- 0:03Hello, everyone. Welcome to Eye Opener Society. Welcome to our Thursday night
- 0:08sermon. My name is Gary Dean. I want to thank everybody for joining us,
- 0:12whether you're watching live or whether you're listening to our recording.
- 0:16Just wanted to say thank you. It means a lot to us. We go through this every
- 0:20Thursday, and it really does mean something.
- 0:23These sermons are really important because it gives everybody a little bit of
- 0:28some freebies, really, from both myself, from Lizzie, or whoever else may join us on these sermons.
- 0:36I've been going through life, and I like to share some things that I have that
- 0:44go on inside of my head, how I work through them and all.
- 0:48And I've been sitting here, I think, for the last two knowing I got this sermon
- 0:51going, and I was trying to think of the words, to get it out,
- 0:56to express it, so that people can understand what's going on.
- 1:02Where are you at your point in life?
- 1:07Are you sovereign? Are you claiming that sovereignty?
- 1:14You see, I don't want to give away too much.
- 1:19I don't give away too much with my job, but we know it's coming to this cataclysmic end really soon.
- 1:27And I've been feeling good about it because I gave myself until December to
- 1:32leave, and I'm starting to make the word known.
- 1:37Doing my job for as long as I have, I found myself in a pretty unique position
- 1:42where I know my job well enough.
- 1:46And what I established through all the years, not just with this job,
- 1:51but with any job in this 3D world, is getting the task done.
- 1:59Regardless if you love your job, hate your job In between, whatever the case
- 2:03may be You're doing a job and in some ways it's important somehow From very
- 2:10low level to very high level,
- 2:16I take a lot of pride in what I do And I get my work done.
- 2:24The whole thing to this lesson here is I've found at this point,
- 2:30I can establish my own rules, my own boundaries.
- 2:34I can say things and do things most other people cannot.
- 2:41I've been taking charge of my own sovereign being.
- 2:48I know where I am in life.
- 2:51I am to the point where it's almost time to just retire But I can't because it is world and money,
- 3:00So I'm going to continue to do things And I'm going to continue doing things
- 3:04well But I'm going to back off a little bit,
- 3:08And I'm going to take jobs that are much less important,
- 3:13But if you started out in life I don't know how old everybody is That's,
- 3:17you know, out here listening But You're either just starting out in a workforce
- 3:24Or you're coming to the end You may be at the middle.
- 3:29Establish yourself. When you're just starting out, if you want to be lazy,
- 3:35then go ahead and be lazy. But here's the thing with that.
- 3:38You're not going to last long enough to establish your sovereignty where you are.
- 3:43Now, we could apply this not only to work.
- 3:47We could apply it to everything in our life, the way we present ourselves,
- 3:50the way we take on challenges in the world, the way we present ourselves to people.
- 3:58We are who we are, the way we portray ourselves.
- 4:02Once you establish yourself through
- 4:04the years and you start to gain much experience or much more wisdom,
- 4:12you will start to learn that certain things come to you.
- 4:19People start coming to you with the questions because you know things more than they do.
- 4:27You start to get that sovereignty. Once you've established where you are in
- 4:34your life, how you want to present yourself, that's it.
- 4:40You've established what it is you wanted to do. That's your point.
- 4:45Now, like I said, I've been trying to get the words out, and I'm still struggling a little bit because,
- 4:51my mood has changed over the past year,
- 4:56to someone who is so stuck in the 3D world where I am not taking control or
- 5:01charge of my life the way I should be to actually taking,
- 5:06charge, getting things done and doing things the way I want them to be done
- 5:11rather than the way everybody wants to be done.
- 5:13I have that level of sovereignty where I want to be.
- 5:18This took many years, and it will continue to take many years because we don't
- 5:24stop. The more we live, the more we work, the more we learn, the wiser we become.
- 5:31And we can start branching off. Some people hold many different positions in
- 5:36life when it comes to work. They may take on many different jobs in their life,
- 5:42or you may be skilled in just one thing, and that's your one thing for your whole life.
- 5:47But at some point you got to start to look into other directions because this
- 5:53life is a journey and i had spoken about that this journey,
- 5:59is bringing us to new places and every time we are in a new place we may learn,
- 6:06something new something new that we like to do something new that we like to try,
- 6:12we may find ourselves in a whole nother career, if that's the case.
- 6:17Or we may decide, you know what?
- 6:20I'm just going to retire. I'm going to lay on the beach.
- 6:24Whatever you set your goals for, this is where you want to be.
- 6:29Set it. Become sovereign.
- 6:34You are going to make the choices in life that are going to stick with you.
- 6:39So start. If you're starting fresh, now's the time to pay the dues.
- 6:44Now's the time to work hard. Now is the time to take on all the tasks.
- 6:49Now is the time to be that go-getter.
- 6:51Because what I learned, and I'm only giving advice from things that I learned.
- 6:58Once you put in that good solid 10, 15, 20 years, you reach that level where
- 7:04you're now sovereign and you
- 7:05could turn around and let everybody know this is my way of doing things.
- 7:11And this is the way I'm going to do them.
- 7:14It gives you a certain sense of pride. And you're always going to get that pushback
- 7:18because no matter where you are, there's always going to be somebody who wants to do it their way.
- 7:23And you're going to be reminded of that over and over again.
- 7:27And I've gotten to the point now where I'm reminding them over and over again where I stand.
- 7:35So the journeys don't end, though, no matter how long you've been doing something.
- 7:40Because like I said, I now drive to work, and my mind goes to other places.
- 7:45And I also thought of this, and this is probably easier to explain,
- 7:48because like I said, that whole thought was just in my head.
- 7:51And I still don't know if I got it out right.
- 7:56But my other thing that's been on my mind is travel.
- 8:03I looked at a home the other day that I seen off on the side of the highway
- 8:07An old farmhouse And that farmhouse, you can tell, has been in a family generation
- 8:14Probably for at least a hundred years.
- 8:20I don't think the people that live there and work the farm has ever left,
- 8:26Now many of us like to travel I like journeys I like to go out and explore and
- 8:31find different places. And I like to get out and, you know, be in the outdoors and all.
- 8:37And we get a lot of knowledge. We gain a lot of knowledge from doing that.
- 8:41We see things in different ways. We see different cultures and all.
- 8:45But is it okay to actually stay in one place your entire life?
- 8:54Well, here's the thing. As I thought about it, when I seen that house, I said, you know,
- 9:00Those people probably have been there For generations Their entire life Never
- 9:06leaving The only plot of land they see Is their farm The only things they may
- 9:12see Is when they leave that farm To go get,
- 9:15their daily essentials,
- 9:18But then I thought about it That plot of land That little spot Is under the
- 9:23same sky Which is under the same universe That's under the same cosmos the most.
- 9:32We're just looking at the one spot. But when you look up and you see the vastness,
- 9:40of everything above you, it's very easy to realize,
- 9:44depending which way the wind blows, you may be traveling and you don't even know it.
- 9:50But you're just staying in one vehicle. And I think that's good.
- 9:55I think that is beautiful.
- 9:58I wish I had more. I wish I had more ways to express it.
- 10:02But this is just the thoughts. I've got so much going on.
- 10:06Just because I am at that point in my life now. And it's starting to come through.
- 10:13And because of that, I've got a lot of things going in my mind.
- 10:17And it's getting difficult to express them. But pretty soon,
- 10:21I'm going to have a nice breakthrough. And I'll be able to give a better sermon than this.
- 10:26But I hope you get the idea of what I was trying to say. Because it does affect
- 10:30you. It affects all of us as to who we are and what we're trying to achieve in life.
- 10:36So with that, I know we're going to hear something really good,
- 10:42even though I have no idea what's on our mind. But as always,
- 10:45our cosmic fairy princess, Lizzie, is with us.
- 10:49And I'm going to turn the microphones over to her.
- 10:52And let's all sit back and hear what she has to say. Lizzie, you're up.
- 10:59Thank you very much. And your talk today was very beautiful, by the way.
- 11:04You thinking that it wasn't, it sounds like you're probably hanging out with
- 11:08me too much this week in my void space, which is kind of partially the topic
- 11:16that I wanted to talk about today.
- 11:18Which everybody looks at this a little bit differently from a meditative perspective,
- 11:24it's where you sit in the nothingness right and you can just exist i call it
- 11:31void space because i view it,
- 11:34from a multi-dimensional perspective and the best way to explain it is when,
- 11:39everything because you're everything everyone everyone everywhere you know all of that,
- 11:45but it's like disguised as nothingness because it's broken broken down into
- 11:50like all the ingredients of the cake where you are the cake is all the ingredients
- 11:54of like the whole universe.
- 11:57When I exist in that I kind of get lost on on time and stuff and that's kind
- 12:01of where I've been at this week but when you can sit in the space of nothingness
- 12:06for a few days and still allow the world to exist around you,
- 12:11it's so easy to see everything that is dysfunctional.
- 12:16And it was really funny because I got into this space to process why I just,
- 12:21I was just so flaky the last couple of years.
- 12:24And, you know, I wouldn't say that dependability was ever something that was
- 12:28like one of my like key core personality traits, but it was something that I
- 12:33could pride myself in on it.
- 12:34And in the last few years, it just hasn't been. I just kind of,
- 12:38this, one of the things I had to let go in the chaotic life changes that happened.
- 12:45Okay, so from my void space, as I'm pondering this, and I'm watching the world
- 12:51unfold around me with a million examples of everything, both beautiful and also
- 12:57beautiful, but maybe I don't want to look at it anymore,
- 13:01I come back to the structure of things.
- 13:03And a lot of what I talk about is an energetic structure.
- 13:08I love the chakra system. I love talking about meridians and alchemizing emotions and stuff.
- 13:14But there's also so much in science just down to the structure of our brains.
- 13:20Everything that you are is structured that way, both physically and energetically.
- 13:29I think that your body is capable of doing just about anything you can give
- 13:34yourself permission for,
- 13:36including healing but i think for a lot of us the way that that works the way
- 13:41that we can get that permission
- 13:42is to understand the processes of the body one of my current focuses right now
- 13:49are on the synapses of the brain because everybody is,
- 13:53shadow working to their heart's content,
- 13:58discovering so much about themselves so many beautiful beautiful things and
- 14:02it's going so well but something I see everywhere because you know that's what
- 14:07I'm going through is this stuckness where,
- 14:13it changes on the inside but not on the outside and the thing is,
- 14:19is the way that your synapses work in the brain which your synapses are the
- 14:24physical and chemical junctions between the neurons in your brain that transmit information and stuff.
- 14:33For reference, oh my gosh, why does this happen whenever I'm recording? Never other times.
- 14:41It's because I speak for longer, maybe.
- 14:47Babies develop like 86.4 million new synapses in a day.
- 14:53Adults create 1,000 to 10,000 synapses in a day.
- 14:58That difference is why babies change their personality and their habits and
- 15:03everything like that. They learn so quickly.
- 15:05It's because they have the brain structure for it.
- 15:09As we get older we get settled onto something that creates our personality and
- 15:15then we shadow work to undo it.
- 15:19But the thing is is is we did do it this way for a reason which will be like
- 15:23a whole other topic but the point is is in your brain,
- 15:28so many people talk about burnout right And then they're also trying to hold
- 15:33this high-resonancy, pure heart,
- 15:37pure open heart.
- 15:38Well, if your nervous system is fried and your amygdala, that means your amygdala
- 15:43has grown larger and you are more reactive to life.
- 15:47Things are more scary. Things are bigger. They're more threatening.
- 15:52You have the structure to interpret it that way.
- 15:56So you can clear out all the emotions and change your entire energetic structure.
- 16:01Which does change your physical structure. That amygdala can shrink. It can repattern.
- 16:07Again, you're changing or building one to 10,000 new connections every day in your brain.
- 16:16It changes, but you have to give it permission and time to do so.
- 16:22Back to how I think you need a.
- 16:26I don't think you need it, for the record. It helps me greatly when I have something
- 16:30to call something when I'm thinking about it.
- 16:32So just for a little fun funsy side note here, long-term potentiation,
- 16:39LTP, that's what I just was going to call it in my head, strengthens the synapses,
- 16:44making sure that they all run efficiently.
- 16:47And long-term depressions, LTD, weakens the synapses, pruning unused connections.
- 16:54So for reference, if you were doing this from a shadow healing perspective,
- 16:59in your day, when you find an old pattern that you want to unpattern out,
- 17:04right, you can alchemize the emotions, you can dance to get it out of your body.
- 17:09You can also think, huh, it's time for my LTDs to work on that.
- 17:14I don't need to experience that anymore. I don't need to react that way anymore.
- 17:19And when you're doing something that you want to amplify in your life,
- 17:23then you can call on your LTP and think about that and how it's time for those
- 17:27guys to be like working because we like this. We want to experience more of this.
- 17:37A lot of people acknowledge that the repeated practice of a skill like violin
- 17:41or whatever builds your skill but the thing is is restructuring your brain is
- 17:46also a skill which requires void space it requires your ability to,
- 17:51step outside of all of it and just let it,
- 17:55freaking exist like oh it's chaos okay watch the chaos watch the chaos for a
- 18:01minute watch how your body responds what does your body think is happening,
- 18:07because that will give you a lot more information than trying to figure out
- 18:11what the correct answer is in this stressed out state,
- 18:15and they use this kind of dramatically maybe I don't know it kind of depends
- 18:19on what your life is like I'm always trying to evolve so apparently I'm just
- 18:22always bringing on chaos because apparently that's how I think it works,
- 18:29the thing is is whether you affect things physically like um start going to
- 18:34a physical therapist to change your,
- 18:37the structure of your spine, or you do it energetically, both of them are going
- 18:42to affect the other. And so truthfully, it just depends on what route you want
- 18:46to take when you're connecting with your body. Going to the doctor doesn't make
- 18:50you less connected to the body.
- 18:52I do think you should maybe look at ways that you're outsourcing your capabilities,
- 18:57but to each their own. Just be a little biased there.
- 19:04The thing about quantum healing is it's a journey, but so is going to the doctor
- 19:10and going through that thing.
- 19:12I've ended up healing so many, I'm going to call them minor wounds over the last couple of years.
- 19:19It gave me the perfect example of what your body can freaking do.
- 19:24The first one, which is the first thing that I ever attempted to heal quantumly.
- 19:30I cut off the tip of my thumb It's enough that it was shorter than my other
- 19:36thumb for a while But not enough that I needed to go to a doctor Pressure and a panic attack later.
- 19:42I like I was okay, but I just opened my massage business My thumbs were my entire livelihood.
- 19:49I had just bought a house and a car and started a business and I couldn't have half of my,
- 19:57functionality not there and so that was also the year that I was connecting
- 20:02to my spirit guides at first and just kind of learning how to do intuition,
- 20:08and I did not know anything about it that I do know now all I knew is that
- 20:13you probably could heal your body that just feels like that's just accurate
- 20:17so I kind of went with that and I decided that the fairies that live in the
- 20:21trees were going to heal my thumb. And I just went with it.
- 20:24And you know what happened after that? My thumb really hurt again after I asked that.
- 20:30And I thought about that and I wondered if that was a bad sign,
- 20:33but I just went with it because fairies are beautiful. I'm going to just go with it.
- 20:37And I was actually massaging on that thumb a month later.
- 20:41Dunted fairies really heal my thumb. I don't know. Was it just my brain deciding
- 20:45I had permission? I don't know.
- 20:47The point is, is that that healed really, really fast.
- 20:51And so I kept that in my brain when I burned my other thumb.
- 21:00Stupid moment. The coffee pot, my coffee wasn't hot, but the coffee pot was
- 21:04on. It had been on for now. It should have been hot.
- 21:07So here's my stupid moment. I pressed my thumb onto the coffee pot burner,
- 21:11which I don't know if you know how hot those are, but it's obnoxiously hot.
- 21:15It's so hot, I didn't feel the pain.
- 21:18I felt cold, and then my thumb was immediately leathery, like just white.
- 21:24It's like, oh, it was my finger. It wasn't my thumb.
- 21:27Now I can feel it, now that I'm thinking about it.
- 21:32Anyways, that process was so painful, and I had to learn so many things under
- 21:37stress in order to avoid the doctor, because I simply
- 21:40just wanted to see if I could, so I called my grandma, we got some medication,
- 21:44some like nice little green gel, and I learned about
- 21:48first, second, third degree burns, I learned about like what the doctor does,
- 21:52I learned about all of that, and then I gave my body a chance to see if it could
- 21:56do it itself while monitoring it extensively, for the record.
- 22:02And what happened was it healed really fast. But something that I noticed was
- 22:08that every time it was about to enter a new phase of healing,
- 22:13it hurt a little bit more,
- 22:16like nerve pain, little shocks. It was extra sensitive.
- 22:20But if I gave it space to just be like that and I just didn't touch it to things.
- 22:24I, you know what I mean? I put more gel on it. I re-moisturized it with lotion.
- 22:29A new phase started and it healed more.
- 22:33And I was again massaging on it about a month later, which that was a pretty
- 22:39bad burn. I'm not a doctor, so I can't see what degree, but it was leathery. So that was a lot.
- 22:44My, it completely grew back. My thumb completely grew back.
- 22:47And then I cut my finger with the can. Cause I'm just like, apparently,
- 22:51you know, if you ask the universe to learn something she's gonna freaking give you opportunities.
- 22:57It cut so deep my anxiety ridden body thought I was dying which as a breastfeeding
- 23:03mom what your body does is just starts dropping milk so my milk dropped
- 23:07four times in like three minutes because my body reacted like I was dying it
- 23:13was not that dramatic it immediately,
- 23:16mostly stopped bleeding when pressure was applied but my body is patterned that
- 23:21like wounds are excess medical care, like blood freaks me out,
- 23:26like it just hits so many things all in one little go that like my body just.
- 23:33And I just sat there and I cried and I cried and I cried and I cried and I let
- 23:37all of this emotion come out.
- 23:41And then my finger was just fine a couple weeks later. That one probably could
- 23:45have used a stitch maybe.
- 23:47But again, it was fine a couple weeks later. And I did this,
- 23:51because I've made a lifestyle out of learning how to quantum heal my body,
- 23:58which I think is the exact same thing that people are doing when they go to the doctor.
- 24:03Because why does the medicine work for one person and not the other?
- 24:09You know what I mean? Like there's something beyond it and how you go about
- 24:14it doesn't matter, but you can't skip over it.
- 24:18You have to acknowledge it. You have to go through the process,
- 24:22learn about it, see what's working and don't be afraid if it hurts a little bit because,
- 24:28whether it's a pattern in your brain or a physical wound healing,
- 24:33sometimes change starts with pain because your pain
- 24:38is your body's patterned way of telling you that something is happening in your
- 24:42body you need to pay attention to.
- 24:46Which is why a lot of times when people go through extended periods of trying
- 24:50to emotionally heal themselves, it hurts more because you've patterned to hurt right before healing.
- 24:59And it all comes back to the structure of your brain. When you change your behavior,
- 25:04you change your beliefs, you change your daily habit, the structure starts to change.
- 25:11It grows or weakens depending on what it is that you're doing and that supports
- 25:17everything you're doing, physical or energetic.
- 25:22And I think I could rant like this all day, so maybe that's about all I've collected
- 25:26on thoughts today. Thank you so much for hearing me out.
- 25:33Well, I really appreciate it. Thank you so much. I want to thank you,
- 25:36Lizzie, for that beautiful sermon.
- 25:38Really appreciate it. Actually, again, listen to you.
