- 0:07Speaker 1: This is Chuck's Cantina podcast, where anything and everything is
- 0:13Speaker 1: up for discussion and now here's your barman. Chuck O'Donnell.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Okay, so that makes it sucks.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Absolutely?
- 0:27Speaker 2: Why does he suck? He said? He said, Cody Rhodes
- 0:30Speaker 2: is the right guy, he said, He said, all is good.
- 0:35Speaker 2: So we just we just forget about it like it
- 0:37Speaker 2: never happened.
- 0:38Speaker 3: Yeah, we'll forget about it like it never happened.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Right, like, uh oh no, I don't want to go there.
- 0:47Speaker 2: How are you?
- 0:49Speaker 3: And there's no holding me back? And I'm driven by pain.
- 0:55Speaker 3: I'm just driven by how's this anyway? Yeah, I'm okay.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Work was crazy today? Yeah, all right at the end,
- 1:06Speaker 3: are we recording already?
- 1:08Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:10Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I'm sorry. I just had a crisis and
- 1:13Speaker 3: always gets my goat when parents are not keeping their
- 1:19Speaker 3: cool and not trying to de escalate situations.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Gins my gears, He says, Yeah, well, you don't really
- 1:29Speaker 2: grinds my gears before we get into it, tell me
- 1:31Speaker 2: about it, not even not even not even with your
- 1:32Speaker 2: work situation. I had a house situation where uh case,
- 1:38Speaker 2: I mean, I'm pretty sure this episode two oh seven,
- 1:41Speaker 2: Oh my god, Harvard me Chuck's cantina. Welcome. I'm a
- 1:43Speaker 2: fair apartment hostman, I they'll call me Chuck. That is
- 1:45Speaker 2: og patron, Patrick, how's it doing? I am drinking a
- 1:49Speaker 2: D C and high quality H two O. What are
- 1:51Speaker 2: you drinking? Really quick before I.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Go on drinking a high quality H two O and
- 1:55Speaker 3: a lower sugar gatorade. Excuse me, electrolyte beverage.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Ah? Yes, of course, how dare you? I will sing
- 2:03Speaker 2: with the bill. No. So I was cleaning my as
- 2:09Speaker 2: I eluded, as I texted him because I was reading
- 2:11Speaker 2: a little late, and again my apologies, I was cleaning
- 2:15Speaker 2: the cat boxes. And as I've alluded to in past episodes,
- 2:23Speaker 2: we've talked about the couple of times. I don't know
- 2:24Speaker 2: why I talk about this with you now in the plant,
- 2:26Speaker 2: in this platform. My cats have very severe anxiety issues,
- 2:34Speaker 2: and we have tried many things. We have done. We
- 2:37Speaker 2: literally have they used to quote unquote we already get
- 2:40Speaker 2: away from it. They used to be prescribed food. Yes,
- 2:45Speaker 2: because of their issues. We have the pheromone plugins. We
- 2:49Speaker 2: have gotten a lot better. I'm not gonna say we've
- 2:51Speaker 2: it's been consistent on that part, because life happens with
- 2:53Speaker 2: cleaning the cat boxes. We've gone from the role is
- 2:58Speaker 2: you're so you should always have one more cat box cat, Well,
- 3:01Speaker 2: we have double that.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Uh damn.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Really, yes, we have four cat boxes with two cats.
- 3:07Speaker 2: And the issues of them peeing randomly on stuff still
- 3:13Speaker 2: happens every now and then. And here's the thing. I honestly,
- 3:17Speaker 2: I'm not trying to say maybe they have seasonal depression
- 3:19Speaker 2: or something like that. It just seems like we'll go
- 3:21Speaker 2: months without an issue and then one day something happens
- 3:25Speaker 2: and you just smell it. And that's the thing. When
- 3:28Speaker 2: you Patrick knows, when you smell cat urine, that's a
- 3:31Speaker 2: smell at it's it's it's it's pretty rough. It stings
- 3:37Speaker 2: the nostrils and uh so much so. Actually, I don't
- 3:42Speaker 2: know if I told you this. So we have this
- 3:47Speaker 2: cat we'll call it like a cat puzzle. It's a
- 3:49Speaker 2: pretty big piece of plastic and it has three puzzles
- 3:53Speaker 2: on it. Think it's I think it's literally a foot
- 3:56Speaker 2: by maybe two then it's about a foot and a
- 3:58Speaker 2: half by will go another foot, okay, And there's three
- 4:04Speaker 2: puzzles on it. And what you're supposed to do is
- 4:06Speaker 2: you put treats or food in each of the puzzles.
- 4:09Speaker 2: This keeps the cat. It's supposed to help up their
- 4:11Speaker 2: mind and like calm nothing keep them distracted, and also
- 4:14Speaker 2: give them a reward for doing so good. One of
- 4:17Speaker 2: the puzzles is that they just I think it's four
- 4:20Speaker 2: plastic like cups tubes, but they got to put their
- 4:23Speaker 2: paw in and essentially claw the food out and eat it.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Another one is where essentially they have to like put
- 4:30Speaker 2: their paw safely, mind you, through like a little tiny
- 4:32Speaker 2: maize and get the food out. They can't just like
- 4:35Speaker 2: put their paw and like pick it up. It's just
- 4:37Speaker 2: it's way too thin. And then the other one is
- 4:40Speaker 2: kind of the same thing, but instead of like little
- 4:42Speaker 2: not like saying spikes like in a bad way, they're
- 4:46Speaker 2: like plastic. It's actually not even round it, which is hilarious.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Actually they are round it, they're not like square tops,
- 4:51Speaker 2: which is good. And the other one is like a
- 4:53Speaker 2: wavy one where they have to lead the food through
- 4:56Speaker 2: the tunnel essentially to get their snacks. Case in point,
- 5:00Speaker 2: it's a very big puzzle thing that they can use
- 5:04Speaker 2: for their treats. So whenever my wife and I come
- 5:08Speaker 2: home for a long day of work, The last we
- 5:10Speaker 2: want to do is smell that. Right, we walk in
- 5:13Speaker 2: and it and again it hits. It stings the nostrils.
- 5:18Speaker 2: You walk in, you know right away, Well they did
- 5:21Speaker 2: it again. And this is one of those times where
- 5:24Speaker 2: we're looking everywhere for it. We can't find it. We
- 5:28Speaker 2: literally take a break. I don't know what to do.
- 5:29Speaker 2: We open the doors. We're like a house air out.
- 5:32Speaker 2: There's nothing we can do. Finally, my wonderful wife, my wife,
- 5:37Speaker 2: she was I think she was actually, yeah, she was
- 5:40Speaker 2: cleaning the chair. There's a chair, a nice lounge chair
- 5:44Speaker 2: she has. And actually I think because one of the
- 5:47Speaker 2: cats actually did something on it too, But that wasn't
- 5:49Speaker 2: the source of the issue. She was just cleaning, just
- 5:51Speaker 2: for maintenance. I just happened to go by the just
- 5:55Speaker 2: said toy because like, hey, you know what, we're gonna vacuum.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And I pick it up and I looked down and
- 6:02Speaker 2: in two of these cups, God of the.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Puzzle is full of your Jesus.
- 6:12Speaker 2: So yeah, so of course I let it soak and
- 6:19Speaker 2: God knows how much water and soap and all this time.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Oh no, Would you like to quote the great movie
- 6:26Speaker 2: Starship Troopers? Would you like to know more we found
- 6:31Speaker 2: the other day. So I don't know what she was doing.
- 6:34Speaker 2: She was I think she was just walking around. Oh no, no,
- 6:37Speaker 2: she was. She was cleaning something off the couch and
- 6:43Speaker 2: she looked. She just happened to be. You know, pat
- 6:46Speaker 2: og has been in our house. We haven't. We have
- 6:48Speaker 2: a We have an l set. What's it called? Yeah,
- 6:51Speaker 2: sectional sectional couch okay. And the way it is is
- 6:56Speaker 2: part of the l is against the wall. The other
- 6:58Speaker 2: part is kind of like in the open living room.
- 7:01Speaker 2: So right at the very corners where they meet. As
- 7:03Speaker 2: my dog is now barking out of Yeah, Dad's flare
- 7:07Speaker 2: the cats suck? You tell them where the cats? Where
- 7:10Speaker 2: the cats? Where the couches meet. Essentially, she happens to
- 7:14Speaker 2: look at the wall and she sees some spots and
- 7:18Speaker 2: she goes, seriously, the cat pete on the wall. Oh no,
- 7:21Speaker 2: but it gets better. She looked, she looked up.
- 7:27Speaker 3: What what there was?
- 7:31Speaker 2: Pea? So my wife is about five foot seven, five
- 7:35Speaker 2: foot eight.
- 7:36Speaker 3: How the fuck it was?
- 7:37Speaker 2: It was? It was about five foot six high from
- 7:40Speaker 2: the ground up. And this is how you know it
- 7:43Speaker 2: was Flair. Flair has a little pouch whenever Oliver does
- 7:47Speaker 2: his spray, we'll call it. He just does it. We've
- 7:51Speaker 2: caught him. I literally, uh, my sister in lawed Bailey,
- 7:54Speaker 2: she took a photo of him one day because she
- 7:56Speaker 2: goes he was active, really weird, and I went to
- 7:58Speaker 2: go check on him, and she literally saw him doing
- 8:01Speaker 2: his thing right right there. So and we know we
- 8:05Speaker 2: he has this, not saying about just he's a cat.
- 8:08Speaker 2: He's like a cat flair though, has a little pouch
- 8:12Speaker 2: and because of said pouch, he can't pee normally. So
- 8:15Speaker 2: when he peas, he starts normal like a cat, but
- 8:19Speaker 2: because his pouch is so big and by the way,
- 8:21Speaker 2: yes we've had this check by the vet, there's no issue.
- 8:23Speaker 2: But because his pouch is a little too big, he's
- 8:26Speaker 2: as he's going, he slowly raises his ass up and
- 8:30Speaker 2: as he's doing that, his little thingy is also raised up,
- 8:35Speaker 2: which means his urine's gonna go up. So I don't
- 8:39Speaker 2: know if maybe he peed against the wall and then
- 8:41Speaker 2: he scared the ship out of himself and jumped off
- 8:43Speaker 2: the couch.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Because of this, there was pee almost six feet up.
- 8:52Speaker 4: That's crazy, and it was one of those things where
- 8:54Speaker 4: we were so I don't know, if I don't think
- 8:56Speaker 4: I took a picture.
- 8:57Speaker 2: We were so amazed, like we like it was it
- 9:00Speaker 2: was way beyond I'm not saying it was me on
- 9:01Speaker 2: the point like repair cleaning, but like it happened so
- 9:04Speaker 2: be like prior to us noticing it, unfortunately had already
- 9:07Speaker 2: like dried, which is gross to say we cleaned it.
- 9:10Speaker 2: But it's like, no, there's no like, oh did did
- 9:13Speaker 2: I did we like we drop a hot dog and
- 9:15Speaker 2: mustard fill in the wall? No, did we like just
- 9:18Speaker 2: take a random can of yellow paint? No?
- 9:21Speaker 3: No, It's like that scene in Daddy Daycare where the
- 9:26Speaker 3: kids I missed and then Eddie Murphy goes in and
- 9:31Speaker 3: he looks around, then he starts to look up. Yeah,
- 9:36Speaker 3: it's like that.
- 9:37Speaker 2: But wow, that's a call back thread.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:41Speaker 2: But yeah, so we they're not exactly on my favorite
- 9:47Speaker 2: list right now. But then like on the A list,
- 9:50Speaker 2: they do that crap. But then last night Snugliest Cats
- 9:55Speaker 2: Ever makes no sense? Make oh? And then for some
- 9:59Speaker 2: reason I cleaned I can't and I get apologies. I
- 10:01Speaker 2: was cleaning the cat boxes. I'm going thro all the catboxes,
- 10:03Speaker 2: and for some reason they're going number one, covering it
- 10:08Speaker 2: number two. Like no, I'm just gonna leave it out,
- 10:10Speaker 2: leave it, I leave it. And I've yes, I've changed
- 10:14Speaker 2: a letter for those going, well, if you didn't change,
- 10:16Speaker 2: no change it.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Trust me. Chuck's been a cat cat dad for a
- 10:22Speaker 3: long time. He knows what to do.
- 10:24Speaker 2: It's crazy to say I've had Oliver now for I
- 10:27Speaker 2: got him the fall of twenty four or twenty four
- 10:31Speaker 2: Jesus twenty I wish twenty four, twenty twenty fourteen. So
- 10:35Speaker 2: we're coming up. We're almost ten years, we're almost a
- 10:38Speaker 2: twelve years now, Adam as we can't right, Yeah, yeah,
- 10:42Speaker 2: we literally got him right when he was born, and
- 10:46Speaker 2: he didn't start doing this till like four years in.
- 10:50Speaker 2: And I've done, I've done the whole episode where I
- 10:52Speaker 2: had talked about we had I had the animal whisper
- 10:54Speaker 2: and like that's beyond the point here, but which still
- 10:58Speaker 2: creeped me out. But anyway, I forgot number.
- 11:01Speaker 3: I don't know if I know that story.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Okay, fuck it. Uh So you don't have to reiterate
- 11:06Speaker 2: every no, no, no, it's fine. It's always funny to tell.
- 11:09Speaker 2: I mean, this is gonna be better than me. UT's
- 11:11Speaker 2: just talk about how night one was weird and Night
- 11:14Speaker 2: two was good. But then it was commercial health.
- 11:17Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I got we gotta look at the breakdown
- 11:19Speaker 3: of match time versus tot Oh god.
- 11:24Speaker 2: I've seen it. It's disgusting. And the old guy didn't
- 11:28Speaker 2: get a match. So so a friend of a friend
- 11:36Speaker 2: of a friend said that they're well sorry. A friend
- 11:39Speaker 2: of a friend said that their cat was having not
- 11:41Speaker 2: like issues that we're having, but essentially their cat was
- 11:42Speaker 2: having attitude issues. So they, through a friend of theirs,
- 11:48Speaker 2: they had sought out an animal whisper and it was
- 11:51Speaker 2: something so stupid to where they literally said or it
- 11:53Speaker 2: might have been a dog, No, no, it was a cat. Essentially,
- 11:56Speaker 2: they said that the animals were pretty much geting conclusion saying,
- 11:58Speaker 2: talking with your cat. Issue is that the cat one
- 12:04Speaker 2: day saw a dog with a pink collar and it
- 12:05Speaker 2: wanted a pink collar. And according to this friend of
- 12:07Speaker 2: a friend, once they got a cat a pink collar,
- 12:10Speaker 2: all the issues they've had gone, no problem. Like that's
- 12:14Speaker 2: fucking weird. Okay, okay, So I'm like, fuck it. You
- 12:17Speaker 2: know what? I found one? I found one online, funny enough,
- 12:21Speaker 2: one in my area who has and again I'm not
- 12:25Speaker 2: saying bots or you never know, but has hundreds of
- 12:28Speaker 2: reviews on Google.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Of course.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Okay, they're not too far from from me to say
- 12:38Speaker 2: if if anything, the town, the town rhymes with iron,
- 12:42Speaker 2: if that kind of gives you an idea where it's at. So,
- 12:48Speaker 2: so I meet with this person and we did, and
- 12:52Speaker 2: the thing was it was through a zoom call.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I'm like, okay, yeah, because psychic connections.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Wi Fi is more powerful than and by the way,
- 13:05Speaker 2: for full disclosure, they were supposed to come, but they
- 13:08Speaker 2: actually had like an eye emergency for them. I'm like, okay,
- 13:11Speaker 2: they they essentially gave me two free sessions for the
- 13:14Speaker 2: price of one. Okay, And by the way, I didn't
- 13:16Speaker 2: And by the way, just for that, I did not
- 13:17Speaker 2: pay like hundreds of.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Dollars for this, Thank god.
- 13:21Speaker 2: It was it was it was like a hundred bucks.
- 13:25Speaker 2: As Calon puts it. I think she put this, like,
- 13:27Speaker 2: what do we spend going to like a wrestling show.
- 13:29Speaker 2: I'm like, you know, yeah, fuck it. If if it works,
- 13:32Speaker 2: it works, If it works, it works.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Story, that's not a fair comparison. Don't come for the wrestler. Sorry.
- 13:41Speaker 2: So we're going through this whole thing, and I'm not
- 13:46Speaker 2: gonna lie to you. You would have been proud of me.
- 13:48Speaker 2: I don't think I have told you this, you would
- 13:49Speaker 2: have been proud of me because I am not good
- 13:55Speaker 2: at holding in my laughter. I cannot tell you how
- 14:00Speaker 2: bad the inside of like my lips were swollen from
- 14:04Speaker 2: biting them so hard.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Oh God, I can't imagine.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Because the first thing, get through the small talk, I
- 14:11Speaker 2: am so for for respect, I won't say who, but
- 14:20Speaker 2: right when we start, after we get through the hey,
- 14:22Speaker 2: how you doing, they go, so I connected with Oliver
- 14:26Speaker 2: and Flair shortly before, and I'm like, oh god, because
- 14:30Speaker 2: because because they had me send a picture of them
- 14:35Speaker 2: to them so that they could today they could so
- 14:38Speaker 2: they could was it triangulate which one was which?
- 14:42Speaker 3: And I'm like, which one was which? I could just
- 14:46Speaker 3: tell you, lady, you didn't have to guess. That's so
- 14:51Speaker 3: part of it.
- 14:56Speaker 2: It was like, Okay, what was weird?
- 14:59Speaker 5: Though?
- 14:59Speaker 2: For like, it was like an hour ten minutes for
- 15:01Speaker 2: fifteen of that though. This is where it got weird,
- 15:04Speaker 2: right around the fifteen twenty minute mark.
- 15:07Speaker 3: Uh huh.
- 15:09Speaker 2: She actually asked me do you have any questions for them?
- 15:12Speaker 2: And I go, fuck it, Yeah, why are you peen?
- 15:16Speaker 2: I asked them? Why are they peen? What are their
- 15:19Speaker 2: opinions on the dog? Uh? What was it? I asked
- 15:24Speaker 2: them for their opinion on another or not? What?
- 15:27Speaker 3: What was it? Exactly?
- 15:29Speaker 2: No, I didn't. I asked them for their opinion on something.
- 15:32Speaker 2: I asked him like four or five questions.
- 15:33Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 15:34Speaker 2: So for the next ten to fifteen minutes she proceeds
- 15:36Speaker 2: to go okay and sit there in silence with their
- 15:38Speaker 2: eyes closed. God dude, full disclosure everyone, if we haven't
- 15:44Speaker 2: made this obvious in the past episodes. I do believe
- 15:48Speaker 2: in like the paranormal and stuff like that. But this
- 15:51Speaker 2: I was like, Okay, what got weird though? Was I
- 15:55Speaker 2: did this on a Saturday. It was like a Saturday
- 15:57Speaker 2: later morning, and I was on said sectional couch. This is,
- 16:02Speaker 2: of course, before Flair decided to peet six feet up
- 16:08Speaker 2: and my cats were in the other room in the
- 16:10Speaker 2: as og patron can attest in the giant cat tar,
- 16:12Speaker 2: which is probably about a good twenty feet twenty twenty
- 16:15Speaker 2: five feet away.
- 16:16Speaker 3: I'll say that away. I was gonna say, that's not
- 16:19Speaker 3: twenty five feet no no.
- 16:20Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, no, away from the couch from where
- 16:22Speaker 2: I was.
- 16:23Speaker 3: It's about a Jeff Hardy letter.
- 16:24Speaker 2: It's about a wait, a real Jeff Hardy letter or
- 16:29Speaker 2: a Jim Ross enthusiastic letter that's a twenty fourth letder It's.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Like, that's got about that's gotta be about sixty feet
- 16:36Speaker 3: in the air.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Jyr never changed. So what was weird is after she
- 16:46Speaker 2: had U we'll say, asked them my questions, Oliver started
- 16:51Speaker 2: acting weird. So I don't know if she had like
- 16:54Speaker 2: a what's the version of a dog whistle on the
- 16:56Speaker 2: other end, because all of a sudden, Oliver ran up.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Like Patrick will tell you, Oliver is very taught, very
- 17:05Speaker 2: attached to me, almost at some point where it's like
- 17:07Speaker 2: it's annoying. Sometimes he's a good cap but very attached
- 17:12Speaker 2: to me. So he runs up to me and I'm like, okay,
- 17:16Speaker 2: like your timing couldn't be a little bit better. So,
- 17:19Speaker 2: long story short, she simply says, the reason they're pain
- 17:23Speaker 2: is because I'm gonna tell you a little story. When
- 17:27Speaker 2: we adopted Flair, Oliver was about to turn three. He
- 17:32Speaker 2: was like two and a half at the time, Okay,
- 17:34Speaker 2: So essentially, she says, the reason they're peen is because
- 17:38Speaker 2: not of anyone else but mine, me their own father,
- 17:43Speaker 2: because of my negative energy and the reason they're doing
- 17:48Speaker 2: it is because Oliver is because Flair is fine. Flair
- 17:52Speaker 2: does it because in his life it's normal, because he's
- 17:55Speaker 2: seen Oliver do it. The reason is because when we
- 17:58Speaker 2: adopted Flair, we had Kayle and I had discussed adopting Flair.
- 18:02Speaker 2: We had talked about it, but unbeknownst to me, she
- 18:06Speaker 2: actually was already in a process of adopting him. And
- 18:10Speaker 2: so the day I came home to find Flair, Oliver
- 18:15Speaker 2: was already annoyed because he at the time he did
- 18:17Speaker 2: not like other animals. He just wasn't his vibe. And
- 18:20Speaker 2: also it is because there's actually the day that Patrick
- 18:22Speaker 2: knows this was my parents' dog, Peyton, the new feet
- 18:27Speaker 2: had passed away. So I was kind of a mess. Also,
- 18:31Speaker 2: I remember I had a very bad day at work,
- 18:33Speaker 2: so double whammy. So because of that, Oliver associates whenever
- 18:38Speaker 2: I come home and I have negative energy. That's why
- 18:42Speaker 2: he peas on things. Okay, that's a little weird, because
- 18:47Speaker 2: there's been times where we have been happy as can
- 18:50Speaker 2: be and he'll pee on things, or he'll pee on
- 18:54Speaker 2: and Flair would do his saying, and then she said something,
- 18:58Speaker 2: and then again, and then I again one of those
- 19:00Speaker 2: things were like, Okay, I'm not gonna set her up
- 19:02Speaker 2: or she can easily guess the answer. Like she mentioned
- 19:05Speaker 2: for example, that like they've really they don't mind dogs,
- 19:07Speaker 2: but they really enjoyed this one older dog, which okay,
- 19:10Speaker 2: that's a little whird because we we watched this old
- 19:13Speaker 2: dalking time time. They actually do get along with she mentioned,
- 19:16Speaker 2: and then she mentioned what it was. She mentioned one
- 19:18Speaker 2: other thing that even I was like, that's a little creepy,
- 19:21Speaker 2: but yeah, that's the yeah it hmm it eh.
- 19:28Speaker 3: And so from your from your from that, did anything
- 19:37Speaker 3: change for the positive?
- 19:38Speaker 2: No, because we literally did everything she said to do
- 19:40Speaker 2: and nothing's worked.
- 19:41Speaker 3: On What did she tell you to do?
- 19:44Speaker 2: First thing was to change her food, which you've done that.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Second was to before I walk into my own home,
- 19:52Speaker 2: I need to sit outside for five ten minutes and
- 19:55Speaker 2: just release all this negative energy that I'm currently carrying
- 19:59Speaker 2: with me.
- 20:02Speaker 3: And how does one do that?
- 20:04Speaker 2: Well, great question. She didn't tell you how to do that,
- 20:10Speaker 2: She just told me, of course, no, no, no, no, no,
- 20:13Speaker 2: probably for the fair price of a of a you know,
- 20:15Speaker 2: of my left leg maybe, or.
- 20:18Speaker 3: You've got to subscribe to her Patreon oh yes.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Of course anything about that. I took it a part
- 20:26Speaker 2: of me. I was like, you know what like and
- 20:28Speaker 2: its came and put it like hey if if it
- 20:31Speaker 2: if it works, it works. Otherwise you can just laugh
- 20:33Speaker 2: about it. And we didn't get We only spend like one
- 20:35Speaker 2: hundred bucks, which I'm like, fine, cool whatever kind.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Have at least told you how to at least the
- 20:42Speaker 3: energy dude.
- 20:43Speaker 2: No, well, no, no, because because her her job was
- 20:46Speaker 2: only to tell me how to help the cats. What's
- 20:50Speaker 2: wrong with the cat? What was bothering them? Not how
- 20:52Speaker 2: to help me, because apparently I have Apparently my aura
- 20:56Speaker 2: is very negativo. Apparently it's like she could all that
- 21:00Speaker 2: through a zoom call Apparently.
- 21:02Speaker 3: Yeah, apparently she's got the filter on where she can
- 21:05Speaker 3: like she's got the predator vision where she can just.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Her classes are actually classes they were They have like
- 21:16Speaker 2: fifteen different visions like that what's that one TV show
- 21:19Speaker 2: where the kid uh Fu from Nickelodeon where the kid like,
- 21:24Speaker 2: you can cheat on tasks because his glasses are actually
- 21:26Speaker 2: like super high.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Tech fucking nesty classic classified. There is some.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Riving, some call backs, yeah, like what the.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Fuck theay care Jenet?
- 21:40Speaker 2: But next scene like yes, dude, yes about clerks ny
- 21:46Speaker 2: classified to day.
- 21:50Speaker 3: In for real though, Oh my god, well okay, well
- 21:54Speaker 3: you know, but yes, that's why you thought about getting
- 21:56Speaker 3: a secondary psychic opinion.
- 21:59Speaker 2: I would probably have better luck of finding that Golden
- 22:07Speaker 2: ticket from the Last Action Hero movie and going to
- 22:10Speaker 2: find Yoda and seeing if Yoda can solve my problem
- 22:13Speaker 2: to doing that again.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I feel like you'd have a better shot tapping into
- 22:17Speaker 3: your own latent psychic abilities mm and then communicating with
- 22:22Speaker 3: your own cats.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Would Oh, here's a question. Would you rather be like
- 22:26Speaker 2: Charles Xavier where you can connect with mutants, or would
- 22:28Speaker 2: you be like doctor Dooler We can talk to animals. Hmmm,
- 22:34Speaker 2: he's you gotta keep in mind animals are gonna say
- 22:36Speaker 2: some really weird shit. Not that we don't say some
- 22:39Speaker 2: weird shit, but.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Dode, I'd like to talk to animals. Dude. There's a
- 22:46Speaker 3: bunch of geese outside my house that keep fighting, and
- 22:48Speaker 3: be like, hey, guys, what's the problem. You'd be like, well,
- 22:51Speaker 3: Brandon stole my fucking stick, dude, And I was gonna
- 22:54Speaker 3: eat that stick and had some good moss on it.
- 22:56Speaker 3: I was like, oh, but Brandon stole it. You never
- 23:00Speaker 3: and then Brandon's like, fuck you, Mark, that was my
- 23:04Speaker 3: stick and you know it. I don't know why you're
- 23:06Speaker 3: lying to this random dude. Also, why is he getting
- 23:08Speaker 3: so close? That's honk at him? And then they chase
- 23:12Speaker 3: me back into my own house and then I can't leave.
- 23:16Speaker 3: But speaking of cats and geese, do you ever catch
- 23:20Speaker 3: your cat making some weird sounds that cat sounds? Because
- 23:25Speaker 3: my cat will look out the window and start she's
- 23:29Speaker 3: she started imitating the geese last last spring, and now
- 23:33Speaker 3: she's excited for them to be back because now she
- 23:35Speaker 3: can honk at her friends again. She literally like it's
- 23:39Speaker 3: getting more and more goose, Like, I'm not kidding.
- 23:43Speaker 2: This is the part where you tell me. Also, does
- 23:45Speaker 2: your cat blink sideways?
- 23:47Speaker 3: Your cat like walk on two legs sometimes and like
- 23:50Speaker 3: steal stuff out of your fridge and.
- 23:51Speaker 2: All of a sudden have scales.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Do you catch your cat like typing on your computer
- 23:57Speaker 3: and trying to guess your passwords?
- 24:01Speaker 2: Dude? I or or or what's the classic animal one?
- 24:04Speaker 2: All all birds or robots with you know, spine on us?
- 24:08Speaker 3: All drones?
- 24:09Speaker 2: Yeah, the power lines to charge so that yeah, that
- 24:13Speaker 2: makes sense. What the fuck are squirrels? Because I have
- 24:15Speaker 2: scrolls that run of my power lines every single day.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Well, those are the ground units. Ah, they can hide
- 24:24Speaker 3: the nuts slider for reconnaissance.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Do you do you would want to fight a scroller
- 24:27Speaker 2: a bird?
- 24:30Speaker 3: I feel like if a well scroller a goose would
- 24:37Speaker 3: a goose would grab a squirrel by the tail and
- 24:39Speaker 3: like smack it on the ground like Hulk.
- 24:41Speaker 2: And like like like hulk and low key.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Yeah, it would be disgusting. Oh. Now, if you're saying
- 24:49Speaker 3: a goose versus like a dog, then I think a
- 24:52Speaker 3: goose would have a tougher time.
- 24:54Speaker 2: No, they would never fight because all Disney movies made
- 24:57Speaker 2: me believe they're all friends.
- 24:58Speaker 3: All the wooding creatures are friends, except except for the
- 25:07Speaker 3: uh president the dragon. The dragon does not want to
- 25:13Speaker 3: be friends with anybody. Well, the dragon from Sleeping Beauty
- 25:16Speaker 3: was a was a lady unless Maleficent. Well we saw
- 25:23Speaker 3: in the Angelina Jolee movie that she was originally good. Yes,
- 25:27Speaker 3: but she only turned into the dragon once they fucked
- 25:30Speaker 3: up the forest. Weird factor about me is that I
- 25:36Speaker 3: saw that movie in Ecuador, the first one. I also
- 25:42Speaker 3: saw X Men Days of Future pasted in Ecuador.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I forgot saw that movie twice. I've never seen any
- 25:50Speaker 2: of them.
- 25:51Speaker 3: Uh, they're not bad. I don't know.
- 25:55Speaker 2: You know, you know the best part of the go ahead, sorry,
- 25:58Speaker 2: the best part.
- 25:59Speaker 3: The only thing I remember about that movie is that
- 26:01Speaker 3: one of the male actors is like Scottish or whatever,
- 26:04Speaker 3: So when he says her name, it's the best thing ever.
- 26:11Speaker 3: He says it like that when he's stressed out, he's like,
- 26:16Speaker 3: oh my god.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Speaking of speaking of random casting, did you and I
- 26:23Speaker 2: did we talk about the Hunt for Gollum? Did I
- 26:25Speaker 2: talk about that with you? Yeah?
- 26:26Speaker 3: We didn't.
- 26:30Speaker 2: So yeah, Lord of the Rings is cover the new
- 26:32Speaker 2: movie coming out takes place between the last Hobbit and
- 26:34Speaker 2: the Fellowship, essentially the rumor it's wet tweet, it's we
- 26:37Speaker 2: when Gandalf meets Air Gordon and everyone's coming back except
- 26:40Speaker 2: for who's being played by Jamie Dornan, the guy from fifty. So.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I have thought about this a little bit, and actually
- 26:48Speaker 3: it makes a lot of sense as to why ship.
- 26:54Speaker 6: It makes a lot of sense as to why Elijah
- 26:56Speaker 6: Wood would come back for uh Frodo because Hobbits live
- 27:01Speaker 6: a long time, correct and so the time the timing
- 27:05Speaker 6: actually lines up pretty well as to why we Goorn
- 27:07Speaker 6: would be a younger man versus Fredo would still be
- 27:11Speaker 6: like essentially the same age. So it lines up gandalfh
- 27:16Speaker 6: is obviously going to be way older. But you know, you.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Know what, c G, I know that's someven plus. By
- 27:22Speaker 2: the way, that's not a spoiler. By the way, they
- 27:23Speaker 2: announced Elijah would speaking of old and getting it off.
- 27:27Speaker 2: I know we'll get to we'll get to we'll get
- 27:29Speaker 2: to media or ESPN commercials here in a minute, chum,
- 27:39Speaker 2: that's the actual one. Excuse me, sorry not hitting the cough,
- 27:42Speaker 2: but god, I actually believe or not. I literally forgot
- 27:44Speaker 2: about that. But then literally last night, I'm not shitting you,
- 27:49Speaker 2: they had a commercial not with them, but a Chumbuck
- 27:52Speaker 2: commercial came out at the gym I was at last night.
- 27:54Speaker 2: I was like, what they so last week now only
- 28:00Speaker 2: was the wrestling who was also Cinema Con, which is
- 28:03Speaker 2: it's not like Comic Con. It's like it's the union
- 28:07Speaker 2: that presents the theaters. They essentially they essentially put on
- 28:12Speaker 2: a trade conference, essentially convention where all those studios and
- 28:16Speaker 2: movie theaters come together and essentially the studio the movie
- 28:19Speaker 2: theaters go okay, guys, come out here, tell us what
- 28:22Speaker 2: you have coming on next year, essentially to explain to
- 28:25Speaker 2: us or show us why we should give uh, okay,
- 28:30Speaker 2: why should why should we give Devilwares product too well? Money,
- 28:34Speaker 2: of course, more screens than say, Ice Age.
- 28:41Speaker 3: I don't know there's a Ice Age fourteen.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Yeah, that's pretty much what the basis of it is.
- 28:48Speaker 2: And they'll show trailers clips for the Mandalorian. Apparently they
- 28:52Speaker 2: showed the first seventeen minutes, which by all accounts, which
- 28:56Speaker 2: the thing is, the theme about Mandalorian is a lot
- 28:59Speaker 2: of people are skeptical. I'm not gonna lie. I'm a
- 29:02Speaker 2: Star Wars junkie and made this clear, but rightfully still
- 29:04Speaker 2: because people are like, is this actually a movie or
- 29:07Speaker 2: did you just do what allegedly Mohana two did and
- 29:09Speaker 2: you took the entire alleged TV season just put them
- 29:12Speaker 2: together in one movie. By all accounts, the first seventeen minutes,
- 29:16Speaker 2: it kind of makes it clear right away this is
- 29:18Speaker 2: not a TV show. It's a full blown movie, which
- 29:21Speaker 2: that makes me excited.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Yeah, dude, it's gotta be good.
- 29:25Speaker 2: So they show that there's other things coming out. We're
- 29:28Speaker 2: not getting the hole into the other thing. There's two
- 29:30Speaker 2: things I want to talk about. Number one, supposedly they
- 29:35Speaker 2: showed actually not even supposed to. It's been confirmed they
- 29:38Speaker 2: showed the Avengers trailer. Okay, we're now almost a week
- 29:42Speaker 2: since then, where the fuck is it? Every other trailer
- 29:46Speaker 2: pretty much a show last week has not been released.
- 29:49Speaker 2: It's not for you, Chuck, why not?
- 29:51Speaker 3: What do you mean it's not We're not elite enough?
- 29:55Speaker 2: What do you mean not elite? Do you not like money?
- 29:58Speaker 2: The spider Man brand New DAYE trailer broke the record
- 30:01Speaker 2: and you don't much money. They've probably fucking made off
- 30:03Speaker 2: the ad revenue for those on YouTube and ship.
- 30:06Speaker 3: That's a good point.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Gee, what other trailer release that could potentially be bad?
- 30:13Speaker 3: Excuse me?
- 30:14Speaker 2: I know you're just so shocked by the news.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, my sinus is really quick.
- 30:18Speaker 2: And the reason I'm talking about is because Ian McKellen's
- 30:20Speaker 2: and it. That's not spoiler. They announced it, but it's
- 30:22Speaker 2: just like, oh yeah, and I'm not gonna I'm not
- 30:26Speaker 2: gonna spoil what was in it. You know, you can
- 30:28Speaker 2: go read it for yourself. And I just read it
- 30:30Speaker 2: and I'm just like, where is this fucking trailer? It's
- 30:34Speaker 2: been it's been tomorrows a week. I don't understand why wait,
- 30:39Speaker 2: there's like, what is there?
- 30:41Speaker 3: I mean, maybe they're literally waiting a week.
- 30:44Speaker 2: That would be very weird. It's actually because the only
- 30:48Speaker 2: thing that came out today that was from last week
- 30:50Speaker 2: was the clay Face trailer from DC.
- 30:52Speaker 3: Which I'm like, okay, fine, and I don't know if
- 30:54Speaker 3: you saw it. I saw the first few seconds as
- 30:58Speaker 3: I was scrolling past the thumbnail on YouTube because they
- 31:00Speaker 3: alto played it. I saw somebody laying in bed and
- 31:02Speaker 3: then flashing to like it some actor.
- 31:05Speaker 2: It's terrifying the music and the sound effects they put
- 31:09Speaker 2: into it. Yeah, okay, It's definitely gonna be one of
- 31:13Speaker 2: those like where you have little James Gunn Superman, like, oh,
- 31:16Speaker 2: it's like Superman, he's all up at the up wow, yayo.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Oh she's a hero.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Man. I go, I didn't catch that. I forgot to
- 31:24Speaker 2: get that cat from a tree, you know. And in
- 31:27Speaker 2: the same universe you have this movie where it's like, yeah,
- 31:30Speaker 2: you're gonna need a permission slip to have your kid
- 31:31Speaker 2: go see this.
- 31:34Speaker 3: I'm just wondering what the plot is gonna be other
- 31:36Speaker 3: than like the origin of clay Face, Like what is
- 31:38Speaker 3: the driving force.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Right, well, because it's it, they make it clear it's
- 31:41Speaker 2: in Gotham. It's like, okay, like, how are you gonna
- 31:43Speaker 2: have this? Essentially, and I don't mean this as a
- 31:45Speaker 2: knock this. I think you can not even level beat
- 31:48Speaker 2: level C Batman villain be have his own movie. I
- 31:56Speaker 2: don't know.
- 31:57Speaker 3: I just hope you don't get another Morbon time mm hmm.
- 32:01Speaker 3: It's just like overly fucking secondly doesn't do that.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Secondly. So it took place last week Monday through Thursday.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Following that that Friday and then Saturday Sunday was SmackDown
- 32:19Speaker 2: in WrestleMania.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Do you know who was at the thing on Thursday?
- 32:25Speaker 3: The thing?
- 32:26Speaker 2: What do you mean the cinema con? Oh no, who
- 32:29Speaker 2: Dwayne Johnson. Oh, and he wasn't at the thing that
- 32:34Speaker 2: he's a board member for that weekend.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Oh it was also in Vegas.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Yes, Oh. Supposedly he actually had a family matter, which
- 32:45Speaker 2: I'm not gonna blame, like, hey, it is what is that?
- 32:47Speaker 2: I get? But it's just like really family matter, not
- 32:52Speaker 2: like a It was just like like there was like
- 32:53Speaker 2: a family commitment he had. Supposedly. That's why I read
- 32:56Speaker 2: because of course that's on the internet. That means it's true.
- 32:58Speaker 3: He apparently had to go pee in the water bottle somewhere.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Hey hey, allegedly.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Brother's proof anyway.
- 33:07Speaker 2: But it's just like, but really you couldn't show up
- 33:10Speaker 2: because we'll get to why. I'm not saying like I'm
- 33:12Speaker 2: upset about, but we'll get to like why here a
- 33:13Speaker 2: little bit. But yes, WrestleMania forty two. Uh oh no,
- 33:17Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm sorry. What was it called, let's see
- 33:19Speaker 2: WrestleMania forty two? No, it was I'm back in saddle girl.
- 33:25Speaker 2: It was actually, oh, that's right, it was tumble casino
- 33:28Speaker 2: Mania featuring WrestleMania.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Tumbo casino Mania featuring wrestling.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Brought to you by ESPN, by ESPN.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Brought to you by slim Gym's Tables, brought to you
- 33:41Speaker 3: by NOx Hydration, brought to you by what was the
- 33:44Speaker 3: one in the middle.
- 33:44Speaker 2: By the General? Wow, brought to you by the General
- 33:48Speaker 2: brought to you by oh wait, and also the Mandalorian
- 33:51Speaker 2: and gro Goo Goo Goo Get isn't It's actually kind
- 33:57Speaker 2: of funny like that I got two of my favorite
- 33:59Speaker 2: things on one platform for like five seconds.
- 34:02Speaker 3: You did, I did get that it's kind of sick.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it's pretty sweet.
- 34:06Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, so yeah, WrestleMania total runtime for both shows.
- 34:14Speaker 2: Was this is the entire so not just the matches, correct.
- 34:17Speaker 3: Yeah, the entire show was about Oh I had it,
- 34:23Speaker 3: hold on, I'm sorry, technical best.
- 34:25Speaker 2: Probably he had it and then he lost it, just
- 34:29Speaker 2: like mister Kennedy with the money in the bank.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Too soon, too soon, you fuck her? Anyway, So the
- 34:37Speaker 3: total showtime, yes, it was approximately seven and a half
- 34:43Speaker 3: hours over two nights.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Okay, that's a lot of time.
- 34:48Speaker 3: So let's go. Let's go top to bottom here. Total
- 34:52Speaker 3: match time, Yes, what's what's your guess?
- 34:59Speaker 2: Are we saying combined for both nights over two nights, Yes,
- 35:06Speaker 2: I'm gonna go our forty five and by I have
- 35:10Speaker 2: not seen this.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Prior you went lo, which is fine. Okay, so you'll
- 35:15Speaker 3: be excited to know that it was actually two hours
- 35:18Speaker 3: oh wow, minutes, so approximately thirty seven percent of the
- 35:25Speaker 3: total event. For entrances, Guess how long? How many entrance?
- 35:33Speaker 3: How long the entrance is. Here's a better question, guess
- 35:36Speaker 3: what has a higher total run time? The entrances or
- 35:40Speaker 3: the ads?
- 35:42Speaker 2: All the ads? One.
- 35:46Speaker 3: Well, I've got some good news for you no, wow, Okay,
- 35:50Speaker 3: the total entrances beat the total ads and segments by
- 35:55Speaker 3: thirty minutes. So the total entrances great was an hour
- 36:00Speaker 3: and fifty seven minutes long. Okay, And again, ladies and gentlemen,
- 36:04Speaker 3: that's people walking down the ring right down to the
- 36:07Speaker 3: ring from the stage.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:10Speaker 3: Total time for that was almost as long as the
- 36:14Speaker 3: total match time. Oh man, the majority all.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Those undertaker jokes are not are starting to come back,
- 36:22Speaker 2: and hon us.
- 36:23Speaker 3: The majority of the matches were less than ten minutes
- 36:27Speaker 3: in length. Yes, Gunther and seth Rawlins went fifteen minutes.
- 36:33Speaker 3: Orton and Cody went eighteen minutes. This doesn't list.
- 36:37Speaker 2: The way Orton Cody was only eighteen minutes.
- 36:40Speaker 3: Yeah, it felt like it was.
- 36:42Speaker 2: It felt like it was forty like it was forty
- 36:48Speaker 2: five minutes.
- 36:49Speaker 3: It was so fucking long and anyway, but yeah, what
- 36:56Speaker 3: is little runtime? Total match time twenty twenty six and
- 36:59Speaker 3: me see here.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Stats right?
- 37:05Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 37:05Speaker 2: No, uh, come on now loading buffer buffer.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Match Roman versus Punk.
- 37:19Speaker 2: That was like half an hour, wasn't it.
- 37:21Speaker 3: It's gotta be a long time. Come on, man, Why
- 37:26Speaker 3: is he so goddamn hard to find official?
- 37:30Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure it was like half an hour from
- 37:31Speaker 2: not mistaken.
- 37:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I got it right right now.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Nope, Nope, I don't. I thought I had it. Nope, nope,
- 37:45Speaker 2: I don't have it. Pretty okay, we'll say it was
- 37:47Speaker 2: half an hour.
- 37:48Speaker 3: It was long, it was good, it was good.
- 37:50Speaker 2: It was that was worth a half an hour.
- 37:54Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, but but yeah, then the ads were an
- 37:57Speaker 3: hour twenty seven minutes. I saw a breakdown that the
- 38:01Speaker 3: post match segments took up forty minutes somehow, which is crazy.
- 38:09Speaker 3: But yeah, if you think about it, you have seven
- 38:11Speaker 3: point five hours and out of that you have thirty
- 38:17Speaker 3: set I think it's thirty seven percent of the show
- 38:19Speaker 3: was actually wrestling, Yeah, which is fucking disappointing, dude, Yeah,
- 38:24Speaker 3: because like there's no way that like you can excuse it.
- 38:30Speaker 3: And it sounds like they shortened, they cut a lot
- 38:32Speaker 3: of time from matches to do more ads, correct, you know,
- 38:39Speaker 3: like they in previous wrestlming. I think it was just
- 38:43Speaker 3: last year there wasn't there was maybe one match that
- 38:45Speaker 3: was less than ten minutes long, and this year it's
- 38:50Speaker 3: like you had I think it was thirteen matches. Thirteen
- 38:55Speaker 3: matches and excuse me, all but three of them went
- 38:57Speaker 3: less than ten minutes long.
- 39:00Speaker 2: Get it.
- 39:00Speaker 3: You're gonna have some that are short, but like the
- 39:03Speaker 3: majority of them.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Okay, so here right away, here, here's the one thing
- 39:06Speaker 2: not saying the trump you. Here's the one thing that
- 39:08Speaker 2: trump this whole thing. Okay, two nights, Okay, you have
- 39:13Speaker 2: two shows. Both are approximately let's say, like what three
- 39:17Speaker 2: and a half hours long? Yeah, seven hours, seven hours
- 39:19Speaker 2: on the weekend, right, three and a half hours long.
- 39:21Speaker 2: And I get it. You gotta have your ads, you
- 39:23Speaker 2: gotta have your sponsors and stuff like that. So I
- 39:27Speaker 2: want to take you back, my friend, to actually twenty
- 39:30Speaker 2: five years ago. Yeah, you know I'm going with this. Okay,
- 39:38Speaker 2: can would you like to guess with me in a
- 39:41Speaker 2: show that was if I'm not mistaken, three hours about
- 39:45Speaker 2: We'll go. We'll give you three and a half okay,
- 39:48Speaker 2: three and a half hours. Would you like to get gander?
- 39:52Speaker 2: Give me a guess of how many matches they had.
- 39:56Speaker 3: I'm gonna say eight.
- 39:58Speaker 2: Eleven okay, so eleven for one night compared to what
- 40:04Speaker 2: they do now one night. Back then, they pretty much
- 40:09Speaker 2: did what they do, and they did in a single night,
- 40:13Speaker 2: and now they have to do over two nights because
- 40:15Speaker 2: of all the commercials and all the s now. I
- 40:17Speaker 2: want to make this clear. I do think wrestling needed
- 40:19Speaker 2: to be two nights. I think they need to be
- 40:20Speaker 2: done way before they did it. They obviously did it
- 40:23Speaker 2: because it was a new japan model. I get that.
- 40:26Speaker 2: But the issue is you there are literally people and
- 40:31Speaker 2: that's the thing that happens every year. It's even with
- 40:33Speaker 2: the Super Bowl. There are people who okay for like
- 40:36Speaker 2: NFL's for example. You can look at the history. The
- 40:40Speaker 2: majority of the time, the guy who's the m v
- 40:42Speaker 2: P doesn't make the super Bowl. It's pretty common. But
- 40:48Speaker 2: this is sports entertainment. There's always people that get left
- 40:55Speaker 2: off every single year. Yeah, this year there were It
- 40:58Speaker 2: was beyond notice that people who should not have been
- 41:01Speaker 2: left off were left off. And that's not saying you
- 41:04Speaker 2: could have replaced the people. No, Like it's there are
- 41:07Speaker 2: way too many commercials point like literally like og and
- 41:10Speaker 2: I like, we honestly should have been counting how many
- 41:13Speaker 2: times we saw and again sorry Shagsylla Chumba. I mean,
- 41:19Speaker 2: Jesus Christ, I think I think you know what's funny, Umba,
- 41:22Speaker 2: that's funny. Tiffany Strand was even in the card. I
- 41:24Speaker 2: think she got more screen time than anyone other than
- 41:26Speaker 2: Drew mcintarre, because he.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Had literally, you know, you're not even joking. She's in
- 41:31Speaker 3: that Chumba commercial And there was only one Chumba commercial
- 41:35Speaker 3: and they played it probably eight times.
- 41:37Speaker 2: And there's also just Chumba random ads that would pop
- 41:39Speaker 2: up with her in it.
- 41:42Speaker 3: It's insane. It's insane. You almost heard of Chumba before tonight,
- 41:46Speaker 3: before WrestleMania.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Well, I I had told od I have heard their
- 41:52Speaker 2: commercials before. I believe it's with Ryan Secrets because they
- 41:55Speaker 2: would sometimes just randomly come on like random podcasts and
- 41:57Speaker 2: stuff like that, and I don't know if it comes online.
- 42:00Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't I don't I don't know
- 42:03Speaker 2: what ads I get because I just simply say, hey,
- 42:05Speaker 2: ads come on. I don't care. I don't like I said.
- 42:09Speaker 2: I think I make my stance on things pretty clear
- 42:11Speaker 2: on this show. It's commercials that you don't agree with,
- 42:14Speaker 2: come on, I apologize, that's not my that's not my doing.
- 42:18Speaker 2: But yeah, it's like hum again, I get it. The
- 42:23Speaker 2: point of a commercial is to get your attention so
- 42:25Speaker 2: that you'll, event you'll hopefully invest in their product and
- 42:28Speaker 2: so they can give them money. But again, when you
- 42:31Speaker 2: overdo something, people are gonna hate you. I don't need
- 42:36Speaker 2: to see fifteen commercials for an online casino. I don't
- 42:40Speaker 2: need to see fifteen commercials for ESPN. I'm watching it
- 42:44Speaker 2: on ESPN. What is the common joke about AMC theaters?
- 42:49Speaker 1: This is?
- 42:50Speaker 2: Can I get an argument sometimes about and again? It
- 42:52Speaker 2: is a cool commercial, it is, But why is am
- 42:55Speaker 2: she she AMC showing me a commercial with the cold
- 43:00Speaker 2: kidman saying come to our theaters. It's only plays in
- 43:05Speaker 2: their theaters. I'm in the fucking theater. I'm here, I'm here,
- 43:12Speaker 2: I'm here. After mind you, you started the movie twenty
- 43:16Speaker 2: five minutes past its actual start time, and I've already
- 43:20Speaker 2: watched all the trailers, all the other ads. You got
- 43:22Speaker 2: the Coca Cola commercial they play saying here comes your movie,
- 43:26Speaker 2: and then we do one more saying heartbreak feels good
- 43:29Speaker 2: at plays like this. Okay, it's a it's a fucking meme.
- 43:34Speaker 2: It's a meme. But they still do it. God knows why,
- 43:38Speaker 2: because everyone makes fun of them for it. Fuck, but
- 43:43Speaker 2: we don't. Again, I don't. I don't need to see
- 43:45Speaker 2: fifteen hundred commercials you can again. I think what they're
- 43:49Speaker 2: doing is smart with the LED stuff and this stuff
- 43:53Speaker 2: in the ring. I think that's smart, I really do.
- 43:56Speaker 3: I think it's beyond time that they did that.
- 43:58Speaker 2: Yes, I agree with that, but and have that be
- 44:00Speaker 2: your ad thing I don't need to be. It's thirty
- 44:04Speaker 2: commercials of the exact same shit over two nights, if anything,
- 44:08Speaker 2: that's that's the thing you're telling me, over two nights,
- 44:10Speaker 2: your biggest show of the year, you only had like
- 44:12Speaker 2: what maybe what five or six commercials.
- 44:16Speaker 3: You compared it to the super Bowl. Like, if you're
- 44:18Speaker 3: gonna do that, then do it, like sell that ad,
- 44:21Speaker 3: sell that ad space to other shit.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Like yeah, look, they're not gonna get what the super
- 44:25Speaker 2: Bowl gets. That's fine, But it's like it's literally a
- 44:28Speaker 2: thing where like companies, even companies you've not heard of,
- 44:31Speaker 2: go out of their fucking way to make a commercial
- 44:33Speaker 2: for the super Bowl. So hey, there's probably been companies
- 44:36Speaker 2: have gone bankrupt after that, probably, but they take that shot.
- 44:41Speaker 2: The NFL or sorry, the WA is not gonna charge
- 44:43Speaker 2: you eight million dollars for thirty seconds they're not. Well yeah,
- 44:48Speaker 2: and don't get laughed at. But the the point is
- 44:52Speaker 2: you can make so much money, Like again, Yeah, would
- 44:54Speaker 2: it be weird if you had a co commercial and
- 44:57Speaker 2: then a Pepsi commercial? Yeah? But who fucking cares. That's
- 45:00Speaker 2: a point like it's supposed to get your because I
- 45:03Speaker 2: think because like it gets distracting, because that's what it
- 45:06Speaker 2: should be. That's what people should do. It's be like, hey,
- 45:08Speaker 2: we have the super Bowl coming up. Hey, why do't
- 45:10Speaker 2: we make some funny commercials for WrestleMania. Oh wait, it's paint.
- 45:14Speaker 2: It's out of paint. Eight million? Is that paying eight
- 45:16Speaker 2: point five million? Now thirty seconds? Oh we only got
- 45:19Speaker 2: paid eight hundred grand. Okay, great, this was weird. This
- 45:23Speaker 2: commercial costs two hundred thousand to make cool million, not
- 45:26Speaker 2: even million.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Right off, there wasn't even that many commercials for their
- 45:31Speaker 3: own products like no W the two K game, But like,
- 45:35Speaker 3: there wasn't any advertisements for Unreal, there wasn't any advertisements
- 45:38Speaker 3: for NXT. There was barely an advertisement for like Summer
- 45:42Speaker 3: Slam or whatever's coming up next. Backlash, Yeah, I heard
- 45:46Speaker 3: people talk about it a backlash, but you think they'd
- 45:52Speaker 3: have other shit that fucking chill?
- 45:54Speaker 2: Right, It was just.
- 45:55Speaker 3: Chumba and fucking Snickers and fucking other ship. I guess
- 46:02Speaker 3: general and it was it was gratuitous as fuck man again.
- 46:08Speaker 2: And look and of course like the slim gym tables.
- 46:10Speaker 3: But it's just like, you candn't even give us fifty percent.
- 46:13Speaker 3: Wrestling can't even give us fifty percent.
- 46:16Speaker 2: And here's the people. It's true, it's not triple just fault.
- 46:19Speaker 2: He's just he's literally doing what he's.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Told because I wonder how much he had to.
- 46:24Speaker 2: Oh yeah that because again there was that Oscar matches
- 46:27Speaker 2: of Eosky was supposed to be cut, even though they
- 46:30Speaker 2: literally teased it on TV and social media. There was
- 46:33Speaker 2: one I forget. There was one other one that got
- 46:35Speaker 2: cut allegedly, and I can't remember what it was.
- 46:37Speaker 3: But it's just like, I don't know, maybe a tag
- 46:39Speaker 3: title match or maybe either of the women's mid card
- 46:43Speaker 3: title WrestleMania.
- 46:44Speaker 2: No, how dare you?
- 46:47Speaker 3: What are you saying? The ICY title was up for grabs,
- 46:50Speaker 3: the US title was up for grabs, but uh yeah.
- 46:53Speaker 2: No, And again this is the problem is every single
- 46:56Speaker 2: year and again, yeah it's wrestling, it's you know, sports,
- 47:00Speaker 2: fake fight, and we get it, but.
- 47:02Speaker 3: It's like that's something for that is literally.
- 47:04Speaker 2: The main emphasis of the show is it's supposed to
- 47:06Speaker 2: be years long or whatever. The essentially it's the season finale,
- 47:12Speaker 2: you know, is Tony gonna get wax. That's literally what
- 47:15Speaker 2: it is. And this is where you find out all
- 47:17Speaker 2: the ship's led up to this moment. You figure out
- 47:19Speaker 2: when you see what happens. You know.
- 47:21Speaker 3: Well, so it's interesting because I kind of fucking called it,
- 47:26Speaker 3: and I'll tell you what I called. And I don't
- 47:28Speaker 3: know if I've actually mentioned this to you or if
- 47:30Speaker 3: I talk to somebody else about this. There's reports coming
- 47:33Speaker 3: out that the original plan for Randy or WrestleMania was
- 47:38Speaker 3: for this whole thing, Pat McAfee, it was actually supposed
- 47:43Speaker 3: to be Alistair Black, Oh yeah, right. He was supposed
- 47:47Speaker 3: to be the one trying to corrupt Randy and they
- 47:50Speaker 3: were gonna have a blowoff at Mania, and then Randy
- 47:54Speaker 3: was gonna like hesitate and Black was gonna win, and
- 47:57Speaker 3: then Randy was gonna come out and jump Cody and
- 48:00Speaker 3: do the whole thing with the title at the end,
- 48:02Speaker 3: right and take him out, and that was going to
- 48:04Speaker 3: be like the emergence of the Apex Predator, and He's
- 48:07Speaker 3: gonna be back to his old ways because Alster Black
- 48:10Speaker 3: was that that influence, that dark influence and I fucking
- 48:14Speaker 3: called that shit. I called it because I was like,
- 48:17Speaker 3: you know what would be sick with this Randy thing
- 48:20Speaker 3: is that if there's like some kind of faction now.
- 48:23Speaker 3: And I even threw in our Truth and Damian Priest
- 48:26Speaker 3: because you know what, they won the tag titles for
- 48:29Speaker 3: no fucking reason, and if they were thrown together and
- 48:33Speaker 3: nobody took him seriously, and like, what would be more
- 48:36Speaker 3: motivating for them to try to keep the titles? If
- 48:39Speaker 3: somebody got in the air and was like, nobody fucking
- 48:41Speaker 3: believes in you, You're a fucking joke. You gotta show
- 48:45Speaker 3: them what the deal is. And it'd be similar to
- 48:47Speaker 3: like this Randy Wrton thing where it's like you gotta
- 48:50Speaker 3: go back to your own fucking ways and all this shit,
- 48:52Speaker 3: and it would have been so awesome. It would have
- 48:55Speaker 3: been so good, so much better. Can you can you
- 48:58Speaker 3: imagine Randy Orton and Alistair black black hits somebody with
- 49:03Speaker 3: the black mask kick, They turn around right into an
- 49:05Speaker 3: RKAO come on, it rights itself and we got McAfee
- 49:13Speaker 3: doing a fucking field goal or touchdown, sprint down the
- 49:18Speaker 3: ramp in the neck brace and doing a goddamn slow
- 49:23Speaker 3: count for no reason.
- 49:27Speaker 2: And yeah, that made no sense at all.
- 49:29Speaker 3: Why are you counting like a fucking turtle right now?
- 49:32Speaker 2: Why are you counting like the guy that you want
- 49:34Speaker 2: to win is not about to win right now?
- 49:37Speaker 3: Literally, do a fast count. Screw somebody over, Like that's
- 49:41Speaker 3: why you're there in the first place.
- 49:43Speaker 2: Do you know what's funny now? Is the damage control
- 49:46Speaker 2: their plane? Yeah? I don't have the exact corse. Pat
- 49:49Speaker 2: McFee pretty much came out and he went on his show.
- 49:52Speaker 3: The industry doesn't the business doesn't need saving or something.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Right exactly, and he kind of made seem like he's
- 49:56Speaker 2: actually done, which I think he's kind of made clear
- 49:58Speaker 2: in the past because he just did it is too
- 50:00Speaker 2: much for him in terms of schedule and stuff like that.
- 50:03Speaker 2: But then, can I read you a quote?
- 50:05Speaker 3: Oh reads, this is not Pat McAfee, by the way,
- 50:09Speaker 3: this is how you know they're doing damage control, because yeah,
- 50:11Speaker 3: supposedly in.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Two weeks that backlash literally when they do that backlash literally,
- 50:19Speaker 2: they should just have that be the commercial. Just bring
- 50:22Speaker 2: it back because actually no ship that was actually twenty
- 50:24Speaker 2: years ago this year.
- 50:26Speaker 3: Those were twenty years ago anniversary of the Best the
- 50:29Speaker 3: Best programme the best package ever.
- 50:33Speaker 2: So here's a quote. Okay, is how you know they're
- 50:36Speaker 2: doing damage control? This is from by the way, Jelly Roll.
- 50:42Speaker 2: Oh god, I had one goal at WrestleMania, and I
- 50:49Speaker 2: kind of succeeded. Pat. I love you, man, but neither
- 50:54Speaker 2: one of us had any business here. I say, we
- 50:56Speaker 2: get back to what we're good at, even though I'm
- 50:58Speaker 2: not actually really good at anything. But you're great at something,
- 51:01Speaker 2: so go do it. That was him telling passentially like
- 51:04Speaker 2: we should have never been doing this in the first place,
- 51:07Speaker 2: because supposedly in two weeks it was supposed to be
- 51:09Speaker 2: Cody Roads and General against rainymore Pan Magafee. Oh yeah,
- 51:13Speaker 2: which again nobody who would have loved to see that?
- 51:18Speaker 2: And here's the thing.
- 51:19Speaker 3: I like them, And there's a place, there's a place
- 51:22Speaker 3: for that kind of match, dude, there's a place in
- 51:24Speaker 3: time for it. I think that if it was some
- 51:27Speaker 3: kind of the build up to Mania. Yeah, but like
- 51:33Speaker 3: those are spots that wrestlers could have, right, you know
- 51:38Speaker 3: what I'm saying, and we.
- 51:40Speaker 2: Get the same reaction because it would get a better
- 51:42Speaker 2: actions because literally people are just like and again they
- 51:44Speaker 2: do they do it for the moment, they do it
- 51:45Speaker 2: for the views. They do it for the clicks, and
- 51:47Speaker 2: then I get it. But when it's been so, when
- 51:51Speaker 2: it's literally been shit on for the last month, why
- 51:56Speaker 2: why why do it? Because for example, okay, the thing
- 52:00Speaker 2: him we'll go to here, not the thing OG and
- 52:03Speaker 2: I were worried about. Was night too with Roman Punk
- 52:05Speaker 2: was okay. There really wasn't any like crazy schmast and
- 52:09Speaker 2: any crazy interference that happened in all they were all,
- 52:12Speaker 2: you know, f there were all these things that were
- 52:15Speaker 2: potentially mentioned throughout the course these last couple of months,
- 52:19Speaker 2: and then sudden night they go out have matched the weekend,
- 52:23Speaker 2: no doubt kill it. Roman wins Lull and that was it,
- 52:30Speaker 2: no surprise. Although here's the thing I want to this
- 52:34Speaker 2: is why it's going back to the rock earlier. I'm
- 52:37Speaker 2: not gonna say I was expecting him only because I'm like, okay,
- 52:42Speaker 2: I get it, Roman won. How fucking long has he
- 52:44Speaker 2: gotta stand? I literally that celebration dragged. I'm like, what
- 52:50Speaker 2: are we doing?
- 52:52Speaker 3: I guess the total matchdown was like thirty three minutes,
- 52:55Speaker 3: which is crazy, especially by WWE standards.
- 52:58Speaker 2: Well especially for that show, right, But that's most, that's
- 53:02Speaker 2: the most. That's kind of the entrances. I don't think
- 53:05Speaker 2: it is what and again like you don't need again,
- 53:10Speaker 2: you can just have a good story because here's the thing, techicy,
- 53:14Speaker 2: This wasn't even the biggest story was it was the
- 53:16Speaker 2: Pat McAfee ship, by the by what t k O wanted.
- 53:19Speaker 2: But yeah, what I want to talk about. They're talking
- 53:21Speaker 2: about the Roman Punk match because that was the main
- 53:23Speaker 2: event and people are like, yeah, it was good. And
- 53:27Speaker 2: now they're moving on to four and see what they're like.
- 53:29Speaker 2: They're such a redacting all the celebrity ship and it's
- 53:31Speaker 2: just like they are this is the problem is we
- 53:35Speaker 2: live to in our PreO couple weeks ago. This is
- 53:36Speaker 2: now the third straight WrestleMania that they've interfered. And here's
- 53:42Speaker 2: the thing. It worked out one time only because they
- 53:47Speaker 2: totally changed their plans when it didn't work. But this
- 53:52Speaker 2: is now the third time in three years in a
- 53:55Speaker 2: row they've tried something or the the the powers that
- 53:59Speaker 2: be are like, we're not doing that, and it's come
- 54:02Speaker 2: back to like just fucking back off. O.
- 54:04Speaker 3: Guess here's the thing.
- 54:05Speaker 2: Sorry, I apologize for I'm still come out as cold.
- 54:08Speaker 2: So they came out actually today we essentially they said,
- 54:13Speaker 2: we broke records. They don't specify those records. We came
- 54:17Speaker 2: close to some other records, they don't specify those records either.
- 54:20Speaker 2: Essentially just pretty much hyping it up. But I guess what,
- 54:22Speaker 2: I'm not gonna I don't think it was as successful
- 54:25Speaker 2: as last year.
- 54:26Speaker 3: I wouldn't think so.
- 54:27Speaker 2: No, And here's where it's annoying. Okay, they announced the attendance.
- 54:33Speaker 2: It obviously wasn't what it was last year. They're literally
- 54:38Speaker 2: counting Bianca bell Air's unborn.
- 54:44Speaker 3: Are they really stop?
- 54:45Speaker 2: If you literally the first night, I forget that. I
- 54:48Speaker 2: don't have the number, or I'll look it up, because
- 54:51Speaker 2: here's the thing. Okay, this is how you know they're
- 54:53Speaker 2: counting it. So they had seen it come out both
- 54:55Speaker 2: nights and say the attendants okay, so hold on old,
- 55:03Speaker 2: let me find it. Of course I'm not gonna find it.
- 55:08Speaker 2: This is annoying. Why is it when you search something up? Okay? Here? Uh,
- 55:12Speaker 2: I don't know if that's no, that's not right. That's
- 55:16Speaker 2: not right either. Ah, Okay, here it is. So they
- 55:20Speaker 2: literally announced nine one that the attendance was fifty eight
- 55:24Speaker 2: hundred and sixteen, and they do the Bianca bellar surprise,
- 55:28Speaker 2: she reveals she's pregnant, which that was a cool moment.
- 55:30Speaker 2: The way they did that was perfect. Okay. Then John
- 55:34Speaker 2: Cena literally goes, now it's fifty and seventeen. YadA, YadA,
- 55:38Speaker 2: YadA YadA. Next night, another John Seena segment, Dan Houiseen
- 55:44Speaker 2: comedy sketch, they announced the attendance. Then John Cena goes,
- 55:49Speaker 2: that brings a total and they literally put this on
- 55:51Speaker 2: the screen one hundred and six thousand and seventy two.
- 55:55Speaker 2: And I'm like, wait a minute, because they said the
- 55:58Speaker 2: two attendance was fifty five fifty five, And I'm like,
- 56:02Speaker 2: and right away, you don't really need to do the math.
- 56:05Speaker 2: What's seventeen plus fifty five seventy two? They're literally counting
- 56:09Speaker 2: the kid fucking that's and again that's been their alleged
- 56:13Speaker 2: for years is they don't just count the ticket sales.
- 56:14Speaker 2: They count like if you're a janitor who just happens
- 56:17Speaker 2: to be, if you're a cop who's just there checking
- 56:20Speaker 2: on things, you count work the event. Yes, No, it's
- 56:24Speaker 2: just that's and that was the whole hooplah with the
- 56:27Speaker 2: aw all in thing that there were will laws Spray's
- 56:30Speaker 2: like did I just get the wrong fucking tattoo because
- 56:32Speaker 2: he got the attendants on tattooed on his arm. And
- 56:34Speaker 2: there's there's still some debate if that was legiti or not,
- 56:38Speaker 2: because because that's the team of progressling, you don't know
- 56:41Speaker 2: if it's real because the number three years was like
- 56:43Speaker 2: what ninety three thousand something whatever it was from the
- 56:45Speaker 2: from Pontiac and supposedly the actual numbers allegedly was like
- 56:51Speaker 2: in the in the high seventies. But no, they.
- 56:56Speaker 3: Count Why why because it's sports to do what to do?
- 57:01Speaker 3: What to set a record? To show that to investors?
- 57:08Speaker 2: Yeah, makes them look good. Because then here's the thing.
- 57:11Speaker 2: If I go, if I'm an investor, I go, wait,
- 57:13Speaker 2: we sold we have one hundred and six thousand tickets. Yeah,
- 57:16Speaker 2: what's the what's this? What's this number I've seen in front?
- 57:19Speaker 2: It doesn't match, doesn't it. It's just it's just hoopla,
- 57:23Speaker 2: and it's it's just it is what it is, like
- 57:24Speaker 2: who It's almost like who cares? But it's like you're
- 57:27Speaker 2: literally counting a kid in a woman's stomach. How many okay,
- 57:34Speaker 2: how many other how many other women at the show
- 57:36Speaker 2: were pregnant? You're not counting them.
- 57:39Speaker 3: There's a couple of people in the audience to count
- 57:41Speaker 3: for two.
- 57:42Speaker 2: You're really gonna tell me there's no there's no WrestleMania babies.
- 57:47Speaker 3: Who's conceived that night?
- 57:49Speaker 2: Well, no, nine months or months prior, but still like
- 57:52Speaker 2: or yeah, even the night before, who knows may night before.
- 57:55Speaker 2: You don't know that.
- 57:56Speaker 3: You gotta you gotta, you gotta check everybody at the doors.
- 57:59Speaker 2: That's the thing. It's just, it's just, it's just. And
- 58:02Speaker 2: here's the thing. And this is why I think, like
- 58:03Speaker 2: it's gonna be interesting to see where they go now
- 58:07Speaker 2: and again nowhere a logo and a little over here,
- 58:08Speaker 2: but like it's because they have Summer Slam this summer, Okay,
- 58:13Speaker 2: And of course we don't really talk about the broco
- 58:14Speaker 2: lesnar thining because I don't believe for a second he retired.
- 58:16Speaker 2: I think he's retiring at Summer Slam, especially with the
- 58:19Speaker 2: Paul Hayman promo he did on Monday Night.
- 58:21Speaker 3: Do you believe that he went off script, that he
- 58:23Speaker 3: didn't actually tell anybody he was going to do that.
- 58:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't do it for a second. I do
- 58:27Speaker 2: think they get that close to the vest that I
- 58:28Speaker 2: won't deny because I can definitely see, like Minnesota, Broccolas
- 58:34Speaker 2: is not really from Minnesota yet, but that's his home.
- 58:38Speaker 2: That's like to him, that's other than Canada, of course,
- 58:40Speaker 2: that's home. And because a guy here's the thing, he
- 58:42Speaker 2: would get the main event, he would probably get even
- 58:44Speaker 2: bigger payday. And but again here's like if it was
- 58:48Speaker 2: if that was his last much, he went out perfectly,
- 58:51Speaker 2: losing to a guy just as big as him, losing
- 58:53Speaker 2: to a little and it's fun. They're calling Oba from
- 58:55Speaker 2: the next big thing, which I think. I mean, that's
- 58:57Speaker 2: that's great. That's what he was called twenty years ago. Cool.
- 59:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it's nice passing of the torch, passing the title.
- 59:03Speaker 3: I think they could have gone another few minutes.
- 59:07Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what, But you know what, I think
- 59:10Speaker 2: it was one of those things where like they did
- 59:12Speaker 2: the right thing. I don't think they did wrong. They
- 59:16Speaker 2: did that.
- 59:17Speaker 3: I don't think we went to Supplex City. I think
- 59:19Speaker 3: we maybe went to Supplex Village.
- 59:23Speaker 7: Yeah that's true, Supplex Town or Suplex rest up, Suplex Townshiplexlex.
- 59:37Speaker 2: But point being, here's the thing, and it all comes
- 59:40Speaker 2: back to this. Am I happy that? Am I happy
- 59:45Speaker 2: Vince is gone?
- 59:46Speaker 3: Yes?
- 59:47Speaker 2: Regardless of what people say, because again the people who
- 59:50Speaker 2: said all Vince needs to come back, you you are
- 59:52Speaker 2: out of your minds because before, because before it was
- 59:56Speaker 2: not good, because you're the thing. Even though he was
- 59:58Speaker 2: there for part of the Bloodline ship with Roman, look
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: at what was under the Bloodline stuff. Ugh stopping, I
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: don't even again. I'm a I'm a. I love professional wrestling.
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: I went to one of the worst raws ever Milwaukee,
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: so bad that Caitlyn was like, why aren't we watching
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: the show? I'm like, cause this fucking we were walking
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: around it was our first time in the Pfizer. Oh,
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: let's go check this place out. That's and for those
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: of listening, that's the one where John or Dean Ambrose
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: is like, Milwaukee's disgusting and he's literally getting a shot
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: in his ass.
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: You oh my god, I didn't realize that.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I was at that one. Jesus, it was yeah. No,
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: I remember, I literally remember. We were walking down the escalator.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: We're going down the stairs and people were literally saying
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: or were they screaming, like some people are saying this
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: is bullshit, and then like people were saying, we want
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: to read because it was bad. It was fucking bad,
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: and that ship was every week in twenty eighteen twenty nineteen,
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: and then the pandemic came, and then other shit happened
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: and then here we are now. But point being, it's
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: like you, they need to take a step back from
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: the corporate There are other okay, there are other ways
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: to make money. So was there going with the ticket price?
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: Is great? Put fucking ads everywhere on the fucking ring
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: like you do. Put it on the jumbo tronk hell do?
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: If anything, this is what you do. La Knight is
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: in the is in the slim gym shit right, haven't
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: come out in slim gen gear. That's what you start
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: doing contractors, right, You just do the broc lesser thing.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: Oh hey, Chelsea Green, we got a Jersey Mike Steal
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: great do comedy stick do backstage sentence with Kelsey. She's
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: awesome and hilarious.
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: Look, dude, if you're gonna fucking already jeopardize or sell
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: out the fucking actual wrestling, why not just do a
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: picture and picture of a commercial. Yes, you know, let
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: them wrestle. Let them people who pay the money to
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: be there, first of all, get the fucking experience that
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: they deserve to have paying thousands of dollars for those seats,
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: first of all. But then also, if you're already gonna be,
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: you know, taking away from the wrestling, at least let
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: the wrestling be on the screen, or have Michael Cole
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: do an ad read during a match if you're if
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: you're gonna just be that fucking disrespectful, correct, disrespectful.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: Some of the funniest moments will be like they come
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: back for a commercial or whatever it was, and be
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: like you know, and like, you know, like everyone remember
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: every rests remembers Jim Ross's skittles bit. But guess what
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: it was ten seconds, not four fucking minutes.
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: Imagine how many ad reads you could get in you know, right,
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: that's gotta be worth something.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: No again, it's like, look, there are ways to make money. Again,
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: it's just the way it's harder for It's harder to
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: make money because people's attentions. Bands are shorter. But the
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: problem is because our attention spans are shorter. When you
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: keep playing the commercials over the same one's mind, you
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: also over and over again, people are gonna go, fuck this,
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: this is annoying. This is the first here's the thing
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: this is the first time I got the ESPN thing
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: for for the pls, I'm not gonna lie to you.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: I enjoy I thought it was. I had no problems
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: with it, we had zero. It was great because I missed.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: I missed the first night, so when I got home
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: from my niece's birthday party, I watched it and I
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: didn't get spoiled as soon as I turned it on.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: As soon as I clicked it, it didn't go right like
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: how Peacock used to. It would go right to lift,
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: it would go right to live. Nope, either it goes
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: Would you like to watch it from where it's at
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: right now because they're like ten minutes lef, or you
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: want to watch from the beginning, like watch the beginning
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: and there was no buffering issue. Perfect. I had no
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: problem with it. But as I'm watching it, the amount
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: of commercials, I'm like, holy shit.
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: It's insane. Yeah, I like what you saw. It was
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: almost the same amount of commercials as entrances as there
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: were entrances, and almost as much as there were matches, right,
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: Like it was almost a perfect thirty.
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it was. It was almost one. It was a person.
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: Crazy like like you said, like it's one night of
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: wrestling split over two nights so that we can get
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: as many ads as possible.
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: There weren't even backstage segments commercials, but like, okay, look
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: at here's the thing wrestling forty Do you want to
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: why people? It's the best with Triple Ager because it
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: was consistent, it was good. Yes, there were some commercials,
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Yes there were some ads and some like sponsorship, but
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: it wasn't overbearing, and they put it into the show
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: when it worked. Per okay, per example, with the they
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: don't don't. Yeah, they don't do the Prime stuff anymore.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: But like with the Prime stuff, what do they do?
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: They had a guid come on, imagine a Prime costume.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: He got his ass kick. But it worked. And I
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: don't mind the slim Jon tables. I don't. I really don't.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: I get it.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: I think it's a fucking meme at this point. Yeah,
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: but the same time, it's always the slim Gym table.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: I'd rather have the slim gym table then fifty I'm
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: seeing Tiffany Strand and Drew McIntire fifty times talking about
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: a fucking casino.
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: Dude, you literally you need to start sponsoring other weapons
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: like they need to have a general insurance chairs and
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: they need to have fucking chumba barbed wire bats or something.
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: Oh my god, here's how stupid they are. They should
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: have never released shatty black art imagined shatty black, or
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: come on or fucking tank with a general fucking logo.
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: Dude, it breaks itself. She wears a fake mustache.
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: Or here's a perfect one. They literally did it last weekend.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: How did La A come out in a Dodge pickup truck? Perfect?
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: And you have Michael Cole talk about it and if anything,
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: when he when la N comes out his little nameplate,
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: then it comes up you put the Dodge ram logo
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: on it that sun. Because here's the I don't remember.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: I don't ever see any Dodge commercials. I don't know
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: if there are. I'm apolo, but.
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: Like, you don't have apologize to Dodge.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: No, well, I'm just saying in general you don't have to.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: I actually I like Dodge, but you don't have to.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: You don't have to fucking do fifty commercials of a
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: fucking phone casino the double because here's because here's again,
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: the problem is is it's gonna it's only they get it.
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: If it keeps getting worse. People are just not gonna watch.
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: They're not Why should they? If I want to watch
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: commercials that bad, I'll watch. I'll go on on their
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: fucking YouTube page and watch their commercials. But whatever I get,
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: they get, they can figure it out. And again I
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: get it. It's because we were spilled because originally Pli's
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: paper views where they want to call them, you would
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: get what maybe twenty minutes of commercials max in a
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: four hour show max, and half of those would be
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: promoting things that the actual w had upcoming or a
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: video game. But it's not. That's not the case anymore.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: And again it's there are ways to make money, but again,
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: when people in the show are getting fucked and screwed
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: and I being on the show when they should be
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: and also like these again, imagine people sitting there, how
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: many fuck it? Like again, this has been the problem
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: for w for a couple of years now. It is
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: like nine before that, there'd be commercials of like, oh
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: here's this saying come out for WE. It's like, I'm
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: already at WWE. I'm here. I don't need to have
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: be thrown on my face. You got my paycheck, I'm
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: gonna keep coming back unless you have Dean Ambrose put
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: a needle in his ass. I'm still gonna keep coming here.
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: We've literally lift through some of the worst shit ever
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: and we're still good.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: Yeah, seriously, literally went to that show Milwaukee. Still there?
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: How many to how many tickets that they got me
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: from that? From that? Since that show in twenty eighteen
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: nineteen plenty? How many shows did I bring my wife
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: to where I know she didn't want to go? Plenty
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: of She of a good time, yes, because she she
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: finds her She finds her ways to have fun. I'll
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: tell you that, but like it. A lot of it
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: is not needed. But again, we'll see what happens. And
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: I'm just gonna sit here and just hold my castle
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: bey on me with.
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: That being said, or you a wrapper, that's how.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: Run anything? Do you have anything you would like to
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: get off your chest? Or say before we get the
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: fuck out of here, because I just realized I need
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: to go cut my grass.
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I need to go eat something. So do I
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: stay hydrated? It's getting hot out. Make sure you drink
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: your water, get those electrolytes in, and anything else to
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: get off my chest. Not really, life is a journey.
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: Life is a grind, but don't let it grind you
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: to to to a fault. You know, you gotta take
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: your breaks, chat with some friends, have a couple of
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: cold ones if you prefer. If you don't, then you know,
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: libations come in many forms. So I I appreciate. I
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: appreciate that aspect of life. I appreciate the time that
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: we got to hang out we did watching it in person,
- 1:08:58Speaker 3: which is like it's forever since we actually got to
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: do that. So hanging out, cracking jokes, catching up a
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: lot of jokes, that's what. Uh, that's what life is
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: all about. You know, you gotta bring in levity. You
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: gotta get that release or else you become a miserable
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: fuck and nobody wants Nobody wants that.
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: And on that note, if you had any drinks like
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: we did not have tonight, be smart, be safe, call rideshare,
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: call a taxi, call a friend, just call anyone. Get
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: home safe, don't be stupid. Also, you're gonna call Ghostbusters,
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: I'm gonna call my wife, or I'm just gonna walk home. Jesus.
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: Uh yeah, be smart, be safe, appreciate you all. Listening
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: to the show episode two, O seven as always get
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: fine as at Chalk's Cantina on your socials Choxcanteen at

- 1:09:55Speaker 2: I saw some order gets who I do apologize, It's
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: just been a crazy couple of weeks and to yeah,
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: so to uh encapitlate everything we have discussed, or actually
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: to really summarize what og patron here just said. Uh,
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: I like to quote Joe Dirt, Life's a journey. Dig It,
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: take care.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: I think it's life's a garden.
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: That was Life's a journey, dig it?
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: Why would you do?
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: Okay, now we're on hold on, hold on, hold on.
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: That was that was Life's a journey.
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: His name is Joe Dirt. He's talking about.
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: Dirt, Dirt, hold on, hold on, not like we don't
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: have Google in our pockets.
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: Fuck, cut it, cut cut around it, live pal. I'm sorry.
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: I should have just let you have it.

- 1:11:19Speaker 3: that Drew McIntyre losing the title was relevant to Damian Peace,
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: which was like a year ago, because Damien had it
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: and then lost it, and that that was before Jay
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: even had it.
- 1:11:36Speaker 6: Oh god.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: Yeah. Supposedly the record that they were breaking this year
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: was mainly due to sponsor sponsors like no ship. Yeah, god,
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: I know.

- 1:12:27Speaker 5: didn't talk about hod where they didn't get security guards
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: because you have people throwing, putting their phones in people's faces.
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: You could do a fucking second follow up.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: Did you see the punk video I assume.

- 1:12:45Speaker 2: and he's literally showing himself getting Paige or and aj
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: Lee and Bailey's face and he's like, I want an apology.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: It's like, motherfucker, you're literally showing you're a stalker. Orders
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: the one that came out today where people were following
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: Randy Orton and then he went into like an area
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: where it's like were not supposed to go and as
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: one lady literally grabbed the doors like, no, you're not
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: going in there.

- 1:13:16Speaker 2: amongst children. The guy's fucking huge compare to these people,
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: but they don't give a ship.
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: He's six', five which is.
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: Insane that's he's jacked
