- 0:51Speaker 3: Yeah, you finally here.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Yeah I was supposed to been did it but out
- 0:54Speaker 1: here because.
- 0:55Speaker 2: We don't want to really wild out. I really want
- 0:57Speaker 2: to tell. We really want to tell the little duvals
- 1:00Speaker 2: the world.
- 1:00Speaker 5: That's why people come here. You know you lets you
- 1:02Speaker 5: know our ballers man twenty five years in the game.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Yeah, this is my twenty fifty.
- 1:07Speaker 3: I know five years and again I know I know
- 1:10Speaker 3: all about you.
- 1:11Speaker 1: But yeah, yeah, yeah, I've been front the crib five. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:14Speaker 1: he from Florida.
- 1:14Speaker 4: I know that's why I would have did it for him,
- 1:16Speaker 4: But I don't do podcasts, and so yeah, I mean
- 1:19Speaker 4: I'm hearing that though.
- 1:21Speaker 1: So come on, let's talk. Let's go.
- 1:22Speaker 6: All right, let's take it back to Jacksonville.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Can we take it back to Jacksonville? Who was a
- 1:25Speaker 2: little duval growing up?
- 1:27Speaker 1: My parents was more so that was a village.
- 1:29Speaker 4: So it wasn't just my parents, it was my family,
- 1:32Speaker 4: it was my neighborhood. I'm a product of my environment
- 1:35Speaker 4: in a good way.
- 1:36Speaker 1: You know. You know, we get here. Everything bad by Jacksonville,
- 1:39Speaker 1: but I'm one of the good things.
- 1:40Speaker 7: Yeah, I heard it was two sides of Jacksonville when
- 1:44Speaker 7: I when I went one time, they was like, yo,
- 1:46Speaker 7: you cross the bridge.
- 1:48Speaker 4: That bridge across the bridge kind of rough now too,
- 1:50Speaker 4: but it's like it is two sides. There's the college
- 1:53Speaker 4: white boy's side that they party like a motherfucker. Then
- 1:57Speaker 4: you got us the niggas. You know what, it's both
- 2:01Speaker 4: and both. I'm good. You just got to understand both
- 2:03Speaker 4: of them. Yeah, I wanted to go get both. They
- 2:06Speaker 4: told me to go on the other side. They like,
- 2:07Speaker 4: you want to get the good food. You gotta go
- 2:09Speaker 4: overever to the north side. I mean even on the
- 2:12Speaker 4: north side, the good food on the north side, on
- 2:14Speaker 4: the hood.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Yeah, hood. So if you want some good food, come
- 2:16Speaker 1: to the hood.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Did you ever explore like music, because I know you
- 2:19Speaker 2: do the music now and I actually love how you
- 2:22Speaker 2: It was organic.
- 2:23Speaker 3: It was all organic.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Did you ever have a rapper phase where you was like,
- 2:26Speaker 2: I want to be a rapper?
- 2:28Speaker 1: I mean I was like I was. You got to
- 2:33Speaker 1: think when hip hop came around.
- 2:34Speaker 4: It came around around the town when I was a kid,
- 2:36Speaker 4: so it was like everybody would like we had a
- 2:39Speaker 4: rap in our neighborhood, which was my homeboy. So I
- 2:42Speaker 4: went over his house and we used to listen to rap,
- 2:45Speaker 4: and we used to call it stuff. But it was
- 2:46Speaker 4: just like fun stuff. It wasn't like, this is what
- 2:49Speaker 4: you're gonna do to be famous. Like the only thing
- 2:52Speaker 4: I just knew I was gonna be an entertainer. I
- 2:54Speaker 4: just didn't know how. So whatever was working, and the
- 2:57Speaker 4: thing that worked the most was I was funny.
- 2:59Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I was entertaining, So I
- 3:01Speaker 1: just went with that and that's that's where it went.
- 3:03Speaker 7: But who told who told you, like, man, you're funny, man,
- 3:05Speaker 7: you should really take this serious.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Nobody really it was like a did you like, was
- 3:12Speaker 4: you like the funny the person that was funny, that
- 3:15Speaker 4: joaned on people, cracked on people. Yeah, Almus cracked like
- 3:17Speaker 4: so they Honestly, I was really the bully out of
- 3:21Speaker 4: like it was big. I was the littlest person, but
- 3:23Speaker 4: I was the bully when it came to ranking. You
- 3:25Speaker 4: know what I'm saying, joning what y'all call it. When
- 3:30Speaker 4: I was in when I was in the room, I
- 3:32Speaker 4: used to rank on everybody, So that came organic for me.
- 3:36Speaker 1: And then when I moved to Atlanta.
- 3:38Speaker 4: My man he used to be he used to be
- 3:41Speaker 4: with a Hindu Entertainment which Coach K. That's Coach K
- 3:44Speaker 4: was probably the first person I met that was in
- 3:46Speaker 4: the industry when I first moved here, because he was
- 3:50Speaker 4: my man, was signed to them who Hindu who Coach
- 3:54Speaker 4: K worked for?
- 3:55Speaker 1: And he the one the guy.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Matter of fact, it's it's funny how life worked because
- 4:01Speaker 4: the guy that put me on here, he like a
- 4:03Speaker 4: crackhead now on my street right now.
- 4:05Speaker 1: And I'm not saying that in a bad way.
- 4:06Speaker 4: I'm just saying like sometimes that one person can change
- 4:09Speaker 4: or like that might be the only purpose in life,
- 4:12Speaker 4: that little that little part of the ecosystem switch you
- 4:15Speaker 4: over to make you who you is. So I guess
- 4:18Speaker 4: in a way, if it wasn't for him, I probably
- 4:21Speaker 4: wouldn't because he the one told me to like, man,
- 4:23Speaker 4: let's go up here to the comedy club, you know
- 4:25Speaker 4: what I'm saying. And I went up to the comedy club.
- 4:28Speaker 4: I think I went to Chris Tuckerble. I didn't go up,
- 4:30Speaker 4: and then the next time I went up. So I'm saying, like,
- 4:34Speaker 4: just just that little thing there, he he kind of
- 4:37Speaker 4: instilled that in me. Now that i'm thinking back, yeah,
- 4:41Speaker 4: I mean he made me actually like, man, you could
- 4:43Speaker 4: do that because he was like the man when I
- 4:45Speaker 4: came up too, like he was. I was the man
- 4:47Speaker 4: in high school. He was the man in high school.
- 4:49Speaker 4: So when he left, he went to Atlanta, you know
- 4:52Speaker 4: what I'm saying. And then soon as when I got intwelve,
- 4:54Speaker 4: my first thing was like I got to get out
- 4:56Speaker 4: of Jacksonville. So now that I'm thinking, maybe just made
- 5:00Speaker 4: seeing like him do it, I did it. And then
- 5:02Speaker 4: when I met got there, you know, when you get
- 5:04Speaker 4: it you meet whoever. You know, I saw him, you
- 5:07Speaker 4: know what I'm saying. So I clicked up with him
- 5:10Speaker 4: and are you a little douval yet? No, I didn't
- 5:12Speaker 4: become a little more Rolland you know what I'm saying. Extually,
- 5:17Speaker 4: I'm the nigga from Florida. That's how it was. Like
- 5:21Speaker 4: everybody from Florida linked up. When we first moved to
- 5:24Speaker 4: you knew Florida was like.
- 5:25Speaker 1: When you know you know what Florida. Yeah, this was
- 5:28Speaker 1: like the nineties, Like this was I moved here in
- 5:30Speaker 1: ninety six.
- 5:31Speaker 4: So during that during the Olympics, like yeah, freak nigga
- 5:35Speaker 4: was down all but the Olympics at first. That's when
- 5:38Speaker 4: Olympics was here. So I had moved at that time.
- 5:41Speaker 4: So we all clicked up. Everybody from Florida clicked up.
- 5:45Speaker 4: And I didn't start doing comedy until like ninety nine.
- 5:47Speaker 5: Wow, So what was that first time on stage?
- 5:50Speaker 4: Like nor hosting. He gave you the might recipe, he
- 5:54Speaker 4: gave you the mic, And I think if I wouldn't
- 5:56Speaker 4: have got a laughed out, I probably wouldn't have did it.
- 5:58Speaker 4: I probably wouldn't be doing that once.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I got nobody laughed you would have just been room
- 6:03Speaker 3: that night.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I probably wouldn't have did it.
- 6:06Speaker 2: So it was all, did you have like a show
- 6:08Speaker 2: prepped or you just went up there?
- 6:09Speaker 1: And I went up there. I had one joke. I
- 6:11Speaker 1: had one joke joke.
- 6:13Speaker 4: I think I said something about they say black people
- 6:16Speaker 4: will make things out another I said, I think it's
- 6:18Speaker 4: Mexican's getting anybody that could take a two or Toyota
- 6:21Speaker 4: turst sell and turn into a pickup truck.
- 6:24Speaker 1: So that's what my joke was.
- 6:25Speaker 4: And at work that's the only thing I remember off that,
- 6:28Speaker 4: and then from that I had another joke, and everybody
- 6:30Speaker 4: knew me from one joke. One joke rolling, I had
- 6:33Speaker 4: a joke boy T shirts. I was like, and I
- 6:36Speaker 4: was like, man, I'm selling these T shirts. It was
- 6:38Speaker 4: a blank T shirt. You say they cost fifty dollars.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Back then, it ain't nobody paying no fucking fifty dollars
- 6:43Speaker 4: for T shirts. So that shit used to rip. So
- 6:46Speaker 4: those was my jokes, and they just spilled from that,
- 6:49Speaker 4: and I just kept going, kept going, kept going, and
- 6:51Speaker 4: I started incorporating my comedy with music because I always
- 6:54Speaker 4: was like a hip hop a comedian, So I just
- 6:57Speaker 4: enter twine into one and it was always me and it.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Here I am.
- 7:02Speaker 6: How did that lead you to entertainer?
- 7:04Speaker 5: Giving you a shot?
- 7:05Speaker 1: That was I was in.
- 7:06Speaker 4: I did that thing in Oakland. It was some type
- 7:10Speaker 4: of competition out there and I didn't win. But one
- 7:14Speaker 4: of the guys to manage his road manager ship man,
- 7:19Speaker 4: don't get mad and forget your name, can't s shit.
- 7:24Speaker 4: I forgot his name, but he he saw me. He
- 7:27Speaker 4: was like, hey, man said you going on the road,
- 7:30Speaker 4: and he taking up and coming comedians on the road,
- 7:32Speaker 4: and I think you would be good.
- 7:34Speaker 1: So he took me on the road.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Are yet no you still?
- 7:39Speaker 4: I didn't become a little Duval till I did coming
- 7:41Speaker 4: to the stage, And the only reason I did that
- 7:44Speaker 4: was because I got tired of repping my city by
- 7:47Speaker 4: saying like sometimes now I got tired. It was like
- 7:50Speaker 4: it was hard for me to sometimes just say I'm
- 7:52Speaker 4: from Jacksonville.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:54Speaker 4: So now it was like, you can't help but know
- 7:57Speaker 4: from Duval by seeing my name because everywhere I went
- 7:59Speaker 4: and Florida, like, I was already popular before I got
- 8:02Speaker 4: on Copic coming to the stage because I had from
- 8:06Speaker 4: doing Sedric and doing comic View. So I was the
- 8:09Speaker 4: man in Florida so everywhere I went in Florida, they
- 8:12Speaker 4: was like, that's a little Duval because they knew me
- 8:14Speaker 4: from Duval. So I was like, damn, they know me
- 8:16Speaker 4: from that. I'm finna call myself Duval all over the
- 8:18Speaker 4: world that way. I ain't even gotta I'm still wrapping
- 8:21Speaker 4: my crib and I'm still saying because like if you
- 8:23Speaker 4: listen to my first ship, I used to always say
- 8:25Speaker 4: Duval at the end of the every show. So now
- 8:27Speaker 4: I have to say it no more. As soon as
- 8:29Speaker 4: they said so I knew what I identified from, not
- 8:32Speaker 4: just from Jacksonville, from people from Florida.
- 8:34Speaker 1: They knew off. Then that's inspiration.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Damn, this nigga here from where I'm from. So I
- 8:40Speaker 4: already I had already implemented. And so when I did
- 8:43Speaker 4: come to the stage, I knew. I was like, I'm
- 8:46Speaker 4: gonna call myself Duval from now on, a little Duvault
- 8:49Speaker 4: from now on. That's where it came from.
- 8:51Speaker 7: You question, I always wanted this was you on coming
- 8:54Speaker 7: to the stage where little JJ was on there.
- 8:55Speaker 4: No, but that's that goes back to the Mandela effect.
- 9:00Speaker 4: You know what i'mayingbout where they said you think you
- 9:02Speaker 4: remember something, but you really don't like everybody right now?
- 9:05Speaker 4: I think they saw me with Little JJ, but Little
- 9:08Speaker 4: JJ was on there the season before me and he
- 9:11Speaker 4: won and I was on the season athletes see everybody?
- 9:14Speaker 3: Why does everybody think?
- 9:15Speaker 1: Because y'all slow?
- 9:16Speaker 4: Humans are slow humans really all slow, so they don't
- 9:20Speaker 4: realize that, but they think they do. And social media
- 9:23Speaker 4: don't make it no better. So you're thinking you're doing something,
- 9:26Speaker 4: but you really don't. You really don't know yourself.
- 9:28Speaker 3: We'll be right back with more of a baller alert show.
- 9:36Speaker 6: When did you meet T?
- 9:37Speaker 8: I uh like, probably, shit, I don't know when did
- 9:47Speaker 8: When did definitely in all the videos?
- 9:50Speaker 2: Shit, that had to be two thousand and one, two
- 9:54Speaker 2: thousand and.
- 9:54Speaker 4: Two, Yeah, right before because I'm serious came out. He
- 9:57Speaker 4: wasn't like popping popping, but he had a deal, so
- 9:59Speaker 4: I knew around that time when they had dope boys
- 10:01Speaker 4: in the trap and he didn't really pop to trap music.
- 10:04Speaker 1: So I met him through that.
- 10:05Speaker 4: I met him just passing by doing shows, and then
- 10:08Speaker 4: he used to come to the Cut uptown at when
- 10:12Speaker 4: we used to do Sunday Night with NAWD, So I
- 10:15Speaker 4: met him through that. So in between all that, we
- 10:17Speaker 4: just used to text through side kick and ship like that. That.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Then then once he got trap music, he blew up,
- 10:24Speaker 4: you know, So we just it was just natural. Like
- 10:26Speaker 4: people think it was like like a lot of stuff
- 10:28Speaker 4: I did was like all right, I I'm gonna get
- 10:31Speaker 4: with this nigga and this would like they think I
- 10:33Speaker 4: blew up from being the hip hop commun and hanging
- 10:35Speaker 4: with Tip, But it wasn't. That was just we was
- 10:37Speaker 4: friends and it's just organic. If anything was Clay through
- 10:40Speaker 4: all that, honestly, because whenever we did shows, Clay would
- 10:43Speaker 4: put me on the host of the concerts, you know
- 10:46Speaker 4: what I'm saying. So he just said make sure you're there.
- 10:49Speaker 4: I made sure I was there and I did them.
- 10:51Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. It just organically happened. So
- 10:54Speaker 4: that's how that happened.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Yeah, because you was in all the music videos at
- 10:57Speaker 3: one at one.
- 10:58Speaker 4: Point because Atlanta was high at the time and I
- 11:00Speaker 4: was here, you know what I'm saying.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Like I said, it was organically happening. It was just
- 11:04Speaker 1: like I was.
- 11:06Speaker 4: I was the young comedian and like like even with Ludacris,
- 11:10Speaker 4: Lucris used to host, used to used to be on
- 11:12Speaker 4: the radio, so he a host the every every Tuesday
- 11:17Speaker 4: Wednesday host the Tues that went to radio person host
- 11:19Speaker 4: and he used to be there. So naturally you just
- 11:22Speaker 4: meet people and through that and that's how we became cool.
- 11:25Speaker 4: So it was just a natural thing at that time.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Everybody Atlanta was bubbling at the time. You know, one
- 11:30Speaker 4: O six and part was popping. So Atlanta had one
- 11:33Speaker 4: on six in Park on lock and I was on
- 11:36Speaker 4: all the videos.
- 11:38Speaker 3: It was strategic because I was like, man, how is
- 11:40Speaker 3: he in every video?
- 11:41Speaker 1: Because I was where it was at.
- 11:43Speaker 4: It's just like now, it's just like if you're on
- 11:45Speaker 4: social media right now, if you in the mix of
- 11:47Speaker 4: when everybody was bubbling, you just naturally in it. You
- 11:51Speaker 4: know what I'm saying, and if you know what you're
- 11:53Speaker 4: doing while you're in and you under I just understood
- 11:55Speaker 4: where I was and I capitalized on the same thing
- 11:58Speaker 4: with social media. I understand good off the beginning what
- 12:01Speaker 4: it was, and I just took advantage of it at
- 12:03Speaker 4: the time and understood and that just right now I
- 12:06Speaker 4: reaped the benefits of just being grandfather.
- 12:08Speaker 3: Then I know you're super cool with Charla Mane.
- 12:10Speaker 2: How did you guys get.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Cool social media? I met him. No, my space. I
- 12:16Speaker 4: just met him. Yeah, I d M him or whatever
- 12:20Speaker 4: was back then. We I was like, because he was
- 12:22Speaker 4: on ozone magazine. I was on Ozone magazine. I did
- 12:27Speaker 4: ten things I'm hating on. He had another little thing
- 12:30Speaker 4: and so I hear them up. I was like, man,
- 12:32Speaker 4: fuck with you to woo. I was like, we need
- 12:34Speaker 4: to link up and do skits. I used to fly
- 12:37Speaker 4: up to New York. I flew up in New York
- 12:39Speaker 4: did the skits. And that was before skits was popping.
- 12:43Speaker 4: We was the one, the first one. The good thing
- 12:45Speaker 4: about social media you can look at all the time
- 12:49Speaker 4: like we was really the first ones to do all
- 12:51Speaker 4: them shit. So we started doing. That's how we built.
- 12:54Speaker 4: And I think the good thing was I never wanted
- 12:56Speaker 4: to be what he wanted to be, and he never
- 12:58Speaker 4: wanted to be what I wanted to be. You know
- 13:00Speaker 4: what I'm saying, Like you see the difference is now
- 13:02Speaker 4: everything is focused on media. So now media is popular.
- 13:07Speaker 4: I don't give a fuck about media. That's why HET
- 13:10Speaker 4: doing these podcasts. That's where all do. That's where that's
- 13:14Speaker 4: what we don't evolved to now, you see what I'm saying.
- 13:18Speaker 4: So it's worked out perfect for in his work and
- 13:21Speaker 4: see it looks like it's but that's really what he
- 13:23Speaker 4: was already.
- 13:24Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 13:25Speaker 4: It's always been a media person. Just the industry has
- 13:28Speaker 4: moved on to that. So it's it's just been natural.
- 13:31Speaker 4: We've always been still cool to this day. I don't
- 13:34Speaker 4: want to do what the fuck he do.
- 13:35Speaker 1: He don't want to do what I do. It's just
- 13:37Speaker 1: the industry has moved to that.
- 13:38Speaker 5: So and they get to hear you every day on
- 13:40Speaker 5: Donky other day went because he got you in the.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Drop for real.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't know that.
- 13:44Speaker 4: You see, I don't be I talk this nigga every day.
- 13:47Speaker 4: I don't keep up with what he's doing. We just
- 13:49Speaker 4: talk as friends, you know what I'm saying. And that's
- 13:52Speaker 4: all we are.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Here's here.
- 13:53Speaker 4: He invented me about some ship that happened in there,
- 13:55Speaker 4: and I vented him some ship.
- 13:57Speaker 1: We're friends. You know what I'm saying.
- 13:58Speaker 4: I don't ask him for shit, he don't ask me
- 14:01Speaker 4: for shit.
- 14:03Speaker 3: But listen, that's our friendship is supposed to be, right,
- 14:06Speaker 3: That's what I thought.
- 14:07Speaker 4: But I mean in this indagey like if you if
- 14:09Speaker 4: you can't use your friends, it's used.
- 14:11Speaker 1: But I don't see it like that. You know, I
- 14:14Speaker 1: like having friends that we ain't.
- 14:17Speaker 4: We wasn't built off of that, you know what I'm saying,
- 14:19Speaker 4: even though actually I guess we was, but we really
- 14:22Speaker 4: wasn't because we just organically did ship.
- 14:25Speaker 7: So because y'all real friends, like not industry friends, I
- 14:28Speaker 7: think that's kind of what you.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm a bad person to asks about how to
- 14:31Speaker 4: get it, how to do ship, because I do shit organically.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Everything I've done in my career I've actually did because
- 14:37Speaker 4: I want to do.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I moved by my own drum. So I'm the wrong
- 14:40Speaker 1: person to asks when.
- 14:41Speaker 4: It comes to how to make it because if you
- 14:45Speaker 4: go by me, you're probably gonna fuck up because I'm
- 14:47Speaker 4: just doing what I want to do.
- 14:49Speaker 3: Or you probably you probably just not gonna make it.
- 14:51Speaker 4: You might not because I mean if you go by
- 14:54Speaker 4: actually you could if you if you follow my by
- 14:58Speaker 4: by my were ideologies of life because I don't move
- 15:02Speaker 4: by business.
- 15:03Speaker 1: I moved by being a genuine person. You know what
- 15:06Speaker 1: I'm saying. You might not make it a billionaire, but
- 15:08Speaker 1: you're gonna be happy in life. Yeah, you know what
- 15:10Speaker 1: I'm saying.
- 15:10Speaker 7: So we was talking off camera about like how the
- 15:14Speaker 7: new generation of comedians, like everybody just doing anything to
- 15:17Speaker 7: make it, and you know, like, what's some advice you
- 15:20Speaker 7: would like really give people, like if.
- 15:22Speaker 1: They advice for these niggas.
- 15:24Speaker 4: I just I mean, I think we asked for too
- 15:27Speaker 4: much advices, were looking for shit, like words to change shit.
- 15:31Speaker 4: You just felt like everybody looked up to. I didn't
- 15:34Speaker 4: really meet him. I just paid attention, you know what
- 15:37Speaker 4: I'm saying. Like one of the people I looked up to,
- 15:40Speaker 4: my first people looking up to was Deon Sanders because
- 15:43Speaker 4: he was from Florida. You know what I'm saying, Just
- 15:45Speaker 4: identify the same way I'm saying I put a little
- 15:47Speaker 4: dovefall to make people identify identified with him because he
- 15:50Speaker 4: was from a Florida nigga.
- 15:51Speaker 1: And you know what I'm saying. He ain't.
- 15:53Speaker 4: I couldn't play no fucking football. But it's just the
- 15:55Speaker 4: fact that he was from there, you know what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 15:58Speaker 4: it just gave me hope.
- 15:59Speaker 1: And I didn't.
- 16:00Speaker 4: I didn't meet him until I became somebody, you know
- 16:02Speaker 4: what I'm saying. But it's just it gave an instilled
- 16:06Speaker 4: with me. I didn't he didn't tell me, all right,
- 16:08Speaker 4: do this do that. It's just I watched, so I
- 16:11Speaker 4: tell people just watch.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I don't.
- 16:13Speaker 3: But it's probably annoying, right, like a lot of comedians.
- 16:16Speaker 4: That I don't mind it. You know what I'm saying,
- 16:17Speaker 4: because once they used to do that. Andrew Shows used
- 16:20Speaker 4: to aggravate the ship out of me about it. That's
- 16:22Speaker 4: why I say, if you want something, you gonna have
- 16:24Speaker 4: to pull it out of me, and it's gonna be
- 16:25Speaker 4: people I give a fuck about. You know what I'm saying,
- 16:27Speaker 4: because I feel like certain people shouldn't get certain ship.
- 16:31Speaker 2: You know, I am a fan of you on social
- 16:33Speaker 2: media because you don't give a damn I.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Do, but I do. You know, I do care. I care.
- 16:39Speaker 3: I just you're freely typing.
- 16:41Speaker 6: You're freely that's where your advice is in the tweets.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Those are very good.
- 16:49Speaker 4: I said, I come from an era. I come from
- 16:52Speaker 4: an era of social media where you said what's on
- 16:55Speaker 4: your mind. It's not like a like, I'm not making
- 16:58Speaker 4: a press release now, it's a press release everything you say.
- 17:01Speaker 4: So when I'm talking, I'm just saying what's on my mind.
- 17:03Speaker 4: I'm not saying it's facts, you know what I'm saying.
- 17:06Speaker 4: Just this was on my mind. This is how I feel.
- 17:08Speaker 4: But now we take it there these effects. This is
- 17:11Speaker 4: what you're heard what Duvall said. He said, he said, you.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Just I don't know what y'all gonna be offended by.
- 17:21Speaker 1: To y'all offended?
- 17:23Speaker 3: Do your team like, I don't care.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Now, I don't care if you get offended, you know
- 17:27Speaker 1: what I'm saying. But I don't know. I'm not saying,
- 17:29Speaker 1: all right, this is gonna really pull them off. You
- 17:32Speaker 1: know what I'm saying.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Let's unless I'm just doing it just to be an
- 17:34Speaker 4: asshole and it's just some some non threatning type ship.
- 17:38Speaker 4: But it's never like I'm just like, oh yeah, I'm finna.
- 17:41Speaker 4: I'm finna go go viral, Like I'm not the nigga
- 17:44Speaker 4: that asked about how to go viral, because I really
- 17:46Speaker 4: don't know.
- 17:46Speaker 2: I mean, you do viral stuff?
- 17:47Speaker 1: You do?
- 17:48Speaker 2: Are you still doing the Auntie of the I had.
- 17:50Speaker 4: To stop doing that because they start banning it because
- 17:52Speaker 4: niggas start handing yeah like somehow yeah man, people, yes,
- 18:00Speaker 4: that ship be that ship was lit niggas.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It was banding the motherfuckers.
- 18:04Speaker 4: But I do stuff like for the ecosystem, for us,
- 18:07Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying, like when I do stuff,
- 18:09Speaker 4: like my page is mostly for for all of us,
- 18:11Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying, not just when I say Oh,
- 18:14Speaker 4: I'm not just saying like niggas is just an ecosystem
- 18:17Speaker 4: of people that grew up around what what that can
- 18:21Speaker 4: identify with what I'm going through. The conversations, Yeah, conversation
- 18:24Speaker 4: with like the podcast that I'm doing that I really
- 18:27Speaker 4: didn't want to do.
- 18:31Speaker 2: You don't like media, so why are you doing it it?
- 18:36Speaker 4: I mean it's kind of like the people that you trust,
- 18:39Speaker 4: they want me to do it, so I'm gonna do it,
- 18:41Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying. Charlottagnet been trying to get
- 18:45Speaker 4: me to do podcasts since he been doing Brilliandy, which
- 18:49Speaker 4: I don't know how long that's been, that's been since
- 18:52Speaker 4: first started, So trying to get me to do it.
- 18:55Speaker 4: But like that's his lane, you see. Like I said,
- 18:57Speaker 4: that's the media lane. That's never been my lane. But
- 18:59Speaker 4: he been to get me do it. But now ten
- 19:01Speaker 4: fifteen years from everybody doing it, now, I don't want
- 19:04Speaker 4: to do it because everybody doing it. You see what
- 19:06Speaker 4: I'm saying, Like I wonder people if everybody doing it,
- 19:08Speaker 4: I don't want to do it, but they keep forcing
- 19:10Speaker 4: me to do it. So they finally got me do
- 19:12Speaker 4: it while I was laying on my back and I
- 19:14Speaker 4: couldn't do shit else and that was hurt.
- 19:16Speaker 1: So it was him.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Well, Clay actually talked me into doing it, so I
- 19:20Speaker 4: was like, all right, if I do, I do it
- 19:21Speaker 4: with you. It'll be me and Clay. It was supposed
- 19:23Speaker 4: to be me and Clay, and then we got the
- 19:26Speaker 4: check from the niggas.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Then he died then and then so now I'm doing it.
- 19:31Speaker 4: Because it's out of respect of my nigga, Clay and them,
- 19:35Speaker 4: because they could have been took the money back, you
- 19:37Speaker 4: know what I'm saying. So, but at the same time,
- 19:40Speaker 4: that's what happens when you do shit with people that
- 19:41Speaker 4: you fuck with, like with Dolly and Charlotte Mayne them.
- 19:45Speaker 4: So I'm just doing it just out of respect, you
- 19:48Speaker 4: know what I'm saying. And it actually I feel like
- 19:52Speaker 4: they give me a chance to do it how I
- 19:53Speaker 4: want to do it, you know what I'm saying. So
- 19:55Speaker 4: it's just conversation and it's understanding and just let people
- 19:58Speaker 4: pick my brain, you know.
- 20:00Speaker 6: So you said you.
- 20:01Speaker 5: Got hurt for people who don't know you actually got.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Hit by a car. Oh yeah, yeah, I got hit
- 20:05Speaker 1: by a car. How did you get hit by a car?
- 20:07Speaker 1: Can hit me?
- 20:09Speaker 4: The motherfucker hit me from the back while I was
- 20:11Speaker 4: in the Bahamas. Mother lady hit me.
- 20:14Speaker 5: You have a lot of near death experiences, Yeah, I
- 20:16Speaker 5: got a lot of them.
- 20:17Speaker 3: I'll be scared when you be posting your plane.
- 20:19Speaker 7: I ain't gonna lie why because it just looked like
- 20:22Speaker 7: it's just one win away from it.
- 20:24Speaker 3: It's just never coming back.
- 20:28Speaker 4: Saying it because because this is why we're ignorant as
- 20:31Speaker 4: a people, because we don't know.
- 20:32Speaker 7: But listen, all right, So the first time I ever
- 20:34Speaker 7: flew private right right, I was like, where did you
- 20:37Speaker 7: fly yet?
- 20:39Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 20:39Speaker 3: Yeah, it was a jet.
- 20:41Speaker 7: But I was like, I was like, how do people
- 20:43Speaker 7: brag about I was like, I don't like this because
- 20:45Speaker 7: it was like the turbulence.
- 20:46Speaker 3: I don't know, because you.
- 20:47Speaker 4: Know, like it's more turbulence in the commercial flights. I've
- 20:50Speaker 4: had more turbulence. See with me, I don't fly unless
- 20:53Speaker 4: I see the weather perfect, so I don't catch too
- 20:56Speaker 4: much turbulence like I do.
- 20:58Speaker 1: But I don't not as much as I do.
- 20:59Speaker 7: On the cause you can kind of tell your pol
- 21:01Speaker 7: is like, yo, go this way to avoid this weather.
- 21:04Speaker 4: Yeah, you can see the weather on your I got
- 21:06Speaker 4: an app right now. I check the weather all the time,
- 21:08Speaker 4: you know, called for a flight. All of everybody in
- 21:10Speaker 4: aviation use it.
- 21:11Speaker 1: But I mean I do it too.
- 21:13Speaker 4: That's one of the things I do to to open
- 21:15Speaker 4: our eyes up to understand the aviation because we really
- 21:19Speaker 4: lost and you know, we really really know because the
- 21:21Speaker 4: ship been going on for hundreds of years. When when
- 21:23Speaker 4: planes invented, I got you, you know what I'm saying.
- 21:26Speaker 4: So I mean, and how many niggas y'all know really
- 21:29Speaker 4: got a plane for real?
- 21:31Speaker 1: I don't know anybody, That's my point.
- 21:32Speaker 4: And we should know because now it's evolving to where
- 21:35Speaker 4: planes can damn them fly theyself now, so we gonna
- 21:38Speaker 4: be handicapped, like while people you know how people have
- 21:41Speaker 4: to catch the bus now rely on the bus. If
- 21:44Speaker 4: you can't fly certain shit, you can't do certain shit.
- 21:46Speaker 4: So I mean we should get into it, you know
- 21:48Speaker 4: what I'm saying. And I mean it ain't for everybody,
- 21:51Speaker 4: but in my business, it makes sense for me because
- 21:55Speaker 4: I travel for a living, so it made sense for
- 21:59Speaker 4: me to give a plane.
- 22:00Speaker 7: Yeah, and I always see in the comments, like people
- 22:02Speaker 7: always be like, you're not scared of being on that
- 22:04Speaker 7: little plane and stuff like, I mean, that's what.
- 22:06Speaker 1: That's what I used to say.
- 22:07Speaker 4: But after a while, like I've been flying for like
- 22:10Speaker 4: six years now, so over time now they're starting to
- 22:13Speaker 4: more people like into aviation, not just from watching people
- 22:16Speaker 4: like me and other people like my man Male Mail
- 22:18Speaker 4: the Traveler.
- 22:19Speaker 1: He does acrobatic aerobatic. I don't want to say it wrong.
- 22:23Speaker 4: He probably it's probably right, the wrong way to say it,
- 22:25Speaker 4: but he make the planes flip and do all that
- 22:28Speaker 4: type of shit, you know what I'm saying. So when
- 22:29Speaker 4: you see people that look like you do it, you
- 22:32Speaker 4: end up doing stuff like that. So that's the only
- 22:34Speaker 4: reason that's I mean, that's one of the reason why
- 22:36Speaker 4: I show it more on my page.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:38Speaker 3: I like when you're posting content like that because it
- 22:41Speaker 3: gives us something.
- 22:41Speaker 1: You are, what you see you have.
- 22:43Speaker 2: You have one of the rare things that a lot
- 22:45Speaker 2: of comedians don't have. A number one Billboard single.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Yeah, that shit was big.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Now when you recorded that record look at my best life,
- 22:54Speaker 2: my bad Yes, smile I could tell and correct me
- 22:58Speaker 2: if I'm wrong. You just had a good ass time
- 23:00Speaker 2: recording that shit.
- 23:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, but I always have good times with
- 23:04Speaker 4: All My songs come from something i'm doing or a joke.
- 23:07Speaker 4: So that song came from a joke for me saying
- 23:09Speaker 4: smile bitch on on Twitter and Instagram, you know what
- 23:12Speaker 4: I'm saying, And so I built it off of that.
- 23:15Speaker 4: So and I've always, like I said, I understood how
- 23:18Speaker 4: social media was, and I understood how I was other
- 23:21Speaker 4: songs I was making big just from being me. So
- 23:24Speaker 4: I knew if I could make these songs big, I
- 23:27Speaker 4: could do the same thing with me, you know what
- 23:28Speaker 4: I'm saying. So before that, I did killing with the
- 23:31Speaker 4: shoulders you know what I'm saying shows, and I did
- 23:33Speaker 4: that with Snoop what I'm saying, so.
- 23:36Speaker 2: I like football grease on that ball greas.
- 23:38Speaker 4: So once I did once I did that, I was like, oh, yeah,
- 23:42Speaker 4: this next shit. But I didn't know it was gonna
- 23:44Speaker 4: do as big as it was gonna do. When I
- 23:46Speaker 4: read something, I threw it for like a joke. So
- 23:48Speaker 4: when I go on my shows, I could just put
- 23:50Speaker 4: it in my show. So to me, that's a win
- 23:53Speaker 4: for it all. And so when I did it, I
- 23:56Speaker 4: did it for that I was like, oh nah, this
- 23:57Speaker 4: shit gonna hit, you know what I'm saying. But I
- 24:00Speaker 4: was just gonna hit for like all my fans and
- 24:02Speaker 4: all that. But then when I posted and I started
- 24:04Speaker 4: seeing a thing did I started seeing how I was.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Like, oh nah, this ship Finn changed the world?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Did that ship did curse? But did that change some
- 24:15Speaker 2: things for you? Because music? You were putting music out
- 24:19Speaker 2: but never to this level before it changed in the
- 24:22Speaker 2: way Billboard is really your.
- 24:26Speaker 4: No, because I was already making money before that. Honestly,
- 24:30Speaker 4: it kind of because people don't know this, I ain't
- 24:32Speaker 4: made a damn from that song?
- 24:34Speaker 3: What what?
- 24:35Speaker 4: Yeah, like they I ain't made a damn from that
- 24:37Speaker 4: song yet, So it ain't like I mean not as
- 24:39Speaker 4: far as from the record, you know what I'm saying. Well,
- 24:43Speaker 4: that too, but it was a lot of other stuff.
- 24:45Speaker 4: I don't feel like talking about that because I don't
- 24:47Speaker 4: feel like flexing on the nigga.
- 24:49Speaker 2: Right, Okay, what made you chop off your infamous dreads
- 24:54Speaker 2: because you had those four.
- 24:55Speaker 4: While it was a headache them bas had them had
- 24:58Speaker 4: a vein going through heavy than a motherfucker man, So
- 25:02Speaker 4: I cut them bitches off.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Listen, But you know, to cut off dreads. It's an experience.
- 25:07Speaker 2: You got to say, I don't want this shit no
- 25:08Speaker 2: more because it take you a long time to get
- 25:10Speaker 2: them to the length.
- 25:11Speaker 1: It didn't matter.
- 25:12Speaker 3: It ain't got that.
- 25:13Speaker 7: But you know, you know what though you you it
- 25:16Speaker 7: worked out good for you because some people would cut
- 25:18Speaker 7: their dreads and then they just lose all their hair.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I did way before that. I was still young.
- 25:22Speaker 1: I did well. My daughter was like two, so yeah,
- 25:27Speaker 1: one or two, yeah.
- 25:28Speaker 7: Yeah, Because I have to say, some people in the hood like, man,
- 25:30Speaker 7: how you were just you just had dreads.
- 25:33Speaker 4: Now now that was over time, like because most people
- 25:37Speaker 4: when you catch me, like say fences, I don't know
- 25:38Speaker 4: how to y'all. But like if you was in your thirties,
- 25:40Speaker 4: you probably caught me when I had dreads. Then you
- 25:43Speaker 4: start living life and the next thing you know, you
- 25:45Speaker 4: see me without dreads. You like, hold up, I thought
- 25:47Speaker 4: they had dreads. So but in that miss the time.
- 25:50Speaker 4: That's been ten years, so you'll see when ten years
- 25:53Speaker 4: down the line, people still thinking about you from ten
- 25:55Speaker 4: years from now.
- 25:56Speaker 1: You're right about that.
- 25:57Speaker 3: So who would you say, who would you say? Your
- 25:59Speaker 3: your top comedian is all right now?
- 26:01Speaker 1: Like in the game or do you even care? I
- 26:04Speaker 1: don't care, man, I don't care, but I go with it.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Jay Ski money bag, MAFIYEA have to tip them? Yeah?
- 26:21Speaker 1: Who else the top?
- 26:23Speaker 4: I'm trying to think of people that I know funny
- 26:25Speaker 4: but don't get enough looks. J. J. Williamson. That's the
- 26:32Speaker 4: That's one of the funniest niggas that people don't know. J.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Williamson.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Yeah, he on the radio out there in Dallas, d
- 26:39Speaker 4: D in the morning. I wish you would have told
- 26:43Speaker 4: me it was gonna ask me this before this.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Who else? Erica duchess?
- 26:47Speaker 2: The type of duchess?
- 26:48Speaker 1: Yeah? And Green?
- 26:50Speaker 3: Now that's my boy. I like, I like that funny.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Now I do want to talk about some kind.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Of deep because that's my guy too. Okay, we lost
- 26:57Speaker 2: our guy, Clay. Yeah, I've no Clay for a very
- 27:00Speaker 2: long time.
- 27:02Speaker 1: But I know that.
- 27:02Speaker 2: I know that hits you hard too, because was he
- 27:05Speaker 2: your day to day manager.
- 27:07Speaker 1: He was more than my manager. He was like my
- 27:09Speaker 1: older brother.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Okay, so a lot of people lost business stuff, but
- 27:13Speaker 4: I lost like an older brother.
- 27:15Speaker 7: And Clay was a good guy man Like. It's hard
- 27:17Speaker 7: to find people like that in this business, you know what.
- 27:19Speaker 7: I mean, I said all the time, like you find
- 27:21Speaker 7: genuine people like you got to keep them close because you.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Know how this business are.
- 27:25Speaker 7: Everybody act like they want to be your friends, that
- 27:27Speaker 7: act like they want to help you and stuff like that,
- 27:28Speaker 7: and it's.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Just it's really rare to find good people in this business.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Yeah it is. But he was one of the good ones,
- 27:34Speaker 1: so that's why. That's why. But the good thing about it,
- 27:37Speaker 1: I never.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Took him for granted, so and I always gave him
- 27:40Speaker 4: his flowers while he's here.
- 27:41Speaker 1: So that's how. You got to never take nobody you
- 27:44Speaker 1: love for granted, right.
- 27:45Speaker 5: I like that We the ones tour on right.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Now, Yep, all of us on that bitch.
- 27:51Speaker 4: We're showing how comedians can do their thing and show
- 27:54Speaker 4: love and kill that bitch all in one. It's more
- 27:57Speaker 4: than a comedy show. It's like a comedy concept. You know,
- 28:00Speaker 4: we have a comedy a comedy party.
- 28:03Speaker 6: How'd you get the call for that?
- 28:05Speaker 4: It's something we always had in the making sense. Like
- 28:08Speaker 4: the promoter I've been doing business with for like years,
- 28:13Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying. He a little younger than me,
- 28:15Speaker 4: but he always been doing this thing. So around when around,
- 28:19Speaker 4: when smile bitch came along, we had an idea. It
- 28:21Speaker 4: was like, yeah, we're gonna do something, be the next way,
- 28:24Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying, And so it just evolved
- 28:26Speaker 4: into this, and I mean it's took a time because
- 28:28Speaker 4: with twenty twenty and all that stuff there, then I
- 28:31Speaker 4: got hit by cards, so it's took a time. But
- 28:33Speaker 4: now it's finally here and we've been selling out everywhere
- 28:35Speaker 4: and it's been great.
- 28:36Speaker 3: Everybody getting along backstage.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Yeah, we have a great time.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Like anybody scared to going after certain.
- 28:44Speaker 4: After you, no, Actually it's like because honestly, I was
- 28:48Speaker 4: supposed to be going last, you know what I'm saying,
- 28:50Speaker 4: But like it's really me honestly, But but they they
- 28:55Speaker 4: don't go they don't hesitate to go up after me.
- 28:57Speaker 4: And like if I do have to go, let like
- 28:58Speaker 4: we rotate. Honestly, like certain cities I do last, like
- 29:01Speaker 4: in Florida. There's no way, you know what I'm saying,
- 29:04Speaker 4: But like certain certain times and certain cities, I go last.
- 29:08Speaker 1: But if they go last, like we have. The main
- 29:10Speaker 1: thing is staying on time.
- 29:11Speaker 4: I'm staying your time because no matter how funny you are,
- 29:14Speaker 4: if you go over your time, it's after if it's
- 29:16Speaker 4: six of us, it's gonna be like three hours. So
- 29:18Speaker 4: last thing you're gonna it's gonna be a long time.
- 29:21Speaker 4: So you want to respect your time. And it's honestly,
- 29:23Speaker 4: the person that take the longest is probably met. Yeah,
- 29:26Speaker 4: so I'll be taking he sometimes, like I tell him,
- 29:29Speaker 4: I'm sorry. Shout out to d Ray because Deray he
- 29:31Speaker 4: headline a lot, and you know, God, Derail fun.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Him mother, hilarious.
- 29:36Speaker 4: He wanted the greats for real last like joke for joke.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Ain't too many people fucking with de Ray. So for
- 29:42Speaker 4: Deraady to go last after all of us, and just
- 29:44Speaker 4: for anybody to go after me, it's a lot. Because
- 29:47Speaker 4: I do music, comedy, I do it all. You're out
- 29:49Speaker 4: there performing, yeah, I tap dance.
- 29:52Speaker 2: You know, I think there's any another comedian that can
- 29:54Speaker 2: go joke for joke for you in the ranking section session.
- 29:57Speaker 1: I don't rank like that, no more.
- 29:58Speaker 4: I don't even have like a I don't don't really
- 30:00Speaker 4: think about it like that because.
- 30:02Speaker 2: So you're you're deactivated, you're deactivated in that in that area.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I just do what I do, man.
- 30:07Speaker 4: I don't like honestly, I pulled back to a lot
- 30:09Speaker 4: because I feel like I can hurt people feelings I like.
- 30:14Speaker 1: I like to pull back, Like a lot.
- 30:16Speaker 4: Of times I spell niggas for real man because I'm
- 30:19Speaker 4: an older niggas, so a lot of stuff that don't
- 30:21Speaker 4: hurt me can kind of make another motherfucker, like get
- 30:24Speaker 4: on the ledge or something. So I let people talk shit.
- 30:28Speaker 4: I give people jokes together on me. I do it
- 30:30Speaker 4: all the time, especially on social media.
- 30:31Speaker 1: So I don't.
- 30:32Speaker 4: I don't care what you say about me. You know
- 30:34Speaker 4: what I'm saying. So I have to be conscious of
- 30:36Speaker 4: what I see about the other people.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Because I was gonna ask you this those my next question.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Do you care about what people say about your cousin? No,
- 30:42Speaker 2: I really viral sometimes in a negative way.
- 30:45Speaker 1: I really don't let.
- 30:46Speaker 2: Me going crazy sometimes sometimes I don't take.
- 30:48Speaker 1: It personal with the women because I know they don't
- 30:51Speaker 1: get it.
- 30:51Speaker 3: You feel like you got a lot of female fans, though.
- 30:53Speaker 1: I do.
- 30:57Speaker 4: When it's all the time. My big haters be black women.
- 31:01Speaker 4: But my biggest supporter is this black women. You know
- 31:04Speaker 4: what I'm saying, Like they the one showed me the
- 31:06Speaker 4: most loved you know what I'm saying. So I don't.
- 31:08Speaker 4: I don't have a problem with it. You know what
- 31:10Speaker 4: I'm saying, It's just women being women.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Do you read?
- 31:13Speaker 2: Do you read the comments?
- 31:14Speaker 1: Sometimes?
- 31:14Speaker 4: Yeah, but they'd be entertaining me. Like it takes a lot,
- 31:17Speaker 4: It takes everybody. It takes other people to tell me like, man,
- 31:21Speaker 4: you need to delete that, or something like Robin or
- 31:26Speaker 4: maybe Clay used to like.
- 31:28Speaker 5: Does he ever tell you deleting?
- 31:29Speaker 1: No charlamage be the one putting the battery in your
- 31:31Speaker 1: back ship. You know what I'm saying.
- 31:35Speaker 4: But like me, I don't be like I said, I
- 31:38Speaker 4: don't know what they're offended by until like it'd be
- 31:40Speaker 4: like two three hours later and I'm looking at my name,
- 31:43Speaker 4: I'm like, what the fuck? Like they made it. It
- 31:46Speaker 4: don't be hitting me like that because they read it.
- 31:48Speaker 4: You gotta think when you're reading something, you're reading in
- 31:50Speaker 4: your in your mind, not in my mind. So like
- 31:53Speaker 4: if you having a bad day, you and your man
- 31:56Speaker 4: and guy in the argument and then talking about bitches,
- 31:59Speaker 4: ain't sit this, nigga. Ain't this mother Collins bitch? You
- 32:04Speaker 4: take it personal? But so I don't. Never, I haven't
- 32:08Speaker 4: been on it longer than anybody. I can show you
- 32:09Speaker 4: my page. Run I get death threats, I get everything.
- 32:11Speaker 4: None of that shit bothered me. I might be people
- 32:13Speaker 4: be sending you death threats. I don't got death threats
- 32:16Speaker 4: longer than y'all. How old are you?
- 32:17Speaker 1: Thirty? Yeah?
- 32:20Speaker 3: How long?
- 32:23Speaker 7: Let me see waits, there's no way you've been getting
- 32:26Speaker 7: death threats that long.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Shit. You say thirty, since you've been about ten at.
- 32:31Speaker 6: Least it's maybe two.
- 32:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:36Speaker 4: Yeah, But I don't take it like like I don't know,
- 32:39Speaker 4: maybe because I'm older, so I always looked at social media.
- 32:42Speaker 4: That's why it was hard for me to understand cyber bullying.
- 32:45Speaker 4: I'm like, how can you be mad? How can this
- 32:47Speaker 4: person bully you on the internet.
- 32:49Speaker 3: From a device?
- 32:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I never understood that. Now I get it because
- 32:52Speaker 4: people in their head more so than I am. So,
- 32:55Speaker 4: but it's never bothered me. I've never got knocked off
- 32:58Speaker 4: my school on social media.
- 33:00Speaker 5: We will be right by, stay tuned with more of
- 33:02Speaker 5: the ball or alert show.
- 33:06Speaker 2: I do want to ask you, because you know, you're
- 33:09Speaker 2: just like a ball of energy. You always energize the
- 33:13Speaker 2: people and stuff like that. But I know sometimes little
- 33:15Speaker 2: Duvault may have a bad day. You don't never have
- 33:18Speaker 2: a bad day. Does anything stress you or anything like that. No, okay,
- 33:24Speaker 2: answer this, then, how what's the mental space that you're
- 33:27Speaker 2: in to be like that?
- 33:29Speaker 4: Come from programming? I program myself like this over time.
- 33:32Speaker 4: That's why I say there's conversations. We just talking to
- 33:35Speaker 4: our ass catch fire. It's what you do every day
- 33:37Speaker 4: is who you are. You know, we all are creatures
- 33:40Speaker 4: of habit. So by me every day, over time, I
- 33:44Speaker 4: progressed into the person that you'all see right now. So
- 33:48Speaker 4: whoever you're trying to be, you got to progress into
- 33:50Speaker 4: that strategically and understand your programming. Understand the programming that
- 33:55Speaker 4: you are already in and reprogramming. You know what I'm saying,
- 33:59Speaker 4: and be real with yourself and know like I didn't
- 34:03Speaker 4: start getting smart till I accept it how dumb I was.
- 34:06Speaker 4: So once you accept how dumb you up, you you
- 34:10Speaker 4: move forward because you know I can't. I can only
- 34:13Speaker 4: get better, you know.
- 34:14Speaker 1: So I appreciate you spending some time.
- 34:17Speaker 6: Yeah, we appreciate you for stopping by.
- 34:20Speaker 3: Yo, I got I got another question too. So how
- 34:22Speaker 3: did you get this plane?
- 34:24Speaker 1: I bought it?
- 34:25Speaker 3: What'd you buy?
- 34:26Speaker 1: I bought? Well? This is my I got three planes?
- 34:29Speaker 3: You have three planes?
- 34:30Speaker 1: Yeah? I bought my first plane. I landed. As soon
- 34:33Speaker 1: as I landed, the PDK, that bitch cut off.
- 34:35Speaker 3: Do you fly your own plane?
- 34:37Speaker 1: Yeah? I do, well I haven't later because I got
- 34:39Speaker 1: a pilot and that.
- 34:40Speaker 4: Like I said, I just getting back on the road,
- 34:42Speaker 4: get back on my feet and ship like that. And
- 34:44Speaker 4: my my flight struck, crash and died.
- 34:46Speaker 1: So that was enough. I got a life.
- 34:48Speaker 4: But I just it's a whole nother story. But anyway,
- 34:50Speaker 4: so my my, uh, what happened was I learned through that.
- 34:54Speaker 4: I learned through my first plane, just understanding, like how
- 34:58Speaker 4: I learned, just put my going head first. So I
- 35:01Speaker 4: bought a plane, learned about planes. Then gotta found a
- 35:05Speaker 4: pilot and he taught me a lot. I got Blaine
- 35:08Speaker 4: shot the Blaine now he works for a private company
- 35:12Speaker 4: or whatever. And so through that I just learned. And
- 35:16Speaker 4: over time, as I learned, I started sharing. Then I
- 35:18Speaker 4: bought another plane. Then I started getting addicted to them bitches,
- 35:24Speaker 4: and then I had to slow down. So I bought
- 35:26Speaker 4: a seaplane and then I got hey, buck c what's
- 35:31Speaker 4: the what's the sea seaplane plane that land in the water. Oh, oh, seed, Yeah,
- 35:36Speaker 4: that's what that's what I see. That's what I'm saying,
- 35:38Speaker 4: this is educational, you know what I mean.
- 35:39Speaker 7: Like that, I'm looking at you, I'm like, man, like
- 35:42Speaker 7: he has a plane, and you see all these people
- 35:44Speaker 7: on the internet talking about all this money they making
- 35:46Speaker 7: everything I'm.
- 35:46Speaker 4: Talking about now, it's the same way I used to
- 35:48Speaker 4: talk about social media twenty years ago and everybody was
- 35:50Speaker 4: like what.
- 35:51Speaker 1: So that's what I'm saying.
- 35:52Speaker 4: It's just like you, once you understand what it is,
- 35:55Speaker 4: you can you can you can finesse this whole system
- 35:58Speaker 4: in Life's got to understand it first. If you look
- 36:03Speaker 4: around us every day, shit going on. Only people fucked up?
- 36:07Speaker 4: Is our industry, the entertainment industry, the world's Atlanta is
- 36:10Speaker 4: still popping.
- 36:11Speaker 5: Why uh why is ours messed up the most?
- 36:14Speaker 4: Because we was leaning on it so much and took
- 36:17Speaker 4: it for granted. I think we took for granted instead
- 36:20Speaker 4: of using it as an ecosystem because we was really
- 36:23Speaker 4: doing great. But we're so busy chasing this over here
- 36:26Speaker 4: that we said fuck this and now that this is
- 36:29Speaker 4: nothing no more, we done left this just like just
- 36:32Speaker 4: like segregation. You know what I'm saying. We did the
- 36:34Speaker 4: same thing with this entertainment shit. So now it's how
- 36:37Speaker 4: our arms reached, but it's too late now for this generation.
- 36:41Speaker 5: We're so glad that you're here still, you know, to
- 36:43Speaker 5: share these stories even though I know you're reluctant.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I see, I see.
- 36:48Speaker 7: Like we really do got to prior stuff out of
- 36:50Speaker 7: you because you got a lot of knowledge.
- 36:52Speaker 6: When is the book coming you? Are you ever gonna
- 36:54Speaker 6: write one?
- 36:55Speaker 4: Or Yeah, Charlamagne was just talking about that, but like
- 36:57Speaker 4: I probably will later.
- 36:58Speaker 6: Yeah, you need.
- 36:59Speaker 5: To, man, It's just it's just needed for the culture.
- 37:02Speaker 5: We appreciate you. Something about the Bartler Show. Before we
