• 0:52
Speaker 4: I know there's a lot to break down, catch up on,
• 0:55
Speaker 4: but we are brought to you by the number one
• 0:56
Speaker 4: sportsbook in America, the FanDuel Sportsbook. Before I jump into everything,
• 1:01
Speaker 4: Just a reminder, responsible gaming. You can go to fanduel.com
• 1:06
Speaker 4: slash play with a plan or the responsible gaming section
• 1:09
Speaker 4: in the app on FanDuel.
• 1:11
Speaker 2: Now let's jump into... More fun stuff with FanDuel.
• 1:16
Speaker 4: There's a new way to get more out of your
• 1:18
Speaker 4: bets that you're already making on FanDuel, the FanDuel Rewards Club.
• 1:22
Speaker 4: Every eligible settled bet earns you reward points. So just
• 1:28
Speaker 4: by betting like you normally do, you're making progress toward
• 1:31
Speaker 4: more rewards and benefits. And one of my favorite parts
• 1:34
Speaker 4: is choose your reward. Every week, you get to pick
• 1:37
Speaker 4: the reward that works for you. Personally, I like to
• 1:40
Speaker 4: grab a little profit boost in order to juice my odds.
• 1:42
Speaker 4: But maybe you're a little bit more, you don't like
• 1:44
Speaker 4: as much risk. So you do a bet reset. Either one,
• 1:47
Speaker 4: whatever is good with you.
• 1:50
  Speaker 2: You should do.
• 1:52
Speaker 4: The more reward points you earn, the higher you climb
• 1:55
Speaker 4: and the more rewards and benefits you unlock along the way.
• 1:58
Speaker 4: So next time you're in the FanDuel app, head to
• 2:00
Speaker 4: the rewards hub and see where you're at. You might
• 2:02
Speaker 4: already have reward points waiting for you. FanDuel Rewards Club,
• 2:06
Speaker 4: your bets, your rewards. Now on this show, this year,
• 2:11
Speaker 4: this show in particular, specifically this show, we're giving away
• 2:15
Speaker 4: a bunch of rewards.
• 2:16
Speaker 2: It's going to be your most rewarding season ever. Wow.
• 2:20
Speaker 4: Every week, the Locker Room crew will be selecting three
• 2:22
Speaker 4: lucky supporters from the comment section of each show and
• 2:26
Speaker 4: give them a chance to win FanDuel bonus bets determined
• 2:30
Speaker 4: by the FanDuel Rewards Board. All you have to do
• 2:33
Speaker 4: if you're watching right now and you've already used a comment,
• 2:36
Speaker 4: use another comment. But all you're going to have to
• 2:38
Speaker 4: do is post your ex-username, make sure you're following FanDuel,
• 2:42
Speaker 4: at FanDuel, and have a FanDuel Sportsbook account so FanDuel
• 2:46
Speaker 4: can reach out to you. We can select you as
• 2:48
Speaker 4: a winner. But we're choosing three lucky winners every week
• 2:51
Speaker 4: in the comments section.
• 2:52
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. So whether you're.
• 2:53
Speaker 4: Commenting on a feud between Clay and Taylor LeJuan, just
• 2:56
Speaker 4: drop your ex-username. That's all you have to do. And
• 2:59
Speaker 4: maybe your comment will be chosen to get some bonus
• 3:03
Speaker 4: bets in your account.
• 3:04
Speaker 2: Shout out to Fanbook, man. Shout out to Fanbook. Shout
• 3:06
Speaker 2: out to Fanbook. Shout out.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: The most rewarding fanbook, sportsbook in the world.
• 3:11
Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, indeed.
• 3:14
Speaker 2: How are we feeling, boys? It's been a minute. It's
• 3:16
Speaker 2: been a minute. How's the meal been? What was the
• 3:17
Speaker 2: off season like? What'd you do? You know, I went
• 3:19
Speaker 2: to a Cuneas University. Huh? Huh? Took an online class. Cuneas?
• 3:25
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 3:25
Speaker 2: Cuneas? Where's that? University. Like kinesiology? No. It's a university.
• 3:30
Speaker 2: Look it up. I took a sport.
• 3:33
Speaker 5: And gambling analytics class, you.
• 3:35
Speaker 2: Know, just to really hang on top of things. You
• 3:38
Speaker 2: know what I'm saying?
• 3:39
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 3:39
Speaker 2: So you went? Online. Okay. To the Harvard of online schools. Yeah.
• 3:45
Speaker 2: And you took an analytics class?
• 3:46
Speaker 5: Yeah, sports and gambling analytics class.
• 3:52
Speaker 2: Oh, so you're going back to back. I'm going back
• 3:54
Speaker 2: to back. No complacency. Zero. Going back to back. You're
• 3:57
Speaker 2: the type of guy, you want it all on the
• 3:59
Speaker 2: next day you're in the gym.
• 4:00
Speaker 5: You want to learn how to spell that C-A-N-I-S-I-U-S.
• 4:03
Speaker 2: Up in New York? Yes. Okay, Mitch. It's a real school. Hey,
• 4:12
Speaker 2: it's a real school. And they thought I was playing.
• 4:14
Speaker 2: It's a real school, son. So you went to that online? Yeah.
• 4:18
Speaker 2: That's what you did this off season? Yeah. Yeah. Buddy,
• 4:21
Speaker 2: that fires me up so much. Yeah, better myself, you know.
• 4:23
Speaker 2: So be a lookout, man. Just look out. Are you
• 4:26
Speaker 2: starting strong this year? You know how it goes. Yeah.
• 4:32
Speaker 5: I mean, you know, my futures was the only ones
• 4:34
Speaker 5: who really kind of hit last year, so like, I'm
• 4:37
Speaker 5: just trying to keep that dialed up.
• 4:41
Speaker 2: Sounds like the live studio audience is a big Mule fan, huh?
• 4:43
Speaker 6: Give it up for Mule!
• 4:44
  Speaker 2: We love you!
• 4:45
Speaker 7: Oh, wow, dude, that's incredible.
• 4:49
Speaker 2: USC's fan base going crazy over there. Whoa! It was
• 4:52
  Speaker 2: a rough.
• 4:53
Speaker 6: Showing, it was a rough showing.
• 4:55
Speaker 2: That had to make you feel some type of way.
• 4:59
Speaker 7: One and O makes me feel a different type of way.
• 5:01
Speaker 2: No doubt, no doubt.
• 5:02
Speaker 6: So that's all I gotta say, now listen.
• 5:04
Speaker 7: They don't have to be mutually exclusive as far as
• 5:08
Speaker 7: fans showing up and product on the field.
• 5:11
Speaker 6: I recognize the optics are poor.
• 5:13
  Speaker 2: It was poor.
• 5:14
Speaker 6: My mom texted me.
• 5:15
Speaker 7: She said, honey, it's close to 100 degrees out here.
• 5:18
Speaker 7: It's hot and humid. We're not even going to the game.
• 5:21
Speaker 6: So I said, okay.
• 5:22
Speaker 7: Dad just had, you know, ablation surgery on his heart
• 5:26
Speaker 7: for AFib. No one texted me asking me if he
• 5:29
Speaker 7: was okay, but it's all fine.
• 5:30
Speaker 2: We didn't know. I know we're men, we keep that
• 5:33
Speaker 2: stuff in, but we need you to like, is your
• 5:36
Speaker 2: old man doing all right? Yeah, he's doing well. You
• 5:37
Speaker 2: talked to Will about it? Yeah.
• 5:39
Speaker 6: But he didn't text me back. He didn't talk to me.
• 5:42
Speaker 2: No, you did not.
• 5:43
Speaker 7: You said, hey, I'm in Vegas with Dana. I'll get
• 5:45
Speaker 7: back to you. The mule was riding his tractor. And
• 5:48
Speaker 7: you were like, I got you, buddy.
• 5:49
Speaker 1: My dad's having heart surgery. My response was, sorry, with friends.
• 5:53
Speaker 2: I'll talk to you later.
• 5:54
Speaker 6: You hit the hard core.
• 5:56
Speaker 7: I'll get back to you later.
• 5:58
Speaker 2: But that didn't happen. And then we had the convo. Brother,
• 6:01
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 6:01
Speaker 7: All I'm saying is it was hot, humid, wasn't a
• 6:04
Speaker 7: good look. San Jose State, noon kickoff, week zero.
• 6:07
Speaker 2: What are we talking about here? Hey, but please don't
• 6:10
Speaker 2: use hot and humid. It was not hot and humid.
• 6:12
Speaker 2: Come on, man. Everybody's packing up everywhere else. It doesn't
• 6:15
Speaker 2: matter how hot and humid it is.
• 6:16
Speaker 7: I heard somebody talk about this. I heard somebody talk
• 6:19
Speaker 7: about this. When you think of Columbus, Ohio, what do.
• 6:20
  Speaker 2: You think about?
• 6:21
  Speaker 6: Ann Arbor, Michigan.
• 6:22
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 6:23
  Speaker 6: Athens, Georgia.
• 6:24
Speaker 7: You think of those programs down there, those college programs.
• 6:27
Speaker 6: You go to L.A.
• 6:29
Speaker 2: That's what we do.
• 6:29
Speaker 7: We're fair weather fans. We show up when the going
• 6:34
Speaker 7: gets good. It's 1-0. I bet you when Oregon shows
• 6:37
Speaker 7: up or I think we got Ohio State on Halloween packed, 90,000.
• 6:40
  Speaker 2: 90,000. That's all I'm saying.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: I love the fact that you conceded to the fair
• 6:46
Speaker 1: weather fan thing because growing up out west, it is
• 6:48
Speaker 1: the truth. It is just what it is. When the
• 6:51
Speaker 1: teams are good, we'll go check out an ASU game.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: But when you were playing.
• 6:56
Speaker 7: There, Oh, in San Jose State. Whoever was 92,000. It
• 6:59
  Speaker 7: didn't matter.
• 7:00
Speaker 2: Who was out there.
• 7:01
Speaker 1: When Pete Carroll was on the field with all his guys,
• 7:04
Speaker 1: I remember being a young cat, junior in high school,
• 7:07
Speaker 1: going to USC and being like, please God, Pete Carroll,
• 7:10
Speaker 1: just offer me. I will commit on the spot to
• 7:13
Speaker 1: go to USC. And now I look back at that,
• 7:15
  Speaker 1: I'm like, oh.
• 7:16
  Speaker 2: Well, listen.
• 7:17
Speaker 4: What was confusing to me is just all the money
• 7:19
Speaker 4: that has poured in. Like, you know, Lincoln Riley's making
• 7:21
Speaker 4: a boatload of money. Like, they were a good football
• 7:23
Speaker 4: team last year. Like, underperformed maybe in a couple games.
• 7:26
Speaker 4: But they're, like, a team that can make the playoffs.
• 7:28
Speaker 4: There's a lot of expectation coming.
• 7:30
Speaker 2: Into this season. You got Maiava. with Heisman contention.
• 7:34
Speaker 4: You got guys, number one recruiting class, and you would
• 7:38
Speaker 4: just think that there'd be more. I'm not saying it's
• 7:41
Speaker 4: going to be Pac-90, 92,000, but that was abysmal what
• 7:45
  Speaker 4: had showed up.
• 7:46
  Speaker 2: That was crazy.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: Shout out Lincoln Riley, though, just sitting in the pocket
• 7:50
Speaker 1: being like, we had a great attendance. Attendance has been
• 7:52
Speaker 1: up every year I've been here. I'm like, yo, dude,
• 7:54
Speaker 1: this guy is just sitting there being like, nope, it
• 7:57
  Speaker 1: was awesome.
• 7:57
Speaker 2: He jumped you guys.
• 7:59
Speaker 7: All that matters is the product on the field.
• 8:00
Speaker 2: Best ratings you've ever had.
• 8:01
  Speaker 3: I agree.
• 8:02
Speaker 6: Not a good look. But at the end of the day,
• 8:03
Speaker 6: it's one and up. And we move on.
• 8:06
Speaker 7: We got Fresno State Friday night. It's supposed to be
• 8:08
  Speaker 7: around 77 degrees.
• 8:09
Speaker 2: At the college. Respect the sevens.
• 8:11
Speaker 7: Hopefully we can get a little bit more than 50,000
• 8:14
Speaker 7: or whatever we have. You said for Fresno? We got
• 8:17
Speaker 7: Fresno State. Yeah, that's going to be empty again.
• 8:20
  Speaker 2: 50,000. He said 50,000.
• 8:21
  Speaker 7: The weather's nicer.
• 8:22
Speaker 6: It's Friday, so school will be letting out. More kids
• 8:25
Speaker 6: on campus, they don't need to commute home.
• 8:26
Speaker 2: And I think it's been talked about so much that
• 8:28
Speaker 2: these fans now are like, yeah, yeah, whatever. We're kind
• 8:30
Speaker 2: of getting checked a little bit. Yeah. Rightfully so. We've
• 8:31
Speaker 2: got to mobilize. Yeah. Got to mobilize.
• 8:34
Speaker 1: I don't want to pile on too much on this.
• 8:36
Speaker 1: That's not the kind of guy I am. But there
• 8:38
Speaker 1: was a conversation before the show saying, in the new
• 8:41
Speaker 1: era of college football, is USC even a blue blood?
• 8:44
Speaker 2: Oof. That was a question that was brought up to me. Oof. Listen.
• 8:47
Speaker 2: And I just deferred. I was like, well, ask Clay. They, yes.
• 8:50
Speaker 7: I mean, do I have to answer this? Who's asking
• 8:53
  Speaker 7: these questions?
• 8:53
Speaker 2: They're in the room. They're in the room right now.
• 8:55
Speaker 2: I'm not going to point them out.
• 8:56
  Speaker 6: Hey, 1-0.
• 8:58
  Speaker 2: We have....
• 9:00
  Speaker 6: Clump over there.
• 9:02
  Speaker 7: Hey, 1-0.
• 9:04
Speaker 2: 1-0. We move on.
• 9:07
Speaker 7: Hey, number one recruiting class. They got Buddy on the
• 9:09
Speaker 7: edge looking like he's NFL talent already.
• 9:12
Speaker 6: A freshman wide receiver.
• 9:14
  Speaker 2: Stud.
• 9:14
Speaker 6: It was like a preseason game for them.
• 9:16
  Speaker 3: They had.
• 9:16
Speaker 7: 15 plus 16 true freshmen playing, getting them ready for
• 9:21
Speaker 7: the season at hand. So that way we can hang
• 9:23
Speaker 7: and we can beat the Michigans. The Nebraskas, the central
• 9:28
Speaker 7: Missouris of the world.
• 9:30
Speaker 2: We were the first game. Y'all, no one would have
• 9:32
  Speaker 2: came and watched.
• 9:33
Speaker 5: I've always planned we would have won, but I'm saying
• 9:38
  Speaker 5: in general.
• 9:38
Speaker 6: Y'all would have won if you were playing?
• 9:39
Speaker 2: Yeah. No. Oh yeah.
• 9:42
Speaker 6: Against our team or like this team? I ain't say
• 9:45
  Speaker 6: your team.
• 9:47
Speaker 2: I'm not gonna say that. Like, you know what I'm saying?
• 9:51
Speaker 7: Now you might've got like a touchdown in the fourth
• 9:52
Speaker 7: quarter when we had 16 year olds out there.
• 9:56
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 9:57
Speaker 6: What were those high school stats? You got a huddle account?
• 9:59
Speaker 2: But that defense would have stuffed your face. No, they
• 10:01
Speaker 2: would not. You came across the middle. You're talking like
• 10:03
Speaker 2: every game you played, you won. I was with you
• 10:05
Speaker 2: when we went 2-14. and I bought out every game
• 10:08
Speaker 2: when I was the only piece.
• 10:10
Speaker 4: We're talking about every game.
• 10:16
Speaker 2: I was the only piece. That's crazy. Yeah, only piece. Delaney.
• 10:19
Speaker 2: I mean, y'all was smart. That's wild, bro. Stares me
• 10:23
Speaker 2: in my eyes, only piece. I'm like, all right, bro, damn.
• 10:28
  Speaker 2: You're not catching passes. That's what I'm saying. You're blocking.
• 10:31
Speaker 2: You're doing your thing out there. Have you ever dropped
• 10:34
Speaker 2: a pass in an NFL game? Yes. I haven't. Taylor, Taylor.
• 10:37
Speaker 4: You know I hate doing this every year. But, again,
• 10:40
Speaker 4: two catches for 15 yards against Washington with no touchdowns.
• 10:44
Speaker 2: You don't do it every game. All I'm saying is. Wait, wait, wait.
• 10:48
Speaker 2: Because I'm saying Clay Matthews, Ray Maluga. Brian Cushing, Taylor Mays,
• 10:56
Speaker 2: you ain't sniffing the end zone. When Taylor Mays came
• 10:58
Speaker 2: to the 49ers, cookies every day. That's different. Not in college.
• 11:05
Speaker 2: What changes? Your team is dookie, like you're not moving
• 11:09
Speaker 2: the ball. Who dookie? The Mules. We were the best
• 11:13
Speaker 2: in our division, so yeah. What's the division called? It
• 11:18
Speaker 2: don't matter. It doesn't matter right now. NFL Futures, boys. Oh, yeah!
• 11:23
  Speaker 7: Yeah!
• 11:25
Speaker 2: We got a new way we're going about it this year.
• 11:27
Speaker 2: Willing to see you break it down. How's this working?
• 11:28
Speaker 2: How are we gamifying the system?
• 11:29
Speaker 4: So Delaney said something earlier, like, hey, my future's kind
• 11:33
Speaker 4: of hit last year.
• 11:33
Speaker 2: There was no reward for it.
• 11:35
Speaker 4: Audience was talking about, you know, ways we could do units, yada, yada.
• 11:39
Speaker 4: Clay will talk about the brainstorm that the team had.
• 11:43
Speaker 2: And somebody was just, somebody was talking a lot. So
• 11:46
Speaker 2: you just sit back and listen.
• 11:47
Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah. That's what we should do. We've listened to
• 11:50
Speaker 4: everybody out there. We took in a lot of feedback.
• 11:53
Speaker 4: We're gamifying it this year to where every week we're
• 11:57
Speaker 4: going to have 10 units. This is when we're picking games.
• 12:00
Speaker 4: We have five to seven, however many games we have
• 12:02
Speaker 4: to pick each week.
• 12:04
Speaker 2: We're going to have 10 units to spend.
• 12:06
Speaker 4: One special little unit to build whatever parlay we want to.
• 12:11
Speaker 4: One unit minimum on every game. So six units will
• 12:15
Speaker 4: already be locked in. So we'll have four to have
• 12:17
Speaker 4: fun with. The remaining four units go wherever they want.
• 12:20
Speaker 4: Stacked on games you guys feel strongest, we feel strongest about.
• 12:24
Speaker 4: The parlay is a separate one unit parlay built however
• 12:27
Speaker 4: we want to. We calculate these units on the back
• 12:30
Speaker 4: end each week. And we'll be showing it on the
• 12:32
Speaker 4: Ford leaderboard that we will have going on. It'll be
• 12:35
Speaker 4: a graphic on screen to kind of track how we're
• 12:37
Speaker 4: all doing. So if we have a parlay that hits,
• 12:41
Speaker 4: but you lose every game, but that one unit parlay
• 12:43
Speaker 4: got you plus a thousand, like that will play into.
• 12:45
Speaker 2: Your totality of units. Oh, that's fun. With the money
• 12:47
  Speaker 2: line stuff.
• 12:48
Speaker 4: If Clay's wanting to take a seven and a half favorite,
• 12:51
Speaker 4: he's like, I feel good about the money line this week.
• 12:53
Speaker 4: So we're not prying the spread, everything else. He wants
• 12:55
Speaker 4: to take the money line and use a unit or
• 12:57
Speaker 4: five units on it, however many units he wants to.
• 13:00
Speaker 2: He can do that.
• 13:01
Speaker 4: We can all do that. So that way it's all
• 13:03
Speaker 4: about units. So you lose them, you know, we could
• 13:06
Speaker 4: be in the whole big time, but you can always
• 13:08
Speaker 4: come out of it because there's always a parlay that
• 13:10
Speaker 4: we can put together and hit. There's three lifelines we're
• 13:14
Speaker 4: going to get throughout this season.
• 13:16
  Speaker 2: Three lifelines. Three.
• 13:18
Speaker 4: Each competitor gets three lifelines, one use each all season long.
• 13:23
Speaker 4: Once it's gone, it's gone. Unit swap is the first lifeline.
• 13:28
Speaker 4: Swap your unit total for the week with another competitor.
• 13:32
Speaker 4: If you use your swap, you're protected. Nobody can swap
• 13:35
Speaker 4: into you that same week. If two people call a
• 13:38
Speaker 4: swap on the same week, we settle it with rock, paper, scissors.
• 13:42
Speaker 2: The gentleman's way. The second lifeline, double unit weekend. Think
• 13:47
Speaker 2: of double XP in the gaming world. Yeah, sure.
• 13:51
Speaker 4: You have to declare before the slate starts and your
• 13:55
Speaker 4: 10 units becomes 20 units across the same six games.
• 14:00
  Speaker 2: Same rules apply.
• 14:01
Speaker 4: One unit minimum per game. The rest wherever you want.
• 14:04
Speaker 4: Just know that it will be doubled going into that
• 14:06
Speaker 4: weekend slate. And then third lifeline, unit forgiveness. Had a
• 14:11
Speaker 4: disaster week? You can wipe it. That week comes off
• 14:15
Speaker 4: your season unit record entirely.
• 14:17
Speaker 7: So here we go.
• 14:20
Speaker 2: Do we get those units back, though, if we wipe it?
• 14:22
Speaker 2: Do we get the units back? You do not lose
• 14:24
Speaker 2: your units. So if you lost 10 units, gone. It
• 14:26
Speaker 2: doesn't matter. You did not lose 10 units. Reset. Zero
• 14:30
  Speaker 2: for that week.
• 14:31
  Speaker 1: Cool.
• 14:32
Speaker 2: Now, if you actually use those units in the sportsbook,
• 14:34
Speaker 2: we can't give those. No, we can't give those back.
• 14:36
Speaker 2: But as far as the game that we're playing. For
• 14:37
Speaker 2: the show. For the show. What you do in your
• 14:39
Speaker 2: personal time is up to you. That's up to you. Yeah,
• 14:42
Speaker 2: for the show. If you lost all 11 units, boom, wiped. Yeah,
• 14:46
Speaker 2: wipe it off. All right, we feel good. We feel great.
• 14:49
Speaker 2: Do we feel good about unit swap? I don't really
• 14:53
Speaker 2: like that one, but it is what it is. There's
• 14:54
Speaker 2: three lifelines. I know. Once you use it, you lose it.
• 14:57
  Speaker 1: Right.
• 14:58
Speaker 2: It's gone. because you just feel like that good a week.
• 15:00
Speaker 1: One of the few times you have a one in
• 15:00
Speaker 1: five week, Clay's got a six in no week, maybe
• 15:02
  Speaker 1: it's a good opportunity.
• 15:03
Speaker 7: It might benefit you. No, I'm just saying, yeah, I
• 15:06
Speaker 7: don't like it. It was a game show, so you're
• 15:08
Speaker 7: not going to love everything about it.
• 15:09
  Speaker 2: Right. Don't like it. Don't like that. I don't like
• 15:13
Speaker 2: that one. Are you willing to say you're not going
• 15:14
Speaker 2: to use it at all this year? I'm not going
• 15:15
  Speaker 2: to say that.
• 15:16
  Speaker 7: Okay.
• 15:16
Speaker 2: I just want to know how bad you didn't like it.
• 15:17
Speaker 2: I'm not going to say that. How bad you didn't
• 15:19
Speaker 2: like it? I mean, late in the year.
• 15:21
Speaker 1: Our futures is just, we're not putting units on it,
• 15:24
  Speaker 1: just one unit.
• 15:25
Speaker 2: One unit. So there is no.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: Next week is when this whole thing pretty much starts.
• 15:31
Speaker 1: But right now we're just talking about futures.
• 15:33
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 15:34
Speaker 1: Is there anything else anybody wants to get out before
• 15:37
Speaker 1: we get into our futures, Clay?
• 15:39
  Speaker 2: No. Nothing?
• 15:40
  Speaker 7: Nothing.
• 15:40
  Speaker 2: Fired up?
• 15:41
  Speaker 5: Yeah.
• 15:41
Speaker 2: Did you go to a school to look at sports
• 15:43
Speaker 2: analytics in the off season?
• 15:44
  Speaker 6: I did not.
• 15:46
  Speaker 2: Okay.
• 15:46
Speaker 6: But as you mentioned, we hit the rookie wall last year.
• 15:51
  Speaker 6: Sophomore season.
• 15:53
Speaker 2: It's up. Big jump. You came in with good juice
• 15:56
Speaker 2: when we all had the locker room meeting. Yeah, you did.
• 15:59
Speaker 2: I was there. Yeah. Having a baby.
• 16:01
Speaker 6: A little bit more important.
• 16:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, a little bit more important. Yeah, very important. Just
• 16:04
Speaker 2: know that the boys had it. You could trust the boys.
• 16:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, after hearing it, I'm glad you guys got it done.
• 16:09
Speaker 1: Sounded like it was pretty long, which is awesome.
• 16:11
Speaker 2: You need that. It was nice. Because you care. Should
• 16:14
Speaker 2: we get into it?
• 16:14
  Speaker 8: All right.
• 16:15
  Speaker 2: AFC East.
• 16:18
Speaker 1: Is the first division we are looking at. Buffalo Bills
• 16:21
Speaker 1: are favored for minus 135. Patriots are in second at
• 16:24
Speaker 1: plus 140. New York Jets, 1,700, plus 1,700. And the
• 16:28
Speaker 1: Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins are plus 4,000.
• 16:31
Speaker 2: I may fuck with Malik, man. Yeah, he's a stud.
• 16:36
Speaker 2: I may fuck with Malik. That's how we're starting off. No, no, no, no.
• 16:42
Speaker 2: I'm just talking. I'm just, I'm talking to you. to
• 16:45
Speaker 2: get myself going. As far as what he's earned in
• 16:48
Speaker 2: the contract and like.
• 16:49
Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, what he did with Green Bay, being
• 16:52
Speaker 5: able to go to Miami, get that $ 68 million.
• 16:55
Speaker 2: That's how much it was? Yes.
• 16:57
Speaker 6: We ought to think about going back.
• 16:59
Speaker 2: Arm up was crazy.
• 17:01
Speaker 1: Mack Jones is looking at that like, thank God, man.
• 17:03
Speaker 1: I'm about to break somebody off soon.
• 17:05
  Speaker 7: Off.
• 17:05
  Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
• 17:06
Speaker 6: Hey, if AD's going back, why not us, boys?
• 17:11
Speaker 2: Why not us? Hey. Hey, I'm done, man.
• 17:14
Speaker 6: Until you're making so much money doing this now, you
• 17:16
  Speaker 6: don't need to?
• 17:16
  Speaker 2: That's crazy. That's crazy.
• 17:18
Speaker 4: I'm just talking about something like if I stay in
• 17:21
Speaker 4: one position for a night and I wake up on
• 17:22
Speaker 4: my side in the morning, I'm talking just tired.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: One year, 20 million, change that mind? If they want me, yeah.
• 17:31
Speaker 4: But I'm saying start training to say, hey, I'm going
• 17:34
  Speaker 4: back into it.
• 17:35
Speaker 2: It's not going to happen. It's over, man. Just let us.
• 17:39
  Speaker 2: Vision is grandeur.
• 17:40
Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, let us just put it out there.
• 17:42
Speaker 2: This is a conversation that happens every single year. Yeah,
• 17:44
  Speaker 2: it does.
• 17:45
Speaker 7: I get put down every time I think that I
• 17:47
Speaker 7: do because I believe in myself. So I'm just going
• 17:48
  Speaker 7: to withhold.
• 17:49
Speaker 2: Who put you down? Your wife?
• 17:51
Speaker 6: No, this guy over here.
• 17:52
  Speaker 2: He's like, buddy.
• 17:53
Speaker 6: Because you know that's him.
• 17:54
Speaker 2: Buddy. Buddy. Buddy. It's over for you. It's over. It
• 17:59
Speaker 2: is over. Okay. But I got belief. I love that.
• 18:03
Speaker 1: I believe that I can go into a walkthrough and
• 18:05
Speaker 1: have a hell of a pass. The guy looks pretty
• 18:07
Speaker 1: poetic in that stance right there.
• 18:08
  Speaker 2: Really nice.
• 18:09
  Speaker 7: Nice.
• 18:09
Speaker 1: Bullets start flying, I'm just like, I just.
• 18:12
Speaker 2: Really? You just give up on yourself? He's not a
• 18:13
Speaker 2: left tackle no more. It just took a lot of
• 18:15
Speaker 2: violence to become this calm dude, this chill. He's not
• 18:17
Speaker 2: a head tight end.
• 18:19
Speaker 4: You look across the line of scrimmage and see that
• 18:21
Speaker 4: LA Rams line of scrimmage, it's, you don't want no
• 18:23
  Speaker 4: part of that.
• 18:24
  Speaker 2: Yeah, that shit.
• 18:24
Speaker 6: You just be going three step drop, stretch, PAP.
• 18:27
Speaker 1: Yeah, they put a photo out of the Rams D line.
• 18:29
Speaker 1: It looked like a low budget adult film. I was
• 18:32
Speaker 1: sitting there like, I don't want to play against that.
• 18:34
Speaker 2: Like it looked terrifying. Reservoir dogs and shit. Why don't
• 18:39
Speaker 2: we wait till we get to the NFC West? Let's
• 18:42
  Speaker 2: get back.
• 18:42
  Speaker 7: You got Dolphins?
• 18:43
Speaker 2: I never said that. I never said that. Delaney Dolphins AFC.
• 18:48
  Speaker 2: I never said that. I'm saying I like Malik. I'm
• 18:51
Speaker 2: thinking about it. I want to hear what y'all going
• 18:52
  Speaker 2: to say.
• 18:52
  Speaker 7: You know what?
• 18:53
Speaker 2: Let's go. You know how I go. It's the first
• 18:56
Speaker 2: to go. All right.
• 18:57
Speaker 6: I'm going to go with fourth in the division, the Jets.
• 19:01
  Speaker 2: Okay?
• 19:02
Speaker 6: Fourth in the division. Fourth, not first.
• 19:04
  Speaker 2: Third.
• 19:04
  Speaker 7: Oh.
• 19:06
  Speaker 2: Dolphins.
• 19:06
Speaker 6: This is a two-man race here, all right?
• 19:08
  Speaker 2: Two-man race.
• 19:09
Speaker 6: Let me get that out of the way. We're not
• 19:10
Speaker 6: even talking about those two right there.
• 19:11
Speaker 2: Couple of muffins, move them to the corner. Yes.
• 19:13
  Speaker 6: Patriots-Bills.
• 19:14
Speaker 7: And as long as one of the best players, if
• 19:17
Speaker 7: not the best player, is in the AFC East, how
• 19:22
Speaker 7: can you not pick the Buffalo Bills to win the division?
• 19:28
Speaker 7: I like the Buffalo Bills. I like Joe Brady putting
• 19:30
Speaker 7: some new juice in there. Buddy has not had a
• 19:34
Speaker 7: wide receiver one. I know Stephon Diggs last, nope, that
• 19:37
Speaker 7: was the Patriots. He still didn't have a wide receiver one.
• 19:40
  Speaker 2: You do now.
• 19:41
Speaker 6: So we got DJ Moore coming over.
• 19:43
  Speaker 2: You got, who's.
• 19:44
Speaker 7: The who's the running back why am i blanking on
• 19:46
Speaker 7: his name cook cook who's gonna cook back there yeah
• 19:50
Speaker 7: and then the patriots are gonna have a bit of
• 19:52
Speaker 7: regression i think they were 14 and 3 last year
• 19:54
Speaker 7: they benefited from an easy schedule first year head coach
• 19:57
Speaker 7: who's obviously phenomenal you guys can speak you know to
• 20:00
Speaker 7: how he runs a team but they're gonna have a
• 20:02
Speaker 7: tough schedule playing all the number one seeds haven't finished
• 20:05
Speaker 7: first last year aj.
• 20:06
Speaker 6: Brown They do, they do.
• 20:09
Speaker 4: You see how hard A.J. Brown practiced when the Eagles
• 20:11
Speaker 4: came to town? That's the first thing I noticed as
• 20:14
Speaker 4: a former teammate of A.J. I was like, oh, this
• 20:15
Speaker 4: is the hardest he's ever practiced.
• 20:16
Speaker 5: They were booing his ass, so yeah, you better.
• 20:20
Speaker 4: I know, but in all the one-on-ones, you could just tell, like,
• 20:23
Speaker 4: this is the A.J. you want to show up in.
• 20:25
Speaker 2: He wanted a little bit more than everybody else, for sure.
• 20:28
Speaker 7: Listen, I'm going with the Bills. Bills, Pats, Dolphins, Jets.
• 20:32
Speaker 7: I think the Patriots are a legitimate contender. I just
• 20:35
Speaker 7: think there's going to be a little regression. And I
• 20:37
Speaker 7: think with Josh Allen, what he's able to do, not
• 20:39
Speaker 7: only throwing the ball, but especially with his legs, he
• 20:42
Speaker 7: keeps him involved in every game.
• 20:44
Speaker 6: I see them winning this division.
• 20:45
Speaker 1: Dude, the Buffalo, I picked them to win the Super
• 20:47
Speaker 1: Bowl last year. I felt great about it. And then
• 20:50
Speaker 1: we get to, what was the Broncos game, right? Halftime,
• 20:53
Speaker 1: he's running Willie Noe with the ball, turnover, three points.
• 20:56
  Speaker 1: Broke my heart.
• 20:57
Speaker 2: Yeah. Broke my heart to see that happen. I love
• 20:59
  Speaker 2: the Bills.
• 21:00
Speaker 1: The Joe Brady move, firing their coach, then putting Joe,
• 21:02
  Speaker 1: it's like, I guess, like, I feel like there wasn't
• 21:05
Speaker 1: a whole lot. I love the addition of DJ Moore
• 21:07
Speaker 1: as wide receiver, Bradley Chubb and free agency for the
• 21:09
Speaker 1: defensive side of the ball. That's like a huge upgrade.
• 21:13
Speaker 1: But dude, I love the New England Patriots. I love
• 21:16
Speaker 1: the Patriots. I love, I love AJ Brown being in
• 21:18
Speaker 1: a spot. He's familiar with the coach. The coach understands
• 21:20
Speaker 1: how to handle AJ. I love Will Campbell who had
• 21:23
Speaker 1: a underwhelming rookie season. having another year to now understand.
• 21:29
Speaker 2: He flashed though. He flashed here and there.
• 21:32
Speaker 1: I like him getting better. I like Drake May having
• 21:34
Speaker 1: more weapons around him. I like, from a strategic standpoint,
• 21:37
Speaker 1: how they handle those four or five plays a game
• 21:39
Speaker 1: that'll win or lose you games. And I just, I
• 21:42
Speaker 1: have a lot of belief in the Patriots possibly, probably
• 21:46
Speaker 1: getting back to the Super Bowl. I'll see how I
• 21:49
Speaker 1: feel at the end of this whole thing. But I'm
• 21:50
Speaker 1: kind of, I'm taking the bills off the shelf. I'm
• 21:52
Speaker 1: going to go with the Patriots in this one.
• 21:53
Speaker 2: To win the division. Put my unit on the bill.
• 21:57
Speaker 2: Unit on the bills. I know.
• 21:58
Speaker 4: Like last year, when we was, remember when we used to,
• 22:01
Speaker 4: we were flying out, might've been week four, week five
• 22:04
Speaker 4: to do get up.
• 22:06
Speaker 2: And I was like, Hey, I'm looking at this schedule
• 22:07
Speaker 2: of Patriots. Like they could take the whole. Yeah.
• 22:10
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 22:11
Speaker 4: I just, I feel like the biggest X factor you
• 22:13
Speaker 4: talk about best player, Josh Allen, uh, signing Bradley Chubb.
• 22:16
Speaker 4: I think the X factors had getting Jim Leonard over
• 22:19
Speaker 4: from the Denver Broncos. Who's an assistant defensively. Now he's
• 22:21
  Speaker 4: a D coordinator for the bra or now he's a
• 22:24
Speaker 4: D coordinator for the bills. I think that's the X factor.
• 22:26
Speaker 4: I think they're, Their level of play defensively is going
• 22:28
Speaker 4: to start to get closer to the level of play
• 22:30
Speaker 4: offensively because we already know what they are offensively.
• 22:33
Speaker 2: Josh Allen is a superstar. Potential MVP. So that's where
• 22:37
Speaker 2: I'm taking my unit on this futures bet, AFC East.
• 22:40
Speaker 2: I'm going Buffalo Bills. And I'm going against my.
• 22:45
Speaker 5: And after hearing everybody talk, I'm going to follow.
• 22:50
Speaker 2: No, no. Cause like, I, obviously I was going to
• 22:52
  Speaker 2: go to bills.
• 22:53
Speaker 5: I do think they may have the best roster in
• 22:55
Speaker 5: that division, but with the Patriots adding my boy, I
• 23:00
Speaker 5: just feel like AJ being there, helping that pass threat,
• 23:03
Speaker 5: having us having history with the coach. I got to
• 23:07
Speaker 5: go Patriots. I got to put that union on Patriots.
• 23:09
Speaker 5: So you're going with your heart on this one? I'm
• 23:11
Speaker 5: going with my heart on this one. Not logic.
• 23:14
Speaker 2: I'm going with the heart.
• 23:15
Speaker 1: There's something to think about, though. The Patriots won the
• 23:16
Speaker 1: division last year, so their schedules are going to.
• 23:18
Speaker 2: Be way more difficult. I know, but I still... That's
• 23:20
Speaker 2: the one that gives me pause. Yeah, me too. But
• 23:23
Speaker 2: I feel like they got it. All right.
• 23:26
Speaker 4: I saw a sign on there that says, we'll move
• 23:28
Speaker 4: your mic to the front pocket. So if there's any
• 23:30
Speaker 4: bad audio, that's on me. For people listening, so you
• 23:33
Speaker 4: don't have to sound off in the comments, that's on
• 23:34
  Speaker 4: Willie C.
• 23:35
Speaker 2: I'll take that one. Are we fine?
• 23:38
Speaker 1: AFC North. Baltimore Ravens are the favorite at plus 105.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: You got the Bengals at plus 160. Steelers at 500.
• 23:45
Speaker 1: Shout out Deke on that one. And the Cleveland Browns,
• 23:48
  Speaker 1: plus 2,000.
• 23:48
Speaker 2: Are Ravens bouncing back? I believe so.
• 23:52
Speaker 5: New coach, get away from that old coaching staff. Even
• 23:55
Speaker 5: though I love the hard balls, I just think something different,
• 23:58
Speaker 5: something new. And Lamar is still Lamar. Just know that.
• 24:03
Speaker 7: What happened last year? What happened last year? I picked
• 24:05
Speaker 7: them to win the Super Bowl. I picked Lamar to
• 24:07
  Speaker 7: win the MVP.
• 24:07
Speaker 2: Me too. We both did.
• 24:09
  Speaker 7: Let me down.
• 24:09
Speaker 2: They let us both down. I feel like Harbaugh was
• 24:13
Speaker 2: looking to get out of that situation. He didn't want
• 24:15
Speaker 2: to be there anymore. How long he been there? How
• 24:17
Speaker 2: long he was there? Get out of the situation. They
• 24:18
Speaker 2: had a bunch of injuries. I mean, they had a
• 24:20
Speaker 2: lot of injuries, but he was looking for a new start.
• 24:22
Speaker 2: I don't know if he was looking for a new start.
• 24:25
Speaker 2: I feel it. You know what?
• 24:27
Speaker 1: I kind of agreed upon to get out of here.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: It was mutual, but it was more like the Ravens
• 24:31
Speaker 1: being like, what's you going to do? Because we have
• 24:33
Speaker 1: to make decisions as well.
• 24:34
Speaker 2: Yeah. I think he landed in a great spot being
• 24:37
  Speaker 2: at the Giants.
• 24:37
Speaker 5: I think he landed in a great spot. Young team,
• 24:40
Speaker 5: talent there. So I feel like he kind of.
• 24:43
Speaker 2: All I'm saying is I don't think he was like methodically,
• 24:47
Speaker 2: like say he lost some more. I'm not saying... Methodically thinking,
• 24:49
Speaker 2: I need to change the scenery. You don't know that.
• 24:51
Speaker 2: Like I'm going to kind of mess up the season.
• 24:54
Speaker 2: Hopefully a couple guys get injured.
• 24:55
Speaker 4: But you're saying he wanted a new job. Like it
• 24:58
Speaker 4: sounds like before the year going into the season.
• 25:01
Speaker 5: I think halfway through the season, you kind of just
• 25:03
Speaker 5: be like, you know, even when you're on a team, like, man,
• 25:05
Speaker 5: when this trade deadline come up, hopefully I'm on that
• 25:07
Speaker 5: block because I need to get out of here.
• 25:10
  Speaker 2: Damn.
• 25:10
Speaker 6: That's how the head coach felt? It's no wonder why
• 25:13
Speaker 6: they just faltered at the end.
• 25:13
Speaker 2: I ain't saying him. I'm saying players. Okay, yeah, maybe players,
• 25:18
Speaker 2: but we were talking about hardball. Yeah, but I don't
• 25:20
Speaker 2: think players are even thinking that with hardball.
• 25:23
Speaker 1: He's had so much success.
• 25:25
Speaker 5: No, I'm not saying, I'm saying in general, like, you
• 25:29
Speaker 5: never had that thought when you was on the losing
• 25:32
Speaker 5: team and you hoping you may be on the trade
• 25:35
Speaker 5: deadline to go somewhere else to be, to compete for
• 25:37
  Speaker 5: a Superbowl.
• 25:38
Speaker 7: Well, I had spent my whole time in Green Bay.
• 25:40
Speaker 7: So even the last- Did you have a losing season? Yeah,
• 25:43
Speaker 7: our last two years, we, I don't believe made the
• 25:46
Speaker 7: playoffs 17 and 18. 18 was rough. That's McCarthy got fired.
• 25:51
Speaker 7: We lost to the Arizona, Josh Rosen, Josh, the UCLA quarterback.
• 25:55
Speaker 2: The Chosen. He came in and beat us.
• 25:58
Speaker 7: McCarthy got fired that night. We had two more games
• 26:01
Speaker 7: against Sam Darnold and the Jets. I don't even know
• 26:03
Speaker 7: if we won or not. And then we finished against
• 26:06
Speaker 7: Matthew Stafford and the Lions at home, and they beat
• 26:09
Speaker 7: us in Week 17. And that was it for the dynasty.
• 26:15
  Speaker 2: That was it.
• 26:15
Speaker 7: The dynasty of one Super Bowl in 10 years. They
• 26:17
Speaker 7: just blew up the team.
• 26:19
Speaker 4: So what I'm hearing is that maybe a couple years
• 26:22
Speaker 4: in Tennessee, you was flirting with the trade block.
• 26:27
Speaker 1: That's what I'm hearing too. And that's pretty disappointing.
• 26:30
  Speaker 2: For sure.
• 26:31
  Speaker 7: But you're a winner though.
• 26:36
Speaker 2: Like I get it.
• 26:37
Speaker 7: The optics are poor, but like as a competitor, as
• 26:41
Speaker 7: a winner, yeah. You want to be a part of
• 26:42
Speaker 7: a program that's going to win. You don't want to
• 26:44
Speaker 7: sit there and be mediocrity two and 14, three and 13,
• 26:47
  Speaker 7: whatever it is.
• 26:48
Speaker 2: I get it. Yeah. We could have used you up there.
• 26:50
Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. I would have loved it.
• 26:51
Speaker 4: Most players do know how to balance the selfishness and
• 26:53
Speaker 4: team aspect and everything else. But if you are, like
• 26:55
Speaker 4: I'm trying to put myself in Delaney's shoes. If you
• 26:57
Speaker 4: are Delaney where it's like- That's tough to come to work.
• 26:59
Speaker 4: He's not getting, I mean, you did get a couple
• 27:01
Speaker 4: of Pro Bowls, but not like the national recognition where
• 27:03
Speaker 4: you are one of the best, but you're in a
• 27:04
Speaker 4: small media market like Tennessee.
• 27:06
Speaker 2: We suck. We're not going to win. I'm the only
• 27:08
Speaker 2: bright spot. That was what you were kind of saying
• 27:10
Speaker 2: at the beginning. Yeah.
• 27:12
Speaker 4: Don't be thinking, man, if I was just on a
• 27:13
Speaker 4: squad that could go to the Super Bowl.
• 27:16
Speaker 2: I feel you. You're crazy. We have players. All I'm
• 27:18
Speaker 2: saying is I feel you. We have players. A-Rod, Nate Washington, Kendrick.
• 27:22
Speaker 2: We have players. If you watch this, guys, we have players.
• 27:26
Speaker 2: I need y'all to come on my show. But not dogs.
• 27:27
Speaker 2: We have players. We have players, but not dogs. But
• 27:30
Speaker 2: you flirted with it like, man, if I was just
• 27:31
Speaker 2: in this system or with this. Yes, of course.
• 27:34
  Speaker 3: Like.
• 27:34
Speaker 2: Because you're like, we ain't winning. We're in the Super Bowl.
• 27:38
Speaker 5: Early, you may feel like that, but as the team
• 27:41
Speaker 5: started to build, I didn't have that thought. But when
• 27:43
Speaker 5: you're losing constantly three years in a row, it's sitting
• 27:47
Speaker 5: back there like, you think they can get something out
• 27:50
Speaker 5: of me where I can go somewhere else?
• 27:53
  Speaker 6: He's being honest.
• 27:54
Speaker 2: I'm just being honest. Y'all want to sit here and lie,
• 27:58
Speaker 2: go ahead. The meal is a lot of things. The
• 28:01
Speaker 2: meal is not a lot. Delaney, here's what I'll say.
• 28:04
Speaker 4: Not to say like I don't think of those things,
• 28:06
Speaker 4: but just I wasn't as good of a player as you.
• 28:09
Speaker 4: So in my situation, there was just never a thought
• 28:12
Speaker 4: with the trade block coming up like, I wonder if
• 28:14
Speaker 4: they're going to trade me or get me out or
• 28:15
Speaker 4: I kind of want to get out of here.
• 28:17
Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
• 28:18
Speaker 4: Like maybe if I was in your spot. I'm saying
• 28:20
Speaker 4: I can see where your head could go that way.
• 28:22
  Speaker 4: If you're on a losing squad, you're a perennial Pro
• 28:24
Speaker 4: Bowl player. Year after year, it's not going well. And
• 28:27
Speaker 4: you're like, man, it'd be nice to be on. one
• 28:29
Speaker 4: of these squad, because you tasted the Super Bowl. You
• 28:30
Speaker 4: tasted being in the game.
• 28:32
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Winning NFC championships back to back. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
• 28:37
Speaker 2: I've been on those. So, yeah. So I'll take the Ravens.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: I'm going to take the Ravens to win the division.
• 28:43
Speaker 1: I know this is not a sexy pick because they
• 28:45
Speaker 1: are the favorite. I love Jesse Minter. I think the defense,
• 28:49
Speaker 1: from a roster standpoint, one of the best in the league,
• 28:50
Speaker 1: still one of the best in the league they were
• 28:51
Speaker 1: last year. And he's always, everywhere he's been, he's had success.
• 28:54
Speaker 1: He's had a top half defense in the NFL both
• 28:57
Speaker 1: years he was at the Chargers. Lamar Jackson, big bounce
• 29:00
Speaker 1: back here. Derrick Henry is like no longer talked about,
• 29:02
Speaker 1: but he's still top three in rushing every single year.
• 29:04
Speaker 2: I thought he had a down year.
• 29:05
Speaker 7: Cause remember he had some fumbles early. I go to
• 29:07
  Speaker 7: check his yardage.
• 29:08
  Speaker 2: 1500 yards rushing.
• 29:10
Speaker 7: And we talked like it was a down year.
• 29:12
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 29:12
  Speaker 2: That's why.
• 29:12
Speaker 1: It's just because of those, what, three fumbles in the
• 29:14
Speaker 1: first four games, something like that. And they were in
• 29:16
Speaker 1: crucial parts of the game. They have a great offensive line. Lamar, if,
• 29:21
Speaker 1: is always a strong word. If he stays healthy, like
• 29:23
Speaker 1: so hard to keep playing against a guy against that.
• 29:25
Speaker 1: And Jesse Minter's defense, the way they disguise coverages, they
• 29:28
Speaker 1: mix up a lot of things. I really like the
• 29:30
Speaker 1: Ravens this year. And it's just, you look at the
• 29:32
Speaker 1: Bengals who sit at number two and it's like, clearly
• 29:35
Speaker 1: Joe Burrow is one of my white buffaloes.
• 29:37
Speaker 2: To come on bus with the boys. Love him to death.
• 29:39
Speaker 2: Love the receivers that they have.
• 29:40
Speaker 1: But it's like from a defensive standpoint, we haven't gotten
• 29:44
Speaker 1: that much better. They bring one guy over from the Giants,
• 29:46
Speaker 1: but then Trey Hendrickson, he leaves, goes to the Ravens.
• 29:49
Speaker 1: That's a whole debacle that takes place. But I like
• 29:52
  Speaker 1: the Ravens.
• 29:54
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm rocking with the Ravens. I can't help but
• 29:57
Speaker 2: just take the bait of the Cincinnati Bengals. Take it.
• 29:59
Speaker 2: Take it. I'm taking it. Y'all both jumping on that?
• 30:03
Speaker 4: It's like, you know your boy, he could be falling
• 30:05
Speaker 4: in love with the stripper and he's thinking, I think
• 30:07
Speaker 4: I can change her.
• 30:07
  Speaker 2: And it's like, buddy, I don't know if he, that's
• 30:09
Speaker 2: not the right you want to go. She's married to
• 30:11
Speaker 2: the game. They're going to let you down every time.
• 30:12
Speaker 2: But this is, I'm the dude in.
• 30:15
Speaker 4: The club, like looking at what the Bengals could be
• 30:18
Speaker 4: if Joe Burrow stays healthy.
• 30:19
Speaker 2: You don't understand. She told me she loved me. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 30:21
Speaker 2: Like I'm taking the fodder. Yeah, that's fair. I've been
• 30:24
  Speaker 2: there before.
• 30:25
Speaker 4: Dexter Lawrence coming over, they get him in free agency. Like, yes,
• 30:28
Speaker 4: they lost Trey Hendrickson. They draft that edge out of
• 30:32
  Speaker 4: Texas A & M in the second round. I'm just,
• 30:34
Speaker 4: I'm taking it. I'm taking the Bengals plus 160 to
• 30:37
  Speaker 4: win the division.
• 30:38
Speaker 2: Joe Burrow's staying healthy.
• 30:39
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 30:40
Speaker 7: Give me that unit on the Bengals as well. And
• 30:43
Speaker 7: I think Joe Burrow stays healthy. And I don't want to,
• 30:46
Speaker 7: I don't want to. leads you into a future pick
• 30:50
Speaker 7: that I have that we're gonna talk about, but I
• 30:52
Speaker 7: think it's gonna be a big year for Joey B.
• 30:54
Speaker 2: What about the whole line? Yeah, Joey B gonna be.
• 30:56
Speaker 7: Great, but what about the whole line?
• 30:58
Speaker 2: You're right. Listen, I know what I'm getting into. Okay.
• 31:01
  Speaker 1: I mean, Zach Taylor's entering the A-gap.
• 31:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, Zach Taylor's entering the A-gap. Big time, big time
• 31:04
  Speaker 2: entering the A-gap.
• 31:05
Speaker 1: And one disclaimer we haven't put on this show, but
• 31:07
Speaker 1: we did on the call shows, we can't be held
• 31:08
Speaker 1: responsible for the picks we have. Like, shame on you
• 31:11
  Speaker 1: if you think.
• 31:12
Speaker 4: If you hold us to these picks, I'll be mid-year
• 31:15
Speaker 4: and be like, yeah, Bengals are, I could easily be
• 31:16
Speaker 4: up here sitting and be like, Bengals are out of it.
• 31:18
Speaker 2: So I don't care if they were my future's pick. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 31:20
Speaker 2: Move on. As of right now, you like the Bengals?
• 31:24
Speaker 2: As of right now, I'm just, I'm taking it. Bengals. Bengals, Bengals, Ravens. Ravens. Oh, wow.
• 31:29
Speaker 2: Calais Campbell, baby. Calais Campbell, baby. Don't bring up kids
• 31:31
Speaker 2: like that. That's your selling point for the Ravens.
• 31:35
Speaker 7: Winning the year 19?
• 31:38
  Speaker 1: I love Calais. I think he is, I mean, a
• 31:40
Speaker 1: first bout Hall of Famer.
• 31:41
  Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Awesome.
• 31:42
Speaker 1: It was cool to see him at Jacksonville. It was
• 31:44
Speaker 1: also cool beating that ass when he was in Jacksonville. But, like, Calais,
• 31:48
Speaker 1: he's at the Reef.
• 31:49
Speaker 2: This is why the Ravens are going to be there. Culture, leadership,
• 31:51
Speaker 2: and locker room. Culture, leadership. You got Unk, man. Yeah, yeah.
• 31:55
  Speaker 1: Unk status.
• 31:56
Speaker 2: He's a grand Unk right now. He's getting way too old. 19.
• 31:58
Speaker 2: That's wild. He's got to get 20. You think so?
• 32:02
Speaker 6: I think he said it was last year.
• 32:03
  Speaker 2: I think he did, yeah. He's gotta get 20. Someone's
• 32:05
Speaker 2: gotta talk to him in his corner. He can't have that.
• 32:08
Speaker 2: Let's get to the fun, AFC South. Oh, yeah. Where
• 32:11
Speaker 2: y'all boys sitting with your Titans this year? Delaney, where
• 32:15
Speaker 2: you sitting? I know you got a Titans podcast that
• 32:17
Speaker 2: you're about to do this year. I don't mean nothing.
• 32:19
  Speaker 2: I'm going Houston.
• 32:21
  Speaker 1: Straight up.
• 32:26
Speaker 2: Look, look. Houston, for sure, that defense....
• 32:30
Speaker 5: I ain't going to say nothing about the Titans. You know,
• 32:33
Speaker 5: I'm just going to talk about Houston and Jacksonville. Jacksonville
• 32:37
Speaker 5: had a crazy year last year, but I just think
• 32:39
Speaker 5: Houston's defense is going to be insane. It's going to
• 32:41
Speaker 5: come out firing all cylinders.
• 32:44
Speaker 2: They're getting all their receivers back. Sepp. The second-round pick. No, Sepp. J.D.
• 32:49
Speaker 2: Towards ACL. Towards ACL. That sucks.
• 32:53
Speaker 7: They brought in what? Booty, how do you say his name,
• 32:55
  Speaker 7: from New England?
• 32:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, Booty. They got Tank Dale back. Hey, Tank Dale.
• 32:59
Speaker 6: Let's address the alphabet in the room. What's going to
• 33:01
Speaker 6: hold that team back?
• 33:03
  Speaker 2: Quarterback play.
• 33:04
Speaker 6: How's C.J. Stroud going to do in a contract year?
• 33:08
Speaker 2: I think he had his slump year last year.
• 33:10
Speaker 6: And the year before that? I'm just saying, like, his
• 33:13
  Speaker 6: rookie year, dawg.
• 33:14
Speaker 2: Say bye to you, Gary.
• 33:16
Speaker 6: So, contract year, he shows up?
• 33:18
Speaker 2: I say he show up. He cut the hair. He's
• 33:20
Speaker 2: a different looking guy.
• 33:22
Speaker 5: I see him stepping up and and being that franchise
• 33:25
Speaker 5: quarterback for Houston. And so I'm taking, give me a
• 33:29
Speaker 5: unit on Houston, Texas.
• 33:31
Speaker 2: Where you going, Clay?
• 33:33
Speaker 7: I got the Texans as well. I think their defense
• 33:37
Speaker 7: is phenomenal. You got Stingley all pro, Lassiter, Al Shayer,
• 33:42
Speaker 7: the pass rushers, Daniil.
• 33:43
Speaker 6: I looked up Daniil Hunter's sacks.
• 33:45
  Speaker 2: He's got like 117, 120.
• 33:46
Speaker 7: And we don't even talk about him. He's just that guy.
• 33:50
Speaker 7: That guy when we played against him in Green Bay
• 33:52
Speaker 7: when he's in Minnesota. Will Anderson, he gets broke off
• 33:56
Speaker 7: this offseason. Defense is elite. Defense wins championships. But as
• 34:00
Speaker 7: we saw from that playoff loss in which they had,
• 34:03
Speaker 7: quarterback play is going to be big. And if CJ
• 34:05
Speaker 7: can just not turn the ball over, just kind of
• 34:09
Speaker 7: like Russell early in his career, throw for 200, get
• 34:12
Speaker 7: you a touchdown or two, try and run it in,
• 34:14
Speaker 7: don't turn the ball over. I think they got a
• 34:16
Speaker 7: real chance. But Jags, what were they, 14-3 last year,
• 34:20
  Speaker 7: something crazy?
• 34:20
  Speaker 2: 12-4.
• 34:22
  Speaker 6: Close enough.
• 34:23
Speaker 7: They got a little bit, they're going to have a
• 34:24
  Speaker 7: little bit.
• 34:24
Speaker 2: 13, it was 13 and three. 13 and three. 16 games?
• 34:26
Speaker 2: 17 games. Yeah. 17 games in the season.
• 34:29
  Speaker 7: 13.
• 34:29
Speaker 2: They had a great year. They had a great year.
• 34:32
  Speaker 1: Everyone's off by a way.
• 34:34
Speaker 2: Once again, like the Patriots. 13 and four.
• 34:36
Speaker 7: Okay, they benefited from an easier schedule. Now having won
• 34:39
Speaker 7: the division, there's going to be some regression there. I
• 34:42
Speaker 7: am excited to see Travis Hunter come back. Just the
• 34:45
Speaker 7: progression of that team second year under Liam Cohen. But,
• 34:47
Speaker 7: I mean, defense wins championships.
• 34:51
Speaker 5: I feel like we can lean on Montgomery, though. You
• 34:53
Speaker 5: don't always have to throw the ball. We got David
• 34:55
Speaker 5: Montgomery back there. I feel like you can lean on
• 34:58
Speaker 5: him as the running back, give him the opportunity to
• 35:00
Speaker 5: carry a lot of load. So, like, I see the
• 35:03
Speaker 5: Texans being a little different this year.
• 35:06
Speaker 2: Their defense is a little different.
• 35:08
  Speaker 6: Ten wins?
• 35:09
Speaker 2: Twelve wins? What are we thinking?
• 35:10
Speaker 7: I'm not going to hold your feet to the fire here,
• 35:12
Speaker 7: but they're going to need at least twelve wins.
• 35:14
Speaker 2: They're going to need twelve wins. They're going to need
• 35:15
  Speaker 2: twelve wins.
• 35:16
Speaker 6: So, at a minimum.
• 35:18
  Speaker 2: 12-5? Yeah, 12-5. I like Jacksonville.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: I'm looking at Jacksonville, too, right now, and I'm thinking,
• 35:27
Speaker 1: how do I talk myself into them?
• 35:29
Speaker 2: Hey, the sneaky team at the AFC last year.
• 35:32
Speaker 4: Now even head coach, both coordinators going into their second year,
• 35:35
Speaker 4: and they are the team that never gets talked about
• 35:39
Speaker 4: at all. Liam Cohn was doing a training camp podcast
• 35:43
Speaker 4: presser show where he's like, oh, it's great being.
• 35:45
  Speaker 2: In our spot.
• 35:45
Speaker 4: Nobody talks about it. the Jacksonville Jaguars. I just feel
• 35:48
Speaker 4: like the jump year one, year two with the staff,
• 35:52
Speaker 4: all they have coming back, I'm going, I'm placing my
• 35:55
Speaker 4: unit on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
• 35:57
Speaker 2: I do love the Texans.
• 35:58
Speaker 4: I think it is out of those two. Like I
• 36:01
Speaker 4: see the Colts, I see it kind of lining up
• 36:02
  Speaker 4: the way.
• 36:03
Speaker 2: Nice on the board. Yeah.
• 36:05
Speaker 4: You got Houston and Jacksonville battling it out.
• 36:07
Speaker 2: Then it's going to be. And what about the Colts though?
• 36:09
Speaker 2: It is going to be the Colts.
• 36:10
Speaker 7: Why are we not talking about the Colts?
• 36:11
Speaker 2: The Colts scare me right now. The Colts just scare me.
• 36:14
Speaker 7: Daniel Jones coming back off injury. Jonathan Taylor when he
• 36:16
Speaker 7: was rushing with 200.
• 36:17
  Speaker 2: Big injury.
• 36:18
  Speaker 7: Sauce Gardner.
• 36:19
Speaker 2: Losing all your receivers and bringing Keenan Allen in. I
• 36:22
Speaker 2: know that's it. Pittman goes out.
• 36:25
Speaker 7: Keenan Allen's feeling comfortable.
• 36:26
Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying? To get arrested. If they
• 36:28
Speaker 2: get back to it. I'm fucking around.
• 36:31
Speaker 4: If they get back to that magic they had offensively
• 36:33
Speaker 4: when Daniel Jones was.
• 36:34
Speaker 2: Healthy, when they started off, what, 7-1, 8-1? Yeah. Like, yeah,
• 36:37
Speaker 2: of course. Fell off a cliff after that. Yeah. Dude,
• 36:41
  Speaker 2: I'm trying.
• 36:41
Speaker 1: To figure out any way to talk myself out of
• 36:44
Speaker 1: the Texans. I like the Colts, but the key departures
• 36:48
Speaker 1: from the wide receivers, that makes me nervous.
• 36:49
Speaker 2: That makes me nervous.
• 36:50
Speaker 1: Jacksonville Jaguars, it's like, all right. They had a great
• 36:53
Speaker 1: year last year. Can they take the next step?
• 36:55
Speaker 6: Lane Cole, year two.
• 36:57
Speaker 1: It was kind of Biden and Trevor Lawrence kind of
• 36:58
Speaker 1: come along a little bit being the first overall pick
• 37:01
Speaker 1: they thought it was going to be. But getting Tank
• 37:03
Speaker 1: Dell back, I think a key factor here is C.J.
• 37:07
Speaker 1: Stroud and a contract here. And it sounds kind of
• 37:11
Speaker 1: weird to say that because you think every football player
• 37:13
Speaker 1: should care the most about that.
• 37:14
Speaker 2: But this is like, hey.
• 37:15
Speaker 1: If you want to be paid, if you want to
• 37:18
Speaker 1: have that multi-generational money, this is the year to get
• 37:21
  Speaker 1: it done.
• 37:22
  Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
• 37:23
Speaker 1: So I like the Texans taking a– I like CJ
• 37:25
Speaker 1: taking a big step. I like the Texans winning this one.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: I think Tennessee's sneaky. I think they've had an abysmal preseason.
• 37:31
Speaker 1: I think it's been awful to watch.
• 37:33
Speaker 2: Sneaky, bro. Sneaky. It's easy to be sneaky when no
• 37:35
  Speaker 2: one's even looking at you. I think they're sneaky. They're
• 37:38
Speaker 2: in the shadows with the lights off. Sneaky how? Like
• 37:39
Speaker 2: you see them getting, what, third in the division? What
• 37:42
Speaker 2: do you mean by sneaky?
• 37:43
Speaker 1: Sneaky that they're going to win some games they have
• 37:45
  Speaker 1: no business winning.
• 37:46
Speaker 2: They're going wild card. They'll be a wild card.
• 37:48
Speaker 8: Oh, in the playoffs.
• 37:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, I said that earlier. I'm telling you. No. I
• 37:54
Speaker 2: said that a week and a half ago. Okay. To Will.
• 37:57
Speaker 1: We started breaking down. I was like, and then I
• 37:58
Speaker 1: see the preseason. It's like, I don't know.
• 38:00
  Speaker 2: I'll just say, too, I.
• 38:01
Speaker 4: Do think Tennessee is going to be a better product
• 38:03
Speaker 4: than they were last year.
• 38:05
Speaker 2: That's not hard. Like, better. I think Tennessee. But they're
• 38:08
Speaker 2: still going to be, they're still going to be, what, fourth? Yeah,
• 38:12
  Speaker 2: they'll be fourth.
• 38:12
Speaker 7: How many wins did they have last year?
• 38:15
Speaker 2: Three. Okay. Jack. Jack. He's back up in the nosebleed.
• 38:20
  Speaker 7: Three.
• 38:21
Speaker 2: Whole new coaching staff. Whole new mindset. Yeah. The aura
• 38:25
Speaker 2: there is different. I just. Off its lines bad right now.
• 38:30
Speaker 2: Off its lines bad.
• 38:32
Speaker 7: Are we talking, are we hovering around eight, nine, nine
• 38:34
  Speaker 7: and eight, 500?
• 38:35
Speaker 2: I'm saying eight, nine. I already been on the pod
• 38:37
Speaker 2: and I said they gonna go eight, nine.
• 38:39
Speaker 6: So that would be a major improvement there.
• 38:41
Speaker 2: Major improvement. I can tell you're doing a Titans podcast
• 38:43
  Speaker 2: this year, man.
• 38:47
Speaker 1: I love the idea of eight, nine to me, like
• 38:48
Speaker 1: a step in the right direction for the Tennessee Titans.
• 38:50
Speaker 1: And it might not be what Titan fans want to
• 38:52
Speaker 1: hear is like, Are you competitive in every game? Like,
• 38:54
Speaker 1: don't even worry about wins and losses this year.
• 38:56
Speaker 2: Throw the record out the window.
• 38:57
Speaker 1: Throw the record out the window. Don't worry about it.
• 38:59
Speaker 1: Preseason did a great job of tempering those expectations. I
• 39:03
Speaker 1: just think we want to see steps from Cam Ward.
• 39:05
Speaker 1: We want to see continuity in the run game. We
• 39:07
Speaker 1: want to see the offensive line playing together. We want
• 39:09
Speaker 1: to see the defense standing up in some bigger moments.
• 39:12
Speaker 1: Don't worry about wins and losses. Just like, are you
• 39:15
Speaker 1: in the game every fourth quarter you're in this year?
• 39:17
  Speaker 1: That's where I say, I'm like, let's get there.
• 39:19
  Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
• 39:20
Speaker 1: And let's give Solos some time. Because I love the
• 39:23
Speaker 1: coaching staff. It's a great coaching staff.
• 39:26
  Speaker 2: It's a great coaching staff.
• 39:27
Speaker 1: It's just, let's get Cam Ward to take a step.
• 39:29
Speaker 1: Let's get Cardinal Tate. Let's get the ball in his
• 39:31
Speaker 1: hand early and often. Let's get this offensive line to
• 39:35
Speaker 1: figure it out somehow.
• 39:38
Speaker 2: I mean, they got Tate, but they got Robinson. They
• 39:40
Speaker 2: got pieces, man, out there. They got a threat.
• 39:43
Speaker 5: It's going to, like you said, let's see Cam Ward
• 39:45
Speaker 5: just develop as a good quarterback and motivate this team.
• 39:49
  Speaker 7: Yeah.
• 39:49
Speaker 2: All right. That's enough Titans talk. Yeah, that's nice. Just
• 39:53
Speaker 2: one last shout out. You guys saw Jack's commercial. Yes.
• 39:57
Speaker 2: Great commercial. I saw Jack's promo. Titans commercial, that's about it.
• 40:01
Speaker 2: That's about it. That's a great commercial. You got the
• 40:04
Speaker 2: Titans pod. He's the new face of the program. You
• 40:07
Speaker 2: have headphones during the show? You working right now? Hey,
• 40:10
Speaker 2: did they give you those clothes or did you have those? Yeah,
• 40:13
Speaker 2: you look. Oh, because I was going to say, that
• 40:15
Speaker 2: don't look like something Jack would wear. I bet your
• 40:18
Speaker 2: DMs were blowing up, Jack. I don't look at them,
• 40:26
Speaker 2: you know? All right, Jack. I had a kid.
• 40:29
Speaker 1: AFC West. Will Compton, you will start this. Kansas City
• 40:33
Speaker 1: Chiefs are hitting a plus 180. We've got the Chargers
• 40:36
Speaker 1: at a plus 195. Then the Broncos at a plus 195.
• 40:39
Speaker 1: And then the lonely Las Vegas Raiders at plus 1,700.
• 40:43
Speaker 2: Tight at the top. Tight at the top. Tight at
• 40:45
Speaker 2: the top. Mahomes coming off an ACL. I think it's
• 40:50
Speaker 2: out of the Chargers and the Broncos. Okay. That's where
• 40:52
Speaker 2: we want to start? I like what you just said.
• 40:57
Speaker 2: I didn't really hear. I heard that. Not on Chiefs hate. Obviously,
• 41:01
Speaker 2: like I can do the thing where they're not going
• 41:03
Speaker 2: to make the playoffs.
• 41:04
Speaker 1: Right. Yeah, they probably won't make the playoffs. I'm not
• 41:10
Speaker 1: going to do the thing I'm about to do right now.
• 41:12
Speaker 1: But you like the Chargers and the Broncos.
• 41:14
  Speaker 2: I do.
• 41:15
Speaker 1: All three of those picks are great. I think any
• 41:17
Speaker 1: way any of us go, it's like, oh, we feel
• 41:20
Speaker 1: good about that unit.
• 41:21
Speaker 2: Because all three of them could win the division.
• 41:22
Speaker 4: Yeah, you trade away McDuffie, like, you know, Chris Jones,
• 41:26
Speaker 4: Travis Kelsey. A lot of these guys get a little
• 41:28
Speaker 4: bit longer in the twos.
• 41:29
  Speaker 2: Like, you're thin.
• 41:31
Speaker 4: Whether you feel good about your wide receiver one and two, like,
• 41:33
Speaker 4: you are thin at the wide receiver position. Anybody gets dinged,
• 41:36
Speaker 4: goes down. It's like Mahomes coming off of his injury.
• 41:39
Speaker 4: I do think he's going to still be Patrick Mahomes, but.
• 41:42
Speaker 4: they're gonna be battling to try to get in the
• 41:43
Speaker 4: playoffs at the end of the year. Because I just
• 41:45
Speaker 4: think what the Chargers have, especially Harbaugh going into the
• 41:47
Speaker 4: second year, offensive line is healthy, arguably the best duo
• 41:51
Speaker 4: of tackles in the league. They're gonna be able to
• 41:53
Speaker 4: run the football. Defensively, they're going to be savvy. They're
• 41:56
Speaker 4: going to be salty. And then the Denver Broncos, they
• 42:00
Speaker 4: have to take a jump offensively. I think the marriage
• 42:03
Speaker 4: of Sean Payton and Bo Nace going into the third year,
• 42:05
Speaker 4: there's still things that Bo clearly has to clean up.
• 42:08
Speaker 4: I think he's aware that he needs to clean up.
• 42:10
Speaker 4: But you get that offense going paired with that defense.
• 42:12
Speaker 4: That defense is going to be a monster. The way
• 42:14
Speaker 4: we talk about the Houston Texans is the same way
• 42:16
Speaker 4: we should be talking about the tier defense that the
• 42:18
  Speaker 4: Denver Broncos play.
• 42:20
  Speaker 2: I think it's out of those two. I'm torn. I'm
• 42:24
Speaker 2: torn on what to go here. What do you feel
• 42:28
Speaker 2: about Bo Nix coming in, though, after the injury? Is
• 42:31
Speaker 2: he healthy enough to? I think Bo Nix will be straight.
• 42:34
Speaker 1: I think there's a bunch of rumors flying, right, about
• 42:36
Speaker 1: the level of health that he has?
• 42:38
Speaker 2: He's had to go and re-repair something. I heard something
• 42:41
  Speaker 2: like that, though.
• 42:42
Speaker 1: But I heard there was some issues taking place where
• 42:46
Speaker 1: the injury's taking longer than it should have been. That's
• 42:49
Speaker 1: all allegedly. I'm just going to throw an allegedly grenade
• 42:51
  Speaker 1: out there.
• 42:51
  Speaker 2: Packers played them.
• 42:52
Speaker 6: Jordan Love started his series and I think Bo Nix,
• 42:54
Speaker 6: they went down there and scored. I thought he looked good.
• 42:56
Speaker 6: If I'm right, maybe I'm seeing ghosts. Sammy D, Super
• 42:59
  Speaker 6: Bowl champ.
• 43:00
Speaker 2: Super Bowl champ, Sammy D. USC Trojan. Only USC Trojan quarterback.
• 43:06
Speaker 2: Where's your unit going?
• 43:07
Speaker 1: I like the way you broke them all down. I
• 43:09
Speaker 1: agree with the Chiefs take. It's like Patrick Mahomes is
• 43:11
Speaker 1: still going to be Patrick Mahomes and it's hard to
• 43:13
Speaker 1: ever bet against him and Andy Reid. But like Travis Kelsey,
• 43:15
Speaker 1: Chris Jones, like old wide receivers, like... Proven commodities, but
• 43:19
Speaker 1: there's no elite commodities that you see there and you
• 43:21
Speaker 1: feel like every week you can hang your hat on.
• 43:22
Speaker 2: Hey, they're going to get you out of a pinch.
• 43:25
Speaker 2: Spag's defense is always.
• 43:26
Speaker 8: Going to be good.
• 43:26
Speaker 1: They're going to keep them in games. And it really
• 43:28
Speaker 1: comes down to like Patrick Holmes' knee health. But I
• 43:31
Speaker 1: really like the Chargers.
• 43:32
  Speaker 6: Kenneth Walker, though?
• 43:33
Speaker 2: Kenneth Walker is a great addition. That's a good point.
• 43:36
Speaker 2: It is a good addition.
• 43:37
Speaker 6: They'll be able to run the ball.
• 43:38
Speaker 2: A good duo at running back. Yeah. And was it
• 43:41
Speaker 2: Josh Simmons? Is that his name? The left tackle? Yeah.
• 43:44
Speaker 1: First round pick they had last year. I love tackles
• 43:47
Speaker 1: going into year two.
• 43:48
Speaker 2: I love that. Somebody from the bleachers trying to get
• 43:51
Speaker 2: in there. What are you trying to say about the Chiefs?
• 43:56
Speaker 6: What have they done?
• 43:57
Speaker 2: Yeah. What do you mean?
• 44:09
Speaker 6: They were all there last year.
• 44:10
Speaker 7: And a year before that.
• 44:14
Speaker 1: The most exciting thing about him is like, oh, he's
• 44:15
  Speaker 1: so fast.
• 44:16
Speaker 2: Until you get hit. Yeah, exactly. Rasheed Rice, I agree.
• 44:22
Speaker 2: Rasheed Rice, he's nice. He's nice. Oh, he's nice. But
• 44:24
Speaker 2: every day you're like, okay, hopefully he gets in here
• 44:26
Speaker 2: and there's no speed limit. Yeah, like, I mean. The Chargers,
• 44:28
Speaker 2: they have Quentin Johnson, you can't catch Cole. Lad.
• 44:31
Speaker 1: Lad McConkie, he's good. Yeah, I was going to say
• 44:38
Speaker 1: Lad McConkie. Yeah, you're also forgetting about the OC. Daniels,
• 44:43
Speaker 1: who comes in as one of the most creative guys.
• 44:45
Speaker 1: You have Justin Herbert, who can throw it. Yeah, he
• 44:48
Speaker 1: can throw the ball all over the place. They have
• 44:49
Speaker 1: the best, probably, tackle duo in all of the NFL.
• 44:52
Speaker 2: Are they healthy? When they're healthy, and they are healthy. Okay. Oh,
• 44:55
Speaker 2: they got Trey Harris as receiver, too, though. Yeah, yeah.
• 44:57
Speaker 2: I'm ashamed. This is a tough division. This is a
• 44:58
Speaker 2: great division. This is one of the best divisions. I
• 45:00
  Speaker 2: think the odds.
• 45:02
Speaker 8: Are we're going to have.
• 45:03
Speaker 2: Them all in the center. He's towards ACL. He's out.
• 45:05
Speaker 1: And, like, Justin was, like, very, very high on Tyler.
• 45:07
Speaker 1: Finally had him centered, and he's really.
• 45:12
Speaker 8: Like, take command of the O-line, he's gone.
• 45:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, Joel Slater. Those two guys, you have those two
• 45:25
Speaker 1: guys at bookend tackle.
• 45:27
Speaker 2: These are just predictions. These are just predictions, okay?
• 45:29
Speaker 7: You know, just... You can do what you want with
• 45:31
  Speaker 7: your unit.
• 45:34
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. I forgot he's Kansas City chief, man. He is.
• 45:37
Speaker 2: He's fired up right now. Yeah, I forgot. Yeah.
• 45:40
Speaker 1: I like the Chargers.
• 45:42
Speaker 2: I like the Chargers. I like McDaniels.
• 45:43
Speaker 1: I like his creativity on the offensive side of the ball.
• 45:45
Speaker 1: The unique personality between OC and.
• 45:46
Speaker 2: HC are just absolutely incredible. Oh, shit. I forgot about McDaniels.
• 45:50
Speaker 2: If the two tackles can stay healthy, they're.
• 45:52
Speaker 1: Going to be able to run the ball. And it's
• 45:53
Speaker 1: just that creative play calling with Herbert's arm. Like guys
• 45:58
Speaker 1: who can't catch a cold, I like them being in
• 46:00
Speaker 1: position to catch the ball.
• 46:02
Speaker 6: I'm kind of on a wait and see.
• 46:03
Speaker 7: I feel like since Staley was there, we've been waiting
• 46:06
Speaker 7: to see Justin Herbert become tier one. You know, and
• 46:10
Speaker 7: I just feel like we've never seen that, even though
• 46:11
Speaker 7: I'm sure he had an incredible year last year. I
• 46:13
Speaker 7: think they won maybe 11, 12 games, seventh seed in
• 46:15
Speaker 7: the playoffs. Like he's there and I know he's running
• 46:18
Speaker 7: for his life because of the old line health last year,
• 46:20
Speaker 7: but maybe because they're second tier in the LA market,
• 46:23
Speaker 7: but it's like, I'm just waiting for them to show
• 46:25
Speaker 7: me something. And The Broncos showed me something last year.
• 46:29
Speaker 7: I did put a little stack on it. Hey, the
• 46:33
Speaker 7: Broncos trailed 15 of their 17 games last year. That's wild.
• 46:38
Speaker 7: And had a 14-3 record. So, regression is the word
• 46:41
Speaker 7: I'd like to come back to. There's going to be that.
• 46:43
Speaker 7: I think it's going to be tied up. But you
• 46:48
Speaker 7: look at Sean Payton, Bo Nix's development, that defense is elite.
• 46:52
  Speaker 2: What's his name?
• 46:53
Speaker 6: He's on the commissioner exempt list.
• 46:54
Speaker 2: Cooper. Cooper. You know, that's going to.
• 46:57
Speaker 7: Hurt a little bit, but just weather the storm early.
• 47:01
Speaker 7: Got home field advantage.
• 47:03
Speaker 6: I'll put Miami Union on the Denver Broncos.
• 47:05
Speaker 2: Okay, so we're back. That was a fun little roller coaster.
• 47:09
  Speaker 7: They're not going 14-3 is what I'm saying. But I
• 47:12
Speaker 7: do think it's going to be log jam there.
• 47:15
  Speaker 2: At the top.
• 47:17
Speaker 6: But the Broncos will come out on top.
• 47:19
  Speaker 2: You like that.
• 47:20
  Speaker 7: Just my thoughts.
• 47:22
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll go Broncos. Buddy, the Broncos were- That's a
• 47:26
Speaker 2: little more hard. That's a little more hard when I'm
• 47:27
  Speaker 2: going Broncos.
• 47:28
Speaker 1: I think every pick you've had so far, you two
• 47:29
Speaker 1: have been in line and we've been in line so far.
• 47:31
Speaker 2: You're going Chargers. I'm going to join Chargers. But he
• 47:34
Speaker 2: was like, he worked for him for a little bit. Honestly,
• 47:36
Speaker 2: of course he's going to be out of line. Yeah,
• 47:38
Speaker 2: he's on payroll. McDaniel is the next bad guy. I'm
• 47:40
  Speaker 2: a hardball guy.
• 47:41
Speaker 1: Do we think- To me, that's where it's like, if
• 47:43
Speaker 1: these guys are all so close.
• 47:45
Speaker 7: That is a great take. McDaniel is- That's a great take.
• 47:48
Speaker 7: Let me put this take in there, okay? Bo Nix
• 47:50
Speaker 7: doesn't break his ankle. Do they beat the New England
• 47:53
Speaker 7: Patriots who they barely lost to 10 to 6?
• 47:55
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 47:56
Speaker 7: So what I'm saying is they go into, let's just
• 47:58
Speaker 7: put this hypothetical Seahawks versus Broncos.
• 48:02
Speaker 6: Who comes out on top?
• 48:03
Speaker 2: Seahawks. Defense? Still? Yeah. Hang on.
• 48:08
Speaker 7: We're talking about Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos right now.
• 48:13
Speaker 2: I'm with you, bro. Bo Nix. That's how close we were. Buddy, buddy.
• 48:18
  Speaker 6: I don't wanna say we, but I'm just saying that's
• 48:20
Speaker 6: how close they were.
• 48:21
Speaker 2: You're cooking right now.
• 48:22
  Speaker 7: I'm just saying.
• 48:23
Speaker 2: You're cooking right now. We need the Broncos.
• 48:26
Speaker 1: In all reality, Seattle probably still wins that game, but
• 48:30
Speaker 1: it's a much more competitive game.
• 48:31
Speaker 2: Than what we saw. Oh yeah, definitely. Oh my God. Definitely, yeah.
• 48:36
Speaker 1: I like the Chargers. I'm staying with the Chargers. I
• 48:38
Speaker 1: don't know about you and the.
• 48:40
Speaker 2: Chargers, but those are great points. Yeah, very good ones.
• 48:42
Speaker 1: If I was in a meter, if I was gonna
• 48:44
Speaker 1: put my units as far as one to five right now,
• 48:48
Speaker 1: I would have gone from like a three to a
• 48:49
Speaker 1: two based on what you just said.
• 48:52
Speaker 2: That was good work. Yeah, I would have did a
• 48:54
Speaker 2: coin flip for either one for sure. NFC, NFC. No, no,
• 48:58
Speaker 2: I'm charging. Yeah, yeah, keep it. NFC East. Who you
• 49:02
Speaker 2: like coming out of the East? Who I like coming
• 49:04
Speaker 2: out of the East? I know who Columbo likes. Come on,
• 49:05
Speaker 2: y'all already. I'm not even going to stop playing.
• 49:10
  Speaker 7: Commanders?
• 49:10
Speaker 5: Eagles going for a three-peat. This is going to be
• 49:13
Speaker 5: the first team to do it.
• 49:14
Speaker 2: In 20 years. Stop playing. It's going to be the Eagles.
• 49:17
Speaker 2: Get out of here. You believe in Jalen Hurts? Hey, yeah. Yeah,
• 49:24
Speaker 2: I believe it hurts. Yeah, I believe it hurts, bro.
• 49:27
Speaker 1: Give me the Dallas Cowboys.
• 49:28
Speaker 2: Yes, sir! Give me the Dallas Cowboys. Yes, sir!
• 49:32
Speaker 1: Bro, historical offense last year. Dak Prescott looked incredible. He
• 49:37
Speaker 1: got pickings, he got a CD, he got a good
• 49:39
Speaker 1: run game taking place, an offensive line that's coming together,
• 49:41
Speaker 1: and then in free agency, all they do is get
• 49:44
Speaker 1: defensive talent after defensive talent. They get the DC out
• 49:47
Speaker 1: of there. They're not running zone pressure. 96% of the time,
• 49:50
Speaker 1: there's actually going to be some sort of disguise. All
• 49:53
Speaker 1: we need is that defense to be top 20. Make
• 49:57
  Speaker 1: them 19, statistically.
• 49:59
Speaker 2: But you're hoping. No, bro. You're hoping that that defense
• 50:03
Speaker 2: is a top 20. If something's at rock bottom, it
• 50:04
Speaker 2: can only go up. It can only go up. And
• 50:07
  Speaker 2: they are going.
• 50:08
Speaker 1: To be just as good on their offense this year.
• 50:12
Speaker 1: They added Von Miller.
• 50:13
Speaker 7: Kenny Clark, Rashawn Berry.
• 50:15
  Speaker 1: Rashawn Berry.
• 50:16
Speaker 2: Caleb Downs, bro. Caleb Downs is a monster. The best
• 50:19
Speaker 2: player in the draft.
• 50:21
Speaker 1: That kid, the clips that were coming out of him
• 50:23
Speaker 1: at camp locking down wide receivers from the safety position, like,
• 50:27
  Speaker 1: you'd have a hell of a.
• 50:28
  Speaker 2: Time with him.
• 50:28
Speaker 5: It's like going to a school and they got an
• 50:30
Speaker 5: all-black team full of stars that can't play with each other.
• 50:33
Speaker 2: Yeah, Friday Night Lights.
• 50:39
Speaker 1: We just re-watched it on Wednesday. It's like they had
• 50:41
  Speaker 1: 37-year-olds playing. That's what I'm saying.
• 50:44
Speaker 2: They ended up winning. Against... And the Cowboys are gonna
• 50:48
Speaker 2: win this division. Dallas Carter won. They won the state
• 50:50
Speaker 2: title in Friday Night Lights. Yeah, I'm not even referring
• 50:53
Speaker 2: to the movie. I'm just saying in general. In general. Like,
• 50:57
Speaker 2: have y'all... Do y'all go to high school games now?
• 51:00
  Speaker 3: No.
• 51:00
Speaker 2: Well, I do. And... Well, I do.
• 51:10
Speaker 1: Isn't it crazy? You got them on payroll.
• 51:15
Speaker 2: Dixon. Dixon High School. Yeah. And, you know, Dixon is
• 51:20
Speaker 2: a majority white school. Right.
• 51:23
Speaker 5: And they play the all black school. And I'm like, oh,
• 51:25
Speaker 5: they probably going to lose this one. And they whooped
• 51:28
Speaker 5: that ass. Dixon whooped the all black school ass.
• 51:31
Speaker 2: And I'm like, yeah, you got a lot of talent,
• 51:33
Speaker 2: but y'all can't play together. You get what I'm saying? Yeah.
• 51:36
Speaker 4: I get it, but you're just tying an analogy of
• 51:38
Speaker 4: the high school examples of all black schools.
• 51:41
Speaker 2: I'm talking about Dallas. Yeah, Dallas is the black team.
• 51:45
Speaker 2: The Eagles is the white team.
• 51:46
Speaker 7: So Dallas, because they have too many black guys on
• 51:47
Speaker 7: their team, will not be able to play well is
• 51:49
  Speaker 7: what you're saying.
• 51:52
Speaker 2: Yeah. That is. All right. I'm joking. That's a quote graphic.
• 51:56
Speaker 2: That's a quote graphic on that. No context. No context.
• 52:00
Speaker 2: I am joking. But yeah, that's how I see it.
• 52:04
Speaker 2: All right. I'm Dallas. I'm Dallas. For all the reasons
• 52:06
  Speaker 2: you were talking about. I actually, I don't like, I
• 52:09
Speaker 2: know there's no, I love Dallas. I like the Eagles.
• 52:12
Speaker 2: I like the Eagles possibly getting Fourth. That's crazy. In
• 52:18
Speaker 2: this division? Harbaugh at the Giants. JD5 having a comeback
• 52:23
Speaker 2: here this year. He got a building.
• 52:25
Speaker 1: There might be a world where the Eagles are in
• 52:28
  Speaker 1: fourth place.
• 52:29
  Speaker 2: I don't see it. Talent-wise, yeah. Talent-wise, they've got it, brother.
• 52:33
  Speaker 2: There's a world. There's a world.
• 52:34
  Speaker 4: Where?
• 52:35
Speaker 2: That's a good division. You have the pre-teen Caucasians and
• 52:38
Speaker 2: the Giants. In 2006, it was a world for sure. Okay.
• 52:43
Speaker 6: I don't know how they did them.
• 52:44
Speaker 2: The Giants didn't win it. I'm talking about the Eagles.
• 52:49
  Speaker 1: I know.
• 52:51
Speaker 2: I'm with you. I'm with you. Are you going Dallas
• 52:52
Speaker 2: as well? I'm going Dallas.
• 52:54
Speaker 6: Hey, what year was that when the Eagles had the
• 52:56
  Speaker 6: dream team?
• 52:58
  Speaker 1: Huh?
• 52:58
Speaker 6: What year was that?
• 52:59
  Speaker 2: 2011?
• 52:59
Speaker 6: Eagles had the dream team? Vince Young, Deshaun Jackson.
• 53:02
Speaker 2: 2026? Oh, my bad. My bad. Anyway.
• 53:06
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 53:07
Speaker 6: Hey, on paper, they look phenomenal.
• 53:09
Speaker 2: They look phenomenal. They look phenomenal.
• 53:11
Speaker 7: From offensive line to running back, Jalen Hurts. Wide receiver
• 53:15
Speaker 7: adding out of USC. I always want to say Malachi.
• 53:17
  Speaker 6: Makai, Lemon.
• 53:18
  Speaker 7: I know he's been dealing with a little hammy, a
• 53:20
Speaker 7: little soft tish, but he'll be all right when he
• 53:22
  Speaker 7: gets in there.
• 53:23
Speaker 6: Defense, he'll be all right. There's a rumor taking place
• 53:27
  Speaker 6: about the A.J.
• 53:27
  Speaker 2: Brown curse, man.
• 53:29
Speaker 6: Cooper Dejean back there.
• 53:30
  Speaker 3: Rumors.
• 53:31
Speaker 2: Yeah, like, look, who's the other.
• 53:33
Speaker 7: Joker back there, the all-pro or pro-baller? Quinion Mitchell.
• 53:37
  Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
• 53:38
Speaker 6: Zach Vaughn, Jalen Carter.
• 53:40
Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. Jordan Daniels. No, you're right.
• 53:43
Speaker 7: I can talk myself out when I look at it.
• 53:45
Speaker 2: On paper, you're right.
• 53:47
Speaker 6: But the game has to be played. It's not played
• 53:49
  Speaker 6: on paper.
• 53:49
  Speaker 2: You're right.
• 53:50
Speaker 7: And Dak Prescott going to throw for close to 5,000.
• 53:52
Speaker 2: Part of that is the push-tush is still a thing. Twice.
• 53:56
  Speaker 6: Push-push.
• 53:57
Speaker 2: Push, push. Push, push. Push, push. Push, push.
• 54:00
Speaker 6: Those are two different things. Push, push and push, push.
• 54:02
Speaker 2: If you can't stop that, you can't stop the Eagles.
• 54:04
Speaker 2: One more fun than the other. But they do have
• 54:06
Speaker 2: their fifth play caller in five years. That's true.
• 54:09
Speaker 4: Like Sean Manion coming over. He was the QB coach
• 54:11
  Speaker 4: for Green Bay.
• 54:12
  Speaker 2: Could be.
• 54:14
Speaker 4: He could be, but I'm also thinking, I wonder where
• 54:17
Speaker 4: he was on the list of coordinators even wanting to
• 54:19
Speaker 4: come to Philly with the stuff that was going on
• 54:21
  Speaker 4: last year.
• 54:22
  Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
• 54:23
Speaker 6: Was he hired before the A.J.
• 54:24
  Speaker 2: Brown trade?
• 54:26
Speaker 7: Or maybe they knew all along. Maybe they let me in. No,
• 54:28
  Speaker 7: I think we're getting rid.
• 54:29
  Speaker 2: Of Bud here.
• 54:29
Speaker 7: He could inject some, you know, like all these other
• 54:35
  Speaker 7: young coordinators.
• 54:36
Speaker 2: I'm just saying another coordinator, fifth.
• 54:37
Speaker 7: One in five years.
• 54:38
Speaker 2: I think it's going to be tight.
• 54:39
Speaker 8: It's going to be tight.
• 54:40
  Speaker 6: Taking the Cowboys.
• 54:40
Speaker 2: Yeah, just like, I like Dallas. I like Dallas. Everyone
• 54:43
Speaker 2: going Dallas and I'm going Eagles. Eagles.
• 54:45
Speaker 6: Means you'll probably win.
• 54:48
Speaker 2: Great. I love that so much, dude.
• 54:54
  Speaker 8: I love it.
• 54:55
Speaker 1: All right, NFC North, Detroit Lions, plus 160. Green Bay Packers,
• 54:59
Speaker 1: plus 270. Chicago Bears are plus 310. And the Minnesota
• 55:03
Speaker 1: Vikings are plus 420. Shout out to them.
• 55:07
Speaker 6: Let me kick this off.
• 55:09
  Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
• 55:09
Speaker 1: Talk to us, man.
• 55:12
Speaker 6: I might be a homer here.
• 55:13
  Speaker 2: Maybe. Maybe.
• 55:15
Speaker 7: I might have played two years in there.
• 55:19
Speaker 6: I like the Green Bay Packers.
• 55:21
Speaker 7: I like the Green Bay Packers. Listen, brother, 9-3-1 out
• 55:26
Speaker 7: there in Denver when Micah Parsons goes down, okay? They
• 55:30
Speaker 7: go like 0-5. They had horrible luck with his injury.
• 55:34
Speaker 7: Tucker Kraft receivers were in and out of the lineup.
• 55:37
Speaker 7: They had no leadership, okay? They have that epic failure
• 55:40
Speaker 7: in the wildcard game against the Chicago Bears. All reasons
• 55:43
Speaker 7: to be down on them. I understand that. But Jordan Love,
• 55:46
Speaker 7: a career-high player. and completion percentage. I'm looking at my
• 55:50
Speaker 7: notes here. And Marshawn Lloyd, also out of USC, has
• 55:53
Speaker 7: looked real good. He's dealt with some injuries with the
• 55:55
Speaker 7: Josh Jacobs suspension. But I also see that as an
• 55:58
Speaker 7: opportunity because USC, sorry, Green Bay, hands the ball off early.
• 56:02
Speaker 7: But now, is Jordan Love going to be throwing it
• 56:06
Speaker 7: 30 times? Is he going to be throwing it now
• 56:08
Speaker 7: 35 times a game instead of 30? Like with how
• 56:11
Speaker 7: accurate he is? He's done more for the team because
• 56:15
Speaker 7: of the inconsistencies at the wide receiver positions.
• 56:18
Speaker 2: So I like them.
• 56:20
Speaker 7: You get Micah coming back after four or six weeks,
• 56:24
Speaker 7: you know, trajectories up, Tucker Kraft's back. Let's just assume
• 56:27
Speaker 7: we all stay healthy. You got a Christian Watson.
• 56:30
Speaker 2: Is it Jaden Reed?
• 56:30
Speaker 7: Is that the other one? Man, I like them. I
• 56:34
Speaker 7: like them to get it done. You know, it might be,
• 56:36
Speaker 7: it might be ugly. It might be, you know, 11
• 56:37
Speaker 7: and six or something might be, you know, tied up
• 56:40
Speaker 7: there at the top, but division will be tough.
• 56:42
Speaker 6: Division will be tough. The meat grinder.
• 56:46
Speaker 2: Bit of a meat grinder.
• 56:46
Speaker 7: The pack is back.
• 56:48
Speaker 2: Yeah, they brought in Jonu Smith, too. They did bring
• 56:51
Speaker 2: in a couple tight ends. Yeah, they did. Yeah, it's
• 56:52
Speaker 2: going to be crazy.
• 56:54
Speaker 6: But I still think Tucker Kraft's going to start.
• 56:56
Speaker 2: I think this is a coin flip between us.
• 56:59
Speaker 1: Jonu Smith pulls. Got Jonu Smith.
• 57:03
Speaker 6: They got Kyle Van Orn.
• 57:04
Speaker 2: Any time he's done that, though, they've been nice. They've
• 57:08
Speaker 2: been nice. They had to be quarterbacks. Yeah, they've been nice.
• 57:11
Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on Kyler Murray this year? I
• 57:15
Speaker 1: think Minnesota could be masters of chaos. I think it
• 57:17
Speaker 1: could be masters of chaos, too. You like Kyler Murray?
• 57:20
Speaker 2: In Minnesota over JJ? Well, he's already been decided. JJ's
• 57:24
Speaker 2: just like 30. That's the option.
• 57:26
Speaker 1: The reason why I'm asking you is if you look
• 57:28
Speaker 1: back at the last two years, you have called something
• 57:30
Speaker 1: from the quarterback position that's like, oh, shit, Delaney might
• 57:32
Speaker 1: know his stuff when it comes to quarterbacks. And so
• 57:35
Speaker 1: I just look at the Minnesota Vikings, O'Connell, all the boys.
• 57:38
Speaker 1: I just want to know, what is your thought on
• 57:40
  Speaker 1: the quarterback?
• 57:40
Speaker 2: Did Grand Theft Auto come out? It came out? It's over.
• 57:45
Speaker 6: Hey, I like this connection he's making.
• 57:47
  Speaker 2: It's over.
• 57:49
Speaker 6: He'll start eating though and then go down the hills.
• 57:52
Speaker 2: I got you. Damn, man. I'm scared of it. Next
• 57:55
Speaker 2: level analytics. I'm scared of it. And he in Minnesota.
• 57:58
Speaker 2: Nothing to do in Minnesota. But play games. But play
• 58:01
Speaker 2: video games, yeah. Go fishing in the summertime, I guess.
• 58:03
Speaker 2: Ice fishing, eh? Walleye.
• 58:05
  Speaker 8: Oh, yeah, yeah.
• 58:06
  Speaker 2: I know, eh? My old man's from Minnesota. I don't
• 58:11
Speaker 2: like Minnesota. Lions? You're Minnesota? No, not Lions. Not Lions. Packers. Sorry, Packers.
• 58:15
  Speaker 5: I said it's a coin flip, and I got to
• 58:19
Speaker 5: go Packers. The Lions always let me down. I try
• 58:21
Speaker 5: to go with the Lions. I had some injuries last year. Yeah,
• 58:24
Speaker 5: they let me down all the time. So I'm going
• 58:26
Speaker 5: to take the Packers, bro. I know we're probably going
• 58:29
Speaker 5: to be different on this when I can feel it,
• 58:31
Speaker 5: but I got to.
• 58:32
Speaker 2: Go with my dog with the Packers. I like the cheesehead. Yeah.
• 58:35
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 58:35
Speaker 2: You gotta go with my dog.
• 58:36
Speaker 7: Hey, you would have looked good in green and gold too.
• 58:38
Speaker 7: A-Rod throwing you the ball. You probably would have had
• 58:40
  Speaker 7: 1400 yards, 10 tubs.
• 58:41
Speaker 2: He'd been like a seven time pro.
• 58:42
Speaker 6: Bro, you would have been shooing Hall of Fame already.
• 58:44
Speaker 6: You wouldn't just be a nominee.
• 58:45
Speaker 2: Trust me. Yeah. I would have loved to play with him.
• 58:48
Speaker 2: I talk a lot of shit, but I love the dude. Yeah.
• 58:49
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 58:50
Speaker 2: Who do you got? Did you want to go? I
• 58:52
Speaker 2: don't know. You don't know? I kind of want to
• 58:54
Speaker 2: pass on this division.
• 58:55
  Speaker 9: Okay.
• 58:55
Speaker 2: Pass the division. Whoa, whoa, whoa. I mean, I'm good.
• 58:58
Speaker 2: You got to use a unit. He'll say it. He'll
• 59:00
Speaker 2: say it, team. All right.
• 59:01
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 59:02
Speaker 2: I'm going to take the Bears.
• 59:03
Speaker 1: Ben Johnson here too, Caleb Williams. I know they lose more,
• 59:07
Speaker 1: but it's like all the conversations last year going into
• 59:10
Speaker 1: the season was, oh, Ben Johnson, Caleb Williams, they're not
• 59:14
Speaker 1: getting along. He's coming up after preseason games. We look
• 59:16
  Speaker 1: like shit.
• 59:17
  Speaker 2: All the things.
• 59:18
Speaker 1: They're saying all the bad stuff. And then they do
• 59:20
Speaker 1: what they did the last season. And they just take
• 59:22
Speaker 1: a massive step, and Ben Johnson is a psychopath on
• 59:26
Speaker 1: the offensive side of the ball. Defense, a little more opportunistic.
• 59:29
Speaker 1: We'll see what happens there. But I love Caleb Williams
• 59:32
Speaker 1: taking another massive step this year.
• 59:34
Speaker 2: I like that. I feel good. I feel really good
• 59:37
Speaker 2: about the Bears. I like Chicago, too. They look good.
• 59:40
Speaker 6: Hey, what have I been saying?
• 59:43
  Speaker 2: Regression.
• 59:44
Speaker 7: Hey, they won the division, right?
• 59:47
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 59:47
Speaker 7: Yeah, they won the division. Harder schedule. Second year, Ben Johns.
• 59:51
Speaker 7: Every time you're trying to scheme up on a new OC,
• 59:53
Speaker 7: those games are always tough. And now you've got a
• 59:55
Speaker 7: year's worth of film. I do think Caleb Williams continues
• 59:58
Speaker 7: to progress. I think that team does as well, but
• 1:00:01
Speaker 7: I don't see them getting as many wins. Maybe it's
• 1:00:03
Speaker 7: 11 and 6 at the end between the two teams,
• 1:00:07
Speaker 7: 12 and 5, whatever it is.
• 1:00:08
  Speaker 6: I think I like him.
• 1:00:11
Speaker 1: My only pushback to your statement is, after you get
• 1:00:13
Speaker 1: a year of watching a head coach and his scheme,
• 1:00:15
Speaker 1: it's like, we got to see that at the Lions.
• 1:00:17
Speaker 1: All three of these other teams got to watch Ben Johnson,
• 1:00:21
Speaker 1: how he goes about everything.
• 1:00:22
Speaker 7: Yeah, but Jared Goff wasn't doing what Caleb Williams, the
• 1:00:24
Speaker 7: nice man, was doing.
• 1:00:26
  Speaker 2: You feel me?
• 1:00:27
Speaker 1: There was a game, I don't remember which game it was,
• 1:00:29
Speaker 1: in like week two, where a quarterback tripped and they
• 1:00:31
Speaker 1: saw a safety come up. And Ben Johnson took that
• 1:00:34
Speaker 1: in week eight and was like, we're going to make
• 1:00:36
Speaker 1: a fake trip play action pass off of that. And
• 1:00:38
Speaker 1: that's where his brain just works on a different level
• 1:00:41
Speaker 1: from an offensive side of the ball. And Caleb, truly,
• 1:00:43
Speaker 1: if Caleb can just learn to throw a strike from
• 1:00:46
Speaker 1: inside the pocket, there's really no stopping this kid. Because
• 1:00:49
Speaker 1: when he does get out of sorts, he runs all
• 1:00:50
  Speaker 1: over the place.
• 1:00:51
Speaker 2: It's magic. Defensively, it could be the... the problem. How
• 1:00:55
Speaker 2: they get neutralized. Cause last year they were very opportunistic.
• 1:00:58
Speaker 4: Like they had a lot of turnovers, even though they were,
• 1:00:59
Speaker 4: they were bottom of the barrel in a lot of categories.
• 1:01:02
Speaker 2: They lost him. Yeah.
• 1:01:03
Speaker 6: Like first team all pro, like six, seven picks.
• 1:01:06
Speaker 4: But all the defensive categories, they were like bottom 10
• 1:01:08
Speaker 4: in the league, but they, they would get, they were
• 1:01:10
  Speaker 4: very opportunistic.
• 1:01:11
Speaker 2: They'd get a lot of takeaways. I'm just going to
• 1:01:13
Speaker 2: throw my unit on the Detroit lions. Do it. Dan Campbell.
• 1:01:16
Speaker 2: That's what I'm just going to put by you.
• 1:01:18
Speaker 4: Just Dan Campbell. I think they're just in a pocket.
• 1:01:20
Speaker 4: He would just love to be there. But they're the favorite.
• 1:01:23
Speaker 4: I'm just going to take the favorite. Sneaky, if they
• 1:01:25
Speaker 4: have a down year this year.
• 1:01:27
Speaker 2: Yeah. Sneaky Agap. Sneaky Agap. I hate it.
• 1:01:33
Speaker 1: I think the Detroit should not do it. But just
• 1:01:37
Speaker 1: putting that out there.
• 1:01:39
  Speaker 2: Keep your eye.
• 1:01:39
Speaker 4: I'm laughing too in the middle of you guys' discussion
• 1:01:41
Speaker 4: because Delaney just looks over at me. You guys are
• 1:01:43
Speaker 4: talking like Caleb Williams and Delaney's like, that's what I'm saying.
• 1:01:46
Speaker 4: I'm just thinking like where you pick the Packers.
• 1:01:49
Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, both can be true. Sounds like you
• 1:01:54
Speaker 2: like the Bears a lot this year. I do like
• 1:01:56
  Speaker 2: the Bears.
• 1:01:57
Speaker 6: But I love my pack.
• 1:02:00
Speaker 2: We got the quote. We got the quote. I love
• 1:02:04
Speaker 2: the Bears. I love the Bears.
• 1:02:07
Speaker 7: I like the Bears. I love the pack.
• 1:02:10
Speaker 6: But I love the pack.
• 1:02:11
Speaker 2: But I'm saying just for our socials. That'll be a
• 1:02:14
Speaker 2: cool graphic. Yeah. Great.
• 1:02:15
  Speaker 6: I love you.
• 1:02:16
Speaker 2: I love the team you got here.
• 1:02:18
  Speaker 6: Okay?
• 1:02:19
  Speaker 2: Pack.
• 1:02:19
Speaker 1: NFC South, do we want to say our winners on three?
• 1:02:23
Speaker 2: Because I feel like we all could be alone. Hold on,
• 1:02:25
Speaker 2: hold on, hold on. Boys, boys, just a little league-wide nugget.
• 1:02:27
Speaker 7: In the last 20 of the last 23 seasons, at
• 1:02:27
Speaker 7: least one team has gone from worst to first.
• 1:02:31
  Speaker 2: Carolina.
• 1:02:44
Speaker 7: And that's why I'm taking the New Orleans Saints to
• 1:02:47
Speaker 7: win the NFC South.
• 1:02:49
  Speaker 2: Broler, Broler.
• 1:02:51
Speaker 7: That's not even what I want to say.
• 1:02:51
Speaker 2: I'm looking at this.
• 1:02:52
Speaker 7: Bro, Tyler Shuck finished the season four and one. He
• 1:02:56
Speaker 7: beat the divisional winner Carolina Panthers twice with him starting
• 1:03:01
Speaker 7: right there. Kellen Moore going into his second year. Still
• 1:03:04
Speaker 7: got Kamara. What's up with the contract? I know he's injured. Actually,
• 1:03:07
Speaker 7: I took a little hit because I did read that
• 1:03:09
Speaker 7: Jordan Tyson He's out for, he's on IR. But they
• 1:03:14
Speaker 7: bring in Travis Etienne Jr. Hey, Cam Jordan finishing up
• 1:03:19
Speaker 7: over there. It's a weak division. Falcons don't have a quarterback. Carolina,
• 1:03:24
Speaker 7: like they backed their way into the playoffs last year.
• 1:03:26
Speaker 1: Hell of a linebackers coach over there at the Panthers.
• 1:03:28
Speaker 1: Hell of a linebackers coach.
• 1:03:30
Speaker 7: Tampa, I understand. That should be the sexy pick. But
• 1:03:33
Speaker 7: I'm playing the odds. This is a gambling show after.
• 1:03:35
  Speaker 2: All, right?
• 1:03:35
Speaker 7: 20 out of 23 years, there's at least one team
• 1:03:38
Speaker 7: that has flipped from worst to first.
• 1:03:41
Speaker 2: Give me the New Orleans Saints. I like it. Give
• 1:03:43
Speaker 2: me the New Orleans Saints. I like it. Give me
• 1:03:44
  Speaker 2: Tampa Bay.
• 1:03:45
  Speaker 7: Oh.
• 1:03:46
Speaker 2: Yeah, I like Tampa Bay.
• 1:03:47
Speaker 1: I like Baker Mayfield chip on his shoulder.
• 1:03:50
Speaker 7: What happens if it gets rocky all of a sudden?
• 1:03:52
Speaker 2: Screw this team. It's not going to get rocky. It's not.
• 1:03:55
Speaker 1: This guy thrives on people being like, you can't do this. Hey, Baker,
• 1:04:00
Speaker 1: you can't do it. You're too small. You have to
• 1:04:02
Speaker 1: walk on, transfer to Oklahoma. First overall pick. You have
• 1:04:05
Speaker 1: great years at Cleveland. Then all of a sudden, they
• 1:04:07
Speaker 1: trade for Deshaun Watson. So you have to go bounce around.
• 1:04:10
Speaker 1: Two days notice at the Rams.
• 1:04:11
  Speaker 2: Get it done.
• 1:04:12
Speaker 1: Two-minute drive to win the game after that. This dude
• 1:04:15
Speaker 1: thrives in chaos. He's the type of cat that strikes
• 1:04:17
Speaker 1: me when everything's going good in his life.
• 1:04:18
Speaker 2: He feels a little shaky himself. He needs that chip of.
• 1:04:22
Speaker 1: The shoulder for Tampa Bay to be like, we'll offer
• 1:04:23
Speaker 1: you this. And he's like, I'm not, I'm worth more
• 1:04:25
Speaker 1: than they're like, this is what we think you're worth.
• 1:04:26
Speaker 1: That's all he needs. I like, I like Baker. I like,
• 1:04:29
Speaker 1: I like the Bucs. Not the sexy pick because of
• 1:04:31
Speaker 1: the team to win it.
• 1:04:33
  Speaker 2: Plus 175.
• 1:04:33
Speaker 6: I would say it would be the safest pick.
• 1:04:35
Speaker 2: One of these odds is the safest pick.
• 1:04:38
  Speaker 7: It's a gambling show.
• 1:04:39
  Speaker 2: It's a gambling show. Carolina Panthers. I'm on a unit
• 1:04:43
Speaker 2: on Carolina Panthers. Bryce Young is going up. I thought
• 1:04:48
Speaker 2: you wanted the Saints. I did until he said that.
• 1:04:50
Speaker 2: Now I'm one of the Panthers. Is he the problem? No, no,
• 1:04:53
Speaker 2: he's not the problem. Is Klay the problem too? I
• 1:04:55
Speaker 2: was going to Saints.
• 1:04:55
Speaker 5: I thought everybody else was going to go away from
• 1:04:57
Speaker 5: the Saints and then you got them first.
• 1:05:00
  Speaker 2: That doesn't mean you can't.
• 1:05:01
Speaker 5: I don't want it. This is how you separate yourself
• 1:05:04
Speaker 5: at the end of the show. That's how I was
• 1:05:06
Speaker 5: able to win last year.
• 1:05:08
Speaker 2: Strategy. Strategy. Strategy. So I'm going Carolina.
• 1:05:16
Speaker 6: What about sticking with your, your morals and your beliefs?
• 1:05:18
Speaker 7: Like if you believe the new Orleans saints are going
• 1:05:20
Speaker 7: to win, like don't be influenced by others. You want
• 1:05:22
  Speaker 7: a cigarette Delaney?
• 1:05:23
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:05:23
Speaker 6: Let me get a hit of that. Like, Oh, cause
• 1:05:26
Speaker 6: you don't want to smoke. It's bad for you.
• 1:05:27
  Speaker 2: You know me.
• 1:05:28
Speaker 5: I want to hear what you guys got to say.
• 1:05:30
Speaker 1: And then I'll take a cigarette.
• 1:05:34
Speaker 6: Oh, you'll take that cigarette.
• 1:05:35
Speaker 2: Okay. Sorry. You'll take it.
• 1:05:37
Speaker 7: But dare, dare to not smoke, dare to pick the
• 1:05:41
  Speaker 7: new Orleans saints.
• 1:05:42
Speaker 2: I'll take a Lucy. But, yeah, I'll take a little seat.
• 1:05:47
Speaker 2: I got to go with the Panthers, man.
• 1:05:49
  Speaker 7: Tell me why.
• 1:05:50
Speaker 2: Bryce Young, up and coming. I think he's the weakest division.
• 1:05:54
Speaker 7: He's been there, what?
• 1:05:55
Speaker 2: I'm just saying he's balling now. He's starting to find
• 1:05:57
  Speaker 2: his way.
• 1:05:57
Speaker 5: He's trying to make a name for himself in the NFL.
• 1:06:01
Speaker 5: They have the weakest division, and I think this guy
• 1:06:03
Speaker 5: can turn around and show up.
• 1:06:05
Speaker 2: He's giving us the quarterback. I'm telling you. Bryce Young
• 1:06:07
Speaker 2: this year. I'm telling you.
• 1:06:10
Speaker 4: And you might have swayed me, but I I think
• 1:06:13
Speaker 4: I'm gonna stay with the Saints. Kellen Moore, year two.
• 1:06:16
Speaker 4: You get Jordan Tyson out of Arizona State. I know,
• 1:06:20
Speaker 4: but does he need to come back?
• 1:06:22
  Speaker 2: Maybe.
• 1:06:23
Speaker 7: Was it ACL, hamstring?
• 1:06:28
Speaker 2: Okay, he'll be back. Week six? That's all right.
• 1:06:32
Speaker 7: Hey, we just go four and two?
• 1:06:34
Speaker 2: Four and two, and we get the takeoff.
• 1:06:36
Speaker 6: Just a massive thing.
• 1:06:38
Speaker 2: I mean, he got a lave. I gave him that, but.
• 1:06:41
Speaker 2: Just a big Kellen Moore guy. Yeah. I'm a big
• 1:06:43
Speaker 2: Kellen Moore guy. Big Kellen Moore guy. Didn't pick him
• 1:06:45
Speaker 2: off in 16, but I'm going Saints. I'm going Saints.
• 1:06:49
Speaker 4: To me, honestly, in my brain, it was out of
• 1:06:52
Speaker 4: the Saints and the Panthers because they had some pieces
• 1:06:54
Speaker 4: on the offensive line through the draft and free agency.
• 1:06:57
Speaker 4: They had a good running game going last year. It
• 1:06:59
Speaker 4: got Bryce Young a lot more comfortable. He was making
• 1:07:01
Speaker 4: a lot of– Orlowski would always break it down to
• 1:07:04
Speaker 4: how well Bryce Young was doing because all the pressure
• 1:07:07
Speaker 4: and the haters kind of talk about Bryce Young.
• 1:07:11
Speaker 2: Love Darren Bates. Friend of the show. Friend of the show.
• 1:07:14
Speaker 2: Friend of our lives.
• 1:07:14
Speaker 4: Yeah, friend of our lives. But I'll put my unit,
• 1:07:18
Speaker 4: I'll place my unit on the New Orleans Saints.
• 1:07:20
Speaker 2: I love it. I like it.
• 1:07:20
Speaker 1: Before we go to NFC West, can I just, I
• 1:07:22
Speaker 1: had to pee real bad.
• 1:07:23
Speaker 6: I thought I heard you say that earlier.
• 1:07:24
  Speaker 2: I did.
• 1:07:24
Speaker 1: I was going to stand up, but I was like,
• 1:07:26
Speaker 1: let me just wait for a good break.
• 1:07:26
Speaker 2: I thought he was joking because I said the Panthers. No,
• 1:07:29
Speaker 2: I was like, I got to pee, and I was like, well,
• 1:07:30
Speaker 2: I'm just going to stand up. Do you guys mind?
• 1:07:31
Speaker 2: We'll take a quick time. Flip it. Quick tea. Quick tea.
• 1:07:33
  Speaker 2: Quick tea.
• 1:07:33
  Speaker 1: Just quick tea.
• 1:07:34
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 1:07:34
Speaker 4: We interrupt this episode to bring you and shout out Neutral.
• 1:07:38
Speaker 4: Neutral tastes great and tastes so much better than what
• 1:07:40
Speaker 4: else is out there. Neutral is made with real vodka
• 1:07:42
Speaker 4: and real juice. That's what makes it delicious. A couple
• 1:07:44
Speaker 4: flavors in the Rolodex, pineapple, watermelon. They have new flavors,
• 1:07:47
Speaker 4: lime and strawberry. They are perfect for social occasions. Think
• 1:07:51
Speaker 4: beach with friends, an outdoor bar, on the lake at
• 1:07:55
Speaker 4: a music festival, watching ball with the boys. It's the
• 1:07:57
Speaker 4: perfect time of year to grab a 12-pack of Neutral
• 1:08:00
Speaker 4: for the beach or grab a bucket deal in your
• 1:08:02
Speaker 4: favorite bar to celebrate summer and celebrate football.
• 1:08:06
Speaker 2: Neutral, keep it tasty. We're back.
• 1:08:11
Speaker 6: Did we all give our picks?
• 1:08:12
Speaker 2: Not on this one. On the NFC South? Yeah, on
• 1:08:15
Speaker 2: the South we did. West? NFC West, the main event.
• 1:08:21
Speaker 2: If they don't win it, we got to reevaluate Sean McVay.
• 1:08:24
Speaker 2: They got too good of a roster. The roster's incredible.
• 1:08:27
Speaker 2: We all got to be leaning on this team.
• 1:08:29
Speaker 1: It's like, it sucks.
• 1:08:30
Speaker 6: That's the easy pick though, boys.
• 1:08:33
  Speaker 2: Okay.
• 1:08:34
Speaker 7: See, I mean, this is a great division.
• 1:08:36
Speaker 4: My unit is going to the Rams. It is the
• 1:08:39
Speaker 4: easy pick. That's where the minus 110. It is the
• 1:08:42
Speaker 4: easiest pick. but how do you just not?
• 1:08:45
  Speaker 2: You're absolutely right.
• 1:08:46
Speaker 6: How do you not? Injury, and we're not, let's not
• 1:08:49
Speaker 6: play that game, but injury.
• 1:08:50
Speaker 2: You want Stafford to get injured?
• 1:08:51
Speaker 7: No, no, no, no. I'm just saying, like, if we're
• 1:08:53
Speaker 7: going to look at all these teams and say, but
• 1:08:54
Speaker 7: that'll be the only thing that should limit this team.
• 1:08:58
Speaker 2: We're up this episode to bring you forward. presented by Ford.
• 1:09:00
Speaker 1: A hard day's work starts with one thing, someone willing
• 1:09:04
  Speaker 1: to do it. And where there's a will, there's a
• 1:09:06
Speaker 1: Ford F-Series truck. The F-150 and Super Duty put capability
• 1:09:10
Speaker 1: where it belongs, in your hands. To help you tow
• 1:09:12
Speaker 1: what the job demands, power through the day's work, take
• 1:09:16
Speaker 1: on the task in front of you and what you
• 1:09:17
Speaker 1: never saw coming. Determination shows up wherever you do. And
• 1:09:21
Speaker 1: so does your truck. Visit Ford.com or your local Ford
• 1:09:24
Speaker 1: dealer for more information.
• 1:09:26
Speaker 2: Ready, set, forward. Built for tough. Let's get back to
• 1:09:30
Speaker 2: this episode. NFC West.
• 1:09:35
  Speaker 1: Rams.
• 1:09:37
  Speaker 2: Rams.
• 1:09:37
  Speaker 6: That's it?
• 1:09:39
Speaker 1: I mean, Seattle, obviously, they won the Super Bowl last year.
• 1:09:41
Speaker 1: You always gotta assume that a hand was in tape.
• 1:09:43
  Speaker 1: I think it'll be really competitive. 49ers are fighting 5G.
• 1:09:47
  Speaker 2: The injuries.
• 1:09:48
Speaker 1: That could be tough. I love their entire roster. But
• 1:09:51
Speaker 1: the Rams, like, I don't think the Rams... I think
• 1:09:54
Speaker 1: the Rams are going to win the division. I think
• 1:09:56
Speaker 1: there's an opportunity here to see a team go undefeated.
• 1:09:59
Speaker 1: Like that's, I can see them winning every single game
• 1:10:01
  Speaker 1: this year.
• 1:10:03
Speaker 2: And winning it all. I want to say that. It's
• 1:10:06
Speaker 2: the NFL, buddy. No, no, I'm just saying like that.
• 1:10:08
  Speaker 7: It is.
• 1:10:09
  Speaker 3: Well, why?
• 1:10:09
Speaker 2: Tell us. Tell us why. I love the balls.
• 1:10:12
Speaker 7: Between Miles Garrett and Aaron Donald, like an offense is
• 1:10:15
Speaker 7: never going to score any points. But, you know, Matthew Stafford,
• 1:10:20
Speaker 7: 17 games again, like in years. 17, 18, like, obviously
• 1:10:25
Speaker 7: he can do it, but he's got to stay healthy.
• 1:10:27
Speaker 2: Think about that. No doubt. This is, if you're going
• 1:10:30
Speaker 2: to go undefeated, it's going to be turn injuries off.
• 1:10:32
  Speaker 7: Sure.
• 1:10:32
Speaker 1: Maddie Stafford, returning MVP, Puka Nakua, Devontae Adams. You have
• 1:10:36
Speaker 1: two great running backs.
• 1:10:38
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:10:38
Speaker 1: That I'm really high on. So from an offensive standpoint,
• 1:10:41
Speaker 1: then there's Sean McVay's mind like that. So you're always
• 1:10:43
Speaker 1: going to be in a game from an offensive standpoint.
• 1:10:45
Speaker 1: Your back end can be average. when you have Aaron
• 1:10:49
Speaker 1: Donald at 60% of what he was, and then Miles Garrett,
• 1:10:51
Speaker 1: who just set a record, was the defensive player of
• 1:10:53
Speaker 1: the year. But they're not going to be with McDuffie.
• 1:10:57
Speaker 1: We're going to validate your point and say they were.
• 1:11:00
Speaker 7: Because Sam Donald threw for 350 and three touchdowns, so
• 1:11:04
Speaker 7: they go out and get McDuffie and Jalen Watson from
• 1:11:07
Speaker 7: the Chiefs to show up the back end. So now
• 1:11:09
Speaker 7: it's like, Okay, they never had a problem with their
• 1:11:11
Speaker 7: pass rush with Jared Vers, Byron Young, those boys up front,
• 1:11:13
Speaker 7: but all they do is upgrade to two first ballot
• 1:11:17
  Speaker 7: Hall of Famers.
• 1:11:19
  Speaker 2: I'm with you.
• 1:11:19
Speaker 7: I'm trying to speak into existence a world where they
• 1:11:23
  Speaker 7: don't win.
• 1:11:24
Speaker 2: The world where they don't win is just.
• 1:11:28
Speaker 1: Seahawks take off, there's injuries that take place, external factors
• 1:11:32
Speaker 1: that we don't control.
• 1:11:34
  Speaker 2: But if everything's.
• 1:11:35
Speaker 1: Fair in week one as it is in week 18,
• 1:11:37
Speaker 1: there's not a team that can beat the Rams.
• 1:11:40
Speaker 2: On a consistent basis. And Seahawks are a tough football team.
• 1:11:43
Speaker 1: Seahawks are a great football team. 49ers are a great
• 1:11:45
  Speaker 1: football team.
• 1:11:46
Speaker 2: I like the Cardinals being a little sneaky this year.
• 1:11:49
  Speaker 2: Plus 10,000. Plus 10,000. I like them being a little
• 1:11:51
  Speaker 2: sneaky this year.
• 1:11:51
Speaker 7: Their coach is already talking about their season won't be measured.
• 1:11:54
Speaker 7: The success won't be measured in wins and losses.
• 1:11:56
Speaker 2: His take was my take with the Titans. It's good hedge. Yeah.
• 1:11:59
Speaker 2: Going to be a long year for Arizona.
• 1:12:01
  Speaker 6: Jeremy, I love.
• 1:12:01
Speaker 2: Big fan of him. He look good. Carson Beck, I thought.
• 1:12:03
Speaker 2: I thought Carson Beck was good, though. He will be starting.
• 1:12:07
Speaker 2: So where are you putting your name? He will be starting.
• 1:12:09
Speaker 2: Carson Beck will be starting. That's the one. Did you
• 1:12:12
  Speaker 2: hear it?
• 1:12:13
Speaker 6: Oh, Carson Beck now?
• 1:12:14
Speaker 2: Listen. He's in Carson Beck.
• 1:12:15
Speaker 5: I'm not saying he's going to start week one, but
• 1:12:17
Speaker 5: he will be starting sooner or later.
• 1:12:19
  Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
• 1:12:20
Speaker 7: Beck went out there. He looked good last year when
• 1:12:22
Speaker 7: he came in over Murray. That's why they kept Murray
• 1:12:24
  Speaker 7: on the bench.
• 1:12:26
  Speaker 2: I feel you.
• 1:12:27
  Speaker 7: Oh, okay.
• 1:12:27
Speaker 2: But he's trying to get a lot of money, too.
• 1:12:29
Speaker 6: He's only in his rookie year. He's got a— Oh,
• 1:12:32
Speaker 6: I'm talking about— Oh, Jacoby?
• 1:12:33
  Speaker 2: Jacoby.
• 1:12:34
Speaker 7: He's going to ball out if he wants that money.
• 1:12:36
Speaker 7: He only got $ 20 million.
• 1:12:37
Speaker 2: Only. Only. Only 20 minutes. Crazy. I do like the
• 1:12:43
Speaker 2: Cardinals being more competitive. Me too.
• 1:12:45
Speaker 1: I grade them the same way as I grade the Titans.
• 1:12:46
Speaker 1: Don't look at the win-loss column. Look how they look
• 1:12:48
Speaker 1: in the fourth quarter of games. How close is it?
• 1:12:50
Speaker 1: How hard have they played?
• 1:12:51
Speaker 2: Don't look at them being fourth in the division. Just
• 1:12:53
Speaker 2: see if they got a little bit better.
• 1:12:54
Speaker 1: Yeah, just see if they got a little bit better.
• 1:12:56
Speaker 1: Because if you're going to look at the numbers, you're
• 1:12:57
Speaker 1: going to be like, all right, well, I guess they're
• 1:12:59
Speaker 1: the same. They're not the same.
• 1:13:00
Speaker 7: You asked where I was going to put my unit.
• 1:13:01
Speaker 7: I'm putting it on the Rams.
• 1:13:03
  Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
• 1:13:03
Speaker 6: To win the division. Not the Super Bowl. I'm not
• 1:13:08
Speaker 6: talking about that yet, to win the division.
• 1:13:11
Speaker 2: Okay, okay. To win the division.
• 1:13:13
Speaker 1: It sounds like that's a ceiling he just put on
• 1:13:15
  Speaker 1: right there.
• 1:13:16
Speaker 6: A glass ceiling, maybe.
• 1:13:19
Speaker 2: Punch through the glass ceiling.
• 1:13:20
Speaker 3: Does Clay have a response to Devontae Adams in his comments?
• 1:13:26
  Speaker 2: That was true.
• 1:13:27
Speaker 6: That was a true.
• 1:13:32
  Speaker 2: Story.
• 1:13:32
Speaker 1: When you saw that clip, what was going through your mind?
• 1:13:35
Speaker 7: I knew exactly what he was going to say. Cause
• 1:13:36
Speaker 7: I forget what it was like, okay, here's, here's the deal.
• 1:13:39
Speaker 7: Cause it may, it paints me however you want to
• 1:13:41
Speaker 7: look at me like, oh, he's, you know, this and that.
• 1:13:43
Speaker 7: But Devante came in and he thought the world of himself.
• 1:13:48
Speaker 7: It's like, I'm sure we all feel the world of ourselves.
• 1:13:50
Speaker 7: And that's not a negative. He went out there and
• 1:13:52
Speaker 7: he had a couple of years where he, he caught
• 1:13:55
Speaker 7: for like nine 97, like two years, pull up his stats.
• 1:13:59
Speaker 7: He could have been a, he could have been like Mike, uh,
• 1:14:01
Speaker 7: Mike Evans with, you know, whatever it is in a row,
• 1:14:04
Speaker 7: but I wanted him to, and he has, he's come
• 1:14:09
Speaker 7: to that point. So early on when he was asking,
• 1:14:11
Speaker 7: I was being a smart ass with him, just letting
• 1:14:13
Speaker 7: him know like, hey, whatever I had said, something about
• 1:14:16
Speaker 7: how many years you've been in the league, like just
• 1:14:17
Speaker 7: count the Pro Bowls or something like that.
• 1:14:19
  Speaker 2: Yeah, I did.
• 1:14:20
Speaker 6: When it mattered, when Pro Bowls mattered.
• 1:14:22
  Speaker 2: Yeah, so look.
• 1:14:24
Speaker 7: Yeah, two, see, this is how much I, like two
• 1:14:26
  Speaker 7: 997 years.
• 1:14:27
Speaker 6: And you know that's big.
• 1:14:28
Speaker 7: It's like having 10 sacks in a season versus nine.
• 1:14:31
Speaker 7: Like that's just kind of the barometer of what it
• 1:14:33
Speaker 7: was or a thousand yards receiving. So for me, I was,
• 1:14:36
Speaker 7: you know, I just, as a vet, I'm like, dawg,
• 1:14:40
Speaker 7: just lock in a little bit more.
• 1:14:41
Speaker 2: And I would say- What year was that that that happened?
• 1:14:43
Speaker 2: I have no idea. I think he explained it. It
• 1:14:44
Speaker 2: was his first year, right? His first year. His first year, like,
• 1:14:48
Speaker 2: training camp. It was his first year in training camp.
• 1:14:51
Speaker 6: No, it couldn't have been that early.
• 1:14:52
Speaker 2: He said it was his first year in training camp. Maybe.
• 1:14:54
Speaker 2: Ain't no way it was that early. He was a
• 1:14:55
Speaker 2: rookie for you to talk to him like that.
• 1:14:59
Speaker 1: I mean, if you want to talk about people talking
• 1:15:01
Speaker 1: to rookies a crazy way, there's no one worse than him.
• 1:15:03
Speaker 2: Well, that's what I'm saying because you only talk to
• 1:15:05
  Speaker 2: rookies like that.
• 1:15:06
Speaker 7: How many years have you been playing Cowboy Pro Bowls?
• 1:15:09
  Speaker 2: I wouldn't say that. I don't have a lot like him.
• 1:15:12
Speaker 7: I would say Tay really broke it. He really broke
• 1:15:17
Speaker 7: out probably in that Cowboys when we won the Dez catch,
• 1:15:23
Speaker 7: you know, and he kind of went off and started
• 1:15:25
Speaker 7: showing his wiggle and everything. But yeah, I probably was
• 1:15:28
Speaker 7: a jackass, you know, like naturally just rolling. Hey, prime
• 1:15:32
Speaker 7: of the career, like, hey, this buddy's from Fresno State, like,
• 1:15:35
Speaker 7: I got something for you.
• 1:15:36
  Speaker 2: This'll hit hard.
• 1:15:37
Speaker 1: You just finished filming Hairspray. Are you feeling yourself? Are
• 1:15:40
Speaker 1: you feeling some type of way?
• 1:15:41
Speaker 2: A couple commercials in the office.
• 1:15:42
Speaker 1: You had a hair flip.
• 1:15:44
  Speaker 6: I loved it.
• 1:15:44
Speaker 7: I shot him a text. Obviously, this was, you know,
• 1:15:46
Speaker 7: years ago when he signed with LA and whatnot, and
• 1:15:49
  Speaker 7: he's a stud.
• 1:15:50
  Speaker 2: Hall of Famer.
• 1:15:51
Speaker 6: 14 touchdowns last year, led the league.
• 1:15:55
  Speaker 2: Do it again.
• 1:15:59
Speaker 5: I mean, those was, they had some studs on Green
• 1:16:01
Speaker 5: Bay though. Like you can't sit here and be like, those.
• 1:16:04
Speaker 2: Receivers Green Bay had. Maybe you wouldn't have been a
• 1:16:06
Speaker 2: pro bowler. Who wouldn't have? You. I said receivers. They
• 1:16:09
Speaker 2: had so many weapons. Not tight end. Yeah, but they
• 1:16:11
Speaker 2: had so many weapons. No, tight, bro, tight end.
• 1:16:13
Speaker 7: Cause we lost Jermichael Finley.
• 1:16:15
  Speaker 2: Jermichael Finley.
• 1:16:15
Speaker 7: Like, I think he broke something in his neck and was.
• 1:16:19
Speaker 6: That what it was?
• 1:16:21
Speaker 7: And then it was after that it was kind of
• 1:16:23
  Speaker 7: like uh yeah.
• 1:16:25
Speaker 6: Buddy from cal i'm blanking on richard rogers.
• 1:16:28
Speaker 5: And then you have big cuz that's still oh he
• 1:16:30
Speaker 5: came in mercedes lewis.
• 1:16:32
Speaker 7: Big cuz big i love bro big cuz hey mercedes
• 1:16:38
Speaker 7: and training camp blocking he was a problem he's so
• 1:16:42
Speaker 7: big he knew why he was there too you know
• 1:16:44
Speaker 7: it's like yeah you're gonna get four catches maybe a
• 1:16:46
Speaker 7: touchdown but Oh my God.
• 1:16:49
Speaker 6: I was like trying to disengage.
• 1:16:50
Speaker 2: Every time I see him, I'm like, how am I
• 1:16:52
Speaker 2: fucking tight end? This guy is.
• 1:16:56
Speaker 1: I feel like Miles Garrett. Pay or Thomas or Whitworth.
• 1:17:00
Speaker 1: I'd be like, we play, I play tackle too. This
• 1:17:03
  Speaker 1: is fucking nuts.
• 1:17:04
Speaker 2: Nuts. Yeah. Oh, we all feel good on the West.
• 1:17:07
Speaker 2: We're all Rams across the board. Rams across the board.
• 1:17:10
Speaker 2: Smartest bet you can possibly have. What's next on the docket?
• 1:17:16
Speaker 2: Who wins the NMC championship.
• 1:17:21
Speaker 6: Our parlay would be the Super Bowl.
• 1:17:23
Speaker 7: Who's playing in the Super Bowl?
• 1:17:28
Speaker 6: I mean, you boys already said the Rams.
• 1:17:30
Speaker 2: No, I got the Rams in the Super Bowl for sure.
• 1:17:32
Speaker 2: So I got the Rams winning the NFC.
• 1:17:33
Speaker 1: I'm just trying to kind of filter my brain like AFC.
• 1:17:37
Speaker 4: Just imagine the Rams. Think about the way you feel
• 1:17:40
Speaker 4: about the Houston, Texas defense. And your question mark is
• 1:17:43
Speaker 4: just the quarterback. The Rams have everything.
• 1:17:48
Speaker 2: Everything, bro. I'm with you. Defense elite, offense elite, MVP,
• 1:17:54
Speaker 2: weapons everywhere. Run games. Yeah. They got it all.
• 1:17:59
Speaker 6: That's why we play the game, though.
• 1:18:00
Speaker 2: That's why we play the game.
• 1:18:01
Speaker 7: And playoffs are a different beast. What if they got
• 1:18:03
Speaker 7: to go out to Green Bay? What if they finish
• 1:18:04
Speaker 7: second in the division? I'm just hypothetical. And they got
• 1:18:06
Speaker 7: to go out and it's cold. What if it's snowy
• 1:18:08
Speaker 7: like that Pat's Broncos game?
• 1:18:12
  Speaker 2: I'm with you.
• 1:18:12
Speaker 7: There's gotta be something that happens outside of talent, because talent,
• 1:18:15
Speaker 7: they can't be matched.
• 1:18:17
Speaker 2: Man, this is the hardest part. Carolina? Yeah, I mean,
• 1:18:21
Speaker 2: we're trying to pick the Super Bowl.
• 1:18:23
Speaker 7: Yeah, this is the hardest one here. Hey, give me
• 1:18:26
Speaker 7: the Bills and the Eagles in the Super Bowl.
• 1:18:28
  Speaker 2: Eagles? Ooh. Wow.
• 1:18:32
Speaker 7: I didn't even pick them to win the division.
• 1:18:36
Speaker 2: Wait, you said the who?
• 1:18:38
Speaker 6: Bills and the Eagles.
• 1:18:40
  Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
• 1:18:42
Speaker 7: Eagles wildcard team sneak in because Dallas is gonna win
• 1:18:46
Speaker 7: their division. And I just see the Rams, just something happening.
• 1:18:49
Speaker 7: Something happened. Hey, 2011, Green Bay Packers, 15 and one. Bi-week,
• 1:18:56
Speaker 7: New York Giants come to town. They were like nine
• 1:18:58
Speaker 7: and six or something like that. OCU Manure, Justin Tuck,
• 1:19:02
Speaker 7: probably Jason Pierre-Paul. They all got after A-Rod. Eli throws
• 1:19:06
Speaker 7: a Hail Mary before halftime. It just, the wheels fell off.
• 1:19:10
Speaker 7: And that was it for the Packers that year.
• 1:19:12
Speaker 2: Something like that. I actually like that. I actually like that.
• 1:19:15
Speaker 6: Could, might, should, would happen.
• 1:19:18
Speaker 2: I like that matchup.
• 1:19:21
Speaker 7: That Eagles dream team, that was in 2011 too, where it's.
• 1:19:25
Speaker 8: Like everyone has the same mindset of, hey, this is
• 1:19:29
  Speaker 8: the Eagles.
• 1:19:29
Speaker 2: No one's going to beat the Eagles in 2011.
• 1:19:32
Speaker 8: It sometimes just feels too good to be true.
• 1:19:36
  Speaker 2: Football guy.
• 1:19:37
Speaker 6: We got a camera on him?
• 1:19:40
Speaker 2: Yeah. That's the graveyard. That's the graveyard.
• 1:19:44
  Speaker 6: Okay.
• 1:19:47
  Speaker 2: Bill's Eagle. Man, I ain't even gonna lie. I'm rocking
• 1:19:52
Speaker 2: with that. What? You just taking that?
• 1:19:54
Speaker 5: I'm taking that. I'm like, I really never been big
• 1:20:00
Speaker 5: on the Rams and everybody is like, It's too good
• 1:20:03
Speaker 5: to be true. It's just too good to be true.
• 1:20:05
Speaker 2: I get it. You add, you add the piece everyone
• 1:20:07
Speaker 2: been talking about, but pieces. Well, pieces. I mean, miles
• 1:20:12
  Speaker 2: was there already.
• 1:20:13
Speaker 1: The Rams walked into a store and they go, well,
• 1:20:15
Speaker 1: can we buy that? They go, that's actually off the
• 1:20:17
Speaker 1: market now. And they bought it anyway.
• 1:20:19
Speaker 6: We'll take that anyway.
• 1:20:20
Speaker 2: Yeah. They got everything.
• 1:20:21
Speaker 5: I just don't see Aaron Donald playing every snap. No,
• 1:20:24
  Speaker 5: of course not.
• 1:20:25
Speaker 2: He doesn't have to. Put him on third down.
• 1:20:27
Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, he's going to get a couple of
• 1:20:30
Speaker 5: sacks from that, but I'm not high on the Rams.
• 1:20:32
Speaker 2: I'm just not high on the Rams. You got him
• 1:20:34
Speaker 2: winning the division, though. I know. So it seems like
• 1:20:38
  Speaker 2: you're decently high.
• 1:20:39
Speaker 1: Same division, the Super Bowl champions.
• 1:20:42
Speaker 5: I'm just saying right now, In this show for the future,
• 1:20:46
Speaker 5: I like them to win the division.
• 1:20:48
Speaker 2: But you know me, I will change that in a second.
• 1:20:52
Speaker 2: So yeah, I'm going with you. Bills, Eagles. Bills, Eagles.
• 1:20:55
  Speaker 2: I like that.
• 1:20:56
Speaker 1: Give me the Rams and give me the Baltimore Ravens.
• 1:21:00
Speaker 1: Year one, Jesse Minter, Lamar Jackson.
• 1:21:03
Speaker 2: Who's backing up Lamar? Huntley, right?
• 1:21:05
Speaker 6: Is he still there?
• 1:21:06
Speaker 2: Yeah. He did play well. Could have been Diego Pavia.
• 1:21:11
Speaker 6: Is he going back to Vandy?
• 1:21:14
  Speaker 2: He will. He can. That's a good pull. I don't
• 1:21:16
  Speaker 2: think he can.
• 1:21:17
  Speaker 1: He's at the 2022 class. It's only the 2022 class
• 1:21:20
Speaker 1: that can do what's happening right now.
• 1:21:22
Speaker 2: Oh, okay. That's where the discrepancy is. Yeah. But I
• 1:21:25
Speaker 2: like the Ravens. I like the Rams. And I like
• 1:21:28
Speaker 2: the Rams winning it all. Not sexy. Yeah. It's not
• 1:21:32
Speaker 2: going to make headlines. But that is the truth that
• 1:21:36
Speaker 2: I'm living in right now. I think that was next.
• 1:21:39
Speaker 2: I'll go less sexier than that.
• 1:21:41
  Speaker 1: Do it.
• 1:21:42
Speaker 2: Rams, Bills. Who wins? Give me the Bills. Oh, okay.
• 1:21:46
Speaker 1: That's actually the first one in franchise history. Right, but
• 1:21:48
Speaker 1: they are the two favorites to win the Super Bowl.
• 1:21:50
Speaker 2: True. True. So... Shit, I don't know. Might be the Rams.
• 1:21:57
Speaker 1: Who do we pick last?
• 1:22:01
Speaker 2: Eagles, Bills. Eagles, Bills. Eagles, Bills. I got Bills winning.
• 1:22:06
Speaker 2: I'm going to say the Bills win, though, as well.
• 1:22:09
Speaker 7: Oh, so we got three Bills Super Bowl champs. Josh
• 1:22:12
Speaker 7: Allen is not. Maybe he might be Super Bowl MVP,
• 1:22:14
Speaker 7: but he's not winning league MVP.
• 1:22:15
Speaker 2: No, he's not winning. We'll talk about that in a second.
• 1:22:16
Speaker 2: He's not winning league MVP. Who's your league MVP?
• 1:22:20
Speaker 6: We got to get to it.
• 1:22:21
Speaker 2: Come on, we got to get to it.
• 1:22:22
Speaker 1: Do we all, are you kind of the only one
• 1:22:24
Speaker 1: that was kind of, I don't know.
• 1:22:26
Speaker 2: I'll go, I'll stick with it. Bills over Rams in
• 1:22:27
Speaker 2: the Super Bowl. Bills, Rams, Super Bowl. Okay, so we're
• 1:22:29
Speaker 2: all set. All right, now we're doing MVP. I was
• 1:22:35
Speaker 2: the Ravens and the Rams. Bills over the Eagles. Yes. Clumb,
• 1:22:45
Speaker 2: that's as far as I ride. Yeah.
• 1:22:46
  Speaker 7: I'll take it.
• 1:22:49
Speaker 2: I appreciate it. NFL MVP. I'll go first, Joe Burrow.
• 1:22:53
Speaker 6: Drink me. Joe Burrow. Joe Burrow.
• 1:22:58
Speaker 2: I'm just kidding. Go ahead. I was messing around.
• 1:23:01
Speaker 6: No, I like Joe Burrow. I mean, we're staying healthy, right?
• 1:23:04
Speaker 2: We're staying healthy. Injuries are turned off. Okay.
• 1:23:06
Speaker 6: No turf toe, no UCL, no hands, no nothing.
• 1:23:10
Speaker 2: Yeah. Can't have it.
• 1:23:12
Speaker 7: Brother, the voters are waiting for him to win MVP.
• 1:23:16
Speaker 7: You look at his 2014 stats when they were waiting
• 1:23:19
Speaker 7: for Josh Allen to win. He threw for 4,900 passing yards,
• 1:23:23
Speaker 7: 43 touchdowns. And you look at the sample size of
• 1:23:25
Speaker 7: his games last year. I think it was eight games
• 1:23:27
Speaker 7: in which he started. 17 touchdowns, 100 quarterback rating. Quantify,
• 1:23:32
Speaker 7: do the statistics over a 17-game schedule. You're looking at
• 1:23:37
Speaker 7: another 4,500 touchdowns. passing yard, 42 touchdown season. He stays healthy.
• 1:23:44
Speaker 7: They're probably winning that division, or at least up there
• 1:23:47
Speaker 7: with the Ravens. And you know it's always the best
• 1:23:49
Speaker 7: player on the best team. For that, I like Joey B.
• 1:23:54
  Speaker 2: Joey B. MVP.
• 1:23:56
  Speaker 6: His first one.
• 1:23:57
Speaker 2: We've been waiting to anoint him. How deep you got
• 1:24:00
Speaker 2: him going in the playoffs? Oh, that wasn't something I
• 1:24:04
Speaker 2: had to... Oh, I'm just wondering if you got him
• 1:24:06
Speaker 2: as the MVP. I think... Like, my MVP is Dak Prescott.
• 1:24:10
Speaker 2: I got the Cowboys going to the NFC Championship against
• 1:24:13
  Speaker 2: the Rams. That's a great take. I love... Hey, that's
• 1:24:16
Speaker 2: a good take. Thank you.
• 1:24:18
Speaker 6: Let me just do a hypothetical while you talk about.
• 1:24:20
Speaker 1: Because if the Cowboys really are a team that are
• 1:24:22
Speaker 1: playing the NFC Championship with the brand that the Cowboys have.
• 1:24:26
Speaker 2: It's got to be on that. It's got to be, yeah.
• 1:24:28
  Speaker 2: You know Dak's.
• 1:24:29
Speaker 4: Going to be balling. Again, young offensive line last year.
• 1:24:31
Speaker 4: They have arguably, you know, Orlovsky's going to be talking
• 1:24:33
Speaker 4: about C.D. Lamb and Pickens all year long. Like the
• 1:24:39
Speaker 4: run game with Williams. Again, young offensive line going into
• 1:24:41
Speaker 4: this year healthier. Williams, Clark, two first-round picks.
• 1:24:44
Speaker 2: Yeah, defensively, they will take it up a notch, and
• 1:24:46
Speaker 2: Dak's going to make it rain, bro. He does that.
• 1:24:49
Speaker 1: And usually turned off, so nothing can happen to him. Yeah,
• 1:24:52
Speaker 1: because he'll get over the hump of winning a playoff game.
• 1:24:54
Speaker 2: Yep. The win of the division. Possibly a bye. Wow. Man.
• 1:25:01
Speaker 2: This is just like possibly a lot of those. Sure, yeah.
• 1:25:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, but this is crystal ball stuff.
• 1:25:08
  Speaker 2: Drake, come on.
• 1:25:09
Speaker 5: He was five points from winning it last year.
• 1:25:11
Speaker 2: Come on, stop playing.
• 1:25:13
Speaker 5: Cuz got the best deep ball in the league.
• 1:25:17
  Speaker 2: Add in A.J.
• 1:25:18
  Speaker 1: Brown.
• 1:25:19
Speaker 2: Easy. This is easy, bro. Like, come.
• 1:25:25
  Speaker 8: On.
• 1:25:25
Speaker 6: Why y'all clap for Delaney, but never anyone else on
• 1:25:29
  Speaker 6: the show?
• 1:25:29
Speaker 2: I wasn't even going to clap.
• 1:25:30
Speaker 1: You guys just started clapping, so I started. Like a sheep,
• 1:25:32
Speaker 1: I just started doing it as well.
• 1:25:33
Speaker 2: I mean, y'all see. It's written on the wall already.
• 1:25:37
Speaker 2: I'm super high on Caleb Williams. I like Caleb Williams.
• 1:25:39
Speaker 1: I like the Bears losing the NFC Championship. Ben Johnson,
• 1:25:44
Speaker 1: bad offense. Caleb thinks he's got another step.
• 1:25:47
Speaker 2: I like him a lot. He was on a Madden cover.
• 1:25:49
Speaker 2: It just scares me. The Madden thing. The Madden curse.
• 1:25:53
Speaker 2: That scares me. Who was on last year?
• 1:25:57
  Speaker 6: Lamar Jackson.
• 1:25:58
Speaker 2: Saquon. And look where he finished. He didn't like that one.
• 1:26:06
  Speaker 8: Just saying.
• 1:26:10
Speaker 2: Something to think about. Something to think about. That's Lucy,

• 1:27:24
Speaker 4: They're going to the NFC Championship. I got another one
• 1:27:26
Speaker 4: for you. Rams offense is going to play so well

• 1:27:32
Speaker 2: Wow. You were really prepared for this segment. You were.
• 1:27:38

• 1:27:40
Speaker 2: came to me when we was talking the MVP.
• 1:27:42
Speaker 6: Just hitting with the Saints winning the South.
• 1:27:45
Speaker 2: I can clean up the old line. Younger, they get
• 1:27:47
Speaker 2: a year older. They're healthy. They gel.
• 1:27:51
Speaker 5: So I'll tighten that one up. This is just a
• 1:27:56
Speaker 5: Jack Daniel take, right? This is just go for it.
• 1:28:00

• 1:28:05
Speaker 6: Let me feel that passion.
• 1:28:09
Speaker 2: Keep going. God, you was operating. I'm going to switch you, guys.
• 1:28:13
Speaker 2: But I'm going to go for it. I'm taking the
• 1:28:16
Speaker 2: Chargers to win the AFC championship.
• 1:28:19
  Speaker 4: That's what I said.
• 1:28:25
Speaker 5: It doesn't have nothing to do with my future.
• 1:28:29
Speaker 2: I'm just telling you, like, I'm going to be riding
• 1:28:32
Speaker 2: these boys all year. Oh, okay. Chargers.
• 1:28:34

• 1:28:36
  Speaker 7: that they'll win.
• 1:28:37
Speaker 2: We don't believe it. Third year hardball, third year system,
• 1:28:39
Speaker 2: our Chargers. in hardball. I've been there.
• 1:28:41
Speaker 7: I've been in the third year with hardball when we
• 1:28:43
Speaker 7: went to the promised land.
• 1:28:44
Speaker 2: But you don't believe in them enough to put them
• 1:28:46
Speaker 2: in your Super Bowl. The features, I don't get. Look.
• 1:28:51
Speaker 2: This is episode zero.

• 1:29:21

• 1:29:23
  Speaker 1: a third shot.
• 1:29:24

  Speaker 7: third team now.
• 1:29:44
Speaker 6: He's got some good teams too.
• 1:29:45
Speaker 2: Packers, Cowboys, Steelers. He had a lot of success.
• 1:29:47
Speaker 7: So you're saying the difference is just McDaniel having failed seasons.
• 1:29:52
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:29:53
Speaker 6: Yeah, I wouldn't say that about Mike.
• 1:29:55
Speaker 2: He even went to the Colts for like five minutes, right?
• 1:29:57
  Speaker 7: Went right back?
• 1:29:59
