- 0:05Speaker 1: Alright, alright, y Live from Philly, It's the Polly and
- 0:10Speaker 1: Tony Fusco Show. As always, Polly Fusco here with Tony Fusco.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Tony another good guest today on the show. Yep. You know,
- 0:19Speaker 1: with the Browns and the toilet and the Jets below
- 0:23Speaker 1: the toilet, we thought who better to have al than
- 0:26Speaker 1: someone who coached them both. We have former NFL head
- 0:29Speaker 1: coach Eric Manginie on with us today. This guy had
- 0:33Speaker 1: the unfortunate honor of having to coach both teams. We're
- 0:36Speaker 1: gonna get his insight into what the hell happened there. Yeah,
- 0:39Speaker 1: before we get into that, Tony. Uh, you know, we've
- 0:42Speaker 1: been getting analytics on the show from the people at Apple.
- 0:45Speaker 1: They send us these analytics. There's a metric out there.
- 0:48Speaker 1: We're gonna give you a little inside business people. There's
- 0:50Speaker 1: a metric called consumption rate that tells you how much
- 0:54Speaker 1: of the show people listening to. Our consumption rate is
- 0:58Speaker 1: a hundred and nine. So that must mean that people
- 1:02Speaker 1: listen to our show and then they just sit there
- 1:05Speaker 1: for maybe thirty fifty minutes after and they're just really
- 1:09Speaker 1: processing everything because you can't process it while you listen
- 1:12Speaker 1: to there's so much information, Yep, there is. And on
- 1:17Speaker 1: that note, we're gonna throw a little curveball at your people.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Usually we do our NFL takeaways, but today we're gonna
- 1:23Speaker 1: do what they call in the business a segment. Tony
- 1:27Speaker 1: and I we put our heads together. We came up
- 1:30Speaker 1: with something real creative, tell them, Tony. So basically, in
- 1:34Speaker 1: this segment, we're gonna talk about something that happened, and
- 1:37Speaker 1: then we're gonna tell you if it's good or not good?
- 1:41Speaker 1: Good or not good? Alright, first storyline, Tony tom Brady
- 1:46Speaker 1: in the Bucks scoring thirty eight points in a win
- 1:49Speaker 1: against the Packers. Good or not good? This is not good.
- 1:54Speaker 1: When you're playing in the league, you do not want
- 1:57Speaker 1: to peek too soon. End up, bucking Is are peaking
- 2:01Speaker 1: too soon. So what happens is when they get to
- 2:04Speaker 1: week seventeen, they're gonna start to suck. You want to
- 2:08Speaker 1: peek later in the season. You know what it's like, Tony,
- 2:11Speaker 1: It's like when you're dating. You don't want to take
- 2:13Speaker 1: a girl out to a fancy restaurant. You know, the
- 2:16Speaker 1: second or third day. You want to work your way up,
- 2:18Speaker 1: you know, start with you know your burger king you know,
- 2:21Speaker 1: your your Applebee's. Then on the you know, seventeenth date,
- 2:26Speaker 1: then you go to a five star restaurant, you know,
- 2:28Speaker 1: like p F. Chang's or the California Pizza Kitchen, you know,
- 2:32Speaker 1: somewhere really fancy. Yeah, let's go to the next one.
- 2:35Speaker 1: The Philadelphia Eagles lost another close nail, by this time
- 2:40Speaker 1: to the Baltimore Ravens. PAULI, is this good or not good?
- 2:46Speaker 1: It's clearly good. You want to get your losses out
- 2:49Speaker 1: of the way early. So, as we said, you peek
- 2:52Speaker 1: at the right time, right, That's why the Eagles one
- 2:55Speaker 1: in twenties seventeen. They peaked at the right time. And
- 2:58Speaker 1: you go back through history. Look at Rocky bell Boa,
- 3:00Speaker 1: right those first few rounds, he's suffering, he's losing, Drago's
- 3:04Speaker 1: kicking his ass. But then what does he do. He
- 3:07Speaker 1: peeks at the right time. You know, everybody says, oh,
- 3:10Speaker 1: you want to go fourteen in two thirteen and three. No,
- 3:14Speaker 1: you want to go seven, eight and one. This way,
- 3:18Speaker 1: when you make it into the wild card, there's no expectations,
- 3:23Speaker 1: there's no pressure. Yeah, all right, let's move on to
- 3:26Speaker 1: this next one. So the Brown's got blown out by
- 3:28Speaker 1: the Steelers Baker Mayfield, another shitty game. Is this good
- 3:32Speaker 1: or not good? Oh? This is good because the Browns
- 3:36Speaker 1: can finally move on to a real quarterback and Case Keenum.
- 3:40Speaker 1: You know, Case Keenum is the prototypical Brown's quarterback. When
- 3:44Speaker 1: you think about it, it's his sixteen. He loses everywhere
- 3:49Speaker 1: he goes, his best days behind him. He's perfect for Cleveland. Now,
- 3:53Speaker 1: this is what the Browns do. They you know, they
- 3:56Speaker 1: get the number one picked and they ruin him, and
- 3:58Speaker 1: then they swing to someone who's already ruined and never
- 4:02Speaker 1: had a chance. It's just the perfect perfect mix. Yeah,
- 4:06Speaker 1: moving on, the Tennessee Titans beat the Texans and over
- 4:10Speaker 1: time to get to five and oh on the season, PAULI,
- 4:14Speaker 1: is this good or not good? Clearly this is not good.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I mean the Titans they get two weeks off. They
- 4:20Speaker 1: basically had two buys in a row. And why because
- 4:23Speaker 1: they got COVID. So what are you doing? You're rewarding
- 4:26Speaker 1: them for getting COVID? Is that what you're doing? Like?
- 4:29Speaker 1: Should I just go out and get COVID so I
- 4:31Speaker 1: can get two weeks vacation from my job? I don't
- 4:33Speaker 1: do that. Do you do that? Tony? I? Don't. But
- 4:36Speaker 1: I gotta be honest, that's a pretty good idea, you know,
- 4:39Speaker 1: I I gotta say it. But you know, we do
- 4:41Speaker 1: run our own business, so we're trying to be shooting ourselves.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I didn't think about it last one yet, Tony, we're
- 4:46Speaker 1: gonna do a little baseball. We got the Raised versus
- 4:48Speaker 1: the Dodgers in the World Series. Is this good or
- 4:51Speaker 1: not good? This is not good. You know, nobody wants
- 4:55Speaker 1: to see a major market team and the championship. What
- 4:59Speaker 1: people want to see is a nice regional matchup. That's
- 5:03Speaker 1: why Raise Braves would have been perfect. Tell them some
- 5:08Speaker 1: of the best World series that we remember watching. Oh,
- 5:11Speaker 1: of course, you know, I remember, you know Florida Marlins
- 5:15Speaker 1: vers Cleveland. That was a good series, real baseball team.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And of course you known, right the Cardinals versus the
- 5:22Speaker 1: Rangers one, right, I look forward to that in the
- 5:26Speaker 1: eighties we had back to back. In eighty four you
- 5:29Speaker 1: had the Tigers with the Padres, two good baseball cities there.
- 5:33Speaker 1: And of course who couldn't forget a real clash of
- 5:37Speaker 1: the Titans between the Cardinals and the Kansas City Royals.
- 5:42Speaker 1: That is what true baseball is. It's not about the city.
- 5:45Speaker 1: It's about the game. Yeah, you know, I think the
- 5:50Speaker 1: segment went really well, Tony. I just hope it didn't
- 5:53Speaker 1: confuse the listeners too much. You know, I wouldn't be
- 5:56Speaker 1: surprised at the consumption rate this week is like three
- 6:00Speaker 1: se because of this, because what you're saying is people
- 6:04Speaker 1: are going to need more time to consume the episode
- 6:06Speaker 1: and process what we've said, right exactly. Alright, well we're
- 6:10Speaker 1: gonna throw something that you so, you know, just snap
- 6:12Speaker 1: out of it. People off time after the show to
- 6:14Speaker 1: think and consume, because it's time to get our guests
- 6:18Speaker 1: on the line hereas on the FUSCO Satellite Network Satellite. Alright,
- 6:24Speaker 1: let's get him in here. This guy, you know, spent
- 6:25Speaker 1: a long time in the NFL. Former head coach for
- 6:28Speaker 1: the Jets. Oh six to await. He coached the Browns
- 6:32Speaker 1: ten two seasons there. He won three Super Bowls as
- 6:35Speaker 1: a defensive backs coach for the Patriots. O. Hi, Yeah, alright,
- 6:39Speaker 1: it's pretty good. Alright, alright, got some good credits. Let's
- 6:41Speaker 1: get him in here. Eric Mangini, welcome to the show. Hey,
- 6:45Speaker 1: good to be here for us. How are you us?
- 6:48Speaker 1: We're doing great? Consumption rates off the charts. But right
- 6:52Speaker 1: now we're here to talk about you. You know, you
- 6:54Speaker 1: wound up being head coach for the Jets and the Browns,
- 6:56Speaker 1: you know, which leads to this question, who is your
- 6:59Speaker 1: agent and when did you fire him? It's I didn't
- 7:04Speaker 1: have an opportunity to fire my agent. My agent is
- 7:06Speaker 1: actually my father in law. So that's gonna be. He's
- 7:11Speaker 1: not he's not welcome at Thanksgiving anymore. Well, I don't
- 7:15Speaker 1: know if I'm welcome at Thanksgiving anymore, you know, getting
- 7:18Speaker 1: let go by both those places. But you know, I
- 7:20Speaker 1: thought he did a pretty good job. I still I
- 7:22Speaker 1: still use him, but ye know, but I want to
- 7:25Speaker 1: know how it works yere. You know, how do you
- 7:26Speaker 1: wind up becoming a head coach for teams like that?
- 7:28Speaker 1: Is it like a draft where you know you're you're
- 7:30Speaker 1: forced to do it? No? No, I was looking forward
- 7:35Speaker 1: to working with either team. I'd actually I had been
- 7:39Speaker 1: with the Browns when I first started my career as
- 7:41Speaker 1: actually started as a ball boy for the Browns and
- 7:44Speaker 1: then I was a pr intern and then a coaching assistant,
- 7:47Speaker 1: So I had that experience early on. And I was
- 7:49Speaker 1: with the Jets when Bill Parcels was there, so I
- 7:53Speaker 1: like both those organizations a lot. Let me ask you,
- 7:57Speaker 1: if you were the Jets head coach right now, would
- 7:59Speaker 1: your forfeit the rest of the season. Isn't that the
- 8:02Speaker 1: smart thing to do? You know, I think that the
- 8:07Speaker 1: Jets have only one less win than the Eagles, so
- 8:11Speaker 1: it's not that that were right there. We're right in
- 8:15Speaker 1: the playoff and we also had a tie, so we
- 8:18Speaker 1: have a win and a tie, which is infinitely better.
- 8:21Speaker 1: You count as well as Tom Brady does, coach, and uh,
- 8:26Speaker 1: but you're talking about counting. We've been adding up your
- 8:28Speaker 1: numbers here. Now you went two winning seasons in three
- 8:32Speaker 1: seasons with the Jets. Now does that make you the
- 8:35Speaker 1: greatest coach in the history of the organization. You know,
- 8:40Speaker 1: I've liked what I did at the Jets. I think
- 8:43Speaker 1: we view Bank might have done it. You know, he
- 8:45Speaker 1: might be considered a little bit, uh, a little bit
- 8:47Speaker 1: higher up Bill Parcels. He might have have a bit
- 8:50Speaker 1: of a jump on me as well. But you're definitely
- 8:52Speaker 1: ahead of uh, Richie Coat Tie and Bruce Coslet and
- 8:57Speaker 1: and al grow like, yeah, way, but way above those guys.
- 9:02Speaker 1: That's the peer group you guys have me with. Okay, actually,
- 9:05Speaker 1: how it is, Well, we mean it as respect. You know,
- 9:07Speaker 1: Let's go to the Browns because that's what we gotta
- 9:09Speaker 1: do here. You know, they were in rough shape. They're
- 9:12Speaker 1: really struggling right now, coming off that loss to the Steelers. Now,
- 9:17Speaker 1: you coached two full seasons in Cleveland before they fired you.
- 9:21Speaker 1: How did you last so long? You know, I thought
- 9:27Speaker 1: I was gonna last longer in Cleveland than just two
- 9:30Speaker 1: full full seasons. I I really anticipated being there for
- 9:34Speaker 1: for a long time. You know, the the organization has
- 9:38Speaker 1: has gone through some struggles, you know, prior to me
- 9:41Speaker 1: getting there and since I've been there. But they're they're
- 9:44Speaker 1: trending in the right direction. Well all right, Uh you
- 9:48Speaker 1: say trending in the right direction. Well, you know they
- 9:50Speaker 1: got Baker Mayfield. He's looking terrible. But they've got case
- 9:54Speaker 1: Keenom there and you know us he feels more of
- 9:56Speaker 1: what he embodies what a Browns quarterback is. You know,
- 9:59Speaker 1: he's on a six team. He loses pretty much everywhere
- 10:02Speaker 1: he goes. Career is almost over. Don't you think he's
- 10:05Speaker 1: the right quarterback for Cleveland? Look I like a lot
- 10:10Speaker 1: about Case Keenan. I was looking at him compared to
- 10:13Speaker 1: the guy that, and I know you guys love it
- 10:16Speaker 1: and Nick Foles and he's actually pretty much the same
- 10:19Speaker 1: in terms overall, almost the same completion percentage. It was
- 10:30Speaker 1: eleven and three in Minnesota. Was the start of ran
- 10:34Speaker 1: him off the field? Who was the name of that
- 10:35Speaker 1: guy who ran him off the field? What was that
- 10:38Speaker 1: guy's name? I'm not sure if Nick's ever had a
- 10:41Speaker 1: complete season? Has he ever? Has he ever pitched the
- 10:44Speaker 1: fil He just needs three games, he gets it done,
- 10:48Speaker 1: and he's a super Bowl as a closer. He's good. Yeah, exactly,
- 10:51Speaker 1: He's like Mariano Rivera. You know you don't have Mariano
- 10:55Speaker 1: Rivera pitch nine things. Nope, you come in, bring him
- 10:58Speaker 1: in at the end, and he seals the deal. Yeah.
- 11:02Speaker 1: If the NFL was just three games, that'd be perfect.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Look at this to us, all right, all right, let's
- 11:08Speaker 1: get back to Cleveland, Sam, Let's get back a little
- 11:10Speaker 1: bit to Cleveland here, now, coach, at what moment with
- 11:14Speaker 1: the Browns, At what moment in your tenure did you
- 11:17Speaker 1: realize that you made a terrible mistake. Was it the
- 11:20Speaker 1: first day or the second day? No, No, there is
- 11:26Speaker 1: never a point where where I felt like I made
- 11:29Speaker 1: a terrible mistake going to Cleveland. Do I wish we
- 11:32Speaker 1: would have had a little bit more time, Yeah, I
- 11:34Speaker 1: think I think we uh, we could have gotten some
- 11:37Speaker 1: good things with some more time. But that's not that's
- 11:40Speaker 1: not what the patterns ben in Cleveland. And and maybe
- 11:43Speaker 1: the new administration will will get a chance to be
- 11:45Speaker 1: there long. Yeah, they only had about forty years to
- 11:47Speaker 1: get it right, so you know, maybe the forty one
- 11:50Speaker 1: just the right one. They're still rebuilding. Yes, Uh is
- 11:54Speaker 1: it true where you're in Cleveland? Where where do you
- 11:57Speaker 1: live right now? I'm in Cleveland. I'm actually talking to
- 11:59Speaker 1: from my Cleveland house right now. What are you still
- 12:02Speaker 1: doing there? I mean, is it like you can't move
- 12:04Speaker 1: because it's a depressed market or something, can't sell the house?
- 12:07Speaker 1: I'm telling you, I love Cleveland, fellas. You guys are
- 12:10Speaker 1: coming out here right aren't the Eagles coming out to
- 12:12Speaker 1: play at the end of uh? Uh? What is it?
- 12:15Speaker 1: And in November? I think you should come over. I'll
- 12:19Speaker 1: put on some pasta, well, have some sausage and pepper.
- 12:22Speaker 1: We're not treveling right now. Tony's Tony's grandpa has a
- 12:26Speaker 1: delicate immune system, so you can you can maybe get
- 12:29Speaker 1: in the car. We'll get you. You know, we'll figure
- 12:32Speaker 1: it out. And if you throw in some chicken nachos
- 12:34Speaker 1: for us, maybe we can see you know, Tony, your grandpa.
- 12:38Speaker 1: He's old anyway. So yeah, well we'll eat outside. We'll
- 12:42Speaker 1: having outside. Okay, watch the game outside sounds Yeah. Now
- 12:45Speaker 1: now coach, shift into the Patriots here. We found some
- 12:49Speaker 1: interesting uh research. You know, it says in our research
- 12:54Speaker 1: that you are friends with Bill Belichick. Now what we
- 12:57Speaker 1: found interesting was that we didn't know Bill bella Check
- 13:00Speaker 1: has friends. Yeah, we you know, we we I was
- 13:04Speaker 1: with him for twelve years. I was with him in Cleveland,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and then I was with him in in New York,
- 13:09Speaker 1: and then I was with him the first six years
- 13:12Speaker 1: in New England. So we spent a lot of time together.
- 13:15Speaker 1: And I think that that sometimes your football personality is
- 13:18Speaker 1: one component of it, and then you've got your other
- 13:21Speaker 1: personality that a lot of people don't see. But you're
- 13:24Speaker 1: getting a little bit of a glimpse of, you know,
- 13:27Speaker 1: the the funny, comedic genius that he has in the
- 13:31Speaker 1: subway commercials. So is he kind of like what you're saying,
- 13:35Speaker 1: is he's like w W E character may like you know,
- 13:40Speaker 1: he's like Stone called Steve Austin on TV and then
- 13:44Speaker 1: at home. You know, he's just a normal guy. Yeah,
- 13:50Speaker 1: I don't have a great feel for Stone called Steve Auston.
- 13:54Speaker 1: It was a great analogy. Good work. Yeah, I was
- 13:58Speaker 1: more like Ivan Putski, the Polish hammer from back in
- 14:01Speaker 1: the very Strong. You know that. That's so I put
- 14:09Speaker 1: him more in that category. You know, you coached the
- 14:12Speaker 1: Patriots defense for Tom Brady's first Super Bowl win? Did
- 14:16Speaker 1: he have a thank you for covering for his inability
- 14:19Speaker 1: to play football? Like? Does he thank you? Say thank you? Coach?
- 14:22Speaker 1: I don't know me out I can't count. It's it's
- 14:27Speaker 1: it's funny, you know. I talked about Tom A. Lott
- 14:29Speaker 1: on how his first year he wasn't the Tom Brady
- 14:32Speaker 1: that that we all know, you know, married to a
- 14:35Speaker 1: supermodel and six super Bowl wins. He was a guy
- 14:38Speaker 1: that that really had to work hard and struggled his
- 14:41Speaker 1: first year and then put it together and then he
- 14:44Speaker 1: wanted the first super Bowl and then we you know,
- 14:46Speaker 1: I think the second Super Bowl, I can't I lose
- 14:48Speaker 1: tracks against the Eagles and we beat the you know,
- 14:55Speaker 1: you guys remember second it was and it was but
- 15:00Speaker 1: you know, t o had a broken leg. McNabb had
- 15:03Speaker 1: an upset stomach. Yeah, and now you know, I don't
- 15:06Speaker 1: know if I don't even know what number of Tom is. Well,
- 15:09Speaker 1: you can't count, just like he can't count, you know. Yeah,
- 15:12Speaker 1: it's no, it's not Nick Foles type numbers. And it's
- 15:19Speaker 1: no to and oh now Carson, it's not Carson wentztype number.
- 15:22Speaker 1: But I see what's going on here. You addition it
- 15:25Speaker 1: back to us, and you know that's a good thing,
- 15:28Speaker 1: because if you're gonna be a coach in this league,
- 15:30Speaker 1: you gotta know a edition. Then Uh, well that leads
- 15:32Speaker 1: to the other reason we brought you here. Uh. You know,
- 15:35Speaker 1: any coach you can coach the Jets to a winning
- 15:37Speaker 1: record has got to know what the hell he's doing.
- 15:39Speaker 1: So we're gonna make you a little proposal here. The
- 15:42Speaker 1: Eagles are looking now for a new coach. You know, um,
- 15:45Speaker 1: Douggy pe is really not cutting it anymore. And you know, um,
- 15:49Speaker 1: we got some connections over at the organization. So you
- 15:52Speaker 1: know we're gonna ask you right now, would you like
- 15:55Speaker 1: us to put you up for the roll ahead coach
- 15:57Speaker 1: of the Eagles. I would love to know what youre here.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Connections are like, is it joey bag of donuts? And
- 16:10Speaker 1: everyone in the organization's listening to this show right here,
- 16:14Speaker 1: and they're listening to you making a jerk out of
- 16:17Speaker 1: yourself right now because we just give you this offer.
- 16:20Speaker 1: That's what you laugh. Guess we're king you because you're
- 16:33Speaker 1: fuck your lamp man ginie and make a wish to
- 16:35Speaker 1: get on another show because you're not coming on this
- 16:38Speaker 1: one anymore. Is he off the line? Unbelievable? This guy
- 16:44Speaker 1: is that ul jerk off the line? I mean, look
- 16:47Speaker 1: at that, you know, questioning us, your questioning us. You
- 16:50Speaker 1: know here we are twenty years in the business. We
- 16:52Speaker 1: don't need to tell you people how many connections we
- 16:55Speaker 1: have in this business and with the EAG. We don't
- 16:57Speaker 1: want to, you know, we don't want to disclose you know,
- 17:00Speaker 1: you don't. I mean, look, we will tell you you
- 17:02Speaker 1: are right. Uh, you know one of them the name
- 17:04Speaker 1: does rhyme with Bowie Boseman. All right, and all right.
- 17:08Speaker 1: We may know another guy's friend of us named rhymes
- 17:12Speaker 1: with Bodger Badell. But that's all we're gonna tell you.
- 17:16Speaker 1: You do the math on your pot. Look, besides, we
- 17:19Speaker 1: got business to do, business to do. We got an ad.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Don't help, we gotta pay the bells. We got another sponsor.
- 17:24Speaker 1: We're gonna do an ad for a very special line
- 17:27Speaker 1: of clothing that Tony and I we use ourselves. And
- 17:31Speaker 1: it's brought to you by the good people at on
- 17:33Speaker 1: tucket dot com. Because you know, the way you wear
- 17:36Speaker 1: your shirt says everything about you, doesn't It don't? It does?
- 17:39Speaker 1: Sure it does, it does. And you know when you
- 17:41Speaker 1: when you win your shirt out and you're just letting
- 17:44Speaker 1: it go, you know that tells people, Hey, I'm doing
- 17:47Speaker 1: my own thing. I don't need your approval. Yeah I'm cool.
- 17:50Speaker 1: But when you wear your shirt tucked in, you know
- 17:54Speaker 1: what that says. You're telling people, Hey, I'm from Belgium,
- 17:58Speaker 1: Come mug me. Hey I drink lacroise. Hey I went
- 18:03Speaker 1: to some fancy schmancy Ivy League school like Penn State
- 18:07Speaker 1: or Rutgers. Hey I have no penis. Hey I can't
- 18:11Speaker 1: have coffee after five pm because it keeps me up.
- 18:14Speaker 1: So anyway, a point is I don't I'm trying to
- 18:16Speaker 1: remember what a point is. Oh yeah, you got a
- 18:19Speaker 1: wear your shirts on tongue. Visit the good people at
- 18:22Speaker 1: on ducket dot com right in the code. Cally and
- 18:25Speaker 1: Tony Fosco Number one podcast, they'll give you four percent off.
- 18:29Speaker 1: And uh, I think we did that good ad right there.
- 18:32Speaker 1: The You know we're running short on time, Tony, but
- 18:34Speaker 1: you know we've been real hot with our predictions in
- 18:37Speaker 1: the NFL, right and so we're gonna do it as
- 18:39Speaker 1: a favorite all of you. We're gonna give you our
- 18:41Speaker 1: NFL predictions for the upcoming week right now, ready, Tony,
- 18:45Speaker 1: let's do it, alright. Giants at Eagles. The Eagles are
- 18:48Speaker 1: coming off a tough loss to the Ravens. But games
- 18:52Speaker 1: that on in your division don't matter. It's the divisional
- 18:56Speaker 1: games that matter. And the Eagles are gonna be ready
- 18:59Speaker 1: to take it to the g men because it's the
- 19:02Speaker 1: only game that matters. I love the Eagles here for three.
- 19:07Speaker 1: You watch people. This is where the Eagles go on
- 19:09Speaker 1: their run and finished the season a solid seven eight
- 19:12Speaker 1: and one, make the playoffs, go to the super Bowl, book,
- 19:14Speaker 1: and I got the Eagles winning this fifties seven Giants three,
- 19:18Speaker 1: al right, Cowboys at Washington. The Cowboys are terrible. You know,
- 19:23Speaker 1: Washington went for two and lost that game. But I
- 19:26Speaker 1: do respect the guts that they have, so I do
- 19:29Speaker 1: like the Washington football team to beat the Cowboys three
- 19:32Speaker 1: to two. Tony, I really believe this is the week
- 19:35Speaker 1: Mike McCarthy goes back to dark Prescott even on one leg,
- 19:39Speaker 1: better than Andy Dalton, and Cowboys come out with the
- 19:42Speaker 1: win thirty seven. Alright, uh, Buccaneers at Raiders. One week
- 19:49Speaker 1: is not enough for Tom Brady to learn how to
- 19:51Speaker 1: play football. He's still not sure if it's seventh down,
- 19:54Speaker 1: fifth down? What's going on? The Raiders did beat the Chiefs.
- 19:58Speaker 1: I love the Raiders to beat the Bucks here twenty
- 20:01Speaker 1: four to two. You know, Tony, the games in Vegas
- 20:04Speaker 1: and what do we know about old people in Vegas?
- 20:07Speaker 1: Not a good knix, Tom Brady. He's gonna be staying
- 20:10Speaker 1: up way past his bedtime. He's gonna be snoozing through
- 20:13Speaker 1: the third quarter, fourth quarter. That's when the Raiders are
- 20:16Speaker 1: gonna roll take the game. I like Las Vegas in
- 20:19Speaker 1: a runaway seventy two to three. Alright, Lions at Jaguas,
- 20:23Speaker 1: We're not watching Bills at Jets. The Jets are quite
- 20:27Speaker 1: possibly the worst team in the history of football. I
- 20:31Speaker 1: think the Bills actually put up a hundred in this one.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I like the Bills to roll one hundred to three.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I actually my prediction for this game is that the
- 20:40Speaker 1: Jets bring Adam Gates out at halftime and perform a
- 20:43Speaker 1: public execution and kill him. So I got the Bills
- 20:46Speaker 1: winning this game because the Jets all get arrested for murder. Alright,
- 20:50Speaker 1: But that wraps up the predictions, and I guess that
- 20:53Speaker 1: wraps up the show. Now. We're not gonna thank Eric Mangi,
- 20:56Speaker 1: no way, no. He laughed in our face when we
- 20:59Speaker 1: offered him the Eagles job. Yeah. Let's a lesson for
- 21:01Speaker 1: all your people out there. Someone offers you something, you
