- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, welcome back in. It's an Orange County kind of day.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Emily's here, and we are ready to head on over
- 0:27Speaker 2: to Tokyo. Emily, welcome in.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Hi, welcome in. Thank you. I'm glad that we did
- 0:34Speaker 1: get a few more minutes at the Vargas estate. Thanks
- 0:40Speaker 1: for coming, everybody.
- 0:44Speaker 2: It was kind of like a Dorinda meets Elizabeth Vargas
- 0:48Speaker 2: kind of impression. Yeah, enough to where I could like
- 0:53Speaker 2: really take in the pearls, the layers of pearls betwixt
- 0:58Speaker 2: her bosom. Just floating above it, you know, and in
- 1:03Speaker 2: between just what a presentation.
- 1:07Speaker 1: We got a cutaway. We got one cutaway to her.
- 1:10Speaker 1: In this episode. Yeah.
- 1:11Speaker 2: She's like, I just want to thank you for not
- 1:14Speaker 2: being so pest to me. I'm like, just so to me,
- 1:16Speaker 2: I have this place to like have my amazing Vanessa.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I was just like, so happy.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I was like, can you say, thank you so much.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I wanted to say that like when everybody held up
- 1:32Speaker 2: their CBD drinks, what a gorgeous product placement and a
- 1:38Speaker 2: beautiful picture of the product and People enjoying it. I
- 1:43Speaker 2: loved it. I was like, this is like the best
- 1:46Speaker 2: party I've ever seen where the product is highlighted. It's
- 1:52Speaker 2: on a pedestal. I was like, look at these cans.
- 1:56Speaker 2: They look gorgeous. I'd like to try one. And everyone's
- 2:00Speaker 2: just like, everyone has one. Whoever put that together was
- 2:03Speaker 2: on their A game. They're like, get this drink in
- 2:06Speaker 2: everyone's hand. And everyone, please hold it up. When Tamara says, chess,
- 2:12Speaker 2: and look like you're having a good time, and boy,
- 2:14Speaker 2: did they get a great shot.
- 2:16Speaker 1: In the after show, Tamara thanked Heather for having the
- 2:19Speaker 1: fight with Alexis in front of the step and repeat.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Oh, really? That's awesome. Oh, my God, Alexis coming back in.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Alexis coming back into the party was great.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Running back in. And it's a good thing it wasn't
- 2:37Speaker 1: a Cheetos party because no one fucking asked you, John.
- 2:41Speaker 1: But to be like, Cheetos are gross.
- 2:43Speaker 2: I got to tell you, if he, I am burned
- 2:48Speaker 2: up about this right now. Like who asked you? All
- 2:52Speaker 2: he had to do was keep his stupid mouth shut.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:57Speaker 2: And even if he didn't and maybe said a couple
- 3:00Speaker 2: of stupid things that nobody really cares about. I would
- 3:04Speaker 2: have been less offended if he said something to Heather.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Instead of walking over, walking by and being like, gross.
- 3:13Speaker 2: And then being like, I mean, the Cheetos. I mean,
- 3:16Speaker 2: Shannon is too, but like, I was talking about the
- 3:18Speaker 2: Cheetos and Shannon's like, he probably was talking about it.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Go fuck yourself.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Okay. It would have made sense if he was trying
- 3:25Speaker 1: to like back Alexis, but the fact that he was
- 3:28Speaker 1: like in a totally different lane and, Trying to hit
- 3:32Speaker 1: a different car. I was like, who are you?
- 3:36Speaker 2: I appreciate you not using that analogy or metaphor, as
- 3:39Speaker 2: it were. He heard the crash.
- 3:43Speaker 1: He did.
- 3:43Speaker 2: He heard it.
- 3:45Speaker 1: It's true. And that was what was upsetting to Alexis.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I'm like, I never know what planet you're on, dude. Like,
- 3:53Speaker 1: I never know.
- 3:54Speaker 2: She wants a reason to stand up for her man.
- 3:57Speaker 1: How about Shannon, though? What, does she want a storyline
- 4:02Speaker 1: right to her face?
- 4:02Speaker 2: Oh, that was great.
- 4:04Speaker 1: In the background.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Shannon was, she's over it now. So she can like
- 4:08Speaker 2: say things in a kind of snarky way. Instead of
- 4:13Speaker 2: with so much emotion and anger and hurt, she can
- 4:18Speaker 2: just be like, oh, you want some of this? I'll
- 4:22Speaker 2: give you some of this.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Also like the threat of whatever they have on her
- 4:27Speaker 1: feels gone. Yeah. Because whatever was settled in that lawsuit... Right.
- 4:33Speaker 1: We know there's that video out there, but I'm sure...
- 4:35Speaker 1: Good point. Remember there was the NDA and all this?
- 4:38Speaker 1: They agreed to different things when she paid him out.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:42Speaker 1: And I bet whatever that video is, is part of that.
- 4:46Speaker 2: It's crazy to me that John can show up in
- 4:48Speaker 2: the same place as Shannon. Like, I can't believe that
- 4:50Speaker 2: there wasn't a restraining order of sorts between one or
- 4:54Speaker 2: the other, you know? Because like, the fact that he's
- 4:57Speaker 2: coming around and filming... Now, that's gross, John Jansen. Guess what?
- 5:02Speaker 2: You're the Cheeto.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Yeah, you are the Cheeto. Whatever. I also like Cheetos
- 5:07Speaker 1: don't deserve that.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Don't come for our junk food. How dare you?
- 5:13Speaker 1: Oh, are you putting on a lip?
- 5:14Speaker 2: Yeah, every day. I think I'm going to do a
- 5:16Speaker 2: Lisa Barlow. Get ready with me. I'm putting my lipstick
- 5:20Speaker 2: on camera at the same time. I just grabbed any
- 5:23Speaker 2: old lip color right next to me, and it turns
- 5:26Speaker 2: out to be a hot pink. I wasn't expecting.
- 5:28Speaker 1: It is a Barbie pink. Yeah. Well, let's just lean
- 5:31Speaker 1: and do it. We're just, carry on.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Oh, it's happening.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Okay, it happened.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I don't want to take you to task over it.
- 5:40Speaker 2: No, don't.
- 5:41Speaker 1: What is taking to task? Take, you know, take to task. Taking, Heather,
- 5:47Speaker 1: taking to task. Take, took to task. Ha, ha, ha.
- 5:51Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 5:53Speaker 2: Task taking? Taking? Just, you want to start something?
- 5:59Speaker 1: Storyline?
- 6:00Speaker 2: Task taking? No, Jo's not starting anything. Shannon, it's okay.
- 6:04Speaker 2: She's just a little confused. Jo had a moment. She's
- 6:09Speaker 2: been sober for six months or something with Gina.
- 6:12Speaker 1: She had that moment. Yes.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Not a good lip color.
- 6:16Speaker 1: For me that is the brightest pink i've seen it's
- 6:19Speaker 1: brighter than the neon i think you you could pull
- 6:22Speaker 1: this off darlings who aren't seeing this amy is now
- 6:26Speaker 1: wiping away of the classic barbie pink okay all right
- 6:31Speaker 1: i'm sorry that looks great now it looks like a
- 6:33Speaker 1: good tint okay.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Now i'm gonna be a little gloss okay so anyway
- 6:37Speaker 2: yeah what did you think about joe being like Yeah,
- 6:41Speaker 2: I'm sober now, Gina. And at least for nine months,
- 6:44Speaker 2: I don't have to go to a party.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I hated it. Storyline. I hated it. No. What do
- 6:50Speaker 1: you think? Of course, it's great. Good for Joe. Fuck her.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Emily notoriously hates sober people. Especially newly sobered people.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I mean, what are they doing? No, I thought that
- 7:05Speaker 1: was cool. It was a cool moment.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Yeah, Joe was psyched. It was cute. I don't want
- 7:12Speaker 2: to minimize it, but I just thought it was nice
- 7:15Speaker 2: to see. And it was great because you could tell
- 7:17Speaker 2: that Gina and Joe have had some sort of conversation
- 7:21Speaker 2: about it, which was good and genuine.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, so I just want to mention this one
- 7:26Speaker 2: thing about the Tokyo trip, and then we'll go back
- 7:28Speaker 2: to the timeline here. When Gina brought up being in
- 7:32Speaker 2: a real jail as opposed to Shannon, and she's just like,
- 7:35Speaker 2: I mean, I was in jail behind the bars. I
- 7:39Speaker 2: looked like the Hamburglar in black and white stripes. And
- 7:46Speaker 2: I was like, it's just interesting to hear her finally
- 7:50Speaker 2: talk about it a little bit, because she usually never
- 7:52Speaker 2: mentions it, you know?
- 7:54Speaker 1: Yeah, well, also, when Shannon said that when she was
- 7:59Speaker 1: taken away, they were open bars, I was like, there
- 8:01Speaker 1: was an open bar? That's what I thought, too.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yes, it's different in Newport. If you get pulled over
- 8:07Speaker 2: for drunk driving, they just say, hair of the dog,
- 8:09Speaker 2: just keep it going. I don't know. No, Shannon, you
- 8:14Speaker 2: had alcohol on you, and then you kept drinking. That's
- 8:16Speaker 2: what happened. It wasn't an after party.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Well, she was like, can I see the size of
- 8:22Speaker 1: the cell? And he just was like, take a look
- 8:24Speaker 1: at this and then shut the door behind her.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Oh, my God. I could not believe it.
- 8:32Speaker 1: That's great.
- 8:33Speaker 2: That, to me, the fact that we've never heard that before,
- 8:37Speaker 2: unless she's talked about it on other podcasts, but for
- 8:40Speaker 2: her to actually say that happened is, well, it's mortifying
- 8:45Speaker 2: to be in a jail and then say, I can't
- 8:47Speaker 2: stay in there. you know, as if you have a
- 8:50Speaker 2: choice about what you just did. And, you know, you're
- 8:53Speaker 2: an exception. And then him being like, oh, yeah, it's
- 8:56Speaker 2: bigger than all the rest. And she's like, well, let
- 8:58Speaker 2: me see. And then boom, slam. Wow.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I love it.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I have to say it was like from a movie,
- 9:08Speaker 2: you know, when you see the villain, the person in
- 9:10Speaker 2: the beginning who needs to turn their life around. Yeah, yeah,
- 9:14Speaker 2: it's like, Like overboard, you know what I'm saying? It's
- 9:18Speaker 2: like Goldie Hawn's character.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. And I'm glad Shannon remembers it.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Oh.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Because I don't know how much of that night she
- 9:27Speaker 1: actually remembers, but I'm glad she remembers that.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Wow. I didn't even consider that. Yeah. How can she
- 9:36Speaker 2: remember that when everything else she doesn't really remember? Anyway.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Well, it seems to be... Certain things that she remembers
- 9:45Speaker 1: and certain things that she doesn't. So I'm glad that
- 9:49Speaker 1: the part where you didn't get your way is the
- 9:52Speaker 1: thing that you're remembering. Golly. Yeah. And I imagine by
- 9:57Speaker 1: that point, maybe she's kind of sobering up. a bit but.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Yeah yeah that's well that slam will sober you up
- 10:05Speaker 2: yeah now when I'm sure the cops down there probably
- 10:09Speaker 2: are used to the Newport Shannon oh yes and having
- 10:14Speaker 2: an issue with the quarters if you will.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Yeah yeah yeah yeah for sure And they love it.
- 10:21Speaker 1: They've been offered, Orange County's been offered a lot of
- 10:24Speaker 1: money to upgrade their overnight sales. And they're like, no,
- 10:27Speaker 1: we're good. I'm making that up.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Orange County, no work. Anyway, let's head on back to
- 10:35Speaker 2: the Cheetos Bowl, where we were shamed, all of us,
- 10:39Speaker 2: through the television. How many people were eating Cheetos at
- 10:43Speaker 2: that very time while watching this? That would have been amazing. I.
- 10:46Speaker 1: I love Cheetos so much, but I have now migrated
- 10:50Speaker 1: over to the Trader Joe's version of Cheetos, which I've
- 10:54Speaker 1: been told suck. But I'm like, I think they might
- 10:56Speaker 1: be healthier.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Are they like a naked, you know, like the naked
- 10:59Speaker 2: Doritos and the naked Cheetos like that? Those are healthier.
- 11:02Speaker 2: We've been getting those.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:05Speaker 2: You know what Maddie says when she says naked? She says, naked.
- 11:09Speaker 1: That's what she says.
- 11:11Speaker 2: She's like, oh, I love naked Doritos. Can I have
- 11:15Speaker 2: some Naked Cheetos?
- 11:17Speaker 1: Isn't that like how they say it in the South? Naked? Yes,
- 11:21Speaker 1: but she's always... She's not from there.
- 11:22Speaker 2: No, but she happens to not be from there. She's
- 11:25Speaker 2: always said it like that, since she's little, little, little.
- 11:28Speaker 2: I don't know why, and she has kept it going.
- 11:32Speaker 1: It's hilarious. I don't know why, because you don't correct her.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Probably not.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Never correct her. Never. What's the other thing that she
- 11:41Speaker 1: says that's like.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Oh, Spankin's.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Yeah, that's it.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Oh, we were talking about that the other day in
- 11:45Speaker 2: the car, and we were talking about spankings again. And
- 11:49Speaker 2: then I'm like, oh, they used to call it whoopin',
- 11:52Speaker 2: getting a whoopin'. And she's like, a whoopin'? She's like,
- 11:55Speaker 2: why are the names, like, sound like something fun? Why
- 11:58Speaker 2: all the names sound like something cute? I'm like, that's
- 12:01Speaker 2: how they gotcha.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Oh, wow. We should make little squishies called spankins. And whoopins.
- 12:10Speaker 1: They would sell like crazy. All these kids love squishies. Oh,
- 12:13Speaker 1: I know. My new toy line, Spankin' and Whoopins. Two
- 12:17Speaker 1: best friends who keep hitting each other in the head.
- 12:21Speaker 1: It's a little Tom and Jerry, but they're real cute.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Buy them before they're selling like Spankin' and Whoopins.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Spankin' and Whoopins. Speaking of buying them before they sell out, listen,
- 12:34Speaker 2: I know that this is not the time and the place, okay?
- 12:36Speaker 2: But I'm taking it. I'm taking it right now. I'm
- 12:39Speaker 2: taking this opportunity to just say this is exciting. That's
- 12:41Speaker 2: not the time and place. No, no, no. Do you
- 12:45Speaker 2: remember Shabby Chic? Do you remember Rachel Ashwell? I already
- 12:49Speaker 2: sent this to you, Emily.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Yes.
- 12:51Speaker 2: But do you recall from the era of Shabby Chic? Well,
- 12:56Speaker 2: I opened a Target ad from my email, and guess
- 13:01Speaker 2: who's back? It's Rachel Ashwell, and she has a line called,
- 13:06Speaker 2: Simply Shabby Chic at Target, which drops October 18th, and
- 13:12Speaker 2: some things drop October 25th. Good.
- 13:16Speaker 1: I never stopped being, I never left Shabby Chic. I mean, look,
- 13:22Speaker 1: I live in a damn teacup. I don't, I never stopped.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Can't stop, won't stop. No, I love that. I'm so
- 13:29Speaker 2: glad that you stuck with her. And I was texting
- 13:32Speaker 2: with my mom about it, and my mom put it
- 13:33Speaker 2: into perspective. She actually did kind of create an entire
- 13:39Speaker 2: category of decor, right, by putting the name shabby chic
- 13:44Speaker 2: on it, like by gathering already created items, but putting
- 13:48Speaker 2: it under the umbrella of something that we can all
- 13:51Speaker 2: know as, you know, just as much as we think
- 13:53Speaker 2: of minimalism, if you say shabby chic, we all know
- 13:57Speaker 2: what that means. Yeah.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Yeah. No, I agree. She put a cute name on it,
- 14:02Speaker 1: the way I'm going to reinvent squishies by calling them
- 14:04Speaker 1: spanking and whoopings.
- 14:06Speaker 2: You might want to get my permission for that.
- 14:11Speaker 1: I already copyrighted it. Okay. That's not a time and place.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Anywho, I'm really happy for her. She looks fantastic. It's
- 14:20Speaker 2: great because it's coming on the heels of Love Shack Fancy,
- 14:23Speaker 2: which is under the same umbrella in the style, but
- 14:26Speaker 2: that's for clothes. So Love Shack Fancy is all these
- 14:29Speaker 2: like shabby chic looking dresses and shirts and all this
- 14:34Speaker 2: stuff for kids and for mostly kids and adults alike.
- 14:39Speaker 2: And that's at Target. And I see Target go in
- 14:41Speaker 2: with the shabby chic thing. I think it's really on brand.
- 14:43Speaker 2: So look at the kids.
- 14:44Speaker 1: I'm going to do B-52's chic because I take issue
- 14:49Speaker 1: with Love Shack's. I mean, what are we doing?
- 14:55Speaker 2: Wait, what do you mean? Oh, Love Shack, B-52s.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Good Lord. Let's move on, Vicky.
- 15:08Speaker 2: I can't because my knee's hurting me. I'll die if
- 15:11Speaker 2: I go out. I won't be able to function. I
- 15:14Speaker 2: won't be able to function.
- 15:15Speaker 1: When she's like, I'm so glad Carmela's not coming because
- 15:18Speaker 1: she's such a Debbie Downer. And then all Vicky does
- 15:21Speaker 1: is dry heave around Tokyo. I'm like, what?
- 15:24Speaker 2: I got to tell you what. I do not like
- 15:26Speaker 2: it When she does that It's disgusting She needs to
- 15:29Speaker 2: stop it She thinks it's funny It's fucking disgusting It's
- 15:32Speaker 2: not When you pretend to hurl Or you are hurling
- 15:36Speaker 2: It is like I do not want to hear That
- 15:38Speaker 2: out of you And I Just when I fast forward
- 15:41Speaker 2: And think it's over Here she comes again It's gross
- 15:44Speaker 2: It's not funny.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Yeah I didn't understand what was going on when Jen
- 15:47Speaker 1: got out of the car and said that they were
- 15:50Speaker 1: shitting and barfing themselves. I know. I was like, what?
- 15:53Speaker 2: I was like, is Ramona back there? Sonia there? Is
- 15:57Speaker 2: Heather gay back there? Because those are the ladies who
- 16:00Speaker 2: I think that would have this going on. Yeah.
- 16:03Speaker 1: But yeah, it was, I was like, I didn't get
- 16:07Speaker 1: the impression it was coming out both ends. And I
- 16:09Speaker 1: also didn't get the impression that anything was coming out.
- 16:12Speaker 1: It was just Vicky doing her signature thing. sound. Right.
- 16:15Speaker 2: I don't know if it actually did. She was probably
- 16:17Speaker 2: just trying to make a joke. Again, you know, they
- 16:22Speaker 2: don't really know what's funny, but that's okay. That's not
- 16:24Speaker 2: what they're.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Wanting to hear. I laughed because she was like, when
- 16:27Speaker 1: she said themselves, I was like, that's dwarfing themselves.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Okay. Well, I do want to go back to the
- 16:35Speaker 2: party because when Heather and Alexis had their little, their
- 16:40Speaker 2: argument outside and then they came back in and then
- 16:44Speaker 2: had another aside where they tried to work it through.
- 16:48Speaker 2: And Heather's like, you had a beef with me because
- 16:51Speaker 2: I told, uh, I told Shannon that John heard the crash,
- 16:56Speaker 2: which we all know must be true because didn't they
- 16:59Speaker 2: tell Heather that?
- 17:02Speaker 1: Yeah. And I'm, I think like, I was so confused
- 17:06Speaker 1: as to why this was a thing that Alexis didn't
- 17:10Speaker 1: know was going to be on television.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Um, Like I already like, yeah. Well, the thing is,
- 17:15Speaker 2: it's like this was already talked about when that happened
- 17:18Speaker 2: a long time ago. And I don't even think Alexis
- 17:21Speaker 2: was on the show when that all came out or
- 17:23Speaker 2: maybe they weren't filming. It doesn't matter. But like, you know,
- 17:26Speaker 2: that was already dealt with. So for Alexis to come
- 17:30Speaker 2: out and and to say some things about Heather on
- 17:34Speaker 2: the press to kind of, I guess, get back at her.
- 17:36Speaker 2: I don't. It's a silly argument.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I thought we did find out about it on that
- 17:43Speaker 1: girls trip because Shannon, remember somebody then lent Shannon their glam?
- 17:48Speaker 2: Oh, you mean when Alexis was there? Oh, yeah, I
- 17:50Speaker 2: guess she did. Yeah, they did.
- 17:53Speaker 1: But it's so weird that it wouldn't have come out.
- 17:56Speaker 1: I don't know. Like there was a reunion for that.
- 17:59Speaker 1: And so like I was just so confused as to
- 18:02Speaker 1: why this was such a big deal to her, which
- 18:04Speaker 1: makes me think in reality, it's not a big deal.
- 18:08Speaker 1: And you just wanted a moment. That's what it felt like. Yeah.
- 18:11Speaker 2: And to be honest, it reminded me how John is
- 18:17Speaker 2: really very much a villain in this situation. Because if
- 18:20Speaker 2: he did hear this crash, you know, what did he do?
- 18:23Speaker 2: He went back to bed, he pretended like he didn't
- 18:25Speaker 2: hear it. He didn't go see anything. He didn't want
- 18:27Speaker 2: to be culpable for anything. So I think I just
- 18:31Speaker 2: can't believe he can show his face around people. That's
- 18:33Speaker 2: what's bizarre to me I mean he has.
- 18:35Speaker 1: A lot of no Amy John does not like to
- 18:38Speaker 1: be on camera John does not like any of this
- 18:41Speaker 1: he doesn't want any of this he doesn't want to
- 18:43Speaker 1: be filmed.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Okay so he's like he's like Alexis because she doesn't
- 18:47Speaker 2: want this.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Either no they didn't even want this they fell into
- 18:52Speaker 1: this episode well they were forced they were they were
- 18:56Speaker 1: they were they were ordered by the Newport police yeah
- 19:00Speaker 1: or else they were going to go in that room
- 19:02Speaker 1: that Shannon was in The big one. Yeah.
- 19:06Speaker 2: You know what bothers me is when Tamara's like, Alexis
- 19:08Speaker 2: has such a huge heart. It's just that she just,
- 19:10Speaker 2: you know, if Shannon needed some help right now, she'd
- 19:13Speaker 2: help her.
- 19:14Speaker 1: It's like, shut up. Shut up.
- 19:16Speaker 2: Stop having Alexis.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Shannon did need all the help. Right.
- 19:20Speaker 2: I just don't like that at all. It makes me irate. Irate. Yeah.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:26Speaker 2: You think that we're overlooking that Alexis is a great
- 19:30Speaker 2: person because... We just can't see past the fact of
- 19:35Speaker 2: what she did to Shannon and all of what went down.
- 19:39Speaker 2: You can't look past that. Those are the facts.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't understand that friendship.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:49Speaker 1: And it really bothers me. me when she was on
- 19:51Speaker 1: the show, when Alexis was on the show. I was like, Tamara,
- 19:55Speaker 1: how can, like, I'll never, it was a good reminder
- 19:59Speaker 1: of like, yeah, Shannon, continue to do whatever you need
- 20:03Speaker 1: to do with this friendship with Tamara in terms of
- 20:06Speaker 1: keeping it arm's length.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Um, so Archie, that was a heartbreaker.
- 20:15Speaker 2: That was a heartbreaker. So, you know, you know, RIP,
- 20:19Speaker 2: we know he has since passed and Troy is around,
- 20:24Speaker 2: which is great, but I do like that they're covering
- 20:27Speaker 2: this story because Archie has been such a part of
- 20:30Speaker 2: our lives for such a long time. And so many
- 20:33Speaker 2: people go through this with their pets.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Yes. Yeah. Well, I, and I think it's like, that
- 20:38Speaker 1: is what's happening with Shannon right now. So I'm glad that, um, well,
- 20:44Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not glad that we're... it happened when
- 20:47Speaker 1: they're filming but I mean it it's awful I'm just
- 20:51Speaker 1: saying like in terms of seeing Shannon go through this
- 20:54Speaker 1: yeah it sucks yeah I'm just glad that in a
- 20:58Speaker 1: fucked up way just like in thinking about like my
- 21:00Speaker 1: when I like my cats were ill and stuff it's
- 21:03Speaker 1: just like oh I'm glad we can be there for
- 21:05Speaker 1: Shannon meanwhile this is months ago and we're not really
- 21:08Speaker 1: there and I know like.
- 21:11Speaker 2: But she'll still feel the love and support from.
- 21:13Speaker 1: People yeah yeah right right And also I'm like, well,
- 21:17Speaker 1: I'm glad like the crew is there. I guess that's
- 21:20Speaker 1: what I'm thinking. Like that she, like there are people
- 21:23Speaker 1: there when she's kind of dealing with Archie, even if
- 21:26Speaker 1: we don't see them in terms of like the crew
- 21:28Speaker 1: and stuff.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Right, right, right.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:31Speaker 1: But tough.
- 21:33Speaker 2: It is. It really, really is.
- 21:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Oh, no, I was going to say Troy is the
- 21:40Speaker 1: dog that the pet psychic told her to get, right?
- 21:44Speaker 1: I don't remember that. Yeah, like, there was a pet
- 21:48Speaker 1: psychic a couple years ago that was like, you need
- 21:50Speaker 1: another dog. Archie's asking me. It was a pet communicator.
- 21:54Speaker 2: I don't remember that the pet communicator said that. That's hilarious.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. Like, according to the pet communicator, Archie's asking
- 22:03Speaker 1: for a brother. He requested it.
- 22:05Speaker 2: That's funny. Oh, my gosh.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Oh, those fortunes were kind of amazing. A lot of
- 22:17Speaker 2: them were pretty spot on, I have to say. I mean...
- 22:21Speaker 2: Heather and Jen got bad ones, which Heather getting a
- 22:25Speaker 2: bad one doesn't really check out. Jen getting a bad one,
- 22:28Speaker 2: that one kind of does only because she's got a
- 22:30Speaker 2: lot more tumultuous and scandalous things going on in her
- 22:35Speaker 2: life that could pop off at any moment. And what
- 22:38Speaker 2: she's been going through with her son and all that stuff.
- 22:41Speaker 2: But Heather seems to, you know, have it together.
- 22:43Speaker 1: So I.
- 22:45Speaker 2: It doesn't seem like there's any issues on the horizon.
- 22:47Speaker 2: So that one seemed a little strange.
- 22:52Speaker 1: You don't think bad things can happen?
- 22:55Speaker 2: No, I don't.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Okay.
- 22:57Speaker 2: They don't exist.
- 22:59Speaker 1: They don't exist. Nothing bad. Nothing bad ever happens. We've met,
- 23:06Speaker 1: by the way, Ryan's daughter, right? You mentioned Jen's family
- 23:10Speaker 1: and stuff. And I was like, wait, I forget Ryan
- 23:12Speaker 1: had a family. And by the way, Emily... clearly isn't
- 23:16Speaker 1: that close to Jen and not know that this gal
- 23:18Speaker 1: lives with Jen. Like Ryan's kids live there.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Yeah. I never knew that.
- 23:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I know.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I mean, that was interesting at that med spa. Yeah.
- 23:28Speaker 2: She was just like, hi, welcome in.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. And then they're just drilling down on all
- 23:34Speaker 1: these surgeries they want to have. And I'm like, what
- 23:36Speaker 1: is happening?
- 23:38Speaker 2: That's a perfect example of like watching the housewives, looking
- 23:41Speaker 2: at them, looking in the mirror with a plastic surgeon and,
- 23:44Speaker 2: you know, pulling their faces and all.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Yikes. Yeah. I don't want them to do that. But
- 23:53Speaker 1: I guess it's tough to be like on camera and
- 23:57Speaker 1: to be analyzed and stare at yourself and all this.
- 24:00Speaker 1: So I get it. We do it every day.
- 24:01Speaker 2: We do it every day.
- 24:03Speaker 1: You don't see us.
- 24:05Speaker 2: No, we're looking in the camera at ourselves every day.
- 24:07Speaker 2: You don't see us running to med spas.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Well, where is it? What's the address?
- 24:17Speaker 2: So you guys know I have a nine-year-old daughter. And
- 24:20Speaker 2: one thing I'm realizing is that teaching your child about
- 24:23Speaker 2: money happens in these tiny little conversations all day long
- 24:27Speaker 2: when they ask, can I buy this? Can I order that?
- 24:30Speaker 2: How much money do I have? How much money do
- 24:32Speaker 2: we have? Can I use my birthday money and my
- 24:35Speaker 2: personal favorite, but it's only $ 10? Okay, ma'am. I actually
- 24:40Speaker 2: love that she's starting to ask these questions because this
- 24:42Speaker 2: is when she's learning what money is worth. how saving works,
- 24:46Speaker 2: and that mom's wallet is not an unlimited financial institution.
- 24:50Speaker 2: That's why I really like the idea behind Cash App's
- 24:53Speaker 2: managed accounts. It gives kids a little independence and real-world
- 24:57Speaker 2: experience with money. But you're still the parent. You're still
- 25:00Speaker 2: the boss. Cash App now offers managed accounts for kids
- 25:05Speaker 2: ages 6 to 12 that grow with them all the
- 25:08Speaker 2: way to adulthood, all with no subscription fees because building
- 25:11Speaker 2: money habits shouldn't cost extra. The account runs through you,
- 25:15Speaker 2: so you're not just watching from the sidelines. You're actually
- 25:18Speaker 2: in it with them. That's what makes it a real
- 25:20Speaker 2: teaching tool. Every time money comes in or goes out,
- 25:24Speaker 2: it's a chance to talk about it together. You set
- 25:26Speaker 2: up spending limits, and you can lock or unlock their
- 25:29Speaker 2: Cash App Visa card anytime from your own app. Automate
- 25:33Speaker 2: their allowance and track the flow of money in and
- 25:35Speaker 2: out together. Kids can start building real saving habits early
- 25:38Speaker 2: by earning interest on savings. So when you're explaining the
- 25:42Speaker 2: difference between spending now versus saving for later, they can
- 25:45Speaker 2: actually see their money grow. Whether it's birthday money from grandma,
- 25:48Speaker 2: allowance for finally cleaning their room, or saving up for
- 25:51Speaker 2: something they really want, you see it all and help
- 25:53Speaker 2: guide the decisions along the way. Their savings, habits, and
- 25:56Speaker 2: history carry forward every step of the way, from a
- 25:59Speaker 2: parent-managed account at 6, to a teen account at 13,
- 26:03Speaker 2: to a full account at 18. It's structured independency. They
- 26:07Speaker 2: get real-life practice with money, and you're right there with
- 26:11Speaker 2: them through every stage. And for a limited time, new
- 26:14Speaker 2: Cash App customers, who are parents, can use our exclusive
- 26:17Speaker 2: referral code, Family10, to earn $ 10. Download Cash App, enter
- 26:22Speaker 2: the referral code in your profile, send $ 5 to a
- 26:25Speaker 2: friend within 14 days, and you will receive $ 10. Terms apply.

- 28:44Speaker 2: can we talk about desire for a minute? Because I
- 28:46Speaker 2: feel like nobody tells you that at a certain point
- 28:48Speaker 2: in life, getting in the mood sometimes requires your brain
- 28:51Speaker 2: to first shut down approximately 47 other tabs. Did I
- 28:55Speaker 2: answer that email? What does my daughter need for school tomorrow?
- 28:57Speaker 2: Did I move the laundry? Why is it so hot
- 29:00Speaker 2: in this house? Am I having a hot flash? And
- 29:02Speaker 2: somewhere underneath all of that is your libido going, hey,
- 29:05Speaker 2: remember me? I'm also in perimenopause right now, so I
- 29:08Speaker 2: am very interested in anything that opens up a conversation
- 29:10Speaker 2: about women. Desire, stress, mood, and feeling connected to ourselves
- 29:14Speaker 2: as our bodies and lives change. That's why Dame's Desire
- 29:18Speaker 2: Gummies caught my attention. They're a daily strawberry mango libido
- 29:21Speaker 2: supplement designed to work on some of the things that
- 29:24Speaker 2: can get in the way of desire, especially stress and mood.
- 29:27Speaker 2: And what I really appreciate is that Dame didn't just
- 29:30Speaker 2: take a bunch of individual ingredients, point to separate studies,
- 29:33Speaker 2: and say, hey, trust us. They actually studied the finished
- 29:36Speaker 2: Desire Gummy formula in a four-week observational study with 53 women,
- 29:41Speaker 2: shout out 53 women, who reported low desire and stressful lifestyles.
- 29:45Speaker 2: And check out these results. Among participants reporting improvement, 85%
- 29:49Speaker 2: reported increased sexual desire, 87% reported reduced stress and anxiety,
- 29:56Speaker 2: and 93% reported improved mood. I like those numbers. The
- 30:00Speaker 2: formula includes sensorial ashwagandha, L-theanine, mucuna, shatavari, and adaptogens and
- 30:07Speaker 2: a calming amino acid working together on something I think
- 30:10Speaker 2: we can all agree is not exactly an aphrodisiac, stress.
- 30:14Speaker 2: And this isn't a take a gummy and 20 minutes
- 30:17Speaker 2: later cue the Barry White situation. It's three gummies a day.
- 30:21Speaker 2: and the benefits are designed to build with consistent use.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Most women in the study who noticed changes saw them
- 30:27Speaker 2: within about two weeks, with desire continuing to improve through
- 30:31Speaker 2: week four. That's also why Dame recommends subscribing. Desire gummies
- 30:35Speaker 2: are $ 34 a bottle, and subscribers save 15% on every order,
- 30:40Speaker 2: delivered every 20 days. You can change, pause, or cancel anytime.
- 30:44Speaker 2: and my discount stacks on top of the subscription savings. So, darlings,
- 30:48Speaker 2: support the show and get 15% off Desire Gummies at Dame.com
- 30:52Speaker 2: with code DRAMA15. That's Dame.com, code DRAMA15 for 15% off.
- 30:58Speaker 2: And if you subscribe, you'll get the subscription discount plus
- 31:02Speaker 2: my 15% off code with DRAMA15. Maybe we can't close
- 31:06Speaker 2: all 47 tabs in our brain, but perhaps we can
- 31:08Speaker 2: make a little room for tab number 48. Jen talking
- 31:17Speaker 2: about how, well, Emily's like, you know, there's no day
- 31:20Speaker 2: for your marriage. You're the problem. And she's like, yeah,
- 31:25Speaker 2: I think I am. I'm just afraid of, you know, marriage.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Why are they pushing Jen so hard all of a sudden?
- 31:32Speaker 1: Part of the reason she does not want to marry
- 31:34Speaker 1: Ryan is because we've all done a very good job
- 31:37Speaker 1: as an audience and cast of pointing out it's not
- 31:41Speaker 1: a great idea. And now Emily's like, what's wrong with you? Yeah.
- 31:46Speaker 2: Yeah. Because I think, like, the question is, why haven't
- 31:50Speaker 2: they moved the needle forward at all with their proposal?
- 31:54Speaker 2: So why haven't they? She has to answer to that,
- 31:59Speaker 2: to us. She has to answer to it.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Okay. And the answer is us. We've all given her
- 32:06Speaker 1: enough fear that she can be like, okay, I've actually
- 32:10Speaker 1: started to look at this thing and slow it down
- 32:13Speaker 1: and be a little bit more critical about it. Also,
- 32:16Speaker 1: the FBI was helpful. And I don't know if I
- 32:19Speaker 1: want to marry this guy right now. And I think
- 32:21Speaker 1: that that's good.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Yeah, but she's lying and telling us it's because, oh,
- 32:25Speaker 2: I don't want Ryan to get overwhelmed by the kids. Like, no, we,
- 32:28Speaker 2: I hope that you're just saying that for your own sake.
- 32:31Speaker 2: So he doesn't, you know, freak out that you're on
- 32:34Speaker 2: to him.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Allegedly. Oh, yeah. Well, maybe.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Allegedly.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Allegedly.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Now, Carmela not going and these 12 injections a day,
- 32:43Speaker 2: I mean, I did not realize how severe her diabetes are.
- 32:46Speaker 2: I mean, that's like 12 injections a day? I don't
- 32:51Speaker 2: know diabetes from what. I just thought that people, I mean,
- 32:55Speaker 2: I know a few diabetics and they inject like at
- 32:58Speaker 2: dinner or at a meal. I've never heard of 12 injections.
- 33:03Speaker 1: It sounds like she's dealing with a high level of
- 33:07Speaker 1: anxiety also.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but I mean, the 12 injections, do you think
- 33:12Speaker 2: those have to do with anxiety?
- 33:14Speaker 1: I mean, no, no, no. I'm saying, like, I think one, like,
- 33:17Speaker 1: and she said it too, like, one feeds the other
- 33:19Speaker 1: because of her anxiety being hard to control. Then it
- 33:26Speaker 1: makes the diabetes worse.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Then she'd have to do more. She'd have to do more. Okay,
- 33:30Speaker 2: I see. Oh, that makes sense. So it's like, basically,
- 33:34Speaker 2: she's having to... the problem will exacerbate.
- 33:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:41Speaker 2: And so then she has to treat the problem.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Yeah. And that's according to what she is saying. I mean,
- 33:46Speaker 1: I don't know anybody, like I don't have any real
- 33:50Speaker 1: life thing to compare that to. I'm just saying like,
- 33:53Speaker 1: it sounds like it sucks. And I actually fully believed that.
- 33:58Speaker 2: She did not want to go.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Oh, me too.
- 34:00Speaker 2: I'm glad she didn't. I think that was a very
- 34:02Speaker 2: smart decision.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:04Speaker 2: You can't put your health on the line for a
- 34:05Speaker 2: girl's trip.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:08Speaker 2: I mean, it's so far away.
- 34:09Speaker 1: It is really. It's an 11-hour flight.
- 34:13Speaker 3: So, yeah.
- 34:15Speaker 2: And I like that she put her health first and didn't,
- 34:18Speaker 2: you know, try to do that and go beyond the
- 34:21Speaker 2: means of what she's capable of doing, which I think
- 34:25Speaker 2: a lot of people might do.
- 34:26Speaker 1: I do wonder if she will be on another season. Oh, really? Yeah,
- 34:33Speaker 1: I just, I don't know. We'll see. But I kind
- 34:35Speaker 1: of think, like, I was watching the after show too.
- 34:39Speaker 1: And I think they said in the regular show, like
- 34:41Speaker 1: she has problems even leaving the house sometimes. So I
- 34:44Speaker 1: don't know how much of this is great.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Oh, right. Interesting.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Like just, it almost sounds like kind of like agoraphobia.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:54Speaker 2: I didn't see any agoraphobia when I was there. I
- 34:57Speaker 2: looked at all the pantries. I didn't see anyone afraid
- 34:59Speaker 2: to leave the house, okay? Was she in the house?
- 35:02Speaker 1: Yes.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Did she walk us to the door?
- 35:03Speaker 1: Yes, she did.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Did she step outside? No, she didn't. That doesn't prove it.
- 35:09Speaker 1: No agoraphobia in the pantry. Vicki will ask the questions
- 35:14Speaker 1: and answer the questions.
- 35:16Speaker 2: I just sold myself some insurance policies last week. I
- 35:20Speaker 2: sold myself three, so.
- 35:27Speaker 1: When Heather is like, let's finish up dinner and then
- 35:29Speaker 1: go on the town. And then Vicky's like, that sounds terrible.
- 35:36Speaker 2: I got to hand it to Heather. She's up for fun.
- 35:39Speaker 2: She will go for it. I'm always impressed by her.
- 35:42Speaker 2: And also sad. It really is something where the fact
- 35:46Speaker 2: that Tamara and Jen are in a room together and
- 35:50Speaker 2: Gina and Emily are in a room together and Heather's
- 35:52Speaker 2: just like, here I am once again, all by myself. Again,
- 35:56Speaker 2: she's just always the odd man out. I mean, it
- 35:59Speaker 2: is so true. She does feel like she's on an island.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Yeah. I couldn't tell how much of that was Heather
- 36:08Speaker 1: was pretending to be fine with it, but she's like
- 36:10Speaker 1: the only one that I think wants a roommate.
- 36:14Speaker 2: Even though she was like, no, I don't want one.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I understand like, Was Shannon rooming with Vicki?
- 36:21Speaker 1: Yeah, Shannon and Vicki. Oh, they were.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Everybody had somebody. Well, you know what? Heather.
- 36:26Speaker 1: You know what? I don't know. That's a good question.
- 36:29Speaker 1: I assumed that they were together, so I don't know.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Man, I was just thinking about Shannon being in that
- 36:34Speaker 2: room because after how she acted when they went on
- 36:38Speaker 2: that other cast trip where she's like, the gamma rays
- 36:41Speaker 2: from the elevator.
- 36:42Speaker 4: I know.
- 36:43Speaker 2: To have that attitude when knowing that she's been in
- 36:46Speaker 2: a room like that, that she would even complain.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Yeah. Or jail. It's not even jail. It's like the
- 36:52Speaker 1: holding cell at the police precinct. Right.
- 36:56Speaker 2: It's so nuts to me.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:00Speaker 2: It's so feckless.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Okay.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Okay, Camille Grammer. It was such a Camille Grammer moment,
- 37:07Speaker 2: wasn't it?
- 37:08Speaker 1: And Heather. Because Heather will throw around some words sometimes.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Yeah, but Heather doesn't do it to prove that she
- 37:16Speaker 2: knows a word. It's just part of the fabric of
- 37:19Speaker 2: who she is. True. People like Camille threw it out
- 37:22Speaker 2: there because she learned a new word and wanted to
- 37:25Speaker 2: use it. And same with Alexis. Yes.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Totally. And it doesn't make any sense.
- 37:34Speaker 2: No, it doesn't.
- 37:34Speaker 1: It doesn't work.
- 37:35Speaker 2: So we're in Tokyo. Yes. And we're at dinner. And
- 37:40Speaker 2: we do get a flashback because we're talking about food.
- 37:42Speaker 2: We get a flashback to Vicky in the wheelchair in Iceland. Oh,
- 37:47Speaker 2: and towel over her head.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Yeah. And I think very soon we're going to get
- 37:52Speaker 1: Vicky in another wheelchair because that the trailer for the
- 37:55Speaker 1: season has her taking them. Or wait, that was in Vegas.
- 38:00Speaker 1: That was in Vegas. We already saw this. Taking that
- 38:02Speaker 1: wheelchair into the souvenirs in Vegas.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Into the souvenirs. That's just any old Cathy in America.
- 38:13Speaker 2: Just a woman being wheeled into a souvenir shop just
- 38:16Speaker 2: really checks out for the US of A.
- 38:18Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 38:19Speaker 2: Just really checks out. And Vicky is the president of
- 38:24Speaker 2: that club.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Oh, my God. I remembered that the Iceland thing happened,
- 38:29Speaker 1: but I didn't remember. That was a minute ago.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Oh, my God. It was so long ago. Kelly Dodd
- 38:36Speaker 2: was there. That was a wild trip. And remember, it
- 38:40Speaker 2: was always light out there in Iceland.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
- 38:44Speaker 2: And then somebody was in their room. I think it
- 38:46Speaker 2: was like, was it Bronwyn? Someone was in their room
- 38:49Speaker 2: and they wouldn't leave. They were all upset. That was
- 38:51Speaker 2: a nutty trip.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Yeah, it really was. The no day and tonight was crazy.
- 38:58Speaker 3: I know.
- 38:59Speaker 2: That made it weird.
- 39:02Speaker 1: They need to do, the next true detective needs to
- 39:04Speaker 1: be that cast trip, but only daytime. Instead of night country,
- 39:08Speaker 1: it's day country. Yeah. It's just figuring out what the
- 39:12Speaker 1: fuck happened. That's what those detectives are trying to figure out.
- 39:15Speaker 1: What was wrong with Vicky that trip?
- 39:17Speaker 2: Gotta ask the right questions. How many drinks does she have?
- 39:23Speaker 2: How many, whoa, why is she covering her blanket? Snakehead
- 39:26Speaker 2: vodka is what she's having now, boy.
- 39:28Speaker 1: How about Gina at a little sip?
- 39:32Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 39:33Speaker 1: I mean.
- 39:34Speaker 2: That was kind of a shocker. Yeah. It's medicinal. My
- 39:39Speaker 2: fortune said I could. That bar looked awesome, though. I loved, like.
- 39:46Speaker 2: You go to a little bar and it only has
- 39:47Speaker 2: a certain amount of little stools for your little girls trip.
- 39:51Speaker 2: It was just awesome. I loved it.
- 39:53Speaker 1: Yeah, that was cool.
- 39:55Speaker 2: And that egg salad sandwich. Amazing that Tamara had done
- 39:58Speaker 2: the research on that and was like, I got to
- 40:00Speaker 2: eat this egg salad sandwich because they're so not disgusting.
- 40:03Speaker 2: They're supposed to be really good. I was like, oh,
- 40:06Speaker 2: that sounds so yummy.
- 40:08Speaker 4: I know.
- 40:09Speaker 1: That looked cool. I mean, I really want to go
- 40:11Speaker 1: to Tokyo.
- 40:12Speaker 2: Me too.
- 40:13Speaker 1: I can't wait for Vicky to hate it.
- 40:17Speaker 2: That's going to be sad. Oh, shut up. The last
- 40:20Speaker 2: time we were there.
- 40:21Speaker 1: It's going to be sad. It's going to be great
- 40:26Speaker 1: watching her unhappy.
- 40:29Speaker 2: I'm going to be so sad for her.
- 40:35Speaker 1: So sad. Shut up.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Okay, well, I believe you. Let's move on. So we're
- 40:47Speaker 2: going to go to the temple. I'm really into this
- 40:50Speaker 2: stuff and the manifestation. I'm into it too.
- 40:53Speaker 1: I love it.
- 40:54Speaker 2: I love that Gina's into it. It's obviously working for her. And,
- 40:59Speaker 2: you know, we light a candle and then we get
- 41:01Speaker 2: insects in it and then we get our fortune and
- 41:03Speaker 2: we burn it to the ground.
- 41:07Speaker 1: It's working for her, but we also know that Gina
- 41:09Speaker 1: does things like therapy and is actively trying to work
- 41:12Speaker 1: on herself like it's not just it's just that burning
- 41:16Speaker 1: sage and going getting fortunes all.
- 41:19Speaker 2: She's doing she's not even she doesn't even have a
- 41:21Speaker 2: real estate license people are she's selling houses without even
- 41:25Speaker 2: knowing what she's doing that's how well it works now
- 41:29Speaker 2: to gina's credit absolutely she has done the work and
- 41:32Speaker 2: this is just kind of the sprinkling on the top
- 41:34Speaker 2: that helps her you know focus and balance and i
- 41:36Speaker 2: really like that for her um and uh Tamra's was interesting,
- 41:43Speaker 2: because her wish was, you know, about having her daughter
- 41:45Speaker 2: come back into her life. And I thought that that
- 41:47Speaker 2: was kind of serendipitous, what her fortune actually said, which
- 41:52Speaker 2: is that there's trouble in your family, and the person
- 41:56Speaker 2: you wait for will come late. Yeah.
- 41:58Speaker 1: And then if somebody else gets that, like Shannon also
- 42:01Speaker 1: got the person that you're waiting for is coming soon
- 42:04Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Right.
- 42:06Speaker 1: So, I mean, that's the beauty. That's the fun of
- 42:10Speaker 1: it is everybody can make it what they want. Yeah.
- 42:13Speaker 2: You just make it what, yeah, it's subjective, really.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Except for the bad ones. Except for the bad ones.
- 42:19Speaker 1: Those aren't fun. Burn that shit.
- 42:21Speaker 3: Do not.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Just go right away. Burn it. Burn it.
- 42:25Speaker 2: And Emily had a good fortune. So Emily and Jane,
- 42:28Speaker 2: I really thought before we started this season that they'd
- 42:32Speaker 2: be fine. But yeah, it seems troublesome.
- 42:36Speaker 1: It's not great. I do appreciate that everybody's encouraging her
- 42:42Speaker 1: to work through this a little bit, but like.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Yeah, because if I could just say something, I should
- 42:48Speaker 2: have worked through it. Dad, I know to dad, I
- 42:50Speaker 2: should have left dad. I should have left him too soon.
- 42:52Speaker 2: But I regret that. I mean, how many times... Are
- 42:56Speaker 2: we going to, it's amazing how many times she brings
- 42:58Speaker 2: it up.
- 42:59Speaker 1: I know that Don has been mentioned more times this
- 43:03Speaker 1: season than.
- 43:05Speaker 2: Jen.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Jen. Yeah. Or Alexis.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Oh, for sure.
- 43:11Speaker 1: For sure. Yeah.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:14Speaker 1: On the after show, Emily said that Shane, things are
- 43:18Speaker 1: getting better with Shane as of yesterday. Okay.
- 43:22Speaker 3: So the day before they filmed yesterday.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Because he did laundry and she was a hundred percent
- 43:29Speaker 1: there was not this was not a joke this was like.
- 43:32Speaker 4: Things are getting better they're good and and she's like
- 43:36Speaker 4: oh when well like as of yesterday well what happened
- 43:39Speaker 4: yesterday he was he did laundry i was.
- 43:42Speaker 3: Like as of yesterday is not promising no i know
- 43:49Speaker 3: I thought it was interesting that when Tamara and Jen
- 43:52Speaker 3: talked about it at the very beginning, that Jen said,
- 43:56Speaker 3: I mean, I just want to say, I mean, is
- 43:57Speaker 3: she doing enough?
- 43:59Speaker 2: I thought, wow, she's going to have to answer to
- 44:02Speaker 2: that at the reunion. Yeah.
- 44:05Speaker 1: And we'll have to remind everybody that Jen grew up
- 44:09Speaker 1: a certain way in Utah. And I think we know
- 44:12Speaker 1: that that is in her. So yeah, I don't think
- 44:17Speaker 1: that's great.
- 44:18Speaker 2: It's not going to go over well. And I think
- 44:20Speaker 2: like right now is probably the worst it's going to
- 44:24Speaker 2: be because they're filming. And now they've been filming. They're
- 44:26Speaker 2: on a cast trip. So they are in the thick
- 44:29Speaker 2: of it where Shane is going to have to really
- 44:32Speaker 2: bat down the hatches and take care of everything. Because
- 44:35Speaker 2: as far as we know, when they're done filming, I
- 44:38Speaker 2: know that there is always the circuit, the promotion and
- 44:41Speaker 2: all that stuff. And But I mean, they have a
- 44:44Speaker 2: lot of downtime where they are home, where they're not
- 44:47Speaker 2: doing anything, right? I mean, unless they have something else
- 44:50Speaker 2: that they're doing. But like, it seems to me that
- 44:53Speaker 2: she would be able to make up for a lot
- 44:56Speaker 2: in those times when she's not filming. You know what
- 44:59Speaker 2: I mean? So it just, it sounds like he's giving
- 45:05Speaker 2: us the impression or I'm walking away with throughout the
- 45:08Speaker 2: entire year. He is the one doing everything. Where I
- 45:12Speaker 2: just didn't, I didn't know that it was like that. Or,
- 45:16Speaker 2: you know, if he signed on to that, because he
- 45:19Speaker 2: must have, because he's doing this.
- 45:21Speaker 1: He did. Yeah. I think he's so mad at Emily
- 45:25Speaker 1: because he can't figure out his purpose. And she has
- 45:29Speaker 1: multiple purposes that she's very passionate about. And I just
- 45:32Speaker 1: don't think that he knows what. Yes. one of them
- 45:36Speaker 1: is for himself.
- 45:37Speaker 2: It is a tale as old as time and it's
- 45:39Speaker 2: very difficult. It's so common in relationships. And that is like,
- 45:44Speaker 2: it can be the kiss of death. Yeah.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Even with all the money that he has, all the
- 45:49Speaker 1: resources that he has, I think he's just like mad
- 45:52Speaker 1: at Emily because she can't figure it out for him.
- 45:55Speaker 2: Right.
- 45:55Speaker 1: And like, and you know, like, oh, well, Emily's a
- 45:58Speaker 1: lawyer and I'm going to try to be a lawyer.
- 46:00Speaker 1: And then he passes that and doesn't do it. I mean,
- 46:05Speaker 1: he's on the show with her. They have the kids.
- 46:09Speaker 1: He seems to be trying on all the hats that
- 46:12Speaker 1: Emily tries on first and loves, and they're not working
- 46:16Speaker 1: for him. And then he's pissed at her for it.
- 46:18Speaker 2: I know. It's definitely like projection. And I could see
- 46:26Speaker 2: all the resentment. You can see the resentment building up
- 46:29Speaker 2: between him towards her.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Yeah. And, you know.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Let's say that he does want to go back to work.
- 46:36Speaker 2: I don't think that they would agree that one of
- 46:39Speaker 2: them would be able to do that because of the
- 46:41Speaker 2: situation with Luke. And it's really nice to see that
- 46:45Speaker 2: they're prioritizing their family so that someone can always be
- 46:48Speaker 2: there with him, you know, while they're going through this. So, like,
- 46:53Speaker 2: that is such a tremendous stress and a burden to
- 46:57Speaker 2: shoulder that.
- 46:58Speaker 1: But then, like, I agree with Gina.
- 47:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:01Speaker 1: Get some help. They can afford it. Shane's parents will
- 47:05Speaker 1: buy them whatever help they need so that they can
- 47:07Speaker 1: actually get better with spending time with Luke. Because it
- 47:12Speaker 1: does sound like if I had the amount of resources
- 47:16Speaker 1: that they had, and I have what I'm dealing with,
- 47:19Speaker 1: with a with Luke, I think I would be like, yeah,
- 47:23Speaker 1: could we have someone help with laundry? Like, if we're
- 47:26Speaker 1: going to get divorced over laundry, if this is a
- 47:28Speaker 1: better day and Shane did laundry, someone else could do laundry. Absolutely.
- 47:33Speaker 1: And we can move on from that task.
- 47:35Speaker 2: I mean, yes, if you have the means, outsourcing is,
- 47:38Speaker 2: you know, the way to go. What I didn't appreciate
- 47:42Speaker 2: was Tamara in her confessional dragging Gina for that suggestion
- 47:45Speaker 2: because she said, us students are busy now because she's
- 47:50Speaker 2: just making money. So, you know, and just she can
- 47:52Speaker 2: make it rain. I think their problems are a lot
- 47:54Speaker 2: deeper than.
- 47:54Speaker 1: That, Gina. And they might be. I'm sure they are.
- 47:59Speaker 2: But at least, and that will be a Band-Aid until
- 48:02Speaker 2: they can fully handle it. But a Band-Aid is a
- 48:04Speaker 2: Band-Aid and it can stop the bleeding immediately.
- 48:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:08Speaker 1: And then you can be like, you're not mad about
- 48:11Speaker 1: me not helping as much, Shane, because now we have
- 48:14Speaker 1: help and you're still mad.
- 48:17Speaker 2: So what is it? Right, right. Yeah.
- 48:19Speaker 1: But he has to vilify Emily. And he's done that
- 48:22Speaker 1: since season one. I mean, this isn't like... We didn't
- 48:25Speaker 1: like Shane season one. I did. And he kind of came...
- 48:28Speaker 1: He was such a bitch. Remember him being bitchy about
- 48:31Speaker 1: her eating dinner rolls?
- 48:33Speaker 2: No, the bread. I know, I know, I know. Yeah,
- 48:35Speaker 2: I didn't like that. But I also felt like in
- 48:37Speaker 2: season one, he didn't come off well at all. Season two,
- 48:40Speaker 2: I just felt like he was misunderstood. He has this
- 48:43Speaker 2: snarky sarcasm that no one got. And I just felt
- 48:48Speaker 2: like I understood where he was coming from. But the
- 48:50Speaker 2: edit never did him any service because the way that
- 48:53Speaker 2: they would edit his sense of humor. So- But now, obviously,
- 49:00Speaker 2: it's not working because they don't communicate really well. As
- 49:05Speaker 2: she says, he's always poking at her and stuff. So
- 49:11Speaker 2: I don't know how they're going to.
- 49:13Speaker 1: And I think also we live in this time where
- 49:16Speaker 1: it's like women can be earning the money and the
- 49:20Speaker 1: guy cannot be earning as much, whatever the husband in these.
- 49:25Speaker 1: And so I'm just like, uh, And then we are still,
- 49:30Speaker 1: as women, we are made to feel bad for it
- 49:32Speaker 1: in some way. Like, it's our fault. We should have
- 49:35Speaker 1: known they were going to be upset that we were
- 49:38Speaker 1: supporting everything. And it's like, can we get past that point?
- 49:42Speaker 1: Can we move on as a, like, I don't, I
- 49:44Speaker 1: bet in 20 years we'll look back and be like,
- 49:47Speaker 1: what the fuck?
- 49:48Speaker 2: These are the strides, you know, we're making strides and
- 49:51Speaker 2: it's not, it's not perfect. But you know how, one
- 49:56Speaker 2: last thing, and that is, Tamara, the way that she
- 50:00Speaker 2: gets excited when someone's marriage is on the rocks is like,
- 50:06Speaker 2: it's something else.
- 50:07Speaker 1: I mean, any.
- 50:09Speaker 2: Time this happens, you know, when Emily's kind of opening up,
- 50:12Speaker 2: you know, he's just snarky with me, like he's taking shots,
- 50:16Speaker 2: like we don't sleep in the same room. And Tamara's like,
- 50:18Speaker 2: did you guys talk about divorce? He's like, did you
- 50:21Speaker 2: guys talk about divorce? Are you guys going to surrender?
- 50:23Speaker 2: Like a divorce? Like what are you guys going to do?
- 50:24Speaker 2: Is it a prenup? Or like, what's this going to go?
- 50:26Speaker 2: I know it's divorce later, so it's going to be
- 50:27Speaker 2: really exciting. So like divorce or what?
- 50:29Speaker 1: Yeah, Tamara gets excited for a divorce like people get
- 50:32Speaker 1: excited for a wedding, but she's like, whoo! She does.
- 50:35Speaker 2: It's like, divorce party!
- 50:38Speaker 1: Single!
- 50:40Speaker 2: Or when she's talking to the person, she'll address it.
- 50:43Speaker 2: And if she's talking about the person, she'll always say
- 50:47Speaker 2: to the camera, to a person, they're never going to
- 50:49Speaker 2: make it. It's not going to last. Someone's going to leave.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Someone's going to cheat. Someone's going to leave. Someone's going
- 50:53Speaker 2: to die. It's never going to work. Like, she is
- 50:56Speaker 2: so dark when it comes to that kind of thing.
- 50:59Speaker 1: It makes me laugh.
- 51:00Speaker 2: It's like there's no hiding it. Between Tamra and her,
- 51:05Speaker 2: you know, her solid hits with, like, are you getting divorced?
- 51:08Speaker 2: Is the divorce exciting enough for Doris? And Vicky's, I
- 51:11Speaker 2: should have never left out. I should have never left out.
- 51:13Speaker 2: Do it, do it. I mean, the hits keep coming
- 51:16Speaker 2: with these ladies. I mean, they are who they are.
- 51:19Speaker 1: And the Venn diagram comes together with one day everyone's
- 51:23Speaker 1: going to die. Because they'll both be there.
- 51:25Speaker 3: Vicky.
- 51:26Speaker 1: We're all going to die. They're going to die.
- 51:31Speaker 2: Well, listen, we will have more to talk about for
- 51:35Speaker 2: Tokyo next week. And, gosh, thanks so much for being here,
- 51:40Speaker 2: you know?
- 51:40Speaker 1: Thanks, Ems. Oh, you're welcome.
- 51:43Speaker 2: Hey, have a great weekend, everybody. Oh, my gosh.
- 51:46Speaker 3: I will.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Okay. That's a good idea.
- 51:48Speaker 2: Bye.
- 51:49Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 51:54Speaker 2: Bye-bye. Drama, darling.
- 51:56Speaker 1: Bye-bye. Drama, darling. Take it and whoop it.
