- 0:00What it do, what it do, what it do?
- 0:02It is your boy Andrew Schultz AKA Mr. Goody 2 Shoes and who am
- 0:07I with? As always, Joseph Huggins AKA
- 0:10Old Man Huggy. Talk shit or get off the pod.
- 0:14Episode 197 God save Santos. Welcome, motherfuckers.
- 0:29Morning life chains behind him, future bright the Lord forgives
- 0:37all who pray either ones who campaign that way thou
- 0:41Hallelujah. Can I get an Amen?
- 0:44Amen. George is free against free
- 0:49again. Yes, glory again.
- 0:51The truth might been the faith won't break sands us and dancing
- 0:57all for freedom. It's a it's a, it's AI.
- 1:31Don't know about you Joseph, but today's, you know, past couple
- 1:34days have been pretty, pretty sweet given the news.
- 1:37That friend of the pod, some would say, some are saying best
- 1:41friend of the pod. There's never been a friend like
- 1:43this on the pod. Our man George Santos, pardoned
- 1:48by King Trump. Dude, that's incredible that
- 1:53he's actually been pardoned. We talked about it I think a
- 1:56little bit, but the fact that he actually.
- 1:59We, we we manifested it. We made it happen and I'm I.
- 2:04Made some phone calls, you know, I got Ben Jackson, the lobbyist
- 2:07on the on the line. But when you think.
- 2:10About it in the Grants, well, you'll get into it 'cause it's
- 2:13obviously the first article. Right, right, right.
- 2:15But when you think about it, in the grand scheme of things, like
- 2:18out of everybody who's been pardoned, this makes the most
- 2:21sense. I mean.
- 2:24Truly a piece of shit, at least in his.
- 2:27I mean, he's got so many iterations, lives, aliases,
- 2:33pseudonyms, personalities that like one of his personalities
- 2:39really, really is like, you know, on paper a shitty person.
- 2:43However, I still enjoy. It's like, like, do we get like
- 2:49a hall pass? Like we get to, we get a hall
- 2:51pass like for endorsing somebody who's like a corrupt grifter
- 2:59Republican. But I mean, I don't know if
- 3:01Republican in name only. He's a He's a rhino.
- 3:05But is he everything he does? The only thing rhino about him
- 3:08is that he rhino through the barriers of what it means to lie
- 3:12as a politician. Like there's a documentary.
- 3:15I mean, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll say it, OK.
- 3:17Let's say this Shout out, shout out, Jorge Santos.
- 3:20Yeah, but yeah, just like big shout out, you know, saying
- 3:23volleyball legend. That's right.
- 3:25That's right. He has some Harvard.
- 3:29But how are you, Sir? Dude, I've never been better.
- 3:33You know, hose closing bankrolls minus the hose.
- 3:38Yeah. No, I, I, I put my dating life
- 3:42on ice. So.
- 3:44Yeah, I haven't been out on a date since Labor Day.
- 3:48Not on a date that's that's good.
- 3:52Yeah, but I needed to like shit was getting peek weird.
- 3:55Like for real. Like we haven't even talked
- 3:57about it on the podcast. Like how like this shit like
- 4:01spiraled and when I thought it was done spiraling, it like went
- 4:05from like category 5 to like category 11 like and it's just
- 4:09like without like. From FF3 to F5 like the old
- 4:14packs real fucking quick with a belt and Helen Hunt holding you
- 4:18down completely locking down. A sequel locking down a sequel.
- 4:23Oh, dude. Well, that's good.
- 4:26I'm sure a lot of people are on. The listeners of the pod are
- 4:29happy that you're taking a little bit of break for
- 4:31yourself. That's important.
- 4:33You got to do that. Yeah, we'll see.
- 4:37I might be ready to get back in. Oh, we won't go.
- 4:40Double Dutch style. You do shout out by the way.
- 4:44Shout out just Dutch friend request.
- 4:48Oh, my dad, Dutch. Yeah, sent me an Instagram
- 4:53friend request. I was like shout out bro.
- 4:55Like how are you guys not friends already?
- 4:57I don't know. I think I already followed him.
- 4:59He just never followed me back. I was like, hey man, that's
- 5:02what's that about. I mean, you know, he's exclusive
- 5:04with it. You know, it's like he's like
- 5:05one of those influencers where it's like, you know, they have
- 5:07like 50 million followers and they follow like 12 people. 23
- 5:12people. Yeah, it's like it literally
- 5:14became a status symbol to see how how like your ratio of
- 5:17people you follow to people following you, like how big you
- 5:21could get that ratio and like the followers side, you know,
- 5:25and I really think that people purposefully like like the
- 5:29status symbol like wouldn't follow.
- 5:30Like 1 picture. Well, that's, that's just
- 5:33stupid. No, but like I the people that
- 5:36they follow, you know, like they, they, they whittled it
- 5:39down. To make it a bigger gap.
- 5:43But more people follow me than I follow them.
- 5:46Yeah, exactly. And then and then it got out of
- 5:48hand. And then it got out of hand.
- 5:50No, that's true 'cause there are some people that have like and
- 5:52they like follow one person, you know, like get out of here.
- 5:55And that's like what? It's your fenced account that's
- 5:58like private or some shit that no one knows about the that your
- 6:01friends and family where you post.
- 6:03Back in the day when like Facebook just started, I became
- 6:09Facebook friends with Kristin Cavallari and then and it was
- 6:15like a see her like secret account.
- 6:17OK. Yeah, and, and then I ended up
- 6:21Taylor from Laguna Beach, her friend came down to San Diego,
- 6:25over to the fraternity house, ended up making out with her.
- 6:28But me and me and Kristin Cavallari were Facebook friends,
- 6:31like on her secret account for quite some time until she got
- 6:34rid of it. I think Jay Cutler might have
- 6:36got involved. Jay Cutler hooked up with my 8th
- 6:38grade girlfriend when she was a cheerleader at Vanderbilt and he
- 6:41was the quarterback. I don't know that for a fact.
- 6:44I just know it's true. You have a round of applause on
- 6:48that one. That's interesting.
- 6:51That's pretty cool. That's pretty cool.
- 6:53Yeah, that's the six degrees of Christy Cavallari, Jay Cutler,
- 6:58Andy Schultz. So if you're taking a break, are
- 7:01you getting back into? I took the break.
- 7:03The break has been taken. Are you getting back into poker?
- 7:07Oh, kind of I it's so funny that you said that 'cause I like went
- 7:12and like I did like the minimum deposit was like 10 bucks
- 7:16whenever I got my new account just to 'cause I wanted to see
- 7:20if it was going to work, you know?
- 7:22Yeah. And then I played like a like a
- 7:277 or $8 game or something, did not win but and then I just put
- 7:31it away. But then I got back on and they
- 7:33changed it like up the format. So now the sit and go, which it
- 7:37used to be just it's eight people and the top three make
- 7:42the money and the blinds are turbo.
- 7:44So every 5 minutes the blinds go up.
- 7:46So yeah, eight people start and it's like a one table
- 7:50tournament. Top three make money and they
- 7:54changed it to now there's a bomb pot every eight hands.
- 7:59So if you don't know what a bomb pot is like usually like when
- 8:02I'm like playing in person at like the card room, if there's a
- 8:05new dealer, somebody would be like you guys want to do a bomb
- 8:07pot. And at my table, the 1-2 or the
- 8:11the blinds maximum buy in 100. But you obviously you can make
- 8:18more than 100, but you can only buy in up to 100 at one time.
- 8:24If they do a bomb pod, it's $5 each.
- 8:25Everybody puts in 5 bucks. They deal out two cars to
- 8:28everybody. This is Nolan Hold em and then
- 8:31they deal the flop and then the betting starts.
- 8:34So everybody's in for $5 with the flop out and then you start
- 8:40going that's a bomb pod. So on this one, it's a bomb pod
- 8:42every eight hands and it's either one or two one big blind,
- 8:46whatever the big blind is at the time or two depending.
- 8:49I don't know like what if it's random or what, but so that
- 8:53happens and then they changed it from 5 minutes.
- 8:55The blind's going up every 5 minutes to every 4 minutes, so
- 8:58it's quicker. So anyways, I I played that I
- 9:01played it Oh and they added a 1/4 game.
- 9:04So you A binds 1/4 and then like 3 cents goes into the house and
- 9:09then the rest of it's in the pot and the top three win whatever.
- 9:12So before that the minimum was $1.50 buy in and I had like
- 9:17$1.49 from that deposit. And so I went and played the
- 9:22quarter game, two quarter games in a row today, literally today.
- 9:25And one of them both $0.93 on both of them.
- 9:29Quarter games? Damn.
- 9:31I know he's. Back.
- 9:32You're back if you're back. Well, like I was like, I was
- 9:34going to deposit more money in it, right, because I had like
- 9:38less than the dollar 50. But then I saw the quarter game
- 9:41and I'm like, well, let's see if I can just, you know, I had that
- 9:44one run with the rolling the dice, you know, started with
- 9:46$0.50 turned into $61.00 in, in a day.
- 9:51That's track of psychology AP. So I, I was like, instead of
- 9:57going and because there's also like the gas fees you have to
- 10:00pay whenever you buy the I buy like I deposit with Litecoin.
- 10:05I don't know. Yeah.
- 10:07So it's like I'm, I'm there's, it's like minimal shit.
- 10:10You know, it's like depending on it, it's like a dollar or less.
- 10:13But it's instead of depositing, I was like, let me just play 1/4
- 10:16game and then I won it and then put in the next 1.
- 10:18So now I have enough to get into the dollar 50 game but.
- 10:21I. Yeah.
- 10:23Creeping on the coma. And then I also dropped like a
- 10:27smash hit, my parents dog Charlie, he's been licking his
- 10:33paw. And I noticed it a few days ago
- 10:35and I told my mom and she brought him to the vet today.
- 10:37And then I came over and I got some, like, video footage of
- 10:40them and then created this song called Cone of Shame.
- 10:45And then Apprentices Sad Charlie and I posted on Instagram.
- 10:48And then I took out an LLC and took over conservative ship of
- 10:52his name and likeness. And I'm going to market him like
- 10:55as the dog version of Grumpy Cat.
- 10:59OK, Yeah, songs fire. It's like a 90s or like early
- 11:032000s e-mail. Turn the cone of shame into the
- 11:10cone of fame, baby. Hey, that's fair on the come up
- 11:15on the quarter games and cones of shame.
- 11:18That's that's a, that's a subtitle.
- 11:20Well, you know, with the, with the new, with the new format,
- 11:23with the bomb pods. And then also get going from 5
- 11:26minutes to 4 minutes like the games used to like be like if
- 11:28you're going to, if you win like a right right around like 27 to
- 11:3231 minutes in length and just the blinds go up so much that it
- 11:37never really goes past that. But now it's like I'm you're in
- 11:43and out of there within 20 minutes.
- 11:44So like all, all of the sitting go.
- 11:46So like the binds go from like 1:50 to 3:50 to 7:00 to 15 to 30
- 11:53to 60. Yeah.
- 11:55So that they changed the foreground on all of them.
- 11:56So they're all four minutes now per blind.
- 11:59And then also bomb pot. Yeah.
- 12:01And then they all start with you get 1500 chips and everybody's
- 12:051500. And then it goes from 10/20
- 12:08blinds to 1530 to 2550 to 5100 to 102 hundred to three hundred,
- 12:131:50 to 6:00. 100 Alright, they ain't Rain Man.
- 12:17Well, then that's just it's. You got to get it out.
- 12:21You got to get it out. You got to get it out.
- 12:23Just in case any case. You have the white T back on
- 12:26hair is like back serious dude. You got the itch dude.
- 12:29It's good. It's.
- 12:30Still literally just my uniform nowadays.
- 12:33OK, that's fair all. Right.
- 12:36Do you want to get into therapy? Questions.
- 12:39Well, I'm doing great. I was going to.
- 12:40Ask. So much for asking.
- 12:42Yeah, I was going to, but cut me off on my on my blinds.
- 12:48Well, we didn't do an episode last week because my computer
- 12:51decided, well, I guess if you had Windows 10, it booted you
- 12:55and it made you get Windows 11 Pro.
- 12:59Didn't know that. So it deleted like my Wi-Fi, it
- 13:02like booted me from tons of shit.
- 13:04So when I go to turn it on, I'm like, what the hell?
- 13:07So I got all that stuff working. OK, so I've got this fence
- 13:11built, and I love this fence. It's Mac.
- 13:14I've sent you pictures. The dude finally is like
- 13:16finishing the gate. He's been busy, he's been sick.
- 13:20He finally got it up. Dude, this thing's like a castle
- 13:23it. I'll send you the pictures.
- 13:24You would think that. You would think that you're MAGA
- 13:27MAGA neighbors. Oh dude, they're.
- 13:29All so Jelly. That's what I'm saying.
- 13:32It's because you built the wall that Trump promised to build for
- 13:36them, you know? It's it.
- 13:38It is in. It is a fucking wall.
- 13:40It is. Gotta say I don't.
- 13:42I don't like your time, but that's a hell of a wall boy.
- 13:44And I've been going to town, so like I have this, there's this
- 13:47pole, this light pole out front that was all raggedy.
- 13:50And I don't know where the power goes to.
- 13:52It is like, I don't know, but it always has power and it it works
- 13:55but there's no cover. I took it apart like forever ago
- 13:59and got the glass. What is it?
- 14:00It's. Like a light, like like a light
- 14:02post, like just a random. In your backyard.
- 14:04In my front yard, so it's in the front.
- 14:06So it was like black. They like painted the shit out
- 14:09of it. The glass was painted black so I
- 14:11got all the paint off. It's just weird, like purple,
- 14:14blue, brown swirl, like some 70s shit.
- 14:17It's cool. But I painted the pole white.
- 14:20I got smart lights, so I got these Phillips light like a hub
- 14:24system. So now when the Eagles play, I
- 14:27turn my light pole Kelly green. So it's just like this bright
- 14:30like so I'm just rocking that shit every time they play.
- 14:33We win. I can turn it on, set it on
- 14:35timers, control them from afar. But it's actually.
- 14:38Could you could you sync it up to every time like A.J.
- 14:41Brown scores a touchdown it goes green?
- 14:43Well, it's like. Like a siren.
- 14:46I could sync it up with like a sound system in a Google Home
- 14:50and make it play like fly eagles fly every time they score.
- 14:53Do it like like like in the NHL where they light up the the
- 14:56light and hit the hit them with a horn.
- 14:58Only any colour. It could do any colour.
- 15:00But you, but you just take that, you know the NHL goal scoring
- 15:03experience to the NFL with him, with the green light.
- 15:06True. The one thing that's nice is so
- 15:08like I don't have it's all new electric, but they don't have
- 15:12like dimmers. So these I can like you can dim
- 15:15them and do stuff with them. But I originally I literally got
- 15:18it because I wanted to put a bulb in this in this light post
- 15:22and literally like it was I'll turn it on after the game and
- 15:26leave it on all night until I leave for work in the morning.
- 15:29It's like bright as fuck green. It's contained, but it's just
- 15:32like this green light outside. And I bought a big ass flagpole
- 15:37and I bought a throwback Eagles flag.
- 15:39I'm about to throw that shit up. Everybody right here got
- 15:41American flag up. So like, I'm the only person.
- 15:44I mean, it might as well be an American flag.
- 15:46If you're at the Philadelphia Eagles flag, you know the birth
- 15:48place of the nation. Five houses this way, like 5
- 15:50houses that way. Everybody's got a flag up and
- 15:52put it on the Eagles flag. Let's go.
- 15:54I'm gonna have a green light. Let's go.
- 15:56I'll put it on my Fort wall. I'm going to send it to you.
- 15:59It is. It's, you know, is it, it's oh,
- 16:02it's more than 8 feet with the top of it.
- 16:04It's like a nine foot like solid cedar fence.
- 16:07It looks like a fucking civil. War I was like, I think it's.
- 16:10Crazy. The first time, and hopefully
- 16:13this never happens the first time, like some some, you know,
- 16:15rambunctious, like kids are out having a good time and they'd
- 16:19like TP you or or fuck with your shit.
- 16:22Like I think like you're going to be very upset, like you
- 16:25might, you might cry like because you're so in like in
- 16:28love with like the. No, it's just, no, it's a
- 16:31fucking fence, I mean. It's I don't see.
- 16:33A fence, it's going to be sealed.
- 16:35I don't care. Whatever I think.
- 16:36You're going to act irrational like a boomer.
- 16:39No, it's just awesome because I can like drive a big ass truck
- 16:42through it. It's too big, Yeah.
- 16:45I mean it's. Huge.
- 16:46You might have opened. Like, you know, like the gate.
- 16:48I thought the whole point was to stop big ass trucks from driving
- 16:51through it. No, no, no, I'm just saying the
- 16:52gate to this thing is like a civil war Fort gate.
- 16:56Like it's huge. He like watching this dude.
- 16:58I have pictures of it. So the way this guy built it as
- 17:01he's one person, he built like built the frame of it out like
- 17:06like it was the fence and left gaps where the slits would be
- 17:10and then like built it so it's, you know, full boards and
- 17:13planks. And then he but and then he
- 17:15attached the hinges and everything.
- 17:17So he attached it. Then he hung it like he he So
- 17:20what? He cut it free.
- 17:22He like did it. So whenever it's closed, it
- 17:24looks like a solid fence with like a little gap and then like
- 17:27even where the planks are at the top and then it opens.
- 17:30It's crazy dude. It's heavy as shit.
- 17:33There's no way. Like I was asking him how he was
- 17:36going to do it. He said he has to do it this
- 17:38way, otherwise you need like 5 or 6 people to pick it up and
- 17:41hang it. And I was like, there's no way.
- 17:43And then I came home from work. It was like, holy shit, this
- 17:46thing is huge. And yeah, all the boomer old
- 17:50dudes, that's all that's all around.
- 17:51Me, I mean, we need that for like, that's our, that's our
- 17:53Antifa southern headquarters. They love their every that was
- 17:57there's like a block party or my neighbors had like a birthday
- 18:00party party for their daughter. Their daughter's adorable and
- 18:03we're I'm over there and they're like, dude, you're fence.
- 18:06Like you have a really nice fence, man.
- 18:08That fence is really beautiful and it's.
- 18:11Because we're you're adulting, bro.
- 18:13You're adulting and we're having conversations about your fence.
- 18:16We're in their backyard, so you can see on one side this one
- 18:20dude, he's super nice, but he built his fence himself and it's
- 18:23just like, Oh my God. Like it's like all now.
- 18:26Looks worse because yours is there to compare.
- 18:28Mine is like, it is like a, it's so straight you can just stare
- 18:33at it. And we're on the other side and
- 18:35they're just looking at the backside, not even the flat
- 18:37side. And these guys are like, yeah,
- 18:39man, that's a, and I'm in an eagle shirt.
- 18:41I'm wearing the eagle shirt and like like it was the week after.
- 18:44The context everybody he he's lives in the Dallas area and the
- 18:48Cowboys are the. Right.
- 18:50It's a really nice fence, man. That guy's doing really good
- 18:53work and like, yeah, they really like it.
- 18:55It's super great. They're like, Nah man, that's
- 18:59one of the better fences I've ever.
- 19:01Seen hell of a job. Some hell of.
- 19:02A job like, do you want to come see it?
- 19:04Like, yeah. And it's like we went in the
- 19:06backyard. I'm like, 'cause they cause the
- 19:07backyard. Let me get the Lube first.
- 19:09The backyard was like a shit show back in the day.
- 19:11So no, it's a big flat plane and it's just like, gorgeous.
- 19:15To be honest, like you fixing up like your house brings up the
- 19:19property value for everybody. I'm doing it myself too.
- 19:21No, I know, but you know what I'm saying Like.
- 19:23Yeah, yeah, yeah. There's a trickle down property
- 19:28value. Is the last thing they thought
- 19:30was a black man was going to move into the neighborhood and
- 19:33raise the value. Let's go.
- 19:34Yeah. Yeah, exactly.
- 19:35And then I'm an Eagles fan, so I was.
- 19:37Then I'm trolling you with the light.
- 19:39Hey, I mean, Cowboys having the number one offense in the
- 19:42league, you know, they're like they can.
- 19:43Go right out of here dude. All right y'all, it's time for
- 19:48therapy questions. I actually slept and like I
- 19:53scheduled 2 therapy sessions on Mondays 'cause that's when I
- 19:57don't have my I pick up my dog later on Monday nights.
- 20:00So I thought that was like better And my therapist
- 20:07neglected to tell me that she doesn't come into the office on
- 20:09Monday so it was going to be over Zoom.
- 20:11So I did it last week in Zoom. I found out like 15 minutes
- 20:13before, like I was about to leave to go there.
- 20:15And then this time I just slept in through it.
- 20:18I was like, no, I'll see you. I'll see you next week in
- 20:20person. So that's real therapy, IRL
- 20:23therapy. There'll be question #1 would
- 20:26you rather your therapist be your guardian Angel or your
- 20:31devil's advocate? And the week before, when I did
- 20:34actually do the Zoom, I asked my therapist this question.
- 20:37For me, devil's advocate for sure.
- 20:40That's what my therapist, Snap replied.
- 20:43I didn't even, I wasn't even, I was just giving her examples of
- 20:47therapy questions that also involve the therapist.
- 20:49And then I wasn't asking her to like answer it.
- 20:52And she was like devil's advocate.
- 20:53I was like, oh God. Absolutely, it would give me
- 20:58like the IT would challenge me on my ideas.
- 21:01I have friends in my day-to-day, one of my one of my best
- 21:07friends, his dad, me and him are like super close.
- 21:09We'll chill, we hang out, we'll get lunch and stuff.
- 21:12And I mean, anything I ever say to this guy, he is pushing like
- 21:18he I've learned to argue and fight my points better because
- 21:23of how many times I've argued with this guy on stuff.
- 21:26And I but I appreciate that aspect of it because he
- 21:30challenges me, all my thoughts and makes me second guess myself
- 21:34and identify flaws in my own logic or some stance I have.
- 21:39So while that while you can be annoyed with that or frustrated
- 21:42in reality, that's normally a fairly good thing to have that
- 21:46push back from somebody. We're all kind of insulated with
- 21:49unconditional love. And yes, men, to a certain
- 21:52extent, you know that it's, it's nice to have somebody you can
- 21:56tell them the truth you and they're going to give you the
- 21:58counterpoint. I mean.
- 22:00No, I totally agree. You know what's so fucking
- 22:02funny? I wrote this, right.
- 22:05I was thinking more of like you got like the like when the Angel
- 22:10and the devil are on your shoulder, you know, like ones
- 22:15ones like egging you on to go do some like risky shit and the
- 22:17other ones like trying to like hold you back.
- 22:19That's what I was thinking. But no, yeah, obviously devil's
- 22:23advocate, you know, fucking like, call me out.
- 22:27Like I so that I can, it's like cashing out, like, you know,
- 22:30it's being able to like process through your thoughts, you know,
- 22:35with somebody. Yeah.
- 22:36And otherwise I don't need somebody telling me that like I.
- 22:39Don't. I don't have a kid, but I feel
- 22:41like that'd be also part of being a good adult.
- 22:43Like made me. Too many kids are being raised
- 22:45by guardian angels and are being coddled too much and in reality
- 22:49like being challenged, getting pushed back and that you have
- 22:53some. Doesn't doesn't make you change
- 22:55your mind, but it can strengthen your convention.
- 22:58Exactly, Yeah. Like like you don't, you can't.
- 23:01How are you going to you're going to fight your point if you
- 23:03can't even like fully articulate it to where like, you know,
- 23:06you're like sell, not sell me an idea.
- 23:09But that's kind of what it is sometimes, like the marketplace
- 23:12of communication, like sell me your idea doesn't matter what it
- 23:15is, your plan for yourself, some dream that you have or something
- 23:20you create that you want someone to be a part of or take interest
- 23:24in. It's like sell me something and
- 23:26like you're going to have to convince me or, you know, fight
- 23:29for this attention. You're going to have to do
- 23:31something more than just like get it because you did it.
- 23:34And I think that there's too much of the I should get it
- 23:36because I did it. Yeah, my therapist, the first,
- 23:39this one that I'm going to now, the first session I've been on
- 23:42for like a couple months now almost.
- 23:44First session she asked me like what I wanted to get out of
- 23:47therapy and I like I literally verbatim said that I want
- 23:51somebody to like call me on my bullshit If you know, if if
- 23:55needed. It was like my main point and
- 23:58it's like I like, I'm going to come here and tell you like
- 24:00what's going on. But like if like I'm like doing
- 24:03some like off shit like that. I don't you know that I'm not
- 24:06clocking like myself. I want you to be able to like,
- 24:08tell me, but she has. Yeah.
- 24:11I mean, but it's important. Like she should be like, I'm
- 24:14like, but like, you know, so and so like isn't like being, you
- 24:19know, like has nothing to like blame or isn't like has any red
- 24:23flags. And she's like, Oh well, except
- 24:25for this. Oh yeah, you're right.
- 24:27Like fuck, I've like just completely like, you know,
- 24:30there's just certain blocks that I'll have that like she'll call
- 24:33me on me, you. Know yeah I mean I feel like
- 24:36well we've and throughout our friendship we've always had a
- 24:39pretty good back and forth with that.
- 24:42If any of us either of us as being like too out of control
- 24:45crazy, we'll say something. It's normally me saying
- 24:47something to you but that doesn't mean I'm not doing
- 24:50stupid shit too. But and it's a way less frequent
- 24:53now than it was back in the day but definitely you would get me
- 24:58to do so. You would definitely be a devil
- 24:59on my shoulder over an Angel telling me to chill out for
- 25:03sure. Definitely.
- 25:05Yeah, but I also play devil's advocate, just naturally with
- 25:07people, you know? True.
- 25:08No, I do too. Just.
- 25:09For the sake of the debate, yeah.
- 25:11Yeah, yeah, because you know, but.
- 25:13But also, but to the point where I think people like think I'm
- 25:16advocating for that idea and I'm like, Nah, I'm just like, I'm
- 25:19just asking questions. Yeah, and I mean, there's been
- 25:21times like, OK, true story. This has happened a couple
- 25:27times. But most recently, there was a
- 25:28wedding that I went to that a Michael Jackson impersonator.
- 25:33Epically crazy and wild, but. Like pre vitiligo or post?
- 25:43This was like thriller. Like, was it was it like during
- 25:46the era where he's getting molested or when he was doing
- 25:48the molesting? I think it was allegedly, yeah,
- 25:50he was allegedly doing it or like revving up for it, you
- 25:54know, it was like. So he had the he had, he had the
- 25:56caucasity at this point. Yeah, he had the itch.
- 25:58He had the privilege. Yeah, the the itch he had the he
- 26:01had the itch for the privilege. The privilege.
- 26:05But, but I met this person, it was at who got married.
- 26:11She was at a like, I think it was like a 4th of July thing
- 26:14that I, I saw her at a Thanksgiving event.
- 26:17She went on a date with this guy and she's like, he's really
- 26:20nice, but it's not really what I'm into.
- 26:22And this guy, he's super nice and obviously we're at a wedding
- 26:27so you can know how this I wound up, but she was like, I don't.
- 26:30Know if I'm going to What do you mean?
- 26:31Well, they ended up getting married.
- 26:34She's like, but we're at this Thanksgiving, they just got on
- 26:36their first date and she's talking just, you know, talking
- 26:40about it and like, oh, I don't know if I'm really into it.
- 26:43He's, you know, really nice. But you know, his, his, his old,
- 26:46his former wife had passed a few years ago, hadn't really been
- 26:50out on dates. And she was like, he was talking
- 26:51about it a lot. And it was just kind of, and I
- 26:55was like, well, OK, devil's advocate.
- 26:57I'll literally say that I was like, well, hold up, that's a
- 26:59pretty big deal. And he's like trying to share
- 27:01and be vulnerable. And if he's nice and you're not
- 27:04into it because it's different, maybe that's good.
- 27:07So maybe you like go on a second or third date with them, see how
- 27:11it goes. See if he relaxes a little bit
- 27:14because he's probably really nervous and like unsure of if he
- 27:18should even be doing this. So you should like give it a
- 27:21shot and see where it goes. And we're at the wedding and
- 27:24she's like, you're the she's like, you are the reason why
- 27:27this wedding is happening because we went on a few more
- 27:30dates that you, you gave me another perspective and they're
- 27:34like getting married. It was super sweet.
- 27:36And I was like, that's bad ass. But I was, you know, being
- 27:38honest, like, hey, like maybe that's good.
- 27:40And that's actually happened two other times in my life where
- 27:43I've had two friends that are girls that are dating dudes and
- 27:48they go on like one or two dates and they're not into it and
- 27:50they're like venting to me about how it's different and what a
- 27:53yadda yadda. And I'm like, well you normally
- 27:55date like 6 foot 6 Stoner white guys.
- 27:58So maybe this like 5 foot 10 normal dude with the job will
- 28:01work? Out.
- 28:03And in that instance they're like married and have two kids
- 28:07that have been married for like 13 years or some shit.
- 28:10And I missed our 10 year reunion 'cause I was the man of honor in
- 28:15her wedding. So I was instead of a maid of
- 28:17honor, she had a whenever it was tight but true story.
- 28:22But you know, devil's advocate can be a good thing.
- 28:25Like. Having some, yeah, I think 100%
- 28:28of the time it is, as long as it's like you're.
- 28:31Constructive. Yeah, exactly.
- 28:33It shouldn't be something to be like, oh, you're dumb.
- 28:36This is, yeah. Just just argue with somebody
- 28:39like and for no reason. There's difference.
- 28:42There's a difference between being devil's, a devil's
- 28:45advocate, and a contrarian. Agreed, but that doesn't mean
- 28:52you can't be both. I'm not saying you can't be
- 28:54both, but I'd say contrarians more like on on like for the
- 28:58point of always saying the opposite and agreeing with the
- 29:01opposite just to be a Dick. No, I disagree.
- 29:05I like I can. You can take it that far, but I
- 29:08think like if like there was like a middle, like a, a, a line
- 29:16of contrarian to not, you know, like I think I would learn more
- 29:21towards naturally a contrarian, like just subconsciously.
- 29:25Yeah, I guess if you were like to the extreme with it, I'm just
- 29:28trying to you. Know, no, I think, I think
- 29:29people can take it to the extreme for sure, but I think
- 29:32like more like 50 at least 51% of the time.
- 29:37I'm going to come at it from a contrarian view that like, if
- 29:39not more than the traditional view.
- 29:44I, I think that's how my dad, like my dad, I think is like
- 29:46that and like, kind of like raised me like that.
- 29:48But then when I would display contrarian behavior, he would
- 29:53get mad at me. He's like, like, why do you put
- 29:55yourself out there? Like, you know, to get judged by
- 29:58like these, You know, people like, I remember him saying
- 30:00something like that when I got like detention or something.
- 30:02And it's like Brett, like you want me to be like outspoken and
- 30:05like, like, think outside of the box and you know, all this shit.
- 30:08And like, you know, I got kicked out of the 6th grade student
- 30:12class president election for for handing out business cards
- 30:15because you weren't allowed to advertise.
- 30:17But I guess you could be like, that's also like to be a
- 30:20critical thinker in a certain way.
- 30:23So there's a difference between being like to being.
- 30:24Like it goes so far that you're a conspiracy theorist.
- 30:27Yeah, well, you could be critical of things.
- 30:29Right. And then you could be a
- 30:31contrarian of things. So there's different degrees, I
- 30:34guess to it in ways. But I'd say a contrarian is more
- 30:37like purposeful, like you're actively like looking for the
- 30:40opposite. I disagree.
- 30:41I think like, like it just happens to me naturally and I to
- 30:44the point where I have to be self aware of it and like it'll
- 30:47be like not everything is like, you know, not what it appears to
- 30:50be. Sure.
- 30:53Like to the point where I'm telling I'm preaching that to
- 30:55people like, you know, it's like, hey, you know, sometimes
- 30:57like things aren't corrupt and like it like it's on the level,
- 31:00you know, it's like because people have got to the point was
- 31:02like, you know, my mom's like the Democrats are corrupt, the
- 31:05Republicans are corrupt. It's like sometimes like it's
- 31:07just, you know, it is exactly how it appears to be.
- 31:11Not like in that context, but just in life in general.
- 31:14No. OK, therapy question #2 would
- 31:18you rather your happiest memory be fake or your worst memory be
- 31:24fabricated and implanted? I guess they're both fake,
- 31:30right? See, I guess it would be more
- 31:40your worst memory be fabricated and implanted because if you
- 31:43figured out that the happiest moment in your life wasn't real,
- 31:47that would be so devastating as where if you realize that like
- 31:50the worst memory you had wasn't real, you go on some like Jason
- 31:54Bourne type shit. Like right.
- 31:55Like I'm thinking like you're implanting something in my head.
- 31:58I'd rather it be something bad that didn't happen.
- 32:02So if I ever figured it out, I'd be relieved.
- 32:04Then like be like, Oh my God, that's like the worst thing ever
- 32:08that everything wasn't real. It's like finding how you were a
- 32:11Cyborg or some shit that I'd be like, I'm not real.
- 32:13I'm a, I'm a robot. Like that would be terrible.
- 32:16Well, what's your like? When I wrote this, I was
- 32:18thinking like, what is my happiest memory?
- 32:24You know? It's like when people ask me
- 32:25what's my favorite food, it's like, I don't know.
- 32:27I'm Anthony Bourdain with it. I see.
- 32:34I don't know if I have like. I could think of like
- 32:36necessarily a happiest memory. I think of happy to happiest
- 32:39times, but even then they're very vague.
- 32:42Right. In the sense that I was probably
- 32:44enjoying the moment and not realizing how how good of a time
- 32:48it was until it was too late. Like if you were a boomer and
- 32:51you're RH, which is 38, like you'd be like, oh, when I got
- 32:55married or when I had kids or when I bought a house, you know,
- 32:58I mean, maybe for you when you got a house, but probably not
- 33:01that you're happiest because it's like a doesn't involve
- 33:04like. I I can think.
- 33:06Of humans. But it's got to be a proud
- 33:09moment. I can think of all of the bad
- 33:13times. That well, your brain, your
- 33:15brain is I think of the bad things, 9 to one versus positive
- 33:20things. I think I think of it, I can
- 33:22remember the bad times that led to positive things.
- 33:25So I can think of, I, I guess it's when I look back at the
- 33:28timeline, I don't look at like all of the peaks of happiness.
- 33:32I look at the peaks of struggle and what it took me to get over
- 33:36those. And that's where I am.
- 33:38That's why I am where I am. So you could say in some ways,
- 33:41some of the happiest moments of my life are right now because
- 33:46I'm enjoying my life in a different way and can like kind
- 33:51of, you know, be happy with decisions that I've made, good
- 33:54and bad, that have led to this moment.
- 33:57That's like a satisfying thing. So there's a yeah.
- 34:00I mean, honestly, like buying a house for me, for me personally
- 34:04and mentally was like a huge insecurity of mine, Something I
- 34:08really wanted to do, something I wanted my dad to see me do.
- 34:11My dad's getting older. So there's all these things that
- 34:14I wanted to accomplish to be like, look, like, you know, I
- 34:17used to sleep in my car and I bought a fucking house.
- 34:19Like I really wanted to like, you know, selfishly prove a
- 34:22point, not. Selfishly.
- 34:25No, I mean because it came. It didn't come from necessarily
- 34:27like like that goal or that insecurity didn't necessarily
- 34:31come from like the original or the origin.
- 34:34Was it from the happiest, healthiest place?
- 34:36So, but so to be able to do it, my perspective on it's changed.
- 34:40It was earned as opposed to just giving to you.
- 34:43True, but like my and like my perspective on it's changed to
- 34:46be over time because my perspective on like the journey
- 34:49that I'm on, like, you know, there's times where things were
- 34:52really, really hard and it would be hard not to be like envious
- 34:57or jaded about things that were going on in my day-to-day that I
- 35:01was having to get through knowing that a a lot of people
- 35:05or most people and people especially like where we're from
- 35:09and just like the socio economic status, all that crap that it
- 35:12was like it, it like was like a motivator for me to get out of
- 35:15it. So I wasn't like I didn't feel
- 35:18like a mess. Does you know what?
- 35:19Does that make sense? Yeah, No, it's like a it's both.
- 35:24It's real, but it's also a like symbolic of like you made it out
- 35:28of, like the you're the phoenix rising from the ashes.
- 35:31Yeah, you know, like. Fuck the ashes.
- 35:33I'd rise with the cashes baby. So it's I, so I would rather.
- 35:40But if you could have your happiest memory not be real,
- 35:44that would be depressing, because those are things that.
- 35:45Well, if I if I never figured out that it wasn't real, I mean,
- 35:48what's the difference? Then you wouldn't care.
- 35:50Then it would be inconsequential.
- 35:52But in this I'm assuming I do that sounds.
- 35:55Awful. Yeah.
- 35:57And plus, you know, I'm assuming that, you know, I'm going off to
- 36:01the spiritual realm and then I'll figure that shit out
- 36:03eventually and then and then I'll be bummed up in heaven, sad
- 36:07in heaven, happy and hell. Episode 192 or something.
- 36:15OK therapy question #3 would you rather your pet be able to talk
- 36:20but only about your flaws, or your partner be able to read
- 36:25your thoughts but only the embarrassing ones?
- 36:32This your pet being only able to talk about your flaws would be
- 36:35really frustrating. Like that wouldn't last very
- 36:39long. Someone would see you like bop
- 36:41your dog on the head or something because it be talking
- 36:44mad shit and like, hey man, you just hate that dog and like
- 36:46you'd be in jail. I'm just saying, dude, this dog
- 36:50is going to be saying wild shit. It's basically be a person you
- 36:52might. Be.
- 36:54Squaring up with that Chihuahua out in the front yard, you're
- 36:57like, what's up bro, you talking shit?
- 36:59You have a Chihuahua. No, I'm just this is an example.
- 37:02Y'all can see my pet behind me, you know?
- 37:04'Cause that's a hyperbole. They probably, they probably
- 37:07sharpen. My sharpen my roast skills, like
- 37:09I'm trying to get a tight 5 minutes together and go hit hit
- 37:11the improv soon. Like for real.
- 37:14I got like more material than 5 minutes.
- 37:16But like if I can just, you know, get get my foot in the on
- 37:19the stage. So I think like having my dog
- 37:22like around like roasting me at old times.
- 37:25I just roast him back, roasted back.
- 37:27And also now I'm the roast master general.
- 37:29Come at me, Jeff Ross. And you'd be ready for any roast
- 37:33that you were going to get because you're gonna be stay
- 37:36ready. You'd be like toughening up.
- 37:37That's like, you know, whenever. Straight I'm Arby's son.
- 37:40Roast beef up in here. You know, it's like when those
- 37:43old Asian guys hit the ninjas that are trading with those
- 37:47bamboo sticks and toughen up their skin and you know they
- 37:49make a fight through the pain. Your dog's just going to be like
- 37:52an old Asian man beating you with a damn.
- 37:54I'll be like, I'll be like Uma Thurman and kill Bill, yeah.
- 37:58Fuck you. Get at me.
- 38:04Yeah, 'cause I mean embarrassing thoughts.
- 38:06I don't know about that. I don't know how many embarrass
- 38:09like what? Well, I don't even like it's.
- 38:11My my own thoughts like so how like it's only.
- 38:15You're thinking about farting. It's like bro, this farting
- 38:18don't need and you don't need to hear that album is ripping.
- 38:20Let's go bro. We talking about what's
- 38:23happening. I can't help it like right, I
- 38:26don't know like what are they? What are you guys like?
- 38:28Oh man, I really should've. Eaten.
- 38:30Yeah. Is it embarrassing to me or to
- 38:32like? Yeah.
- 38:32Who, who's who's the judge of like, how embarrassing?
- 38:35Like what qualifies as embarrassing?
- 38:38So if you're just don't end up being embarrassed, that could.
- 38:40Be because I feel like none of my thoughts are embarrassing.
- 38:42It would be embarrassing if some of them got it, like came out.
- 38:48I don't, you know what I'm saying, Like embarrassed, like
- 38:49embarrassing, like relies on somebody.
- 38:51I guess somebody is hearing the thoughts, but I don't know.
- 38:54I've never really thought about it.
- 38:55Yeah, but that would be. Subjective compared to the
- 38:56person and you would have to be embarrassed by the thought.
- 38:59By them knowing the thought. By them knowing the thought.
- 39:01So that's what it would have to be.
- 39:03So it's not embarrassing until this scenario comes into play.
- 39:06And then now it's now. Yeah, whole brand new category
- 39:10of thought. OK, final therapy question.
- 39:13Therapy question #4 Would you rather every time you looked in
- 39:19a mirror, a version of you blinked a second late or
- 39:25whispered Not yet. What is What the fuck is this
- 39:31dude? What is this?
- 39:34This is that you've had some dumb ones.
- 39:37This one's pretty dumb. I guess it would blink a second
- 39:40later because at least like there would I would think I'm
- 39:43schizophrenic. I mean shit talk to me and not
- 39:47yet. What is that?
- 39:48Dude, I like it. That's my hype man right there
- 39:50in the marriage, just like because I'm about to go off at
- 39:52all times, like in a good way. And and it's and it's it's.
- 39:56It's not yet, but it but it is yet.
- 40:00It is time. I'm not man, I'd just rather
- 40:04blank a second later I guess because it would.
- 40:07I don't know. And you could go.
- 40:10Which? Like what?
- 40:13But what if you were trying to take like a a mirror selfie and
- 40:17then you're always getting the blank, you know, so.
- 40:20I just wouldn't take a mirror selfie.
- 40:21You would just not look in the mirror, you would just turn it
- 40:25and do a selfie. Cam well, every time that you
- 40:27every time that you were done blinking, it would be blinking.
- 40:30So every time you would see it, your eyes, you know?
- 40:33So you just don't blink? You just hold them open and take
- 40:35a picture and don't move and then blink after the photo?
- 40:38What are we talking about? This shit's.
- 40:40Stupid. Not yet.
- 40:44That'd be weird. All right, we're done with every
- 40:46questions. I was going to mention last week
- 40:47I got just totally off topic, but I just wanted to bring it
- 40:50up. I got a fucking vape THC vape
- 40:55pen and it's called Switch by Boutique and it's got two
- 41:01different cartridges. The ones that I picked was
- 41:04mango, mango melon and papaya. So you can either hit the papaya
- 41:08side or the mango melon side or both at.
- 41:11The same time. Right, but then there was this
- 41:14thing like it it was said like blinkers and it and then it and
- 41:17it said 0 points and they fucking what I realized is they
- 41:21gamified the vape. So many blinkers you can take.
- 41:25Like, because like there's on all these vapes, like it will,
- 41:30like you, you can inhale as much as you want, except for it will,
- 41:33it will stop. And like the light blinks.
- 41:35Yeah, yeah. So basically it was trying to
- 41:38gamify how many times you can get to 1 blink or two blinks of
- 41:45inhaling. Like it's trying to like get you
- 41:47to like take bigger hits and then it would rack up the
- 41:50points. This shit like stops working out
- 41:53of nowhere. Like I like no way because I got
- 41:56a full gram. Like there's no way I got even
- 41:57close. I still have like fucking vape
- 41:59pens that I bought like a year and a half ago that aren't done.
- 42:01And then all of a sudden stops hitting.
- 42:03I put it on the charger, nothing.
- 42:05Now it says I have like 48 points of blinkers because I'm
- 42:08like, just like sucking like so it like stops like thinking
- 42:12because sometimes they'll get clogged or something.
- 42:13But yeah, now they've got like this, this like gamified fucking
- 42:17boutique Switch vape. I can see the fucking liquid in
- 42:20there, but it doesn't hit. And now I got like 48 points,
- 42:24but like if I was to if I was nicotine like they would like
- 42:29which they they do have like flume or UT makes this one where
- 42:32it's like 2 different flavors, but it's not gamified.
- 42:34But like that seems like such a fucking problem.
- 42:36Like. You know, like you're doing 48
- 42:39blinkers, bro. But dude was that like 6 before
- 42:42it stopped working and then I was like trying to get it to
- 42:44work. 6 blinkers in a day. No total and like.
- 42:48From You're going to the moon and back dude, dude.
- 42:51I'm like cautious. I don't know though.
- 42:54She's going to. I'm not trying to like yeah, I
- 42:56don't know. But anyways, shit stopped
- 42:58working. I'm not trying to not move like
- 43:00that. Yeah, man.
- 43:03And I, yeah, and I and I really like, I kind of stopped
- 43:05something you read for a while. So like I was just like dipping
- 43:07my toe back in, but dipping. I was, I was going to shout out.
- 43:12Blinkers, dude, get the fuck out of here babe.
- 43:14Did you get the Fuck you 40? Two of them I didn't get any
- 43:19fucking vape hits. It stopped.
- 43:22You go, you ghosted them, you held them into their.
- 43:25Nothing left. No.
- 43:28I miss all those stupid old weed terms.
- 43:30You going to ghost it, bro? You got a ghost.
- 43:33You're not going to say it now. I mean now I'm not going to.
- 43:38You do it every time you like that one.
- 43:42You can do it, but you don't announce it after you do it.
- 43:45Usually I'm smoking weed like a grown ass man by myself, you
- 43:48know? There you go.
- 43:49So you don't really. But but my roommate, Tyson, he
- 43:51smokes. We just don't necessarily smoke
- 43:52all the time together. You don't.
- 43:55Know 'cause he's ghosted, you got his Dube tube, but he's
- 43:58ghost, you got a ghost and you got a Dube tube.
- 44:01The Bro. Think about it, there's ghost
- 44:03energy drinks, ghost in the weed and then getting ghosted by the
- 44:06girls. Best ever ghost energy drinks.
- 44:08And then just actual ghosts. There are ghosts.
- 44:11Ghosts are real. In that song that I dropped, Sad
- 44:15Charlie, a Cone of Shame, like I was like it's there's a lyric
- 44:21and he's like, he used to chase balls but now he chase ghosts.
- 44:28He can't eat bones. Nope, not even close.
- 44:33And it's just a video in slow motion of him with a cone on.
- 44:38My homeboy. We'll play the audio for the for
- 44:40the audience and the and the intro and then at the end.
- 44:43Yeah, my, my homeboy Lauren, he worked at the Driscoll downtown
- 44:47for a long time in Austin, and that's haunted.
- 44:49And he was saying he saw some some spooky ghost shit activity
- 44:54when he was working there 'cause he worked in like the bar, like
- 44:57the lobby bar. Well, the college that I went
- 45:01to, Cal State Channel Islands, is what?
- 45:04Hotel California, like the Eagle Song Hotel California, which is
- 45:08about an insane asylum. So they turned the insane asylum
- 45:10into the college and it's like beautiful, but they call it
- 45:14scary dairy and it's allegedly haunted, but it's like the
- 45:19nicest campus ever except for when I first semester, I was
- 45:23going there like first couple weeks I got lost and like there
- 45:25was an area they hadn't like refurbished yet and I was like,
- 45:28oh, now I get it. I get what like people get
- 45:31freaked out when they come here. Plus it used to be an insane
- 45:33asylum. Yeah, it's a tense.
- 45:37I know, but you would have never known unless somebody told you.
- 45:42Yeah, I guess. But once they told me I'd be
- 45:44like I'm out. Oh, I knew it before going in,
- 45:48like. I was.
- 45:50Very impressed. Shout out Cal State channels.
- 45:51Let's go, Dolphins. Let's some white people shit
- 45:56man. Just like oh this is haunted.
- 45:59It used to be an insane asylum used.
- 46:00To Hotel California and. Before, before that, they would
- 46:03torture Native Americans on this land probably.
- 46:06Yep. Perfect, perfect place for a
- 46:08Walmart super center. No, just leave the building.
- 46:11We'll just reuse. We'll reuse the chairs,
- 46:13everything. Walton loves savings.
- 46:19Go Walton, get the fuck out of here we go.
- 46:23Damn it, man. Yeah, like, I don't know.
- 46:25Fuck that. Get out of here.
- 46:26I still. It's crazy to me.
- 46:28Side note that we know who Geraldo Rivera is.
- 46:33You know why we know who Geraldo Rivera is?
- 46:37You're talking about the mustache, dude, Yeah.
- 46:39Mustache dude. Yeah, because he.
- 46:42Busted into the like sanatoriums and like insane asylums and like
- 46:46did documentary work back in the day where it's super crazy.
- 46:50But there's this old urban legend about this dude who used
- 46:55to snatch people in the woods called Cropsy and it's pretty
- 46:59good. It used to be on Netflix.
- 47:02True story ends up there is some fucking weird dude in the woods
- 47:06because there was this insane, there was this asylum out there.
- 47:08And I think, I think it's the exact same one that he went to
- 47:11ended up releasing just a bunch of these fucking people.
- 47:14Just like letting them wander off when they close these
- 47:16things. They didn't put them anywhere.
- 47:18They didn't send them anywhere. Just like Venezuela.
- 47:21Just like cut them fucking loose.
- 47:23And this dude was living out in the woods and was like actually
- 47:26like snatching people. But Geraldo that's that was
- 47:29Geraldo's big breaking stories. Do you think Corrado is cropsy?
- 47:33Do you think he snatched the people for the story?
- 47:35And he's young, but he like busts in with a camera and a
- 47:38microphone, like into these rooms with these people.
- 47:41And it's like pretty wild and crazy and messed up and exposed
- 47:45like this whole fucked up corrupt system that was going on
- 47:49in this property. This is this asylum sanatorium
- 47:51place. And all those people ended up
- 47:54getting cut loose just. Didn't he also take us to like,
- 47:57like Al Capone's like Vault and there was this fucking nothing
- 48:00in it? Yeah, but this is like the only
- 48:02reason anybody gave a fuck about Geraldo was because of the
- 48:05story, 'cause he actually was. It's like, it's like Giuliani,
- 48:08man. Like Giuliani when he got
- 48:10started and he was like a prosecutor, he was going after
- 48:14organized crime and like sticking it to people and
- 48:17cleaning up New York, doing all. Stop and.
- 48:19Frisk actually doing what we was.
- 48:22No broken window policy. He wasn't doing like he wasn't
- 48:26leaking fucking. Messing up and drag before Joe
- 48:29Santos made it cool. You know, dripping brown paint
- 48:33outside of Four Seasons Landscaping service Fucking.
- 48:37I think those are two separate things.
- 48:39Well, I know I was just combining.
- 48:41Them yeah, I know, I know, but do you just 'cause we don't want
- 48:43we don't want to we don't want to give the right an inch here
- 48:45we need to be factual when we're coming up with our.
- 48:47Adjusting his belt on you didn't.
- 48:49Have the hair dye in in front of The Four Seasons Landscaping.
- 48:53The Borat movie incident. But he used to do real stuff.
- 48:57He used to do things. Yeah, like, let fucking the
- 49:00worst terrorist attack like in the history of this country
- 49:03happen on his watch. That's what he used to do.
- 49:05America's mayor. Get the fuck out of here, bro.
- 49:08I like mayors who don't let 9/11 happen.
- 49:10Thank you. Jesus.
- 49:13I mean, I've never got it. It's like George Bush's, like,
- 49:15approval rating went up after 911.
- 49:17It's like, what? Like if Barack Obama lets 9/11
- 49:20happen? Like, are you fucking kidding
- 49:21me, dude? They'd they'd send him to like
- 49:25Saudi Arabia to go get dismembered like by like morale.
- 49:28Would have some theory like it was a bunch of Israeli clones of
- 49:33Barack Obama. Yeah.
- 49:35Like this the week after he got impeached like on on September
- 49:3812th? Yeah, on the 10th actually,
- 49:43Yeah, yeah. They they already had the
- 49:45impeachment articles like filed like, yeah, you know, exactly.
- 49:48Like whenever they whenever was in rums.
- 49:50Like whenever Rumsfeld. Was like the Saudis called in
- 49:53and they just let the Republicans know, hey, we're
- 49:54about to hit the towers. Whenever Rumsfeld the day before
- 49:57was like, we can't find like $3 trillion of Pentagon money,
- 50:03which that happened. Really.
- 50:05You didn't know that. What that's like one of the
- 50:08whole factual basis. This is like that's like the
- 50:11whole factual basis of why it's a conspiracy theory in the 1st
- 50:14place is before how if it's 3 trillion it's a shit ton of
- 50:18money cause. 3 trillion is a shit ton in 2025, let alone 25
- 50:22years ago. Let.
- 50:22Me look it up. This is like this is honestly
- 50:24true money. Cause like it's only in the last
- 50:32like. Yeah, two.
- 50:33Yeah. Rumsfeld.
- 50:35Wait, no, no. So the brood, Reuters says they
- 50:37did not hold on. Donald Rumsfeld was the
- 50:42Secretary of Defense at the time of the war or at the terrorist
- 50:46attack 2001 in the United States.
- 50:51Because there's a whole conspiracy theory that there was
- 50:53a bunch of missing Pentagon money and where the plane hit on
- 50:56the Pentagon is like the financial fraud unit.
- 51:00No, but I'll get the fuck out of here.
- 51:02You said that. It's like the whole basis of the
- 51:04conspirators like that's. Part of the attack hit on the
- 51:06Pentagon. Sounds like unnecessary.
- 51:09That's like the whole basis around like that.
- 51:11With the Pentagon, you can't just like erase the fucking
- 51:13records, get the fuck out of here.
- 51:14You need, you need like the Saudis to like hopefully hit the
- 51:17right area and the Pentagon like come on, dude.
- 51:20Not. To mention that wasn't even a
- 51:22plane, it was a missile allegedly.
- 51:26But apparently you can just do whatever the fuck you want now
- 51:31on the social media. You know, all these dudes
- 51:34capitulating and settling with Trump for kicking him off.
- 51:37Oh yeah, dude, we're just like, wow, you need yourself a break.
- 51:42Yeah, let's do it. Look, I'll be quick.
- 51:44So it's 933 right now. Get back at 9:40.
- 51:47Go take a blinker. 9:45 Now we're back for the topics,
- 51:56Joseph. So we touched on it earlier.
- 52:04This is by NPR. Trump commuted the prison
- 52:08sentence of George Santos. A look at how it happened.
- 52:13Former New York Republican Congressman George Santos is out
- 52:17of prison. After President Trump commuted
- 52:19his sentence Friday, MPRMPRS Lilia Fidel asked New York Times
- 52:24reporter Michael Golden how it happened.
- 52:27Former Congressman George Santos thank Jesus Christ and President
- 52:30Trump after the president committed his seven-year
- 52:33sentence for wire fraud and identity theft on Friday.
- 52:37House Ethics Committee report found Santos spent donations
- 52:40from his supporters on shopping at Sephora, taking luxury trips,
- 52:45paying for only fans. On Sunday, Santos said this on
- 52:49CNN. Santos said.
- 52:51I've learned a great deal in a very large slice of humble pie,
- 52:55if not the entire pie for the experience I had.
- 52:59Was that was that a self aware fat joke?
- 53:03I. Mean, that's great, I mean.
- 53:07And we know that pie is apple pie because his pronouns are
- 53:10USAUSA. Two years ago, Santos was kicked
- 53:15out of Congress by a bipartisan vote for the.
- 53:19For more on the president's club president's clemency, New York
- 53:23Times reporter Michael Golden joins me now.
- 53:25Or this is like reading like an article, sorry, or like their
- 53:28conversation. So how did he?
- 53:30Get it until like an interview. Yeah, Fidel, how did Santos get
- 53:34the president's attention? Gold, I think there are a few
- 53:37things that happened here. You know, Santos gets sentenced
- 53:40and immediately starts asking for clemency.
- 53:42And it doesn't like it's going to happen for a while.
- 53:44But in August, Marjorie Taylor Green, who is an ally of his of
- 53:48his in Congress and who Santos considers a friend, started to
- 53:52push for him to get a pardon. And around that time, Trump
- 53:54asked if Newsmax asked is asked in a Newsmax interview if he
- 53:58would consider or to pardon or commute the sentence.
- 54:02And he says no one ever asked me.
- 54:04So Marjorie starts asking, and it seems to get the ball rolling
- 54:08and put the bug in the president's ear, which basically
- 54:11leads us to where we are this week.
- 54:13By the way, he's openly been talking about commuting the
- 54:16sentence for P Diddy right now. That's like new because I know
- 54:21he got asked about that and he didn't say no, but it also just
- 54:25kind of like was like. No, like, apparently, like
- 54:28they're actually like making a push for that to happen.
- 54:31It's so weird. It's like, you know, you know
- 54:33what's so weird? It's like there there is no
- 54:35rhyme or reason with like, you know, these like pardons, Well,
- 54:40some of them like the January 6th and shit like that.
- 54:42But like, but but every time like it happens like it's like,
- 54:51of course, of course, you know, it's like what there is no
- 54:54connection of like Puff Daddy other than them like, you know,
- 54:57rubbing shoulders like in New York probably back in the day of
- 55:00like with Trump versus like Trump and Santos, you know, but
- 55:04it's like, but it makes sense that he would like, it's not
- 55:07surprising that those people will get pardoned by Trump, even
- 55:10though like it's not like, you know, where it's like his like
- 55:13hench men like, you know, fucking what's his name, Roger
- 55:17Stone or like. Well, yeah.
- 55:19Well, whatever they're. They're not as cronies like like
- 55:22doing crimes for him. Like Blagojevich, you're like
- 55:25what? Like how did?
- 55:27Because he like, because he was on a celebrity apprentice,
- 55:31that's why. See, there you go, that's what
- 55:35I'm saying. Like random ass reasons.
- 55:37Well that's not random like, that's his show.
- 55:39No, that is random. That's like an actual
- 55:41relationship. Like it like, you know, like
- 55:43Santos like. But most of the time the the
- 55:46pardons aren't because yet we have some sort of personal
- 55:49relationship. Right.
- 55:50But I'm saying in that in that instance, Blagojevich, there is.
- 55:54Yeah, he's like writing the hall.
- 55:55Writing Hall passes for his buddies.
- 55:57Or just famous people? They are just famous people just
- 56:00thinking that that will win people over it.
- 56:02Or or or own the libs, you know, it's like, oh, you know.
- 56:06Like like I'm going to release this super.
- 56:10Sex. Trafficking sex trafficking oil
- 56:13in Yep, black man from from from New York.
- 56:17Because. Because.
- 56:18Like, yeah, because. Own the libs, go get them.
- 56:22It's it's got to the point where like owning the libs is just
- 56:24like like decent being like in nor and like behaving like, you
- 56:28know, by the rule of law and being normal.
- 56:30You know, it's like, oh, this is a piece of shit person who
- 56:33should be locked up. I'm going to set them free.
- 56:36Boom. You got a set of tone so those
- 56:38libs know exactly we're not fucking around.
- 56:42Right. It's like, it's like, like you
- 56:45only qualify for a partner if you're a piece of shit.
- 56:47You're like the like the buzzer, Kaczynski, get your stuff.
- 56:53Meanwhile, if you're meanwhile, if you're AUS citizen and swept
- 56:57up in an ICE raid and sent to like a El Salvador or something,
- 57:01there's nothing I could do. You know, he's in El Salvador
- 57:03now. There's nothing we could do.
- 57:04What do you, what do you want us to do?
- 57:05Get him out of jail? Pardon.
- 57:07I'm not fucking kidding me. Like he's in El Salvador.
- 57:09Kaczynski, get your stuff. And it's like, it's like, where
- 57:12are you taking me? He's like, he's like, whoa.
- 57:14He's like, don't worry, we helicoptered your cabin right
- 57:16back where you had it. We're going to drop you back
- 57:18off. Once you get back to yeah, it's
- 57:20like, oh, OK, so those libs man, just own them.
- 57:26It's insanity that is, that is, that is like the official policy
- 57:29of the United States. It's like what's happening,
- 57:32right? Now, yeah, like, talk about
- 57:33contrarian, you know? Oh my God, yeah.
- 57:36I mean, but Santos is great. Oh fantastic.
- 57:41Like this is like like I said, you know, I feel like the
- 57:44podcast manifested this. I already told Joseph the day
- 57:47that this happened, which is like a few days ago.
- 57:50I hit him with soon as the soon as the update came across.
- 57:53You know the wire, as they say back in the day, soon as I got
- 57:57the notification boom, hit Joseph with it and then also
- 58:03committed to cold calling my way to Santa's to get him as a guest
- 58:07on the pod. I was in line yester yesterday
- 58:13and where I was at they like asked me what my name was when I
- 58:17got to the front of the line and I told him I was like Schultz
- 58:21SCHI was like Andrew. And the guy behind me goes oh,
- 58:24like the like the podcaster I go.
- 58:26I am a podcaster. And then and then stared him
- 58:30right in the eye for like a prolonged period of time and
- 58:32then and then went and finished my business.
- 58:35That's so weird. Well, dude, well, I had a
- 58:38podcast. I I'm Andrew Schultz with the
- 58:40original podcast, so I had to be 4 fucking flagrant.
- 58:43Get us on flagrant. You want the real Andrew
- 58:45Schultz? Here I am.
- 58:47It's your boy. So now we got 22 nemesis.
- 58:52We got Joey bag of Donuts. These are your nemesis.
- 58:56They're the pods like so they're yours.
- 58:58Yeah, I mean, hey. Come on, bro, It's like, you
- 59:00know, I'm showing up at your house.
- 59:01I'm like, yeah, we're going to go fucking injure a lot of
- 59:05fools, and you can never ask and you can never ask me about it
- 59:08again. All I want to hear you say is
- 59:10whose car we take in. Oh.
- 59:13Man. That's right, Flagrant.
- 59:17I'll go for three hours toe to toe like I'm P Buttigieg.
- 59:23Yeah, he pled guilty to wirefront and aggravated
- 59:26identity theft, mostly stealing money from donors.
- 59:29Fidel says not. Democrats have criticized the
- 59:31move. Republicans have had mixed
- 59:33reactions. What are they saying?
- 59:35Gold says. Yeah, Republicans are split.
- 59:38Mt GS obviously very happy but there are some other more right
- 59:42wing members of the conference and Paulina Luna, Tim Burke
- 59:47Burkett, Lauren Bobert of all celebrated this but Republicans
- 59:51from New York are not happy. Nicola Loda from Long Island,
- 59:55who is one of the first to push for Santos 1st to 1st to resign
- 59:59and then be expelled, said that Santos is accident.
- 1:00:02Actions warranted more than a three month sentence because
- 1:00:05that's what he was in jail for. And remember we talked about
- 1:00:08this three months ago when he was saying like I'm not going to
- 1:00:11survive in there. He's like, they're going to get
- 1:00:14me basically. Like I wish, I wish I.
- 1:00:16Wish I was there for him at that moment to be like, bro, you're
- 1:00:19not you're right. You're not going to survive.
- 1:00:21You're going to thrive. You're going to like you've
- 1:00:24you've already accomplished you like you, you won politics, you
- 1:00:29won cameo, that's for damn sure. You won over like talk shit or
- 1:00:33get off the pod, you know, and, and, and what, what would you
- 1:00:37call like, you know, like Taylor Swift has swifties.
- 1:00:40What would you call people who followed our podcast?
- 1:00:43Call ours. Like, yeah, like our groupies,
- 1:00:47our, our, you know, shit is shit is shitters.
- 1:00:55Shitters. Yeah, you got you got our whole,
- 1:00:59our whole legion, a whole of Shitters.
- 1:01:02The pod, that's yeah thing. Is there a pod?
- 1:01:06We swim in a pod, we fight in the pod.
- 1:01:09That's right, we puff it on pods.
- 1:01:12THC so so they can pod pack. So we're in that Swifty pack.
- 1:01:17Anyway, so yeah, so look forward to that in case y'all don't.
- 1:01:21This is great, I love. It like I, I, you might think
- 1:01:23I'm kidding like that. I'm going to get Santos on the
- 1:01:25pod. I'm not bro, my boy, my boy Ben
- 1:01:29Vigo Ganz asked me. I asked him who does he want to
- 1:01:33work with when he started his live streaming company like 12
- 1:01:35years ago. He said billboard records.
- 1:01:37Boom, got us a meeting, Vice president of video Billboard in
- 1:01:41the fucking headquarters. Hour and a half.
- 1:01:44I'm getting Santos on, not some paying him for some cameo shit.
- 1:01:56He might be a recurring guest. It's wild that he's out.
- 1:02:02It's crazy that he thanked God and Trump.
- 1:02:05I mean in that order too, you know.
- 1:02:07Like, I love everything about this man, and the fact that he
- 1:02:12is that ridiculous of a liar is just impressive.
- 1:02:16It's just crazy. Like and he didn't even get
- 1:02:18charged for ripping off the homeless veteran who had cancer.
- 1:02:25Charity, yeah. That wasn't even like being
- 1:02:28Jewish. Also he pled guilty to these
- 1:02:31crimes and he was supposed to spend like 7 years in prison at
- 1:02:35least I. Think three months.
- 1:02:37And it's three months later he pled guilty and he got pardoned
- 1:02:41for no fucking reason, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:02:43Like. At what point, like like this is
- 1:02:45just that that is also, you know what that is also by Trump.
- 1:02:47That's a heat check. You know, it's like when Curry's
- 1:02:50on fire and then he just throws it up from the half court just
- 1:02:52to see, you know, like if it's. People react.
- 1:02:55He's like, bro, bro, I'm, I'm, you know, I just solved the
- 1:02:58piece in the Middle East, motherfuckers.
- 1:03:00What's what's? It's really crazy.
- 1:03:02Too think about it like, but it came out like, oh, you're a
- 1:03:06Brazilian drag queen. And everyone was like, no, I'm
- 1:03:08not. And then he's like, yeah, you
- 1:03:09are. And then it came out the
- 1:03:10Brazilian government's like, oh, no, you were.
- 1:03:13And we've been looking for you. Hey, please come back.
- 1:03:17You're wanted for like fraud and extortion or some crazy shit.
- 1:03:21And you're like, what? Like this?
- 1:03:23How does this? And then it comes out you're not
- 1:03:26Olympic or no Ivy League, Ivy League champ volleyball.
- 1:03:33You're not black, you're not your parent.
- 1:03:35Your mom didn't die in 9/11. Well, first of.
- 1:03:38All allegedly on all these, we don't know that you know, he
- 1:03:40could be telling the truth and you know, he just might have got
- 1:03:42smeared by the lamestream media, but you forgot what he said.
- 1:03:47I did a little bit of I did a little bit of research because I
- 1:03:50wanted to find out what all of his like pseudonyms that he had
- 1:03:54throughout the years. Basically, I wanted to find out
- 1:03:56what his drag queen name was because I thought it would be
- 1:03:58good, but it's actually like not like as campy as like most of
- 1:04:03them are, you know, and I don't think it would like anybody
- 1:04:06really because I didn't even know it and I, you know, I
- 1:04:08followed this guy for a living. So but anyways, in my research
- 1:04:12right after he got released, the brief amount that I did, he won.
- 1:04:17He won contests down in Brazil multiple.
- 1:04:21Drag contest. Yeah, and that's not him saying
- 1:04:23because remember he was trying to hide being a drag queen.
- 1:04:25But so this is reported, Yeah, not only was the drag queen,
- 1:04:30that's the other thing, dude, like Republicans like, but your
- 1:04:32boy like all the way back to J Edgar Hoover running the FBI, He
- 1:04:35used to dress up and drag all the fucking time.
- 1:04:38Rudy Giuliani, I'd mentioned earlier, used to dress up and
- 1:04:41drag all the time. Is in a like video with Trump as
- 1:04:45well. Rudy Giuliani's dressed as a
- 1:04:48woman back in the day. And then and Trump basically is
- 1:04:52in drag every fucking day, like, you know, wearing his makeup and
- 1:04:55getting his hair did like so and you know, and the diapers, you
- 1:05:00know, it's like, so my point is. And then then also like the
- 1:05:05church, you know, Pope's priests kind of draggy, kind of draggy,
- 1:05:10you know, it's like it's dragged.
- 1:05:12It's, it's, it's, it's drag queen story hour every time you
- 1:05:15go into a Catholic Mass. So it's just the hypocrisy, you
- 1:05:18know? Yeah, just the level and power
- 1:05:22of which the lies were is incredible.
- 1:05:25Like I said, my mom died in 9/11.
- 1:05:27Lied about not being gay, lied about not living with his
- 1:05:31sister. Like there wasn't a single thing
- 1:05:32this guy wasn't lying about Jewish.
- 1:05:35I think that's when I made the swap.
- 1:05:38That's when I went from being annoyed to where I was like, OK,
- 1:05:40I'm kind. I kind of.
- 1:05:41Like that was the turning point. That was the turning point.
- 1:05:43Because that was such a wild, crazy thing to say.
- 1:05:47But. Irrational.
- 1:05:49For everybody to say for the last 3000 years.
- 1:05:52And you know, like I try to, I consider myself a wordsmith.
- 1:05:55Like I try to come up with like clever shit like that.
- 1:05:57No, I have around people that were Jewish, like wow.
- 1:06:01That's just boom chefs fucking kiss bro like.
- 1:06:05You were like oh I'm sorry I missed you saying you were
- 1:06:08Jewish for like you being like borderline anti-Semitic my
- 1:06:11fault. I'm sorry that's my bad.
- 1:06:14Sorry, I voted for you too. That's crazy.
- 1:06:18Yeah, that shit was wild, so I'm glad he's out.
- 1:06:21So stole somebody like ran, ran through the halls with it and
- 1:06:25like really what it was like on these campaign donations that he
- 1:06:28was spending on himself, he was also hitting them with a
- 1:06:30recurring payment. So it'd be like like not only
- 1:06:33did he like take the initial campaign donation when like, but
- 1:06:40then it was just ongoing. It's like, you know, just
- 1:06:44amazing dude. Amazing really.
- 1:06:45And are we sure that he's gay? No, I'm just kidding.
- 1:06:48I mean, it's like they're when you think about like in Batman,
- 1:06:52there's like there are groups of like Gotham, they're like, holy
- 1:06:55shit, the Riddler's out of Arkham.
- 1:06:57Fuck yeah. Like I feel like I'm one of
- 1:06:59those guys. And right now, like I used to
- 1:07:00work for Two Faced. I've been on furlough for like 6
- 1:07:03months. He just broke out.
- 1:07:05I got my job back. Let's.
- 1:07:07Fucking go. Like, let's fucking go like
- 1:07:10this. Shit's going down.
- 1:07:11We're going to link up with Penguin and we're, you know,
- 1:07:14we'll put the word out on the street.
- 1:07:16Well. Can I get a commitment to you
- 1:07:17that because Santos is probably going to be big time in, you
- 1:07:20know, he's he's on his trajectory is parabolic.
- 1:07:24So I have no doubt that I'll be able to get him to agree to be
- 1:07:28on the podcast. But he might want us to come to
- 1:07:30him in person, you know, So you, you would you be willing to fly
- 1:07:34out or maybe maybe get an audience?
- 1:07:37We could sell some tickets. For a George Santos.
- 1:07:39This live Q&A. Yeah, I'd do.
- 1:07:41It live episode I'd. Do it.
- 1:07:45Fuck yeah. And then and then after after
- 1:07:50show, he gets into the drag queen and then I and I and I
- 1:07:53start dropping hits. Or what if it's like a pod slash
- 1:07:58live drag show, right? That's.
- 1:07:59What I'm saying like a variety host.
- 1:08:02And competitor George Santos, so he's hosting it, but he's also
- 1:08:07competing. And then also y'all, if you in
- 1:08:11the comments, maybe I'll, I'll create a poll or something, but
- 1:08:15for George Santos's new drag queen name, because it needs to
- 1:08:20be upgraded like, you know, I think it was probably done in
- 1:08:24haste, you know, back in the day that.
- 1:08:26Could be something like tight, you know.
- 1:08:28No, that's what I'm saying. Like it it should.
- 1:08:30He deserves a great drag queen name, and this will be his, his
- 1:08:34white boy rebrand, as you would call it.
- 1:08:38You know, is that a jail? He's got to start.
- 1:08:40From I've never have I ever, said white boy read.
- 1:08:43I'll, I'll tell you when you when you were a guest, before
- 1:08:46you were ever even a host, you were a guest on episode 10 and
- 1:08:53the Super producer, the original, you know, kind of Co
- 1:08:57host asked you, 'cause this was his first time meeting you and
- 1:09:01like you and I grew up together. He goes, hey, so Joseph, like
- 1:09:04where did, when did Andy's get the name Mr. Goody 2 shoes like
- 1:09:08and then you go, nobody called him that in high school.
- 1:09:11That's a white boy rebrand that. Was about right.
- 1:09:17And him and I like, laughed over that and like, and now I just
- 1:09:19say it like periodically about random things.
- 1:09:22Looks pretty good. OK, maybe I did say that.
- 1:09:25Yeah, I mean it. You know, whatever it was a. 187
- 1:09:29episodes ago. For real.
- 1:09:33Damn. You were just coming in?
- 1:09:34Yeah, just coming in tagging in like just to just to basically
- 1:09:38secure. Well, I was thinking about doing
- 1:09:42other stuff, so when we started talking about it and you were
- 1:09:45like, hey, I was like, dude, like I'm building this computer
- 1:09:48like I'm going to fucking town. I posted a picture of it.
- 1:09:53It was before any episodes got dropped.
- 1:09:55It was a picture. It was like a selfie, but like
- 1:09:58we had a meeting me and the Super producer and outline like
- 1:10:03the goals of the podcast and then what we're going to do for
- 1:10:05episode 1. So I just like put out a like a
- 1:10:08picture teaser like coming soon and like 5 minutes after I put
- 1:10:12it out not even haven't even recorded yet an episode yet.
- 1:10:15Just telling people that we are going to just to text me.
- 1:10:18Like how the fuck you going to start a podcast without me?
- 1:10:21So I was already on that, man. Like I'm better.
- 1:10:24It was like, I'm building this computer.
- 1:10:26I don't like chart it out. That's like.
- 1:10:29Yeah, so you literally, literally been there from the
- 1:10:32jump, regardless if it took you to episode 25 to officially.
- 1:10:35Be we were like having like long phone conversations about that
- 1:10:39shit too. Therapy or not?
- 1:10:45Article #2 from the BBC Madagascar military says it has
- 1:10:49seized power as president moves to safe space An elite military
- 1:10:55unit says it has seized power at Madagascar from from President
- 1:11:00Andrei. Oh man, Rajalina, that's no way
- 1:11:04that's correct because it's Madagascar.
- 1:11:05But overall with it. Following weeks of youth LED
- 1:11:08protests in the Indian Ocean island standing outside the
- 1:11:12presidential palace today on Tuesday, Chief Colonel Michael
- 1:11:17Rodiman at Randan. Oh, that's right.
- 1:11:22Rand, Randy. Randy Renani.
- 1:11:28Rangian Irani No, that's not right.
- 1:11:31Ranjin Randy Arena, Arena. Hit him with that arena.
- 1:11:42He said the militarily military would form a government and hold
- 1:11:46elections within two years. He also suspended key democratic
- 1:11:50institutions like the Electoral Commission.
- 1:11:53Gen. Z protesters will be a part of
- 1:11:55the changes because the movement was created in the streets, so
- 1:11:59we have to respect their demands, he added.
- 1:12:01Damn, that's hardcore. Troops and protesters have been
- 1:12:04celebrating. That with crime, assault.
- 1:12:07No, but that's just I mean. This is like the fucking 8th
- 1:12:09coup in like the last three years in Africa bro.
- 1:12:12And like these these dudes always say that like the
- 1:12:14military, we're going to be here for like 6 months just to we get
- 1:12:16our shit together and then we'll hold elections now.
- 1:12:19Oh. I know.
- 1:12:19Ask Molly. I'm just saying that statement,
- 1:12:22the movement was created in the streets, so we have to respect
- 1:12:25their demands. Like that's a hardcore that's.
- 1:12:27What you say just to get by? There's African core.
- 1:12:31It's really funny. It's like compilations of these
- 1:12:34videos. I don't know if I've ever sent
- 1:12:36them to you, but they say like crazy shit and they're like
- 1:12:40politicians and like these African part, like corrupt
- 1:12:43politicians. He's like if there's one, he's
- 1:12:45like if there's corruption and I am not involved, I will stop it.
- 1:12:51He said that. Like it just.
- 1:12:52But if there is corruption and I am involved, stand by it like
- 1:12:57it's crazy and he's like dead serious.
- 1:13:00It's so. Well, that's, you know, like we
- 1:13:03think like Trump's like, yeah, just telling us like all the
- 1:13:05corruption he's doing like out loud, you know, but but always
- 1:13:09like slang and like, and and and culture always starts with like
- 1:13:12either African American people or gay people.
- 1:13:14So of course, of course they're like he, they're on the cutting.
- 1:13:16They're they're one step ahead of Trump where he's like, he's
- 1:13:19like, he's like, not only am I corrupt.
- 1:13:22If there's corruption and I'm not there, I'm against it.
- 1:13:25But if there's corruption in there, I'm there.
- 1:13:28I stand. I stand by it.
- 1:13:30You better you better given him like his cut, you know, like.
- 1:13:33Surrounded by people who are like, yeah, that's right,
- 1:13:35motherfuckers. Like that's what we do like.
- 1:13:38When I lived in my condo in Ventura on the avenue, which is
- 1:13:42like the gang affiliated street, but like I've told these stories
- 1:13:46about like what had happened and shit, but what this period of
- 1:13:50time when I was working from home, I got concussed.
- 1:13:52I, my dog Weta dragged me down these concrete stairs and I was
- 1:13:56stumbling and I was about to get dragged or I thought I could
- 1:13:59jump and I went and try to jump the stairs.
- 1:14:01Didn't make like didn't clear the stairs, slapped my head on
- 1:14:04the concrete. Woke up in a pool of blood, went
- 1:14:06back to work and don't remember any of it.
- 1:14:08But like I was really, really concussed.
- 1:14:10And, and like every day that went by, the more I'd realized
- 1:14:14how fucked up, like I should have gone to the hospital, but
- 1:14:16like, I was like, like wasn't thinking clearly.
- 1:14:20Anyways, my inhibitions like I've I like realized later, like
- 1:14:24we're completely gone. Like I might as well been like a
- 1:14:27like drunk like with like the way that I like felt, you know,
- 1:14:31but like I wasn't drunk. So didn't I didn't realize it
- 1:14:33while it was happening. But there was this guy who was
- 1:14:35like selling drugs, this like 6 five guy named Jack, big black
- 1:14:40dude who would sell drugs. And he's like, like, kind of
- 1:14:43like some like on the spectrum or something was, you know,
- 1:14:46crazy with him. But I walk out there, like with
- 1:14:49my dog, I'm working from home. So I was like in, I'm living in
- 1:14:52the condo, no backyard. So I'd have to take my dog on
- 1:14:54walks. And I walk out there and I see
- 1:14:56him and I, I just go, Yo, you better not be selling drugs on
- 1:15:00my street unless I'm getting a cut, homie.
- 1:15:03And and then he's like, what'd you say?
- 1:15:06And that's, and like, and I was like, that's right.
- 1:15:09I've run this block. Like I was like just like dead,
- 1:15:12I swear to God for like just no reason, you know, And then he
- 1:15:17starts walking towards me and my dog's the sweetest, nicest dog
- 1:15:19ever, but I just go. I was like, yo, stop, I'll knock
- 1:15:25your ass out and I'll let my dog eat your face.
- 1:15:28And he stopped and didn't and went back, went backwards like
- 1:15:32and I like that was actually a shout out to Joe Beck, Joe Becca
- 1:15:35Stan, where he just says he escalates to de escalate where
- 1:15:41he just takes it to a whole nother level.
- 1:15:43You out crazy, the crazy person. And then they're like, what?
- 1:15:47He did that with me. Like I was in a bar with him in
- 1:15:49Santa Monica and this guy was trying to fight me.
- 1:15:51And then Rebecca Stan just looks at the guy goes, listen, I'm
- 1:15:55going to take your neck, put it over my shoulder and I'm just
- 1:16:00going to start pulling and pulling until it snaps.
- 1:16:05And then me and the guy are looking at him like, what the
- 1:16:07fuck did you just say? Fight over, done.
- 1:16:11That was my version of that. I'll knock your ass out and let
- 1:16:14my dog, but you. Just like harass a black drug.
- 1:16:17But he was. Telling those on my I mean to
- 1:16:18be. Fair, A young entrepreneur.
- 1:16:20I mean, I was trying to, you know, like take control of my
- 1:16:23block. I don't need like a bunch of
- 1:16:24like, homeless crackheads coming over here on the corner or when
- 1:16:27I'm trying to walk my dog. They're just passing.
- 1:16:30I'm trying to gentrify this motherfucker.
- 1:16:31They're just passing through. Oh, I'm going to tax that ass.
- 1:16:35I'm I was like Denzel, dude. It's like, you know, I'm going
- 1:16:38to tax that ass. Personnel, yeah, they supported
- 1:16:42A troop, but he came into power in 2009.
- 1:16:44But yeah, I mean, Madagascar's constitutional court has named
- 1:16:52Colonel Radarandhandi as the country's new leader, even
- 1:16:57through even though a statement from the president's office said
- 1:17:00that he's still in charge and denounced.
- 1:17:02That's described as an, like, attempted coup d'etat, but this
- 1:17:06dude bolted. Dude, there's a lot of these
- 1:17:08Gen. Z uprisings in like the Indian
- 1:17:11Ocean area, just like Philippines and Myanmar.
- 1:17:15Yeah, Myanmar. There's like all sorts of just,
- 1:17:17like, overthrowing governments. And they're like, some of the
- 1:17:20stuff is pretty vicious. Like I saw somewhere they're
- 1:17:22like running in politicians homes, dragging them out of
- 1:17:26their houses naked, chasing them through the street, all sorts of
- 1:17:29crazy shit man. I mean, I'm here for it as long
- 1:17:32as it's like justify. Yeah.
- 1:17:34I mean, like when people like, you know, like every generation,
- 1:17:39and I know this is true in America where it's like every
- 1:17:41generate, like every generation was better off than their
- 1:17:44parents up up until recently. So what my theory is like there
- 1:17:50was like a a scaled down version of that basically around the
- 1:17:54world. You know, it's like took 500
- 1:17:57million people out of poverty over the last like 20 years.
- 1:18:00Like, you know, that's more people than is the entire
- 1:18:03population in the United States. Like this is the least amount of
- 1:18:06like war. And and you know, like the
- 1:18:10quality of life on a whole for the entire globe has gone up up
- 1:18:18until recently. Now it's like now it's like,
- 1:18:21well, it's inequality everywhere.
- 1:18:23You know, it's you're either rich or poor, the middle class
- 1:18:27left dead in a ditch. And so that's only magnified,
- 1:18:30you know, in developing countries versus like rich
- 1:18:33countries like ours, you know, And so it makes sense to me that
- 1:18:38there's turmoil. Well, yeah, especially if we're
- 1:18:40talking about that more here. And people around the world,
- 1:18:43like, look to us or whatever, and like our pop culture, our
- 1:18:47music and whatnot spread throughout the globe, younger
- 1:18:50generations are going to hear that.
- 1:18:52They're going to identify with it and they're going to make it
- 1:18:54applicable to what they're going through.
- 1:18:56So they're going to be like, you know what, that's crazy.
- 1:18:58That's what they're doing here. Because there could be like 6
- 1:19:01generations that are used to the same type of shit.
- 1:19:04Right. And, and the way that you could
- 1:19:06communicate now, like through the, you know, the Internet and
- 1:19:09cell phones and shit helps people organize and exchange
- 1:19:13information. And that cuts both ways.
- 1:19:15Like you will see like a lot of like the mass shootings, like
- 1:19:18though the person who does it like will have a manifesto and
- 1:19:22like reference a previous mass shooter, you know, as like their
- 1:19:25inspiration. And so like, whereas before
- 1:19:27these people were like, you know, like in cells by
- 1:19:30themselves, you know, now they've have a community of like
- 1:19:34other people who are like disturbed and lonely and like
- 1:19:37desperate and whatever, you know, fucked up and they're
- 1:19:40going to do some fucked up shit. So that works against us.
- 1:19:42But and shit like this, like the Arab Spring was the first
- 1:19:45example of that. You know, like that was back
- 1:19:47when Twitter was, you know, before Elon, like that played a
- 1:19:51big part where the people were able to coordinate.
- 1:19:53And then they toppled the fucking Egyptian, the dictator,
- 1:19:58except for the only thing is then General Sisi came in, you
- 1:20:01know, the military came in so that they would give up power.
- 1:20:04And then the Muslim Brotherhood, if they have votes, Muslim
- 1:20:08Brotherhood was going to get seats.
- 1:20:09And so they're like, oh, fuck that.
- 1:20:10We can't let that happen. So now General Sisi has been the
- 1:20:13fucking president of Egypt, or as Donald Trump calls him, my
- 1:20:17favorite dictator. He's my favorite dictator.
- 1:20:20But yeah, so that's what I'm saying with Madagascar.
- 1:20:23It's like, yeah, these guys say like the right thing right now.
- 1:20:26And then, and then they're going to start swooping, swooping
- 1:20:29shit, and then they're just not going to give it up.
- 1:20:30So they're the dudes with the guns and the Gen.
- 1:20:32Z people don't have the guns. On Tuesday, the US State
- 1:20:36Department urged all sides to pursue a peaceful solution in
- 1:20:39line with the constitutional order.
- 1:20:43The Colonel told BBC that Madagascar was a country where
- 1:20:47chaos reigns right now. Chaos because there's no
- 1:20:50president. He's gone abroad.
- 1:20:53Yeah, once you leave the country, it's like I have 0
- 1:20:56sympathy from you anymore, you know?
- 1:20:59Yeah, if you bail. Yeah, except for Maria Machado,
- 1:21:04who's the Nobel Peace Prize winner who just won it for.
- 1:21:07She's down in Venezuela. She was the leading opposition
- 1:21:11opponent. And then Maduro.
- 1:21:14Is that, is that his name? Yeah.
- 1:21:17Madagascar is one of the poorest countries in the world, 7075% of
- 1:21:23their 30 million people live below the poverty line.
- 1:21:27Yeah, you want, I was going to say this that earlier just to
- 1:21:29give people context of like people in the United States are
- 1:21:33feeling the inequality and shit, you know, hard.
- 1:21:36The average person net like net worth or like what like whatever
- 1:21:43the the metric is of like your well-being.
- 1:21:46The average person in the UK, the United Kingdom is worse off
- 1:21:51than Mississippians in the United States.
- 1:21:54It's the average person there like their middle class is less
- 1:21:57than the average income or net worth of Mississippians, which
- 1:22:02is our poorest state. So that's how a fluent, that's
- 1:22:06how like come up the United States and that's like, it used
- 1:22:10to be like kind of like apples to apples when you took like all
- 1:22:12the EU countries GDP versus the United States and now it's 2:00
- 1:22:15to 1:00 here. Yeah.
- 1:22:17Yeah, so despite all the dumb bullshit that's happened, like
- 1:22:20we'd be crushing, but at the end, it's gotten even way worse.
- 1:22:23Like the pitchforks are coming out here.
- 1:22:26Shout out no kings. Bernie, Bernie, Bernie hit me
- 1:22:30with a Trumpism. He goes, he goes.
- 1:22:33We we don't have the data, but it could have been the biggest
- 1:22:38mess mobilization of protests in American history.
- 1:22:42We don't know the numbers, but they're saying, and I was like,
- 1:22:44OK, Bernie. Yeah, definitely sound like
- 1:22:47Trump. I know.
- 1:22:48Article #3 for BBC ChatGPT will soon allow erotica for verified
- 1:22:54adults, says Open AI Boss. Open AI plans to allow a wider
- 1:22:58range of content, including erotica on its popular chatbot
- 1:23:03Chat BB GB T as a part to push to treat adult users like
- 1:23:08adults, said boss Sam Altman in a post on X.
- 1:23:13On a post on next Tuesday, Mr. Altman said upcoming versions of
- 1:23:17the popular chatbot would enable it to behave more like more
- 1:23:20human like way. But only if you want it to, not
- 1:23:23because we're using, we are usage maxing.
- 1:23:27Oh my God, you talk like that. The the move, reminiscent of
- 1:23:31Elon Musk's XAI recent introduction of two sexually
- 1:23:35explicit chat box to Gronk, could help open and attract more
- 1:23:39paying subscribers. Jesus.
- 1:23:42I mean, OK, so I've like confused by this.
- 1:23:44Like because like sometimes like I will be trying to make cover
- 1:23:48art and it'll be like like like I made like some stripper bounce
- 1:23:52anthems. So I'm trying to get like
- 1:23:54strippers like on cover art and like there's sometimes you can
- 1:23:58like figure out how to short circuit Shachi BT and it'll do
- 1:24:01it. And then like if you try to like
- 1:24:03add like some details to it, it will figure out like, oh fuck, I
- 1:24:06fucked up. I wasn't supposed to like, you
- 1:24:07know, create an image of the strippers like so like I've kind
- 1:24:11of figured that out. I had to like sometimes like
- 1:24:14trick it, but so is it saying like I can now not have to worry
- 1:24:18about that or? Yeah, saying like or if you want
- 1:24:20to like sex. I'm not getting chat bot.
- 1:24:22Right. Oh, OK.
- 1:24:24Which seems so weird to me because I'd use it for like, so
- 1:24:27much like, you know, stuff. And it's like, Oh yeah, by the
- 1:24:31way, like switch, like, get into character, you know, now, like.
- 1:24:37Yeah, like. They're helping me like talk
- 1:24:39shit to like my fantasy football commissioner at like 1 minute
- 1:24:42and then you're like jerking me off.
- 1:24:44It also was likely to intensify pressure on lawmakers to
- 1:24:47introduce tighter restrictions on chatbot companions.
- 1:24:50Open AI did not respond to BB CS request for comment.
- 1:24:53Mr. Altman said Open AI previously made Chat BGBT pretty
- 1:24:58restrictive to make sure we were careful with mental health
- 1:25:01issues. These changes were announced in
- 1:25:04a blog post in August, which no longer appears on Open AI's
- 1:25:08website. We realized this made us made it
- 1:25:11less useful and enjoyable to many users that had no mental
- 1:25:15health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue, we
- 1:25:18wanted to get this right. He said the chat box could soon
- 1:25:21relax with restrictions. Now that we have been able to
- 1:25:24mitigate the serious mental health issues, we have new
- 1:25:27tools. So one time I was asking Chachi
- 1:25:32BD for like I was working on cover art for a song.
- 1:25:35And then also I wanted to get like a search engine
- 1:25:37optimization FIDE description for the YouTube post.
- 1:25:43And so I uploaded the lyrics of the song to give it context.
- 1:25:50And I got hit with the, the notification like, Hey, it seems
- 1:25:55like you might be going through some like tough stuff like, and
- 1:25:58gave me like a hotline number that I could reach out to
- 1:26:01because I thought I was like depressed based upon the lyrics
- 1:26:05of the song. And like whatever else I've been
- 1:26:07like saying to it, I was like, what?
- 1:26:10Damn dude, they called you out? Anyway, I know, but but it's
- 1:26:13exactly what they were just saying in that art like article,
- 1:26:15which was like like that, like the song wasn't even that sad,
- 1:26:18you know, I mean it was sad, but it wasn't like fucking suicidal.
- 1:26:23But also 20. This is a fact. 25% of all
- 1:26:29Internet traffic globally is is porn.
- 1:26:34So all these all these guys want to do is make money.
- 1:26:38OK, good. Like all this like, like we, we,
- 1:26:40we aren't the safeguards of of, you know, we, we shouldn't be
- 1:26:45the police. It's like maybe you should
- 1:26:46fucking be the police, bro. You know, it's like you're the
- 1:26:50one who. No way the technology a boner
- 1:26:52bot that's going down. I think it's so weird like but
- 1:26:56also like, I don't know if that's what this what's crazy.
- 1:27:00I think it's like it's like images.
- 1:27:02We're reaching the point where we were when you would talk to
- 1:27:05chat bots on AIM Messenger, instant Messenger, and it'd be
- 1:27:09like bots that you could talk to and it would like respond, you
- 1:27:12know what I'm saying? I never did that.
- 1:27:14I would, but they but they existed.
- 1:27:17But those, but those were a thing.
- 1:27:19You remember those there? Was like, not really like, I
- 1:27:21mean like I would never have like come.
- 1:27:23Up. You wouldn't use them without
- 1:27:24existed. It feels like, yeah, that's a
- 1:27:27vague, vague, vague memory. What?
- 1:27:29So this is just like it resurfacing.
- 1:27:32I think you're it's not saying that all it's saying is the
- 1:27:35broader category of sexual content.
- 1:27:38It's not saying specifically you can now like tell your chap.
- 1:27:44Thing indeed. Erotica.
- 1:27:45The article. I think that means like images
- 1:27:48bro. Erotica for verified adults you
- 1:27:51know are pornographic images, including those AI gender
- 1:27:55generated would require users to prove they're A-Team.
- 1:27:58So if you're a team, you can get some AI titty.
- 1:28:03The first masturbation material that I ever experimented with
- 1:28:07was erotic stories 'cause I was, I like was.
- 1:28:12OK, grandma. Well, it.
- 1:28:14Was like, it was like I was able.
- 1:28:15I like, stumbled across it like a website where I was able to
- 1:28:18access it, you know, and it was like hard to, you know, I was
- 1:28:22like a 12 year old or whatever the fuck.
- 1:28:24Like to find like porn. Like, it's not like it is today,
- 1:28:27you know? Back then, yeah, yeah.
- 1:28:31But yeah, dude, erotic stories, man.
- 1:28:35That's another flashback. I hadn't thought about that in
- 1:28:37front of Matt. Maybe I should get back into
- 1:28:38that. Let's see what.
- 1:28:41That, I mean, there's people, Doctor Morgan says.
- 1:28:43Why introduce erotic Mr. Altman's announcement on Tuesday
- 1:28:47comes with skeptics. The money, bitch.
- 1:28:50As comes as skeptics have been questioning the rise in rapid
- 1:28:53value, AI tech companies, hoping it has value, is growing but has
- 1:28:57never been profitable to university.
- 1:28:59No company. Yeah, they have to justify the
- 1:29:00fucking 50. X.
- 1:29:02Price, price, earnings ratio, you know, it's like they're
- 1:29:05like, they're the biggest private company in the world.
- 1:29:08Like it's like, well, you got to where's the money coming from?
- 1:29:11Well, here's 25% of all Internet traffic porn.
- 1:29:16Boom. That's a big ass slice dog.
- 1:29:22Yeah, so, you know, beat your meat soon.
- 1:29:24I mean, I do like that there's an alternative for people versus
- 1:29:28Elon's grok porn shit. Well, he's got erotic.
- 1:29:32Bots, I know, but like, would you want?
- 1:29:34It's like, wouldn't you rather share your erotic bot?
- 1:29:36Your erotic bot not be like controlled by Elon Musk?
- 1:29:40Hey, let's hit you. With like that Nazi role play?
- 1:29:43Yeah, he's like, he's like, all right, I'm gonna be gerbils.
- 1:29:47Or, or you you pretend like you're mining and then I'll
- 1:29:49throw diamonds at you. Yeah.
- 1:29:52Yeah, I like it. Then I'll get my dad over here
- 1:29:56and. Yeah, my dad with my my.
- 1:29:58Step Sister. He's married to my steps.
- 1:30:01My sister, I mean step sister. She's not my real sister.
- 1:30:05I mean she. I don't know.
- 1:30:07Half sister. This is my baby Zeon glass gas
- 1:30:11pretty tight so. Asterisk.
- 1:30:13Asterisk Percentage. Stein.
- 1:30:16Ampersand. Ampersand.
- 1:30:18Pythagorean theorem. Come here, man.
- 1:30:20Sit down, introduce yourself. What's up?
- 1:30:22We call him Man. It's that general, that general
- 1:30:24who took over Madagascar, that's like actually he, he got that
- 1:30:27name, that's his name, he got that from.
- 1:30:28Elon, that's Elon's the main name.
- 1:30:32Blast article stolen of your jewelry worth 88 million.
- 1:30:37I heard it was more. So €88 million, so 102 million
- 1:30:43US OK there we. Go.
- 1:30:45Stolen jewelry in the La Voure. The Louvre.
- 1:30:50In la voure the. Louvre bro, the Louvre got
- 1:30:53jacked for some gems and stones. La voure in Perry.
- 1:30:58I heard some asshole jewelry like.
- 1:31:00Stolen from the library in Paris in there during the LA robbery.
- 1:31:05I heard some asshole say like, he was like clever.
- 1:31:07He was like, it might have been an inside job.
- 1:31:09He was like, oh, you think? I mean well.
- 1:31:12Of course it is like, you know. The €88 million are 102 million
- 1:31:17French public prosecutors head setting the museum's curator.
- 1:31:21Let me ask you a question. If you're, if you're, if you're
- 1:31:23plotting to go steal these gems like you and I, are we getting
- 1:31:26our buyer ahead of time or are we just getting the gems and
- 1:31:29then figuring out the rest then? You break it up and you figure
- 1:31:32it out later. Nah, see, I, I would, I would, I
- 1:31:35would want to. Go.
- 1:31:35You need to find a buyer who wants to buy it all in one.
- 1:31:38Whoever that, whoever that. Private collection.
- 1:31:40Who's that Raven dude who takes, like, Clarence Thomas out on
- 1:31:42his, like, his yachts, you know? Oh.
- 1:31:45Oh my God, not Raven. Crow.
- 1:31:49Harlan Crow. Harlan Crow like somebody like
- 1:31:52that, I go, I go, you know, on a yeah, private and be like, yo,
- 1:31:56if listen, I'm just saying, if hypothetically, if I could get
- 1:32:00you these gems out of the Louvre worth 102 million, you you want
- 1:32:05to drop 75 because when you launder your money, it was going
- 1:32:09to lose some in the in, in in the lent, you know, Catcher.
- 1:32:14So it's 102 million on the black markets, probably 75.
- 1:32:18Yeah. I would get it.
- 1:32:19I would get that locked up ahead of time David, because like,
- 1:32:21because like I was going to steal 2 Picasso's from the
- 1:32:24Homies house when we were in high school.
- 1:32:26And then we like all like got all ready to go do it.
- 1:32:29And then like, I just was like, well, what are we going to do
- 1:32:31with them like afterwards? And it's like one thing when you
- 1:32:33have a Picasso, you have to get get rid of it for it to be like
- 1:32:35valuable and like, I don't know anybody who's like on the black
- 1:32:38market buying Picasso's. Yeah, so the so the sum is
- 1:32:44extraordinary, but said it's a greater loss to France's
- 1:32:48historical heritage. The crown jewels were pieces
- 1:32:51gifted by two Napoleons to their wives were among the items
- 1:32:56taken. Thieves welding power tools took
- 1:32:59less than 8 minutes to make off of the loot.
- 1:33:01Shortly after the world's most visited museum.
- 1:33:04That's crazy with. That 30 minutes after it opened.
- 1:33:08With the thieves not having been caught more than two days from
- 1:33:11the highest, experts feared the jewelry his will already be long
- 1:33:14gone. I always root for shit like
- 1:33:18this, you know? Yeah, they She hoped that
- 1:33:21announcing the estimated worth of the jewelry would make the
- 1:33:24robbers sink twice and not destroy them.
- 1:33:26She added the thieves would not pocket the full windfall if they
- 1:33:30had the very bad idea of melting down these jewels.
- 1:33:34These items, taken previously described as having an estimated
- 1:33:38worth, included a diamond and emerald necklace.
- 1:33:41Emperor Napoleon gave his wife a tiara worn by Empress Eugene,
- 1:33:46the wife of Napoleon the 3rd, and several pieces previously
- 1:33:50owned by Queen Marie Emile. What a condescetic Emily.
- 1:33:53Like I hope that they know like that they're more valuable.
- 1:33:56Not melted down bitch. They just they were so
- 1:33:59sophisticated they just robbed the Louvre in broad fucking
- 1:34:01daylight. You don't think they know the
- 1:34:03value? Or the hotspot.
- 1:34:04Yeah, like they need, they need to hear from youth like through
- 1:34:08the nobody. 'S caught them.
- 1:34:10Yeah, they're like, they're smart enough to fucking Jack
- 1:34:12your ass, like at the Louvre, but like, they're not smart
- 1:34:15enough to know that not to melt them down.
- 1:34:17Like, come on, get the fuck out of here.
- 1:34:19That's some snobby French. Yeah, Boo.
- 1:34:21Investigators found a damaged crown that used to belong to
- 1:34:24Empress Eugene on the thieves escape route, apparently having
- 1:34:27been dropped as they departed in haste. 4 masked thieves used the
- 1:34:31truck to equip with the mechanical lift to gain access
- 1:34:34to the Gallery de Apollo Gallery of Apollo via balcony enclosed
- 1:34:40in the river scene. Two of them cut through the
- 1:34:44glass window on the 1st floor using a battery powered disc
- 1:34:48cutter and entered the museum. They then threatened the guards
- 1:34:51inside who evacuated the building.
- 1:34:54The thieves then set fire to their vehicle outside.
- 1:34:58These had set had tried to set fire to their vehicle outside
- 1:35:01but were prevented by the intervention of a member of the
- 1:35:04museum staff. They were seen making off on
- 1:35:07fucking scooters bro, Hell yeah. Macron described the robbery as
- 1:35:13an attack on Francis Heritage. And because the Paris had the
- 1:35:19Olympics recently, they did like all this revamping to make it
- 1:35:21more accessible and like walkable and shit like with
- 1:35:24ramps because they, you know, like they don't have the like
- 1:35:27American disability. It's act in France.
- 1:35:30So it's like, so they had to like because they had to also
- 1:35:33the Special Olympics like right after that.
- 1:35:35So they did all this revamping, so with scooters all day.
- 1:35:38Yeah, there's like Italian Job, Italian Job Part 2.
- 1:35:42Dude, you went from a a Mini Cooper in a in a fucking sewer
- 1:35:46tunnel to a scooter. Scooter.
- 1:35:49Like it's like probably optimal this in in this thing because
- 1:35:52the jewels aren't jewels aren't that big.
- 1:35:53And, and like, yeah, and you can get it drop on, you know, get
- 1:35:57off of it. Get on it.
- 1:36:02Security measures have been tightened around the country's
- 1:36:04cultural institutions after a preliminary report found one of
- 1:36:07the three rooms in the like CCTV in it that it's wider alarm
- 1:36:14system did not go off. Security protocols had failed.
- 1:36:19Lamenting that the thieves were able to drive a modified truck
- 1:36:22up to the museum had left France with a horrible image.
- 1:36:27Authorities believe they're chasing a team of professionals,
- 1:36:29giving how quick and organized they were.
- 1:36:32Experts in art recovery told BBC investigators had just one or
- 1:36:37two days to track down the items before they would be considered
- 1:36:40gone for good. It's 48, Yeah.
- 1:36:43It's most likely they've been broken down into precious metals
- 1:36:45and gems, smuggled out of the country and sold for a fraction
- 1:36:48of their worth. Or like you said, if you found a
- 1:36:51private buyer. I mean, you could do that.
- 1:36:53That'd just be like. You're still, you're still
- 1:36:55selling it for less because it's like they're stolen.
- 1:36:57So it's like you can't like plus, yeah, it's just it's going
- 1:37:01to be hard to move them for that whoever is on the.
- 1:37:03Fence. Yeah, but that's just that's the
- 1:37:06cost of doing this type of business.
- 1:37:08So it's like you can't even get angry at that.
- 1:37:09You know, it's like me playing when I play poker, it's like
- 1:37:12there's going to be bad beats, you know, like that.
- 1:37:14You just know that going in like there's a percentage of the time
- 1:37:17you're going to. So to let that like put you on
- 1:37:20tilt is is pointless. You've already lost the game.
- 1:37:24So it's like, whatever the fucking value that, you know,
- 1:37:28also can we like, I like to hear the report?
- 1:37:30Like, first of all, I didn't know there was multiple
- 1:37:32Napoleons. I watched the whole fucking
- 1:37:33movie. But also like they're like, it's
- 1:37:40because I was trying to like a lot of these museums have like
- 1:37:43stolen art like from like, you know, indigenous, like people
- 1:37:47like in the in countries they colonize in, like Africa and
- 1:37:50like the. Oh yeah.
- 1:37:51The global S, as they say. So like in this one, they're
- 1:37:54like Napoleon gave it to his wife.
- 1:37:55Where the fuck did Napoleon get these fucking diamonds and gems?
- 1:37:58That's what I want to know. You know, like these like from,
- 1:38:03you know, Z South of France, like, or is it this like some
- 1:38:07colonial shit? Like Speaking of Mali, you know,
- 1:38:09they colonize them. Like did you guys get the
- 1:38:11diamonds and Mali? And then and then he just put
- 1:38:14it, you know, in this fucking necklace and gave it to his
- 1:38:16third wife or whatever the fuck. Napoleon the third.
- 1:38:19Are they all related? Or is it like a Caesar thing?
- 1:38:21Where? They like a Caesar thing, I
- 1:38:22believe. Shout out for some reason that
- 1:38:24was I missed that one in history and I've been trying to study up
- 1:38:28on France. Got this bad bitch who's going
- 1:38:31to hell who speaks French. So, you know, I'm trying to get
- 1:38:34in where I fit in in there, like swimwear.
