- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05AP has gotten their hands on some documentation about Jeffrey
- 0:10Epstein's death and the frantic aftermath that occurred directly following
- 0:16Old egg Dick dying. Now, nothing in these documents is
- 0:21going to sway me one way or the other. There's
- 0:24nothing here that you can sink your teeth into and say, ah,
- 0:27you know what, this was definitely a suicide, especially when
- 0:31they failed to even mention Nicholas Tartaglioni and the fact
- 0:35that he was in a jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 0:38That should have never occurred. He should have never been
- 0:40in that jail cell in the first place. And if
- 0:42anybody believes that Epstein tried to kill himself that first
- 0:45time around in that cell with Tartaglioni, they must be
- 0:49suffering from some kind of traumatic brain injury, because a
- 0:52guy that is on the hook for a quadruple homicide
- 0:55should never ever be in a cell with a guy
- 0:58like Jeffrey Epstein. And of course, the official narrative is
- 1:01Nicholas Tartagleoni is such a great guy that he tried
- 1:05to help Epstein out that first time around. Which is
- 1:08laughable considering Nicholas tartag Leoni is about five pounds of
- 1:12juice head gorilla muscle. All the guy would have had
- 1:15to do is grab Epstein and say, look, you're not
- 1:17doing this. But somehow Epstein gets to a point where
- 1:21he has a noose around his neck and he starts
- 1:24the process of killing himself. But you want us to
- 1:26believe that, Nicholas Tartagleoni wrote in like King Arthur here
- 1:31for the save, is that really what you're pitching me,
- 1:33that this four time quadruple homicider is jumping in to
- 1:38be the white Knight here. Because I'm having a hard
- 1:40time believing that. And the fact that nobody even talks
- 1:43about Nicholas tartag Leoni and him being in that cell
- 1:48is just bananas to me. And I don't know how
- 1:50it's not brought up more as a huge issue here.
- 1:53This is a big deal, folks. You can have inmate
- 1:56like Jeffrey Epstein gets stuck in a cell with somebody
- 1:59like Nicholas Tartaglione and then to try and pitch to
- 2:03me that he tried to kill himself while he was
- 2:05in that cell. I'm sorry, I just don't believe that
- 2:08now we can have the discussion about him killing himself
- 2:11or being killed or whatever. I'm very agnostic on that,
- 2:15but there's nothing in these new documents or revelations being
- 2:18shared by the AP that makes me believe that this
- 2:21was a suicide without a doubt. So let's get into
- 2:25this article from the AP and you folks will get
- 2:28the details and you can make up your own mind.
- 2:31Headline new details of Jeffrey Epstein's death and the frantic
- 2:35aftermath revealed in records obtained by the AP. And remember,
- 2:39the legacy media was scooped by four Chan. Four Chan
- 2:43reported Jeffrey Epstein's death like thirty eight minutes before it
- 2:47was reported by the legacy media. So imagine how pissed
- 2:51they were when they got scooped by a bunch of
- 2:53inceell neck beards over on four Chan. That must have
- 2:56hit the activist journalists right in the fields, huh. This
- 3:00article was authored by Michael R. Sissak and Michael Balsamo.
- 3:06Two weeks before ending his life, allegedly, Jeffrey Epstein sat
- 3:09in the corner of his Manhattan jail cell with his
- 3:12hand over his ears, desperate to muffle the sound of
- 3:15a toilet that wouldn't stop running. So like every other
- 3:19inmate that goes to jail who has never been there before. Oh,
- 3:22it's a bit of a system shock. Man. I'm very
- 3:24surprised by that. I thought that he'd go in there
- 3:27and he'd integrate right away. You know, rich guy like
- 3:29Epstein beglove in jail, said nobody ever, is this supposed
- 3:33to be news? Epstein was agitated and unable to sleep,
- 3:37jail officials observed in records newly obtained by the Associated Press,
- 3:43he called himself a coward and complained about how he
- 3:46was struggling to adapt to life behind bars following his
- 3:50July twenty nineteen arrest on federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges.
- 3:55His life of luxury reduced to a concrete and steel cage.
- 4:00You see how they're framing this already. They're framing this
- 4:03as this is the definitive evidence that Epstein killed himself.
- 4:07But what it really is is them trying to craft
- 4:09that narrative. Let's see the video. What did Bill Barci?
- 4:13Let's see the whole entire video. Let's be completely transparent,
- 4:17and let's move on. There are plenty of other topics
- 4:20that we can talk about besides Jeffrey Epstein's death. And
- 4:23if they want to end all the BS conspiracy nonsense,
- 4:27then there's one way to do it. Be transparent, show
- 4:31the video, release everything that you have, nothing redacted. These
- 4:35aren't state secrets. There is no reason that the government
- 4:39doesn't release every single thing they have on Jeffrey Epstein, unless,
- 4:43of course they're hiding something, and considering their past behavior
- 4:46in this case, does anyone think that they're being completely
- 4:50honest with us. The disgraced financier Pedophile was under psychological
- 4:55observation at the time for a suicide attempt just days
- 4:58earlier that left it neck bruised and scraped. Yet even
- 5:02after a thirty one hour stint on suicide Watch, Epstein
- 5:06insisted he wasn't suicidal, telling a psychologist he had a
- 5:10wonderful life and would be crazy to end it. Not
- 5:13one mention of Nicholas TARTAGLIONI not one right here in
- 5:17this paragraph where it should be mentioned. It's not, And
- 5:20I have to ask myself why not? Is that not
- 5:23a big part of the story for the legacy media
- 5:25And if it's not, well, it's just another example of
- 5:29them not understanding all of the intricacies of this story,
- 5:33all of the nuances that go into it. And if
- 5:36you're not going to talk about all of the major
- 5:38sticking points, then why should anyone believe your overall narrative.
- 5:43On August tenth, twenty nineteen, Epstein was dead. Nearly four
- 5:48years later, the AP has obtained more than four thousand
- 5:51pages of documents related to Epstein's death from the Federal
- 5:55Bureau of Prisons under the Freedom of Information Act. They
- 5:59include a detail called psychological reconstruction of the events leading
- 6:03to Epstein's suicide, as well as his health history, internal
- 6:07agency reports, emails, memos, and other records. Taken together, the
- 6:12documents the AP obtained Thursday provide the most complete accounting
- 6:16two date of Epstein's attention and death and its chaotic aftermath.
- 6:22The records helped to dispel the many conspiracy theories surrounding
- 6:25Epstein's suicide, underscoring how fundamental failings at the Bureau of Prisons,
- 6:31including severe staffing shortages and employees cutting corners, contributed to
- 6:36Epstein's death. BINGO, that's exactly what they're doing here. Why
- 6:39is the AP running cover for the federal government? And Furthermore,
- 6:43say all of that is true, and that Jeffrey Epstein's
- 6:46death was the result of bad management, staff shortages, and
- 6:52the rest of it. Well, who paid the price for that?
- 6:55Did anybody go to jail for that? Who lost their job?
- 6:58Nobody went to jail. So how are you going to
- 7:00tell us there was malfeasance on behalf of the jail?
- 7:03Yet there's no penalties for anybody that was involved. And
- 7:07we always knew that this was going to be what
- 7:10they tried to say, that it was a systemic failure
- 7:13on behalf of the Bureau of Prisons and that it
- 7:16was just all a bunch of mistakes, a bunch of
- 7:18coincidences that led up to this. No mention of the cameras,
- 7:22no mention of Jeffrey Epstein being marked in as an
- 7:25African American. It's just such a joke. They shed new
- 7:28light on the federal prison agency's muddled response after Epstein
- 7:32was found unresponsive in his cell at the now shuttered
- 7:36Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City. In one email,
- 7:40a prosecutor involved in Epstein's criminal case complained about a
- 7:43lack of information from the Bureau of Prisons in the
- 7:46critical hours after his death, writing that it was frankly
- 7:50unbelievable that the agency was issuing public press releases before
- 7:54telling us basic information so that we can relay it
- 7:57to his attorneys, who can relay it to his family.
- 8:00In another email, a high ranking Bureau of Prisons official
- 8:04made a spurious suggestion to the agency's director that news
- 8:08reporters must have been paying jail employees for information about
- 8:12Epstein's death because they were reporting details of the agency's failings,
- 8:17impugning the ethics of journalists and the agency's own workers. Well,
- 8:21it was reported on four chan before the AP figured
- 8:25it out right, or before ABC swooped in to break
- 8:29the news. So maybe somebody was giving information out, who knows,
- 8:34But that's not going to deter us from the actual
- 8:36facts here. Why was he in the celatar TAGLIONI, Why
- 8:40were those cameras broken, why was he checked in as
- 8:42an African American inmate, and why did he tell a
- 8:45bunch of people that he wasn't suicidal. The documents also
- 8:50provide a fresh window into Epstein's behavior during his thirty
- 8:54six days in jail, including his previously unreported attempt to
- 8:57connect by mail with another high pro file pedophile Larry Nasser,
- 9:02the US gymnastics team doctor convicted of sexually abusing scores
- 9:07of athletes. Epstein's letter to Naser was found return to
- 9:11sender in the jails mail room weeks after Epstein's death.
- 9:15It appeared he mailed it out and it was returned
- 9:18back to him. The investigator who found the letter told
- 9:20a prison official by email, I am not sure if
- 9:23I should open it or should we hand it over
- 9:25to anyone? And should anybody be shocked by that? Birds
- 9:28of a feather and all right, sick bastards are gonna
- 9:31sick bastard And all of these people they all palel
- 9:34around together. Now I'm not saying Epstein and Nasser were
- 9:38part of some kind of group or anything like that,
- 9:40but all of these people, they're paling around together at parties,
- 9:44at events, at these charity events, and they're making pretend
- 9:48that they're these great people who care about society, but
- 9:51the reality is they don't give a damn about society.
- 9:54All they care about is getting richer. The letter itself
- 9:58was not included among the docu mins turned over to
- 10:00the AP. The night before Epstein's death, he excused himself
- 10:04from a meeting with his lawyers to make a telephone
- 10:07call to his family. According to a memo from a
- 10:10unit manager, Epstein told a jail employee that he was
- 10:13calling his mother, who had been dead for fifteen years.
- 10:16At that point. We don't know what that means. We're
- 10:19talking about people that have been using code word in
- 10:22all of their language for how long? White wine, massage, this,
- 10:26that the other thing. Now, all of a sudden, we
- 10:28should take him out his word? Why? Because it fits
- 10:30your narrative that you're trying to craft here. Sorry, I'm
- 10:33not buying it. Who the hell was his mother? Was
- 10:36that his handler? Epstein's death put increased scrutiny on the
- 10:40Bureau of Prisons and led the agency to close the
- 10:43Metropolitan Correctional Center in twenty twenty one. It spurred an
- 10:48AP investigation that has uncovered deep, previously unreported problems within
- 10:53the agency, the Justice Department's largest, with more than thirty
- 10:57thousand employees, one hundred and fifty eight thousand in meds,
- 11:00and an eight billion dollar annual budget. Notice, how the
- 11:03AP did a big story on the prisons, How about
- 11:06you do a big story on all the people that
- 11:08were paling around with Epstein. Where's your big story on
- 11:12Bill Richardson, Where's your big story on George Mitchell? Oh
- 11:16that's right, those are your faves. You can't go after
- 11:18your faves, right. An internal memo, undated but sent after
- 11:24Epstein's death attributed problems at the jail to seriously reduced
- 11:28staffing levels, improper or lack of training, and follow up
- 11:33and oversight. The memo also detailed steps the Bureau of
- 11:36Prisons has taken to remedy lapses Epstein's suicide exposed, including
- 11:42requiring supervisors to review surveillance video to insure officers made
- 11:47required cell checks. Here's an idea, have a boss on duty.
- 11:51There's no sergeant on duty here that's in charge of
- 11:54all of that. Of course there is, and of course
- 11:56there was, and none of those people got in trouble.
- 11:59So if all of the these jail policies were stepped on,
- 12:02how come nobody got in trouble? All we got is
- 12:04this scathing report and this facility closed down. That's it.
- 12:09Oh that's right. The guards who allegedly fell asleep, they
- 12:12caught themselves a plea deal too. Huh, okay, must be nice.
- 12:16But don't worry, folks, ap has busted the story open,
- 12:19and they figured it all out. Epstein's lawyer, Martin Weinberg
- 12:23said people detained at the facility endured medieval conditions of
- 12:27confinement that no American defendant should have been subjected to.
- 12:32It's sad, it's tragic that it took this kind of
- 12:34event to finally cause the Bureau of Prisons to close
- 12:38this regrettable institution, Weinberg said Thursday in a phone interview.
- 12:44The workers tasked with guarding Epstein the night that he
- 12:46killed himself, allegedly Tovin Noel and Michael Thomas were charged
- 12:50with lying on prison records to make it seem as
- 12:53though they had made the required checks before Epstein was
- 12:56found lifeless. Epstein's cellmate did not return after accord hearing
- 13:01the day before, and prison officials failed to pair another
- 13:04prisoner with them, leaving him alone. Prosecutors alleged they were
- 13:09sitting at their desks just fifteen feet away from Epstein's cell,
- 13:13shopped online for furniture and motorcycles, and walked around the
- 13:17unit's common area instead of making required rounds every thirty minutes.
- 13:21Where they get all this money? I thought that these
- 13:24guards were underpaid, so they have money to sit around
- 13:27and shop for furniture and motorcycles must be nice. During
- 13:31one two hour period, both appeared to have been asleep.
- 13:34According to their indictment, Noel and Thomas admitted to falsifying
- 13:38the log entries, but avoided prison time under a deal
- 13:42with federal prosecutors. Copiers of some of those logs were
- 13:46included among the documents released on Thursday, with the guard's
- 13:50signatures redacted. Another investigation, led by the Justice Department Inspector
- 13:55General is still ongoing. And the devils in the details,
- 13:58isn't it so? All of the files that the AP
- 14:01were given were carefully curated and handed over in hopes
- 14:05that AP would help them build a narrative, and that
- 14:08narrative is now well. Obviously, Epstein killed himself, and again, look,
- 14:13I'm not saying that he didn't kill himself. I do
- 14:15not know, but this is not enough to sway me,
- 14:18and for them to try and present this as some
- 14:20kind of solidifying evidence is absolutely ridiculous. Epstein arrived at
- 14:27Metropolitan Correctional Center on July sixth, twenty nineteen. He spent
- 14:31twenty two hours in the jail's general population before officials
- 14:35moved him into special housing unit due to the significant
- 14:38increase in media coverage and awareness of his notoriety among
- 14:42inmate population. According to the psychological reconstruction of his death,
- 14:47first of all, how is it that he wasn't put
- 14:50into protective right away? So you arrest this guy. He's
- 14:54a billionaire. He has all of these charges of molesting kids,
- 14:58and you mainline them. Whose ideal was that that person
- 15:01should be fired? See here's the problem. You can come
- 15:04up here and talk all this nonsense about all of
- 15:07these failures that happened within the institution, and that's good.
- 15:11We should know what our tax dollars are doing. But
- 15:14at the same time, to try and pitch this definitively
- 15:18as evidence about what happened in that jail cell is
- 15:21a bridge way too far for me. Epstein later said
- 15:25he was upset about having to wear an orange jumpsuit
- 15:28provided to inmates in the special housing unit and complained
- 15:31about being treated like he was a bad guy despite
- 15:34being well behaved behind bars. He requested a brown uniform
- 15:38for his near daily visits with his lawyers. Imagine this
- 15:41guy crying about the jumpsuit. Shut up, bro, Lucky you
- 15:44weren't put under the jail, You sick, degenerate fuck bag.
- 15:49During an initial health screening, the sixty six year old
- 15:51said that he had ten plus female sexual partners within
- 15:54the previous five years. You mean within the previous five days.
- 15:59Medical record show he was suffering from sleep apnea, constipation, hypertension,
- 16:04lower back pain, and pre diabetes, and had been previously
- 16:08treated for chlamydia. Ah my man had the clap HUNH.
- 16:12Does that shock anybody? When you're raping seven girls a day,
- 16:15chances are something bad's come in your way. Epstein did
- 16:20make some attempts to adapt to his jailhouse surroundings. The
- 16:23record show he signed up for a kosher meal and
- 16:26told prison officials through his lawyer that he wanted permission
- 16:29to exercise outside. Two days before he was found dead,
- 16:33Epstein bought seventy three dollars and eighty five cents worth
- 16:36of items from the prison commissary, including an AMFM radio
- 16:41and headphones. He had five hundred and sixty six dollars
- 16:44left in his account when he died. Epstein's outlook worsened
- 16:48when a judge deniedem bell on July eighteenth, twenty nineteen,
- 16:52raising the prospect that he'd remain locked up until trial
- 16:56and possibly longer if convicted, he faced up the forty
- 16:59five five years in prison. Four days later, Epstein was
- 17:03found on the floor of his cell with a strip
- 17:05of bed sheet around his neck. Epstein survived, his injuries
- 17:09didn't require going to the hospital. He was placed on
- 17:13suicide watch and later psychiatric observation. CEIL officers noted in
- 17:18logs that they observed him sitting at the edge of
- 17:21the bed, lost in thought and sitting with his head
- 17:24against the wall. Well, that's pretty common, unfortunately. I have
- 17:28known many people who have been in prison, who have
- 17:31been in jail, and they all tell me that when
- 17:33they first got there, they went through depression themselves, and
- 17:36none of them were looking at forty five years. You know,
- 17:40people looking at five, seven, ten year bids and the
- 17:44stories they tell me about their mental state all bad.
- 17:47So definitely, if you're looking at a gigantic bid like Epstein,
- 17:50it's not going to be fun. But with Epstein, he
- 17:53was so narcissistic. I have a very hard time believing
- 17:57that he killed himself, especially because he thought that he
- 18:00was going to get off. He had all of these documents,
- 18:03he had all of this information, he thought that he
- 18:06could maneuver himself into a position where he was going
- 18:09to beat these charges once again. And I don't think
- 18:12that he was in jail long enough for the true
- 18:14reality to set in and for him to take the
- 18:17grand step of killing himself. I'm sorry, it just doesn't
- 18:21track with me. And then for them to talk about
- 18:23the first suicide attempt and not mention TARTAGLIONI again, how
- 18:27can we take anything they're talking about seriously? And I'm
- 18:30not trying to say that to be a dick, right,
- 18:33I'm being serious. How do the authors think that we're
- 18:36going to take it seriously when they don't even mention
- 18:38the cameras, They don't mention anything. So it's absolutely just
- 18:42disgusting to try and pitch a narrative such as well,
- 18:45this is definitive that Epstein killed himself when it's not.
- 18:49None of this stuff is unknown, And honestly, it really
- 18:52looks like narrative crafting from the ap to help try
- 18:56and get the story moving in the right direction for
- 18:58the government. And you know how, or ah, come on,
- 19:01that was all just a big conspiracy theory. Here's the evidence,
- 19:04because we told you so meanwhile, there's really no new evidence.
- 19:07And for me at this point, I don't want to
- 19:10hear about this one did that or that one did this.
- 19:13I want to see the video. Okay, show us the
- 19:16video that Bill Barr says he watched, and let's see it.
- 19:19Release it in its entirety. If there are privacy concerns,
- 19:23blur out some faces. But besides that, what the hell
- 19:25are you guys waiting for? Epstein expressed frustration with the
- 19:30noise of the jail and his lack of sleep. His
- 19:33first few weeks at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, Epstein didn't
- 19:37have his sleep apnea breathing apparatus he used. Then the
- 19:40toilet in his cell started acting up. So that's enough
- 19:43for him to kill himself. Huh, your toilet's acting up,
- 19:46so you're gonna hang yourself. Yeah, you're gonna need to
- 19:49do better than that, ap if you want me to
- 19:51believe this narrative. He was still left in the same
- 19:54cell with a broken toilet. The jail's chief psychologist wrote
- 19:57in an email the next day, please move him to
- 20:00the cell next door when he returns from legal as
- 20:03the toilet still does not work and look the toilet
- 20:06should not be broken in any of these jail cells.
- 20:10Our tax dollars are being spent at a stupid rate,
- 20:13and you mean to tell me we can have toilets
- 20:16that aren't backed up in federal jail cells. Get your
- 20:19shit together. The day before Epstein ended his life, a
- 20:23federal judge unsealed about two thousand pages of documents and
- 20:27a sexual abuse lawsuit against them. That development, prison officials
- 20:31observed further erodedt Epstein's previous elevated status. That, combined with
- 20:36a lack of significant interpersonal connections and the ideas of
- 20:40potentially spending his life in prison, where likely factor is
- 20:44contributing to mister Epstein's suicide. Officials wrote, well, I think
- 20:49I'm pretty clear about where I stand with this narrative,
- 20:52and that is I don't believe it. This is all
- 20:54stuff we knew already and it's just packaged a little different.
- 20:58And they're using some more documents to try and push
- 21:01this narrative home. But if you're not going to tell
- 21:03the whole story, how can I take you serious? Lies
- 21:06of omission are still lies. So the question is what
- 21:10do you folks think? All Right, everybody that's going to
- 21:13do it for this one. All of the information that
- 21:15goes with the episode can be found in the description box.
