Transcript
- 0:03Speaker 1: Hi, my loves, Welcome back to Vanity Farah. My name
- 0:05Speaker 1: is Chris Farah, and today we're talking ninety day before
- 0:08Speaker 1: the ninety days. This is season eight, episode nineteen now departing.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Thank God, Thank you God, Honey. We were like, I mean,
- 0:18Speaker 1: just like Rick and Trish. We were in a terminal
- 0:21Speaker 1: for far too long with the same characters, and people
- 0:24Speaker 1: are sleeping on the floor and people are getting rowdy,
- 0:27Speaker 1: and we are like, get us home, truly. Now, I
- 0:29Speaker 1: don't have a co host for this episode except for
- 0:32Speaker 1: the city of Miami. I'm in Miami currently for a
- 0:38Speaker 1: charity gala for Lebanon. Have you heard of Lebanon? God bless,
- 0:41Speaker 1: I hope it still exists by the time you hear this,
- 0:44Speaker 1: that's a very sad joke. But this is a crazy
- 0:46Speaker 1: world we are living in. At the same time, I
- 0:49Speaker 1: do have a drink. I do have a drink. So
- 0:51Speaker 1: if you hear ice cubes hitting each other just like
- 0:55Speaker 1: and Who's afraid of Virginia Wolf? No, it's supposed to
- 0:58Speaker 1: be there. It's the under It's like the un current
- 1:00Speaker 1: of my life. Okay, you guys, let's get in. I'm
- 1:03Speaker 1: going to start with Elise, who lives in Miami, and
- 1:06Speaker 1: let's talk about her. So I did reach out to
- 1:09Speaker 1: Elise to be like, hey, girl, do you want to
- 1:12Speaker 1: get together and film something funny while I'm here? She
- 1:16Speaker 1: has gotten a lot of hate online for either people
- 1:19Speaker 1: being jealous of her or her behavior or like people
- 1:23Speaker 1: trying to figure her out or whatever, and so I
- 1:25Speaker 1: thought it'd be like a fun or funny way for
- 1:27Speaker 1: her to like showcase maybe a comedic side to her,
- 1:30Speaker 1: because certainly she knows she's hot, but she's something else
- 1:33Speaker 1: about her that I thought might be fun. When she
- 1:36Speaker 1: said yes, I was like yay, And I pitched her
- 1:39Speaker 1: some ideas, one being like, let me teach you how
- 1:41Speaker 1: to make a salad dressing from scratch girls better than
- 1:45Speaker 1: the package stuff that you, you know, got sploothed all over
- 1:49Speaker 1: your face, and or do you want to tell me
- 1:51Speaker 1: about these titty tops in real life? At first she
- 1:53Speaker 1: said yes, and then I asked her when, and then
- 1:56Speaker 1: I didn't hear for her for like four days, and
- 1:58Speaker 1: I had to be like bumping this, and then I
- 2:00Speaker 1: got just like a response back like I can't. Meanwhile,
- 2:04Speaker 1: like definitely no excuse for being flaky, Definitely no rescheduling,
- 2:09Speaker 1: just that, so God bless. Meanwhile, the girl will look
- 2:12Speaker 1: at every one of my stories so she has time.
- 2:15Speaker 2: You know, what, is everyone on this show weird?
- 2:17Speaker 1: Maybe is it my fault for reaching out to someone? Yes,
- 2:20Speaker 1: now here's the thing. We had followed each other because
- 2:23Speaker 1: of the holiday party, so I just naturally assumed that
- 2:26Speaker 1: she might want a different image of her out there
- 2:31Speaker 1: than what she's portraying and what people keep saying about her,
- 2:34Speaker 1: and she can just do her own thing. God Bless,
- 2:38Speaker 1: I won't be doing that. However, if you do want
- 2:40Speaker 1: to make a homemade sella addressing, I'll make it when
- 2:42Speaker 1: I'm back at my house for all of you.
- 2:44Speaker 2: So simple.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Anyway, my babes, Miami's beautiful. I certainly am in a
- 2:50Speaker 1: pocket of April that isn't too humid and yet is
- 2:54Speaker 1: allowing me to get tan. So really winning here, and
- 2:57Speaker 1: I have a lot of free time, so let's get in. Obviously,
- 3:01Speaker 1: this picks up on a least crying in the morning
- 3:04Speaker 1: of her leaving, and she's tired, and she's going to
- 3:06Speaker 1: the airport and she's freaking out spiraling because Joshua has
- 3:10Speaker 1: stopped sharing his location. And then we get the backstory
- 3:14Speaker 1: and the backstory is that night, the night before they
- 3:17Speaker 1: were leaving, he had invited two girls over and another
- 3:22Speaker 1: friend to quote unquote party, and she didn't want to
- 3:26Speaker 1: have that happen, and she left in the room and
- 3:30Speaker 1: like therefore, they also started making fun of her and
- 3:32Speaker 1: being like, what's her problem? All of this sounds crazy,
- 3:35Speaker 1: And I'll tell you why, Why aren't Why aren't they
- 3:38Speaker 1: filming this? What's the point of having a reality show
- 3:41Speaker 1: if you are going to tell us about drama that
- 3:43Speaker 1: happens afterwards. Why isn't there two camera men at Chris
- 3:46Speaker 1: and Joshua's stupid apartment all the time the night before
- 3:49Speaker 1: she's leaving, trying to get footage? Why is this on
- 3:53Speaker 1: Why is this not on camera? Remember when Patrick and
- 3:56Speaker 1: Tyez had that thing where like Patrick invited friends over
- 3:59Speaker 1: and ty was so pissed. It's like that part, except
- 4:03Speaker 1: we have to just hear about it later. It would
- 4:05Speaker 1: have been such better television to have Chris or josh
- 4:09Speaker 1: bring to whoever home and then have Alise have to
- 4:13Speaker 1: react to that and then hear her, you know, start
- 4:16Speaker 1: crying behind a bathroom and have their reactions like that
- 4:19Speaker 1: actually is great television. Hearing about it afterward feels almost
- 4:25Speaker 1: like this last minute ditch effort to bring up drama
- 4:29Speaker 1: or something. But let's just say it happened. Okay, then
- 4:32Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you this. If we're gonna believe
- 4:35Speaker 1: all of that, then we are going to just lean
- 4:37Speaker 1: in hard that that was like a hardcore drug party
- 4:41Speaker 1: that like, Joshua invited people to his house to allegedly
- 4:46Speaker 1: do some kind of partying drug.
- 4:49Speaker 2: She says he parties too much. She won't say what.
- 4:51Speaker 2: We've never seen him drunk.
- 4:53Speaker 1: The streets of Reddit are like he's into coke and
- 4:57Speaker 1: supposedly one of his ex girlfriends maybe co sign that.
- 5:01Speaker 1: So then I'm supposed to believe that she doesn't know
- 5:04Speaker 1: that he's a coke head, or she doesn't care that much,
- 5:07Speaker 1: or she is and it was just too much. Like
- 5:10Speaker 1: if I'm supposed to believe that Elise lives in Miami,
- 5:14Speaker 1: you know, dressing like that and doesn't know a coke
- 5:16Speaker 1: party when she sees it, I mean, I'm not gonna
- 5:18Speaker 1: believe that.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 5:19Speaker 1: So all of this is just either bad storytelling or
- 5:24Speaker 1: or pretending that we're dumb. But the audience isn't dumb,
- 5:28Speaker 1: not at all. So what is it? Elise has never
- 5:32Speaker 1: said he does coke. If he was an alcoholic, I'm
- 5:35Speaker 1: assuming we would have gotten fun. And that's in quotation
- 5:38Speaker 1: marks footage of that, like they have no problem showing
- 5:42Speaker 1: like Jovie drunk or when you know Darcy used to
- 5:45Speaker 1: get drunk, Like, they don't mind showing drunk people. So
- 5:49Speaker 1: if he didn't get that wasted, then what kind of
- 5:51Speaker 1: partying is he doing? And the answer is, you know,
- 5:54Speaker 1: to me, drugs And it doesn't seem like the kind
- 5:57Speaker 1: of like weed kind of drugs because you know, we
- 6:00Speaker 1: see a lot of his eyes and one eye is
- 6:02Speaker 1: kind of going one way and one guy is going
- 6:04Speaker 1: one eye is going the other way. So but big
- 6:06Speaker 1: so I like to think that it's probably coke. And
- 6:11Speaker 1: it's like another level of why are you asking this
- 6:15Speaker 1: man to be secure with you if everything he's shown
- 6:19Speaker 1: you is he can't afford apartment, he can't keep a job,
- 6:24Speaker 1: he doesn't have a car for himself. And I say
- 6:26Speaker 1: that because she's going to end up being like drive
- 6:29Speaker 1: me to the airport and he just accompanies her in
- 6:31Speaker 1: the uber to the airport. He has a child that
- 6:34Speaker 1: he barely sees and who's you know, the mother of
- 6:37Speaker 1: that child wants nothing to do with him and certainly
- 6:39Speaker 1: doesn't think that he is worthy of having any say
- 6:43Speaker 1: over his relationship with his child, and like, so obviously
- 6:48Speaker 1: and obviously this guy does like major coke. So like,
- 6:50Speaker 1: when you know, here's the thing, Elisee could also do coke.
- 6:53Speaker 2: I don't know why.
- 6:54Speaker 1: It wasn't like why you know, maybe that was one
- 6:56Speaker 1: of the draws. I have no idea. It's fine if
- 7:00Speaker 1: you do coke, literally, but it's just like, let's be
- 7:02Speaker 1: honest about things. I don't do cope, but only because
- 7:05Speaker 1: I've smoked weed for so long. Just I picked one
- 7:08Speaker 1: and heway from California, but like and also yeah, whatever,
- 7:11Speaker 1: but so it's just it feels fraud.
- 7:15Speaker 2: We feel frauded, and we feel like.
- 7:17Speaker 1: You're not giving us a whole story and it's just
- 7:20Speaker 1: these bits and pieces of a story that's not even
- 7:23Speaker 1: that interesting.
- 7:24Speaker 2: It really isn't. It truly feels like Elise was on Hunt.
- 7:28Speaker 1: For Love and was like, I gotta make sure that
- 7:31Speaker 1: if they call that I can like get on another
- 7:34Speaker 1: nine a day franchise, and that she went into her
- 7:38Speaker 1: dms and found a DM from like the hottest guy
- 7:42Speaker 1: she could in a location that she wouldn't mind visiting
- 7:45Speaker 1: for two and a half weeks.
- 7:46Speaker 2: And that's how we got Josh.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Right, because everything about it doesn't make sense, Like if
- 7:51Speaker 1: you were truly in a relationship with someone, you would
- 7:54Speaker 1: know more about their lives. And like if this person
- 7:58Speaker 1: says he has a son, but in six months of
- 8:00Speaker 1: you talking, he's never with the son. Never is fa like,
- 8:04Speaker 1: never facetimes you and you hear the son's voice like
- 8:07Speaker 1: none of that has ever happened. Then I guess, yeah,
- 8:10Speaker 1: I guess it just reads as superficial and as like
- 8:14Speaker 1: not unimportant as it is. So it's just a lot
- 8:17Speaker 1: more of her crying and him like, you know, not
- 8:20Speaker 1: giving a shit. He has two modes. One is really
- 8:24Speaker 1: like looking like he's so fucking over it and he
- 8:26Speaker 1: can't wait for her to leave, and then b being
- 8:30Speaker 1: told that he would like to have her leave, either
- 8:35Speaker 1: thinking that he loves her and did everything he could
- 8:39Speaker 1: so that he's not a bad guy. Something about Josh
- 8:42Speaker 1: is sort of like companies that want an employee of
- 8:47Speaker 1: theirs to quit, but they don't want to fire that person,
- 8:50Speaker 1: either because it's gonna look bad or because they don't
- 8:52Speaker 1: want to pay unemployment, and so it's like a company
- 8:57Speaker 1: who is like, look, yeah, yeah you can stay be
- 8:59Speaker 1: a here.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Yeah totally. We are going to.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Loki make this a goddamn nightmare for you. You're gonna
- 9:04Speaker 1: have no lunch, You're gonna have to like work over time,
- 9:07Speaker 1: You're never gonna feel secure, you know, but we want
- 9:10Speaker 1: you to stay. We love you as an employee, you know.
- 9:13Speaker 1: But it's just like so bad stifling until the employees
- 9:17Speaker 1: like I'm gonna quit, and then they're like, oh no,
- 9:20Speaker 1: thank god. That's exactly what the vibe is.
- 9:23Speaker 2: It really is.
- 9:24Speaker 1: I just am I am so mad at production for
- 9:26Speaker 1: not showing us the night before. I want to see
- 9:28Speaker 1: the girls that Josh brought home. I want to see
- 9:30Speaker 1: what they look like. I want to see them make
- 9:33Speaker 1: fun of Elise, and I want Alise to, like, you know,
- 9:36Speaker 1: do did what she did. It would have been great
- 9:38Speaker 1: if she like had stayed up for herself, stayed up,
- 9:40Speaker 1: like stood up for herself or something. But supposedly she
- 9:43Speaker 1: just ran in the bathroom and cried, and then he
- 9:46Speaker 1: got up stopped sharing his location, and then Chris has
- 9:50Speaker 1: a conversation with Elise, which is like I think the
- 9:54Speaker 1: second time that's happened, and Josh comes back, goes right
- 9:59Speaker 1: to the bedroom she's in, you know, gets an ear
- 10:02Speaker 1: full of her crying, and then again drives him to
- 10:04Speaker 1: the airport and then he's just like, I just want
- 10:07Speaker 1: to move past this, and she's like I can't. She says,
- 10:11Speaker 1: I will be settling if I do. And then he's like, oh, okay,
- 10:14Speaker 1: he's cold. He doesn't give not one fuck. She's crying.
- 10:18Speaker 2: She gets it. She's like, he doesn't care. He says
- 10:20Speaker 2: he loves me. He's not crying. Yeah. Yeah, he seems detached.
- 10:26Speaker 1: He seems devoid of present moment or like vulnerability in
- 10:32Speaker 1: the real world. I don't know if it's like a
- 10:34Speaker 1: narcissistic trait to like self preserve, but he can really
- 10:39Speaker 1: like have his body be in one area and then
- 10:42Speaker 1: what's assuming is his mind, his wants his thoughts be
- 10:46Speaker 1: somewhere else.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Like I don't know if it's like getting another eight bag.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You know, I don't do COVID. That's why I said that.
- 10:52Speaker 2: I don't know sixty now eight, Paul, that's what it is.
- 10:55Speaker 2: God damn it.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Anyway, it's just it's awkward, right, So she lee to
- 11:01Speaker 1: go back to America where she can't get well, she
- 11:02Speaker 1: can't wait to get back to her cats, including the
- 11:05Speaker 1: one that she like said was transgender.
- 11:08Speaker 2: And then you're like, oh my god, girl, that's how
- 11:10Speaker 2: you know that you are just out of fucking.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Touch that you don't give a fuck about people in
- 11:14Speaker 1: this world who are actually transgender, because you are just
- 11:17Speaker 1: going to make a flippant comment about it in such
- 11:19Speaker 1: a way that lets us all know how you feel
- 11:21Speaker 1: about it, Loki, which was you know to you it's
- 11:24Speaker 1: like could be made a joke, as if people don't
- 11:26Speaker 1: have whole lives that are affected by such a thing
- 11:31Speaker 1: like you you know, God bless please.
- 11:33Speaker 2: But you know, here's the thing.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Supposedly the tell All's great, and supposedly people you know,
- 11:38Speaker 1: get into it, and you know they're having to film that.
- 11:42Speaker 1: So I'm assuming that the tell all is going to
- 11:45Speaker 1: be better television than the last at least.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Half of this season.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Okay, let's go back to Laura and Burk on It's
- 11:51Speaker 1: a beautiful day in the neighborhood and the neighborhood being Turkey.
- 11:55Speaker 1: He's like, I'm going to take you to something really important,
- 11:56Speaker 1: really important for me. We're like the betting gambling casino,
- 12:01Speaker 1: she's a place that you love so much, But no,
- 12:03Speaker 1: it's the soccer field.
- 12:05Speaker 2: She's like, I've never kicked a soccer ball.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And I'm wearing long jeans and he's also wearing long jeans. Like,
- 12:12Speaker 1: long jeans never stopped a lot of people from doing
- 12:15Speaker 1: a lot of things physical, surely me and definitely there
- 12:20Speaker 1: were skinny jeans, but like people be doing things in jeans.
- 12:23Speaker 1: People swim and jeans. I'm not saying it's great, but
- 12:26Speaker 1: I see it. People you know, work out in jeans. Again,
- 12:29Speaker 1: I wouldn't, but it happens. He plays soccer and jeans,
- 12:32Speaker 1: and probably in his mind it's like, yeah, if you fall,
- 12:34Speaker 1: the jeans are there.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Okay.
- 12:37Speaker 1: So she says that his skills on the field, you know,
- 12:40Speaker 1: are pure pany dropper material, and it is hot to
- 12:44Speaker 1: see someone do something well. But also I feel like
- 12:47Speaker 1: everything beer Kan does for her is pany dropper material.
- 12:51Speaker 1: By the way, have we talked about that debt that
- 12:53Speaker 1: like for the past four episode, Sorry for the past
- 12:56Speaker 1: four episodes, we certainly haven't. We certainly won't again. Okay,
- 12:59Speaker 1: So then you know he gets real Zen like Zen
- 13:03Speaker 1: and the art of soccer, where He's like, see when
- 13:05Speaker 1: you kick the ball into the goal, you think you
- 13:08Speaker 1: can't because of the distance, but then you do, just
- 13:11Speaker 1: like us, You're like, oh my god.
- 13:12Speaker 2: I will say this.
- 13:14Speaker 1: There's a book called Zen and the Art of Archery,
- 13:16Speaker 1: and it's basically for any practice. It's like getting into
- 13:19Speaker 1: the nitty gritty mindset of a practice, like whatever it is,
- 13:22Speaker 1: you get so good at something that it becomes like
- 13:25Speaker 1: when instead of like second nature, one nature, where like
- 13:29Speaker 1: the thing that you are so good at becomes almost
- 13:32Speaker 1: the philosophy fee sorry, philosophy of.
- 13:36Speaker 2: You living your life. I've known this a lot to
- 13:39Speaker 2: be true for improvisers.
- 13:40Speaker 1: It's probably why I think Amy Poehler's book was called
- 13:44Speaker 1: Yes And or Tina Facebook was called Yes and And.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Both of them obviously are very famous comedians. In both
- 13:50Speaker 1: of them were improvisers, are improvisers. They both came out
- 13:53Speaker 1: of IO and then UCB, respectively. So to name your
- 13:57Speaker 1: book yes And to me is like Zen and the
- 13:59Speaker 1: Art of improv that you have been doing this thing
- 14:01Speaker 1: for so long and whose rules and whose mode is
- 14:04Speaker 1: so ingrained in you that it becomes a metaphor for
- 14:07Speaker 1: how you live your life, if not life itself right
- 14:10Speaker 1: and yes and meaning Like when you start an improv scene,
- 14:14Speaker 1: you never say no to anything whatever comes up.
- 14:16Speaker 2: You never say no. You never say no, but this
- 14:18Speaker 2: or our question, whatever happens.
- 14:22Speaker 1: And I mean, it's a word, it's a mistake, something
- 14:25Speaker 1: falls out of your pocket, it's yes, And what does
- 14:28Speaker 1: this mean?
- 14:29Speaker 2: And the beauty of that, of course, is that there
- 14:32Speaker 2: are no mistakes.
- 14:33Speaker 1: That everything could be made to fit into the tapestry
- 14:37Speaker 1: that is your life. And it's a beautiful it's a
- 14:41Speaker 1: beautiful metaphor. It's like, you know, rule number one of improv.
- 14:45Speaker 1: And so it's an interesting thing how many people can
- 14:50Speaker 1: get really into an ingrained and one human experienced human
- 14:55Speaker 1: art form, human you know, activity, you know, whatever it
- 14:58Speaker 1: is subject and like find themselves and also find the
- 15:03Speaker 1: meaning of life for them, Like what is the meaning
- 15:06Speaker 1: of life?
- 15:07Speaker 2: Sometimes?
- 15:07Speaker 1: I think it is to find the thing that you
- 15:11Speaker 1: are so good at, that you love so much, that
- 15:15Speaker 1: you do over and over again because it fulfills you,
- 15:19Speaker 1: and because doing it can also provide you a community
- 15:24Speaker 1: of other people that do it. You can provide you
- 15:26Speaker 1: hopefully work, It can provide you so many things, and
- 15:29Speaker 1: therefore can become one of the meanings of your life anyway,
- 15:33Speaker 1: Do I think soccer is the meaning of his life?
- 15:36Speaker 1: Maybe also feel like Beercond just really likes philosophizing in himself.
- 15:41Speaker 1: I think that he gets off on it. I think
- 15:42Speaker 1: that there's a part of him that's like, when I
- 15:45Speaker 1: make a metaphor, it makes me feel like I'm smarter
- 15:49Speaker 1: and or better and or wiser and are not of
- 15:52Speaker 1: this earth, not of these people. I've sort of put
- 15:54Speaker 1: together a string of words that definitely a Laura from
- 15:58Speaker 1: America is going to be like oh, and it's gonna be,
- 16:01Speaker 1: you know, very affirming for him, very validating. So he
- 16:05Speaker 1: decides to get a red string and we're like kabala,
- 16:07Speaker 1: and then he puts it around her ring finger and
- 16:09Speaker 1: then he tells her why ring fingers are ring fingers,
- 16:11Speaker 1: which is that a vain you know, connects there to heart.
- 16:14Speaker 1: She's like, wellsies, and then he's like, will you marry me?
- 16:18Speaker 1: And she says yes, And then he says congratulations, you're
- 16:22Speaker 1: engaged to me.
- 16:24Speaker 2: And she's like, yeah, the string is cutesie.
- 16:27Speaker 1: It's funny because I do feel like there's this thing
- 16:31Speaker 1: where we see it a lot where especially in a
- 16:34Speaker 1: lot of the heterosexual relationships we see on ninety Day
- 16:36Speaker 1: where like the guy wants so badly for the lady
- 16:41Speaker 1: not to care about a ring or the value of
- 16:44Speaker 1: a ring, like like monetary symbolically, It like they wish
- 16:50Speaker 1: they didn't care, Like they wish they could just be
- 16:52Speaker 1: like just a ring. I've already told you all the
- 16:55Speaker 1: things that you know I want you to know and
- 16:57Speaker 1: the things I think you want to know, like why
- 16:59Speaker 1: would this matter? And it's like, I don't know, buddy,
- 17:02Speaker 1: why does it matter to you to a B and C?
- 17:05Speaker 2: Why? You know? Why isn't mattering? Why does it matter
- 17:08Speaker 2: to you to have an American wife? It does for you?
- 17:11Speaker 2: Brings matter to her? Anyway.
- 17:14Speaker 1: The next day she's sad, she's packing, she's crying, you know.
- 17:17Speaker 1: He's like, don't cry, not a lot. The only man
- 17:20Speaker 1: that cries on this episode is Rick. Forrest kind of
- 17:24Speaker 1: tears up, but not even really. Michael comes over and
- 17:27Speaker 1: then I noticed this The apartment they had stayed and
- 17:29Speaker 1: has like a really high tech either a security system
- 17:32Speaker 1: or like air conditioning system. And yet at one point
- 17:35Speaker 1: there's also like a full TV ripped off the wall
- 17:37Speaker 1: with the like wires hanging out. And again this was
- 17:39Speaker 1: the Airbnb that she paid for that he kicked her
- 17:42Speaker 1: out of one night.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Ha ha ha.
- 17:43Speaker 2: So then Michael comes over and he is he stays.
- 17:48Speaker 1: With Laura as then beer Kan puts her luggage in
- 17:51Speaker 1: the car, and then they have a conversation which seemed weird,
- 17:55Speaker 1: like why wouldn't Michael do that?
- 17:56Speaker 2: Because this is their last moments.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Michael, you're gonna have like, you know, a fourteen hour
- 18:00Speaker 1: plane ride back to America with her, But you know,
- 18:02Speaker 1: Bierkan likes Michael, Michael likes Bierkon. And then Laura's like, well,
- 18:07Speaker 1: I wouldn't have changed a thing. This was the perfect trip. Yes,
- 18:10Speaker 1: we're not allowed to cuddle on a couch anymore. And
- 18:13Speaker 1: I wanted to be like when you guys were cuddling
- 18:15Speaker 1: on the couch and then you went to kiss him
- 18:18Speaker 1: and he was like, no, that's probably the last time
- 18:22Speaker 1: I would have cuddled on the couch with him, because
- 18:24Speaker 1: that shit is weird. What are you doing if you're
- 18:27Speaker 1: cuddling on a couch or are you not cuddling on
- 18:29Speaker 1: a couch? Would Michael be like, Okay, cuddling on a
- 18:31Speaker 1: couch meant like we both sat on a couch sometimes
- 18:34Speaker 1: she put her feet up and sometimes they would touch me.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Would be eating popcorn and watching Meet the Fockers, or
- 18:40Speaker 1: you know, are we to believe that they were just
- 18:41Speaker 1: laying on top of each other every night? So I
- 18:44Speaker 1: would really like Michael's idea of like, what how much
- 18:47Speaker 1: their physical relationship was boundaryless before? And does he realize
- 18:54Speaker 1: that he led on someone who had made a move
- 18:58Speaker 1: on him and why is he going.
- 19:00Speaker 2: To go back to? Yeah?
- 19:01Speaker 1: I just really always feel bad about myself because of
- 19:03Speaker 1: my you know, like no situation, and therefore having this
- 19:06Speaker 1: girl like throw herself at me on various times felt good.
- 19:09Speaker 1: And even though I didn't really want to be with her,
- 19:10Speaker 1: there really was no one else. And I really like pickleball,
- 19:13Speaker 1: and I get tired after I play, so I go
- 19:14Speaker 1: back to her home and she has that couch plus again,
- 19:17Speaker 1: like for some reason DBD collection, you know, she does.
- 19:22Speaker 1: And I think we'll find that information out of the
- 19:24Speaker 1: tell aw because you know, Michael supposedly has a best
- 19:27Speaker 1: friend on the dais that's not Laura, So we hopefully
- 19:31Speaker 1: will get to hear like a lot more information about that.
- 19:33Speaker 1: At the same time, I kind of wish that information
- 19:35Speaker 1: would have happened during the season because it was a
- 19:37Speaker 1: boring season. Annie and javonn Oo talk about boring. Okay,
- 19:43Speaker 1: so finally they gave us one stupid thing, which is
- 19:45Speaker 1: that guess what. She was nauseous and she took a
- 19:48Speaker 1: pregnancy test and oh yeah, it's she's positive for pregnancy.
- 19:52Speaker 1: He had extended his visa. Now, she says that he
- 19:56Speaker 1: has been more helpful and caring, which made her more
- 19:58Speaker 1: attractive to him, and that's why it is like fucked
- 20:00Speaker 1: so much. She wakes him up because we know it's earlier.
- 20:04Speaker 1: There's a rooster crow to tell him that you know,
- 20:07Speaker 1: she's pregnant, and he says that he's really happy for
- 20:09Speaker 1: the baby. She's packing his bag because they're leaving tomorrow.
- 20:13Speaker 1: There's like no future plans for him to come back.
- 20:17Speaker 1: She says, a bunch of things that were like or
- 20:21Speaker 1: that are sus and we're like, girl, no, She says,
- 20:24Speaker 1: I was wondering what the meaning of my life is,
- 20:26Speaker 1: and now I have a reason meaning being pregnant, which
- 20:29Speaker 1: I mean that's I get as a female what it
- 20:33Speaker 1: could mean.
- 20:34Speaker 2: You know that you get to fulfill like the female's
- 20:38Speaker 2: promised to the world of having a baby.
- 20:40Speaker 1: But the other part of me feels sad for that,
- 20:43Speaker 1: right because if I'm going to go back to what
- 20:45Speaker 1: I said, like hopefully the meaning of your life, it
- 20:48Speaker 1: means a lot like the meaning of someone's life, especially
- 20:51Speaker 1: at the end of life, is the hopefully I'm not
- 20:54Speaker 1: there yet, like the conglomeration of everything that you've put
- 21:00Speaker 1: your heart and body and mind too. And certainly that
- 21:03Speaker 1: can be like the thing you do well, like I said,
- 21:06Speaker 1: improv or whatever, or soccer if that's your thing. But
- 21:10Speaker 1: you know, it's also like the love that you have
- 21:13Speaker 1: poured into people, and you know that could be friends
- 21:17Speaker 1: and family. It's a little too soon to like make
- 21:20Speaker 1: that on your child, though, because we just don't know
- 21:24Speaker 1: what's going to happen with this baby. In a bunch
- 21:26Speaker 1: of ways, relationships can be, I hope the best I
- 21:29Speaker 1: want that I know. I would love Annie to have,
- 21:31Speaker 1: you know, a child, and for her to have, you know,
- 21:35Speaker 1: an easy time raising this child, and for them to
- 21:38Speaker 1: have as close a relationship as Annie has with her
- 21:40Speaker 1: adorable mother. But we can all say that's not always
- 21:44Speaker 1: what happens, right, And so if a woman just assigns
- 21:48Speaker 1: the whole meaning of her life to now being pregnant,
- 21:50Speaker 1: especially when she's like thirty eight. Let's just say it
- 21:53Speaker 1: doesn't go as well because maybe the child and her
- 21:55Speaker 1: like later on, don't like see eye to eye, or
- 21:58Speaker 1: the child moves away or whatever for like that. Then
- 22:01Speaker 1: you had assigned so much importance to this one thing
- 22:05Speaker 1: that is supposed to fulfill your whole life, and it's
- 22:09Speaker 1: just too much pressure, right, he says, we have to Okay,
- 22:13Speaker 1: So there are two things about her now being pregnant
- 22:16Speaker 1: he Javn says the following things, and all of them
- 22:18Speaker 1: are crazy. He says, well, we will definitely look more
- 22:21Speaker 1: into you coming to America now. And it's like, oh,
- 22:24Speaker 1: so you were just like on the black burner of
- 22:26Speaker 1: your wife coming to America before and now you will
- 22:28Speaker 1: definitely look more.
- 22:29Speaker 2: Into it, looking more into it. What does that mean?
- 22:32Speaker 1: Are you now going to open up Yelp as well
- 22:34Speaker 1: as Google when you look at reviews for immigration lawyers?
- 22:37Speaker 2: What does that even mean? He's like, I want I
- 22:40Speaker 2: want you to keep me posted about the first doc appointment.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Keep me posted, Keep me posted, just like send him
- 22:46Speaker 1: a snapchat, honey, just like you know here, keep me posted.
- 22:50Speaker 2: It's one of the worst things I've ever heard.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Then he says, but you know before that we have
- 22:55Speaker 1: to finish packing, which means you Annie are packing for me?
- 23:00Speaker 1: An I keep packing? Why aren't you packing for yourself?
- 23:02Speaker 1: This person's pregnant now. And then her adorable mom makes
- 23:06Speaker 1: some chicken a dobo and he's like, yeah, don't worry,
- 23:08Speaker 1: I'll text you what I get back. The mom says
- 23:10Speaker 1: all the things that we know. She's like, I want
- 23:12Speaker 1: him to come back, and I don't want him to
- 23:15Speaker 1: like have just spewed at us broken promises. He better
- 23:19Speaker 1: not break his promise because I want my daughter to
- 23:22Speaker 1: experience a complete family. I feel like I gave her
- 23:26Speaker 1: a broken family. And then she also goes to us
- 23:28Speaker 1: as a Javon came from a broken family, so she
- 23:31Speaker 1: would appreciate for her grandchild to not have that. And
- 23:34Speaker 1: then he says the same thing, Well, keep me posted
- 23:37Speaker 1: on the baby. You just create a group chat.
- 23:39Speaker 2: With me your mom.
- 23:41Speaker 1: That why you can tell us both the same things.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Why I think that's crazy is like, how often do
- 23:45Speaker 1: you guys talk?
- 23:46Speaker 2: Si is your wife? How often you guys talk? Keep
- 23:49Speaker 2: me posted about the baby? Yesh.
- 23:51Speaker 1: So then the producers do this thing where they obviously
- 23:54Speaker 1: ask both of them separately, like what have you learned
- 23:57Speaker 1: about marriage?
- 23:58Speaker 2: And you know, being here, and you can tell they
- 24:01Speaker 2: asked this.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Because then they have to answer it with the question,
- 24:04Speaker 1: and so Javon's like, yeah, I learned a lot about
- 24:07Speaker 1: marriage since being here.
- 24:10Speaker 2: He gives no specifics.
- 24:11Speaker 1: I assume that having to interview him was a nightmare
- 24:18Speaker 1: for the producers. Anna, on the other hand, they're like,
- 24:20Speaker 1: what did you learn? She's like, oh, I learned that
- 24:23Speaker 1: marriage is not about happiness.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Oh yeah, babe, especially not with him, especially not with
- 24:30Speaker 3: someone that you are doing everything for that he resents
- 24:34Speaker 3: having to do anything for you.
- 24:35Speaker 2: We'll certainly look into you coming here more.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Now.
- 24:37Speaker 2: He hates that he has to send her any money.
- 24:39Speaker 2: So I don't know.
- 24:41Speaker 1: She is posting a lot on TikTok and whatnot of
- 24:44Speaker 1: them being happy and them doing whatnot. So we will
- 24:47Speaker 1: see what happens, and that if she's pregnant, I certainly
- 24:50Speaker 1: hope for the best. Like, I just don't understand what's
- 24:54Speaker 1: going to have to happen for Javon to have like
- 24:56Speaker 1: a complete mental shift to be a father and a
- 25:00Speaker 1: good husband and a good man. And I think that
- 25:03Speaker 1: one thing would have to happen is he has to
- 25:05Speaker 1: learn to like himself and be honest with himself and
- 25:08Speaker 1: stop trying to like put all his insecurity on other
- 25:13Speaker 1: people or try and like shaft his own responsibilities, like
- 25:17Speaker 1: if his sister or his mom, who I've been dying
- 25:20Speaker 1: here from, like some woman in his actual life that
- 25:23Speaker 1: like knows him, Like I need that person to be
- 25:26Speaker 1: like what you told the mother of your child, just
- 25:29Speaker 1: keep her posted, to keep you posted on the baby.
- 25:32Speaker 1: And I also feel like, yeah, I feel upset that
- 25:36Speaker 1: the big fun thing was supposed to be, like he
- 25:38Speaker 1: got the ring for her ceremony. Oh great, he lied
- 25:43Speaker 1: to her and then you know, ended up getting her
- 25:46Speaker 1: the two hundred dollars ring on their actual ceremony day.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Oh what a feat man of the year.
- 25:52Speaker 1: What I mean, it's hard because we want better for Anna,
- 25:56Speaker 1: and I don't understand why Anna doesn't see how shitty
- 25:59Speaker 1: this he is. She's just like I love him so much,
- 26:02Speaker 1: and it's like why She's like, I just love when
- 26:05Speaker 1: we fight and then make up, and it's like we
- 26:08Speaker 1: certainly seen you fighting. The making up just is him
- 26:11Speaker 1: being quiet and then you being.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Nice around him. Oh God, let's move on. Lisa.
- 26:17Speaker 1: So Lisa and Faith are exercising and now she's in
- 26:20Speaker 1: a blonde ombre wig and he's like, yeah, you know,
- 26:25Speaker 1: Daniel wants me to do African braids.
- 26:27Speaker 2: And Faith is like, I mean, do I have to
- 26:29Speaker 2: say it?
- 26:29Speaker 3: You know?
- 26:30Speaker 2: You know? No, you're an American white woman?
- 26:33Speaker 3: No?
- 26:33Speaker 2: Oh do you Rachel Dolezel.
- 26:35Speaker 1: So Lisa's working three jobs, Daniel's working like, I don't know,
- 26:40Speaker 1: maybe one, maybe you know nothing. Let me get this
- 26:43Speaker 1: like wild story, which is that when Lisa was upset
- 26:47Speaker 1: about Daniel, she had made Daniel give her the passwords
- 26:52Speaker 1: to his accounts, his email accounts, and then Faith then
- 26:56Speaker 1: used the passwords to get into his email and then
- 26:58Speaker 1: found his contacts and found that there was a contact
- 27:01Speaker 1: named wife, also that he had put Lisa as Lisa baby.
- 27:07Speaker 1: So then Faith reaches out to the wife and is like, Hi,
- 27:11Speaker 1: I was looking at my friend's phone and you're listen
- 27:13Speaker 1: at his wife. And the person running back is like,
- 27:16Speaker 1: so what can I do for you? Which is great
- 27:19Speaker 1: because Faith's comment begs the other person to be like
- 27:23Speaker 1: I'm not his wife, or what are you talking about?
- 27:24Speaker 2: Or maybe I am.
- 27:25Speaker 1: But the person behind there took a step back and
- 27:28Speaker 1: was like neither yes, nor though, but what do you
- 27:31Speaker 1: want from me? To ever who was writing this, this
- 27:34Speaker 1: person is like a to me, a good communicator, if
- 27:38Speaker 1: especially if that person's end goal is to not give
- 27:42Speaker 1: in any information and get the fuck out of the situation,
- 27:45Speaker 1: which to me is smart. Why would you knowing that
- 27:48Speaker 1: Lisa's on the show? And I mean we don't know
- 27:50Speaker 1: that she doesn't This person might know or might not
- 27:52Speaker 1: know who Lisa is, but let's just pretend she doesn't.
- 27:55Speaker 1: What a fucking shit show to then have to be like, well, yeah,
- 27:59Speaker 1: I'm his wife. Yeah, you know, we've been married for
- 28:01Speaker 1: three years. You know, like, first of all, why would
- 28:03Speaker 1: you give the information not to some random person on
- 28:05Speaker 1: the internet. So anyway, all together, whoever is behind the
- 28:09Speaker 1: wife's texting account, brilliant, brilliant communication.
- 28:13Speaker 2: So what can I do for you, the wife says.
- 28:15Speaker 1: And then you know, basically they're like, well I want
- 28:18Speaker 1: to know if this is true, like you know, my
- 28:20Speaker 1: mom is dating Daniel and like you know, no, no, nah,
- 28:23Speaker 1: and the other person's like, please don't contact me again.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Lisa is so upset because the good morning texts have stopped.
- 28:28Speaker 1: It's never a good sign. Never I haven't ever. I mean,
- 28:33Speaker 1: let's just be honest. I think it's like, I don't
- 28:35Speaker 1: think there's ever coming back from good morning texts stopping
- 28:38Speaker 1: the minute good morning text stop. You know that person
- 28:40Speaker 1: is out the door onto the next and someone else
- 28:44Speaker 1: is getting the good morning texts. Because I think that
- 28:47Speaker 1: if you want to be with one person and you
- 28:49Speaker 1: think you found that one person and you have already
- 28:52Speaker 1: like done certain things like good morning texts or whatnot
- 28:55Speaker 1: to go back on, that is just indicative of, you know,
- 28:59Speaker 1: like a dismissive tone to the connection and relationship at hole,
- 29:06Speaker 1: And it's really difficult to deal with when you don't
- 29:12Speaker 1: know how or why things shifted. I guess it's gonna
- 29:15Speaker 1: be kind of like Stig Stig situation with Aviva. It
- 29:19Speaker 1: leaves you with unanswered questions, and the unanswered questions are
- 29:25Speaker 1: horrifying because in order for your mind to solve the
- 29:30Speaker 1: problem at hand, it's gonna look everywhere and you're right there.
- 29:34Speaker 1: So then it's going to be like what did I do?
- 29:35Speaker 2: What did it do?
- 29:36Speaker 1: Was it? This?
- 29:36Speaker 2: Was it?
- 29:37Speaker 1: This?
- 29:37Speaker 3: Was it that?
- 29:37Speaker 2: And to actually have to settle on that this person was.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Like never into you that much or found someone else,
- 29:44Speaker 1: or just thought they were going to be into you,
- 29:46Speaker 1: but decided that any amount of it's too difficult, either
- 29:49Speaker 1: on their side or yours, and that they are just
- 29:53Speaker 1: going to hang back on their laurels and just become
- 29:57Speaker 1: lazy about it. And hope just kind of like Joshua
- 30:01Speaker 1: or the employer that wants the employee to quit, that
- 30:04Speaker 1: the other person gets the hint and moves on without
- 30:08Speaker 1: them having to do any of the work.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Right, It's always that.
- 30:12Speaker 1: So basically, Lisa's driving in her ombre wig and Daniel
- 30:16Speaker 1: calls and she's like, can't believe Daniel called. He's not
- 30:19Speaker 1: been calling. But obviously this is a hot in the
- 30:22Speaker 1: heels of that wife conversation show. I'm sure whoever Daniel
- 30:25Speaker 1: was talking to it wife got an earful from that
- 30:27Speaker 1: person that there's a girl named Faith in America asking questions.
- 30:31Speaker 1: So he calls and he's real chipper, and she's like pissed,
- 30:36Speaker 1: and then she's like, you give me your passwords. Faith
- 30:39Speaker 1: found someone named wife, and we Daniel does the exact
- 30:42Speaker 1: same thing he did before, which is like try and
- 30:44Speaker 1: dodge the question put it on her by being like,
- 30:48Speaker 1: you're always, you know, putting on me these like accusations
- 30:52Speaker 1: and it's really annoying or whatnot. And at the same time,
- 30:56Speaker 1: I'm really busy. That's why i haven't been able to
- 30:58Speaker 1: talk to you, because I'm drowning in debt and I
- 31:00Speaker 1: kind of want to be like dead for what?
- 31:03Speaker 2: What debt?
- 31:05Speaker 1: Only because she bought you all those clothes? She told
- 31:07Speaker 1: you she can't send you any more money because she
- 31:09Speaker 1: has to get you to America. We find out he
- 31:12Speaker 1: has a job. He plays I don't know basketball or
- 31:15Speaker 1: soccer and he has a job. So what debt does
- 31:17Speaker 1: he have? Because from our vantage point, he spends nothing.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Is this like a Beercan situation? Is he fucking into gambling?
- 31:24Speaker 2: What is it? Anyway?
- 31:25Speaker 1: Lisa puts her foot down, is like, this is over.
- 31:28Speaker 1: I don't want to talk to anymore. She hangs up
- 31:29Speaker 1: on him. Now is it going to be a forever
- 31:32Speaker 1: hang up? I'm not quite sure because I have been
- 31:36Speaker 1: unfortunately I put all my eggs into a basket of
- 31:39Speaker 1: someone finally doing their due diligence and seeing how someone
- 31:43Speaker 1: isn't going to ever treat them right. And then we
- 31:44Speaker 1: get Rick and Trish. Okay, the Trish situation is hard, okay,
- 31:48Speaker 1: but also remember this as I go back to Lisa.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Lisa knew that he was in shit when they had
- 31:53Speaker 1: that fight and he was calling her evil and she
- 31:57Speaker 1: was like, no, I'm not evil. I'm fucking paying for
- 32:00Speaker 1: everything for you, asshole. And that moment, we're like, yeah, leave, leave,
- 32:04Speaker 1: take your money and give it to your child. To me, Faith,
- 32:07Speaker 1: I mean, I wish Faith would put a full fucking
- 32:09Speaker 1: conservatorship on her mom, just like shar did recently to
- 32:12Speaker 1: her son. But I mean, I think that you know,
- 32:14Speaker 1: Faith is you know, Faith knows her mom isn't shit.
- 32:17Speaker 1: And the fact that Faith hangs around her mom to
- 32:19Speaker 1: a means that Faith has a lot of love in
- 32:21Speaker 1: her heart and a lot of empathy and also hopefully
- 32:25Speaker 1: be has a therapist, psychologist group of people that she
- 32:30Speaker 1: has been able to disconnect her mom, be able to
- 32:35Speaker 1: be disconnected from her mom enough to be like, I
- 32:38Speaker 1: was raised by an incredibly unstable person, and I'm able
- 32:42Speaker 1: to give her love now. But she doesn't affect me
- 32:46Speaker 1: and she can't harm me anymore. God bless Okay, Rick
- 32:49Speaker 1: and Trish. He's packing to leave. He's like, yeah, just
- 32:53Speaker 1: Trish just used to light up a room. And so
- 32:57Speaker 1: that's why I liked being with her. I would just
- 33:00Speaker 1: enjoy standing next to her, which to me was like, okay, yeah,
- 33:04Speaker 1: because Tricia's hot, af and young as fuck. And so
- 33:07Speaker 1: what I'm hearing is Tricia's so hot and so young
- 33:10Speaker 1: that you liked having her on, like being having her
- 33:13Speaker 1: be armacandy to you. Then he says this, He says,
- 33:17Speaker 1: if my ex never contacted him, that we would be
- 33:20Speaker 1: in a better place, meaning Trician him, and we're all like, oh, no, no, no, no, no,
- 33:24Speaker 1: this is all your fault if you if your ex
- 33:27Speaker 1: never contacted you, it could have been anyone else, though, buddy.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Also, what if you contacted her?
- 33:32Speaker 1: Also, the fact that you won't block her means that
- 33:34Speaker 1: you wanted her to contact you know, like it almost
- 33:37Speaker 1: feels like he said it like in that moment. Why
- 33:39Speaker 1: he won't take any accountability that he fucked this up
- 33:42Speaker 1: is so crazy to me. It's just say, yeah, it's
- 33:44Speaker 1: just the ex that the X hadn't contacted us, so
- 33:46Speaker 1: whoever they would be fine. No, because you're a natural asshole,
- 33:51Speaker 1: insecure weirdo that would have come out is gonna come out.
- 33:55Speaker 1: So then he gets to the airport and then we
- 33:57Speaker 1: get the scene that we hate so much, which is
- 34:00Speaker 1: that he like looks up and then starts crying like babies.
- 34:03Speaker 2: And she's there with a Christmas present, except that it's
- 34:05Speaker 2: just a Christmas present wrapping and.
- 34:07Speaker 1: What it is it's like an outfit that I guess
- 34:10Speaker 1: she bought for him and for her it's like a
- 34:12Speaker 1: red Aston Martin shirt with like flip flops, and she
- 34:14Speaker 1: I guess she got a matching outfit and she's like,
- 34:16Speaker 1: I bought this for us. I don't know why you
- 34:17Speaker 1: didn't give it to him. Then, I don't know how
- 34:18Speaker 1: you've been traveling the whole time not giving him that outfit.
- 34:23Speaker 2: She's He's like, why are you here? Why are you here? Baby?
- 34:26Speaker 1: She's like I wanted to see him, And to us,
- 34:29Speaker 1: she's like her heart still loves him, but she can't
- 34:31Speaker 1: be with him.
- 34:31Speaker 2: We're like uh oh, and.
- 34:33Speaker 1: She's like there and we hate it for her, and
- 34:35Speaker 1: he's like, please, you know, like please get back together
- 34:39Speaker 1: with me. Let's do this, and you know, you know,
- 34:42Speaker 1: eventually I'll go over that woman. It's like, okay, well
- 34:46Speaker 1: then contact me then, I mean I hopefully will be
- 34:48Speaker 1: on my way to like, you know, some other situation.
- 34:50Speaker 1: But why would anyone want to be with someone who's
- 34:53Speaker 1: not over someone else. I don't have the security to
- 34:56Speaker 1: do that. I want to know if I'm just insecure,
- 34:59Speaker 1: Like there's not a this such a funny situation. I
- 35:01Speaker 1: don't understand how that's not disrespectful, Like if we're together,
- 35:07Speaker 1: how do you expect me to want or be happy
- 35:11Speaker 1: or be okay or be secure knowing that you are
- 35:16Speaker 1: into someone else. I mean, unless you're in a full
- 35:17Speaker 1: Polly situation or whatever. It's not I'm talking about to me.
- 35:20Speaker 1: It's just like, no, if you're in it with me,
- 35:22Speaker 1: you're in it with me, and like that's it. I
- 35:24Speaker 1: don't mean, maybe this is me being possessive, but it's like,
- 35:28Speaker 1: I'm not going to be happy for you, Like, if
- 35:30Speaker 1: you aren't over that person, I'm not going to sit
- 35:33Speaker 1: around hoping that you do. I'm not going to trust you.
- 35:36Speaker 1: I'm not going to think that you have any sort
- 35:39Speaker 1: of care or respect for me. And then the minute
- 35:41Speaker 1: you get over that person, I'm not gonna be like, yay,
- 35:43Speaker 1: I did it. I want against some person anyway. So
- 35:47Speaker 1: basically after that, he says, it's.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Not easy love.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Nothing worth worth having is I don't even know if
- 35:55Speaker 1: he's ever known love. They agree to just talk. She's like,
- 35:59Speaker 1: I'm not saying I'll get back together with you, and
- 36:01Speaker 1: we're like, yes, you are, which is annoying. Then the
- 36:03Speaker 1: producers are like, okay, all right, well you said that
- 36:06Speaker 1: you really want to get back together with her. She
- 36:08Speaker 1: came to the airport, she got you a Christmas present. Now,
- 36:11Speaker 1: now will you block your ex And he won't.
- 36:14Speaker 2: He says he can. I see said it's disrespectful for
- 36:16Speaker 2: the times they shared.
- 36:17Speaker 1: I really need to know what you guys feel about that, Like,
- 36:20Speaker 1: I need to know if you block your exes, if
- 36:22Speaker 1: you block your exes that like have coming back and
- 36:25Speaker 1: forth to you. Do you block your exes if you're
- 36:28Speaker 1: in a relationship, and do you unblock them when you're
- 36:30Speaker 1: not in a relationship, Like, what are the rules of
- 36:34Speaker 1: such a thing?
- 36:35Speaker 2: I can't.
- 36:35Speaker 1: I think I think I've blocked. I think I've blocked
- 36:39Speaker 1: my exes. No, I don't really remember. I knew I've
- 36:43Speaker 1: blocked one x because this person did try to keep
- 36:46Speaker 1: coming back or whatever, and I was like, no, you know,
- 36:50Speaker 1: I don't want to deal with this. And then there's
- 36:54Speaker 1: another person that I've blocked before. And then I've unblocked
- 36:57Speaker 1: for whatever reason, and and I you know, and it's
- 37:00Speaker 1: probably more toxic reason than like want wanting for I'm sorry,
- 37:04Speaker 1: it's probably a more toxic reason than I would like
- 37:07Speaker 1: to know about myself. But surely, if I was in
- 37:11Speaker 1: a relationship with someone that I liked and had feelings
- 37:15Speaker 1: for and wanted a future for, if that person asked
- 37:19Speaker 1: me to block an X that I didn't really see,
- 37:23Speaker 1: like wasn't in my social circle, I would I would
- 37:27Speaker 1: absolutely require them to do the same to do I'm sorry,
- 37:30Speaker 1: to do the same if I felt like there was
- 37:32Speaker 1: a weirdness or toxicity there, and if they didn't, I
- 37:36Speaker 1: wouldn't be with them easily.
- 37:38Speaker 2: It's just it's like, here's the thing.
- 37:40Speaker 1: It's really shitty again to have to like test people, right,
- 37:45Speaker 1: It's an annoying thing and it's shitty to do. But
- 37:48Speaker 1: at the same time, there are these little tests. They're
- 37:52Speaker 1: like they're kind of fail safe. They're like, oh, what
- 37:54Speaker 1: is real? Because it's sometimes very difficult because people be
- 37:58Speaker 1: saying whatever they want to say to get to one
- 38:00Speaker 1: end goal. But at the end of the day, if
- 38:04Speaker 1: you are not prioritizing making sure this connection is secure
- 38:09Speaker 1: and in a position to thrive. Then you aren't for
- 38:14Speaker 1: whatever reason, and I think you can't get over that,
- 38:16Speaker 1: Like there's no getting over that. Like okay, if you
- 38:20Speaker 1: don't find our connection to be worthy of protection and
- 38:24Speaker 1: worthy to be cherished, and like if you don't see
- 38:27Speaker 1: how my how my feelings are valid, then you don't
- 38:30Speaker 1: And how could this work?
- 38:31Speaker 2: Then? Anyway, let's move on to Forest. So Forrest is packing.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Mollie has decided to pack chips in her suitcase in
- 38:42Speaker 1: the suitcase, not like in the suitcase layered on top
- 38:46Speaker 1: of a bunch of other clothes. Like then the suitcase
- 38:49Speaker 1: lid comes down, and those chips are obviously like I mean,
- 38:52Speaker 1: you can literally, I guess, make like a bread coating
- 38:55Speaker 1: for chicken out of them. They're going to be smushed
- 38:58Speaker 1: to smithereens. And Molly, who really prides herself on being
- 39:02Speaker 1: like the voice of reason in the entire family for Forest,
- 39:05Speaker 1: for dev, doesn't know that. Even Fort's like, those are
- 39:08Speaker 1: not gonna be chips at the end of this, Mom,
- 39:10Speaker 1: Molly's like, yeah they will, and we're all like, no,
- 39:12Speaker 1: they won't. How good are those chips? What kind of
- 39:14Speaker 1: chips do you really need? From the Philippines I just
- 39:16Speaker 1: want to know. I'm not saying they're bad, but like
- 39:18Speaker 1: what chips are there are They're like a different flavor.
- 39:21Speaker 3: Chip, you know.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Like Molly has really enjoyed her time in the Philippines
- 39:24Speaker 1: almost like Mollie I feel like loved it, which is
- 39:30Speaker 1: like makes sense. She really was one of the like
- 39:32Speaker 1: Americans who went abroad who was like fascinated by all
- 39:37Speaker 1: of the different sites and also really loved the cuisine.
- 39:41Speaker 2: So I'll give her that. Now, Forst and Sheena are
- 39:44Speaker 2: in the car going to.
- 39:46Speaker 1: The airport, and I forget Like one of their weird
- 39:50Speaker 1: things about the relationships is that they love like really
- 39:55Speaker 1: calling each other out, like about body functions and stuff
- 39:58Speaker 1: like that. Like she's like, ah, you snore, She's like
- 40:02Speaker 1: you grind your teeth. He farts, you know, like they
- 40:04Speaker 1: talk about that kind of thing and they think it's
- 40:05Speaker 1: like cute or whatever. It to me definitely reads like
- 40:09Speaker 1: emotionally immature, but you know, God blessed to each their own. Now,
- 40:12Speaker 1: Mollie is like, Shina is the biggest manipulator I have
- 40:15Speaker 1: ever seen in my life. I'm so happy I was
- 40:18Speaker 1: here to save Forrest from making the biggest mistake ever
- 40:21Speaker 1: I mean to me, to me, she is not a
- 40:24Speaker 1: big manipulator.
- 40:25Speaker 2: Shina just knew she couldn't tell the truth to you
- 40:29Speaker 2: or your son. She couldn't tell Molly, oh, Molly. Yeah.
- 40:32Speaker 1: In my culture, we give money to our parents, like period.
- 40:35Speaker 1: So that's why I give money my parents, because it's expected.
- 40:37Speaker 2: I'm always going to do it.
- 40:38Speaker 1: That's what people my culture do, also, Mollie. People in
- 40:41Speaker 1: my culture, the men are the ones that make the money.
- 40:45Speaker 1: So it shouldn't even beyond me about what money I
- 40:48Speaker 1: have and what I'm doing with my money should absolutely
- 40:50Speaker 1: be on your son Forrest to make the money. That's
- 40:54Speaker 1: what I think. Also, Forrest, make more money, get a job.
- 40:57Speaker 1: I don't care about the you know, the excuses that
- 40:59Speaker 1: you have. Make more money, get a job, find the
- 41:02Speaker 1: thing that you're good at. Like that's what Sheena wanted
- 41:05Speaker 1: to say the whole time.
- 41:06Speaker 2: But she didn't.
- 41:07Speaker 1: All she would do is cry, and Molly's like, she's
- 41:10Speaker 1: the biggest manipulator, and it's like, mmm, she's just like
- 41:13Speaker 1: somehow not strong enough to tell you what the fuck
- 41:17Speaker 1: is up. So Sina crying is like, now what happens
- 41:21Speaker 1: for the next whole part of the episode, Like to the.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Point where Sina's doing this okay so much.
- 41:29Speaker 1: It happens so many times that you can even hear
- 41:31Speaker 1: that the editor has like grabbed this, grabbed the little
- 41:36Speaker 1: like three second clip of that sound and copy and
- 41:39Speaker 1: pasted it throughout the episode, where.
- 41:41Speaker 2: I'm like, we're dumb.
- 41:42Speaker 1: We don't need that much of it. Oh my god,
- 41:44Speaker 1: is this your way of saving money on like music?
- 41:47Speaker 2: I can't. Okay.
- 41:48Speaker 1: So they get to the airport, Molly's like, you know,
- 41:51Speaker 1: I even though she's a big manipulator, I do know
- 41:53Speaker 1: they love each other. So I'll give them some time
- 41:55Speaker 1: to say goodbye. And you know, Mollie also gets a
- 41:59Speaker 1: little bit crying when she is crying on her shoulder.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Forrest is wearing like a red like motor cycle jacket
- 42:06Speaker 1: and then a black cowboy hat with gold hardware. She's
- 42:09Speaker 1: wearing like a blue Colbot coalbalt racer back tea with
- 42:12Speaker 1: painted flowers and like a mini buns. She kind of
- 42:15Speaker 1: gives Chunley. He takes off his hat and is like, here,
- 42:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you my hat. My favorite hat in
- 42:22Speaker 1: the world is a guarantee that I'll come back. She's like,
- 42:27Speaker 1: She's like, I.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Don't know if I can wear the hat because I
- 42:29Speaker 2: even work as a veterinarian. The dogs might chew on it.
- 42:32Speaker 2: We're like, okay, you don't have to wear it every day, girl,
- 42:34Speaker 2: you don't have to wear it every day. Okay. Aviva
- 42:36Speaker 2: and Stig, So Aviv and Stig, they you know, had
- 42:40Speaker 2: their story ended.
- 42:41Speaker 1: But it's now like a couple of weeks later, and
- 42:44Speaker 1: we're in Arizona and we are now watching Aviva in
- 42:48Speaker 1: her single confessional in the red dress that people had
- 42:52Speaker 1: a long time ago been like, she looks different. Is
- 42:54Speaker 1: this They thought that, you know, the turn of them
- 42:56Speaker 1: was going to be like the Anna Javon situation. So
- 42:59Speaker 1: we understand that things aren't good. She's obviously upset. She
- 43:03Speaker 1: like sits down, she has to get Kleenex. And then
- 43:07Speaker 1: we hear the story he had come to America and
- 43:10Speaker 1: then when they got to Arizona, they went to Houston.
- 43:13Speaker 1: She had spent time with his family, but he started
- 43:15Speaker 1: to pull away and he was like not texting her
- 43:19Speaker 1: and things were awkward, and so she basically couldn't get
- 43:23Speaker 1: a straight answer out of him and was like, what
- 43:25Speaker 1: the fuck, just tell me what's up. This is like
- 43:28Speaker 1: so rude, You're like engaged in me, Like what is it?
- 43:31Speaker 1: And he breaks up with her overtext and then immediately
- 43:35Speaker 1: posts pictures of him with other girls. And this is
- 43:38Speaker 1: where Aviva like says that she is really struggling with
- 43:42Speaker 1: unanswered questions and she like has gone through her head
- 43:44Speaker 1: and be like, what did I do wrong? And the
- 43:46Speaker 1: answer is that you trusted someone far too soon and
- 43:51Speaker 1: far too much that you should have never trusted, Like Aviva,
- 43:54Speaker 1: you literally met him and he was like, I want
- 43:56Speaker 1: to breed you, and you were like, great, you just
- 43:58Speaker 1: got too excited and too into some one without doing
- 44:00Speaker 1: your due diligence of like what this person was giving you,
- 44:04Speaker 1: what his end goal was, people like and spring people
- 44:07Speaker 1: like his producers on every side was like, don't trust him,
- 44:11Speaker 1: and you did. Now you might have the beautiful heart
- 44:13Speaker 1: that wants love and you're not the only one, but
- 44:16Speaker 1: it's going to be really difficult to just be like, girl,
- 44:18Speaker 1: you did nothing except open your heart to someone who
- 44:22Speaker 1: like just wasn't capable of giving you anything back. And
- 44:26Speaker 1: it's hard to sit with that because then you also
- 44:28Speaker 1: realize someone was like lying to you and manipulating you,
- 44:32Speaker 1: and that this person probably got sex easily, you know,
- 44:37Speaker 1: validation easily. Now the good news is he almost got
- 44:41Speaker 1: like a full visa to America. At least you didn't
- 44:44Speaker 1: get that. That is the It's hard. Yeah, Like that's
- 44:47Speaker 1: why you have to be with someone long enough to
- 44:50Speaker 1: like truly know what's happening. And I guess you know,
- 44:53Speaker 1: test them, test him if you can, because especially like
- 44:57Speaker 1: manipulating assholes of both female and male gender and anyone gender,
- 45:02Speaker 1: we'll do whatever it takes to get to their end goal.
- 45:04Speaker 2: And so I don't know. Yeah, that's how I feel.
- 45:06Speaker 1: About that, you guys, says tell All was supposed to
- 45:08Speaker 1: be fabulous, and I cannot wait, surely cannot wait. So
- 45:12Speaker 1: that's what's coming up. At the same time. Please give
- 45:15Speaker 1: this podcast five stars. If you haven't yet, please give
- 45:18Speaker 1: it a helpful review. I have some fun collapse coming up,
- 45:21Speaker 1: although my last collab last week with Sugar Pusher slash
- 45:25Speaker 1: Ali Duncan was like a dream come true, so listen
- 45:28Speaker 1: to that if you haven't. Single life is happening as well.
- 45:31Speaker 1: If you haven't yet, you can follow me on social media.
- 45:34Speaker 1: I'm at Chris el Fara on Instagram. I'm on TikTok's
- 45:38Speaker 1: Chris el Fara, I'm going to get my substack back up,
- 45:40Speaker 1: but my Patreon is in full fucking force.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Go there.
- 45:44Speaker 1: I'm doing love on the Spectrum next week and some
- 45:50Speaker 1: special lives will be happening on Patreon only as well
- 45:53Speaker 1: as Facebook Vanity Farah the private group you can also
- 45:57Speaker 1: like Chris Fara there all of that. So let's do
- 46:01Speaker 1: some present body work. Let's just if we can remind
- 46:04Speaker 1: ourselves how it is to be in the present moment,
- 46:08Speaker 1: so that hopefully when it comes necessary for us to
- 46:12Speaker 1: really dial in and consider what's happening around us as
- 46:16Speaker 1: well as like have a connection to our own heart
- 46:18Speaker 1: and body and mind, maybe we have an easier time
- 46:20Speaker 1: to do so. So I just put my feet on
- 46:24Speaker 1: the floor. I can sort of feel my hotel's rug
- 46:28Speaker 1: underneath my feet, and I can hear the sound of
- 46:31Speaker 1: the air conditioning because I'm in Miami, so it's hot
- 46:32Speaker 1: as hell. But maybe you can hear that air conditioning,
- 46:35Speaker 1: or just the sound of my voice or your own
- 46:37Speaker 1: air conditioning or anything in the present room sensrely to
- 46:40Speaker 1: bring you right here where you don't have to think
- 46:42Speaker 1: about the past, don't have to worry about the future, Hopefully,
- 46:47Speaker 1: right now you are great. Hopefully you are doing something
- 46:52Speaker 1: fun like listening to me hahaha, or cleaning your house,
- 46:55Speaker 1: which is great self care, or driving, if you're driving.
- 46:59Speaker 1: I get that you have to be I'm a cognizant.
- 47:01Speaker 1: But presently that's what's happening. We are together, and so
- 47:06Speaker 1: let's do two breaths. We really just sit and marinate
- 47:11Speaker 1: in it. Okay, babes, one more? All right, friends, take
- 47:14Speaker 1: care of yourselves and one another. Stand up for what
- 47:17Speaker 1: you believe and make art. All right, I'll talk to
- 47:20Speaker 1: you later, mine,
