So much to say in so little time! I believe I covered a lot of ground with regard to "who." which is basically no one except your children or family members you're caring for (teaching or babysitting). On the other hand it can include your employees or people that you hire to work for you but there are pretty clear boundaries there as they are defined by safety and security (which includes paying them LOL!).
