  so happy to be here to me. This morning was

  crazy and I white knuckled it. But we're ready to report. Okay,

  so let's go all right, okay. So yes, Episode six

  is called mob Wise and Bad Vibes. And I actually

  liked this title because I haven't liked anyone but I

  haven't I have not, and this one is a little
• 0:40
  on the nose, but it also just fits and so anyway,

  I get it and I like it. Our restaurant watch
• 0:45
  this week is the State Road Tavern, which is I
• 0:48
  looked it up as in Camas and I'm like, why
• 0:51
  the hell are we in Camus and we should be
• 0:53
  eating in Salt Lake. I'm pretty sure Meredith lives up
• 0:56
  there somewhere, but.

  Speaker 2: Anyway, lots of people with money up in a.

  Speaker 1: Yes, yes, although Mary's is probably renting, but whatever. Anyway,

  So my epiphany of the week, my oh moment, was
• 1:10
  the first episode of the season. Lisa threw a party
• 1:13
  that was called she called besos or besitos, and I
• 1:16
  was trying to figure out why, and then we got
• 1:18
  a recap this week of her doing a FaceTime with
• 1:20
  her son who's serving a mission in Columbia, and they
• 1:22
  were trying out some Spanish. I'm like, oh, she was,
• 1:25
  that's what inspired her. So anyway, let's see. I I'm
• 1:30
  going to skip ahead to what I think was the
• 1:33
  most interesting of the week. Two things. First, I really
• 1:36
  like how Mary and Bronwyn bonded this week. So I
• 1:41
  told you guys last week about how Bronwyn has this
• 1:44
  drama going on with her baby daddy who died and
• 1:47
  now his parents want to talk to her daughter. So
• 1:49
  he meets up with Mary and she shares this information
• 1:52
  with Mary because it's going to create some drama between
• 1:54
  her and Lisa because Lisa's friends with the family of
• 1:56
  the baby daddy. And so it was just really nice
• 1:58
  I thought, authentic moment between Mary and Bronwyn, because then
• 2:02
  Mary shares how she does not have a relationship with
• 2:04
  her mother, and I don't remember that we've heard this
• 2:07
  about Mary. She doesn't talk to her mother, and so
• 2:09
  she was talking about how her son, so Mary's son
• 2:12
  doesn't know her mother and so when it comes to
• 2:14
  like having grandparent day, and he's never known his grandparents,
• 2:17
  and so they have this really interesting moment of connecting.
• 2:20
  And I really really like that for them, and I'm
• 2:21
  really curious to see if this is if they developed
• 2:24
  a friendship for the show or what happens from there.
• 2:26
  So I thought it was very interesting.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, I hope he has a good Grandparents' Day sometime.

  Speaker 1: I know. Yeah, well, is she married to her stepdad?
• 2:36
  So but he's so old and so his parents were
• 2:38
  already dead and oh right, but they're overlated. Yeah, but
• 2:42
  we'll need to go ahead. But I mean, maybe she
• 2:45
  doesn't talk to her mom because she's married to her stepdad. Well,
• 2:50
  so I'm totally making a lot of connections either. I
• 2:53
  love making assumptions. So I think I think the grandma
• 2:57
  actually had something to do with that marriage, and so
• 3:00
  she because I think she was the one that handed
• 3:02
  Mary off to him and wanted her, and so I
• 3:05
  think that was maybe out of like she wanted to
• 3:07
  I would guess you want to take care of Mary
• 3:08
  because Mary's mom was so awful. And so then from there, yeah,
• 3:12
  so then his parents would have been still been a
• 3:15
  relation and yeah, it's crazy, and so it's all a
• 3:18
  mess and blessed And also like I thought, like gives
• 3:21
  us a lot of insight into Mary. Right, She's very odd,
• 3:24
  and she's very guarded, and she's really judgmental, which I
• 3:27
  can relate to. But and so I thought that was
• 3:30
  like really insightful about who she is. And I appreciate
• 3:33
  that she did not bring all this out episode season one, right,
• 3:37
  he was, you know, showing up for the show and
• 3:39
  putting on her performance. And I liked they were getting
• 3:41
  a little getting to know Mary a little bit more
• 3:43
  and she's like, we'd had to earn it, so and
• 3:45
  that was interesting. I don't like Whitney and I'm so judgy,
• 3:50
  and so we had this moment where they're getting ready
• 3:52
  for this party, which I'll talk about. It was the
• 3:53
  highlight of the episode. So Whitney is getting ready for
• 3:55
  her party. And you know, when we're getting ready for
• 3:57
  parties or travel or whatever, like it's usually housewives talking
• 4:00
  to their son or their daughter or their partner or
• 4:03
  another housewives seeing or a friend, right talking about what
• 4:06
  they're nervous about, what they're anticipating, And Whitney's having this
• 4:09
  like heart to heart conversation with her glam squad as
• 4:12
  they're getting her ready for her party. And I just
• 4:14
  am so judgmental of this when people start treating the
• 4:17
  people they pay like their friends. And this is what
• 4:20
  jen Shaw did, right, Jenshaw had her Shaw Squad and
• 4:23
  that's who she was confiding in and spending time with.
• 4:26
  And I just judge Whitney first.
• 4:28
  Speaker 2: So you're saying that you should never when you have help,

  you should always treat them as help.

  Speaker 1: No, I'm no, thank you for the clarification. So no,

  I'm saying, for the purpose of the show, if we're

  trying to move the story along, let's use people who

  are there to move the story along and not I

  don't know. Yes, I mean like I want them to

  treat everyone like people, but I don't this isn't treating

  them like people, like you can't pay them be your friends.

  I don't know. Maybe that's me anyway, So, oh my gosh.

  And so the whole point of this that at the

  so it was to get towards Angie k throwing this
• 5:02
  anniversary party that she's calling it's either a mafia party
• 5:06
  or a mob wise party. So they have the stupidest
• 5:09
  cold open for the episode that's in black and white
• 5:12
  with like cheesy rip off Godfather music playing in the background,
• 5:17
  her getting ready for her party, and Angie saying she's
• 5:19
  going to make the women an offer that they can't refuse.
• 5:22
  This is so dumb, like we've had. This is the
• 5:26
  third or fourth of these that they've done. It's so dumb. Anyway,
• 5:29
  So we're at the party the Mafia Mob. Be sure

  to go to my Instagram, Judge mpath. I posted some

  pictures because just so you can see what a housewife
• 5:37
  dresses up like for a mob themed party. Rand there.

  They had big hair and lots of makeup. Anyway, and
• 5:49
  so this is to celebrate Angie's twenty fifth wedding anniversary.

  Meredith in confessional does point out how strange it is
• 5:56
  to have the Mafia or mob wise as a theme
• 6:00
  for your wedding anniversary. I will, but I had another
• 6:04
  epiphany on my long commute in that I realized in like, oh,
• 6:07
  there's this whole thing about Angie's Greek and the Greek Mafia,
• 6:11
  and so I think she's playing into all that. So whatever. Anyway,
• 6:14
  the audio at the party is horrible. Come on production, Like,
• 6:18
  we are here for the drama, Like we need to
• 6:19
  be able to like understand what's going on, but I
• 6:21
  think it's like the flooring or whatever, but it's really
• 6:24
  hard to hear what's going on. But anyway, so here's
• 6:27
  the thing that happened that was So this is what
• 6:30
  gets the last fifty twenty minutes. So remember Brittany has
• 6:34
  been on again, off again with Jared Osmond and so
• 6:37
  last we saw she was like, we're going to break up.
• 6:39
  So she shows up to the party with this guy
• 6:41
  named Aaron. So, first of all, it turns out Aaron
• 6:44
  actually dated Heather and apparently they made out, and oh,
• 6:47
  this is what happens in certain circles, is we just
• 6:49
  pass around, you know, people to date. Yeah. So anyway,
• 6:52
  so there's a teeny kind of bit of drama there. However,
• 6:56
  then Mary gets introduced to Aaron, not Jared, and she's like, wait, hi, Jared,
• 7:01
  and he's like, no, this is Aaron, and Mary's super confused.

  So he's talking to Meredith and Aaron's like and Mary's like, no, no,
• 7:07
  that's Jared, and Meredith is like, no, it's Aaron. She
• 7:10
  does big look the same. So Meredith pulls up the
• 7:12
  picture trying to convince Mary, and so production also to
• 7:15
  decide by side to again, so didn't go to my
• 7:17
  Instagram at judge MPAT and I posted a screenshot of this,
• 7:20
  and you tell me, are they the same guy? Are
• 7:22
  they not the same guy? Similar? They do?

  Speaker 2: They do Jared Osmond and Aaron Osmond exactly exactly.

  Speaker 1: So then this is the gasping moment. So then we're
• 7:35
  at the party and we're well into the party at
• 7:37
  this point, Jared Osmond walks in the door. Oh yes,
• 7:42
  oh that's to the TV bill. Were you there? Whoa, whoa? Anyway,

  and so first of all, it is hilarious because then
• 7:51
  Mary's like, oh, now I see the difference.

  Speaker 2: If you're an Osmond, do you know how to make
• 7:55
  an entrance?

  Speaker 1: Oh? Oh my, he's so gross. So anyway, so then

  Britney starts crying and again I yelled at my TV.

  Oh my god, she didn't hear me. But I'm shaking

  my head like why are we crying about this? And

  then in confessional what we hear is Whitney says, justin
• 8:15
  her husband invited Jared. But we get Jared and Brittany
• 8:19
  out talking on the patio, and Jared says well, I
• 8:21
  missed you and I wanted to see you. My question
• 8:23
  for Jared is what about the brow Girl? Because this
• 8:26
  was the drama where he was dming the brow Girl
• 8:29
  and now he says he misses Brittany. Anyway, Oh, we
• 8:31
  got it. We got to wrap it up. Okay, okay,
• 8:35
  let's see. We'll go to a couple quotes of the week.

  I don't care if you're truth as ugly, just don't lie.

  That's Mary, and then the and then we're gonna go

  to are you asking me or you accusing me? Because

  it sounds like you're accusing me. And this is the

  drama between Lisa and Whitney about Whitney's jewelry business and

  whether or not it is legit. So our drinking game
• 8:53
  is the Torture Housewives department. And so you're going to
• 8:56
  take a drink everyone every time someone calls somebody a liar,
• 8:58
  because they're all calling each other liars and it's torture
• 9:00
  for us, it's torture for them. But whatever, and then
