- 0:23Together, we uncover the whispers of the heart, the power of midlife transformation, and the wisdom that fuels expansion.
- 0:33What if the transition you are facing right now isn't a setback, but the spark that could ignite the greatest momentum of your entire midlife?
- 0:46It's an honor and an absolute privilege to welcome and introduce Selma Omaha to our show today.
- 0:53Selma is a midlife momentum mentor, and she has lived more life transitions than most of us could ever imagine.
- 1:03Some by choice, many by chance, and through it all, she became known as the momentum master.
- 1:09Because people watched her navigate change with courage, creativity, and this uncanny ability to find solutions that were outside of the box.
- 1:20She brings over 25 years of experience and human behavior.
- 1:25Land connection and outdoor wellness.
- 1:28She spent eight years working directly with people in major life transitions, and over the last three years, she's chosen to focus exclusively on Midlifers.
- 1:40Because at age 53 herself, this season is not theoretical.
- 1:48She understands it from the inside out.
- 1:51Selma's impact has already been felt far and wide.
- 1:55Her content has grown organically to reach more than 20,000 people, and she has already directly supported over 1000 Midlifers through her coaching speaking workshops.
- 2:08Community work.
- 2:09But what makes Selma extraordinary is her gift for guiding Midlifers who feel like they're drifting in empty nesting career changes relocations divorce.
- 2:23Retirement and helping them design an active, intentional life that they truly, truly love.
- 2:31That's grounded in purpose, presence, and progress.
- 2:35This conversation is going to shift something in you.
- 2:39You're going to feel it.
- 2:41So thank you so much, Selma for joining us today and sharing your wisdom, gifts, and talents.
- 2:49I'm so happy to, to be here.
- 2:51Denise, thank you for the invitation and uh, for the mission you're doing.
- 2:57You're doing amazing work, so really thank you for that.
- 3:02Thank you.
- 3:02And we're here to talk about, oh my gosh.
- 3:06I, I read the information that came through and I've been watching you for a while now.
- 3:11'cause we connected a while ago.
- 3:13Yeah.
- 3:13And.
- 3:14Oh my goodness.
- 3:15There is something real and grounded in your presence.
- 3:22Was it always like that or is this something that's been building over time?
- 3:28You know, I must say I'm, I go with the flow.
- 3:34Like, uh, I experienced so many transitions and like instability is part of my daily life.
- 3:42That I embrace it.
- 3:44I embrace it with joy, and it's like, okay, what's coming next?
- 3:50I'm ready.
- 3:51That's why I'm like, I feel I'm ready to that.
- 3:55Like, uh, mm-hmm.
- 3:58I, yeah, that, that's why I literally studied how I overcame all these transitions.
- 4:05And now I have my framework.
- 4:07Okay, let's start.
- 4:09First step, second step.
- 4:11It's uh, it becomes like automatical.
- 4:15Yeah.
- 4:15Okay.
- 4:16So I love that.
- 4:18So you did a study of yourself growing through all of the pains that match you.
- 4:28You know?
- 4:29Yes.
- 4:30Okay.
- 4:31Uh, just to give you an example.
- 4:32Yeah.
- 4:33How many transitions I faced, like my more than 30 years old, uh, friend Charles, he will tell me the only constant.
- 4:45Hair, that's all.
- 4:48So really so empty.
- 4:51Nesting, career changes, relocation, divorce, uh, early retirement.
- 4:55I early retired at 50 to focus on this, uh, wow.
- 5:00Life transition.
- 5:02Really, I wanted to make it my mission because I realized not everyone is, uh.
- 5:10Is building the successfully through midlife, through life transitions in general.
- 5:16Right?
- 5:17And especially midlife transitions.
- 5:19And it's especially midlife.
- 5:21It's like, it's like the copy paste to say, ah, it's midlife crisis.
- 5:26What's this midlife crisis?
- 5:29It's your wake up call.
- 5:30For me, it's a wake up call.
- 5:32Remember?
- 5:34Right?
- 5:35Remember to, to look.
- 5:37Differently.
- 5:38Differently.
- 5:39Change your perspective.
- 5:41Right.
- 5:41For me, it was like this, and it was like every time I was able to build a better and better chapter, uh, that I'm looking forward to wake up every morning.
- 5:56Love that.
- 5:57You know, there's so many people, so many people globally who absolutely desire to have what you just shared.
- 6:07Just to have the ability, the capacity to wake up every morning, just so grateful and joyful because your feet get to hit the floor for another day.
- 6:19Yes, and everybody who I have had.
- 6:23Contact with, had conversations with, have had, you know, different exchanges with are looking outside of themselves for that.
- 6:32And that's where you're, you're shaking your head no, because those of you who are in podcast land don't see the visual.
- 6:39If you're on YouTube, you're gonna see it.
- 6:41But there was a huge smile on SSA's face and a, no, that's not how it works, girl.
- 6:47It isn't, is it?
- 6:48It's not outside.
- 6:50It's your, it's your cap.
- 6:52Everybody has the ability to do this Absolutely.
- 6:56Every single day.
- 6:57Yeah, exactly.
- 6:59And you know, that's why, that's what the nerd in me was.
- 7:05I love it.
- 7:06Yep.
- 7:08I love it.
- 7:08The nerds, Sal studied what made me instinctively Yeah.
- 7:15Succeed.
- 7:16These transitions.
- 7:17Yeah.
- 7:18So now I have these six steps ready.
- 7:21Like why I was sometimes drifting, the reasons why we drift.
- 7:27Because it's not only one reason I'm, I'm telling the nerd in me here.
- 7:33I studied and now okay, because.
- 7:36Like in midlife, I don't wanna keep it to, uh, instinctively, uh, succeed my transition.
- 7:42No.
- 7:43Right.
- 7:43I will follow it and that's why I, uh, I made it my mission.
- 7:49Yeah.
- 7:49You know?
- 7:50Okay.
- 7:51It's very clear.
- 7:52You have to follow these, you know, for you it's, it's very personal to each one.
- 7:58But the question sure would be, the steps are universal, not only for midlife, not only for women, but not only for one specific, uh, transition.
- 8:11Okay.
- 8:11Also.
- 8:12So that's why I want to build this community, you know, because we learn from each other.
- 8:18Yeah.
- 8:19If now I'm experiencing, uh, uh, empty nesting mm-hmm.
- 8:24And Denise, you are experiencing, I don't know, relocation, but I will learn from you when I will experience that.
- 8:30I'll remember.
- 8:31And we need a human connection.
- 8:33Yes.
- 8:33This is what we're missing.
- 8:36Yes.
- 8:37So true AI or everything, you know, I'm the dinosaur.
- 8:42I, I finished my master degree before the invention of internet.
- 8:46So yes, the connection, this is why you are connecting, right?
- 8:54You need a human connection.
- 8:56We need to collaborate not to compete.
- 8:59Yeah.
- 8:59This is the, this is crucial, I think.
- 9:02Mm-hmm.
- 9:02And this is why, like, I love talking to you, Denise.
- 9:07Yeah.
- 9:08And do that imperfectly perfect.
- 9:11Perfection.
- 9:12Don't exist.
- 9:13I was long time ago.
- 9:16A perfectionism.
- 9:17Okay.
- 9:19You know, an example.
- 9:22With my broken English, I'm speaking to all of you in English.
- 9:27Yeah, I speak four languages, Uhhuh, and yes, my audience is everywhere and I don't care.
- 9:34Yeah, if people will, will laugh with my uh, accent.
- 9:40I have a broken English, but I'm celebrating people saying how a three second video changed their day.
- 9:49Yeah.
- 9:50I prefer to focus on that.
- 9:52Absolutely, yes.
- 9:54What?
- 9:55Yes.
- 9:55Isn't that incredible?
- 9:57Because what you, what you focus on gross.
- 9:59Yes.
- 10:00So if you focus on all of the mountain.
- 10:05Yeah, that might be insurmountable as you just look at that mountain.
- 10:10Yeah.
- 10:11Then you will not be able to move any of the.
- 10:14Pieces that need to be moved to start to climb that mountain.
- 10:18But I absolutely love what you're sharing because you have done the research, you have the ability.
- 10:27It's not just you.
- 10:28You have the training.
- 10:30To do research in a very specific manner.
- 10:34It's not, oh, well, I just looked at my notes and went, you are, you have the masters, you are the doctor in the room.
- 10:42So we're not talking somebody who's, oh, well, I put a few clips together.
- 10:45This is somebody in the know, not only cognitively, intellectually, academically, but also.
- 10:55Physically, you are in the throes and so you understand it at a new level.
- 11:01Being in midlife yourself.
- 11:02So there's so many strong foundations in the work that you do and what you're bringing to the world, and I am so grateful that you have taken this path and you have retired early, whatever retirement means.
- 11:16'cause it doesn't mean for us anyway.
- 11:17It does not mean sitting.
- 11:19And just waiting for things to happen.
- 11:22It's like we'd get out there and do it because it's our lives, right?
- 11:26Yeah.
- 11:27Like I retired from my regular, uh, it, it's not like I loved my job.
- 11:35I was in academia for 25 years in the universities and everything, right?
- 11:39Uh, but like imagine my colleagues.
- 11:44Like they were, what are you doing?
- 11:47Like, I literally was elected twice to be Chair of Education, academic Affairs in the International Federation of Landscape Architect.
- 11:55Wow.
- 11:56Like, uh, like yes, I achieved like, uh, highest things in my previous career.
- 12:03I love it.
- 12:04Yeah.
- 12:06You know, part of my framework.
- 12:09And one of the reasons I was able to succeed, this is what I call outdoor anchor.
- 12:16Yes.
- 12:16Because it's not, we're, we're in a world that is seeking complex solutions.
- 12:26No.
- 12:27It's simple things that matters and it's proven by science.
- 12:32You know, I say it very simply because I started sharing, uh, online since the pandemic to make it like, uh, obvious for everyone.
- 12:41Mm-hmm.
- 12:42It's simple, thi uh, simple things like we need to reconnect with the outdoor and we can take it everywhere because I know it's very difficult to build a habit.
- 12:53We don't build a habit linked to.
- 12:56A personal trainer or to a gym or to a specific location.
- 13:01Right.
- 13:02Like having the outdoor anchor will have your growing stronger, not just older tool.
- 13:12Yeah.
- 13:13Moving with you and wherever you you go.
- 13:16Because we have the freedom.
- 13:18We want The freedom, the freedom of location time.
- 13:21And it's compatible to this.
- 13:24Yeah.
- 13:25Yeah.
- 13:27One of the, like the cherry on the top of my, uh, framework.
- 13:32Unique framework.
- 13:33Yeah.
- 13:33The outdoor anchor.
- 13:35Love that be, just like you say, it's there.
- 13:38It's always available.
- 13:39Yes.
- 13:39Outdoor is always there no matter where you are.
- 13:42Yes.
- 13:43And so why not?
- 13:44And nature.
- 13:46Oh, please, yes.
- 13:47That you will not have a better grounding mechanism than nature.
- 13:52It's exactly.
- 13:53Then yeah.
- 13:55And you know, Denise, just for people, because when we say nature, they imagine forests and uh, mountains.
- 14:04Yeah, it's that too.
- 14:06But also when we say nature, it's the sky.
- 14:12You can see like I literally live in the heart.
- 14:16The heart of downtown Montreal.
- 14:18Yeah.
- 14:20Connecting with nature.
- 14:22Look, look, the sky.
- 14:25It's nature.
- 14:26Yeah.
- 14:27It'll change your perspective and it's, it really you reset in one, one minute, like.
- 14:33Don't take decisions sitting on your couch.
- 14:37Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 14:38Go outside.
- 14:40Yeah.
- 14:40Look, look, look at this guy.
- 14:42Exactly.
- 14:44Yeah.
- 14:44Exactly.
- 14:46And it's there.
- 14:47It never leaves.
- 14:49So you don't have to go, like you say, you can change locations.
- 14:51Look up.
- 14:52Hello.
- 14:54Exactly.
- 14:55And what a beautiful way to move yourself through different things that.
- 15:02It clears your mind, doesn't it?
- 15:03You talk about the complexity.
- 15:05Yes.
- 15:05I think the world is complex and we need to simplify ourselves.
- 15:10Simplify through it, and what you have provided is exactly that through your steps.
- 15:15Yeah.
- 15:16Love it.
- 15:17When you and it spoke, sorry.
- 15:19And go and it spoke at seven at various levels.
- 15:23Personal, you'll reconnect with yourself.
- 15:25Yeah.
- 15:26Yeah.
- 15:27Also, you reconnect with your surrounding because.
- 15:31It's not your, like your home, it's not, you expand your home when you go outside.
- 15:38Like just go outside.
- 15:40Like your neighborhood will be the extension of your home, literally.
- 15:45Mm-hmm.
- 15:46Mm-hmm.
- 15:46Little by little, like there is a metal, a whole thing in the, I can, uh, talk about, but practically this.
- 15:57This is the secret also to overcome the isolation.
- 16:01Yeah.
- 16:01How the, the new pandemic isolation.
- 16:05Yeah.
- 16:06And, you know, yeah.
- 16:08Yeah.
- 16:08And we'll have the movement walking and all this.
- 16:13Yeah.
- 16:13So it's a whole like growing stronger, not just older.
- 16:17Yeah.
- 16:18Yeah.
- 16:18We wanna grow, we want.
- 16:21We wanna church every minute.
- 16:23Yeah.
- 16:23Like growing older.
- 16:24It's uh, a blessing.
- 16:26Yeah, exactly.
- 16:27It's a blessing, please.
- 16:29Absolutely.
- 16:30Yeah.
- 16:31Yeah.
- 16:32Totally.
- 16:32Absolutely.
- 16:34A hundred percent.
- 16:34It is a blessing.
- 16:35And, and as people around who do not get the opportunity to live a life that we get to live.
- 16:43Exactly.
- 16:43It brings it closer even more, doesn't it?
- 16:46Yeah.
- 16:46Yeah.
- 16:47It really does.
- 16:47It really does.
- 16:49Yeah.
- 16:49Yeah.
- 16:50Yeah.
- 16:50Yeah.
- 16:50Yeah.
- 16:54So I have another question.
- 16:57When you actually look back at your own midlife journey that you're taking, is there a moment or a transition specifically, or not even necessarily a moment,'cause I'm sure it was many, but that truly reshaped your path and led you to the work that you're actually doing today?
- 17:20You know, I think, uh, it made me, th it's mainly revisiting my priorities.
- 17:32Okay.
- 17:33What are my priorities?
- 17:35Yeah.
- 17:35Because, you know, we are okay, midlife and all this.
- 17:41And, uh.
- 17:42What are my prior priorities?
- 17:44I don't like, I was never a one day person like I really act.
- 17:50Mm-hmm.
- 17:50I take action.
- 17:52Yeah.
- 17:52But, uh, like a friend of mine, Pascal, only one, like if a school friend mm-hmm.
- 18:00Only one week older than me died last year.
- 18:06It was Oh my God.
- 18:08Yeah.
- 18:08No, I like people.
- 18:13And, you know, it's not that I didn't experience, uh, you know, uh, death and everything.
- 18:18I was born, uh, I was three years old, uh, when, uh, the, the wars in Lebanon started.
- 18:27I'm a Lebanese Canadian.
- 18:29Lebanese Canadian, so I experienced war and, uh.
- 18:35And, you know, loss and everything.
- 18:37And, uh, this, it's not an age thing, right?
- 18:40Yeah.
- 18:41No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 18:42Don't think about that.
- 18:44It's like a lot of people will say midlife, we think because we are close to that.
- 18:49Who told you?
- 18:50Yeah.
- 18:50Who told you?
- 18:51Like now with the expansion and everything?
- 18:54No, we can live more and more till hundred and much more.
- 18:59So, no.
- 19:00And even if, uh, someone is retired at 60 mm-hmm.
- 19:04They have minimum 20, 25 years.
- 19:06And for me it'll be 40 years minimum.
- 19:09And when you will reach your a hundred years, you will maybe research will allow us to, uh, to, uh, live longer.
- 19:17Yeah.
- 19:18But we want to live stronger.
- 19:20Yeah.
- 19:20So for me it'll be, no, I church, I want to.
- 19:24I want as many as people to cherish waking up every morning.
- 19:30I want them to remember that they can design that.
- 19:35It's never too late to design the life.
- 19:38They love waking up.
- 19:40They love living.
- 19:42Yeah, the life they love living.
- 19:43It's not like they are killing time.
- 19:47I'm sure you hear like a lot of people Oh, it's good.
- 19:50Like this time will pass.
- 19:52No, no.
- 19:53It's, it's our cherish time.
- 19:57Yes.
- 19:57Yes.
- 19:58This is our most precious resource.
- 20:01This is, I made it my mission.
- 20:03I want people to cherish time to, to enjoy simple pleasures of life and know midlife.
- 20:15It's just another chapter and we'll have, even in midlife, we'll have various chapters.
- 20:21Mm-hmm.
- 20:22Sure.
- 20:22It's not like, yes.
- 20:24Yeah.
- 20:24So it's, I want people to remember that constant, that the change is the only constant.
- 20:31Yeah.
- 20:32And I think people forget that and they are like astonished when change happens.
- 20:40Yeah.
- 20:41But it's a constant, when it's constant, when, when it's a lot of routine, it's, you need to think about it.
- 20:48Am I, am I imprisoning?
- 20:51Am myself in my comfort zone.
- 20:54It'll become like imprisonment, like it's your prison you made yourself.
- 21:00Because there to change there, to follow your dream.
- 21:04You don't wanna reach a day where you say, oh, I wish I had, uh, done this.
- 21:10Write a letter for your 90 years old and what, what?
- 21:15She'll thank you about a decision you'll take today.
- 21:18Perfect.
- 21:19It's never too late.
- 21:20Never too late.
- 21:21Yeah.
- 21:22Yeah.
- 21:23Thank you for that action step.
- 21:26Write that letter to your 90-year-old self.
- 21:29I hear all the time.
- 21:30What would you write to the, your younger.
- 21:33No, what a great letter to write to your 9,100 yesterday.
- 21:39Yes, I saw an incredible woman at 105.
- 21:44Yes.
- 21:45Run.
- 21:46I don't know if you've seen that.
- 21:47It's going around Instagram, but I saw her run at 105, um, a hundred meters or something, and I'm like, you.
- 21:55Go sister.
- 21:56Like, yes, you live every day because you, you've chosen to do that, right?
- 22:03And it's your choice.
- 22:05Yeah.
- 22:07You know, Denise, I remember because we put our limits.
- 22:10Yeah.
- 22:10And we need to be aware.
- 22:12The first thing to do is be aware of where we are now.
- 22:16Because I remember back when I was, uh, 45, my brother told me, come I'm training for the marathon.
- 22:24Come train with me.
- 22:25I told him, no, no, no.
- 22:26I'm a hiker.
- 22:28Oh.
- 22:28After when I realized that in my.
- 22:35It was S You're 45, huh?
- 22:38We'll run a marathon.
- 22:40It was the same day I decided I will run for a marathon.
- 22:46Okay.
- 22:46And I remember in November 11th I said, okay, before the end of the year, I will run five kilometer without stopping.
- 22:56It was the challenge for me.
- 22:59Yeah.
- 22:59Until date.
- 23:00So it 1245.
- 23:01Now I'm 53.
- 23:03I already ran.
- 23:04For marathons.
- 23:07I, I'm preparing the next one here, uh, Montreal Marathon in October, 2026.
- 23:14Yep.
- 23:15And, and you know what, what was challenging for me, it took me six weeks to prepare to run the 5K.
- 23:24Now it's, for me, it'll be, oh, Sal, you still have only 5K.
- 23:28It became nothing.
- 23:30It's not like.
- 23:31It changed.
- 23:32Changed, but me, I became stronger.
- 23:34Yeah.
- 23:34Should just start small.
- 23:36Whatever you forget.
- 23:39Perfect.
- 23:39Uh, for Yep.
- 23:41Do it imperfectly.
- 23:42Perfect.
- 23:43And start small.
- 23:45Yeah.
- 23:45And you know, I believe in daily actions.
- 23:48Mm-hmm.
- 23:48I will not go to the gym once a week.
- 23:50Mm-hmm.
- 23:51I will do my magic combo.
- 23:54One minute squat.
- 23:55One minute, uh, planks.
- 23:58One minute bridge.
- 24:00And five minutes of mobility every day.
- 24:03I can do them everywhere.
- 24:05Yes.
- 24:05There you go.
- 24:06Yep.
- 24:07That's it.
- 24:07Transferable.
- 24:08Yeah, exactly.
- 24:11All you need is your body.
- 24:13You don't even need equipment.
- 24:14I love that.
- 24:16And never stop.
- 24:17Yeah.
- 24:18Yeah.
- 24:20No quick fixes.
- 24:21No quick fixes.
- 24:22Yeah.
- 24:25Yeah.
- 24:25Love that.
- 24:26You know, we.
- 24:30Speed.
- 24:31Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 24:34Faster, quick.
- 24:34The moment.
- 24:35Yeah.
- 24:36It's like that.
- 24:37Yeah, no, exactly.
- 24:39Exactly.
- 24:40It's, it's so true that being present is so empowering and yeah, it is again, our show.
- 24:50This is all for you by you because of you.
- 24:53Yes.
- 24:54Nobody else holds the, okay, now you do it.
- 24:58Now you do it.
- 24:58Now you do it.
- 24:59You mentioned about the personal trainer.
- 25:01We are all about giving our audience.
- 25:06Ideas, techniques, possibilities that exist.
- 25:09Yes.
- 25:09Because you are a perfect example and all of your people and clients you've supported over the years and continue to do an amazing job, you know, with all of your content, making sure that they understand that it's your decision and you take your actions and you do the consistency.
- 25:28And like you say, everything changes all the time.
- 25:31So.
- 25:32Don't worry about that.
- 25:33That's, that's life.
- 25:34That's what we have.
- 25:35That's life.
- 25:36It's the reality.
- 25:37You know?
- 25:37If I can add, uh, something I'll, yes.
- 25:40Mm-hmm.
- 25:41Like I love to stack things like yes, sunset are every day everywhere, and it's not long.
- 25:52Like consider it as your me time.
- 25:55You are doing everything to everyone.
- 25:58You need your me time for you?
- 26:00What about linking your me time to an amazing time of the day Sunset?
- 26:06Yeah.
- 26:07And it shows that, uh, endings can be beautiful and it's only like a, uh, see you tomorrow.
- 26:15That's it.
- 26:16So make it a habit.
- 26:19Mm-hmm.
- 26:20To.
- 26:21To use sunset time as your me time to be grounded and remind yourself of everything you want to be aware of what you want, what you don't want, what you love, what you don't love every day.
- 26:37Yeah, because you need the, give yourself the permission.
- 26:41Give yourself the permission, like, yeah.
- 26:46Until midlife, usually we don't, uh, give ourselves a lot of time for ourselves.
- 26:51No.
- 26:52Yeah.
- 26:52And set is the reminder.
- 26:55There you go.
- 26:56Yes.
- 26:57And it's, and it's a da like you've already said, it's a daily thing.
- 27:01It's never going to fail you.
- 27:02Yes.
- 27:02So use that.
- 27:05That already exists in our universe.
- 27:07That happens on a regular basis.
- 27:09I love it.
- 27:10And it's not, you don't need to spend money to find it.
- 27:14You don't need to.
- 27:15It's such it.
- 27:16You don't need to get everybody else prepped so you can go and have your me time.
- 27:21Right?
- 27:21Yeah.
- 27:21It's like there, it's natural.
- 27:24Do it.
- 27:25It is for you.
- 27:26By you because of you.
- 27:27And it's such an easy thing to commit to because it doesn't take forever and it's always available every night.
- 27:34Yes.
- 27:35Love that.
- 27:35Love that.
- 27:37You know, another thing that reminds me when I look, because it's my daily thing, uh, yeah, sunset.
- 27:45I compare sunsets and I notice that when we have, when we have clouds mm-hmm.
- 27:54Sunset becomes more like amazing.
- 27:58Like it's, it's very literally, it's surreal and I compare like a life without any problems.
- 28:07Like the sky without any clouds.
- 28:10Okay.
- 28:10The sunset is nice.
- 28:12It's also, but when with all the clouds, it's magical.
- 28:20Love that.
- 28:21And you know, there is no sunset identical to another one.
- 28:27Yeah.
- 28:28And you'll realize that like with our phone tuck, if you take one picture of the sunset every day, yeah.
- 28:34It'll be Wow.
- 28:37Very cool.
- 28:38You'll be looking forward to, to witness another one.
- 28:42I love that.
- 28:43That is a great way to do it too, because it not only captures the essence of it, but it allows you to go back and look at, oh my gosh, I have done this habit stacking for exactly a month.
- 28:57Yes, I've done it for two months.
- 28:58Right.
- 28:59So I love that.
- 29:01Yes.
- 29:02One more question that I want to throw back to you, that I'm excited to hear what you're gonna share, but when you think about the future, what is the vision that you actually have for how your mission will grow?
- 29:21I would love.
- 29:23Like, my mission will be like to stop the copy pasting of midlife crisis.
- 29:30No, it's not a crisis because all over our year, our life, like we are questioning ourself when, uh, as teenagers, as young adults as everything.
- 29:42It's the same for midlife.
- 29:45We, it's, it's a best way, I think to expand because we have, yeah.
- 29:52All the knowledge, all the experience.
- 29:55We're not starting from zero.
- 29:58It's like what I, uh, what I call like, like same roots, new fruit.
- 30:05It's my, the workshop.
- 30:08I, I love that same new roots.
- 30:13Love it.

- 30:25Whatever your dream is, it's never too late.
- 30:29No, just start.
- 30:30Just start.
- 30:31And you never know who or you're inspiring.
- 30:34No, exactly.
- 30:36Yeah.
- 30:37Yeah.
- 30:39New.
- 30:41Same roots, new fruits.
- 30:43Yes, there it is.
- 30:44I love that.
