- 2:12The City of Sacramento's City Department of Utilities
- 2:16has expanded its residential toilet rebate program.
- 2:19Customers can now receive up to $50 for replacing

- 3:09properties receiving City of Sacramento Water
- 3:12Service. Before we get into today's event, A

- 3:26After an accident affected my ability to work
- 3:29full -time and put me in a difficult financial
- 3:31position, I had to do something that does not
- 3:36particularly come easy to me, and that's ask
- 3:38for help. I started a GoFundMe to help me catch
- 3:41up and get back on solid ground. If this show
