- 0:00All men are. Created equal that they are
- 0:02endowed by their Creator. With certain unalienable rights
- 0:08by liberty. If liberty means anything at
- 0:15all, it means right to tell people what they do not want to
- 0:19hear. And you know this show, if
- 0:50liberty means anything at all, it means right to tell people
- 0:53what they do not want to hear. Our plan is always to bring you
- 0:56the facts, the sauce, the evidence, the truth, the
- 0:58receipts, whatever you want to call it.
- 1:00We don't care. We're going to bring you what
- 1:01mainstream media does not. And we're going to focus on
- 1:04making sure you know the stories that matter the most in the news
- 1:08cycle. George Ballantine, my brother,
- 1:10how are you, man? I'm good, I guess.
- 1:14You know, hanging in there, another day, another dollar.
- 1:17I don't know. You seem like you seem like you
- 1:18had one of those days, man. Are you in the mood?
- 1:19What's going on? In one of those like weeks, I
- 1:22don't know what's going on. If I knew what was going on, I
- 1:24would tell you, but I really don't.
- 1:25Well. I want to start off like O ES.
- 1:28We'll talk about that more. George, we get the show going,
- 1:30but I want to start off by let's thank our sponsors, of course,
- 1:33SAT 123.com, sat123.com. We appreciate the support.
- 1:37SAT phones, just so we're clear, are not as expensive as people
- 1:41think anymore. They're much cheaper than a cell
- 1:42phone. Even the service has gotten
- 1:44inexpensive and with World War 3, seems like we're on the cusp
- 1:48of it. Seems like Biden is going to
- 1:49leave us a parting gift or a parting shot before he leaves,
- 1:53which isn't really that great. You might want to have a SAT
- 1:55phone or a bivvy stick. That way you can communicate
- 1:57with your loved ones. They've also got Faraday bags
- 1:59and all kinds of other stuff. You may not know what a Faraday
- 2:02bag is, but if there is EMP, you're going to need one because
- 2:05otherwise your electronics are going to be fried.
- 2:07Of course, Mike Sadler will be on this coming Monday.
- 2:10Original Glory beer, American Pilsner, American Light and
- 2:14their new product Cheer. You can see it in the small thin
- 2:17cans over there. Flavored light beer products.
- 2:20Pretty interesting. And obviously one of their big
- 2:22pushes and they're still doing that crowdfunding for the
- 2:25brewery, so they want to go national.
- 2:27That's one of their big plans. So check it out in the chat and
- 2:30let them know what they want to participate.
- 2:32And of course, Genesis Gold Group, we're talking about the
- 2:35prepper bar. Now, gold and silver may become
- 2:38ever more important if there is a kinetic event like nuclear
- 2:42war. I'm not saying that with humor.
- 2:45I just can't even believe we're having to have this discussion.
- 2:47This is the 62.2g Prepper bar. They come in gold and silver.
- 2:52They're minted and made in the US incredible easily breakdown.
- 2:56They're very thin. They'll fit in your wallet.
- 2:58They're perforated into three different dominations fitting a
- 3:01multitude of needs. And this is all about whether or
- 3:03not your currency is going to be in a good.
- 3:04Now of course, gold and silver, whenever there's instability, go
- 3:08through the roof. There's lots of reasons the
- 3:11military applications for silver are bigger than ever.
- 3:14And of course, the Samsung EV technology, another one where
- 3:17major amounts of silver are being used.
- 3:19So head over to the bigmickbar.com.
- 3:21That's right, thebigmickbar.com Holidays are right around the
- 3:24corner. You definitely want to grab a
- 3:25few of these for the stocking stuffers.
- 3:27George would like them in gold only.
- 3:28He's telling me he's restricting all his wants in gold.
- 3:33And I'm sorry, George. And, of course, that QR code
- 3:35that George put up there, Easy. Take a photo of it.
- 3:38Save it for later, before the show.
- 3:39We do not want you to go anywhere, that's for sure.
- 3:42All right, wait, wait. Yeah.
- 3:44Bring me off a piece of that prepper bar there.
- 3:47We go, oh man, I'm telling you right now, we are we are angle
- 3:52that George loves to bring every single show.
- 3:55George, I think you better stick to your career as production.
- 3:57I'm not sure music is in the. Future never said listen, I
- 4:00never said I was a musician, a singer, nothing.
- 4:02No. Are you sure?
- 4:03But you know, I ain't got all the gadgets right now to make my
- 4:06voice better. George, you ever do karaoke?
- 4:08That's all I wanted to do. You ever do karaoke?
- 4:10Yeah, I don't care. You think I care what people
- 4:11think? No, I don't.
- 4:14I actually don't. You think someone was going to
- 4:15come up and actually make fun of me?
- 4:17Good luck with that. Before we fire up our guest
- 4:20tonight, I want to start with a couple of set the moves now
- 4:22listen and we could bring, why don't we bring Tiffany on for
- 4:24this? Let's you.
- 4:26Want to bring her on for the of? Course I am.
- 4:28Come on, you got to bring our paisana.
- 4:30Fellow Italian, hold on, come on.
- 4:33Welcome to the big big show. Tiffany Siante Case at each.
- 4:39What's going on? So Tiff, her voices.
- 4:41We obviously talked about it before.
- 4:43I wanted to verify you were talent.
- 4:44I thought you were. I didn't think there was any
- 4:46chance you weren't. Of course the our she couldn't
- 4:48have. Married to an Italian guy with
- 4:50an Italian name and she's. Not our followers and
- 4:52subscribers anointed themselves the big, big mafia.
- 4:55That wasn't us. They've decided that that was
- 4:57their moniker. So you know, not now you're one
- 5:01of the one of your you're their friend of ours.
- 5:04So and. Your grandmother would be proud.
- 5:06It's it's exactly. But I'm not sure.
- 5:09You know, my, my, my grandfather was the one of the he opened up
- 5:12one of the first 3 Italian restaurants in New York.
- 5:15They came there on Ellis Island. So they came in legally, unlike
- 5:18many people now. Did your parents, did your
- 5:21grandparents immigrate to here? So we actually came over.
- 5:24My earliest ancestors that were from Italy were the Dominicis
- 5:27and they came as prisoners in the 1568.
- 5:33Wow, that's crazy. And when you were 1568, you
- 5:35said? 1568 was the first landing we
- 5:38have. Look at that.
- 5:39Wow, you were way back there. You, you definitely beat us
- 5:42here. All right, We have this thing we
- 5:44brought you in just because you had a cake.
- 5:45We have this thing called Set the Mood.
- 5:47Some of them are motivational. Sometimes you're funny.
- 5:49Today we've got a motivational 1 and we have one that is, I don't
- 5:53know, it just cracked me up. Somebody did you know AI is out
- 5:56of control. Somebody decided to make an AI
- 5:58music video to a couple of guys, all their cats that rap.
- 6:02Let's go ahead and fire it up, George.
- 6:04No, no, we're going to do set mood 1st and then we'll do that.
- 6:06We got the guy here. No matter what you do, you're
- 6:08going to be judged. I've said this 10,000 times.
- 6:11I'm going to say it 10,000 more. No matter what you do, you're
- 6:13going to be judged. If you're fat, people are going
- 6:15to say you're lazy piece of shit.
- 6:16If you're jacked like me, oh it's just all steroids.
- 6:20If you're rich, you're a snake oil salesman.
- 6:22If you're poor, you're lazy, undisciplined.
- 6:25Here's the thing man, No matter what the fuck you do in life,
- 6:28people are going to judge you. If you drive a a Rolls Royce or
- 6:32a Honda Accord, people are going to judge you no matter what you
- 6:34do. So why don't you just do the
- 6:37shit you want to do? Why don't you quit worrying
- 6:40about what people are going to say and do the shit that you
- 6:42want to do? God put ideas in here and
- 6:45passion and here for you to execute on.
- 6:47Man, people are going to judge you no matter what, so you might
- 6:52as well do the shit that you want to do the things that make
- 6:55you happy. I like that dude.
- 7:00That's how that's how I live. What I said to you before you
- 7:03think I care what people think. Well, you know, I think at the
- 7:06end of the day, I think we're in that kind of a situation even
- 7:09more than ever. I think people are so overly
- 7:11critical. You know, we streamed an event
- 7:16over on Rumble and all our other channels today, Tiffany, and it
- 7:19was about human trafficking and child trafficking and a bunch of
- 7:21people that have been on our show, JJ Carroll, Tara Rodas and
- 7:25others testified in front of the subcommittee about it.
- 7:29And what I thought was interesting is rather than being
- 7:31focused on what's needed to help the people and the children, and
- 7:36I think many of them lost their lives, whether to organ
- 7:38harvesting or sex trade or in route or they were handed off to
- 7:43cartel members. And this is proven by
- 7:45whistleblowers. They came directly out of our
- 7:47federal government. I was intrigued to watch
- 7:49Congress and the Republicans wanted to talk about the facts
- 7:53and the evidence, and they wanted to know what they thought
- 7:55the solutions would be and who was responsible.
- 7:58And, and again, you know, on this show, we go after both
- 8:00sides of the aisle. Let me be clear.
- 8:01In my opinion, we don't defend the Republicans if they're
- 8:04wrong, and we won't defend the Democrats if they're wrong.
- 8:06We go after everybody. But the Democrats were so busy
- 8:10pointing out negativity about the whistleblowers trying to
- 8:13collaterally attack them. And I just, I, I couldn't help
- 8:17but sit there thinking, you know, what happened to
- 8:19government, for the people, by the people.
- 8:21And I know some of what we're going to cover today on the show
- 8:23with you. I don't want to dig in yet, but
- 8:25I know a lot of that's what we're talking about.
- 8:27And I find it just incredible at this point.
- 8:29And now we have this new administration coming in which I
- 8:31believe they're putting together a dream team cabinet.
- 8:34I don't love every single pick, but I probably love 8085 or 90%
- 8:37and that's the most of a cabinet pick situation where I've ever
- 8:41liked the people because we've had Cash Patel on the show,
- 8:44we've had many others that are in his cabinet and I'm sure
- 8:47we'll have many more on hopefully.
- 8:50But I, I just always think it's, you know, he's right.
- 8:52At the end of the day, people are always going to critique
- 8:54you. And the, the truth is, I think
- 8:55what matters is what you do when nobody's watching.
- 8:58And I wish our Congress members would focus on that versus
- 9:02spending a bunch of time undermining each other and under
- 9:05and, and lying to the American public.
- 9:07It's just disgusting because when I listen to it, and again,
- 9:09the only reason I point out the Democrats, not because I don't
- 9:11think the Republicans are capable of this, it's because I,
- 9:14I just saw the Republicans doing today, the Democrats doing it
- 9:17today during this hearing, George, I don't know if you
- 9:19watched any of that hearing, if you had time, because I know you
- 9:21were busy, but it was disgusting.
- 9:23And they're talking about children that have had their
- 9:25organs removed and then and then people in the US have benefited
- 9:29from it. They were on the organ list,
- 9:30probably buying the organs on the black market or paying
- 9:33somebody. And just man, it was a tough
- 9:36listen. But it was also to watch these
- 9:38people in Congress. They really anger me.
- 9:40But before we fire up, I love AI and you know, I love rap.
- 9:45I don't know if that's a good combination.
- 9:46AI and rap might be a bad thing. I love both.
- 9:49Now, the the guys rapping in this are a group that George and
- 9:52I listened to a while ago. He's too older guys.
- 9:55I think they're in their 60s. That rap in the UK, Terrible.
- 9:58But they're serious. You know who they are, right?
- 10:00OK. Who they are?
- 10:02OK, everyone on TikTok knows who they are.
- 10:04Man, are those guys dope. We got to admit they're.
- 10:06Great. They are so great.
- 10:08I want to have them on the show. I need to get a hold of those
- 10:09guys. If you can reach out to them,
- 10:10you have a decent account on TikTok.
- 10:12I'm not on TikTok. I need those guys on this show.
- 10:14I really want to have them come on.
- 10:15But somebody took one of their songs and they made this
- 10:18incredible AI and I have to say, it put a smile on my face.
- 10:22Maybe for all the wrong reasons. Everybody knows I have an effed
- 10:25up sense of humor. It's probably a little bit
- 10:28corrupted in its own way. George, let's fire this up.
- 10:31I'm laughing already 'cause I already know it's coming.
- 10:33Real quick, before we do that, you were talking about the
- 10:35hearing. Did they mention a big, big show
- 10:37today in a hearing? You know, man, I didn't get to
- 10:39watch all of it. I watched pieces of it.
- 10:42But I would listen to Tara Rodas.
- 10:43And then I had to hear these Democrats attack her, her, her
- 10:47and JJ Carroll. And they're 2 great Americans
- 10:50that have come out. JJ Carroll served in our our
- 10:52Border Patrol for 25 years and he left because he just couldn't
- 10:56do what they wanted him to do. He couldn't become a criminal
- 10:58and just allow all these criminals in the country said I
- 11:01can't Beaver for this. I can't do it.
- 11:03Tara Rhodes, the same thing. She became a whistleblower told
- 11:06them that like there were homes where a cartel was operating the
- 11:10home and they were literally dropping off 100 kids and
- 11:13supposedly these are supposed to be their significant family
- 11:15members getting these kids who has 100 kids getting dropped off
- 11:18and went home. She pointed that out and all
- 11:21they could do was talk about the the Democrats can only do talk
- 11:24about them negatively instead of saying we really appreciate, you
- 11:27know, you guys being honest and we're going to get on top of
- 11:29this. It was all just garbage.
- 11:31And I I'm so sick of those sons of a bitches in Congress.
- 11:34I really am. I'm sick of them.
- 11:35And, you know, I believe that every day they're committing
- 11:38treason and seditious conspiracy against United States citizens
- 11:41in that country. I don't mean to cut you off, but
- 11:43I it just has if they mentioned the show and we're going to go
- 11:45to this. Yeah, you know, man, I might be
- 11:47a little emotional about that today.
- 11:48If you might have not. Bring it up again because I'm
- 11:51pissed off because I feel about human trafficking and child
- 11:53trafficking. I know.
- 11:54Me too. Yeah, here we go.
- 11:55I'm. Swinging quicker than Federer, I
- 11:58serve packing the bass bang on the regular and I'm going to
- 12:00tell her she sing for me. Sing bang.
- 12:02Your mother's hooked on the packs.
- 12:03I'll be selling her. I'm not saying I feel instead
- 12:07with the lead like a mukbang. The magazine made me lean when I
- 12:10walk in the drumstick making that bang like a company popping
- 12:13the camera banging me crossword up and in the western I'm
- 12:16banging the push further couple of cans in the puff of me.
- 12:21The big bucks I'll be looking big distressed to kill Mama got
- 12:33me I'll be. The bigger the bigger, the
- 12:40bigger the. Penguin.
- 13:21The big bucks I'll be looking to kill Mama got me up in a realist
- 13:38pole position at the fella running the distance I'll be.
- 13:40Banging up, banging the giving a trip.
- 13:42The bigger the bigger the bigger the and I'll be with me.
- 13:51The word puffing the Benson pushing her back the full stack
- 13:54like a benching, giving the fish scale that's like a Penguin
- 13:57flipping the chicken. My pills.
- 13:59Why fucking benches? Oh my wishing.
- 14:00I've been puffing the peace puffs on the free fires to the
- 14:03things for the seaside on my tail lines, in the seams of my
- 14:05levers, with a stick figure and a Nicki Minaj.
- 14:20That's funny. You know, AI is a trip.
- 14:23I mean, it's just going to get better and better and better.
- 14:25At some point we won't know the difference.
- 14:27So Tiffany, you know, you sent me over by I just want to talk
- 14:30about. So just for the audience, so
- 14:31they know who you are. Former children's special needs
- 14:33educator turned small business advocate.
- 14:37And of course, you spent the last four years fighting for
- 14:39small business protections and the courts before the FTC in
- 14:43Congress and more recently on the campaign trail.
- 14:46I I know your plan is to ensure that new Trump administration
- 14:49protects and advocates for small businesses.
- 14:52You know, you got connected with RFK, I'm not sure exactly how.
- 14:56And obviously developed a close, close relationship here.
- 14:58And he gets it. I watched some of your interview
- 15:01with him and he really doesn't understand some of the most
- 15:05egregious cases of law fair that are against small business
- 15:07owners, against, you know, Americans.
- 15:10If anybody knows big pharma, it's him.
- 15:12And you know, you're the poster child.
- 15:14His exact quote was that you are the poster child for the risk
- 15:17privity equity poses to small businesses in America.
- 15:22You're an expert in many fields. I don't know your real
- 15:26background. What got you started?
- 15:28Right now you've got a big account over on TikTok, 200,000
- 15:32across all platforms, 175,000 on TikTok, and it looks like you
- 15:36get 2 to 500,000 views for your broadcast interviews of
- 15:39political candidates in your series.
- 15:41So good views. I mean, we're all, we're all
- 15:43fighting for that. You know, right now you're
- 15:46streaming to George. What are we streaming now?
- 15:47Because I know we changed recently.
- 15:48Why are we doing streaming to 8 now or 9?
- 15:53Minus the two twitters form, I don't know.
- 15:59Yeah, that's not like 7:00 or 8:00 right now, 6.
- 16:03Yeah, we're using. Combination.
- 16:04I should have my TikTok stream to TikTok right?
- 16:06Yeah, Restream support's been kind of iffy for George and I,
- 16:09so we've made some changes, but we'll be translating this into
- 16:1325 different languages. Closed caption.
- 16:15So what got you started? Everybody has an epiphany moment
- 16:18or just said enough of this bullshit.
- 16:20I can't sit on the sidelines. I've got to make a difference.
- 16:23Mine was. They made a monster of me.
- 16:26I didn't. I didn't wake up one day and
- 16:28say, wow, I really don't want to work with the babies I work
- 16:31with. I really don't want to just be
- 16:33here with the special needs kids that I teach.
- 16:36I was a small business franchise.
- 16:39Before that, I had worked for a senator for years and my husband
- 16:42was going through law school and he got a job with the feds and
- 16:45told me I could stop traveling all the time and I could go back
- 16:48to my roots working with kids and I could stop working so
- 16:52much. And so I went and bought a
- 16:53franchise working with kids thinking I can settle down, be
- 16:57with my children. This will be amazing.
- 16:59And no sooner did I finally get my business successful that
- 17:04COVID hit and I was in the county with the second longest
- 17:08closures for children's recreation in the United States,
- 17:12which was awful. My business was shuttered by
- 17:14force for over 17 months and right when we went to open, our
- 17:21entire franchisor had suffered greatly because businesses were
- 17:24shut down and they were acquired by private equity and hostile
- 17:28takeover. What kind of business was it?
- 17:31It was a a brand called the Little Gym.
- 17:32I taught it. It was a kids gymnastics.
- 17:34Oh, the little gym, Yeah. Where we specialized in babies
- 17:37and toddlers specifically I worked, I was an automatic
- 17:41referral for the infants and toddlers program for kids with
- 17:43delays in my county. So that was really what we
- 17:46focused on. That was where about 80% of our
- 17:47referrals came from, where kids that were having challenges and
- 17:52so. You're a good soul with a good
- 17:53heart then. Nobody gets into this business
- 17:56because we want to make money. You get into this business
- 17:58because you want to make a difference.
- 17:59And when the private equity firm that took over at that point was
- 18:05most of the stake held by them was the Ross Perot backed equity
- 18:09firm. And then immediately they did
- 18:13what private equity always says, which today is a really
- 18:15prescient day for us to be having this conversation because
- 18:18today, one of the last bastions of franchising that was holding
- 18:22out against private equity, Cave and Jersey Mike's sold to
- 18:26Blackstone. Wow, that's one.
- 18:30Of the. Last franchisors that was
- 18:32protecting their franchise. Jersey Mike's great Subs.
- 18:35They've got one here, George. They've got a couple of them
- 18:37here. They're really, they're very
- 18:38popular here in Colorado. Jersey, Mike.
- 18:43That's a problem. Private equity goes into
- 18:45businesses that were established in the right way and the amount
- 18:48of leverage they have. And then the other thing is what
- 18:52I don't like is that they use different forces in media to
- 18:56undermine somebody. Now you ended up on the cover of
- 18:59the New York Times, New York Post, you on Robert RFK Podcast,
- 19:04Washington Magazine, Breaking Points, The Dallas Morning News,
- 19:08BBC, Fox News, New Nation, ABC, and I mean the list just goes on
- 19:12and on and on. The The funny thing is, I'm sure
- 19:15prior to the to the stuff where you were really exposing them
- 19:18for what they're doing, How much did you get attacked?
- 19:21Because I know that's one of their strategies where they have
- 19:22to go and they have to attack you, whether it's name calling
- 19:26or act like you're something that you aren't, whether they
- 19:29say you're a bad person or you're a drug trafficker or
- 19:32you're a Christian nationalist or you're manga you.
- 19:34Should mention that. Oh, let me hear it, Let me hear
- 19:37it. Let me guess that I hit one on
- 19:38the head. I was the president of our
- 19:40franchise association union, so all the small business owners
- 19:44had a union to protect our interests in negotiations with
- 19:47our corporate office. When they took over, they wanted
- 19:49to break up our union. They had done it at multiple
- 19:52organizations before ours when they took over, and their method
- 19:56had always been consistently to target leadership.
- 19:59I was the elected president of our union and they immediately
- 20:02targeted me. The day that we notified them
- 20:06via attorneys that we would not sign the new contracts, they
- 20:08were demanding that we would not capitulate to giving them more
- 20:11money than our contracts allowed. 24 hours after they
- 20:14found out, they terminated my contract and then immediately
- 20:18set to work trying to discredit me.
- 20:19They sent letters to every member of our union saying that
- 20:22I was abusing children, that I was abusing my employees, that I
- 20:26was abusing my customers. They sent 6 letters to the New
- 20:30York Times saying I was running a drug trafficking ring from my
- 20:33baby gym. I ended up winning my defamation
- 20:37case against them, but not before they destroyed our union
- 20:42because they had their chief legal officer, a man named
- 20:44Steven Polizzola, send the first round of letters.
- 20:47And most of these people that own these little gyms, they're
- 20:50humble people. They come from a background as
- 20:53high school athletes or as former gymnasts.
- 20:55Most of them don't have advanced degrees.
- 20:58They don't know much about the legal world.
- 21:00I happen to be married to a federal attorney, so I know a
- 21:03lot. But when a lawyer sent those
- 21:05letters to them, many of them thought a lawyer couldn't lie to
- 21:08them. Lawyers can lie to you all they
- 21:10want. They just can't lie to the
- 21:11judge. They can say whatever they want,
- 21:15as long as they're willing to. Be our legal system is tricky.
- 21:18It's a slippery slope. I'm sorry.
- 21:19George no, that's OK. So just from people understand
- 21:22their statement that lawyers can lie, Most your politicians are
- 21:25lawyers. Enough said.
- 21:27That's it, you know. The legal system for the
- 21:30unsophisticated are people that haven't been through the system,
- 21:33good or bad. It's a complicated playing
- 21:37field, and the truth is that people are very confused by what
- 21:43they believe their attorneys are doing, especially if you're
- 21:47dealing with federal criminal prosecution.
- 21:50Defense counsels, in my opinion, are.
- 21:54The difficulty comes if they're in a market they're in, let's
- 21:56say a market in New York or New Jersey or anywhere.
- 21:59They normally have half a dozen or six or seven or eight cases
- 22:03going at the same time. And these people all play poker
- 22:06together, They all go golfing together, they all go to events
- 22:09together. And behind the scenes.
- 22:11The truth is, is that the negotiation doesn't necessarily
- 22:15have to do with good law. It has to do with how many cases
- 22:19you're going to negotiate because you're going to plea
- 22:21them out because the truth, most of these, these defense counsels
- 22:24that go in, they file a bunch of what I would call cookie cutter
- 22:28motions. And then the prosecutors filed
- 22:31their motions for their replies. And the truth is often in those
- 22:34replies, the majority of the law that's quoted is misquoted,
- 22:38altered, manipulated or otherwise.
- 22:40So when you think about small business owners, they are ill
- 22:43prepared for slandering libel cases, which obviously they
- 22:47committed both against you. I can't imagine they should have
- 22:50paid. You know, you should have been
- 22:52able to put them out of business is what should have happened.
- 22:54That's the kind of relief you should have relieved.
- 22:56But it's hard enough to get a court to award, you know, legal
- 22:59fees and court costs even when they're wrong, even when you
- 23:03want to win on summary judgement.
- 23:04It's it's disgusting. So go ahead from there because I
- 23:07can't imagine what a bunch of bastards trying to act, you
- 23:11know, and here's the other thing that the media allows them to
- 23:14spoon feed them this garbage and they go ahead and push it out.
- 23:17Oh, she's running a drug ring. It's a drug cartel.
- 23:20It's the baby Jim drug cartel. You know, go ahead, Tiff.
- 23:23I have to say, first of all, I would have given anything to
- 23:27have been in a federal courtroom.
- 23:29What most people don't understand is that almost every
- 23:31franchise and well, every franchise in America has a
- 23:34mandatory arbitration clause. And arbitration is a terrifying,
- 23:38dark, horrifying place. Every American, every small
- 23:42business owner, but every American is beholden to no less.
- 23:45If you have a cell phone in your hand and 60 arbitration
- 23:48agreements, 99% of people don't even know they've signed.
- 23:52They don't know they've agreed to you, which is forfeiting your
- 23:54right to a jury or a judge. And arbitration in the United
- 23:57States is a cartel. There are two organizations that
- 24:01handle 99% of the cases. And as a result, what you have
- 24:05is this massive institution that is reliant on repeat business
- 24:11and everyday small business owners are not repeat business.
- 24:14The private equity firms and the franchisors are repeat business.
- 24:17You know, just if I want to stop there for me, just for the
- 24:20audience, because some of them might not, might not know what
- 24:22binding arbitration means. Can you explain the dangers of
- 24:25it just so the audience gets it 'cause there might be some that
- 24:27know it, but I just want to make sure they understand what we're
- 24:29talking about. There've been two very big cases
- 24:32recently talking about arbitration that affects
- 24:34everyday Americans. One man's wife died at Disney
- 24:37Disney World due to an allergy. It was Disney World's neglect,
- 24:42allegedly that caused it. And when he went to sue them in
- 24:45court, Disney World and Disney Parks alleged that because he
- 24:50had signed up for Disney Plus two years ago for a trial, he
- 24:54had committed to arbitration, waiving his right to a jury or
- 24:58judge, going to a secret mediation style courtroom where
- 25:03no one can hear what's happening, where there's no
- 25:05public record of it. And they went to court and
- 25:08eventually Disney Parks due to massive public pressure,
- 25:12withdrew. But they were going to win that
- 25:14case. This just this month Uber was
- 25:19getting sued because passengers were T boned in one of their
- 25:22cars due to the fault of their driver, and Uber argued that
- 25:26because their 12 year old daughter had ordered a pizza on
- 25:29Uber Eats six years earlier, they were beholden to an
- 25:34arbitration agreement. And Uber won their case.
- 25:38And then there was an appeal. The appellate court is where
- 25:43it's headed right now. But Uber won a case that a 12
- 25:46year old could sign a contract forfeiting their parents rights
- 25:49to a judge and jury as guaranteed by the Constitution
- 25:51of the United States. Arbitration is a place where it
- 25:55was It was created with the best of intentions and immediately
- 25:58bastardized and manipulated by corporations where you go and
- 26:03they tell you it's a cheaper way to get through a court case and
- 26:05it's not as cumbersome. My case was over $10 million
- 26:09between the two parties, so it's not cheaper, I promise.
- 26:15I I have a question. Yeah, you're saying because
- 26:18these people signed up for the subscription of Disney Plus for
- 26:22TV and they went to actual the physical park, something
- 26:26happened there and because they signed up for a subscription to
- 26:29watch something on TV that correlates to Disney going there
- 26:33physically? Not even a subscription.
- 26:36He signed up for a two week trial and never signed a
- 26:38contract described. Oh my God.
- 26:40So wait, wait, wait, I'm laughing.
- 26:43How does that? Ludicrous.
- 26:44How does how does signing up for Disney Plus even the trial?
- 26:50So in the United States, Roberts, particularly on the
- 26:53Supreme Court, has been extremely pro arbitration
- 26:56because the court systems are overburdened and arbitration
- 27:00offloads millions of cases a year from their dockets.
- 27:03And so what's happened is over the last 20 years, almost every
- 27:09single case that has come up to the Supreme Court challenging
- 27:11the validity of an arbitration agreement has been upheld and
- 27:14the Federal Arbitration Act's been expanded.
- 27:17It should never be that you sign up to watch TV and you are
- 27:21waving your right to go to a park, which has very, very
- 27:25different, like risk factors, very different things that you
- 27:30would be agreeing to. It shouldn't happen.
- 27:32But in the United States, it is happening right now.
- 27:36Another great example, people signed up to go get a massage at
- 27:39Massage Envy, another franchisor that's private equity owned
- 27:43Massage Envy. There were 180 women that were
- 27:46sexually assaulted or raped there.
- 27:48And when they signed in on their app to sign in for their
- 27:51massage, it had an arbitration agreement.
- 27:53They never saw a confidentiality agreement.
- 27:55They never read a non disparagement clause, they never
- 27:58noticed, and they were not allowed to go to court over
- 28:02being raped. And what ended up happening is 3
- 28:05brave women broke their agreements, risked being sued by
- 28:10this big private equity firm, went to the press, and a law was
- 28:13just recently passed saying that now it's unlawful to enforce an
- 28:17arbitration agreement in cases of sexual harassment or assault.
- 28:20But when I you know. It's interesting.
- 28:22I got to make a comment. First of all, for everybody out
- 28:25there, Massage Envy is one of those places you pay one fee a
- 28:28month for supposedly unlimited massages at different levels,
- 28:31blah, blah, blah. So if you don't know the
- 28:32business. But what I think is interesting
- 28:34is that you would think that a contract entered unknowingly,
- 28:39unintentionally and involuntarily would be a
- 28:42contract that you could easily break because it's a contract
- 28:44based on fraud number one. Number two, what I think is
- 28:48intriguing is that if you're using in a case, especially a
- 28:52case of assault and rape, if you're using a contract, knowing
- 28:57that you had previous issues with that contract, meaning that
- 29:01a rape occurred in 2019 and you knew that you'd use that
- 29:05contract to hide A felony or hide the information.
- 29:10By making sure these people are under NDA that they can't
- 29:13disparage Massage Envy, you would think that that contract
- 29:17would not only be void, but it would be considered a concurrent
- 29:19criminal enterprise because you're committing misprisons of
- 29:22a felony. So you're basically hot.
- 29:25You're, you're basically doing a contract because you know some
- 29:28people are getting assaulted. So you make sure you keep the
- 29:30contract in force. It happens again in 2020.
- 29:33The first one happened in 2019. I believe that a smart attorney
- 29:37could make the Nexus to say this is an operation that's running a
- 29:41concurrent criminal enterprise because they're running a
- 29:42criminal entity that's committing crimes and they're
- 29:45using contracts to manipulate the public and not allow the
- 29:48public to know what's going on to their own benefit.
- 29:52And obviously the proceeds would be criminal proceeds.
- 29:54Again, it might be a stretch, but to me, you know, that's just
- 29:58disgusting. I just, I, I, I don't know how
- 30:00they could be any more offended by that, you know, you know, but
- 30:04this is our system. To be honest with you, I think
- 30:07our federal and state legal system needs such a major
- 30:10overhaul. I'm not sure we can save the DOJ
- 30:13at this point because of the way they're operating.
- 30:14I agree with you, honestly. As I said, my husband's a
- 30:17federal attorney. Federal.
- 30:20Prosecutor of Federal Defence. No, no, no.
- 30:22He works in intellectual property.
- 30:23He does indications on like treaty stuff and not that kind
- 30:27at all. But one of the hardest lessons
- 30:30that my husband and I have learned in this, nobody else
- 30:32could have fought the fight I fought.
- 30:34Most people don't have the resources.
- 30:35They don't have legal people surrounding them is that you
- 30:38only get the justice in this country you can afford.
- 30:40And let me tell you, for my husband, he believed in the
- 30:43legal system. He went to law school because he
- 30:45wanted to make a difference. He wanted to do good work.
- 30:47Many, many have. And.
- 30:49Found out the hard way, huh? And so horrifying to learn
- 30:52there's a direct correlation of what you just said and small
- 30:55business and how small businesses are being impacted by
- 30:58private equity and arbitration because criminal enterprise
- 31:01right now, the same private equity firm that I've been
- 31:03fighting is called Unleash Brands.
- 31:05They are owned by Seidler Private Equity which is the same
- 31:08private equity firm that owns the pub the Padres.
- 31:11They also own a brand called Premier Martial Arts.
- 31:15Premier Martial Arts is a brand that created a fake business.
- 31:19Fake financials, fake demographics, fake federal
- 31:24disclosure documents. None of it was predicated on
- 31:27real business models and they sold. 700 ish is the number I've
- 31:32been given. 700 territories in a year that almost none of
- 31:36actually opened. And of those that did, like 90%
- 31:39have gone out of business. Almost all of these people were
- 31:42veterans or moms. So, you know, moms and veterans,
- 31:46OK, they were defrauded and almost all of them were
- 31:49convinced to take out a type of a loan called a Robra.
- 31:52Now, most people don't know this exists.
- 31:54It's like a laundering scheme from the SBA to these private
- 31:57equity firms. So they take these Robras out,
- 32:00which is a loan from the SBA backed by their retirement.
- 32:04Now, in a bankruptcy, the only things that are protected from
- 32:08anybody touching them is your retirement accounts and some
- 32:11equity in your home, unless you have a Robra.
- 32:14So what happens is these private equity firms convince these
- 32:17small business interested parties that they're going to
- 32:20triple their money. They were promising 40% returns
- 32:22in two years. You're over just astronomical
- 32:26numbers in. The possible an impossible
- 32:29number, especially for a business just starting out.
- 32:31But they were federal. Documents and you say Robra,
- 32:33it's ROBRA. That's the type of loan.
- 32:36Yeah, or I'm. Completely unfamiliar with those
- 32:39so let me guess, you sign the Robra and then your Social
- 32:43Security, your IRA, your 401K are all vulnerable to paying
- 32:47back the entire amount of the Robra?
- 32:49Correct. And so in this instance my.
- 32:51God. These people have nothing left
- 32:54to go to bank bankruptcy to save.
- 32:56They have no money left to hire lawyers.
- 32:58They have no nest eggs. And so in this instance, right
- 33:01now, there are like 200 franchisees, these small
- 33:04businesses that are falling victim through vast amounts of
- 33:08fraud from Unleashed Brands, the same company I've been fighting,
- 33:12and they went and filed Rico charges.
- 33:14They filed Rico charges in Tennessee State court, Tennessee
- 33:18District Court, and they said, listen, this was a vast fraud
- 33:21conspiracy. We have people recorded saying
- 33:23we knew you weren't going to make any money and we sold it to
- 33:25you anyway. We have recordings from people
- 33:27at their corporate office saying we knew these were lies and we
- 33:30did it anyway. Now, is that a state?
- 33:32Is that a state racketeering case or federal?
- 33:34So they went to a state racketeering case and we went to
- 33:37the DOJ and the FTC. So there's civil and there's
- 33:39criminal. So we took these Rico charges to
- 33:42the state courts and we filed them and immediately, even
- 33:45though these 240 ish people got together to try to pool their
- 33:49resources because they've already lost every, they were
- 33:53immediately said Nope, you got to go to arbitration, you have
- 33:55to pay individually and the judges wouldn't even look at the
- 33:59Rico charges. They're making them all right
- 34:02alone. I believe that what you could do
- 34:04at that moment would be to file against the judges as Co
- 34:07conspirators because they have an obligation in a racketeering
- 34:10case. Because if there's any belief
- 34:13that a racketeering or a current criminal enterprise happened or
- 34:17you know, or criminal conspiracy, of course,
- 34:19concurrent criminal enterprise, if they in fact identify that
- 34:22that's even a possibility, that means the entire institution and
- 34:27everything they've ever done becomes vulnerable.
- 34:30Because if they committed the first case, let's say they
- 34:32committed their first case of racketeering in 2018.
- 34:35And now this case is filed forward that you know that the
- 34:37fruit of the prizes tree doctrine and and everything else
- 34:40you could look along that path would prove that since all of it
- 34:43was obtained through concurrent criminal enterprise, all the
- 34:46proceeds are vulnerable. That means the entire company.
- 34:48So the fact that the attorneys did that, now I could have seen
- 34:51the state court saying you've got to go talk to the federal
- 34:53court because it appears to us that you're correct about what
- 34:55you're saying. And they're we're not the right
- 34:58jurisdiction to hear this. We're not the right venue.
- 35:00You have to go to federal because these people are in
- 35:02multiple states, right? So that's when the commerce
- 35:04cause comes into play and you have to look at it from a state
- 35:07thing. Unfortunately, other contracts
- 35:08have forums and it's all forumed in Tennessee.
- 35:12Wow. They, they, so that's another
- 35:15thing that these large corporations are doing to
- 35:17exploit small businesses is that they form the law in all of
- 35:20their contracts in one of three or four states where there are 0
- 35:23protections for small businesses.
- 35:25Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas, everything is housed
- 35:30in those four states because they favor big business and
- 35:33private equity. And they absolutely demolish
- 35:35small businesses in the court system right now in the United
- 35:38States. It is a fact that you are more
- 35:41likely to be struck by lightning than you are to succeed in any
- 35:47forced arbitration against a major corporation.
- 35:49That is a factual statistic. Less than 1% in a court case,
- 35:53you'd be almost 40%. Man.
- 35:58It's a cartel. It, it, it is a cartel and it's
- 36:01a criminal cartel because they're, they, they, they
- 36:03knowingly are putting you into a business that they are, they are
- 36:07confirming and like you said, you have audio phone calls that
- 36:10they know you're not going to make money.
- 36:13So that, that, that's completely against what the franchise
- 36:15company is supposed to represent.
- 36:17Obviously they're supposed to have a proven business model
- 36:19with proven advertising and proven assets.
- 36:21And they're going to put so much money into the campaign to
- 36:24advertise you nationally. And that's the benefit of being
- 36:27a franchisee because otherwise, what would the benefit be if
- 36:30that company isn't going to support you from beginning to
- 36:32growth to maturity, you know there isn't any value.
- 36:36So you know your thoughts here and and, and I want to watch
- 36:39because I know George, you want to take a short break.
- 36:41I know we ran over there on the break there's.
- 36:44Break happens when I say happens when.
- 36:46We come back, we're going to talk about maybe what the
- 36:49solutions are. What do you think the new
- 36:53obviously administration and cabinet have in mind for this?
- 36:56Hopefully this is one of the places it's going to take a real
- 36:58beating. I'm not a big fan of the SBA.
- 37:00We'll talk about when we come back here with Tiffany Yate

- 39:45Congo? He says, without a doubt, in a
- 39:47second. Now it's the DRC.
- 39:48Tell us what's happening to children in the DRC.
- 39:51You have ISIS there, you have Islamic State and you have ADF.
- 39:55Hey, Sandy. Joseph Kony's still alive.
- 39:57He's in the Congo. And now God has me in the Congo,
- 40:01you know, So hopefully we'll meet up one day.
- 40:04But maybe I can lead him to the Lord or send him there, One or
- 40:08the other. Huh.
- 40:23All right, welcome back to the Big Big Show here with your host
- 40:27George Balancing, Lance Migliacho and our special guest
- 40:31Tiffany Ciante. Now, normally I do with my
- 40:34Genesis Gold read, but I'm not going to do it because I can't
- 40:37believe what my ears just heard what Tiffany the story she's
- 40:41telling me and I'm truthfully, I I'm having a hard time how to
- 40:46react with this. It's it's effing pissing me off.
- 40:50I just can't. I can't believe it, Tiff, I
- 40:52mean. And Tiff, before you jump in, I
- 40:55just, I just want to tell the audience, I want to make sure
- 40:57you guys, I know, I know we kind of jumped in and I want to make
- 41:00sure this story is tracking well.
- 41:01You have to really grasp what we're talking about.
- 41:04Anybody in small business, we're talking about our own
- 41:07government, state governments not helping small businesses and
- 41:11putting things in place that I believe are part of the whole
- 41:15money laundering dirty business operation that is our state and
- 41:19federal government at this point.
- 41:21Meaning that they're setting you up for failure so these big
- 41:24equity firms can clean up. And of course, what do they do
- 41:27then? They paid campaign
- 41:29contributions, they joined lobbyings, they create super
- 41:33PACs to assist the politician they know is friendly to them to
- 41:37help. So Tiff, I'm going to let you
- 41:39jump in from what? Just to make sure the audience
- 41:41understands how really miserable these people are.
- 41:46When we were on the break, I mentioned that one of my biggest
- 41:50goals in the new administration is to get a law passed that
- 41:54makes it so that arbitrators, which are the substitute judges
- 41:58people are forced in front of, have to follow the law.
- 42:01Because right now they don't have to follow the law.
- 42:03Right now, arbitration is a bastion of dirty politics,
- 42:07disgusting like backroom deals and repeat business.
- 42:11It is biased in its nature because arbitrators are judges
- 42:15you have to pay for. My arbitrator, I had to pay
- 42:18$27,000 a week to be in front of.
- 42:20And if you can't afford that, you don't get your case heard.
- 42:22Whereas if you were in a courtroom, you'd, you'd get to
- 42:25go for free. And because of that, they rely
- 42:28on the repeat business of these big private equity firms,
- 42:31bringing the small businesses in there one after another after
- 42:33another. And in an effort to keep them
- 42:37coming, they let them get away with just about anything,
- 42:40anything abusive they want to, anything miserable.
- 42:43In my case, I ended up on the cover of the New York Times.
- 42:47And in retaliation for that, five days later, while I was
- 42:50going through a very difficult pregnancy and I was on bed rest
- 42:53in the process of a possible miscarriage, they filed motions
- 42:58demanding that the judge order me to schedule an abortion I did
- 43:02not want, that was Catholic, I didn't want an abortion.
- 43:06And they filed a motion demanding that not only that I
- 43:08be required to schedule it, but that I be required to schedule
- 43:12the fastest abortion available in the state of Maryland.
- 43:16And they even went so far as to call my lawyer and say they had
- 43:18checked with Johns Hopkins and made sure there was
- 43:20availability. And our arbitrator did nothing.
- 43:27They asked while I was in labor and refusing to go if they could
- 43:30come and depose me bedside while I was in active labor.
- 43:35And then they threatened me and my lawyer and stopped copying
- 43:39our arbitrator and said if I didn't schedule the abortion by
- 43:427:00 PM, that they would file a $20,000 sanctions motion against
- 43:47me and that I could not afford to fight.
- 43:54Yeah. And our arbitrator took no
- 43:57punitive action to their conduct.
- 43:59I did. To me, in that case, seems to me
- 44:06like they're responsible for a homicide and it seems like they
- 44:13should be charged for that. Now they filed in Arizona, which
- 44:16is one of the only states in the United States that has a law
- 44:20preventing the coercion of an abortion.
- 44:22It's criminal. And I went to Arizona, to their
- 44:25commissioners and begged them to file charges against the lawyers
- 44:28for the coercion of an abortion. And they said because I was a
- 44:32Maryland resident, I was not entitled to do so, even though
- 44:36they used an Arizona court proceeding to do so in the state
- 44:38of Arizona, originating in the state of Arizona.
- 44:41Maryland doesn't have that law. And I tried.
- 44:45But again, Arizona's laws are tailored to favor big business.
- 44:50They don't rock boats for big business.
- 44:52They are the number one location for private equity to see their
- 44:56low, their corporations. Texas is second.
- 45:01And yeah, I agree it was criminal and I tried to get them
- 45:05to press charges and they could not be bothered.
- 45:08I mean, this is just horrific. It's it's, you know, if you
- 45:11weren't sitting here and somebody told me that story, I
- 45:13would think it's physically impossible that that occurs.
- 45:16And in no way am I questioning your integrity.
- 45:19I would just have to sit there and go under what, you know,
- 45:22what planet are we under that some law firm is filing
- 45:27documents, trying to force somebody to have an abortion
- 45:31simply because they're fighting her.
- 45:33And, you know, and of course, her case in court, the
- 45:36consequences for that. You know, my opinion is that
- 45:39people like that should have an expedited meeting with God and
- 45:42let God sort them out. But it's hard for me because the
- 45:47legal system is a dirty cesspool of cheating and lying.
- 45:51And it doesn't matter whether you're involved with the
- 45:53arbitrators. You know, I think we've got so
- 45:55many flaws in this system. I think absolute immunity is one
- 45:59of them. Qualified immunity is another
- 46:00one. Lifetime appointments is another
- 46:02one of them. And they operate so extra
- 46:05constitutionally and unconstitutionally and above the
- 46:07statute. You know, this should have been
- 46:10something where you could have immediately noticed the court
- 46:12that this arbitrator wasn't defending your position.
- 46:15And in my opinion, jurisdictionally, Arizona didn't
- 46:19have that right. It didn't matter whether you
- 46:20weren't an Arizona resident. That corporation was operating
- 46:24within Arizona jurisdictionally. And when they filed that
- 46:26document, the jurisdiction of Arizona took over because,
- 46:31again, you had supposedly agreed to arbitration, binding
- 46:34arbitration, and that means you agreed to the jurisdiction of
- 46:37Arizona. So in my opinion, Arizona's
- 46:40ruling on that was incorrect. But it's too late.
- 46:42A life was lost, and these people should pay the ultimate
- 46:46price for that, in my opinion. If I was a judge in Arizona, I
- 46:50would charge them with homicide, all of them.
- 46:53And I would incarcerate them with lifetime sentences for
- 46:55their egregious misuse of the legal system to attack somebody
- 47:00on such a personal level. And you know, you've got a story
- 47:03in here that goes on here that they hired a, a guy that had how
- 47:06many felonies? 88 felony charges for forgery,
- 47:10counterfeiting, assault, escaping police custody to
- 47:13assault a witness in his case and.
- 47:16What did he do for them? What was what was he hired to
- 47:18do? He forged affidavits that they
- 47:21submitted to a court. In it they they filed like 7
- 47:24this. Is the law firm hired a guy with
- 47:2688 felonies? Yep.
- 47:28DLA Piper, the second largest law firm in the United States,
- 47:31hired a man named Joseph Michael Horton, who has 88 felony
- 47:34charges, 13 years hard prison time out on parole.
- 47:37His charges were all for counterfeiting and forgery.
- 47:40And they needed affidavits that said we had been served a new
- 47:43court case they had filed that they strategically and
- 47:46systematically changed my address on 44 documents in so
- 47:50that they would get a default ruling against us for $2.3
- 47:52million and the. Default judgment is one of the
- 47:57worst things, right? Because those default judgments,
- 48:00they act like they served you. You don't even know the case was
- 48:02done. Some guy tries to come to the
- 48:05house to collect his fee or to your business.
- 48:06He can't find you. So he just says, oh, she wasn't
- 48:10willing to take it. I just threw it in the door.
- 48:12They don't have any proof that you were ever served, you know,
- 48:14which was valid service, which for anybody that hasn't been
- 48:16through that, they hire these process servers.
- 48:19Most of them are scumbags. Some of them are OK.
- 48:22And then, and then if they can't get you with that, then they
- 48:23hire sheriffs in cities to serve people.
- 48:27And then if they and a lot of times they'll act like they
- 48:29served you when they didn't. And that's how they get the
- 48:31default judgement. And then you have to prove to
- 48:33the court that you were never served, correct?
- 48:35And at the end of the day, in an arbitration case, I assume they
- 48:38just ignore the fact that you say you were never served, I
- 48:41assume correct? So in this case, this was the
- 48:44third case they filed against me.
- 48:45This was in a court in Arizona and they systematically changed
- 48:50our address on 44 filings so we would never find out about it
- 48:54and they got a $2.3 million default judgement against us for
- 48:57attorneys fees. 43543 false address claims You know I if it
- 49:04wasn't for George getting mad at me I I want to use the F bound
- 49:07about go. Ahead.
- 49:08I don't care. I, I mean, I literally, I know
- 49:11he's going to have to go back and edit it.
- 49:13I just, you know, these, these mother effers, you know, I
- 49:17really, really feel like these are some of the worst of the
- 49:19worst. And the scumbag law firms that
- 49:22participate in this kind of behavior don't care who they
- 49:25are. They should be taking a task and
- 49:27be honest with you. If I, if I was a federal
- 49:29prosecutor, I would go after these guys for racketeering,
- 49:32concurrent criminalization, Rico, and I would take their law
- 49:34licenses and I would make sure all of them face jail time.
- 49:37But this is the this is the issue.
- 49:39We have the American people, the American small business owner.
- 49:42And you tell me if I'm wrong. Tiffany and George, we've
- 49:45discussed this more than once. I don't feel like we have
- 49:48anybody to turn to that we can trust.
- 49:50We don't. We don't you.
- 49:52Know I don't feel like we can trust this FBI.
- 49:54Well, we have the FTC, and right now, I'm going to be frank.
- 49:57Lena Khan has done a very good job trying to take up this
- 50:00mantle, but she has no allies like that.
- 50:03Lena. Khan, does she get, if she
- 50:04doesn't have the DOJ to bring the prosecution, you know, she
- 50:08can do all the investigation. You know, George, I got to get
- 50:10your comments on this because we've talked about this so many
- 50:13times on the show. It bothers me because they have
- 50:16all these hearings, right? Kind of like that hearing we
- 50:17were talking about earlier. They had these hearings and they
- 50:20had these committees and they, some of the Republicans stomp
- 50:22their feeds and the Democrats just attack people.
- 50:24And we expose the Hunter Biden laptop, we expose Burisma, we
- 50:28expose human trafficking, or we expose the corruption within the
- 50:33SBA or the Department of Justice or the DoD.
- 50:37And then absolutely nothing freaking happens.
- 50:41They go around, they get some press, they get up there and
- 50:44make a public, we're going to have a meeting and it's Oh my
- 50:46God, you won't believe it. We just and then nothing
- 50:48happens. George, am I wrong?
- 50:49I mean, I am so tired of these, these people and having no
- 50:54consequences. They don't get shackled up
- 50:56because I guarantee if it was you, Tiffany or George, they'd
- 50:59already be hitting our house with flash bangs.
- 51:01We'd be down on the ground and we'd get in Taser.
- 51:02They're kicking the pets, you know, telling us that they had
- 51:05to kill a couple of our pets because our 3 LB dog went after
- 51:08them. George.
- 51:09Rest in peace, Peanut. I was just going to say justice
- 51:12for Peanut. Peanut and Fred, I mean, what
- 51:14the hell? So are you kidding me?
- 51:16They could have given the guy a ticket.
- 51:17They got to go in and exterminate Peanut and Fred and
- 51:20they got to act like Nazi Discopa Discopa Gestapo agents.
- 51:23I had to say that three times. Gestapo agents.
- 51:26And they literally went in and wrecked the guy's house.
- 51:29And the guy is running an animal sanctuary.
- 51:31He's using the revenue that he's got from Peanut and Fred coming
- 51:34in on social media. They could have just given the
- 51:36guy a ticket and said, hey, here's a ticket, Please go get
- 51:38the license. We don't want to come back and,
- 51:40you know, euthanize your pets. Just get the license.
- 51:43We'll give you 3 weeks or four weeks to get it.
- 51:44Just please do it. The guy would have done it.
- 51:46I mean, he was trying to do the right thing, but they got to go
- 51:48and do something shitty. George, go ahead.
- 51:50Yeah, you can't sidetrack Lance Tiffany.
- 51:52See what happens. All that kind of shit, you know,
- 51:54I'm an animal guy. I'm a child guy.
- 51:56I. Want to mute him?
- 51:57I just muted him. Right, because I don't like
- 51:58innocent victims at the end. I don't like freaking bullies,
- 52:02George. I can keep going as long as you
- 52:04guys can. Go no, no, we keep going.
- 52:06But no. SO it's just like, all right, so
- 52:09we have all these hearings, Lance, we're talking about that.
- 52:12They waste a lot of taxpayer money.
- 52:14Talk. Everybody talks a good game and
- 52:16we get nothing. Unless you're, unless you're
- 52:19conservative, you'll get like thrown in, you know, camp for
- 52:23six months for defying a court order or something or subpoena.
- 52:26Navarro. Yeah, but so all these people
- 52:30now that Trump's putting in office and not in office in
- 52:33positions, they all spoke up all saying you know what needs to be
- 52:37done. If they don't, if the
- 52:38Republicans do not pull together unity and get shit done, we're
- 52:44done. This is our last chance.
- 52:47And and they have they actually have less than two years to get
- 52:50this stuff done, get majority of major stuff done.
- 52:53And if they if. They get enough started, people
- 52:56will reward them with keeping them in power, so we have two
- 52:59years to get a lot going. Less than two years.
- 53:02Big ticket items. But I do believe we could make
- 53:04this a four year program. And you know, a lot like when
- 53:08you say we don't have anywhere to go, you're absolutely right.
- 53:10Right now, if you go and talk to Siri on your phone and you ask
- 53:14her how many, what percentage of businesses in the United States
- 53:16are small businesses? 99.9% meet the federal
- 53:19definition for small businesses. 99.9% of the businesses in the
- 53:23US are small businesses. Now, big corporations have been
- 53:27eliminating jobs over the last 30 years.
- 53:29They have created 0 new jobs. 98% of all creative jobs in the
- 53:32United States over the last decade were small business
- 53:35created jobs. And when you go and look to
- 53:37Washington and ask who they're listening to, they're listening
- 53:40to the billionaires putting the small businesses out of
- 53:42business. They take the Chamber of
- 53:44Commerce and they take Fran Pack.
- 53:46These are like packs that began with small business interests,
- 53:51were quickly captured by billionaires and Fortune 500
- 53:54companies, and are in the ear of every single politician.
- 53:56They're paying off and it is everyone, everyone.
- 54:01And So what happens is you have a these politicians that have
- 54:04plausible deniability. They've given themselves where
- 54:06they go. I'm working for the small
- 54:08businesses. I'm doing stuff for the small
- 54:09businesses. I just talked to the folks from
- 54:12Frampac. They told me so.
- 54:14Fran Pack is captured by billionaires.
- 54:16They're owned by the billionaires that are acquiring
- 54:19the brands these small businesses are in.
- 54:22They're, they're the, the Chamber of Commerce is owned
- 54:24almost entirely funded by Fortune 500 companies.
- 54:27They have no vested interest in seeing a small business, no.
- 54:30They don't care. None.
- 54:33It's all about just, it's all about image and money for
- 54:35themselves. But so listen, they're all full
- 54:38of shit. I just got to ask though,
- 54:39George, let me ask this really quick and you can jump in.
- 54:41But you testified in front of the US House and Senate, you
- 54:45know, investigating committees, more of those, you know, let's
- 54:47have some more committees. Did you, did that do anything?
- 54:51Is it doing anything? Is it, is it getting any kind of
- 54:54action where some people are going to face consequences for
- 54:57this bullshit? Actually thought we were making
- 55:00good progress with the Small Business and Entrepreneurs
- 55:02Investigative Committee and the Menendez got caught for bribery
- 55:05and Ben Cardin was removed as the chair and sent a tip to
- 55:09cover him in international affairs.
- 55:11And as a result, we're starting over.
- 55:13In Senator Mendez, yes. Oh yeah, he's from my state.
- 55:16Yeah, well, Cardin was from my state and he was the chair of
- 55:20the committee and unfortunately he had to leave the committee to
- 55:24go and take over in the International Affairs committee.
- 55:27So now you're starting from scratch.
- 55:29Yeah, so we're starting over the FTC.
- 55:31What state? Is still giving me a lot of
- 55:34hope. Now, one of the appointments
- 55:37that that Trump has not announced is who's going to be
- 55:40an FTC. My hope is that he's going to
- 55:42keep Lena Khan there. We know that Gates likes Khan.
- 55:46We know that Josh Hawley is a very big fan of Khan.
- 55:49We know JD Vance said Khan was the one thing that Biden got
- 55:52right, advocating for the little guy, the everyday working
- 55:55American and small businesses. I, I hope that we're not
- 55:58starting from scratch there because we have no one in
- 56:01government. There has not been an actual
- 56:03small business advocate on the National Economic Council since
- 56:06George senior and it's 99% of the businesses in our country,
- 56:1398% of the created jobs in our country and there is nobody
- 56:17speaking for them in our federal government, Nobody.
- 56:20I hope I'm going to be that person.
- 56:23Well, it sure would be nice if they, if you were the expert
- 56:26they deferred to on every talk topic.
- 56:28I don't know what that would mean.
- 56:30That would mean assistant secretary to Small Business
- 56:32Administration. I don't know exactly where that
- 56:34would put you, but you know, we've got a dirty house.
- 56:37Wait. And and the problem is cleaning
- 56:39those people out. I'm sorry, George, go.
- 56:40No. No.
- 56:41So you just mentioned something about.
- 56:43So are you going to be working in administration?
- 56:45We, we nobody, Our listeners haven't heard anything.
- 56:48I I'm interested in working the administration.
- 56:50I've been saying since we didn't know who was going to win, that
- 56:52I would answer either's call, either camp's call.
- 56:55I have been asked to submit my paperwork.
- 56:59I've been asked to submit my interest.
- 57:02And so I'm in that process now. I am being ripped apart by
- 57:07whether or not I want to target private equity or I want to
- 57:10advocate small business. Advocacy matters the most, I
- 57:12think, to the American people because I can advocate over at
- 57:16the National Economic Council side, if we're able to get a
- 57:19small business advocate on the National Economic Council, not
- 57:23the Economic Advisory Council, that's three appointees and
- 57:26they're all economists. But on the National Economic
- 57:28Council, we have not seen an actual small business advocate
- 57:31that wasn't a plant by a billionaire in decades.
- 57:34And so I would really love to see that.
- 57:36And I would really love to see, there's also a public affairs
- 57:39liaison that is the voice between the administration and
- 57:43small businesses back and forth. And that's another place I could
- 57:46see doing good work. You got to do, we got to start
- 57:47pushing, pushing her name and and what she's standing up for
- 57:50on X, the Deutsche Dodge, whatever, you know.
- 57:55Yeah, to the Department of Government efficiency.
- 57:57You know, my take always is that regardless of people's
- 58:01background, even people with felonies, in my opinion, I think
- 58:06people that have been forged in fire are, are, are always the
- 58:09best pick. The person that's already been
- 58:11through hell and back is always going to be the best advocate
- 58:15for people that maybe haven't had to head down that road.
- 58:18You know, because people are naive to what's going on.
- 58:20They really, they, they, they, what are their 7000 positions
- 58:24that have to be filled under the Trump administration?
- 58:26It isn't just cabinet positions. It's a major event.
- 58:29They've got, you know, I, I was anonymously nominated to go into
- 58:33the Trump admin. I don't know that anything will
- 58:34come from it. But at the end of the day, I was
- 58:36at least. I voted for it.
- 58:38I feel, I appreciate that, George, thanks.
- 58:40I felt, I appreciate the fact that somebody nominated me, that
- 58:43they had confidence in me. I don't know that it'll go
- 58:44anywhere, but I often think that it's so important to get people
- 58:48that are on the ground. You've been in the fight from
- 58:50top. You have suffered just some
- 58:52awful consequences here, you know, and these people, you
- 58:56know, they should face the consequences for their actions.
- 58:59I don't care whether it's a law firm, a private equity firm.
- 59:02I think the difficulty is, is that there's so much dirty money
- 59:07funded from private equity firms through congressional members
- 59:10that they're, there's so many ways with.
- 59:12I just saw today that that rotten SLB Pence got a three to
- 59:17$4 million two book deal. And I'm sure that's just to pay
- 59:21him to keep his mouth shut. You know that Simon and Schuster
- 59:24and also 36 of their brands. Yeah, the old, the old, the old
- 59:27book deal, you know that and the and the obviously the lobbyists
- 59:31and the foreign money and the dark money and the Super PAC
- 59:34money. There is just so much bribery
- 59:38and graph in there. And that's what my concern is.
- 59:41You know, you're obviously would be a top pick for me to at least
- 59:44run, you know, put somebody in there that's really going to
- 59:46make a difference and then have you going, well, here's a big
- 59:48problem. We better go after these people
- 59:50because I always say this. I know there's lots of heads of
- 59:52the snake. And people say to me, oh, well,
- 59:54you know, you just chop off the head of the snake.
- 59:56Another one will come up. Yeah.
- 59:57But I'm going to tell you something that some of these
- 59:58private equity guys got life for doing what they did to you with
- 1:00:02this abortion. I guarantee some of those other
- 1:00:04private equity guys will go, hell no, I'm not doing that.
- 1:00:07I saw that guy just got a life sentence.
- 1:00:09I think these guys need to really pay for this, what
- 1:00:12they've done across the country, because I can't imagine how many
- 1:00:16billions of dollars. Americans across the country who
- 1:00:20got screwed by franchisees and got screwed by and what did you
- 1:00:24call that COBRA? What is it called that loan?
- 1:00:26Robra. Robra, I've never heard of that
- 1:00:29before. I'm going to do some research on
- 1:00:31it, but what a rotten, miserable type of a loan that it goes
- 1:00:35after your retirement. And I just see the corruption in
- 1:00:38these organizations. And I, I, I've never liked
- 1:00:40franchising, to be honest with you.
- 1:00:41Franchises have always kind of caught me as just too much of
- 1:00:45it. It's kind of like the movie
- 1:00:45business in Hollywood. Distribution is the big deal,
- 1:00:48right? So paying the people for
- 1:00:49distribution, they'll tell you, oh, we're going to need 3 or $4
- 1:00:51million for advertising. And really they only spend 500
- 1:00:54grand. That's the first 3 and a 2 1/2.
- 1:00:56So when your movie starts to go, the first 3,000,000's got to go
- 1:00:59back to pay the advertising, but yet they've never spent that
- 1:01:01kind of money on advertising. They charge you $3,000,000 for
- 1:01:04posters and the truth is they only spend 500 grand on posters.
- 1:01:07That's how they get over on people that create movies.
- 1:01:09They, they front load all kinds of expenses.
- 1:01:12I know a guy that got into the movie industry that has a, a
- 1:01:14crazy amount of money. He's a multi billionaire and he
- 1:01:17just got screwed from end to end in the movie business.
- 1:01:20And I and I, it's the same sense I have about these private
- 1:01:22equity firms. They get away with so much and
- 1:01:25the SEC has been so focused on trying to ruin the crypto
- 1:01:29market. You know, Gary Gensler and he
- 1:01:31doesn't pay attention to what's really going on in the actual
- 1:01:33crimes and the FTC, I'll be honest, I, I just the FTC and
- 1:01:38the FCCI just don't see them doing the work they should be
- 1:01:43doing. They allow so much criminal
- 1:01:46stuff to continue on. You know the.
- 1:01:48FTC is overworked. They get like I, I, I hate to
- 1:01:51like keep beating this drum, but they've called me into their
- 1:01:53offices a dozen times. They have met with me over and
- 1:01:57over and over again. And they have met with tons of
- 1:02:00the victims at Premier Martial Arts.
- 1:02:02They have met with Burger and victims, Burgerfi victims.
- 1:02:05They are overextended because there is so much fraud, there is
- 1:02:08so much corruption and they have a very limited budget, right?
- 1:02:12But I will say that in this administration, for the first
- 1:02:16time really in decades, we are seeing an FTC chair that is
- 1:02:21actually putting, in my opinion, people first, everyday,
- 1:02:24Americans 1st and small businesses 1st.
- 1:02:26And we've not had that in a long time.
- 1:02:27But I agree, there's so much more to be done.
- 1:02:29That's why I hope her tenure doesn't get cut short.
- 1:02:32I really. What do you think, George?
- 1:02:34No, I got a question, 'cause we were talking about BlackRock
- 1:02:36earlier. What about going after BlackRock
- 1:02:39like for Monopoly? I would love to talk to you
- 1:02:42about BlackRock. You want to know why we're never
- 1:02:43going to go after BlackRock? And at Blackstone's we mentioned
- 1:02:46earlier, but they were, they spawned Blackstone.
- 1:02:48The reason we're never going to go after BlackRock is very
- 1:02:51simple and it's absolutely corrupt, as corrupt as our
- 1:02:53government gets. They own 82 percent, 82% them.
- 1:02:59Vanguard and State Street own 82% of the S&P, 588% in some
- 1:03:04cycles. And the reason we are never,
- 1:03:06ever, ever going to go after them is because the people
- 1:03:09tasked with governing them, with regulating them.
- 1:03:13The entire federal pension, 81% of it is invested with
- 1:03:19BlackRock. That means every single person
- 1:03:21that has ever been a federal employee, every congressman,
- 1:03:25every president, their pensions are all well, that.
- 1:03:32That pretty much wraps that up with BlackRock, Larry, think of
- 1:03:35them, have obviously the perfect situation.
- 1:03:37Because if you did, you're putting at risk the future of
- 1:03:40everyone who has ever worked for you and everyone who works for
- 1:03:43you now as a legislator. And that is why they will never
- 1:03:46be regulated unless we demand it.
- 1:03:49And it would have to be a pretty, pretty united voice.
- 1:03:54But that is wow. I mean, just, I think today was
- 1:03:56it today, Lance said the DOJ wants Google to get rid of sell
- 1:04:02Google Chrome I. Hope they do.
- 1:04:05Well, Google's been manipulating everything from Chrome, all the
- 1:04:09search engines stuff that you know, it's so obvious.
- 1:04:11You go over to DuckDuckGo or Brave, and I'm not saying those
- 1:04:14are perfect, but you go over there and you can see the
- 1:04:16searches. When you type in a certain
- 1:04:18search string, it's completely different.
- 1:04:20And it's because the search strings over Google are
- 1:04:22manipulated by what Google obviously only wants you to see.
- 1:04:26With advertising revenue. Yeah, of course.
- 1:04:28And the advertisers and the rest of it.
- 1:04:30It's, you know, this is a tough situation.
- 1:04:32So you you've been on RFK's show, you know, tell me.
- 1:04:36I like RFKI, like him for a lot of things.
- 1:04:38I like what Trump teaming up with him and Tulsi Gabbard and I
- 1:04:43love Tom Holman. There's just lots of picks.
- 1:04:46What's his position? You know, he's a smart guy.
- 1:04:49He sees this for what it is. And I know he's got his own
- 1:04:51fight with Fauci and Big Pharma. You know, what does he think the
- 1:04:54solution is here is? Does he believe that Matt Gates
- 1:04:56and others are prepared to go after these people in these
- 1:04:59organizations and make them pay for what they're doing?
- 1:05:02I think that he's very, very focused on HHS right now, which
- 1:05:07I do know how he feels about private equity, which is that
- 1:05:09it's abhorrent and he wants it regulated.
- 1:05:11So I do believe that there's room at HHS to target private
- 1:05:13equities acquisition and capture of healthcare.
- 1:05:17But I know that if we're looking for an ally in this
- 1:05:20administration that would help us to go after private equity
- 1:05:22and lift up small businesses, RFK is absolutely that guy.
- 1:05:25That's why I wanted it's. It's why I backed his campaign.
- 1:05:29It's because I know for a fact he's the only one drawing
- 1:05:32attention to these issues. He found me.
- 1:05:34He read my articles. The New York Times called me one
- 1:05:36night while I was doing dishes. Hey there.
- 1:05:39It's Bobby Kennedy I'd really like to talk to.
- 1:05:40You. Did.
- 1:05:42You think it was him or some imposter?
- 1:05:44At first, honestly, I, I had been at one of his rallies as a
- 1:05:48member of the press, so I thought maybe it was like his
- 1:05:50press office or something with my TikTok channel.
- 1:05:53And that's how like I. Thought they were pranking you,
- 1:05:55you know? You know, he's got a tough
- 1:05:57voice. Although I did see a comedian
- 1:05:58the other day do a really good impersonation of him.
- 1:06:01But listen, Trump, like Trump said about RFK, as long as he
- 1:06:04stays away from the oil, he can do what he needs to do.
- 1:06:09Well, I really hope you know Matt Gaetz and Josh Hawley both
- 1:06:12have big issues with with what's going on with private equity.
- 1:06:16I can't say I know how JD Vance feels about private equity given
- 1:06:19his relationship with Peter Thiel.
- 1:06:21But what I do know is that he has supported what Lena Khan has
- 1:06:26been doing, supporting small businesses and targeting the
- 1:06:28tech giants. And so I do see a likelihood
- 1:06:32that there is some alignment there and room to make a
- 1:06:35difference in this administration.
- 1:06:36One, in, in the regulation of private equity, 2IN advocacy and
- 1:06:41giving small businesses an actual voice in Washington, DC
- 1:06:45that they have not had for 30 years.
- 1:06:48And three, hopefully in seeing a real change in, in making it so
- 1:06:53at a minimum, forced arbitration has to follow the law.
- 1:06:56I think there's, there's room in this administration to do an
- 1:07:00immense amount of good with three directions.
- 1:07:02I I can't say I can do all of it, but I believe that there's
- 1:07:05room in this administration to do all of that.
- 1:07:07You know, like we're talking about Gates.
- 1:07:09Like those are big shoes to fill when he gets in.
- 1:07:13He's got so much work to do. He's going to need to get some
- 1:07:17heavy hitters helping him. Matt Whitaker.
- 1:07:22Hear My husband's available for a transfer.
- 1:07:26I like it. And he's probably, and he's
- 1:07:28probably pissed off your husband, right?
- 1:07:30The guy, your husband's fortune. I would say my husband is far
- 1:07:33more than pissed off at this point, yeah.
- 1:07:36Yeah, yeah. It's difficult, you know, you,
- 1:07:38you look at this. But George, are they appointed?
- 1:07:40Maybe I'm wrong here, but they haven't appointed the OIG yet,
- 1:07:44have they? OIG and FBI?
- 1:07:46Not yet. You know, so the Office of
- 1:07:48Inspector General is going to be a big one because allegedly
- 1:07:53they're the ones that are supposed to be overseeing a lot
- 1:07:55of these organizations. And they're the ones that are
- 1:07:57supposed to hold them to task when they find out they're not
- 1:08:01doing what they're supposed to be, meaning that they're
- 1:08:03breaking the law, operating unconstitutionally or violating
- 1:08:06their charter or what their obligation is to, you know, keep
- 1:08:11on top of the people that work for them.
- 1:08:13And we've seen it over and over again.
- 1:08:14I mean, the DOJ, these prosecutors are just rogue at
- 1:08:18this point. The majority of them, I want to
- 1:08:19say there's, I'm not saying there aren't any good ones.
- 1:08:21I'm saying that many of them, I did this thing that I went into
- 1:08:25PACER and I looked at criminal cases and I took replies from
- 1:08:31prosecutors and I just did it across the country, just
- 1:08:34randomly grabbed replies. And then I stuck them into a
- 1:08:36couple of different AI analysis, you know, Chad, GBT and others,
- 1:08:41and do legal analysis, LexisNexis, couple of them.
- 1:08:44And I said once you review this reply from the prosecutor, the
- 1:08:48federal prosecutor, I want you to tell me how many times the
- 1:08:50law was misquoted, misapplied, misinterpreted.
- 1:08:54Promotions, right? A judicial quote was changed.
- 1:08:57How many times did they state a case and the case was not at all
- 1:09:02what they said and how many times?
- 1:09:03So I stuck like 20 cases in there and did that.
- 1:09:06And in the 20 cases it. So in those cases, at least 30,
- 1:09:10a minimum of 30% of the time the law was misquoted, and in some
- 1:09:14cases 80% of the time. And then I went and looked to
- 1:09:17see how the defence counsels replied because it was clear.
- 1:09:21You could see they took a case. They even changed the judicial
- 1:09:24quote or they just took EP search from the judicial quote,
- 1:09:27making it seem like it said something that it didn't say.
- 1:09:31And I asked how many times I took the defence.
- 1:09:33They looked at the defence's replies and you know the defence
- 1:09:35counsels never replied and attacked the prosecutors for
- 1:09:39their misapplication and misquoting of the law.
- 1:09:42Just too busy, Lance. Just too busy claims lawyering,
- 1:09:47unethical lawyering. Let me let me say this, and I
- 1:09:50say this really, really firmly. Big corporations, corrupt
- 1:09:55agencies, corrupt regulatory bodies could not do bad things
- 1:10:00without the assistance and the leadership of bad lawyers.
- 1:10:03Unethical lawyers have paved the way through a hellscape of of a
- 1:10:08corruption of our legal system. And that's actually me to say
- 1:10:11married to one. But we do know it to be true.
- 1:10:15Yeah, it's very well said. You know, Georgia, you can give
- 1:10:18me your thoughts. I just, I think this system is
- 1:10:20so, it's so broken that I'm not, I don't know if four years is
- 1:10:26enough to fix it because the only way you're going to fix it
- 1:10:28is, is literally just shut down certain organizations and then
- 1:10:32recast the entire working staff. It doesn't mean that some of the
- 1:10:35prosecutors can't reapply. I just don't know how you can
- 1:10:38fix this. And especially maybe the FTC is
- 1:10:40trying to do the work and maybe they don't have a big enough
- 1:10:42budget. But when you're wasting so much
- 1:10:44money back Ukraine and, you know, funding, you know what
- 1:10:48both sides in Israel and Palestine.
- 1:10:50And I just I'm tired of the kinetic events and I'm tired of
- 1:10:53government waste. I do have high hopes like
- 1:10:55George. George, what do you think?
- 1:10:57Department of Government efficiency.
- 1:10:58Can we fix this or is it too late and too much?
- 1:11:02Government efficiency, well, they can definitely get rid of,
- 1:11:04they can definitely get rid of a lot of stuff and, and save money
- 1:11:10because there's just so much waste.
- 1:11:13But as far as the FBI, the DOJ, the CIA, the NSA, that's a
- 1:11:19battle. It's, it's going to take more
- 1:11:20than four years to fix everything.
- 1:11:22There's no doubt more than four years.
- 1:11:24Amy K Nelson's case. Who?
- 1:11:27Amy K Nelson. Never heard of her.
- 1:11:29No, she was the CEO of a startup she founded.
- 1:11:32Her husband was a real estate broker or like a real estate
- 1:11:38brokerage negotiator that had a big contract with Amazon and
- 1:11:43they had $100 million contract and the only way Amazon could
- 1:11:46get out of the contract was if somebody in leadership at the
- 1:11:49business was convicted of a felony.
- 1:11:51Amazon hired like a dozen lobbyists that were former DOJ
- 1:11:57prosecutors to go and lobby the DOJ to target the leadership at
- 1:12:01this company and go after them and say they committed a felony.
- 1:12:06Now, they didn't have any 'cause they didn't even give them any
- 1:12:08evidence. They just said, hey, trust us,
- 1:12:10trust us. The DOJ sent FBI agents into
- 1:12:15this woman's house, guns drawn. Her four baby girls, one of them
- 1:12:19two months old at the time, I think, were in the house, guns
- 1:12:22drawn, raided their home, took her husband.
- 1:12:26She, thank God, was a lawyer, just like I was married to a
- 1:12:30lawyer. She was able to raise millions
- 1:12:32of dollars to fight. She would not allow her husband
- 1:12:36to take the many plea deals that were offered.
- 1:12:39They ended up fighting in the DOJ and eventually said we never
- 1:12:42had the evidence to charge. Nothing actually happened, but
- 1:12:45not before seizing all of their assets, not before forfeiting
- 1:12:49their home. Ruining their reputations.
- 1:12:52And then to get their money back through the civil forfeiture, to
- 1:12:55get it back, they had to give up 25% of it to the government for
- 1:12:58handling the money. And like, this is just another
- 1:13:00example of, like, our agencies are captured and the revolving
- 1:13:04door of corruption that is taking people out of our
- 1:13:07government, sending them to lobby groups and coming back in
- 1:13:09is so toxic that if it is not stopped, yeah, it, it it's toxic
- 1:13:14for small businesses. It is toxic for working
- 1:13:16Americans. The only industries that are
- 1:13:18being served are the 1% or even the 1% of the 1%.
- 1:13:22And that is what Trump has promised to change.
- 1:13:24That is what Bobby thought to change.
- 1:13:26And I hope that we're actually going to see those changes being
- 1:13:28made. You know, it's interesting
- 1:13:31because 18 USC Code 241 and 242 deprivation of rights under
- 1:13:36color of law. You, you would think that all
- 1:13:39those DOJ members and all those people that were working that
- 1:13:43brought the charges against Nelson and her family, they
- 1:13:46would all face criminal charges. But there's where the old
- 1:13:49absolute immunity kicks in. And there's why?
- 1:13:51Because I always talk about this, the DOJ, the supervision
- 1:13:55and the oversight, the OIGDOJ department, office of
- 1:13:59Professional Responsibility, DOJ department, Penn publicly,
- 1:14:03integrity Division, DOJ department, civil rights
- 1:14:05division, DOJ department. And if you want to bring a
- 1:14:08claim, you have to go file a tort claim and get approved for
- 1:14:12the tort claim, even if you've been injured.
- 1:14:14Let's say you've been unlawfully incarcerated.
- 1:14:16Let's say they lied. They've committed Brady
- 1:14:18violations, Giglio violations, constitutional violations,
- 1:14:21misprisonage of felony, fraud on the courts.
- 1:14:24They've done it all. You have to go ask if you can
- 1:14:27bring a tort claim, which in itself is the most ridiculous
- 1:14:31thing I've ever heard. And they don't file of, of all
- 1:14:34these cases across the United States.
- 1:14:36Like that one's egregious. You just told me there are so
- 1:14:38many cases. Securus Technologies have been
- 1:14:41eavesdropping on legal phone calls since 2006, and they've
- 1:14:44been providing those phone calls to the DOJFBIDEAATF, lots of
- 1:14:50cases all across the United States.
- 1:14:51Your husband could go look this up.
- 1:14:52Securus Technologies eavesdropping on legal phone
- 1:14:54calls. But yet, because they're such a
- 1:14:57big company and there's so much money involved, they're still
- 1:14:59providing phone services for all pretrial detainees across the
- 1:15:03country. And all these institutions,
- 1:15:06these are people that haven't even been convicted yet and they
- 1:15:09know that all these breaches have happened where the attorney
- 1:15:12phone calls were turned over. And not once in literally
- 1:15:16thousands and thousands of cases where those phone calls were
- 1:15:19turned over. Have the Department of Justice
- 1:15:22prosecutors ever notified the courts.
- 1:15:24Hey, we have a problem. We received attorney-client
- 1:15:27privileged communications. We got to stop here for a
- 1:15:28minute. We have an issue.
- 1:15:30Take these this back, clean them.
- 1:15:31We need just we want to make sure there are not once have
- 1:15:33they ever reported it, which in fact is a crime.
- 1:15:36Not only are you committing wiretapping crimes, but my point
- 1:15:38is in the case of Nelson's, all those people that said, oh, we
- 1:15:41didn't have any evidence, they should all face criminal
- 1:15:44charges. And that's my problem.
- 1:15:46I think the prosecutor should be allowed to get their job.
- 1:15:49But the only person in my book that gets absolute immunity is
- 1:15:51God. That's it.
- 1:15:53Qualified immunity. That's out the door.
- 1:15:55If you want to do the job, if you want to work for the DOJ,
- 1:15:57then follow the rule book because let's face it, 96 or 7%
- 1:16:02conviction rate, any mathematician would tell you
- 1:16:05that's physically impossible unless you're cheating.
- 1:16:07I mean, if you walked in casino and said here's what I'm going
- 1:16:09to do, I'm going to have a 96% percent or 7% win rate.
- 1:16:12So just so you guys know, and they're going to tell you sorry,
- 1:16:15when we're sure you're going to be cheating, you can't bet in
- 1:16:17this casino. Yeah, it just this is the most
- 1:16:19insane thing. And I hope that Matt Gaetz is
- 1:16:22going to because look at what Tisha James is doing.
- 1:16:25Look what she did in her case. Look what Judge Merchant did.
- 1:16:28That was deprivation of rights under color of law.
- 1:16:31We know that was fraudulently propelled by the Biden
- 1:16:33administration. But where are the consequences?
- 1:16:35What I want to hear from this, from this cabinet and from
- 1:16:39Donald Trump. He made a comment the other day
- 1:16:41and it made me uneasy when he said, oh, I'm not looking to get
- 1:16:44even with people. I'm willing to give second and
- 1:16:45third chances. No, there are no second and
- 1:16:48third chances. It's time for these people to
- 1:16:50face the consequences of their actions and I want to see that
- 1:16:54this time. He said he was going to go after
- 1:16:55Hillary Clinton. He said he was going to drain
- 1:16:56the swamp Round 1. He didn't do shit.
- 1:16:59So I'm looking for some answers this time.
- 1:17:01I want to see these people face the same consequences that
- 1:17:04American citizens would face if the roles were reversed.
- 1:17:07I mean, George, your thought? And then we'll go to Tiffany.
- 1:17:09Listen, I want to see action. I don't want to see no more
- 1:17:12freaking clown show hearings, no more wasting our money.
- 1:17:15I mean, let's go, let's start getting arrests.
- 1:17:18Let's get accountability to get back to our Constitution.
- 1:17:21It's it's simple. Let's not complicate it.
- 1:17:24And you keep it freaking simple. Keep it simple, stupid.
- 1:17:27That's what you got to tell him. But once again, no disrespect to
- 1:17:29your your husband but lawyers always want to complicate shit.
- 1:17:33I agree. They suck.
- 1:17:36Yeah, they always want to, they always want to get the Evergreen
- 1:17:38retainer. I don't know who came up with
- 1:17:40that name. The Evergreen retainer maybe one
- 1:17:43of the worst, you know, ideas in the practice of law.
- 1:17:47And then they come up with these cookie cutter motions that are
- 1:17:50valueless. They change the name, they put
- 1:17:52Tiffany's name in and they send it.
- 1:17:54I just filed 10 motions. Don't worry, we're working.
- 1:17:57But I, I just want to warn you, you're going to have to.
- 1:17:59Keep the retainer up because we're on the billing.
- 1:18:02Yeah .15 walk to the water cooler .1 O called the client,
- 1:18:07they didn't answer .05 made copies, sent copies.
- 1:18:11I had to go to the post office. Point 2O.
- 1:18:14My favorite in my case was one of the most people are shocked
- 1:18:18when they say when I say that two of the lawyers in my
- 1:18:20abortion filings were women, one of them a mother, and one of
- 1:18:25them billed 26 1/2 hours in one day.
- 1:18:30That's the thing, that's the thing with lawyers, because so I
- 1:18:33got to, I have a lawsuit, I'm suing institutions and the
- 1:18:40lawyers on the other side, they want to play games with, with
- 1:18:42trying to go to arbitration and mediation, all that crap.
- 1:18:46And I said to my lawyers, this is, listen, I said, don't take
- 1:18:49this the wrong way, but you guys all suck.
- 1:18:51I says they're going to try to keep going to court, going to
- 1:18:53these meetings because they want to get paid.
- 1:18:56Their their, their clients don't know what's going on and it is
- 1:19:00what it is. You guys don't get paid unless
- 1:19:01you win so. What I think is interesting is a
- 1:19:06lawyer will be working 6 cases and he'll bill a client like you
- 1:19:10said, 26 1/2 hours. But I guarantee if we saw the
- 1:19:13billing for the other 6 cases, he would have built 26 and a
- 1:19:17hours another 10 here, another 10 and you'd be like, well you
- 1:19:20build 80 hours in one day. How is that possible?
- 1:19:24What did you do? Were you working 6 documents
- 1:19:27simultaneously? And that's my point, because
- 1:19:31that kind of stuff, that's criminal, right?
- 1:19:33I mean, it's, it's conversion. If you really want to get down
- 1:19:35to it, if you start studying the law, you realize this.
- 1:19:37But the, and I study the law all the time.
- 1:19:40It's, it's, it's a screwed up hobby of mine that I developed
- 1:19:42over years and years for a number of reasons 'cause I had
- 1:19:45people come after me years ago. And, and, and the truth is there
- 1:19:48were so many fraudulent things that happened and so many things
- 1:19:51I was involved in that weren't true, but I saw the, their
- 1:19:54fabrication of things. My point is this, that I think
- 1:19:57this system needs some justice for the.
- 1:20:01People, we need justice, and it's not just us.
- 1:20:05We need justice for every American across the United
- 1:20:07States because they want to talk about the weaponized systems of
- 1:20:10the state and federal police forces.
- 1:20:11I think there's a lot of good guys that want to do their jobs.
- 1:20:13A lot of them have left. The good people have left
- 1:20:16because they don't want to be in a George Floyd situation.
- 1:20:18They don't want to be in a situation where they're getting
- 1:20:20charged for something that they had nothing to do with.
- 1:20:23I mean, a monument to George Floyd?
- 1:20:24Are you freaking kidding me? This guy was a total scumbag,
- 1:20:28but yet he's got a monument and and we've got a guy sitting in
- 1:20:32jail because he suffocated because he had 11 different
- 1:20:34drugs in his system. How about the Marine that was on
- 1:20:37the subway that defended those people from a guy that had drugs
- 1:20:40in his system, and now he's facing attempted homicide
- 1:20:43charges for no reason at all because he protected people like
- 1:20:46he was trained to do as a Marine.
- 1:20:48This stuff just goes on and on and on, and I believe it's this.
- 1:20:50Until this system is turned on its head and they have the fear
- 1:20:54of God put in them that they have consequences for everything
- 1:20:57they're doing and they have to face accountability at a
- 1:21:00different level. Until that happens, I don't know
- 1:21:02how we fix it. RFK has got his work cut out for
- 1:21:04him. Matt Gaetz has his work out for
- 1:21:06him. You're going to have to be a son
- 1:21:08of a bitch. And I do not want our
- 1:21:11administration this time to attempt to win a popularity
- 1:21:14contest. This is not a popularity
- 1:21:15contest. This is a time to fix this
- 1:21:17government. And I think they have two and a
- 1:21:19half, three years Max, because then the next campaigning will
- 1:21:22happen and all the rest of garbage.
- 1:21:23And here's what I'm concerned with, George, you can do this.
- 1:21:26We'll flip to Tiffany and then we'll, I, I know you've stayed a
- 1:21:28long time with this tiff. And I want to say thank you.
- 1:21:31My concern is that Harris, Biden and the rest of the Democratic
- 1:21:39administration and the far left, they're too quiet.
- 1:21:43These sneaky bastards are up to something.
- 1:21:45I don't know if it's maybe this is World War three play.
- 1:21:48Maybe it's going to be a Black Swan event.
- 1:21:50I don't trust these MF 1st and I don't know if you guys feel the
- 1:21:54same way, but I might might. The hair on the back of my neck
- 1:21:56is standing up because they're not talking the normal amount of
- 1:21:59shit. They talk.
- 1:22:01There's something in there. They're they're up to something.
- 1:22:04George, you tell me if you think that.
- 1:22:06I mean, I, I think that I also think they're in shock and
- 1:22:09denial. I mean, they still don't know
- 1:22:12how they lost. It was crazy because actually
- 1:22:14polling came out today. We all, we all know what we
- 1:22:17think about polls, Poll, right? Kamala Harris has a 48% chance
- 1:22:23to win, to run for president in 2028.
- 1:22:27Can you believe that? No, because they never pulled.
- 1:22:30They didn't pull Tiff. They didn't pull you, George.
- 1:22:32They didn't pull me pulled. Nobody ever pulls me.
- 1:22:34And says Lance, what do you think?
- 1:22:36They're not. Going to pull you for a
- 1:22:36Democrat? They're only going to pull
- 1:22:38Democrats. My entire lifetime, I've never
- 1:22:40been pulled once for any political party or anything.
- 1:22:43I've been I. Could tell you why I've never
- 1:22:44been pulled 'cause I don't give out my number like that.
- 1:22:47That's why I never been pulled and I don't want to.
- 1:22:49What do you think? Are they up to suspicious shit?
- 1:22:51So I'm gonna be honest, given that before I was a baby music
- 1:22:55teacher, I worked on Capitol Hill and I worked for a senator
- 1:22:57and that's sort of the world I played in right now.
- 1:23:00They're licking their wounds, first of all.
- 1:23:01But I would say that there's probably been a blanket post
- 1:23:04mortem like gag sent out saying until we can tailor our
- 1:23:08messaging, I need you guys to shut up.
- 1:23:10That's my guesstimation. Now, the one person I've been
- 1:23:13seeing on the left that's actually responding the way they
- 1:23:16should be responding, shockingly enough, is AOCAOC went to XA
- 1:23:22place. She originally said she was
- 1:23:23leaving. And she said that she found out
- 1:23:27that a huge percentage of the people that voted for her voted
- 1:23:30for Trump. And she went to X and said,
- 1:23:32guys, why would you vote for me and Trump?
- 1:23:37And she got thousands of responses.
- 1:23:40And she has been posting, if you guys go look at her X right now
- 1:23:43and her Instagram, she's been posting the responses about what
- 1:23:46they did wrong. And she says we can't we, we
- 1:23:49have to change everything. We're wrong.
- 1:23:52Conspicuously, and I don't know if it's related, she removed her
- 1:23:54pronouns from her BIOS that day. Who is this AOC?
- 1:23:57Oh yeah, she did. Ocasio Cortez.
- 1:23:59So I'm curious to know about AOC because she's pregnant and I'm
- 1:24:04curious if she's going to now is she having a boy or girl and if
- 1:24:06so how can she know she's having a boy or girl?
- 1:24:09How does she know it's not a they or an it exactly?
- 1:24:11Yeah, you know, but like. Haven't decided yet.
- 1:24:13She's doing what they should all and I think right now there's a
- 1:24:16blanket. Fetterman's doing the same
- 1:24:18thing. I think Fetterman's been kind of
- 1:24:19telling him, look, it is what it is, let's move on and get things
- 1:24:22fixed. Fetterman's, like, I would have
- 1:24:24never guessed Fetterman to be operating the way he, he's kind
- 1:24:28of surprised me, to be honest with you in a way that I can't
- 1:24:30really say that he's, you know, he's doing some stuff that I
- 1:24:33think is the right thing. Yeah, Fetterman, I think his
- 1:24:37response is correct. And I'm going to say.
- 1:24:39Because they're. Going to do everything they can
- 1:24:42to, I think there's going to be a, a rush of things they're
- 1:24:44going to try to squeeze through in the regulatory agencies.
- 1:24:48Some of it's not bad, some of it's not good, right?
- 1:24:51But I think there's, they're going to try to do things
- 1:24:53quietly to not draw attention. And I think right now they're
- 1:24:56licking their wounds. They have no clear leader in the
- 1:24:58party. Biden, we don't even know what
- 1:25:01Biden's doing. And he's still in the Amazon
- 1:25:03jungle. I think he got lost.
- 1:25:05He's hanging out with the monkeys.
- 1:25:07Owes $20 million and spent $1.2 billion in 12 weeks, $100
- 1:25:13million a week is shocking. Yeah, and.
- 1:25:16Sounds cheap. Sounds a good deal of the party.
- 1:25:19So listen. Right now I think they've been
- 1:25:21told to shut up. I really do.
- 1:25:22So Fetterman, AKA Lurch, he's saying that because he's going
- 1:25:27to want to try to rerun in Pennsylvania and win.
- 1:25:29And he's and he's looking at how how the Republicans took over
- 1:25:33PA. So he knows.
- 1:25:35How they took the populism and the work so.
- 1:25:37He's so he's kind he's playing both sides.
- 1:25:41You know he's he's a switch hitter right now, whatever he's
- 1:25:44a switch hitter. Listen, AOCI, don't you know I
- 1:25:47don't know what her race, when how how close she I.
- 1:25:52Think she won like 79% of her district.
- 1:25:54She she handedly won. Yeah.
- 1:25:57Yeah, but a huge percentage of her 79% voted for Trump.
- 1:26:00Maybe it's her, maybe it's her hormones.
- 1:26:02You know she's pregnant. They can, right?
- 1:26:04Women, how can I happen? No, I'm being serious.
- 1:26:07I. Think maybe she's just got some
- 1:26:11common sense because. She no, no, she's dumb as
- 1:26:14bricks, bro. No, she's dumb as bricks.
- 1:26:16Common sense is not so common. She don't got.
- 1:26:19It end of the day you have to see things for what they are.
- 1:26:21Who knows, you know? Maybe I'm going with the
- 1:26:23hormones because she's. Pregnant and stuff.
- 1:26:25Maybe it's fear, you know, you never know what really a lot of
- 1:26:28them should be afraid for the way they operated.
- 1:26:30All right, listen, Tiffany, first of all, I want to say
- 1:26:32thanks so much for, you know, coming on the show.
- 1:26:35Really enlightening. I am really, and I'm sure the
- 1:26:38audience feels the same way. I'm very sorry for what happened
- 1:26:41to you. Trust me, if it was up to me, I
- 1:26:43could think of some really horrendous things to do those
- 1:26:45people, but it probably not not legal by any means, but it's,
- 1:26:50it's sometimes those dark thoughts come into my head.
- 1:26:52I can't help myself because I just, I can't stand bullies and
- 1:26:55I can't stand malicious people and I can't stand people that
- 1:26:59have used the legal system to manipulate things in such a
- 1:27:02horrible way against, you know, regular Americans across the
- 1:27:06country. And I see it over and over
- 1:27:07again. We we track it pretty closely.
- 1:27:09So first of all, sorry for what you've gone through, although
- 1:27:12you've been forged in fire. And I hope this administration
- 1:27:15identifies you as a person that can be trusted and should be in
- 1:27:19a position of power and responsibility to try to fix
- 1:27:23things. So I don't know if that'll
- 1:27:24happen, if there's an opportunity for us to help
- 1:27:26promote that message or anything we can do to try to help you to
- 1:27:29get there, 'cause I, I would, you know what we're trying to
- 1:27:31get behind. Like people like Tara Rodas and
- 1:27:33JJ Carroll and Dan Bongino and you know, Steve Friend and Kyle
- 1:27:38Serafin, these are the people that I want back in the
- 1:27:40administration 'cause I want to see them make the difference
- 1:27:43that needs to be made, 'cause I think they're the kind of people
- 1:27:46that can't be compromised. And I feel like you're one of
- 1:27:48those people too. I know we just got to know each
- 1:27:49other so I want. To change I'm not for sale and
- 1:27:52there's not a great example of not for sale.
- 1:27:54I was offered more than $60,000 by the DNC to endorse Kamala on
- 1:27:58TikTok this round. And I yeah.
- 1:28:01Let me ask you a question. George.
- 1:28:03Hold on, do they pay you first? Like can you take the money and
- 1:28:05then just not do the endorsement or like mess it?
- 1:28:07Up the contract and I was sent offer after offer after offer
- 1:28:11from the DNC and you. Know, George and I were offered
- 1:28:14an agreement about 10 months ago, maybe it's maybe it's 11
- 1:28:18months ago now. We were offered an agreement
- 1:28:20that came out of it, an agency in Chicago, I'm not going to say
- 1:28:23the name. And they offered US $25,000 a
- 1:28:27month. But we couldn't talk about
- 1:28:29election integrity. We couldn't talk about vaccines,
- 1:28:32vaccine hesitancy. We couldn't talk positively
- 1:28:35about Muslims, couldn't talk negatively about Jews.
- 1:28:38And it came with a long list, not because we do, but at least
- 1:28:41the last two, we don't get involved in that.
- 1:28:44But, but we definitely expose, we have, you know, medical
- 1:28:46professionals come on and expose what we think happened in the,
- 1:28:49the obviously the pandemic. But my point is we did the same
- 1:28:52thing. We turned it down.
- 1:28:53And for the stage we were, we've grown a lot since then.
- 1:28:55But for the stage we were in, that was a great offer.
- 1:28:58You know, 25, that was, you know, three, 300,000 a year.
- 1:29:00But when I looked at the list of things we were not allowed to
- 1:29:03discuss, George and I looked at each other and we were like,
- 1:29:06fuck no, they're not freaking doing this, No.
- 1:29:09You know what, it just came to my mind when we're talking about
- 1:29:11the Republicans right right now in the freaking Senate, none of
- 1:29:16the Republicans are coming to vote to stop these judgeships.
- 1:29:20The nominations, if they actually showed up, they could
- 1:29:23have stopped so many of them, but they're not.
- 1:29:25So everybody call your senators and tell them get their asses
- 1:29:28there and and stop this shenanigans.
- 1:29:31Yeah, they want, they want to try to stack it with some more
- 1:29:33lifetime shitty appointments. We have to deal.
- 1:29:36At one point I heard they were going to give Harrison
- 1:29:38appointment within the Supreme Court.
- 1:29:39Can you imagine those verdict? Can you imagine reading her
- 1:29:42opinions? I can't imagine her reading an
- 1:29:46opinion. The law that hasn't been that
- 1:29:49will be, that can't be. But I came from a middle class
- 1:29:52family and that's why I know the law.
- 1:29:54OK, Well, listen. So Tiff, so if you guys,
- 1:29:57Tiffany, we want to give you the shameless plug period.
- 1:29:59We do for everybody, you know, plug your social media, plug
- 1:30:03your TikTok, plug anything you're working on, go for it.

- 1:30:12Over on YouTube where I post most of my interviews with
- 1:30:14politicians and my podcast stuff and everywhere else, I'm the
- 1:30:19vino mom. Because Once Upon a time I
- 1:30:21really liked wine and I was mom. On X, I'm the vino mom.
- 1:30:24On Instagram, I'm the vino mom. Come on, Leila I I interview
- 1:30:29great candidates. I interview people from both
- 1:30:32sides of the aisle and we advocate for small businesses.
- 1:30:35Small businesses. They are 99% of the businesses
- 1:30:39in this country. They have created 98% of the
- 1:30:42jobs in this country. And if this administration truly
- 1:30:45wants to represent the people, wants to be the populist unity
- 1:30:48government, then they need to care about small businesses and
- 1:30:51not the charlatans that claim they support small businesses
- 1:30:54while actually Schilling for billionaires.
- 1:30:56They have to change and I hope I can help them do that truly.
- 1:31:01Well, listen, thank you very much.
- 1:31:02Now listen obviously in the audience subscribers, Baby
- 1:31:04Mafia. If you guys liked what you saw
- 1:31:06here. Now take the short form, the
- 1:31:07long form. George will be doing some short
- 1:31:09form like you know he does in every episode.
- 1:31:11When you see it up on social media, feel free to take it, put
- 1:31:14it on TikTok, put it anywhere you want.
- 1:31:16We're never going to come after you because the idea is to
- 1:31:18expand the message in our voice, educate and unify the country
- 1:31:21one episode at a time. That's always a plan.
- 1:31:23Follow G Ballantine on X, the Big big show and of of course,
