to think of anything else that I've managed
- 8:26Speaker 1: to offload Canver transcription the website, but no, so the
- 8:50Speaker 1: podcast unpaign. I think fifty five pounds a month for
- 8:55Speaker 1: a spreaker, so that's that'st doable. I can manage that,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and there will come in time when they'll start to
- 9:06Speaker 1: charge me more if I keep increasing the amount of
- 9:10Speaker 1: recordings that are on there, which is going to happen naturally.
- 9:19Speaker 1: All my old recordings that on my website, you know
- 9:24Speaker 1: that let me Boy to Sleep one to fifty and
- 9:29Speaker 1: then fifty one, two hundred, et cetera. All those podcasts
- 9:35Speaker 1: of my spreaker page. So yeah, it's all all available.
- 9:45Speaker 4: You just need to just.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I posted the link to the spreaker page which has
- 9:54Speaker 1: all my podcasts. I posted on my Facebook, which is
- 10:00Speaker 1: Jason Newland's boring group, you know what, as a nuther things.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I spent a good couple of days really promoting the
- 10:18Speaker 1: Facebook group, like really going all out. I made a
- 10:22Speaker 1: podcast just specifically to try and get a few more members,
- 10:30Speaker 1: and that and some other stuff I did, And after
- 10:35Speaker 1: all that, I've got one. I've got two new members,
- 10:40Speaker 1: both the same person, and both two different Facebook pages
- 10:46Speaker 1: with one person the same name. Aren't wondering whether or
- 10:53Speaker 1: not Facebook is really the place where people MH gather anymore.
- 11:03Speaker 1: I don't know. Maybe because I'm not really on Twitter.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I don't know. I think people find my stuff when
- 11:18Speaker 1: they when they want to, when they I'm not hard
- 11:21Speaker 1: to find online. Just my name, Jason Newland easy to find.
- 11:29Speaker 1: I'm all over the place, not just mentally, but I'm
- 11:34Speaker 1: all you know, I'm on all the main podcast hosts,
- 11:41Speaker 1: so it's very easy to find me. Of course, I'm
- 11:44Speaker 1: also on sound Cloud. Someone's having a good old cough outside. Miss.
- 11:56Speaker 1: You could say it's a perfect day to day. It's
- 12:00Speaker 1: a blue sky, a little bit of a breeze, a
- 12:08Speaker 1: little bit, not a lot, a little bit because I
- 12:14Speaker 1: took any out put it about an hour ago and
- 12:19Speaker 1: we went to the park. At one point we were sitting.
- 12:27Speaker 1: When I was sitting, I was standing under the tree
- 12:32Speaker 1: where he was standing under the tree and against some
- 12:36Speaker 1: shade as I'm standing there with it. He had his
- 12:39Speaker 1: tongue out, and well, I had my tongue out as well.
- 12:45Speaker 1: And the breeze, it was glorious, Such a glorious breeze.
- 12:54Speaker 1: His neck is so weird. Okay, none of the other
- 12:59Speaker 1: people around was staring at him. He had his tongue out,
- 13:03Speaker 1: but why was he staring at me? So I came
- 13:11Speaker 1: home with some clothes on, and I had a shower
- 13:16Speaker 1: today before going out. I mean, not the first time
- 13:20Speaker 1: I've had a shower. This is the first time I've
- 13:24Speaker 1: had a shower today. So I had to hit about
- 13:29Speaker 1: or two o'clock before I went out. I was sweating
- 13:36Speaker 1: like I'd had a shower, dried myself off, like completely
- 13:43Speaker 1: dried myself off. Water was grown out my ears. I
- 13:49Speaker 1: couldn't believe it.
- 13:51Speaker 3: It was just.
- 13:56Speaker 1: There was a puddle in my shoes. There wasn't a
- 13:59Speaker 1: puzzle with my shoes. I swamp, but there wasn't a swamp.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Why am I saying that?
- 14:03Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 14:05Speaker 1: I never know, But yeah, it was nice. It's a
- 14:11Speaker 1: little it was a little bit too hot for the
- 14:14Speaker 1: little one, and there he is making him tired. It's
- 14:23Speaker 1: fast asleep even though he was awake when I started this,
- 14:28Speaker 1: he's completely exhausted. I can always tell as well, because
- 14:35Speaker 1: when I go to get up out of the chair,
- 14:39Speaker 1: you know when he's sort of half asleep or just rested,
- 14:42Speaker 1: you'll jump up with me. But just now, before I
- 14:46Speaker 1: started this, I went over and got my to go
- 14:49Speaker 1: and put stuff away before coming back. He didn't want
- 14:54Speaker 1: to move. It was just lying there like really, it's like,
- 15:00Speaker 1: what do you want? You're just staring at me. Why
- 15:03Speaker 1: have you got gap? Now? I've been listening to some
- 15:11Speaker 1: Richard Bandla videos from probably the early eighties, late seventies,
- 15:19Speaker 1: early eighties, probably late early eighties, and Richard Bandlow is
- 15:24Speaker 1: the co creator of newer linguistic programming, normally known as NLP,
- 15:34Speaker 1: but now NLP is also known as is it natural
- 15:47Speaker 1: language programming or something? In computers? So NLP kind of
- 15:53Speaker 1: has more than one meaning now a little bit like CBT.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I actually remember, and this is totally true. I was
- 16:06Speaker 1: at college, and when I was here in university, we
- 16:09Speaker 1: had to learn about other therapies as well. Because I
- 16:13Speaker 1: was studying. Persons entered the counseling, which is what jerryan therapy.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Carl Rogers and all that stuff, but we also had
- 16:24Speaker 1: to look at other things. Gestolled psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, behaviorism, all
- 16:36Speaker 1: this stuff, and CBT got cognitive behavioral therapy. And also
- 16:45Speaker 1: my dad's and his wife was there, and they still said,
- 16:51Speaker 1: what you're doing is I've just been studying CBT, And
- 16:56Speaker 1: she said, what's that? I said, I'll show you. So
- 16:59Speaker 1: I got my now and when Google if nat natchy.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I think it was her laptop or I'm not sure
- 17:13Speaker 1: if I even had a phone that could do the
- 17:15Speaker 1: Internet back then. So I went to her laptop or
- 17:20Speaker 1: a computer. I said, I'll show you. So I put
- 17:24Speaker 1: CBT into Google. Now I didn't realize that there's more
- 17:32Speaker 1: than one CBT. There's at least three. Now I made
- 17:41Speaker 1: the mistake, and I did. There was a time when
- 17:44Speaker 1: you could just put I feel lucky, So you put
- 17:47Speaker 1: CBT and then collect I feel lucky and it will
- 17:51Speaker 1: just come up with the you know, our website to
- 17:55Speaker 1: death to or chosen. I don't know if any remembers that.
- 17:58Speaker 1: It's a long time ago. Well, I didn't realize there's
- 18:08Speaker 1: three different CBTs. There's one CBT, which is the motorbike test.
- 18:20Speaker 1: So in order to get to ride a motorbike or
- 18:23Speaker 1: motorcycle or maybe moped. I don't know. I think it's
- 18:26Speaker 1: a motorbike. It's called a CBT. I don't know what
- 18:30Speaker 1: stands for something training. And then there's another one CBT
- 18:39Speaker 1: that's the website that came up, and there was a
- 18:45Speaker 1: really explicit image apparently mine. My stepmm's like standing next
- 18:51Speaker 1: to me, and I'm pointing out that this is what
- 18:55Speaker 1: I'm doing, so I press I feel lucky, you know,
- 19:00Speaker 1: as I clicked that, and my dad calls me over.
- 19:03Speaker 1: He said, old, what do you want? Do you want
- 19:06Speaker 1: to do you want to beer? Or do you want
- 19:08Speaker 1: a whiskey? So I'm looking at him. I said, I
- 19:11Speaker 1: just have a beer, beer please, And my stepma says,
- 19:16Speaker 1: so that's what you're studying the university And I said yeah,
- 19:20Speaker 1: and I can't busy focusing on my dad and she
- 19:24Speaker 1: said really, I said yeah? Why? So I turned back
- 19:28Speaker 1: and it was the third one and I was this
- 19:33Speaker 1: big image and not something you particularly want to watch
- 19:41Speaker 1: online with your step parent. Cock and Ball told you
- 19:46Speaker 1: that's what CBD stood for. There, it's not even a joke.
- 19:49Speaker 1: This really happened. At least, I was very surprised because
- 19:58Speaker 1: I've never even heard of that. I mean, really, it's
- 20:02Speaker 1: like I don't normally talk stuff like this, but I'm
- 20:05Speaker 1: just saying this is real. It's like what CBT. I
- 20:11Speaker 1: was like, No, that's not what I'm learning at university
- 20:16Speaker 1: is cognitive behavioral therapy. She said, but you said CBT.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I said, yeah, that is CBT. This this also apparently
- 20:26Speaker 1: got Okay, CBT, fair enough, but it's not the CBT.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Why would Google? They wouldn't do that now, but why
- 20:35Speaker 1: back then? You know, demount stuff that they're just chucking
- 20:40Speaker 1: it without even like I don't want that. I want
- 20:44Speaker 1: something different. I'm not looking for that. Ah, it's yeah anyway,
- 20:56Speaker 1: So do you ever hear voices? Okay, I mean I'm
- 21:04Speaker 1: talking like real voices, and sometimes I don't know if
- 21:09Speaker 1: it's a person talking, or if it's a person on
- 21:15Speaker 1: a mobile phone talking like a speaker, or if it's
- 21:21Speaker 1: a radio or if it's a television. Do you ever
- 21:28Speaker 1: get that? And like it's like continuous talking, it's almost
- 21:32Speaker 1: like it's not there's no pauses. So maybe there's two
- 21:37Speaker 1: people talking, mind you, I've known people that just talk
- 21:44Speaker 1: and talk and talk. Yeah, my landlady used to be
- 21:49Speaker 1: like that. She used to talk to me. I'd be
- 21:54Speaker 1: in the toil and she'll still be talking to me. Seriously.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I'd actually be on the toill and she to still
- 22:01Speaker 1: be saying something. Whatever she was talking about, I was like,
- 22:08Speaker 1: why are you still talking? She used to like me
- 22:14Speaker 1: when I first moved in there, my landlady. This is
- 22:18Speaker 1: him back in nineteen ninety one, and then in nineteen
- 22:22Speaker 1: ninety three, kind of near the end of the year ish,
- 22:30Speaker 1: we had a new person move in, and I think
- 22:33Speaker 1: she fell in love with him, and he was always
- 22:37Speaker 1: around doing stuff for her and spending time with her,
- 22:42Speaker 1: and I mean she I think she invited me into
- 22:46Speaker 1: a living room twice. Once was when she told me
- 22:49Speaker 1: she was going to kick me out. Another time she
- 22:52Speaker 1: wanted me to watch an Italian opera. I preferred the
- 22:58Speaker 1: eviction one to be fair, and he was in there
- 23:04Speaker 1: all the time. I don't know if they cud on
- 23:08Speaker 1: it's not nothing to do me, but he really took
- 23:14Speaker 1: a dislike to me and started stirring it up. So
- 23:19Speaker 1: I ended up moving out. Oh the eviction that didn't happen.
- 23:23Speaker 1: She just said she had enough of me, and I said, oh, please,
- 23:27Speaker 1: I'll do anything. She said anything, and I sung that
- 23:33Speaker 1: song from that movie I would do anything, anything anything?
- 23:43Speaker 1: Was that Doctor Doolittle? I think, I don't know, I
- 23:51Speaker 1: don't feel I don't feel like proud of myself by it.
- 23:54Speaker 1: She moved down when she was on the toilet. It's true,
- 24:00Speaker 1: my back actually didn't. I just I ordered a taxi
- 24:14Speaker 1: and I think I packed everything up while she was
- 24:18Speaker 1: into black bags, brought them downstairs, and moved out. I
- 24:24Speaker 1: couldn't be there anymore because she wasn't being nice to me.
- 24:34Speaker 1: I think I kind of over over spent my welcome,
- 24:37Speaker 1: as it were. But even now, when I think back,
- 24:45Speaker 1: I wonder why did I just stay there for so long?
- 24:51Speaker 1: It was just a laziness. I don't know. I kind
- 24:57Speaker 1: of liked the choir because I lived off or if
- 25:01Speaker 1: behind a graveyard, so the run of the house was
- 25:04Speaker 1: a cul de sac so there was no traffic, and
- 25:09Speaker 1: then behind the house was it wasn't just a graveyard.
- 25:12Speaker 1: There was an old graveyard, and not winning there was
- 25:16Speaker 1: a newer graveyard next to it. There was active. I
- 25:22Speaker 1: used to go for walks there, so it was nice
- 25:24Speaker 1: and peaceful. May puffs being weird? Do you think I
- 25:41Speaker 1: just remember my favorite thing in the world, really other
- 25:44Speaker 1: thing going to comedy clubs was going to the West
- 25:52Speaker 1: End buying a book, coming home reading the book, seeing
- 26:01Speaker 1: up in bed reading a book. That was That's why
- 26:05Speaker 1: I enjoyed doing and I kind of intending to get
- 26:11Speaker 1: back to that. I just need to get my eyes
- 26:14Speaker 1: tested so I can start reading again, because my eyesight
- 26:19Speaker 1: is a bit boo boo at the moment. That's another
- 26:27Speaker 1: another reason why I've kind of I've come to the
- 26:32Speaker 1: conclusion that or decision maybe I don't want to spend
- 26:42Speaker 1: long periods of time staring at the computer screen. It's
- 26:47Speaker 1: not good for my eyes. I think it's affecting my
- 26:51Speaker 1: eyes because I'm doing it for what twenty twenty five years, like,
- 26:59Speaker 1: you know, thousands of thousands and thousands and thousands of
- 27:04Speaker 1: hours since two thousand, tiny, I've been staring at the
- 27:10Speaker 1: computer screen sometimes ten thirteen, fourteen hours a day, so yeah,
- 27:19Speaker 1: thousands upon thousands of hours, and I don't think it's
- 27:23Speaker 1: been great for my optical nerves or whatever. And when
- 27:33Speaker 1: I take a break from looking at the computer, my
- 27:35Speaker 1: eyes do feel better. My eyes that was sounded like
- 27:41Speaker 1: my eyes my eyes feel more relaxed. I'm okay for
- 27:47Speaker 1: like an hour or so, that's about it. I think
- 27:52Speaker 1: an hour a day, you know, do the editing, and
- 27:59Speaker 1: then I blow them and it's done. In fact, I
- 28:06Speaker 1: don't even I mean, it's a little bit more staring
- 28:09Speaker 1: at the computer purse. I don't need to be online
- 28:14Speaker 1: the whole time looking at over the screen. And also,
- 28:22Speaker 1: I think with the way technology is working, especially with
- 28:29Speaker 1: things like chat GBT, I can ask it to make
- 28:35Speaker 1: new things, maybe use the chat a bit more, use
- 28:42Speaker 1: the microphone and verbally do requests as opposed to typing
- 28:48Speaker 1: in so that how's maybe make it a little bit easier,
- 28:53Speaker 1: a little bit more thorough, a bit more or less
- 28:58Speaker 1: scary computer screen. And it would be nice to get
- 29:08Speaker 1: back to reading and learning. But not for any kind
- 29:15Speaker 1: of reason other than just for fun. You know. I'm
- 29:25Speaker 1: interested in the hypnosis. I'm interested in chronic pain relief.
- 29:33Speaker 1: I'm interested in techniques to help people. Different things that
- 29:37Speaker 1: I can say, different ways of saying it that can
- 29:41Speaker 1: be useful to help people. So that's not changed. I
- 29:46Speaker 1: don't feel any less wanting to help people. If anything
- 29:50Speaker 1: more that that desire or that need is, I'd say
- 29:57Speaker 1: it's grown stronger as I've got a so but what
- 30:09Speaker 1: I like to do how I like to sort of
- 30:11Speaker 1: work things out is I like to learn things, but
- 30:16Speaker 1: then just let it all be in my brain and perculate,
- 30:24Speaker 1: perculate maybe and just mix together with all the other
- 30:28Speaker 1: stuff so that I can come up with ideas when
- 30:36Speaker 1: I'm talking that may be useful. And I suppose it's
- 30:46Speaker 1: about feeding my brain with helpful stuff and also things
- 30:55Speaker 1: that I'm interested in, because if I'm not interested in something,
- 31:00Speaker 1: I might as well just there's there's no point reading it.
- 31:05Speaker 1: There's not there's no point in watching something I'm not
- 31:07Speaker 1: interested in because I just switch off. I don't take
- 31:14Speaker 1: any notice. So I suppose I need to work within
- 31:20Speaker 1: my I suppose in some ways to limitations. But I
- 31:29Speaker 1: like to think of as geniuses.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Work within my genius.
- 31:39Speaker 3: M H.
- 31:46Speaker 1: I'm trying to think. What else has happened today? Not
- 31:51Speaker 1: a lot on yesterday. There wasn't a huge amount of
- 31:57Speaker 1: sound really from the neighbor, but there was a fair
- 32:06Speaker 1: bit of sound, but I think it was there was
- 32:10Speaker 1: other music and things like that from other neighbors. I
- 32:14Speaker 1: think it was blocking the noise. So I'm guessing that
- 32:18Speaker 1: people downstairs could hear it more than I could, which
- 32:22Speaker 1: does make it kind of makes sense because if they're
- 32:27Speaker 1: drilling and stuff and breaking concrete into the floor, that's
- 32:32Speaker 1: going to affect anyone that shares that ceiling, doesn't it.
- 32:37Speaker 1: I suppose. I know I share the floor, but I'm
- 32:42Speaker 1: quite far removed. I'm in a room. That's the first
- 32:47Speaker 1: I could get away from where he is, not not
- 32:52Speaker 1: to get away from him, just this is where my
- 32:54Speaker 1: living room is, and I've got no no walls that
- 33:02Speaker 1: really share. But his next door neighbor does, and downstairs
- 33:06Speaker 1: from him does. They both share the same kind of
- 33:11Speaker 1: like his bathroom. I'll wait a minute. Is worry in
- 33:19Speaker 1: his bedroom he shares with next door but the floor
- 33:25Speaker 1: is shared, isn't it really? I guess with next door
- 33:29Speaker 1: downstairs Ice Shoe the bathroom, Yeah, the bathroom is ceiling.
- 33:40Speaker 1: The downstairs would be his bathroom floor. So they can
- 33:46Speaker 1: feel it, or they can he hear it. But so far,
- 33:55Speaker 1: I've heard a bit of banging, a bit of stuff
- 33:58Speaker 1: like that. Was that sorry peep peep peep pee pew
- 34:03Speaker 1: pee pee pee peep pew peep. Now that sounds more
- 34:07Speaker 1: like a Space Invaders game or something pie Peu PuO
- 34:14Speaker 1: pew Buck Rogers Pu Pu Pu, Star Wars, even Peepy
- 34:20Speaker 1: pew pew pu. Perhaps that's why I should have done.
- 34:25Speaker 1: I should have done voices and sounds. I could have
- 34:30Speaker 1: been a I could have been voices, a voice for
- 34:34Speaker 1: like animation PuO pew an hour ardco with that one
- 34:41Speaker 1: sound though, but it's white could sound pu pew. If
- 34:51Speaker 1: I only ate all these things I could have done,
- 34:54Speaker 1: I do wonder. I think back to when I was fifteen.
- 34:59Speaker 1: I left school when I was even too young to
- 35:04Speaker 1: join the army. I was so young. It was just
- 35:11Speaker 1: the choices. I mean, some of the choices I couldn't
- 35:14Speaker 1: do till I was sixteen. But a lot of things
- 35:17Speaker 1: I could have just there wasn't There's the things I
- 35:25Speaker 1: wasn't able to do. I couldn't apply to join the
- 35:27Speaker 1: police force. I couldn't go to university. There's certain things
- 35:32Speaker 1: I wasn't allowed to do because of having no qualifications
- 35:37Speaker 1: and leaving school at so early age. Because I left
- 35:42Speaker 1: I think it was April nineteen eighty six, and I
- 35:48Speaker 1: wasn't sixteen till the end of August, so it was yeah,
- 35:54Speaker 1: four months or whatever till I was sixteen, and I
- 36:04Speaker 1: was suddenly earning sixty pounds a week working full time,
- 36:10Speaker 1: which of fifteen was a huge amount of money for me,
- 36:14Speaker 1: huge amount huge Honestly, I was buying clothes. I'd buy
- 36:23Speaker 1: a new clothes. I was walking around dressed nice for
- 36:28Speaker 1: the first time. Really that my dad didn't walk around
- 36:33Speaker 1: horribly dressed when I was a kid. But I'm just
- 36:35Speaker 1: saying for the first time, I could choose my own
- 36:40Speaker 1: Actually I kind of did choose my own clothes, really,
- 36:44Speaker 1: but most of the clothes was school uniform, wasn't it.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Not?
- 36:51Speaker 1: Not at home. I need to get myself some pajamas,
- 36:57Speaker 1: That's what I need to do. I realized that I'm
- 37:04Speaker 1: looking at my clothes lately and I'm just wearing the
- 37:07Speaker 1: same old stuff every day. So I've got these dark
- 37:12Speaker 1: brown tracksuit bottoms. Horace can horas he's having an argument
- 37:21Speaker 1: with his wife Doris. I got seven pairs of these
- 37:31Speaker 1: tracksuit bombs. So I wear a different pair every day.
- 37:35Speaker 1: And I'm pretty sure people see me, they've never seen
- 37:40Speaker 1: me wear anything else for years. They I don't know
- 37:44Speaker 1: if they think I'm just wearing the same thing every day,
- 37:48Speaker 1: like the same pair of tracksuit bombs, which I'm not.
- 37:54Speaker 1: There's different ones, they're just all the same. So I've
- 38:00Speaker 1: decided I'm gonna try and get myself some clothes, a
- 38:13Speaker 1: little bit of clothing every week. So I'm trying to.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Every time I get paid, I put ten percent away
- 38:24Speaker 1: saving and that's for veterinary bills for him. And I'm
- 38:34Speaker 1: also saving up so I can go and get my
- 38:36Speaker 1: eyes tested and pay for some decent glasses. The eye
- 38:42Speaker 1: test is free, but is anyway, that's what that ten
- 38:45Speaker 1: percent is for. It's basically is, now we got a
- 38:51Speaker 1: dog barking. Blame me. That dog hardly ever used to
- 38:56Speaker 1: bark before. Now it can't shut up part when it's
- 39:00Speaker 1: not barking, which most of the time, most of the
- 39:02Speaker 1: time it's quiet. So I don't know why I'm moaning.
- 39:08Speaker 1: I do know why I'm moaning because I love it.
- 39:11Speaker 1: I love moaning rare. It's my right as an English
- 39:16Speaker 1: person to moan, to complain about the weather, or just
- 39:21Speaker 1: talk about the weather, and to just moan. That's that's why.
- 39:25Speaker 1: That's my my human right, and to drink lots of tea.
- 39:35Speaker 1: So what was I going to say? Yeah, I'll try
- 39:42Speaker 1: and build away for future bills future things. I dentists
- 39:54Speaker 1: because I haven't got a dentist, so dental bills because
- 39:58Speaker 1: that was three hundred one attitude removed a couple of
- 40:02Speaker 1: years ago or a year and a half ago, so
- 40:09Speaker 1: and the other thing is for my eyes. So that's
- 40:13Speaker 1: those three things that I need to put that away for.
- 40:24Speaker 1: And now I'm going to spend a percentage of workouts,
- 40:29Speaker 1: a percentage more percentage of every time I get paid
- 40:34Speaker 1: and contribute that towards getting some clothes, whether it's a
- 40:39Speaker 1: pair of socks or a pair of pants, underpants, or
- 40:44Speaker 1: a T shirt wherever, just to start getting some I
- 40:50Speaker 1: don't know, half decent clothes because most of what I've
- 40:54Speaker 1: got is worn out and old and grotti. I mean,
- 41:02Speaker 1: because I've got a tendency of buying cheap stuff, like
- 41:05Speaker 1: cheap T shirts five for a pound. No maybe not,
- 41:10Speaker 1: but like you know, five T shirts for twenty quid.
- 41:18Speaker 1: They're fine to start with, but after a few washes,
- 41:22Speaker 1: they just they don't look great. So it's something I
- 41:31Speaker 1: want to try and do. Also, I need to look
- 41:36Speaker 1: at getting a winter coat. This is probably the best
- 41:40Speaker 1: time of the year to get a winter coat, really,
- 41:42Speaker 1: because I'll be cheaper because I don't have one. I
- 41:47Speaker 1: got this old thing my dad gave me probably about
- 41:51Speaker 1: ten years ago, probably longer actually, and it's something he
- 41:56Speaker 1: used to wear on the dogs that to me and
- 42:00Speaker 1: I just had as a backup. But then the two
- 42:04Speaker 1: winter coats that I did have got mislaid, so I
- 42:10Speaker 1: ended up with nothing. So I've been wearing that one
- 42:13Speaker 1: for the last couple of years, which is okay. I've
- 42:17Speaker 1: got a big jumper on underneath. But I think since
- 42:22Speaker 1: I lost a little bit away, I feel a cold
- 42:26Speaker 1: a little bit more than I used to.
- 42:31Speaker 6: Be.
- 42:31Speaker 1: So I used to be like a seal, you know,
- 42:35Speaker 1: in the winter. I just I had so much blubber.
- 42:38Speaker 1: I didn't really feel the cold at all. Now I
- 42:43Speaker 1: still don't feel it hugely, but a little bit more.
- 42:50Speaker 1: So I've got a little bit less fat on me.
- 42:56Speaker 1: I'm still heavy enough to be fair affected by the wind.
- 43:00Speaker 1: It's good. That is an advantage of not being really
- 43:07Speaker 1: really slim and light, because I used to get blown
- 43:12Speaker 1: around by the wind. I used to have to wear
- 43:15Speaker 1: heavy boots in the libraries serious day. I remember once
- 43:27Speaker 1: we went kiting, and my dad used to love kiting,
- 43:37Speaker 1: and we go to the top of the cliffs and
- 43:45Speaker 1: oh that was a windy day. As on a windy day,
- 43:51Speaker 1: and because we lived near the beach, windy days a
- 43:55Speaker 1: very generous. There's a lot, a lot of them, and
- 44:05Speaker 1: we'd be flying these kites and it was great. But
- 44:07Speaker 1: I would actually find myself being lifted up by the kite.
- 44:14Speaker 1: I mean this is when I was a kid, so
- 44:16Speaker 1: I probably onlyweight I know, four stone or five stone maybe,
- 44:24Speaker 1: so you know, it wouldn't take a lot for a
- 44:27Speaker 1: four stone to be lifted off off the ground. Yeah,
- 44:39Speaker 1: I don't know why I start thinking of that. That
- 44:43Speaker 1: was quite good times actually, and my dad had a
- 44:49Speaker 1: friend who owned and I don't know if there's an
- 44:53Speaker 1: ice cream place. I think it was. It was like
- 44:58Speaker 1: this restaurant. I think it was like a restaurant bar,
- 45:01Speaker 1: but I had an ice cream bar in it, so
- 45:06Speaker 1: I don't think based on where I was positioned, that
- 45:09Speaker 1: they would make enough money just selling ice cream. So
- 45:13Speaker 1: it was actually a venue. So we went there and
- 45:18Speaker 1: we used to get some ice cream. That was a
- 45:23Speaker 1: long story that didn't really lead anywhere today. I kind
- 45:28Speaker 1: of just said would go and have some ice cream.
- 45:34Speaker 1: I just remember it was quite a big room with
- 45:37Speaker 1: tables and stuff, and I think my dad used to
- 45:45Speaker 1: do work for the man, like electrical stuff, but it
- 45:51Speaker 1: was also friends with him. I think if I was
- 45:59Speaker 1: ever to have my time again and I had to
- 46:04Speaker 1: choose to say a trade, I don't really know. I
- 46:15Speaker 1: thought about this like, I don't think i'd want to
- 46:17Speaker 1: be an electrician. I don't think i'd want to be
- 46:25Speaker 1: a carpenter, just because I don't. I never really never
- 46:34Speaker 1: really I did would work at school, be never really
- 46:42Speaker 1: kind of yeah, I never found it interesting.
- 46:48Speaker 4: There was.
- 46:49Speaker 1: I did metal work as well, that was even less interesting.
- 46:54Speaker 1: I just working with metal wasn't really something that I
- 46:59Speaker 1: particularly looked forward to, No.
- 47:10Speaker 7: What.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Down in junior school, I used to like woodwork because
- 47:14Speaker 1: it was just part crafts and I'd be working with
- 47:18Speaker 1: balsa wood. So what I needed was a little knife,
- 47:22Speaker 1: a little I suppose he's a whittling I think it's called,
- 47:29Speaker 1: and a bit of sandpaper and I would make this
- 47:32Speaker 1: uh what are they called? Not yachts canoes, made these
- 47:40Speaker 1: little canoes and I used to quite enjoy doing it.
- 47:46Speaker 1: And cross stitchen as well. I loved across the stitching.
- 47:50Speaker 1: Oh yes, I don't know what it was. I think
- 47:58Speaker 1: I think it might be they gave me a focus,
- 48:05Speaker 1: something to really focus on. It took my mind away
- 48:09Speaker 1: from what I was thinking about. I guess maybe, and
- 48:17Speaker 1: I needed that. It was about nine and ten when
- 48:20Speaker 1: I did that, and I was I felt good. I
- 48:26Speaker 1: felt very relaxed when I did stop stotch, critchen stotch, critching,
- 48:33Speaker 1: gritch stotching, cross stitching, cross stitching. I tried it. It came
- 48:41Speaker 1: when I was in my twenties. I can't remember what happened.
- 48:51Speaker 1: I don't know why I didn't stick to it, because
- 48:56Speaker 1: otherwise I've been doing it now night.
- 49:00Speaker 4: Whatever.
- 49:00Speaker 1: If I did do it now, i'd probably use a tambourine. Okay,
- 49:05Speaker 1: it's not you know that round thing.
- 49:07Speaker 8: That you do.
- 49:10Speaker 1: You use or I think you can. Maybe you can
- 49:12Speaker 1: use like a not a door frame, like a frame
- 49:18Speaker 1: thing and you put the material on and you can
- 49:22Speaker 1: do it that way, just so you can kind of
- 49:24Speaker 1: see what you're doing. Mm hm. Tambourines. They're like tambourines.
- 49:33Speaker 1: They're around anyway. They didn't have like you can shape them.
- 49:40Speaker 1: You can join the orchestra or a choir. Because I
- 49:46Speaker 1: didn't make any noise, so as an accompaniment there weren't
- 49:56Speaker 1: much use but for stock stock critchen cross cross stitching.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Why is that such a hard word to say? Cross stitching?
- 50:09Speaker 1: Cross stitching? Blimey. I think it's because I haven't said
- 50:16Speaker 1: it for some while. It's not it's not a term
- 50:21Speaker 1: that I've used very often in the last fifty years
- 50:27Speaker 1: or forty five years. But I still love it. I
- 50:33Speaker 1: really did, really did. Just perhaps that's why I need
- 50:42Speaker 1: although To be honest, I find making podcasts have kind
- 50:51Speaker 1: of the same reaction for me because I'm focused, but
- 50:59Speaker 1: not on myself. Although I'm talking about myself, I'm not
- 51:06Speaker 1: focused on There's nothing going on in my mind other
- 51:13Speaker 1: than the next word. Well, maybe wonder why I said
- 51:18Speaker 1: the next word. That's a very focused, very relaxing thing today.
- 51:25Speaker 1: Making a recording for me because if it wasn't, then
- 51:33Speaker 1: I wouldn't do it. Yeah, I'm not gonna do something
- 51:41Speaker 1: I don't want to do. I've tried. That's my whole
- 51:48Speaker 1: life trying to do that. But as far as recordings,
- 51:52Speaker 1: I have forced myself to make recordings in the past
- 51:56Speaker 1: and it doesn't work, I'll do it with recording. Then
- 52:00Speaker 1: I'll have to trash it. Because I realized I've just
- 52:03Speaker 1: been a little bit too grumpy. So I only make
- 52:16Speaker 1: a recording when I want to, when i'm up through
- 52:22Speaker 1: it and i'm feeling I mean, sometimes I do one
- 52:26Speaker 1: when I'm tired. Sometimes I do one because I know
- 52:33Speaker 1: I need to do it, but it's not that I
- 52:36Speaker 1: don't want to. I might give myself a little nutch
- 52:43Speaker 1: maybe on a Q and a Friday when I'm thinking
- 52:47Speaker 1: I've left it late. I'm gonna have to do it.
- 52:50Speaker 1: If I don't do it now, I'll have to do
- 52:52Speaker 1: it in the morning. And I think, no, I'm doing now,
- 52:57Speaker 1: But it's never It's never forced. Wow, my stomach just
- 53:05Speaker 1: did a proper circle. That's why he had breakfast cere
- 53:11Speaker 1: yesterday because I haven't had any food, so I need
- 53:16Speaker 1: to since Monday. So I need to, like not food food,
- 53:21Speaker 1: you know. So I'm gonna make myself a couple of
- 53:26Speaker 1: toasted sandwiches once I've done this.
- 53:42Speaker 8: Yeah, I just needed to.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Check something I don't know in my freezer. I did
- 54:06Speaker 1: have some rolls which I can toast. I let them
- 54:10Speaker 1: defrost in the use the list roll bread rolls basically
- 54:17Speaker 1: that gea batter, geepetter, the geopatter or jupetter gee, petty
- 54:24Speaker 1: rolls and I'll cook something in the air f iron
- 54:29Speaker 1: eat them inside the rolls. I don't know if I've
- 54:37Speaker 1: got any left in the freezer, and if I have,
- 54:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to stick them in the air fryer
- 54:49Speaker 1: to defrost. Who But then I'm thinking, maybe what instead
- 54:59Speaker 1: is a just have some toast or something inside the
- 55:04Speaker 1: toast rather than chapatter rules because I do have at
- 55:10Speaker 1: least one loaf of bread in the freezer, so I
- 55:17Speaker 1: need to remember to eat it, because I know that
- 55:21Speaker 1: if I leave the bread in the freezer too long,
- 55:24Speaker 1: the bread just goes wrong.
- 55:26Speaker 9: It's not.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Weird as you'd think, Oh, you've put in a freezer
- 55:32Speaker 1: should last for ages and ages it's frozen. But if
- 55:38Speaker 1: it's left in there too long, the results of toasting
- 55:44Speaker 1: a piece of bread. A slice of bread that's been
- 55:47Speaker 1: in a freezer too too long is not nice. Fresh
- 55:59Speaker 1: toast is quite nice. Fresh bread toast is also yum yum,
- 56:04Speaker 1: yum yum yum. Depending, I think depends on what kind
- 56:09Speaker 1: of bread it is that was weird. There's a bread
- 56:18Speaker 1: called toasty that we can get right. It's too big
- 56:22Speaker 1: to fit in the toaster long wise, it's ridiculous. So
- 56:29Speaker 1: it's cord toasties. You'd think that meant it's for toasting,
- 56:35Speaker 1: unless I've got the smallest toaster in the world. The
- 56:39Speaker 1: dog in the guard who was barking again, hopefully there's
- 56:44Speaker 1: stock now that dog is exactly the same as Loki.
- 56:51Speaker 1: Same makes same. Everything really looks different, but kind of
- 56:56Speaker 1: the same type of dog, saint marking the same, sounds
- 57:02Speaker 1: the same. Wop wop wop, deep old voice. I don't
- 57:16Speaker 1: know if you can hear my stomach, cirkin, I'm going
- 57:20Speaker 1: to have to go and eat, eat, I tell you eat. Oh, yes,
- 57:24Speaker 1: I'm going to eat. Maybe it's collared some ice cream.
- 57:32Speaker 1: So when I when I went out with Finnie, I
- 57:35Speaker 1: came back had a cornetto. I gave him some some
- 57:39Speaker 1: of the ice cream. He kind of the cornetto has
- 57:42Speaker 1: got chocolate on the the crust or whatever, but this
- 57:46Speaker 1: was just a strawberry and vanilla. So I gave him
- 57:50Speaker 1: a bear of the ice cream and he lapped up
- 57:55Speaker 1: very quickly. Mm hm, oh, he's just waking up. His
- 58:02Speaker 1: head was hanging down. I was com backed to sleep again.
- 58:07Speaker 1: He just he has weird dreams. Never down woke him
- 58:12Speaker 1: up because literally making those strangest sounds. This was on
- 58:21Speaker 1: Monday night. I don't know what he was thinking, but
- 58:29Speaker 1: just spend time with the neighbor who used to have him.
- 58:33Speaker 1: He spent about an hour and a half with her
- 58:37Speaker 1: for the first time since the beginning of the year, really,
- 58:43Speaker 1: and I think it's it's had an emotional effect on
- 58:49Speaker 1: him because he adores her, absolutely adors her. He's known
- 58:56Speaker 1: as since he was born, since he was literally born.
- 59:00Speaker 1: She's one of the first people he ever saw in
- 59:04Speaker 1: his life. So he's got a big attachment. I'd say
- 59:11Speaker 1: that after two and a half years of living here
- 59:14Speaker 1: and sleeping in the bed with me and being with
- 59:18Speaker 1: me nearly all the time, he's probably got an attachment
- 59:23Speaker 1: to me as well. I just don't know. It seems
- 59:27Speaker 1: to be different with her. It's just I gave her
- 59:41Speaker 1: the lead and she walked off, and he went with her.
- 59:44Speaker 1: Didn't look back, didn't care I wasn't there. It kind
- 59:49Speaker 1: of I don't know. I feel that he should want
- 59:52Speaker 1: to stay with me in a way, but I think
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: he's happy. He's happy. He's a happy boy. He doesn't
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: get the stimulation they needs, I don't think, but he
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: does get out a few times a day. He sees
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: quite a few different dogs, lots of different people. He
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: says a loo to. It's an amazing amount of people
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: around him that know him by name. Hello, any any like?
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: I don't even know who after people are. Everyone seems to.
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: Know him less.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Sort of coke, get themselves of food, and he'd also
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: get delivery. I forgot about that. Yeah, I need to
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: give myself delivery because running out of milk. I'll just see.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: I might have enough milk for tomorrow morning. I do know.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: We'll see, We'll see what happens, because maybe I'll wait
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: until tomorrow get delivery tomorrow. I've definitely got enough milk
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: for tea, for a few cups of tea, but I
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: don't know if the breakfast cereal. And I do like
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: to have my I do like to have my ready
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: break in the morning, and it takes up nearly a
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: bowl of milk.
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: I done it.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: Okay, Yeah, good boy? Did you have a lovely sleep?
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: You did, didn't you? Okay, you're right, good boy. He's
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: laid his head down the game. There's strangers. When he's
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: lying on the sofa with me next to me, I
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: can have my hand on him the whole time, stroking him,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: massaging him just and he's fine with that. But if
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: we're in bed, doesn't does not he put my hand
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: on him? We had it like nowadays, showered at me.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: I like you as a friend, like this weird thing
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: to say he needs a bath. Wow, you know, I
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: was literally gonna say, he doesn't even react to the
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: word bath. But as soon as I said he needs
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: a bath, he looked up at me and my stomach
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: air got again, which means it's dim thing's time. So
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself,
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: because you do deserve to be happy a be gentle
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: with yourself. You deserve to feel safe, lots.
- 1:03:57Speaker 6: Of love, relax in a more deep and meaningful way.
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: Maybe in a way that can not just allow you
- 1:04:26Speaker 6: to feel calmer now and throughout the time we spend
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: together here, not just relaxed at the end of the
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: recording when it's finished and you can enjoy that sense
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: of comfort and peace, But also I think it would
- 1:05:07Speaker 6: be nice to have those feelings of relaxation continue for
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: longer after the recording has ended, so that you can
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: still benefit from listening to my voice. Maybe in a
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: few hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly,
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: especially if you find like some people do and myself
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: as well, sometimes I find one particular recording that really
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: resonates with me, and I just listen to it over
- 1:06:21Speaker 6: and over again every morning, every evening. There was this
- 1:06:34Speaker 6: recording from We're going back to about nineteen ninety nine.
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: It wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: kind of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: it again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 1:07:01Speaker 6: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me.
- 1:07:14Speaker 6: She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to
- 1:07:21Speaker 6: listening to her in the morning and in the evening.
- 1:07:33Speaker 6: And I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: since I've done that, pressed the play button. This is
- 1:07:47Speaker 6: in the days of CD players, pressed the play button,
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: if that it might have even been a tape tape recorder.
- 1:08:06Speaker 6: I'd lie down on the bed and then even without
- 1:08:15Speaker 6: necessarily listening to her words, because I had to memorized. Really,
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 1:09:05Speaker 6: I remember my mind would slow down now Now, I
- 1:09:19Speaker 6: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 1:09:26Speaker 6: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 1:09:37Speaker 6: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 1:09:41Speaker 6: till two thousand and six. I knew, I knew how
- 1:09:58Speaker 6: helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 1:10:11Speaker 6: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 1:10:24Speaker 6: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 1:10:33Speaker 6: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 1:10:42Speaker 6: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 1:10:54Speaker 6: me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously not
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 1:11:16Speaker 6: Some people maybe listen every day. That's something that I
- 1:11:31Speaker 6: do which you may not realize by listening, is when
- 1:11:47Speaker 6: I record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am
- 1:12:03Speaker 6: affected by the words.
- 1:12:07Speaker 5: That I say.
- 1:12:13Speaker 6: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 1:12:35Speaker 6: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 1:12:52Speaker 6: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 1:13:00Speaker 6: each hand, Perhaps notice the the air in the room,
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: the temperature of the room, on the backs of your hands.
- 1:13:23Speaker 6: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 1:13:27Speaker 6: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 1:13:36Speaker 6: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 1:13:49Speaker 6: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 1:14:00Speaker 6: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now and
- 1:14:28Speaker 6: when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which
- 1:14:35Speaker 6: may be the reason you're listening, I also feel drowsy
- 1:14:52Speaker 6: when I make these recordings. I also know it is
- 1:15:02Speaker 6: my mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen
- 1:15:18Speaker 6: asleep without even noticing, and then I carry on talking.
- 1:15:38Speaker 6: And it's only when I listen back to do the
- 1:15:44Speaker 6: editing I hear snoring and I think, I don't remember snoring.
- 1:15:57Speaker 6: I remember talking. This snoring was a pick turned up.
- 1:16:08Speaker 6: That's why I sound like when I snaw. How I
- 1:16:15Speaker 6: get really into the whole experience. I don't know how
- 1:16:29Speaker 6: you feel. How relaxed do you feel in your feet,
- 1:16:41Speaker 6: how relaxed you feel in your hands. I have noticed
- 1:17:07Speaker 6: more and more that the more relaxed, deeper level of
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: comfort you feel, the easier you're breathing becomes. It's almost
- 1:17:41Speaker 6: like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows you debree
- 1:18:02Speaker 6: easier without necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being able
- 1:18:28Speaker 6: to notice the ease.
- 1:18:47Speaker 5: In which.
- 1:18:56Speaker 6: You breathe so naturally, you breathe so very easily.
- 1:19:16Speaker 5: And smoothly.
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: Whenever I imagine my breathing improving, when I've got my
- 1:20:04Speaker 6: eyes closed, I tend to visualize a beautiful field with
- 1:20:23Speaker 6: trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: feels nice too, if nothing else, just taking some time
- 1:21:19Speaker 6: away from everything, enjoying that feeling of peace, serenity with
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: a joyful heart. Time seems to just.
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: Drip by.
- 1:22:44Speaker 6: So very slowly, relax, so deeply, peaceful, completely unattached to
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free, noticing that
- 1:24:39Speaker 6: your mind has slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really
- 1:25:26Speaker 6: requires your attention. You can enjoy the physical sensations of
- 1:25:56Speaker 6: allowing the stress to drip out of your body, drippin
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: out of every part of your body and being released
- 1:26:39Speaker 6: from your brain in your mind, slowly but surely, the muscle,
- 1:27:20Speaker 6: thin legs relax ras so very deeply, reacts so deeply,
- 1:28:31Speaker 6: and the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and
- 1:28:40Speaker 6: shoulders deepening each part of your body further and deeper
- 1:29:22Speaker 6: and deeper, noticing the feelings in the back of your neck,
- 1:30:08Speaker 6: feelings in your wrists, muscles, in front of your body.
- 1:30:57Speaker 6: I allsay, feeling peaceful deeply, there's a sense of peace
- 1:31:46Speaker 6: spreads through your fairy core. Even when you focus on
- 1:32:26Speaker 6: your mind, your mind becomes.
- 1:32:48Speaker 10: Beve and slowern deep, relaxing, so very slow.
- 1:34:09Speaker 6: Your stomach PA's for in your stomach, you're back. Notice
- 1:35:06Speaker 6: Notice how relaxed you'd now feel in the hole of
- 1:35:24Speaker 6: your back.
- 1:35:50Speaker 5: Your spy.
- 1:35:55Speaker 6: From your brain all the way down the middle of
- 1:36:00Speaker 6: you're back, sending and receiving millions of messages every day,
- 1:36:22Speaker 6: deecomfort increasing deeply relapsed, your knees, spreading those signals down
- 1:37:44Speaker 6: a spine or cord into air, every part of your body,
- 1:38:07Speaker 6: your shins and your calf muscles. We're outbows, Feelings of peace, entering,
- 1:39:00Speaker 6: quality spreading through your body, tips of your toes, to
- 1:39:17Speaker 6: your eyes, your fingers, all the way till your lower back.
- 1:39:31Speaker 6: M the tinker, read the tinker. Please, drifting mind just
- 1:40:43Speaker 6: wandering away, happy to let go go completely, let go,
- 1:41:34Speaker 6: so tranquil, our whole body enjoying a sense of listening.
- 1:42:32Speaker 6: Go heven more, Pece, enjoy the space, this space of peace.
- 1:44:39Speaker 5: And safety.
- 1:45:03Speaker 6: So firy fy letting go. Maybe we can just focus
- 1:47:06Speaker 6: on the different parts of your body, just to notice
- 1:47:40Speaker 6: a forehead and your eyes mutual so Louise, noticing the
- 1:48:43Speaker 6: sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, b dresting, peace, for energy,
- 1:50:51Speaker 6: peace to breathe, so much easier, assass Yes, you may
- 1:52:03Speaker 6: have or may not have noticed your mind drifting peaceful
- 1:53:00Speaker 6: m moly, even more deeply in the direction of total
- 1:53:26Speaker 6: blissful pace, blissful pace, to raft.
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: Out to pace.
- 1:55:16Speaker 6: Come on, soup cam, let him go peace with mind
- 1:56:12Speaker 6: relaxed fourty sir, relax.
- 1:56:45Speaker 1: So relaxed.
- 1:57:11Speaker 6: Your body feels almost invisible, so very relaxed. I'm peaceful,
- 1:57:45Speaker 6: so pace like.
- 1:58:32Speaker 4: Moss.
- 1:58:52Speaker 6: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:58:59Speaker 6: more relaxed. Next, even though I've not purposely focused your
- 1:59:10Speaker 6: mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing
- 1:59:18Speaker 6: within you throughout your body, and your mind starts to
- 1:59:27Speaker 6: slow down. And that could be almost in recognition of
- 1:59:40Speaker 6: I guess my speech not being particularly fast, and things
- 1:59:52Speaker 6: just generally feel calmer. Just by by listening to my voice,
- 2:00:05Speaker 6: you give yourself an opportunity to take a break from
- 2:00:12Speaker 6: the day, take a break from your life. As it is,
- 2:00:22Speaker 6: and to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to
- 2:00:30Speaker 6: take some time off, and to allow your body to
- 2:00:35Speaker 6: relax and allow your mind to slow down, which in
- 2:00:45Speaker 6: turn releases the tension and he stresses that you had
- 2:00:53Speaker 6: in your body. It's almost as if the parts of
- 2:01:03Speaker 6: your body just open up, allowing the negativity out and
- 2:01:15Speaker 6: at the same time replacing that negativity with positive heathing energy,
- 2:01:26Speaker 6: which then fills your body up and your mind to
- 2:01:33Speaker 6: also starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence, an
- 2:01:51Speaker 6: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing, an energy that spreads through
- 2:02:08Speaker 6: your body like a wave of comfort. And all this
- 2:02:19Speaker 6: comes from just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half
- 2:02:31Speaker 6: an hour, however long you want it to be, to
- 2:02:36Speaker 6: just rest and allow your mind and your body to
- 2:02:49Speaker 6: almost reset itself to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness,
- 2:03:10Speaker 6: which allows more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness
- 2:03:24Speaker 6: to move around your body and into your mind, almost
- 2:03:33Speaker 6: as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 2:03:42Speaker 6: almost mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness,
- 2:03:57Speaker 6: and it feels nice. It really does feel nice to
- 2:04:04Speaker 6: know that you are the one that has allowed yourself
- 2:04:14Speaker 6: to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 2:04:25Speaker 9: More of this.
- 2:04:28Speaker 6: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 2:04:44Speaker 6: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 2:04:50Speaker 6: that part becomes even more more relaxed just by focusing
- 2:05:05Speaker 6: on it, becomes even more calm and comfortable just by focusing.
- 2:05:21Speaker 6: And as I move down your body, starting at your head,
- 2:05:30Speaker 6: the parts that you've already focused on will continue to
- 2:05:36Speaker 6: relax deeply and those parts that we've not yet focused
- 2:05:44Speaker 6: on or just automatically release any remain in tension in
- 2:05:56Speaker 6: anticipation of even more comfort about to come. Now, I'm
- 2:06:11Speaker 6: going to start by focusing on your forehead. Just being
- 2:06:17Speaker 6: aware of the feelings of your forehead and any background
- 2:06:26Speaker 6: sounds like mister Herbert the Pigeon can just allow you
- 2:06:33Speaker 6: to feel even more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment.
- 2:06:44Speaker 6: This isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world.
- 2:06:53Speaker 6: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 2:06:59Speaker 6: sounds around. So as you focus on your forehead, just
- 2:07:10Speaker 6: notice how it becomes even.
- 2:07:14Speaker 5: More relaxed as you.
- 2:07:17Speaker 6: Focus only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 2:07:30Speaker 6: Moving down to your eyes. Focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 2:07:41Speaker 6: how your eyelids feel so heavy yet so light at
- 2:07:50Speaker 6: the same time, and all the muscles around your eyes
- 2:07:57Speaker 6: relaxing completely. Moving your focus down to your mouth, your lips,
- 2:08:12Speaker 6: your tongue, your teeth, and your gumbs, the whole of
- 2:08:19Speaker 6: your mouth, relaxing, calm and loose.
- 2:08:32Speaker 5: As you focus.
- 2:08:33Speaker 6: Now on your jaw, not just the parts of your
- 2:08:41Speaker 6: jaw near your mouth, your chin, but all the way
- 2:08:46Speaker 6: up the size of your face to your ears, the
- 2:08:52Speaker 6: hole of your jaw, feeding more relaxed.
- 2:09:07Speaker 4: And calm.
- 2:09:16Speaker 6: Focusing on your neck, the front of your neck and
- 2:09:25Speaker 6: your throat relaxing, loose and calm. The side of your neck,
- 2:09:41Speaker 6: the right and left side of your neck, relax and
- 2:09:50Speaker 6: lease and calm. And now the back of your neck,
- 2:10:07Speaker 6: focusing on the back of your neck, letting go of
- 2:10:17Speaker 6: any tension that may have been there before, and enjoying
- 2:10:24Speaker 6: that sense of increasing comfort and release that you can
- 2:10:37Speaker 6: experience in the back of your neck. Moving down your
- 2:10:48Speaker 6: back and moving either side of your spine right from
- 2:10:56Speaker 6: the top of your back.
- 2:10:59Speaker 9: All the way.
- 2:11:00Speaker 6: Down to the bottom of your back, down to your
- 2:11:13Speaker 6: lower back. As you move up and down your spine,
- 2:11:25Speaker 6: you can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 2:11:32Speaker 6: relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax, that sense
- 2:11:47Speaker 6: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 2:11:57Speaker 6: both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 2:12:05Speaker 6: the middle, and your lower back. And as you scan
- 2:12:13Speaker 6: gently and slowly up and down your back, there's the
- 2:12:21Speaker 6: muscles in the top of your back relax and become looser.
- 2:12:31Speaker 6: The muscles in the middle of your back also seem
- 2:12:37Speaker 6: to just almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting.
- 2:12:52Speaker 6: And in your lower back it seems to be an
- 2:12:58Speaker 6: extra special feeling of comfort that spreads into your hips.
- 2:13:15Speaker 6: Sit down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 2:13:23Speaker 6: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks, and
- 2:13:32Speaker 6: all those muscles that spread.
- 2:13:37Speaker 9: Bring your lower back.
- 2:13:41Speaker 6: Into your hip area start to melt, start to really
- 2:13:54Speaker 6: let go, and you knowwhere about to focus on your shoulders.
- 2:14:08Speaker 6: Your back and your spine will continue to let go,
- 2:14:18Speaker 6: continue to relax so calmly, and if you focus on
- 2:14:34Speaker 6: your shoulders, you may notice that they're already feeling.
- 2:14:44Speaker 11: Really loose, already feeding.
- 2:15:01Speaker 5: Calm and fear.
- 2:15:13Speaker 6: Those muscles then move from your neck into your shoulders
- 2:15:28Speaker 6: feel so soft and gentle, so smooth and calm, and
- 2:15:58Speaker 6: the feeling in your shot was seems to spread deep
- 2:16:11Speaker 6: into your shoulders, that sense of relaxation, not just traveling
- 2:16:21Speaker 6: deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing the bones and
- 2:16:38Speaker 6: moving all away to underneath your arms, relaxing that whole
- 2:16:47Speaker 6: area between the tops of your shoulders and underneath your arms.
- 2:16:57Speaker 6: He then.
- 2:17:03Speaker 5: You feel so.
- 2:17:06Speaker 6: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sends that.
- 2:17:19Speaker 5: Deep healing.
- 2:17:24Speaker 6: Message into your arms. And you may feel almost as
- 2:17:42Speaker 6: if your arms are not even there, because they're so relaxed,
- 2:17:52Speaker 6: so deeply relaxed, so so calm.
- 2:18:22Speaker 4: So.
- 2:18:29Speaker 6: Pose not feeling spreading all the way down your arms
- 2:18:47Speaker 6: to your elbows, including your elbows circumforts spreads or away.
- 2:19:16Speaker 5: Into the rests.
- 2:19:20Speaker 6: Of forearments and the rests so heavy yet at the
- 2:19:36Speaker 6: same time so light and gentle. Freak sick.
- 2:20:18Speaker 5: Now on.
- 2:20:22Speaker 6: Your hands, my hands, so peaceful.
- 2:20:56Speaker 12: In your hands.
- 2:21:15Speaker 6: There's a sense of.
- 2:21:20Speaker 12: Real peace.
- 2:21:33Speaker 6: It just seems to feel so familiar.
- 2:21:46Speaker 13: When your hands relax deeply.
- 2:22:17Speaker 9: The thing is.
- 2:22:50Speaker 6: You things, sadly a thing you tips maving your attention
- 2:23:57Speaker 6: to the front, to your body, so comfortable, move in
- 2:24:25Speaker 6: your focus.
- 2:24:28Speaker 5: Your legs, why muscus.
- 2:25:51Speaker 6: In your thighs, your knees, so relaxed, a calf mussels
- 2:26:45Speaker 6: and just shins compasi four the father you faat, sir, peaceful,
- 2:29:04Speaker 6: so calm, ser peaceful, so calm, su peaceful, so.

- 2:30:12Speaker 6: RelA same peace fall, so calm, loving that deep relaxation,
- 2:30:38Speaker 6: to spread your chest, in your stomach, so RelA, letting go.
- 2:30:57Speaker 6: Hmm if every thing so, I'm gonna start counting down
- 2:31:13Speaker 6: now from twenty down to one. You can imagine in
- 2:31:25Speaker 6: a way, it's like just walking down.
- 2:31:27Speaker 5: Some steps.
- 2:31:30Speaker 6: And each step or twenty steps, and each step represents
- 2:31:36Speaker 6: a level of comfort. Each step represents.
- 2:31:46Speaker 5: A deepening.
- 2:31:49Speaker 6: Of that comfort, and the furvies you walk down those steps,
- 2:32:00Speaker 6: the deeper and more relaxed you feel. So starting with
- 2:32:12Speaker 6: number twenty twenty nineteen, eighteen seventeen sixteen US US ten
- 2:36:44Speaker 6: fourteen four see too well.
- 2:39:51Speaker 7: F faaaaa.
- 2:42:07Speaker 6: Nine eight seven h.
- 2:45:00Speaker 14: A six.
- 2:47:03Speaker 6: Five four.
- 2:49:08Speaker 9: H one. And now.
- 2:52:55Speaker 6: As you focus on your eyes, we're gonna count down
- 2:53:09Speaker 6: from ten down to one, focusing just on your eyes,
- 2:53:23Speaker 6: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves,
- 2:53:33Speaker 6: our whole area that makes up your eye and as
- 2:53:51Speaker 6: we count down from ten down to one, whilst focus
- 2:53:59Speaker 6: in your eyes, you'll become twice is relaxed with each
- 2:54:15Speaker 6: number counting down, and you may find the all you
- 2:54:28Speaker 6: want to do is just drift off to sleep. And
- 2:54:37Speaker 6: if that's what you want, then just allow yourself to
- 2:54:44Speaker 6: do that. Now, focusing on your eyes, I'm going to
- 2:54:58Speaker 6: begin count down.
- 2:55:02Speaker 9: From ten down to one right now, ten nine eight.
- 2:56:26Speaker 14: Seven h.
- 2:57:33Speaker 9: H five.
- 3:00:27Speaker 6: Four three.
- 3:02:46Speaker 15: Two one.
- 3:04:21Speaker 6: So counted down from ten to one ten nine eight
- 3:04:41Speaker 6: seven six five four three two one. And maybe that
- 3:05:06Speaker 6: was a bit too quick in order to relax. Maybe
- 3:05:10Speaker 6: it's a bit too fast for you to notice the
- 3:05:15Speaker 6: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of
- 3:05:22Speaker 6: pressure there, Like you're count it down from ten to one.
- 3:05:26Speaker 6: Would you expect me to do man, expect me to
- 3:05:30Speaker 6: stick go floppy just because you're counting down. If you
- 3:05:40Speaker 6: try it again, but this time, I go this lower.
- 3:05:46Speaker 6: This time, as you focus on the whole of your
- 3:05:51Speaker 6: body before we focus on your legs, just notice how
- 3:05:59Speaker 6: your body does start to feel more relaxed with every
- 3:06:13Speaker 6: number that I count down ten nine eight seven six
- 3:06:55Speaker 6: five four three.
- 3:07:27Speaker 5: Two one.
- 3:08:00Speaker 6: And just notice how how you feel, generally, how your
- 3:08:05Speaker 6: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 3:08:20Speaker 6: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that
- 3:08:31Speaker 6: space between being active physically or mentally to just sitting
- 3:08:52Speaker 6: or lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not
- 3:08:57Speaker 6: saying anything, not needing to think about anything. So it
- 3:09:04Speaker 6: opens up a space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 3:09:08Speaker 6: a gap. And the more I camped down from ten
- 3:09:18Speaker 6: to one, the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that
- 3:09:26Speaker 6: gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling,
- 3:09:44Speaker 6: and it moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally
- 3:09:54Speaker 6: moves away. Allows you.
- 3:10:07Speaker 9: To just.
- 3:10:11Speaker 6: Slow down. Someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 3:10:18Speaker 6: and notice that gap widening, the gap. And as it widens,
- 3:10:28Speaker 6: it's almost like the stress and attention falls into the
- 3:10:34Speaker 6: gap and gives you that distance, that space. Now nine eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 3:12:14Speaker 6: three two one. Now, how does your body feel.
- 3:13:07Speaker 4: Now?
- 3:13:20Speaker 6: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calmer, the feeling
- 3:13:35Speaker 6: more relaxed. As we now focus on your legs, just
- 3:14:02Speaker 6: your legs. We're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs.
- 3:14:39Speaker 6: Of course, it's not the most exciting thing to be doing,
- 3:14:44Speaker 6: because I'm sure like most of your body is not
- 3:14:50Speaker 6: not going on right now, Just focusing on the whole
- 3:15:03Speaker 6: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 3:15:09Speaker 6: of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 3:15:16Speaker 6: and your inner thighs, basically the whole of your thigh
- 3:15:22Speaker 6: that leads into your hip and it goes down to
- 3:15:31Speaker 6: your knee joints. Now, this is a big area. It's
- 3:15:45Speaker 6: a very heavy area, it's very strong. Probably the strongest
- 3:15:51Speaker 6: muscles in your body are in your thighs. But I
- 3:16:04Speaker 6: don't think we perhaps and give enough attention to our thighs.
- 3:16:19Speaker 6: Perhaps we don't acknowledge how important our thighs are to
- 3:16:29Speaker 6: our lives, how much they actually do for us all
- 3:16:50Speaker 6: through our lives. And it may seem and sound really.
- 3:17:00Speaker 4: Weird, but.
- 3:17:04Speaker 6: I think that all of our body parts, especially our thighs,
- 3:17:11Speaker 6: need some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 3:17:18Speaker 6: of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do
- 3:17:37Speaker 6: for us. And I know this may sound a bit strange.
- 3:17:49Speaker 6: Maybe you think, why am I sure how I should
- 3:17:52Speaker 6: be out in the garden hugging a tree or something. Well,
- 3:18:01Speaker 6: it's hard to set a microphone up on a tree.
- 3:18:05Speaker 6: That's why I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I would be
- 3:18:07Speaker 6: outside hugging a tree. Now I can't see the television
- 3:18:11Speaker 6: from the tree. If you move down to your knees
- 3:18:21Speaker 6: gain such an important part. And I think we don't
- 3:18:29Speaker 6: necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate
- 3:18:39Speaker 6: all that my knees do for me until I have
- 3:18:44Speaker 6: a problem with my knee. It's occasionally, if I ever
- 3:18:49Speaker 6: maybe i'll pash it, or it's aching for some reason.
- 3:18:55Speaker 6: It's then that I realize how much it does. You know,
- 3:19:01Speaker 6: the benefit of being able to use my legs without
- 3:19:09Speaker 6: any kind of physical discomfort.
- 3:19:13Speaker 5: Is a beautiful thing.
- 3:19:16Speaker 6: That's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 3:19:23Speaker 5: You know that's comfort.
- 3:19:29Speaker 6: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 3:19:34Speaker 6: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 3:19:43Speaker 6: and love to your knees for all that they do
- 3:19:45Speaker 6: for you. When you can still have that attention on
- 3:19:59Speaker 6: your thighs and maybe notice how your thighs feel, maybe
- 3:20:05Speaker 6: you've noticed that they are relaxing more deeply as you
- 3:20:23Speaker 6: focus now on the bottoms of your legs, your shins,
- 3:20:29Speaker 6: and your calf muscles and the bones between your knees
- 3:20:35Speaker 6: and your feet incorporate, and of course your ankles so important.
- 3:20:49Speaker 6: Anyone that's had even like the slightest sprain of an
- 3:20:53Speaker 6: ankle knows how how much we take our ankles for granted.
- 3:21:07Speaker 6: And it's kind of strange in a way when you
- 3:21:09Speaker 6: think that. You know, logically, our wrists are a lot
- 3:21:15Speaker 6: thinner than the rest of our arms, which is okay,
- 3:21:20Speaker 6: it doesn't can't see any problem with that because we're
- 3:21:24Speaker 6: just picking stuff up. But our ankles so much thinner
- 3:21:32Speaker 6: than the rest of our legs, and from a physics
- 3:21:40Speaker 6: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense that
- 3:21:46Speaker 6: all this weight would ultimately be resting on your ankles
- 3:21:55Speaker 6: then leading to your feet, that thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 3:22:09Speaker 6: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 3:22:14Speaker 6: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 3:22:26Speaker 6: you to get around and be mobile. And there's the
- 3:22:39Speaker 6: calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 3:22:47Speaker 6: see the point in calf muscles didn't seem to do
- 3:22:50Speaker 6: anything Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes, then my
- 3:22:57Speaker 6: calf muscles get some work. Of course, that's not true.
- 3:23:01Speaker 6: The carved muscles are being used whenever we use our
- 3:23:05Speaker 6: legs and your shins there to protect your lower legs,
- 3:23:23Speaker 6: shaped in a way almost as a protector for the bone,
- 3:23:36Speaker 6: leading of course to your ankles.
- 3:23:42Speaker 5: And your feet.
- 3:23:48Speaker 6: But we're not going to focus on your feet. We're
- 3:23:50Speaker 6: just going to focus on the legs. I realize that
- 3:23:56Speaker 6: now that I've mentioned your feet, it probably sitting on
- 3:24:00Speaker 6: them anyway, So maybe I should focus on your feet
- 3:24:04Speaker 6: a little bit. You can have them in your awareness
- 3:24:12Speaker 6: the same as you have your thighs.
- 3:24:15Speaker 5: In your awareness.
- 3:24:16Speaker 6: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs a
- 3:24:20Speaker 6: few minutes, let me focusing on your ankles. There's still
- 3:24:32Speaker 6: that sensation of comfort in your thighs, and this that
- 3:24:47Speaker 6: movement of energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations.
- 3:24:59Speaker 6: Of course, there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that
- 3:25:04Speaker 6: we have in our thighs. But the skin on the
- 3:25:17Speaker 6: outside of the thighs, as in the outside of all
- 3:25:22Speaker 6: of our body, can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch,
- 3:25:34Speaker 6: sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs the bones, there's
- 3:25:48Speaker 6: the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the arch trees, all
- 3:25:53Speaker 6: this stuff that's inside your thighs. And I guess sometimes
- 3:26:03Speaker 6: it'd be nice if you could actually put your fingers
- 3:26:06Speaker 6: inside your thighs and a message, so you can message
- 3:26:12Speaker 6: on the outside, of course, but to be able to
- 3:26:16Speaker 6: get deep into the muscles and to be able to
- 3:26:19Speaker 6: just massage inside your thighs, message in the bones of
- 3:26:25Speaker 6: your leg massage in all the veins, and just gently
- 3:26:36Speaker 6: healing your thighs, and you could move down message and
- 3:26:46Speaker 6: inside your knees, just message in those bones, but with
- 3:26:52Speaker 6: healing fingertips spreading that healing energy deep into the choints
- 3:27:00Speaker 6: of your knees. Of course, there's the back of your
- 3:27:10Speaker 6: your knee, you know, the inside crease where your knee is.
- 3:27:16Speaker 6: It's a very sensitive area. Very it feels very nice
- 3:27:21Speaker 6: when you stroke it. That might be because it's an
- 3:27:26Speaker 6: area that's not really touched very often. It's almost like
- 3:27:32Speaker 6: a hidden part, that crease.
- 3:27:37Speaker 5: In your legs.
- 3:27:38Speaker 6: It's almost it's like a part that has a sensitivity,
- 3:27:45Speaker 6: which is a little bit different. Of course, it's protected
- 3:27:55Speaker 6: by your legs, so you can imagine putting your fingers
- 3:28:07Speaker 6: into that crease in your legs. Fold in between your legs.
- 3:28:17Speaker 6: You can just message with your fingertips. Imagine your fingertips
- 3:28:22Speaker 6: going inside message in the muscle tissue. You can of
- 3:28:33Speaker 6: course field the bones of your knees heading through your fingertips,
- 3:28:47Speaker 6: and then as you go down to your calf muscles,
- 3:28:53Speaker 6: and that's the part I'd like to be able to
- 3:28:55Speaker 6: really put my fingertips deep inside like half muscles, and
- 3:29:02Speaker 6: massage in every single tissue of that muscle, healing every part.
- 3:29:18Speaker 6: And then doing the same for my shins, massage in
- 3:29:24Speaker 6: and gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them, healing in
- 3:29:32Speaker 6: a loving way, because they deserve to be treated as
- 3:29:39Speaker 6: the precious bones that they are, because our legs are
- 3:29:43Speaker 6: so precious as in all the other parts of our body,
- 3:29:49Speaker 6: and more precious of any chore on the planet. When
- 3:30:03Speaker 6: you start to think about your legs in this way,
- 3:30:16Speaker 6: it can change your perspective. It might sound a bit
- 3:30:25Speaker 6: a bit silly to start with the idea of having
- 3:30:31Speaker 6: love for your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs, wanting
- 3:30:41Speaker 6: to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 3:30:47Speaker 6: the massage, the muscles and the bones, and to get
- 3:30:53Speaker 6: your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension. Just to
- 3:31:02Speaker 6: show how much you care about your legs, how much
- 3:31:11Speaker 6: you care for what your legs do for you regularly,
- 3:31:19Speaker 6: your knees, your calves, your ankles, the strength of your
- 3:31:29Speaker 6: ankles considering how thin they are compared to the rest
- 3:31:37Speaker 6: of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong,
- 3:31:46Speaker 6: so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles are truly a
- 3:32:00Speaker 6: gift because of what they do for you, supporting all
- 3:32:12Speaker 6: that weight, regardless of how what weight you are, even
- 3:32:18Speaker 6: if you only eat ate stone, there's still a lot
- 3:32:23Speaker 6: of weight for these little ankles. Now, I'm a lot
- 3:32:30Speaker 6: heavier than eat stone double down. Yet my ankles.
- 3:32:39Speaker 5: Support my body.
- 3:32:41Speaker 6: All the time. Whether they do give off a sigh
- 3:32:48Speaker 6: of relief when I sit down at my whole legs.
- 3:32:54Speaker 6: Do my feet feel so go my toast clap, We're
- 3:33:04Speaker 6: so happy. Your legs really are amazing. And I know
- 3:33:33Speaker 6: that talking about talking about your legs is probably possibly
- 3:33:40Speaker 6: among the most most boring things you've ever heard anyone say.
- 3:33:45Speaker 6: Possibly you're boring or not. Everything I said is true.
- 3:33:55Speaker 6: Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect,
- 3:34:16Speaker 6: they deserve to relax deeply. They deserve to take some
- 3:34:28Speaker 6: time out of the day to just let go completely.
- 3:34:52Speaker 9: Your legs.
- 3:34:59Speaker 6: Really can relax. And because the legs are so such
- 3:35:12Speaker 6: a most, you know, very important part of your body.
- 3:35:18Speaker 6: When you relax your legs, the rest of your body
- 3:35:21Speaker 6: also naturally follows in that journey of comfort. I can
- 3:35:40Speaker 6: feel it in my hips. My hips feel really loose,
- 3:35:48Speaker 6: and also my lower back as well. My lower back
- 3:35:53Speaker 6: really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:35:58Speaker 6: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:36:04Speaker 6: I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:36:08Speaker 6: muscles are just relaxed so much that there is a
- 3:36:12Speaker 6: natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot. And
- 3:36:37Speaker 6: I'm now going to count down from ten down to one,
- 3:36:44Speaker 6: and you can continue.
- 3:36:47Speaker 5: To feel.
- 3:36:50Speaker 6: Wonderfully relaxed. Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four three two.
- 3:37:31Speaker 5: One relax.
- 3:37:46Speaker 6: So I'm just going to count down from five down
- 3:37:50Speaker 6: to one. And as a countdown, if you just focus
- 3:37:54Speaker 6: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 3:38:03Speaker 6: how you feel.
- 3:38:08Speaker 4: In this moment.
- 3:38:10Speaker 6: As you hear the numbers counting down. Knowing that those
- 3:38:15Speaker 6: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:38:28Speaker 6: your body, but also relaxing your mind. I'll just notice
- 3:38:36Speaker 6: how you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:38:43Speaker 6: there's nothing to think about, starting with number five, four,
- 3:39:10Speaker 6: three two one. Now, as you notice the gradual letting go,
- 3:39:48Speaker 6: the the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:39:55Speaker 6: to notice and be aware of how you're mind is
- 3:40:02Speaker 6: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:40:11Speaker 6: that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's just
- 3:40:18Speaker 6: natural because as your body relaxes, your mind also starts
- 3:40:24Speaker 6: to relax, and the more your mind relaxes, the more
- 3:40:29Speaker 6: your body relaxes. It's just a continuous circle of relaxation.
- 3:40:40Speaker 6: And there is that calmness that comes from relative quietness.
- 3:40:49Speaker 6: You know, even even if there's background sounds either your
- 3:40:54Speaker 6: side or mind, it's still going to be quite calm.
- 3:41:02Speaker 6: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:41:05Speaker 6: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recording
- 3:41:09Speaker 6: with music. Of course, you're very likely not going to
- 3:41:17Speaker 6: be sitting in a room with other people. Of course
- 3:41:20Speaker 6: you might be, but generally it's more ideal if you
- 3:41:25Speaker 6: can do this on your own, so no distractions, and
- 3:41:36Speaker 6: when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises, a
- 3:41:51Speaker 6: sense of comfort starts to grow, and without trying to
- 3:42:02Speaker 6: build it up into something fantastical or something magical, this
- 3:42:13Speaker 6: is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:42:26Speaker 6: In fact, it's almost know. The sense of relaxing completely
- 3:42:32Speaker 6: happens really when you put no effort into it. It's
- 3:42:38Speaker 6: not something that you can really force. It's something that
- 3:42:45Speaker 6: happens naturally. And part of the process of this recording
- 3:42:56Speaker 6: and others.
- 3:42:58Speaker 5: Is simply.
- 3:43:01Speaker 6: Two allow you to take advantage of this space, this time,
- 3:43:16Speaker 6: to just let go, to just be here, to be
- 3:43:28Speaker 6: in tune with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 3:43:44Speaker 6: of wanting to relax deeply and maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:43:56Speaker 6: depending on what it is that you wish for yourself
- 3:44:03Speaker 6: in this moment. As we know, relaxing is the majority
- 3:44:19Speaker 6: of the process of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep
- 3:44:24Speaker 6: part is a tiny bit at the end. The deeper
- 3:44:32Speaker 6: relaxed do you become, the easier.
- 3:44:41Speaker 5: You find.
- 3:44:44Speaker 6: Yourself drifting. You can also if you choose stay focus
- 3:45:01Speaker 6: on my voice and really enjoy the process, gradually relaxing
- 3:45:29Speaker 6: each muscle in your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation.
- 3:46:02Speaker 8: Of letting go.
- 3:46:09Speaker 6: Completely.
- 3:46:16Speaker 5: And this time I'm going to count from six down
- 3:46:19Speaker 5: to one, and you can notice your.
- 3:46:28Speaker 6: Mind calming down more with each number that you hear
- 3:46:38Speaker 6: me say, naturally, feeling calm and slow and be peaceful. Six, five, four.
- 3:48:19Speaker 9: Three, two, what.
- 3:49:48Speaker 6: Being aware, how you'd mind to slow right down, sinking
- 3:50:04Speaker 6: deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your mind,
- 3:50:24Speaker 6: you may notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:50:37Speaker 6: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need
- 3:50:46Speaker 6: your attention. That's what you can do is send love
- 3:51:02Speaker 6: to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:51:13Speaker 9: With love.
- 3:51:15Speaker 6: I all petals from a flower, just sprinkle it over them,
- 3:51:21Speaker 6: petals filled with love towards those thoughts. To let those
- 3:51:28Speaker 6: thoughts over, You're not abandon in them. You just need them.
- 3:51:37Speaker 6: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:51:52Speaker 12: For now.
- 3:52:01Speaker 6: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts, as we
- 3:52:06Speaker 6: count down this time from seven down to one. With
- 3:52:11Speaker 6: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:52:27Speaker 6: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:52:40Speaker 6: melt away and relax deeply. Of every number, those thoughts
- 3:52:55Speaker 6: will become more.
- 3:53:00Speaker 5: And more relaxed.
- 3:53:07Speaker 6: Starting with number seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.
- 3:55:39Speaker 6: Let him now notice how relaxed you're feeling in your body.
- 3:56:05Speaker 6: We're going to focus on your hands, because the more
- 3:56:18Speaker 6: relaxed your hands are, the more relaxed your body and
- 3:56:25Speaker 6: mind are. And there's.
- 3:56:43Speaker 5: You focus on.
- 3:56:44Speaker 6: Your hands and your fingers. There's nothing needed to be done.
- 3:56:56Speaker 6: There's no clenching of fists or damn that's in the
- 3:57:00Speaker 6: fingers or anything like that. It's just noticing and focusing
- 3:57:14Speaker 6: on your hands, noticing how they feel. Because the more
- 3:57:42Speaker 6: relaxed do your hands feel, the calmer your mind feels,
- 3:57:53Speaker 6: and the more.
- 3:57:56Speaker 5: Comfort you feel throughout your body.
- 3:58:07Speaker 6: And ge may have.
- 3:58:17Speaker 5: Already noticed you mind is starting to dress like sense.
- 3:59:00Speaker 6: Just on your hands and fingers, allowing them to experience
- 3:59:17Speaker 6: a real deepening of that relaxation in your hands and
- 3:59:25Speaker 6: fingers more and more relaxed. With each number.
- 3:59:51Speaker 12: From eight.
- 3:59:54Speaker 9: Down to one, you can.
- 4:00:00Speaker 6: Almost feel that healing and relaxing energy spreading into your.
- 4:00:11Speaker 12: Hands and fingers.
- 4:00:17Speaker 6: Becoming ye raw relaxing with each number.
- 4:00:34Speaker 12: You hear.
- 4:00:38Speaker 9: Going down.
- 4:00:40Speaker 6: From eight down to one, drifting, drifting again, starting weird.
- 4:01:04Speaker 9: Nova eight.
- 4:01:49Speaker 6: Seven six.
- 4:02:54Speaker 9: Four four.
- 4:03:39Speaker 3: Three.
- 4:04:59Speaker 6: Just be here now, nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 4:05:10Speaker 6: nothing to say, and everything just feels calmer.
- 4:05:24Speaker 5: And this is your natural state of being.
- 4:05:31Speaker 6: This is how you just normally feel when you take
- 4:05:36Speaker 6: away all that other stuff that we add, you know,
- 4:05:45Speaker 6: things like stress and worrying and overthinking, anxiety, tension, just
- 4:06:01Speaker 6: generally thinking about stuff. You take that away, which is
- 4:06:07Speaker 6: what we do.
- 4:06:09Speaker 4: What we do now.
- 4:06:16Speaker 6: You're left with a real sense of peacefulness, which comes
- 4:06:27Speaker 6: to you very quickly, because ultimately it's just a feeling,
- 4:06:41Speaker 6: a feeling of comfort, almost as if you've gone inside
- 4:06:50Speaker 6: yourself and you've found a special place where everything is peaceful,
- 4:07:05Speaker 6: a place where you can feel relaxed and your natural
- 4:07:12Speaker 6: sense of comfort, a place where you can be you,
- 4:07:23Speaker 6: where you can accept yourself for who you are, the
- 4:07:30Speaker 6: place where you're not trying to please anybody else ever,
- 4:07:41Speaker 6: the place where you can actually not just love yourself,
- 4:07:50Speaker 6: but in some ways more importantly, you can like yourself,
- 4:07:57Speaker 6: appreciate who you are, and a sense of gratitude is
- 4:08:15Speaker 6: in the air way around you. And that's also a
- 4:08:25Speaker 6: place where you can actually feel the healing energy soaking
- 4:08:36Speaker 6: into your body. Healing energy soaking into your body, and
- 4:08:53Speaker 6: the healing energy spreads through your veins, traveling to each
- 4:09:04Speaker 6: and every single part of your body, and you start
- 4:09:15Speaker 6: to realize that actually, that healing energy, it's not just
- 4:09:22Speaker 6: entered into your brain, it's become part of your brain,
- 4:09:34Speaker 6: and the.
- 4:09:35Speaker 5: Spinal fluid.
- 4:09:39Speaker 6: Is now mixed with healing energy, not just allowing you
- 4:09:50Speaker 6: to feel so much more relaxed.
- 4:09:54Speaker 5: And healthy in this moment, but also.
- 4:10:06Speaker 6: You start to realize that actually, what's happening now with
- 4:10:13Speaker 6: that healing, relaxing energy spreading through your body, it's actually
- 4:10:23Speaker 6: changing your life. It's actually changing the way you're going
- 4:10:34Speaker 6: to feel not just now, but tomorrow and the next day.
- 4:10:42Speaker 6: As your health improves, not just your physical health, but
- 4:10:50Speaker 6: your mental health. Things that used to bother you in
- 4:10:58Speaker 6: the past, for some reason, no longer have the effect
- 4:11:06Speaker 6: that they used to because something has changed deep within you.
- 4:11:20Speaker 6: Maybe things that used to cause you to feel anger
- 4:11:30Speaker 6: no longer have that power to control you the way
- 4:11:40Speaker 6: they seem to be able to before. As you realize
- 4:11:49Speaker 6: that you are the one who decides what affects you,
- 4:12:01Speaker 6: You're the one who decides to feel relaxed and calm
- 4:12:12Speaker 6: when you choose to enjoy noticing these natural developments of healing,
- 4:12:30Speaker 6: continuing to grow and improve your life day by day,
- 4:12:45Speaker 6: including of course your ability.
- 4:12:49Speaker 5: To relax so much easier and sleeping.
- 4:13:04Speaker 6: It's the most natural thing in the world to you,
- 4:13:14Speaker 6: because falling asleep is something that you've done so many
- 4:13:21Speaker 6: times in your life, and you know that you were born,
- 4:13:31Speaker 6: as we all were, with the ability to fall asleep naturally.
- 4:13:41Speaker 6: You were born with that ability to just drift off
- 4:13:53Speaker 6: into a deep, healing sleep. Even when we're kids, sometimes
- 4:14:06Speaker 6: will fall asleep and we don't even want to.
- 4:14:10Speaker 5: Try to tell us stay awake.
- 4:14:13Speaker 6: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, or it's Christmas
- 4:14:17Speaker 6: or holiday or something we look forward to. We don't
- 4:14:21Speaker 6: want to go to sleep. But the more you want
- 4:14:25Speaker 6: to stay awake, the more we just start to drift.
- 4:14:35Speaker 6: And the more you fight drifting, the more you try
- 4:14:39Speaker 6: to stop yourself and drift in a safe the deeper
- 4:14:44Speaker 6: and stronger that drifting becomes. Because we're born not just
- 4:14:56Speaker 6: with the need to relax deeply and to naturally fall asleep,
- 4:15:06Speaker 6: but it's our birthright as part of our DNA, and
- 4:15:19Speaker 6: sometimes as we get older in life, perhaps at times
- 4:15:26Speaker 6: we have forgotten that relaxing completely is not only a
- 4:15:39Speaker 6: wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy. It's very, very
- 4:16:04Speaker 6: easy to let go, because that's all it is, is
- 4:16:10Speaker 6: just deciding to let go. And when you press the
- 4:16:24Speaker 6: play button on my recordings, you have given permission for
- 4:16:35Speaker 6: my voice.
- 4:16:37Speaker 5: To relax you.
- 4:16:42Speaker 6: When you press that play button, you've given me permission
- 4:16:47Speaker 6: for my words.
- 4:16:52Speaker 5: To effect.
- 4:16:55Speaker 6: You in a positive, only a positive way, opening up.
- 4:17:12Speaker 5: Your mind.
- 4:17:15Speaker 6: To useful and healing suggestions that can have such an
- 4:17:36Speaker 6: amazing effect on how you feel right now, as well
- 4:17:51Speaker 6: as those changes that continue long after the recording ends,
- 4:18:00Speaker 6: those changes within you to continue to flourish and grow,
- 4:18:14Speaker 6: transforming your life in a positive, beautiful way, allowing you
- 4:18:28Speaker 6: to move forward in your life in the direction that
- 4:18:35Speaker 6: you choose.
- 4:18:37Speaker 5: For yourself.
- 4:18:47Speaker 6: And this feeling, this feeling that you can experience of safety, comfort, calmness,
- 4:19:07Speaker 6: this feels so nice. It's such a healthy place to be,
- 4:19:29Speaker 6: and that positivity grows within you each and every day.
- 4:19:45Speaker 6: Moving forward, you had to find you're more relaxed physically
- 4:20:01Speaker 6: and in your mind is more relaxed. And it's not
- 4:20:10Speaker 6: that you're thinking slower. It's just that your mind will
- 4:20:16Speaker 6: be less not locked up with unnecessary negativity, because from
- 4:20:28Speaker 6: now on, your mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're
- 4:20:38Speaker 6: going to start noticing when negativity arises, and you can
- 4:20:49Speaker 6: just say stop, stop, and then negativity will turn around
- 4:21:03Speaker 6: and leave you alone.
- 4:21:13Speaker 5: Stop and that negativity.
- 4:21:22Speaker 6: Would disappear. And as you notice that you feel way
- 4:21:36Speaker 6: more relaxed than you probably expected, you can now congratulate
- 4:21:53Speaker 6: yourself because you're the person that has done this. You
- 4:22:00Speaker 6: another one that has opened your mind up to the
- 4:22:06Speaker 6: simple facts. You can feel more relaxed in your body
- 4:22:15Speaker 6: and in your mind. You've opened your mind up to
- 4:22:26Speaker 6: the birthright of being able.
- 4:22:28Speaker 14: To just.
- 4:22:31Speaker 6: Fall asleep easily when you choose. And that's a nice feeling.
- 4:22:48Speaker 14: Don't you think.
- 4:22:51Speaker 6: It feels nice? Doesn't it? To feel calm? All that
- 4:23:00Speaker 6: healing energy is spreading through your body in your mind
- 4:23:11Speaker 6: to spend time a special place where negativity can no
- 4:23:22Speaker 6: longer enter. Negativity is banned. It's bad, it's not allowed.
- 4:23:36Speaker 6: Intrigue doesn't it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to be here,
- 4:23:42Speaker 6: doesn't belong here. Negativity has no place in your life,
- 4:24:01Speaker 6: which makes room feel more comfort more healing, more relaxation,
- 4:24:16Speaker 6: more peace. It feels nice, doesn't it.
- 4:24:37Speaker 14: Just let go.
- 4:24:45Speaker 5: Everything.
- 4:24:59Speaker 6: I'm gonna ca out down now from twenty down to one.
- 4:25:07Speaker 6: You can continue to relax. If you choose, you can
- 4:25:16Speaker 6: dread to sleep. With every number you hear me say,
- 4:25:31Speaker 6: you can feel twice as relaxed, or if you choose,
- 4:25:39Speaker 6: you can feel twice as sleeping now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen,
- 4:26:56Speaker 6: thirteen to well eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six five war.
- 4:28:43Speaker 6: It is your time to just take a break, your
- 4:28:53Speaker 6: time to relax, to allow your mind to slow down,
- 4:29:13Speaker 6: to give yourself permission to take a break from everything.
- 4:29:32Speaker 6: And you you're the only person.
- 4:29:34Speaker 14: That can make that decision. You're the only.
- 4:29:40Speaker 6: Person that can actually tell your mind.
- 4:29:47Speaker 5: To just relax, to just.
- 4:30:00Speaker 6: Take some time off so that you can focus on
- 4:30:13Speaker 6: your body, getting in touch with how you feel physically,
- 4:30:29Speaker 6: and in the process of this body scan where you
- 4:30:36Speaker 6: focus on different parts of your body, those plants that
- 4:30:47Speaker 6: you focus on and observe, even though you're not purposely
- 4:30:56Speaker 6: requesting those parts of your body to relax, it's kind
- 4:31:05Speaker 6: of expected. You expect when you listen to my voice
- 4:31:12Speaker 6: to feel more relaxed naturally, because when you're listening to me,
- 4:31:27Speaker 6: your attention is focused on my words, and as my
- 4:31:39Speaker 6: words guide you to focus on those parts of your body,
- 4:31:55Speaker 6: your focus increases, which actually calms your mind. And when
- 4:32:17Speaker 6: you wind calms down, your body relaxes, And when your
- 4:32:36Speaker 6: puddy calms down, your mind.
- 4:32:49Speaker 5: Relaxes.
- 4:32:58Speaker 6: And and who have not really started to focus on
- 4:33:05Speaker 6: your body, you can already feel that healing energy spreading
- 4:33:19Speaker 6: through your body, pushing out stress and tension, healing all
- 4:33:38Speaker 6: the arts of your body, bleeding, the skin, your bones,
- 4:33:46Speaker 6: your blood, all of your organs inside your body, all
- 4:33:53Speaker 6: of the muscles, all of the fat, all everything, every
- 4:34:02Speaker 6: hair on your body is filled with bay healing energy
- 4:34:15Speaker 6: than when your brain fills with bad healing energy. The
- 4:34:31Speaker 6: feeding of comforts of relaxation increases, deeply increases.
- 4:34:55Speaker 4: In a way.
- 4:35:00Speaker 6: Your mind starts to feel perhaps bit rousing.
- 4:35:16Speaker 14: Because it's not needed, and it may.
- 4:35:22Speaker 16: Start to drift if that's what's needed. So if you're
- 4:35:41Speaker 16: listening to this and what you need is deeply relaxation.
- 4:35:47Speaker 14: That's what you get. If what you need is to
- 4:35:54Speaker 14: fall asleep naturally and easily, your mind and to drifts, that's.
- 4:36:04Speaker 6: Also for whatever, because why pressing that play button on
- 4:36:18Speaker 6: the podcast and listening to me, I give permission.
- 4:36:25Speaker 16: For your body and your mind. In fact, you give
- 4:36:36Speaker 16: the command to your body in your.
- 4:36:39Speaker 6: Mind to relax deeply and to drift off.
- 4:36:50Speaker 14: To sleep if that's what you want.
- 4:36:58Speaker 12: Pointed.
- 4:37:06Speaker 14: And as I.
- 4:37:07Speaker 16: Focus on the different parts of your body, you may
- 4:37:19Speaker 16: start to just drift.
- 4:37:25Speaker 14: And then you come back again and hear me talking and.
- 4:37:30Speaker 6: I'm focusing on the different parts.
- 4:37:33Speaker 14: Of your body, you may.
- 4:37:42Speaker 6: Find just so drifting, so you don't realize you're drifting.
- 4:37:50Speaker 14: Until you stop drifting.
- 4:37:54Speaker 6: To alert again to my voice focusing HM.
- 4:38:01Speaker 14: When a differ part of your body starts to relax,
- 4:38:06Speaker 14: the demaul.
- 4:38:11Speaker 6: Gives that drifting. It's basically you already.
- 4:38:18Speaker 14: Into sleep, son, And the more you drift.
- 4:38:28Speaker 6: The longer you drift, the longer you dread.
- 4:38:35Speaker 14: Eventually that drifting continues into sleep, and that's the last
- 4:38:48Speaker 14: you remember until you wake up in your own time.
- 4:38:58Speaker 14: When you experience just the r amount of sleep, dear
- 4:39:07Speaker 14: give when you do, and if you do, all.
- 4:39:11Speaker 16: Asleep extremely pleasant, so relaxing, so deep sleep.
- 4:39:39Speaker 14: It was so nice.
- 4:39:43Speaker 6: To relax into the one I'm putting in mind.
- 4:39:52Speaker 16: Did you feel that feeding is spreading through it, relaxing
- 4:40:00Speaker 16: me so deeply, relaxing so.
- 4:40:11Speaker 14: So deeply.
- 4:40:21Speaker 6: It smart to focus.
- 4:40:25Speaker 14: On your eyes. You mean doubt to your jure? Now
- 4:40:47Speaker 14: do you make.
- 4:40:56Speaker 5: Assure this.
- 4:41:20Speaker 14: Ess? Yes?
- 4:41:50Speaker 17: Yes, boy?
- 4:42:00Speaker 14: Its you makes you fat?
- 4:42:27Speaker 12: You joe, that eating.
- 4:42:50Speaker 14: Spreading cryside you puddy, then you are.
- 4:42:59Speaker 6: Now Let's focus again.
- 4:43:09Speaker 14: On parts of your body.
- 4:43:15Speaker 6: Don't you send this time on your forehead? Now on
- 4:43:24Speaker 6: your mouth, your lips, the.
- 4:43:29Speaker 14: Tongue, the hold of your mouth. What't you say?
- 4:43:48Speaker 6: On your fingers.
- 4:43:54Speaker 14: And bet your fingers and will get you can focus
- 4:44:00Speaker 14: on each one individually, both hands, and even though you
- 4:44:15Speaker 14: focus on both of your hands now it almost seems
- 4:44:21Speaker 14: just melt into one. Maybe your right hand start and
- 4:44:30Speaker 14: your left hand end. Almost is it just mixed together?
- 4:44:46Speaker 14: Now focusing on your knees, just noticing how your knees fell.
- 4:45:14Speaker 14: Now say with alphers what you say but few albers,
- 4:45:28Speaker 14: just absurvings.
- 4:46:00Speaker 17: Oh so what do you back.
- 4:46:17Speaker 14: That? Y? Back?
- 4:46:21Speaker 17: You back.
- 4:46:53Speaker 14: Absurdly backs the schools and sacculs no three for the
- 4:48:26Speaker 14: future be no te yeah.
- 4:48:46Speaker 17: Why no?
- 4:49:19Speaker 14: Not to say.
- 4:49:30Speaker 6: Hsire by fils.
- 4:49:44Speaker 1: Ma to sin.
- 4:49:52Speaker 14: You might.
- 4:49:56Speaker 6: Feels now.
- 4:50:19Speaker 14: Let'sh go, Let's go, let's go. Yeah, lets you go.
- 4:51:00Speaker 6: That that team go.
- 4:51:18Speaker 14: Yeah thing.
- 4:51:27Speaker 15: Any thing.
- 4:51:34Speaker 6: I can't start now, and I like it.
- 4:51:38Speaker 14: Just first of all, just to see yourself.
- 4:51:41Speaker 1: Lying down.
- 4:51:44Speaker 6: On the message table, lying on your front. Your head
- 4:51:49Speaker 6: is supported, your arms are supported, and you feel comfortable
- 4:51:58Speaker 6: and you breathe in this really easy, and you feel
- 4:52:07Speaker 6: if you're confident in how you look as well. So
- 4:52:10Speaker 6: it's none of that issue of body problems or shyness,
- 4:52:15Speaker 6: because I'm a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:52:24Speaker 6: so none of that stuff matters, and whatsoever. This is
- 4:52:32Speaker 6: about you. This is about how you feel, how you
- 4:52:41Speaker 6: can enjoy that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes
- 4:52:48Speaker 6: from letting go and allowing my hands, my fingers to
- 4:52:55Speaker 6: relax you by a message nobody, No one starts off
- 4:53:07Speaker 6: just by placing my hands on the back of your head,
- 4:53:14Speaker 6: just gently, just so you can feel with my hands
- 4:53:19Speaker 6: feel like really on you, so you can maybe feel
- 4:53:26Speaker 6: the warmth of my hands in the back of your head.
- 4:53:32Speaker 6: With my hands to the side of your head, not pressing,
- 4:53:36Speaker 6: but just holding there very gently, maybe over your ears
- 4:53:43Speaker 6: and a little bit on your face, just so you
- 4:53:46Speaker 6: can feel.
- 4:53:47Speaker 14: My hands.
- 4:53:50Speaker 6: So you can become accustomed.
- 4:53:53Speaker 14: To them.
- 4:54:02Speaker 6: And now put my hands in the back of your
- 4:54:04Speaker 6: head again and gently let them slide.
- 4:54:09Speaker 14: Down onto the back of your neck.
- 4:54:20Speaker 6: You can feel my hands g re stroke in the
- 4:54:30Speaker 6: back of your neck. It's starting.
- 4:54:36Speaker 14: Just so you can get used to the.
- 4:54:39Speaker 6: Feeling my hands on your skin, get accustomed to realize
- 4:54:48Speaker 6: that you're safe.
- 4:54:50Speaker 14: It's all good, it's all fine.
- 4:54:58Speaker 6: Can we start gently messaging the muscles.
- 4:55:02Speaker 1: In the back of your neck.
- 4:55:11Speaker 14: With both hands.
- 4:55:18Speaker 6: And this is a very trusting situation, really, because our
- 4:55:24Speaker 6: next is.
- 4:55:25Speaker 18: So fragile to have someone to have their hands around
- 4:55:30Speaker 18: your neck in that way and sometimes be problematic for people,
- 4:55:36Speaker 18: which is why messages are quite good, because it allows
- 4:55:41Speaker 18: you to relax and to.
- 4:55:48Speaker 6: In touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm. It's
- 4:56:06Speaker 6: a message. The side of your neck siently moving from
- 4:56:15Speaker 6: the bottom of your neck to be sort of nearly
- 4:56:19Speaker 6: your shoulders start against all the way up.
- 4:56:24Speaker 17: See ther jure.
- 4:56:27Speaker 14: Is in an area a side of your neck. Of course,
- 4:56:33Speaker 14: there's a lot longer than.
- 4:56:35Speaker 6: The frontage your neck.
- 4:56:49Speaker 16: And the massage and the back of your neck, especially
- 4:56:56Speaker 16: that area where perhaps we hold tension, and that's that
- 4:57:04Speaker 16: area's message. You can actually feel a sense of release
- 4:57:10Speaker 16: in the back of the name.
- 4:57:12Speaker 14: Mhm m. Maybe you can read an hour as.
- 4:57:19Speaker 17: Well, you know just how you feel.
- 4:57:34Speaker 16: Then moving down to that area between the neck and
- 4:57:38Speaker 16: the shoulders, that must the area started to message.
- 4:57:47Speaker 14: That area on both sides, and this would be the
- 4:57:52Speaker 14: area that a lot of people would message. Is where
- 4:57:55Speaker 14: we're going to give you the shoulder message. Even that's
- 4:58:00Speaker 14: not technically the shoulders, but it's all the muscles that
- 4:58:04Speaker 14: lead to the shoulders, again making whole attention and stress
- 4:58:15Speaker 14: and the messaged. Sometimes of my deep message is useful,
- 4:58:23Speaker 14: you decide how deep the message was. Now knuckles just
- 4:58:42Speaker 14: to dig in the muscles, yet gentle stooping down the air,
- 4:59:16Speaker 14: two hands of shoulders, we were the muscles of the ferns,
- 4:59:29Speaker 14: and maybe the missist.
- 4:59:32Speaker 17: The shoulders the bat off the table. People are of
- 4:59:37Speaker 17: Spanish cho the muscle of the shoulders sig let
