- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Roots Direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:39Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 1:02Speaker 3: All Right, fun, fun, fun, Way dollar Roots. I'm batar.
- 1:05Speaker 3: My director says, have fun.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Well, we're gonna have fun because I'm gonna open up
- 1:09Speaker 4: with positive stories, not bad. Right when you got positive
- 1:12Speaker 4: economic stories. People keep complaining about Trump. I've always said
- 1:16Speaker 4: his main attribute is he knows money. Right, US private
- 1:19Speaker 4: payrolls post their biggest gain since January of twenty twenty five.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Trump is gonna announce seven hundred million dollars in actions
- 1:27Speaker 4: to boost the US coal industry so we don't have
- 1:29Speaker 4: energy problems and your electure bill doesn't soar, and the
- 1:32Speaker 4: Dow soars nine hundred points to an all time high. Good, good,
- 1:38Speaker 4: good economic news. I want to mention good Wayne Root news,
- 1:41Speaker 4: and then I'll get to my commentary. Talkers Magazine, which
- 1:45Speaker 4: is the bible of the talk industry, rated me number
- 1:48Speaker 4: thirty or ranked me number thirty out of all the
- 1:51Speaker 4: most influential radio hosts in the United States of America.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Eighth year in a row.
- 1:55Speaker 4: I'm on the list of the heavy hundred most influential
- 1:57Speaker 4: hosts in America, and I was ranked ahead of several
- 2:00Speaker 4: icons of the media, of conservative media, and of radio
- 2:03Speaker 4: and TV. Bill O'Reilly. I'm ahead of Bill O'Reilly. I'm
- 2:06Speaker 4: ahead of Armstrong and Geddy. I'm ahead of Curtis Sleewa,
- 2:09Speaker 4: the guy ran for mayor of New York City, has
- 2:11Speaker 4: a big show in New York.
- 2:12Speaker 3: I'm ahead of you.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Ewitt from Salem, Bill Cunningham from iHeart Rita Cosby, a
- 2:18Speaker 4: great friend of mine.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Rob Carson of Newsmax.
- 2:21Speaker 4: Joe Piscopo, one of the famous comedians and movie stars
- 2:26Speaker 4: his radio show, I'm ahead of it.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Steve Gruper of Real America's Voice TV. I'mhead of him.
- 2:31Speaker 4: And Lee Elsie, who is my guest host so often
- 2:34Speaker 4: on this show. Whenever I'm away, I use Lee Elsie.
- 2:36Speaker 4: So number thirty in the top one hundred for the
- 2:39Speaker 4: eighth year in a row and number thirty out of
- 2:41Speaker 4: all the radio hosts in America. Keep in mind, I'm
- 2:43Speaker 4: a TV host now really, radio's a tiny, tiny portion
- 2:47Speaker 4: of my life. TV is ninety percent of what I
- 2:49Speaker 4: do and probably ninety five percent of my income. But
- 2:52Speaker 4: yet as little as I as little an influence as
- 2:55Speaker 4: radio has in my life. Nowadays, I'm number thirty at
- 2:58Speaker 4: of everyone in the United States, a nation of three
- 2:59Speaker 4: hundred thirty million people, and I'm very proud of that.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Here is my commentary based on something to happen on
- 3:05Speaker 4: this show? Was that just yesterday? Was it yesterday?
- 3:08Speaker 3: She was on her two days ago? I can't even
- 3:09Speaker 3: remember anymore.
- 3:11Speaker 4: So it's title President Trump is the greatest president of
- 3:13Speaker 4: my lifetime. But as DJ is, weak, feckless, and cowardly.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Wait till you hear what his assistant Attorney general said
- 3:19Speaker 4: on my podcast. Because I give out my personal email,
- 3:24Speaker 4: Wayne Root at gmail dot com on my two national
- 3:26Speaker 4: TV shows, nationally syndicated radio show, a national podcast, I
- 3:30Speaker 4: get thousands of emails from patriots across this country.
- 3:33Speaker 3: My finger is on the pulse of.
- 3:35Speaker 4: What average everyday American think, like no one else in
- 3:37Speaker 4: the conservative media. I also understand something about the American people.
- 3:41Speaker 4: A few politicians or media ever will. Just because someone
- 3:45Speaker 4: isn't a billionaire or famous or have a degree from
- 3:48Speaker 4: Harvard doesn't make them dumb, and it doesn't mean that
- 3:52Speaker 4: you shouldn't listen to them. To the contrary, the average, everyday,
- 3:55Speaker 4: middle class Americans who speak to me are actually smarter
- 3:59Speaker 4: than the politicians and big shot lawyers that I know.
- 4:02Speaker 3: They certainly have more common sense.
- 4:04Speaker 4: The number one thing almost everyone of these average everyday
- 4:07Speaker 4: Americans says in their emails to me is, quote, where
- 4:11Speaker 4: are the arrests? Why isn't President Trump arresting dirty, corrupt Democrats?
- 4:15Speaker 4: Why are Democrat law breakers never charged with obvious, irrefutable
- 4:19Speaker 4: violations of the law. Why are Democrats who commit treason
- 4:23Speaker 4: an insurrection and who aid in a bet illegal alien
- 4:25Speaker 4: criminals walking free?
- 4:28Speaker 3: Exactly? I couldn't have said it better myself then.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Earlier this week, I had a top official from the
- 4:33Speaker 4: DOJ as my guest on my national podcast, Warzone Live,
- 4:37Speaker 4: the official podcast the Gateway Punnet, the one you're watching
- 4:39Speaker 4: right now, we're listening to right now, And I had
- 4:42Speaker 4: the honor of interviewing Assistant Attorney General of the United
- 4:45Speaker 4: States Department of Justice, Harmeet Dillon, and my fans' concerns
- 4:51Speaker 4: are very valid, and they know I have the platform
- 4:53Speaker 4: to get answers. I was very respectful to the Assistant
- 4:57Speaker 4: Attorney General when I brought up la mayor ca in Bass.
- 5:00Speaker 3: It was not a pre planned question. It was an
- 5:03Speaker 3: off the cuff remark.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Simply because the shocking story had just come out that
- 5:07Speaker 4: morning and I'd just seen it before our interview, and
- 5:09Speaker 4: I said, quote, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass is publicly
- 5:12Speaker 4: announced that she is heading an obstruction campaign against ICE
- 5:18Speaker 4: and will not follow federal law when it comes to
- 5:20Speaker 4: cooperating and turning over illegal aliens. Mayor Bass was very
- 5:24Speaker 4: clear that she will obstruct immigration laws, ICE and law enforcement.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Why don't we indict and arrest her for treason or
- 5:30Speaker 4: insurrection or aiding at a betting foreign criminals illegally in
- 5:33Speaker 4: American soil. She is actively promoting insurrection against the.
- 5:37Speaker 3: US federal government.
- 5:38Speaker 4: That's what I said to Attorney General Harmeat Dylan, Assistant
- 5:41Speaker 4: Attorney General Army Dylan, and I could see the Assistant
- 5:44Speaker 4: ag tens up right away, and the answer I received
- 5:47Speaker 4: from Dylan almost knocked me off. My feet as she
- 5:50Speaker 4: defended the LA mayor, calling Bass's remarks protected free speech.
- 5:57Speaker 4: This is truly unbelievable, acceptible, and pure cowardice. The assistant
- 6:03Speaker 4: ag of the Trump DOJ just wave the white flag
- 6:07Speaker 4: like our DOJ represents France. Because it's not free.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Speech its action.
- 6:14Speaker 4: The action is LA's mayor giving the commands and providing
- 6:18Speaker 4: cover for insurrection against the laws of our country. It's
- 6:23Speaker 4: her saying publicly the federal law doesn't matter in California
- 6:27Speaker 4: because she doesn't like it.
- 6:28Speaker 3: It's inciting anarchy.
- 6:31Speaker 4: If any elected official refuses to comply with federal law
- 6:34Speaker 4: and encourages others to not comply with federal law, they
- 6:38Speaker 4: are by definition a criminal committing insurrection against this country.
- 6:43Speaker 3: They are Benedict Arnold.
- 6:45Speaker 4: January sixth was a peaceful protest against a rigged and
- 6:48Speaker 4: stolen election turned into entrapment by Nancy Pelosi and the
- 6:53Speaker 4: crooked FBI.
- 6:54Speaker 3: This, however, is a real coup. This is a real insurrection.
- 6:59Speaker 4: This he's a communist color revolution and attempted overthrow of
- 7:03Speaker 4: the US government under the command of Mayor Karen Bass
- 7:07Speaker 4: and dozens of other radical Democrat mayors across this country.
- 7:13Speaker 4: Mayor bass is directing radicals to not comply with US
- 7:17Speaker 4: law if they don't like it. She is inciting them
- 7:19Speaker 4: to riot against ice, commit violence against ICE officers, and
- 7:22Speaker 4: chase federal officers out of Los Angeles. A mayor or
- 7:27Speaker 4: any elected official who's actions encourage breaking the law and
- 7:30Speaker 4: incite violent riots and violence against law officers of the
- 7:34Speaker 4: US government should be immediately arrested, set an example, or
- 7:38Speaker 4: this will never end. The assistant AG looked angry that
- 7:41Speaker 4: I asked about this topic, but I didn't care because
- 7:44Speaker 4: the American people deserve answers. I never back down, never,
- 7:49Speaker 4: So I pushed Assistant ag Dilon again for an answer
- 7:53Speaker 4: as to why the LA mayor could not be charged
- 7:56Speaker 4: for her criminal actions, and this time her answer wasn't
- 7:59Speaker 4: about protected space. She changed her tune. She had an
- 8:02Speaker 4: even more shocking excuse. The assistant AG of the Trump
- 8:05Speaker 4: DOJ claimed that cases in California are not prosecuted because quote,
- 8:10Speaker 4: in a blue state like California, we wouldn't win in
- 8:14Speaker 4: court anyway.
- 8:16Speaker 3: What you ever see them in a movie?
- 8:19Speaker 5: What?
- 8:19Speaker 3: That's my answer?
- 8:20Speaker 6: What?
- 8:21Speaker 3: I was stunned with what I was hearing.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Our DOJ no longer prosecutes cases in blue cities and
- 8:27Speaker 4: blue states because we can't win. This is a dangerous
- 8:31Speaker 4: message the Assistant Attorney General Dylon is sending. If I'm
- 8:35Speaker 4: an a legal alien or a Democrat official in California,
- 8:38Speaker 4: she just gave carte blanche for me to break the
- 8:41Speaker 4: law and I won't be charged because Trump's DOJ waves
- 8:44Speaker 4: the white flag when it comes to prosecuting in blue
- 8:47Speaker 4: states like California. Really, that is a total loser mentality.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Keep in mind, ag Dillon represents President Trump, who prides
- 8:56Speaker 4: himself on always winning and always aiming for the un
- 9:00Speaker 4: conditional surrender of our enemies. Remember that unconditional surrender of Iran.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Is President Trump aware that his own top DOJ officials
- 9:08Speaker 4: are saying that we the Trump DOJ unconditionally surrenders to
- 9:13Speaker 4: blue cities and blue states.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Laws are no longer enforced.
- 9:17Speaker 4: If a Democrat commits a crime in a blue city
- 9:19Speaker 4: or a blue state, his DOJ just put up the
- 9:22Speaker 4: white flag, like France. This is why we're losing America
- 9:26Speaker 4: because Democrats fight and stick together and are willing to
- 9:29Speaker 4: do anything to win, weaponizing government, spying on Trump, persecuting Trump,
- 9:35Speaker 4: wrigging juries, and judges against Trump using the IRS to
- 9:38Speaker 4: destroy the lives of political opponents, and Republicans, on the
- 9:42Speaker 4: other hand, are weak, feckless cowards who find excuses to
- 9:47Speaker 4: always compromise, settle, back down, avoid battle, or waive the
- 9:52Speaker 4: white flag of defeat. I love President Trump, I trust
- 9:57Speaker 4: President Trump. I will always be loyal to President Trump.
- 10:00Speaker 4: I will always fight for President Trump. But he is
- 10:03Speaker 4: being blocked at every turn by Democrat traders, insurrectionist politicians
- 10:07Speaker 4: and judges, radical communist activists, the deep state, and sadly,
- 10:11Speaker 4: his own GOP senators and his own government officials. It's
- 10:16Speaker 4: one big conspiracy, it's one giant gas lighting. It's the
- 10:20Speaker 4: entire world against Trump. But the real problem, sadly, is
- 10:25Speaker 4: our own team under President Trump's DOJ. Until President Trump's
- 10:29Speaker 4: DOJ grows some balls and charges Democrat officials who obstruct
- 10:34Speaker 4: justice with insurrection, this will never stop. It's sadly a
- 10:38Speaker 4: free pass for Democrats to conduct violence, burn down cities,
- 10:43Speaker 4: refuse to comply with federal law, and do whatever the
- 10:46Speaker 4: hell they want in blue cities and states with no
- 10:49Speaker 4: fear of accountability or retribution. My interview with President Trump's
- 10:53Speaker 4: assistant ag answered your questions It just wasn't the answer
- 10:57Speaker 4: any of us wanted. But now you understand the obstacles
- 11:00Speaker 4: we face. No one is fighting for us.
- 11:03Speaker 3: There is no cavalry.
- 11:04Speaker 4: Even President Trump's top officials make excuses for Democrats who
- 11:08Speaker 4: break the law. As of right now, President Trump's DOJ
- 11:12Speaker 4: is not the Department of Justice. It's the DOE, the
- 11:15Speaker 4: Department of Excuses. The American people want justice. If we
- 11:20Speaker 4: can't get it with the greatest president of my lifetime,
- 11:23Speaker 4: then it sure appears that we will never get it.
- 11:28Speaker 4: Har Meat Dylan, I didn't like her answers, I didn't
- 11:31Speaker 4: like the interview. I didn't like her attitude, And I
- 11:34Speaker 4: got to tell you, she's probably more concernative than ninety
- 11:37Speaker 4: nine percent of the people at the DOJ, which is
- 11:39Speaker 4: why it's now the DOE, the Department of Excuses.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Good luck to America.
- 11:50Speaker 7: For two hundred and fifty years, America has stood on independence,

- 14:45Speaker 13: and overall improved quality of health and life.
- 14:55Speaker 3: All Right, I gotta laugh the way things change quickly.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Yesterday I was kind of in a bad mood and
- 15:01Speaker 4: I read some really negative stories to start the show
- 15:02Speaker 4: because a lot of bad things happened yesterday to the
- 15:05Speaker 4: United States of America. Right, A lot of bad things. Today,
- 15:07Speaker 4: A lot of good things have happened. Today's a good day.
- 15:09Speaker 4: It goes back and forth, like a ping pong tournament
- 15:12Speaker 4: or a tennis match, you know around.
- 15:16Speaker 3: When now, cable, where's the cable? Oh got it? Thank you?
- 15:20Speaker 3: My cable was showing, not the one you're thinking. Don't
- 15:22Speaker 3: have naughty thoughts.
- 15:24Speaker 4: My ear cable here, MYFB so easy when you say
- 15:29Speaker 4: that word batar, my cable is showing. So look, yesterday,
- 15:36Speaker 4: some bad things happen. Today I see a lot of
- 15:37Speaker 4: good things. It goes back and forth. Today, As I
- 15:40Speaker 4: mentioned in the opening segment, US private payrolls post the
- 15:45Speaker 4: biggest gain since January of twenty twenty five.
- 15:47Speaker 3: You see, if there's anything new in here that I need.
- 15:49Speaker 4: To know, private employers added one hundred and twenty two
- 15:52Speaker 4: thousand new jobs in May, the heigh since January of
- 15:54Speaker 4: twenty twenty five, according to Payroll process Or ADP. So
- 15:59Speaker 4: that's good, very good. And then Trump announces seven hundred
- 16:03Speaker 4: million dollars in investments to boost the US coal industry
- 16:06Speaker 4: to keep your electric bill down.
- 16:07Speaker 3: That's good. The dowsour is nine hundred points to an
- 16:10Speaker 3: all time high. That's good.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Here's a great one. The Pentagon drops one hundred and
- 16:16Speaker 4: eighty faiths from the military's recognized religions list. War Secretary
- 16:21Speaker 4: Hicksyth called the previous system of over two hundred faith
- 16:24Speaker 4: codes impractical and unstable and unusable. So we've removed one
- 16:29Speaker 4: hundred and eighty faiths from the list of recognized religions.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Can you imagine that in the army?
- 16:35Speaker 4: Oh look, I need today, I need the day off.
- 16:37Speaker 4: It's the Vooju day for the Witch's religion. It's the
- 16:40Speaker 4: Satan's day off. I mean, our nation is incredibly stupid sometimes, man,
- 16:44Speaker 4: But thank god we got a guy who's kind of smart,
- 16:47Speaker 4: the Secretary of War Pete Hexath in there.
- 16:50Speaker 3: That's good.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Trump signs an executive order to facilitate the firing of
- 16:56Speaker 4: federal employees he formally advanced a long sort, long sought
- 17:00Speaker 4: effort to make it easier to remove senior federal employees
- 17:04Speaker 4: involved in policymaking, arguing the change will help ensure government
- 17:08Speaker 4: agency is a responsive to elected leadership and the American people.
- 17:12Speaker 4: So it's the first, it's the revival of the first
- 17:14Speaker 4: trumpdministration Schedule F initiative, and it's expected to effect roughly
- 17:19Speaker 4: eight thousand federal employees. Bye bye, don't let the door
- 17:22Speaker 4: hit you in the ass on the way out. Todd
- 17:26Speaker 4: Blanche is the new Attorney General, or at least he
- 17:28Speaker 4: is nominated by Trump to be the new official Attorney.
- 17:31Speaker 3: General and him, Todd Blanche and doctor Oz.
- 17:34Speaker 4: Announce today new indictments against fourteen defendants in the Ohio
- 17:39Speaker 4: Medicaid fraud schemes. Forty nine home healthcare providers are suspended.
- 17:44Speaker 4: I assume they're all Somalis. Most probably they're definitely all
- 17:47Speaker 4: illegal aliens. I guarantee you. Obamacare fraud estimated to cost
- 17:52Speaker 4: twenty five billion dollars this year alone. Right, Improper Obamacare
- 17:56Speaker 4: payments due to organize fraud. I mean, it's just the
- 17:59Speaker 4: whole is run by Democrats involved in organized fraud. You
- 18:03Speaker 4: remember organized crime, Now it's organized fraud. That's what the
- 18:06Speaker 4: entire Democrat Party is. Stealing elections and stealing money. That's
- 18:10Speaker 4: all they had to do. President Trump announced his investigation
- 18:13Speaker 4: into California's extremely slow vote counts, just as suspicious late drops,
- 18:18Speaker 4: slash gop leads and two critical races.
- 18:21Speaker 3: And of course they're.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Talking about the LA Mayor's race and the California governor's race.
- 18:27Speaker 4: All these drops are so scary. Steve Hilton tears into
- 18:31Speaker 4: California's election process as the vote counting is set to
- 18:34Speaker 4: take weeks. In Florida, they know every time there's an election,
- 18:38Speaker 4: on the night of the election, in a matter of
- 18:41Speaker 4: hours they know the final tally. And in California it
- 18:44Speaker 4: goes weeks and weeks because they're stealing elections with fake ballots.
- 18:50Speaker 4: Here's a post a late mail in ballot drop just
- 18:53Speaker 4: came in and Republicans lost by a lot. The total
- 18:56Speaker 4: votes remaining to count when up California is insane, just crazy, man, crazy.
- 19:03Speaker 3: You just can't believe this.
- 19:05Speaker 4: Basically, we get zero in each of these in each
- 19:08Speaker 4: of these counts. Here's another one. Columbia counted. Columbia, the
- 19:12Speaker 4: country counted all more than twenty million votes in its
- 19:15Speaker 4: presidential election in a matter of a few hours, but
- 19:18Speaker 4: California can't count votes in a matter of weeks. And finally,
- 19:24Speaker 4: a little insanity, New York State Democrats pass a bill
- 19:27Speaker 4: replacing the words mother and father with two ultra woke terms.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Let me just see what those terms.
- 19:34Speaker 4: Are, gest stating parent and nonjest stating parent. Oh my god,
- 19:41Speaker 4: Democrats are mentally insane, mentally insane.

- 20:29Speaker 4: guest segment, and Energyized Health is the sponsor of this
- 20:32Speaker 4: guest segment. Before I get to our steam guest, I
- 20:35Speaker 4: started with their program in November of twenty twenty.
- 20:37Speaker 3: I didn't really think I needed their program. That's me
- 20:40Speaker 3: fifteen years.
- 20:41Speaker 4: Ago, by the way, at the age of fifty, and
- 20:43Speaker 4: now meet today in the gym. Different person, right, different
- 20:46Speaker 4: person because of Energized Health. And that would be if
- 20:48Speaker 4: that happened in a year, you'd go, Wow, different person.
- 20:51Speaker 4: How about fifteen years later, I look better than fifteen
- 20:53Speaker 4: years previous, amazing.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Age of sixty five.
- 20:56Speaker 4: In another month and a half, six weeks from I'll
- 20:58Speaker 4: be sixty five and I look younger than when I
- 21:00Speaker 4: was fifty. So thank you Energized Health. I lost twenty
- 21:04Speaker 4: five pounds of fat, I gained ten pounds of muscle
- 21:06Speaker 4: in only eighty eight days to start the program, and
- 21:08Speaker 4: I've kept it all off.
- 21:09Speaker 3: I was six years ago. I gained energy, I gained
- 21:11Speaker 3: intercellular hydration.
- 21:12Speaker 4: I got in the best shape of my life, and
- 21:14Speaker 4: I gained At this point, I believe it's five new
- 21:17Speaker 4: TV shows in podcasts past the age of sixty one,
- 21:20Speaker 4: and now one of them in the sixty fifth year
- 21:22Speaker 4: of my life. I don't think that's ever happened in
- 21:25Speaker 4: TV history. It's because energized health was my fountain of youth.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Energized health reversed aged me. I didn't think that was possible.
- 21:31Speaker 3: It happened. Energized health is also special in another way.
- 21:35Speaker 4: It works effectively alongside GLP ones like manjarro or exempic
- 21:40Speaker 4: to help you minimize the terrible side effects of those drugs.
- 21:44Speaker 3: They do a great job helping you lose weight, but terrible.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Side effects, and energized health mitigates those side effects so
- 21:51Speaker 4: that you feel healthy and you are healthy.
- 21:53Speaker 3: It's fat loss to healthy way, not weight loss.
- 21:56Speaker 4: And that's I'm the living example because I keep saying
- 21:59Speaker 4: it reversed age, saying they're my fountain of youth. I
- 22:01Speaker 4: keep saying my face looks different. I lost fat this
- 22:03Speaker 4: and that. Well, I didn't lose any weight. I weighed
- 22:06Speaker 4: the same amount as I did six years ago when
- 22:07Speaker 4: I started this program, but I lost twenty five pounds
- 22:10Speaker 4: of fat. Here's your chance to be like Wayne. Energize
- 22:12Speaker 4: health can change your life and supercharge your health, just
- 22:15Speaker 4: like it did for me. Right now, Energize health offering
- 22:18Speaker 4: my fans the war forty percent off.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Discount forty percent off.
- 22:22Speaker 4: When you say war, because you got to make an
- 22:24Speaker 4: appointment and speak to them. Go to energize health dot com.
- 22:27Speaker 4: That's energize health dot com. When you speak to them,
- 22:29Speaker 4: say war. Same journey as me energized health dot com
- 22:33Speaker 4: promo code war.
- 22:34Speaker 14: All right.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Jim paff is with US President of the Conservative Caucus.
- 22:38Speaker 4: The website is Theconservative Caucus dot Org.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Jim, Welcome to the show. How are you welcome back?
- 22:44Speaker 3: Doing well?
- 22:45Speaker 14: Wayne, Good to see you.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Good to see you. California is still counting.
- 22:50Speaker 4: I'm afraid that they're gonna keep counting for the next
- 22:53Speaker 4: twenty years until the Democrat wins.
- 22:56Speaker 3: That's all they ever do. I've said this for years.
- 22:58Speaker 3: Same thing goes on in my state of Nevada. You know,
- 23:00Speaker 3: we've had now.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Two Senate candidates, two Adam Laxalt and then two years
- 23:07Speaker 4: later Sam Brown, who both Republicans, won on election night
- 23:11Speaker 4: for US Senate, and then five days later, after they
- 23:14Speaker 4: kept counting, they both lost by a sliver And you
- 23:17Speaker 4: just go, how do you allow people to keep counting
- 23:19Speaker 4: until they win? They're just gonna If it had taken
- 23:22Speaker 4: them another two days. They were lost in seven days
- 23:24Speaker 4: instead of five, but they found enough votes in five.
- 23:27Speaker 3: Days to beat them. This is their modus operande. This
- 23:31Speaker 3: is what they do.
- 23:32Speaker 4: They're mo They wait to see how much you lead
- 23:35Speaker 4: by an election night, and then they come up with
- 23:37Speaker 4: as many fake ballots as they need. But they do
- 23:40Speaker 4: it slowly so it doesn't look obvious. And they do
- 23:42Speaker 4: it over five days, six day, seven days. But in
- 23:45Speaker 4: California they have no shames. They'll take weeks if they
- 23:47Speaker 4: have to to beat you.
- 23:49Speaker 14: Oh, Alan, you're so wrong.
- 23:51Speaker 15: David Axelrod said that they do it this way in
- 23:54Speaker 15: California because they want to make sure enough people can vote,
- 23:57Speaker 15: and because they want to take the time too closely
- 24:00Speaker 15: scrutinize the ballots. Where are you coming from here, Listen,
- 24:06Speaker 15: We've got a situation in this country with Democrats and
- 24:10Speaker 15: in red and blue states. Whenever these sorts of things
- 24:14Speaker 15: happen where you have all this long ballot counting at
- 24:17Speaker 15: the end, it always benefits Democrats.
- 24:19Speaker 14: Like there's a pattern here.
- 24:20Speaker 15: But Colorado, California is even worse, by the way, for
- 24:24Speaker 15: Nevada's sake. It's why you may or may not agree
- 24:27Speaker 15: but I'd like to see Sharon Angle become Secretary of
- 24:29Speaker 15: State and maybe fix the system there. You need something
- 24:34Speaker 15: to push back on these things. This has got to
- 24:37Speaker 15: stop because the American people are watching California, and if
- 24:42Speaker 15: they find out that neither you know, potential winners are
- 24:49Speaker 15: on the ballot Spencer Pratt in particular down in LA,
- 24:52Speaker 15: they know that the fix was in and that that
- 24:55Speaker 15: really makes California look wrong. Also, the Trump administration knowledge
- 25:00Speaker 15: that the US Attorney in the area is watching this
- 25:03Speaker 15: situation and is going to investigate any wrongdoing. And I
- 25:06Speaker 15: think we need that aggressive investigation because the other thing
- 25:09Speaker 15: that's consistent.
- 25:10Speaker 14: With all of these people who run elections.
- 25:13Speaker 15: Is they say very clearly that they will not allow
- 25:18Speaker 15: Americans to inspect the voting.
- 25:20Speaker 14: They always hold back.
- 25:22Speaker 15: Chad Bianco became famous enough to get on the governor's
- 25:26Speaker 15: ballot and attempt to run for the governor ticket because
- 25:29Speaker 15: he found six hundred and sixty one thousand votes that
- 25:32Speaker 15: were irregular. And then what did the Attorney General in
- 25:35Speaker 15: California do? You went to a friendly court and stopped
- 25:39Speaker 15: that process. I think it's insane what these people do.
- 25:42Speaker 4: So I think I could prove that elections are being
- 25:44Speaker 4: stolen by Democrats.
- 25:45Speaker 3: You know what my proof is.
- 25:47Speaker 4: I don't believe ever in history a Republican has been
- 25:49Speaker 4: behind that election night and won five days later. Only
- 25:52Speaker 4: Democrats win five days later after they were behind that
- 25:55Speaker 4: election night. Doesn't anyone find that a little suspicious? Does
- 25:59Speaker 4: anyone think that's a coincidence? I mean, every single Democrat
- 26:03Speaker 4: in the world who's ever every single candidate in the world.
- 26:06Speaker 3: Who's ever been behind and then after five, six, seven
- 26:10Speaker 3: days of additional.
- 26:11Speaker 4: Counting with mail in ballots and no vetter idea that
- 26:13Speaker 4: winds up winning and coming from behind it pulling off
- 26:16Speaker 4: a miracle win is a Democrat? No Republican ever wins
- 26:20Speaker 4: with additional ballots.
- 26:21Speaker 3: Doesn't that prove elections are stolen?
- 26:24Speaker 15: Well, I'm not going to claim proof. I think it
- 26:27Speaker 15: proves that the problem is with Democrats wherever it does exist.
- 26:31Speaker 15: I mean that is very evident. Also, Wayne, we should
- 26:34Speaker 15: be passing This is where John Thune needs to be
- 26:37Speaker 15: kicked out of Congress, because we should have passed the
- 26:40Speaker 15: Save America Act, which would fix a whole lot of
- 26:43Speaker 15: these problems and help us to this is what the
- 26:47Speaker 15: Save America Act does. It takes us back to the
- 26:50Speaker 15: way we did elections for two hundred and thirty straight years.
- 26:54Speaker 14: We didn't have perfect elections.
- 26:56Speaker 15: From our founding through about the turn of the century
- 26:59Speaker 15: turn of the twenty first century, we just had the
- 27:01Speaker 15: gold standard of elections, and when errors happened, we were
- 27:06Speaker 15: able to find them out and.
- 27:07Speaker 14: At least attempt to do something about that.
- 27:10Speaker 15: We cannot do that for the last twenty plus years
- 27:14Speaker 15: because Democrats were successful at running to favorable courts changing
- 27:19Speaker 15: the election process in violation of the constitution. Only a
- 27:22Speaker 15: state legislature can change elections.
- 27:25Speaker 14: Now in California, they did.
- 27:26Speaker 15: The legislature did put it to where they have third
- 27:30Speaker 15: world elections. Now, we didn't used to have third world elections.
- 27:34Speaker 15: Everyone came to us to validate when some third world
- 27:37Speaker 15: dictator wanted to make himself look better because the elections.
- 27:40Speaker 14: Happened, they asked us to do it. I don't know
- 27:43Speaker 14: that you can do that.
- 27:44Speaker 3: You know.
- 27:45Speaker 15: The answer is Democrats always are the beneficiaries, as you say,
- 27:48Speaker 15: and that's where the problem lay.
- 27:49Speaker 4: The answer I think is, remember when we took over
- 27:52Speaker 4: Iraq and we won the Iraq War, and that we
- 27:54Speaker 4: had an election and we made everyone put a stamp
- 27:56Speaker 4: on their fingers.
- 27:57Speaker 3: They couldn't vote twice.
- 27:58Speaker 4: They voted in person, they got they could come back
- 28:00Speaker 4: and vote again.
- 28:01Speaker 3: Why don't we just do that in America.
- 28:03Speaker 4: We oversaw that in Iraq to prevent a stolen election
- 28:06Speaker 4: in Iraq.
- 28:07Speaker 3: That would be a great way to run America's elections.
- 28:09Speaker 4: You have to vote in person, you have to vote
- 28:12Speaker 4: in one day, and you get a red dye on
- 28:14Speaker 4: your finger, and you can't come back and vote a
- 28:16Speaker 4: second time. And of course you need id to prove
- 28:18Speaker 4: it to you in the first place. If we did that,
- 28:21Speaker 4: we would win every election. And that's why Democrats won't.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Allow it, because they couldn't win if we did that.
- 28:28Speaker 14: Well, you nailed it on the head there.
- 28:30Speaker 15: And by the way, at Wayne, hold on a minute,
- 28:32Speaker 15: you're being a bit too severe.
- 28:34Speaker 14: You can't highly scrutinize an election like that.
- 28:37Speaker 15: You'd have to go to the same day voting and
- 28:39Speaker 15: people showing up in person.
- 28:41Speaker 14: How could you do that. That's not the way you
- 28:43Speaker 14: do elections.
- 28:44Speaker 15: I mean, the Democrats have been successful at making all
- 28:47Speaker 15: of this seem like what we're doing right now is normal.
- 28:50Speaker 14: It is highly abnormal. It is not the way valid
- 28:55Speaker 14: elections happen, and.
- 28:57Speaker 15: You hit the nail on the head when you said
- 29:00Speaker 15: Democrats would never.
- 29:01Speaker 14: Win elections if we did it the right.
- 29:03Speaker 15: Way, which is exactly why they've done what they've done
- 29:06Speaker 15: during this decade, these two decades, last two plus decades,
- 29:11Speaker 15: to change our elections and violation largely of the Constitution
- 29:16Speaker 15: and certainly in violation of real elections because they do
- 29:20Speaker 15: not have anything the American people want, by and large,
- 29:24Speaker 15: twenty five percent of them want it.
- 29:25Speaker 3: But that's about it, right.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Well, I mean it's crazy that you know, we're the
- 29:30Speaker 4: United States of America. You know how they say the Ohio
- 29:32Speaker 4: State University. We're the United States of America, coolest nation,
- 29:36Speaker 4: greatest nation, most wealthy nation, most prosperous nation, most free
- 29:39Speaker 4: nation in the history of the world. And the two
- 29:41Speaker 4: places I think we should copy to have fair elections
- 29:44Speaker 4: would be Iraq with the red ink on your finger,
- 29:47Speaker 4: and Mexico, which demands that first of well, you only
- 29:50Speaker 4: vote in Spanish. They don't let you vote in English
- 29:51Speaker 4: in Mexico one language. And number two, they make sure
- 29:54Speaker 4: that you have not only government issued photo ID, but
- 29:56Speaker 4: you've also got thumb print.
- 29:58Speaker 3: They have to you have to match your thumb print
- 30:00Speaker 3: in order to vote.
- 30:01Speaker 4: So Mexico, little third world Mexico and fourth fourth world
- 30:05Speaker 4: Iraq have better.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Elections than the United States, doesn't That Isn't that amazing?
- 30:09Speaker 3: I'm just amazed.
- 30:10Speaker 4: But all right, so let me let me get some
- 30:12Speaker 4: other topics because I don't want to run out of time.
- 30:15Speaker 4: New Jersey Democrat Adam Hamaway wins the primary for Congress
- 30:20Speaker 4: despite ties to Al.
- 30:21Speaker 15: Qaeda and a convicted terrorist. How low can our nation go? Well,
- 30:27Speaker 15: it just shows again. And you and I have talked
- 30:29Speaker 15: about this in the past. The Democrat Party is seeking
- 30:32Speaker 15: to overthrow the American Republic. That is literally their goal.
- 30:37Speaker 15: They are the insurrectionists. They believe in a philosophy of
- 30:42Speaker 15: government that is entirely anathetical to the American Constitution.
- 30:47Speaker 14: I mean, like Republicans.
- 30:49Speaker 15: Are kind of lazy or cowards in Washington, DC when
- 30:51Speaker 15: they don't do that, but at least they make some
- 30:53Speaker 15: pretense of thinking that the Constitution is important. The Democrats
- 30:57Speaker 15: make no such pretense. They are purposefully, intentionally attempting to.
- 31:06Speaker 14: Initiate the great replacement theory.
- 31:08Speaker 15: That everyone got all mad about those who talked about
- 31:12Speaker 15: when the immigration situation got out of hand of the
- 31:16Speaker 15: Biden administration. But again they're trying to take away every
- 31:21Speaker 15: anchor to the liberties and freedoms that the Constitution holds up,
- 31:27Speaker 15: both in the Bill of Rights and in the base
- 31:29Speaker 15: document of the Constitution itself, for the.
- 31:31Speaker 14: Mere grab of power. They are lustful for power.
- 31:36Speaker 15: All politicians are lustful for something, but the particular power
- 31:40Speaker 15: that Democrats are lustful for looks a whole lot like
- 31:44Speaker 15: that that both Lenin.
- 31:45Speaker 14: And Castro were successful.
- 31:48Speaker 3: As their commun and community country.
- 31:50Speaker 4: Hey Jim, we got a tied cault'er on the way out,

- 35:23Speaker 3: Just sent me this text.

- 35:30Speaker 4: four thirty seven am, Donald Trump had a two hundred
- 35:34Speaker 4: eighty six thousand vote lead, and when Michigan was done
- 35:37Speaker 4: county votes nine days later, his two hundred eighty six
- 35:40Speaker 4: thousand vote lead was now a one hundred and fifty four
- 35:43Speaker 4: thousand vote loss. That's a four hundred and thirty thousand
- 35:46Speaker 4: vote swing starting the day after the election in Michigan
- 35:50Speaker 4: twenty twenty. And that's funny because the other thing is
- 35:53Speaker 4: the picture is so amazing. First of all, it shows
- 35:56Speaker 4: Michigan presidential race. Trump winning really pretty big fifty one
- 36:01Speaker 4: point nine, so fifty two percent versus Biden's forty six percent.
- 36:05Speaker 4: Trump on a six point lead. Nobody can overcome that.
- 36:08Speaker 4: On the night of the election, Trump has two point
- 36:11Speaker 4: two million votes, Biden is one point nine. But second
- 36:14Speaker 4: of all, it shows the up the CNN anchorman and
- 36:19Speaker 4: he's wearing a mask over his face. Why would you
- 36:23Speaker 4: wear a mask over your face in twenty twenty on TV?
- 36:27Speaker 4: I guess there were camera men in the room and
- 36:29Speaker 4: you're all wearing masks because you're afraid of each other.
- 36:32Speaker 4: I never wore a mask, but h during twenty twenty,
- 36:35Speaker 4: I was on newsbacks TV and I was here with
- 36:38Speaker 4: a podcast, and I look just like I look now.
- 36:42Speaker 4: I never thought of putting a mask on while I
- 36:44Speaker 4: was doing my TV show.
- 36:45Speaker 3: I mean I never.
- 36:45Speaker 4: I'm telling you, I never wore a mask anywhere. But
- 36:48Speaker 4: I couldn't even imagine wearing it during a TV show, talking.
- 36:51Speaker 3: With a mask going, covering your fish.
- 36:53Speaker 4: What kind of a moron would talk with a mask
- 36:56Speaker 4: on covering your face on TV?
- 36:58Speaker 3: You gotta be a moron. And I know there were
- 37:00Speaker 3: lots of moruns.
- 37:01Speaker 4: Back then because my wife and I like a show
- 37:04Speaker 4: called it's called Emergency nine one one or is just
- 37:06Speaker 4: called nine one one, I don't know.
- 37:07Speaker 3: CEV show called nine one one, and we watched that
- 37:09Speaker 3: a lot.
- 37:10Speaker 4: And they just were going through twenty twenty repeats the
- 37:13Speaker 4: other day and they all wear masks, and I'm like,
- 37:15Speaker 4: you're watching TV. You can't of people with masks. All
- 37:19Speaker 4: the stars faces were covered. How do you even know
- 37:22Speaker 4: who they are anymore? How do you watch a TV
- 37:24Speaker 4: show with people with masks?
- 37:26Speaker 3: It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life.
- 37:28Speaker 4: So highly popular reality TV star turned Mayo candidate Spencer
- 37:33Speaker 4: Pratt and BIS man Steve Hilton emerged on election night
- 37:36Speaker 4: seemingly in good shape to advance past the open primary
- 37:40Speaker 4: for La mayor and California Governor. Pratt is currently leading
- 37:43Speaker 4: Marxist La City council woman Nithya Rahman and trailing Bass
- 37:47Speaker 4: by slim margin Hilton leads all candidates for governor. Few
- 37:51Speaker 4: votes have been tallied since election night, but the ones
- 37:54Speaker 4: counted so far have been really good for Democrats. Are
- 37:57Speaker 4: we beginning to execute the seal? Are Democrats beginning to
- 38:01Speaker 4: execute the steal? That's the question Trump thinks. So this
- 38:05Speaker 4: morning he alleged big cheating by Democrats and announced an
- 38:07Speaker 4: investigation has been launched by the US Attorney's office in La.
- 38:11Speaker 4: There's big cheating by Democrats in California, Trump wrote, votes
- 38:15Speaker 4: all tied up may not be in for weeks. This
- 38:18Speaker 4: comes just as Democrats are already starting to gain and
- 38:21Speaker 4: lock out the GOP and two critical races. In the
- 38:24Speaker 4: La Mayro race, Communist City count's woman Nitha Rahman has
- 38:27Speaker 4: cut into Spencer Pratt's lead. As the vote count continues
- 38:30Speaker 4: at a snail's pace, Some experts believe she may be
- 38:33Speaker 4: able to make up the deficit if the counting drags
- 38:36Speaker 4: on long enough. Of course, you can, because if you
- 38:39Speaker 4: keep counting until you win, you win.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Does anybody understand that?
- 38:43Speaker 4: In equally bad news, both leading Democrats in the gubernatorial
- 38:46Speaker 4: election not only made gains, but the estimated total over
- 38:49Speaker 4: of votes still to.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Be counted as increased. How can that be? How is up? Well?
- 38:54Speaker 3: Of course, because there's massive cheating. I get it. This
- 38:57Speaker 3: opens the possibility Hill will be locked out.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Leading the runoff, even though he's leading right now, leading,
- 39:03Speaker 4: leaving the runoff between Xavier but Sarah and Tom Steyer.
- 39:08Speaker 4: So you just can't even imagine that this could be
- 39:13Speaker 4: going on. But I heard there was a ballot drop
- 39:14Speaker 4: and it was like, I don't know, tens of thousands
- 39:17Speaker 4: for Besarah and tens of thousands for Stier and basically
- 39:21Speaker 4: zero for Hilton. And I keep telling people, you know,
- 39:26Speaker 4: I respect them for running. Hilt's a good candidate. I
- 39:29Speaker 4: respect Spencer for running. He's a great candidate, I think,
- 39:32Speaker 4: but they never had a chance. You can't win. It's
- 39:34Speaker 4: rigged in California.
- 39:35Speaker 3: And the reason it's rigged, I've said this several days
- 39:38Speaker 3: in a row.
- 39:38Speaker 4: Now, it's rigged because they've their entire party, their entire power,
- 39:44Speaker 4: their hold on power of government is based on stealing,
- 39:48Speaker 4: stealing elections, is stealing money and bringing in illegal aliens
- 39:51Speaker 4: and giving them money.
- 39:51Speaker 3: They stole from the taxpayers.
- 39:53Speaker 4: And so you can't allow a Republican to win because
- 39:57Speaker 4: that Republican would then hire special team of investigators and
- 40:01Speaker 4: prosecutors to look into the stealing, and you'd all go
- 40:03Speaker 4: to jail.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Every Democrat in California.
- 40:05Speaker 4: Will go to jail. Governor Newson will go to jail.
- 40:07Speaker 4: Karen Bass will go to jail. This councilwoman will go
- 40:10Speaker 4: to jail, This socialist council woman. They've all got their
- 40:13Speaker 4: hands in the cookie jar. They will all go to jail.
- 40:17Speaker 4: Do you understand that?
- 40:19Speaker 3: Unbelievable? What's going on in our country? All right? VRA
- 40:23Speaker 3: is the sponsor of this segment of the show.
- 40:25Speaker 4: After fifteen years on Wall Street at the highest levels,
- 40:28Speaker 4: in two thousand and three, Kid Prriage founded VRA, his
- 40:31Speaker 4: global investment and economic newsletter. He did it for moms
- 40:33Speaker 4: and pops, right for average middle class people.

- 40:46Speaker 4: His biggest picks, his highest rated picks called ten Baggers,
- 40:49Speaker 4: up thirty five point seven percent last year in thirty
- 40:51Speaker 4: eight percent average each of the last three years.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Meanwhile, Barret's reports.
- 40:55Speaker 4: The average Wall Street money manager loses to the market
- 40:58Speaker 4: ninety percent the time. I'm a witness for these twenty
- 41:02Speaker 4: five years. It's me a witness for these twenty three years.
- 41:06Speaker 3: The guy is amazing. It's like he has a crystal
- 41:09Speaker 3: ball kip perriage.
- 41:10Speaker 4: The fact is the VRA portfolio beats the market in

- 42:05Speaker 1: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 42:09Speaker 1: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 42:31Speaker 3: All right, Wayne All the Roots, we are back, Hour
- 42:35Speaker 3: number two.

- 42:40Speaker 4: have some changes next week, which you'll be announcing very soon,
- 42:43Speaker 4: some changes next week in the time you'll be watching
- 42:46Speaker 4: this podcast live and how long this podcast would be.
- 42:50Speaker 3: We're actually making changes because we heard from you, and I.
- 42:53Speaker 4: Listen to people I listen to, you know, people who
- 42:56Speaker 4: enjoy my show, my fans, my viewers, my listeners, podcast viewers,
- 43:00Speaker 4: et cetera, et cetera, And so it's going to be
- 43:03Speaker 4: a little bit different next week and we'll tell you
- 43:05Speaker 4: about it soon.
- 43:06Speaker 3: In the meantime, I want to tell you.
- 43:08Speaker 4: About Talkers because I'm very proud of the fact that
- 43:11Speaker 4: I'm a TV guy now, whether it's my TV show
- 43:13Speaker 4: America's Top Ten count Down on weekends or my TV
- 43:16Speaker 4: show America Speaks during the week Monday through Friday, both
- 43:19Speaker 4: of which on Real America's Voice TV Network.
- 43:21Speaker 3: Very proud of them, both two TV.
- 43:23Speaker 4: Shows now and my podcast, which is a video podcast.
- 43:27Speaker 3: If you're watching right now.
- 43:28Speaker 4: My whole life now is TV radio is a very
- 43:31Speaker 4: small portion of my life, and yet Talker's ranked me
- 43:34Speaker 4: the number thirty talker in the United States of America,
- 43:37Speaker 4: number thirty in a nation of three hundred and thirty
- 43:39Speaker 4: million is not bad.
- 43:40Speaker 3: Eight year in a row.
- 43:41Speaker 4: I'm on the heavy hundred list. I'm number one in
- 43:44Speaker 4: Las Vegas. I don't believe there's anyone else from Las
- 43:46Speaker 4: Vegas on the list, but if they are, they're far
- 43:48Speaker 4: below number thirty. I guess I didn't look at number
- 43:50Speaker 4: sixty through one hundred, but I think.
- 43:53Speaker 3: I'm the only Vegas person.
- 43:55Speaker 4: Only Vegas talk shows on the list, and number thirty
- 43:59Speaker 4: United States, ahead of Bill O'Reilly, ahead of Chris Kim Commando,
- 44:03Speaker 4: who's a big time radio host for ladies women across America,
- 44:07Speaker 4: Armstrong and Getty I beat Armstrong, Geedty you Ewitt of
- 44:10Speaker 4: Sale of Media, Bill Cunningham, my great friend, who is
- 44:12Speaker 4: the biggest weekend show in America, Wayne Root rated ahead
- 44:15Speaker 4: of him and Rob Carson of Newsmax, Steve Gruber of
- 44:20Speaker 4: my network, Real America's Voice, and of course, my old
- 44:23Speaker 4: buddy Lee Elsie is on the list.
- 44:24Speaker 3: He made the list. Lee Elsie one of the top
- 44:26Speaker 3: one hundred talkers of the United States.
- 44:27Speaker 4: Congratulations Lee, But Wayne Root beat out most of the
- 44:30Speaker 4: big ones and hopefully next.
- 44:33Speaker 3: Year a lot more. All right, let me.
- 44:35Speaker 4: Read the commentary I wrote today. I think it's very important.
- 44:37Speaker 4: It's title. President Trump is the greatest president of my lifetime.
- 44:42Speaker 4: But his DOJ is weak, feckless, and cowardly. And it's
- 44:46Speaker 4: it's the DOE the Department of Excuses, not the Department
- 44:50Speaker 4: of Justice. It's the Department of Excuses. Wait till you
- 44:53Speaker 4: hear what his assistant Attorney General said on my podcast.
- 45:01Speaker 4: So because I give out my personal email on my
- 45:03Speaker 4: two national TV shows and nationally syndicated radio show and
- 45:07Speaker 4: national podcast, I get thousands of emails from.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Patriots across this country.
- 45:11Speaker 4: My finger is on the pulse of what average every
- 45:13Speaker 4: day Americans think like no one.
- 45:15Speaker 3: Else in the conservative media.
- 45:18Speaker 4: I also understand something about the American people that few
- 45:22Speaker 4: politicians or media ever will. Just because someone isn't a
- 45:26Speaker 4: billionaire or famous, or have a degree from Harvard or
- 45:29Speaker 4: Yale or Princeton or Stanford doesn't make them dumb, and
- 45:32Speaker 4: it doesn't mean you shouldn't listen to them. To the contrary,
- 45:34Speaker 4: the average, everyday, middle class Americans that I speak to
- 45:38Speaker 4: are actually smarter than the.
- 45:39Speaker 3: Politicians, CEOs and big shot lawyers. I know.
- 45:42Speaker 4: They certainly have more common sense. The number one thing
- 45:46Speaker 4: almost every one of almost every one of these average
- 45:48Speaker 4: every day Americans says, and their emails to me is
- 45:52Speaker 4: are you waiting for?
- 45:52Speaker 3: It?
- 45:52Speaker 4: Is what they all say. I mean, they all have
- 45:54Speaker 4: something different to say, but they all have one thing
- 45:55Speaker 4: in common. Where are the arrests? Why isn't President Trump
- 45:59Speaker 4: arresting already corrupt Democrats? Why are Democrat lawmakers never charged
- 46:04Speaker 4: with obviously irrefutable violations of the law. Why are Democrats
- 46:07Speaker 4: who commit treason an insurrection, and who ate in a
- 46:10Speaker 4: bet illegal elien criminals walking free?
- 46:13Speaker 3: Exactly?
- 46:13Speaker 4: I couldn't have said it better myself. I do get
- 46:16Speaker 4: all my best ideas from all of you. Then, earlier
- 46:19Speaker 4: this week at a top official from the DOJ, as
- 46:22Speaker 4: a guest on My National on This National podcast Wards
- 46:25Speaker 4: on Live the official podcast The Gateway Punnet, I had
- 46:28Speaker 4: the honor of interviewing Assistant Attorney General Harmeat Dylan of
- 46:33Speaker 4: the Trump DOJ. My fans' concerns are very valid, and
- 46:39Speaker 4: they know I have the platform to get answers, and
- 46:41Speaker 4: they know I have the balls to ask the right questions.
- 46:43Speaker 4: I was very respectful to Assistant a g Rmat Dylan
- 46:48Speaker 4: when I brought up La Mayor Karen Bass.
- 46:50Speaker 3: It was not a pre planned question.
- 46:52Speaker 4: It was off the cuff simply because the shocking story
- 46:56Speaker 4: had just come out, I said, and I quote to
- 47:00Speaker 4: Harmy Dylon, Assistant Attorney General of the United States, I said,
- 47:03Speaker 4: LA Mayor Karen Bass is publicly announced she is heading
- 47:07Speaker 4: an obstruction campaign against ICE and will not follow federal
- 47:11Speaker 4: law when it comes to cooperating and turning over illegal aliens.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Mayor Bass was very clear.
- 47:16Speaker 4: That she will obstruct immigration laws, ICE and law enforcement.
- 47:21Speaker 3: Why don't we indict and.
- 47:22Speaker 4: Arrest her for treason or insurrection or aiding and a
- 47:25Speaker 4: betting foreign criminals illegally on American soil. She is actively
- 47:29Speaker 4: promoting insurrection against the US federal government.
- 47:33Speaker 3: Well, I could see Assistant A. G. Dylon tens up
- 47:36Speaker 3: right away.
- 47:37Speaker 4: The answer I received from her almost knocked me off
- 47:39Speaker 4: my feet, could knock me over with a feather. As
- 47:43Speaker 4: she defended the LA mayor, calling Bass' remarks protected free speech.
- 47:48Speaker 3: No, it's not.
- 47:50Speaker 4: This is unbelievable, unacceptable, pure cowardice. The assistant ag of
- 47:54Speaker 4: the Trump DOJ just wave the white flag like our
- 47:58Speaker 4: DOJ represent sens France.
- 48:02Speaker 3: Because this is not free speech.
- 48:05Speaker 4: It's action, right, it's the action is LA's mayor giving
- 48:10Speaker 4: the commands and providing cover for insurrection against the laws
- 48:15Speaker 4: of our country. It's her saying publicly that the federal
- 48:19Speaker 4: law doesn't.
- 48:20Speaker 3: Matter in Los Angeles. It's inciting anarchy. Laws don't matter.
- 48:26Speaker 3: According to LA Right.
- 48:28Speaker 4: If any elected official refuses to comply with federal law
- 48:31Speaker 4: and encourages others to.
- 48:33Speaker 3: Not comply with federal law.
- 48:34Speaker 4: They are by definition a criminal committing insurrection against our country.
- 48:40Speaker 4: They are modern day Benedict Arnolds. January sixth was a
- 48:45Speaker 4: peaceful protest against a stolen election, clearly stolen election, and
- 48:51Speaker 4: it was turned into entrapment by Nancy Pelosi and the dirty,
- 48:55Speaker 4: crooked FBI. Mayor Karen Bass, however, is conducting a real coup.
- 49:01Speaker 4: This is a real insurrection. This is a communist color revolution,
- 49:06Speaker 4: an attempted overthrow of the Trump administration and the US
- 49:09Speaker 4: government under the command of Mayor Karen Bass and dozens
- 49:14Speaker 4: of other radical Democrat mayors across the country. Mayor Bass
- 49:19Speaker 4: is directing radicals to not comply with US law if
- 49:22Speaker 4: they don't like it. Can you imagine if you really
- 49:25Speaker 4: could do this in America. If you don't like the law,
- 49:27Speaker 4: you don't have to comply with it. So I gotta
- 49:29Speaker 4: add this. I gotta remember to add this to the commentary.
- 49:32Speaker 4: I personally don't like the irs, and I don't really
- 49:34Speaker 4: like paying taxes, So FU I've decided to no longer
- 49:38Speaker 4: pay taxes.
- 49:39Speaker 3: Would you allow that? Howbut if I don't like California's
- 49:42Speaker 3: tax rules, I'm not paying taxes anymore. Would you allow that?
- 49:47Speaker 4: Mayor Bass is directing radicals to not comply with US
- 49:50Speaker 4: law If you don't like it, She's inciting them to
- 49:53Speaker 4: ride against ice and commit violence against ice officers and
- 49:56Speaker 4: chase federal officers out of Los Angeles.
- 49:59Speaker 3: That's our goal.
- 50:00Speaker 4: A mayor or any elected official whose actions encourage breaking
- 50:04Speaker 4: the law and incite violet riots and violence against law
- 50:09Speaker 4: officers of the US government should be immediately arrested, set
- 50:13Speaker 4: an example, or this will never end well.
- 50:17Speaker 3: The Assistant ag.
- 50:17Speaker 4: Looked angry that I asked about this topic, but I
- 50:20Speaker 4: didn't care, because the American people deserve answers. I never
- 50:24Speaker 4: backed down, so I pushed Assistant ag Dillon again for
- 50:28Speaker 4: an answer as to why the LA mayor could not
- 50:30Speaker 4: be charged for criminal actions. This time our answer wasn't
- 50:33Speaker 4: about protected speech. She had a new excuse the assistant
- 50:37Speaker 4: ag of the Trump DOJ. It's not like this is
- 50:40Speaker 4: the Biden DOJ or the Obama DOJ. She's trump'scal She
- 50:44Speaker 4: represents Trump, and she claimed that cases in California can't
- 50:50Speaker 4: be prosecuted because quote, in a blue state like California,
- 50:54Speaker 4: we wouldn't win in court anyway. What I was stunned
- 51:00Speaker 4: with what I was hearing. Our DOJ no longer prosecutes
- 51:03Speaker 4: cases in blue states and blue cities because we probably
- 51:07Speaker 4: can't win.
- 51:10Speaker 3: It's a dangerous.
- 51:11Speaker 4: Message that Assistant Attorney General Dylon is sending. If I'm
- 51:15Speaker 4: an illegal alien or I'm a Democrat official in California,
- 51:18Speaker 4: she just gave carte blanche for me to break the
- 51:23Speaker 4: law and I won't be charged because Trump's DOJ waives
- 51:27Speaker 4: the white flag when it comes to prosecuting and blue
- 51:29Speaker 4: states like California. Really, this is a total loser mentality.
- 51:36Speaker 4: Keep in mind, AG Dillon represents President Trump, who prides
- 51:39Speaker 4: himself on always winning hashtag winning. We'll never get sick
- 51:43Speaker 4: of winning, or we might win so much you will
- 51:45Speaker 4: get sick of winning. Trump's all about winning, always aiming
- 51:49Speaker 4: for unconditional surrender of our enemies. Remember he wanted the
- 51:52Speaker 4: unconditional surrender of Iran. His President Trump wiware, his own
- 51:55Speaker 4: top dog officials are saying that his DOJ unconditionally surrenders
- 52:02Speaker 4: to blue cities and blue states. Laws no longer enforced
- 52:05Speaker 4: if a Democrat commits a crime in a blue city
- 52:07Speaker 4: or blue state. That's why we're losing America, folks, because
- 52:10Speaker 4: Democrats fight and stick together and are willing to do
- 52:13Speaker 4: anything to win, weaponizing governments, buying on Trump, persecuting Trump,
- 52:16Speaker 4: breaking juries and judges against Trump, using the IRS to
- 52:19Speaker 4: destroy the lives of political opponents. And Republicans are weak,
- 52:23Speaker 4: feckless cowards who find excuses to always compromise, settle back down,
- 52:27Speaker 4: avoid battle, or waive the white flag of defeat.
- 52:31Speaker 3: I love President Trump, I trust President Trump.
- 52:33Speaker 4: I will always be loyal to President Trump. I will
- 52:35Speaker 4: always fight for President Trump. But he's being blocked at
- 52:38Speaker 4: every turn by Democrats and communists and deep state and
- 52:42Speaker 4: radical judges, and sadly, his own GOP senators and his
- 52:45Speaker 4: own government officials. It's one big conspiracy, it's one giant
- 52:48Speaker 4: gas lighting. It's the whole world versus Trump. But the
- 52:51Speaker 4: real problem, sadly, is our own team, right it's our
- 52:55Speaker 4: own doj. My interview with President Trump's assistant ag answered
- 52:59Speaker 4: your questions, but wasn't the answer we wanted. Now you
- 53:02Speaker 4: understand the obstacles we face. No one is fighting for us.
- 53:05Speaker 4: Even President Trump's top officials make excuses for Democrats who

- 56:25Speaker 3: I wanted you to amend what I said a while ago.
- 56:28Speaker 4: I was thinking about this based on our meat Dylan
- 56:31Speaker 4: and what she said on this show two days ago.
- 56:35Speaker 4: If I don't like the irs, and I don't like
- 56:37Speaker 4: paying taxes, and I choose to no longer pay taxes
- 56:41Speaker 4: and opt out of the system, and I live in
- 56:43Speaker 4: a red state, than a Democrat president and his administration
- 56:46Speaker 4: and his DOJ would say Wayne Roots in a red state,
- 56:49Speaker 4: we have no way of winning with their judges and juries.
- 56:52Speaker 4: So let's just ignore Wayne Roots cheating on his taxes
- 56:54Speaker 4: and not paying taxes. Do you believe that could ever happen?
- 56:57Speaker 4: Does anyone believe that could happen? And yet she's saying
- 57:01Speaker 4: the exact opposite that because it's in a blue state,
- 57:04Speaker 4: we're gonna ignore it because we couldn't win. So when
- 57:07Speaker 4: the Democrats win, I'm not gonna pay taxes, and let's
- 57:10Speaker 4: see what happens. I'll go to jail for fifty years.
- 57:12Speaker 4: You'll never hear from me again. Republicans are so dumb?
- 57:16Speaker 4: Why are you so dumb? I want to shake you
- 57:19Speaker 4: until your stupidness falls out of your ears, you morons,
- 57:24Speaker 4: and I'm gonna prove it to you in a second.
- 57:25Speaker 4: By the way, let me just mention, my latest book
- 57:27Speaker 4: is out, How Illegal Immigrants Have Made America Great?
- 57:30Speaker 3: And it's one hundred blank pages.
- 57:32Speaker 4: Funny, it's a gag gift, best gag gift ever for
- 57:35Speaker 4: a conservatives, Republicans, magapatriots. And then as a warning on
- 57:39Speaker 4: the label, do not show this book to Democrats. Their
- 57:41Speaker 4: heads will explode. All the great things I legal immigrants
- 57:44Speaker 4: have done for America and it's blank.
- 57:46Speaker 3: The only page is the last page. It's got my bio.
- 57:49Speaker 3: That's it.
- 57:50Speaker 4: That's the only thing in the book, How Illegal Immigrants
- 57:53Speaker 4: have Made America Great. You can only get it at
- 57:54Speaker 4: Amazon dot com. All my books become bestsellers there. Let's
- 57:57Speaker 4: make it a number one best seller by ten of
- 58:00Speaker 4: them for your friends.
- 58:00Speaker 3: Give it out. They will all laugh their asses off.
- 58:03Speaker 4: Now let me give you the breaking news again that
- 58:05Speaker 4: proves how dumb Republicans are. Because John Goodman's my election expert,
- 58:09Speaker 4: and him and I have been saying screaming from the
- 58:11Speaker 4: highest mountain for so long. Now, what is the matter
- 58:15Speaker 4: with you guys? The Save America Act is never going
- 58:17Speaker 4: to pass. Are you all dumb?
- 58:19Speaker 3: You know there's people out there like Scott Presler. Oh,
- 58:21Speaker 3: we've got to pass the Save Act. Oh my god,
- 58:24Speaker 3: we've got it.
- 58:25Speaker 4: I said that a year ago. But you can't pass
- 58:28Speaker 4: it now. Number one, it can't pass. There aren't de
- 58:30Speaker 4: votes to pass it. I keep saying that if you
- 58:32Speaker 4: don't undo the filibuster, you can't pass it.
- 58:34Speaker 3: And if you did undo the filibuster, I still don't
- 58:36Speaker 3: think you could pass it. But if you did pass it,
- 58:39Speaker 3: it's too late because.
- 58:40Speaker 4: There will be legal challenges and it will never get
- 58:42Speaker 4: to the Supreme Court by election day. So Trump needs
- 58:45Speaker 4: to sign a national security Emergency resolution or a national
- 58:49Speaker 4: security emergency declaration, whatever word you want to use, and
- 58:52Speaker 4: it's a national security emergency for elections and all the
- 58:56Speaker 4: things that are in Save Act, and then some like
- 58:58Speaker 4: paper ballots would be in this one. And you say, well,
- 59:01Speaker 4: why is that a big deal? Way, Well, first of all,
- 59:03Speaker 4: Trump can do it. He doesn't need the Senate to
- 59:05Speaker 4: pass it. And number two, the US Supreme Court ruled
- 59:08Speaker 4: in nineteen eighty four that if a president signs a
- 59:11Speaker 4: national security emergency, you cannot do it without a two
- 59:14Speaker 4: thirds vote of both houses of the Congress meeting the
- 59:16Speaker 4: House and the Senate both have to have two thirds vote.
- 59:19Speaker 4: That's impossible for Democrats to achieve, and therefore they won't
- 59:22Speaker 4: be able to get it in place, will be able
- 59:25Speaker 4: to stop it before the midterm elections, and Trump will
- 59:27Speaker 4: get everything he wants.
- 59:28Speaker 3: Before the midterm election. So why am I right? Why
- 59:31Speaker 3: is John Goodman right? Breaking news?
- 59:33Speaker 4: The Senate votes forty eight to fifty to reject the
- 59:36Speaker 4: Save America Act. Four Republicans joined Democrats to vote against it,
- 59:40Speaker 4: which traders voted against it. Murkowski of Alaska, piece of filth. McConnell,
- 59:45Speaker 4: piece of garbage. He doesn't even vote anymore. McConnell is
- 59:48Speaker 4: weekend at Bernie's. He's dead, you idiots. The guy has
- 59:52Speaker 4: no brains left. Other people are voting for him while
- 59:55Speaker 4: he dribbles and makes it his pants and his wheelchair,
- 59:57Speaker 4: you morons. Tom Tillis, who's a Democrat, the worst Democrat
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: in the world. But he's got an R after his
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: name from North Carolina, And of course Collins from Maine.
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: Four worst Republicans on the planet Earth voted with Democrats,
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: So if we had gotten rid of the filibuster, it
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: still would have lost forty eight to fifty. We keep arguing,
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: John Goodn and I it's never going to pass. Now
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: you know it's never going to pass. President Trump needs
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: a National security emergency for elections declaration.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: All right, ninety seconds left. Let me just see.
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: The only other news that I think is important enough
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: that I want to get in again is Obamacare fraud
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: estimated its cost twenty five billion this year.
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: Obamacare is a joke.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: I want to mention that just days ago it came
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: out I think it was on Monday that Obamacare now
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: costs the average American family more than their mortgage. The
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: average mortgage in America's two thousand a month, and the
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: average Obamacare is twenty two hundred a month. This is
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: what Barack Obama did to America. He's not a mistake.
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: He is not evil, just evil, and he's not stupid.
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: He's a communist, terrorist, suicide bomber trader.
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: He said to destroy us. I'm telling you all right.

- 1:03:33Speaker 4: the market ninety percent of the time. His biggest recommendations
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: are called ten baggers, and they were up thirty eight
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: percent average over the past three years, thirty eight percent
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: up not over three years each year in the last
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: three years, up thirty eight percent.

- 1:04:35Speaker 4: been on several times before. She is fantastic and we welcome.
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: Her our meets. Welcome to the show. Thanks for having
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: me back.
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: Yes, And you know, I gotta ask you a couple
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: legal questions before we even get to the stuff we're
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: gonna talk about, because two things are in the news
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: today and you're a great lawyer, and they just drive
- 1:04:51Speaker 4: me crazy. I don't understand why can't we arrest Mayor
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: Karen Bass of Los Angeles when she says out loud,
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: I am leading the resistance to ICE.
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: Isn't that saying.
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: That you're a traitor to the United States. You're aiding
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: and a betting criminals, and you're going against federal law.
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: It just seems to me if I was against a
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: federal law that liberals loved, I would have a knock
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: on my door. It would be an FBI swat team
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: at five in the morning, and they dragged me away
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: in front of my wife, my kids, and my dog. Right,
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: how could liberal politician get away with saying something This
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: is not a political difference. If you want to change
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: the law, change the law. But if you say I'm
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: against that law and I'm going to fight that law,
- 1:05:33Speaker 4: I'm going to be the resistance of that law. We're
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: not going to allow ice in our city. Why aren't
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: you aiding and abetting criminals or violating the constitution.
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: Why isn't that a crime?
- 1:05:44Speaker 18: Well, look, I think that there's a line between protected
- 1:05:47Speaker 18: speech and between something that you can prove as a
- 1:05:51Speaker 18: crime beyond a reasonable doubt. And so remember that a
- 1:05:55Speaker 18: jury for this case would be in Los Angeles, and
- 1:05:59Speaker 18: you have to as a prosecutor, only bring rain cases
- 1:06:03Speaker 18: that you believe you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt
- 1:06:05Speaker 18: in that community. So I think that you know, I
- 1:06:08Speaker 18: disagree with her statement, but you know, lawful resistance to
- 1:06:13Speaker 18: the government is expressing that is protected speech. So it's
- 1:06:17Speaker 18: not really clear from her statement. Now, if she picks
- 1:06:19Speaker 18: up a brick and throws it through a window, that's
- 1:06:22Speaker 18: a clear case. But the speech is, you know, something
- 1:06:25Speaker 18: we're very protective of in our country.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I get it, But I don't think it's speech.
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: I think it's action. I think these are politicians action,
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: the leading resistance, right.
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: But she's leading the resistance. She's leading the resistance against
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: the government. If you lead the resistance against the government
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: on January sixth, they say you're a horrible person. You
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: should go to jail four years without a trial, and
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: then they can put you in jail for twenty years
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: like the Oathkeepers for leading the resistance, even though those
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: people were not there on January sixth. And yet when
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: a Democrat does it, we say it's okay.
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: I don't get it. I really don't.
- 1:06:55Speaker 18: Don't think anyone said it was okay. We're talking about
- 1:06:57Speaker 18: whether you can prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt
- 1:07:00Speaker 18: in LA community.
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: In LA.
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I don't know why you can't bring the
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: case somewhere else, but I guess you'd have to bring
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: it to DC, WHI should be as bad as LA.
- 1:07:07Speaker 18: So you can only bring it in LA. It's not
- 1:07:10Speaker 18: optional to bring a case anywhere you feel like it.
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: In America, yeah, well, America's screwed. Our country's going down
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: the drain like Dreno. And then the other one I
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: was gonna mention you is the Obama judge Day who
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: ruled it's just fine for protesters steps in the White
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: House to have a protest called eighty six forty seven
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: and hold signs that say eighty six forty seven. How
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: would judge feel if they held signs that said, let's
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: kill the judge? Is that acceptable speech in the United
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: States of America? Kill the president is acceptable speech blocks
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: in the White House? I just don't get it. Again,
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: you're gonna say it's free speech. I guess right.
- 1:07:42Speaker 18: The Department of Justice has taken the position that particular
- 1:07:45Speaker 18: phrase and conjunction with being close to the president can
- 1:07:50Speaker 18: be viewed as an imminent threat.
- 1:07:52Speaker 14: So that's a different fact pattern. I disagree.
- 1:07:54Speaker 18: We disagree with the judges ruling in that case, and
- 1:07:58Speaker 18: you know, we'll see what further proceedings occur that case.
- 1:08:00Speaker 18: But we've certainly sought a criminal case against James Combe
- 1:08:06Speaker 18: for using that phrase in public, and the President wasn't nearby.
- 1:08:11Speaker 18: So I think it's very different when you have somebody
- 1:08:13Speaker 18: who's actually been the subject of multiple assassination attempts, several
- 1:08:17Speaker 18: in the last few months, and then doing that on
- 1:08:20Speaker 18: the steps of where the person lives, who's the president
- 1:08:25Speaker 18: of the United States, I think that's a different fact pattern.
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I think they're trying to normalize that saying, so
- 1:08:30Speaker 4: that people are allowed to say, let's kill the president
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: and they'll get James Comy off because it's now normal,
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: they can protest right at.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: The White House and say it's just fine.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: It's just things happening that are just so incredible anyway,
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: And of course they're stealing elections, and I want to
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: compliment you found at least three hundred and fifty thousand
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: dead people on.
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: The voter rolls.
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: Tell us about the DOJ's lawsuits against twenty United States
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: and Washington, d C. To gain access to the voter roles,
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: and are you in fact able to gain access to
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: these voter roles or are they blocking you every step
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: of the way.
- 1:09:01Speaker 18: About a third of the states have voluntarily cooperated with
- 1:09:04Speaker 18: our requests to look at the voter roles and help
- 1:09:07Speaker 18: these states clean up their voter roles as they're required
- 1:09:09Speaker 18: to do under federal civil rights laws. And then two
- 1:09:12Speaker 18: thirds of the states are in resistance mode. And you know,
- 1:09:15Speaker 18: some of the federal courts are frankly in resistance mode.
- 1:09:18Speaker 18: They have disagreed with our efforts. And so we've already
- 1:09:21Speaker 18: argued two appeals in the Ninth Circuit and in the
- 1:09:25Speaker 18: Sixth Circuit. We've just noticed an appeal, if I'm not mistaken,
- 1:09:29Speaker 18: in the first Circuit, to preserve.
- 1:09:30Speaker 14: Our rights there.
- 1:09:32Speaker 18: And you know, we have other cases rolling in and
- 1:09:34Speaker 18: so we're going to challenge all of these, and ultimately,
- 1:09:36Speaker 18: I think the Supreme Court is going to decide whether
- 1:09:39Speaker 18: we get to help clean up the voter roles or
- 1:09:41Speaker 18: we have to live with dirty voter roles. And I
- 1:09:43Speaker 18: think that for confidence of citizens in the outcome of
- 1:09:47Speaker 18: our elections, whether you're a Democrat or Republican, I think
- 1:09:50Speaker 18: we can all agree that a baseline should be only
- 1:09:53Speaker 18: people who are American citizens should be voting in our elections.
- 1:09:55Speaker 18: And we certainly know that that's not the case. They've
- 1:09:58Speaker 18: been multiple convictions over the last couple of years by
- 1:10:00Speaker 18: state and federal prosecutors of people illegally voting. There are
- 1:10:04Speaker 18: admittedly tens of thousands of non citizens on the voter
- 1:10:07Speaker 18: roles in the states that are cooperating with US, and
- 1:10:10Speaker 18: hundreds of thousands of people on the voter roles who
- 1:10:12Speaker 18: are dead or otherwise inappropriately on the voter rolls. Just today,
- 1:10:16Speaker 18: a loss it was filed in California regarding California's voter roles,
- 1:10:20Speaker 18: and they're admittedly being nearly a million people on the
- 1:10:22Speaker 18: voter roles who are not entitled to be on the
- 1:10:25Speaker 18: voter roles. In California, that's a real problem. So we
- 1:10:28Speaker 18: have to get a grip on this. Congress could do
- 1:10:31Speaker 18: a better job and help tighten up some of these things.
- 1:10:35Speaker 18: But we believe at the DJ with even with existing tools,
- 1:10:37Speaker 18: we have the right and the ability to clean up
- 1:10:40Speaker 18: the voter roles if states and frankly some judges would
- 1:10:44Speaker 18: stop interfering with that right.
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: Yeah, look at Nevada where I live, Las Vegas, Nevada
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: and Nevada, you know, and again it's all about motor
- 1:10:51Speaker 4: voter which is a federal law. It allows people to
- 1:10:54Speaker 4: register to vote whether they're at the DMV getting their license,
- 1:10:58Speaker 4: and Nevada allows illegals to get a license a DMV
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: while they're there, they're automatically enrolled to vote. And I
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: guess it's the Nevada legislat troop passed the law that
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: you can't even opt out. In other words, when you
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: get your license, you're automatically registered to vote. So if
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: legal aliens are automatically registered to vote, which means they're
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: now legal voters in their own mind. Do you think
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: any of them are not voting. Of course they're voting.
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: They're now legally registered to vote. Once you get registered,
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: that they have no problem voting by mail in ballot.
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: It's just a terrible situation.
- 1:11:32Speaker 18: I'm familiar with California's law, and in California, while the
- 1:11:36Speaker 18: voter registration and this is a federal law actually that
- 1:11:38Speaker 18: facilitates vot voter, you still have to check a box
- 1:11:42Speaker 18: saying you're entitled to register to vote that you're a citizen.
- 1:11:45Speaker 18: But that's not very much of a check and so
- 1:11:48Speaker 18: we actually you could strengthen that by requiring that there
- 1:11:51Speaker 18: be a verification, just like when you check into a
- 1:11:54Speaker 18: hotel you have to show your ID.
- 1:11:56Speaker 14: There could be a verification.
- 1:11:57Speaker 18: But of course it benefits those who want everybody to
- 1:12:00Speaker 18: be on the voter roles, whether they're entitled to or not,
- 1:12:03Speaker 18: to remove these safeguards from the system. So we definitely
- 1:12:06Speaker 18: need to do a better job to tighten up the situation.
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: And what other things you do to secure the midterms,
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: because that's the whole ball of acts. If we win
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: the midterms, Trump gets to finish two more years of
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: his agenda. And maybe close a lot of loopholes, and
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: maybe we start to win a lot of elections from
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: twenty twenty eight on if we can make sure legals
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: are not voting. But if we lose the midterms, then
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: pretty much everything Trump wants to do is down the drain.
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: So what do we do in too secure the midterms?
- 1:12:32Speaker 18: I mean, this is not a part as an effort
- 1:12:34Speaker 18: by the DOJ. We want to clean up the voter roles,
- 1:12:36Speaker 18: regardless of who's in power. I think that's an important goal,
- 1:12:39Speaker 18: and so we're going to continue to try to do that,
- 1:12:42Speaker 18: and if we face reversals, will appeal them. I think
- 1:12:44Speaker 18: ultimately the Supreme Court's going to have to decide the
- 1:12:46Speaker 18: extent to which we can and should live with dirty
- 1:12:48Speaker 18: voter roles in this country. And I think the answer
- 1:12:50Speaker 18: should be now, of course.
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: Yeah, look, you and I agree on that one, But
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:12:54Speaker 4: If the Supreme Court does, we'll find out about birthright
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: citizenship and we'll find out about how far we can
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: go to secure voting roles. I guess in several upcoming
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: Supreme Court decisions our meat, Dylan, we appreciate everything you're
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: doing to clean up the voter rolls and everything you're
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: doing to.
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: Increase civil rights in this country.
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: Thank you at the DOJ, Assistant Attorney General, our Meat Dylan.

- 1:16:37Speaker 3: You know, I try and be so nice on my guests.
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: I try and be so nice.
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: I kissed her ass when I told her that the
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: mayor of Los Angeles is preaching insurrection.
- 1:16:47Speaker 3: Oh that's fine, it's free speech.
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: And if they want to say forty seven eighty six
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: forty seven, she may be pushed back a little bit
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: on that, a little bit. We disagree with the judge's decision,
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: but when it comes the mayors saying they're leading insurrection
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: against Ice, leading resistance, excuse me, resistance against Ice.
- 1:17:07Speaker 3: That is by any measure of the law.
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: That is insurrection, that is communism, that is treason, that
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: is a coup against the United States.
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: And she says, no, it's not, it's free speech.
- 1:17:20Speaker 4: And then she justifies it by saying it doesn't matter
- 1:17:23Speaker 4: because you couldn't win with an LA judge in an
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: LA jury. Well, that means that the United States needs
- 1:17:28Speaker 4: to break up. We need revolution, we need a divorce,
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: because that means in blue states you can't uphold the
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: law because.
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: You know the juries. The judge will rule against you
- 1:17:39Speaker 3: every time.
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: So it's okay to preach insurrection and to commit crimes
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: and to aid the beat criminals. That's all fine, according
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: to the Trump djay, I wonder if he knows that Harmy.
- 1:17:50Speaker 3: Dillon says things like that. I'm gonna make sure he knows.
- 1:17:54Speaker 4: Because these people are not really conservative patriots that have
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: a clue what it means to be mac not a clue. Unbelievable,
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: No wonder, we can't win anything. I say it again
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: and again. They're vicious on the left and we are
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: cowards on the right. Everything we say according to them,
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: on January sixth, was insurrection against the United States, against
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: Joe Biden. Even if you went to a peaceful rally,
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: you should spend four years in prison without trial.
- 1:18:25Speaker 3: But she, the mayor of la leads.
- 1:18:29Speaker 4: Proudly and openly insurrection against American law, federal law.
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: And that's not a problem.
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: According to Army Dillon, you got people running our country
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: even under President Trump, that are just as miserable as
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: the people are re leading the.
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: Country under Obama and Biden.
- 1:18:48Speaker 4: Because under Obama and Biden, everything is about partisan politics.
- 1:18:53Speaker 3: It's got to be their way or the highway. You
- 1:18:57Speaker 3: go to jail, we.
- 1:18:58Speaker 4: Take everything away from you, We root in your life,
- 1:19:01Speaker 4: we sit the irs on you.
- 1:19:04Speaker 3: But under us it's.
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: Oh, it's probably free speech, and we can't win the
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: case anyway. You know, go back to your freaking country
- 1:19:12Speaker 5: club and play badminton with Buffy.
- 1:19:16Speaker 3: You cowards. You're dealing with such cowards.
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: I tried to be so nice to see the snotty
- 1:19:24Speaker 4: little attitude she had. She never broke a smile in
- 1:19:27Speaker 4: the entire interview. She was pissed for the first minute
- 1:19:30Speaker 4: that I brought up something that wasn't on the sheet.
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: That I was supposed to ask.
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: What I brought up was on her side? Isn't she
- 1:19:38Speaker 4: on Trump side? Isn't she defending Trump? I bring up
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: that they want to assassinate Trump, And even.
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: On that one, it was a lukewarm answer. That's what
- 1:19:49Speaker 3: they all are. Lukewarm people. Lukewarm. They never have a
- 1:19:53Speaker 3: view that's on our side period.
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: They never heard of being partisan. Listen the way she
- 1:20:01Speaker 4: was talking about the voter rolls. Oh, nothing's Republican or Democrat.
- 1:20:05Speaker 4: It's all about nonpartisan. We want to help everybody. Now,
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: maybe she has to say that one because no court
- 1:20:12Speaker 4: would allow her to be partisan.
- 1:20:14Speaker 3: I don't know. It seems to me the DOJ's a
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: Biden and Obama.
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: Whereas partisan as you get Eric Holder, as partisan as
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: you get the other one. The lady, the black lady
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: that was the Attorney General for a little while, can't.
- 1:20:26Speaker 3: Even remember her name. She met on the runway with.
- 1:20:29Speaker 4: Bill Clinton to discuss the Hillary Clinton case. They don't
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: mind being partisan at all, do they? They break the
- 1:20:37Speaker 4: law every day. But our side, Oh, we gotta be cool,
- 1:20:41Speaker 4: we gotta be luke warm. We gotta just be careful
- 1:20:44Speaker 4: what we say and do. And yeah, and when I
- 1:20:46Speaker 4: said to her, that's not words free speech, what a
- 1:20:49Speaker 4: mayor says. I'm leading the resistance against Ice. Those are actions.
- 1:20:55Speaker 4: That's not word.
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: She's leading the resistance. It's not words, she says. Oh no, no,
- 1:20:59Speaker 3: those words. The Democrats say that about us. This is
- 1:21:06Speaker 3: why we lose. They're all a bunch of pussy cats.
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: I'll be careful what i'd say on the air. You
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: know what I meant to say, because that's what she is.
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: A pussy cat.
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: These people would not know how to fight a war
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: if their life depended on it, and this is a
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: war for the United States of America's survival. So disgusted
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: by her attitude. And look how nice I tried to
- 1:21:34Speaker 4: be to her. She didn't crack a smile. She wouldn't
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: be nice of her life. She's an Ice queen. Wow,
- 1:21:42Speaker 4: these people are unbelievable. Not having her back on the show.
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: That doesn't matter, does it. She's not coming back on
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: the show.
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: Oh my gosh. I just can't stand these people. I
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: just can't stand them. Can't you ever stand and fight?
- 1:22:01Speaker 4: Do you know how to stand and fight? Did you
- 1:22:03Speaker 4: ever stand and fight? No, she's a woman, she's never
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: had a fist fight in her life.
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: I've had a hundred of them.
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: I knocked people unconscious, was fighting for my life. I
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: had a gang of twenty guys with broken bottles in
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: their hand, ready to cut my throat.
- 1:22:21Speaker 3: And I fought for my life alongside a highway.
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: There was nowhere to run because cars are gone by
- 1:22:26Speaker 4: seventy miles an hour. And these people are playing golf
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: or tennis with Muffy at the country club.
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: That's all they've done their whole life. They don't know
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: how to fight. They don't have to come back.
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: From being down eight nothing in a Badminten match. That's
- 1:22:44Speaker 4: their claim to fame. Once they came back, it became
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: nine eight.
- 1:22:47Speaker 3: At the end. I'm a fighter. Oh yeah, you're a tough.
- 1:22:50Speaker 4: One way all in the route war save my initials work.
- 1:22:57Speaker 3: These people would know war if they saw it.
- 1:23:00Speaker 11: Yes,
