- 0:00Welcome to Performance Driven Living, the podcast where we question everything.
- 0:05We don't tip to around tough topics, we walk right into them, not to provoke, but to
- 0:11get closer to what's real.
- 0:13You might not agree with everything you hear, and that's okay.
- 0:17The show isn't about being right, it's about being real.
- 0:20These conversations are meant to stretch your thinking, challenge assumptions, and spark
- 0:25something deeper.
- 0:26The views shared are those of our guests and may not reflect those of the host or team.
- 0:32And while we dive deep into health, performance, and transformation, this is not medical advice.
- 0:38Talk to your doctor before making changes to your health or lifestyle.
- 0:42Take what lands, leave what doesn't, but whatever you do, don't stop questioning.
- 0:55We are here with Performance Driven Living, I'm your host, Mark Young, and I am here with
- 0:59our guest, Brian Burzinski, who is the founder, and the producers, I always say, the producers
- 1:07do this better than I could, so I'm going to read this, so don't be offended by that.
- 1:11Because they always write more and much better than I would ever say, so I would butcher
- 1:15this.
- 1:16But Brian Burzinski, a quantum engineer, turned body mechanics pioneer.
- 1:22Are you being humble about this or is this untrue?
- 1:24Well, I never was as cool for any of it.
- 1:26I just studied really hard.
- 1:27It doesn't mean that you, I didn't say it.
- 1:28I didn't say it.
- 1:29I graduated with green quantum.
- 1:30Well, some people go, oh, it didn't have a degree, so I don't, but I've studied stuff
- 1:34like crazy.
- 1:35I mean, you actually know what you're doing, because the other people just got a degree
- 1:37in it.
- 1:38And people think so.
- 1:39There you go.
- 1:40I'm very good.
- 1:41Well, Brian is the founder of Synergy Release Method and Intelligent Threads, technology
- 1:45that are not just treating structural dysfunction, but giving people the tools to realign their
- 1:50bodies within minutes.
- 1:51From professional athletes to everyday people whose work is changing lives, I would never
- 1:55have said all that stuff on my own.
- 1:57That's pretty good.
- 1:58I know.
- 1:59Seriously, right?
- 2:00I can't not do that.
- 2:01It also makes me feel like I'm giving them value by actually reading it out loud.
- 2:05Because I tend to skip over and ignore most of this stuff.
- 2:08Yeah, me too.
- 2:09I know, it's terrible, right?
- 2:10I'm like, I just get talking for like 45 minutes or something like that and then forget
- 2:13that I had questions that were supposed to be asked.
- 2:16But that's the best time.
- 2:17That's the best way though.
- 2:18Honestly, it's the only thought that I'd listen to.
- 2:20Exactly.
- 2:21Listen to some scripted nonsense.
- 2:22They hang out.
- 2:23I'll go to the movies for that.
- 2:24That's the truth.
- 2:25Brian, I genuinely like, I want to, you know, you're a quantum engineer.
- 2:29I don't know about that.
- 2:31We're good.
- 2:32I don't even know that anybody even knows what quantum engineering is.
- 2:34They don't.
- 2:35So the reality is you can call it whatever you want, because no one understands what
- 2:38that is anyways.
- 2:39And I'm not going to say that I even do.
- 2:41But I was excited to know that you were coming today because this whole quantum energy
- 2:47frequency world is a place that my head is just stuck lately.
- 2:52Yeah.
- 2:53And I can't get out of it because it's the red pill.
- 2:56Yep.
- 2:57And once we realize that there is, I did an interview with Philip von Holtzendoll.
- 3:00Oh, yeah.
- 3:01Oh.
- 3:02And first of all, give me props.
- 3:04I pronounced that correctly.
- 3:05And they're very true.
- 3:06That's impressive.
- 3:07I mean, I'm impressed.
- 3:08See?
- 3:09But love Philip.
- 3:10He's a great guy.
- 3:11And having this whole conversation about bio fields and the energy that we emit is
- 3:17the energy we attract.
- 3:19Yes.
- 3:20And I was like, I was talking with somebody recently.
- 3:22And that whole conversation about quantum energy just kind of blew my mind.
- 3:27And I say, I was a college professor for years.
- 3:30Well, nothing in quantum physics.
- 3:31I assure you.
- 3:32But I say that we teach best what we need to learn most, that the things that we need
- 3:38to learn through teaching them and having to explain them, we end up actually digesting
- 3:42that information differently and better than we ever could.
- 3:45Absolutely.
- 3:46Which I love that concept.
- 3:47And I think that's the reason why like TAs and stuff on college campuses are amazing
- 3:51because they're going to actually understand their field even better because they had to
- 3:55explain it to other people that are coming up behind them.
- 3:58But while I was talking to somebody, we got into this conversation about energy fields
- 4:03and the energy that I give off is the same energy that I'm going to receive.
- 4:07And I'm like, you know, and I'm on this journey right now, because I think we're all constantly
- 4:12different versions of ourselves on a regular basis.
- 4:15And my version is like, wait a minute, like all of this ancient wisdom that we've discounted
- 4:20in the name of science for these years is actually back.
- 4:25And we're realizing that all of the things that were rules back then, even though they
- 4:30didn't have a science at scientific explanation, we got so smart to come up with a science
- 4:34just to prove that it was right back then.
- 4:35And I was like, if we should have just kept it, I saved ourselves a lot of effort here.
- 4:41Now we're all the way fast forward and we're like, wow, this all is true.
- 4:44And I'm like, it kind of reminds me of when I think about this exchange of energy biofield,
- 4:50it's like, you know, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
- 4:53And I'm like, golden rule, biblical principle words of Jesus.
- 4:56And I'm like, is he literally explaining a biofield to us?
- 5:01Pretty much.
- 5:02That we've taken as a kindness, begets kindness, kind of conversation.
- 5:06And if you're polite to someone, they're probably polite back.
- 5:09And you know, don't take revenge on a person unless you want someone to take revenge on you.
- 5:13And I'm like, fair, all of that is true.
- 5:16But I'm like, is it, is it deeper than that?
- 5:20Is it, is it literally an energy emission?
- 5:23And again, you're the quantum engineer, I'm just teeing you up to take off here.
- 5:29No, I think, I think I couldn't set it better myself.
- 5:32When I started trying to figure out how the muscle structure and how the body worked,
- 5:37I had, I've been doing this over 25 years.
- 5:39And when I first started, I was 20 years old.
- 5:41I started learning when I was 18 and then I started working on 20.
- 5:45And I remember the lady walking in my office and she goes, I'm working on her and she goes,
- 5:50oh, I can feel the energy flowing through my body.
- 5:52I'm like, this lady's crazy.
- 5:53And what if, because you're not, you're not taught in this.
- 5:57And I was like, whatever.
- 5:59And then, what were you doing at the time?
- 6:00So we, synergy release method.
- 6:02Okay, it's, it's that Nick, we bounce out the structure.
- 6:05And I was like, well, I was like, whatever.
- 6:09And then, but it stuck with me.
- 6:12And I started thinking about it and I started going,
- 6:16and then some more people said it.
- 6:17Some more people said it and I was like, okay, what is this?
- 6:20And I said, well, there's life in the blood.
- 6:26But that means there's energy in the blood.
- 6:28So if they feel their blood moving around,
- 6:30they feel the energy moving around.
- 6:31So that's kind of how my first thought.
- 6:34But then there's so much more.
- 6:35And there's so much, like we don't know anything.
- 6:37I don't know anything.
- 6:39There's so much more we don't understand at all.
- 6:42The more I dive into it, I realize,
- 6:44I don't know anything the way I should know it.
- 6:47And so I like, with our stuff, I just literally figured out
- 6:51what correlates with the muscles and was able to put that into a fabric
- 6:55to when you put it on in the muscles release.
- 6:58But I think it's the tip of the iceberg.
- 6:59I agree with you.
- 7:00I think there's so much more out there.
- 7:03So intelligent threads, the company that you're
- 7:05here at the conference representing, obviously,
- 7:08and is using literally clothing,
- 7:11but multiple different types of accessories,
- 7:15even, right?
- 7:16Yeah, just t-shirts.
- 7:18But they're quantum infused fabric
- 7:21that actually releases muscle tension, right?
- 7:24They're correct.
- 7:25Yeah, 100 percent, which is incredible.
- 7:27And I actually know members of my own staff
- 7:28who tried it at another conference and were like,
- 7:30oh my gosh, my shoulder pain went away.
- 7:32That was the weirdest thing.
- 7:33Yeah, yeah.
- 7:34And you know, which is kind of interesting to me,
- 7:36because one of the other things that I had read recently
- 7:40is there was an article that was actually talking
- 7:42about how fabric itself, different types of fabric,
- 7:46haven't, have a frequency that is just inherent
- 7:50to that type of fabric.
- 7:52And that weaving two different types of fabric together
- 7:55can actually cause a frequency problem
- 7:58that two different types of fabric
- 7:59don't necessarily cohabitate well together.
- 8:01Correct.
- 8:01And of course, my head goes immediately back
- 8:04to Old Testament Jewish laws that say
- 8:06never use two types of fabric woven together.
- 8:08They never mix cotton and linen or whatever it is.
- 8:10And it's like, okay, like again, like ancient wisdom
- 8:15and now all of a sudden we're studying quantum frequencies
- 8:17only to figure out that, well, maybe that was accurately
- 8:19back then, right?
- 8:20Like a thousand years ago, maybe they figured it out.
- 8:23Which is super interesting to me,
- 8:26but when you're doing, you know,
- 8:29that you're not talking about the frequency
- 8:31that exists in the fabric,
- 8:32you're actually imprinting a different frequency
- 8:36layering that over what already exists.
- 8:38Yeah, within it, yeah.
- 8:41Go ahead, sorry.
- 8:42No, I was going to say, how does it work?
- 8:45I mean, when people think like,
- 8:46I'm imprinting something on a shirt,
- 8:47like I get this, you know,
- 8:48on stamping ink of some sort,
- 8:50it's like, I mean,
- 8:51in my building a force field,
- 8:53what's going on when you're imprint a fabric?
- 8:55I'll set you up a little bit.
- 8:57Yeah, and we did an episode recently
- 9:00with the girls at Code Health.
- 9:02Oh, yeah, great, great.
- 9:04We love Wendy and Lisa.
- 9:05They're awesome.
- 9:05And they actually do frequency
- 9:08imprinted sailing water.
- 9:10Genius, yeah.
- 9:11And it's brilliant stuff.
- 9:12And I use their product.
- 9:14I love the girls tremendously.
- 9:16And they actually, you know,
- 9:17one drop under your tongue and your headache goes away.
- 9:19Yeah, what, which craft is this, right?
- 9:22But it's because they're imprinting on this.
- 9:25And yeah, I'm going to ask you
- 9:27to break that down into layman's terms.
- 9:31Because we're using,
- 9:32but we're actually imprinting quantum energies and water.
- 9:35And I'm like, you know that none of those words
- 9:37make sense next to each other,
- 9:38the average person.
- 9:39No, so no one's really,
- 9:45no one ever really comes up with anything.
- 9:47Why, we just figure out how to make stuff work better.
- 9:49And then we figure out the basis of it
- 9:51and then we can move forward in that area.
- 9:53And then the interesting part is,
- 9:57like if I made a better toaster,
- 9:59we could compare the old toaster with the new toaster.
- 10:03But if we make something that's not
- 10:05readily available,
- 10:06now it's starting to become really available.
- 10:08Like just the people we've already mentioned,
- 10:10they're all dabbling in the space
- 10:13are quite a bit in the space, I should say.
- 10:15Oh, yeah.
- 10:16So they figured out what interacts with the body properly.
- 10:21And then that's what they use,
- 10:23discharge or imprint,
- 10:24or whatever you'd like to call it,
- 10:26into a box,
- 10:27a sailing water,
- 10:28or whatever else.
- 10:30So my background is in structural therapy.
- 10:33And so I knew if I could get the muscles to let go,
- 10:38then the bones of the body was straightened back up,
- 10:41or at least have a chance to straighten up.
- 10:43Yep.
- 10:44My chiropractor operates from that method.
- 10:47He actually...
- 10:48Oh, awesome.
- 10:49He'll actually start a chiropractic session
- 10:51with you've got to do compression.
- 10:56Well, they'll pull you into the room,
- 10:58and then they'll do heat.
- 11:02And then you'll lay on the heat to try to do this,
- 11:05and then they'll do a few different things
- 11:06before he even comes in the room.
- 11:07Smart, very smart.
- 11:08And then when he comes in,
- 11:09he does all tissue release.
- 11:11Oh, yeah.
- 11:12And usually I'm singing opera
- 11:16by the time I'm walking out of there,
- 11:17because it's like I'm screaming sometimes,
- 11:19and asking him to stop.
- 11:21And he just deals with it all the time, right?
- 11:24You'll just hear folks screaming from the next room,
- 11:26because he rolls out every major muscle in your body,
- 11:29like a tube of toothpaste.
- 11:30That's awesome.
- 11:31And he's like,
- 11:32this is pent up trauma in your muscle.
- 11:35We need to get rid of it,
- 11:36and literally he'll be like going it,
- 11:39he's going down like your quad,
- 11:40like no one wants their quad massage, right?
- 11:42No.
- 11:43In the cap.
- 11:43Oh, oh, oh.
- 11:45And he's going down there,
- 11:47like you're in a vice grip on a roller.
- 11:50And it's like, and I'm like,
- 11:52like coming out of my skin,
- 11:54and then like he gets to the end,
- 11:56and he's like,
- 11:57we're almost there, we're almost there.
- 11:58Oh, there it is, right?
- 11:59And he does it,
- 12:01and it's literally like a spiritual experience
- 12:03when he's done, hell for sure.
- 12:05Right, and he's doing like every major muscle group,
- 12:08but for instance,
- 12:10I went and I was like,
- 12:11my neck hurts really bad.
- 12:12And he's like,
- 12:13all right, lay down, face down, whatever.
- 12:14And he immediately goes over to my left hip.
- 12:16Yeah.
- 12:17And I'm like,
- 12:18no, my right shoulder.
- 12:21He knows what he's doing.
- 12:21That's what that means.
- 12:22And he's just like,
- 12:23no, and he goes,
- 12:24that just means that you're out of alignment down here.
- 12:26It's pulling it in the other direction.
- 12:27100%.
- 12:28So, he literally starts every session
- 12:31with some sort of massacistic torture,
- 12:34then he'll do an adjustment.
- 12:36And his answer is always,
- 12:39there's no reason for me to try to adjust your structure.
- 12:41And he goes,
- 12:42Hey man, all of the tissues
- 12:43just gonna pull you back out of alignment.
- 12:44Hey man.
- 12:45And then you get off this table and walk out the door.
- 12:46Yeah.
- 12:48You're doing,
- 12:48you're saying what I usually say.
- 12:50Well, apparently I found the right guy.
- 12:52Yeah, it sounds amazing.
- 12:53And a friend of mine had introduced me to him
- 12:55and she was like,
- 12:56I call him Dr. Torture,
- 12:58but trust me,
- 12:59like try him.
- 13:01And I was like, okay.
- 13:02And then literally I went,
- 13:04like at lunch one day from work
- 13:05and then I end up going back to my office.
- 13:07And I sat at my desk,
- 13:08like in a coma the rest of the day.
- 13:09I was like,
- 13:11like I can't even explain what just happened.
- 13:12Like it was the, I'll say trauma release,
- 13:16but whatever it was that he was doing,
- 13:19that just releasing the pent-up tension.
- 13:24Yeah, yeah.
- 13:25That was all over my muscular system was unreal.
- 13:29Yeah.
- 13:30Now, I am fascinated by the thought
- 13:33that this can happen without that amount of torture.
- 13:35Yeah, I can't.
- 13:36Yeah, 100%.
- 13:36Because the torture made,
- 13:37in a weird sort of way may be pleasurable,
- 13:39but the reality is like,
- 13:41you're imprinting this type of muscle release,
- 13:46the tissue work into fabric.
- 13:49Pretty much.
- 13:50So that's when I first started when I was 20,
- 13:52that's kind of what we did.
- 13:53We just got after it.
- 13:55This squeeze, push, pulled, strained,
- 13:57use your elbow,
- 13:59and it worked because once you can fatigue the nerves,
- 14:01the muscles let go.
- 14:03And then you can,
- 14:04the body will start straining them back up.
- 14:06And so it was great,
- 14:07but at the end of the day,
- 14:08I'm walking around with my hands,
- 14:10can't use my hands, I'm sore, I'm beat up.
- 14:13And I'm thinking,
- 14:14there's got to be a better way to do this.
- 14:17And that's kind of a start of me down the journey of this.
- 14:19So I was like,
- 14:20Lord, how do I do this?
- 14:21And it was funny too,
- 14:24because God spoke to me,
- 14:25He's like, I'm a senior on a journey.
- 14:27And I'm like,
- 14:28I'm like 21 years old,
- 14:29a week late, I'm thinking,
- 14:31I wonder if I'm still in my journey a week later.
- 14:34Yeah, it was just a weekend.
- 14:3615 years later,
- 14:37I had,
- 14:38now I know how to do this,
- 14:39anyways,
- 14:40but so I started trying to figure out
- 14:42how the muscles work together.
- 14:44And the crazy part is,
- 14:46all of a sudden we could,
- 14:47or not all of a sudden,
- 14:4815 years,
- 14:49but over the time,
- 14:51yeah, I know it's in your mind,
- 14:52so all of a sudden.
- 14:53Yeah, right.
- 14:54But as we went down this path,
- 14:56I could get the muscles to respond
- 14:59with less and less effort.
- 15:01And then I could,
- 15:02but we used stem units,
- 15:04we used thompers, we used all that stuff,
- 15:05and there's a place and time for all that.
- 15:06It's not bad.
- 15:08And don't get me wrong,
- 15:09you put one of our clothes on your muscles,
- 15:10I go,
- 15:11but you still might have scar tissue.
- 15:12They still might have to go in there and dig that out.
- 15:14You might have tinnitus as long as I go.
- 15:16You know what I'm saying?
- 15:17There's still more manual work
- 15:18that they can be very beneficial.
- 15:20But if you can get the basis of the muscles to let go,
- 15:23now there's nothing holding the structure back.
- 15:26Besides scar tissue stuff.
- 15:27And the majority of people we see,
- 15:30once we get their muscles to let go,
- 15:31then it's very easy to go back
- 15:32and get all the joints in the right position.
- 15:34In fact, in fact,
- 15:35we figured out stretches you can do yourself
- 15:37to put your own joints back in place,
- 15:39that I don't even have.
- 15:40So I'm trying to keep people out of my clinic.
- 15:42That should move my goal.
- 15:43It's a very good business plan.
- 15:44It's a horrible business plan,
- 15:45but it's actually really good
- 15:47because I'm going to do such a good job on you.
- 15:50I don't have to see you again,
- 15:51but you're going to tell all your friends.
- 15:52So I'm going to take this in a weird direction.
- 15:54But do what you want to do.
- 15:55I want to get back to this fabric and all this.
- 15:57Yeah, we did what it takes to put your show.
- 15:59I should order to see what happens, but please.
- 16:01But the reality is is you just said,
- 16:03Lord, help me.
- 16:05God gave you a vision.
- 16:06And I'm hearing a Christian bent from you and same.
- 16:11And I've got graduate degrees in theology the whole day.
- 16:14So fun, fun connection there.
- 16:15But I was talking with a friend of mine
- 16:17last night who's also a Christian,
- 16:19but also deep in science.
- 16:21And I was like, I'm going to go on a tangent here,
- 16:24which I haven't done in another episode.
- 16:26So if you've listened to this before, sorry.
- 16:29But the reality is that people of faith
- 16:33tend to have this anti-science kind of like some faith is faith.
- 16:39You got to, science is fine, but faith is faith.
- 16:41It's not faith if you figure it out.
- 16:44And then science tends to have this, if we can't prove it,
- 16:48it doesn't exist.
- 16:49And there's this polarity that we've created as a culture
- 16:54around faith and science can't exist.
- 16:56And I would historically go back and say,
- 16:58but science was actually existed or was actually
- 17:01most science that we consider to be early science
- 17:04was church sponsored.
- 17:06Yeah, right?
- 17:06It was 100%.
- 17:07It was the church that was actually sponsoring the research
- 17:10that was being done.
- 17:11Yeah.
- 17:12And that's Galileo, that's early planetary astronomers,
- 17:15that's medicine.
- 17:16That's like, I mean, maybe imperfectly executed.
- 17:20Yeah, absolutely.
- 17:20Faith and science used to cohabitate in some weird ways.
- 17:24But that being said, part of where my journey has me right now,
- 17:29which is kind of interesting, because I say,
- 17:31the entire show is about me learning more things
- 17:34and other people just coming along for the ride.
- 17:36But someone asked me, like, well, what are you learning lately?
- 17:39And I'm like, honestly, I feel like I'm in a season
- 17:41of unlearning, like now you're starting to learn.
- 17:45Right, I feel like I'm unlearning things more
- 17:49than I'm learning right now, because so many things,
- 17:52I mean, you don't get a graduate degree in theology,
- 17:55and I also have a graduate degree in clinical psychology,
- 17:58which is kind of a weird combination anyways, right?
- 18:01And then a doctorate in education,
- 18:03which is a whole different discipline,
- 18:04like I'm all right.
- 18:05But you get all of these things,
- 18:07and I'm like, but all of this cohabitates,
- 18:09because there's no dissonance in me
- 18:13that believes all of these things, you know?
- 18:16And if there's no dissonance, then there's a harmony.
- 18:19So where is the harmony behind the fact
- 18:21that I can believe in quantum frequency,
- 18:24and I can also believe that Jesus came and walked the earth.
- 18:27Like, I don't have a problem
- 18:29with those two things coexisting.
- 18:30And in fact, from a spiritual standpoint,
- 18:34I was talking to a friend of mine,
- 18:35who's, you know, Eastern European Baptist's father
- 18:40was a minister type person.
- 18:42I was like, if you ever thought, like,
- 18:44because I was wearing my Lila quantum pendant.
- 18:46And I'm like, what is that?
- 18:48I'm like, I don't know.
- 18:48I'll be honest with you.
- 18:49It's a quantum pendant and people say
- 18:50it's makes me feel aligned and sure.
- 18:52Why not?
- 18:53Like, it looks cool.
- 18:55And we got in this conversation,
- 18:56it's this frequency based, like it's quantum frequency based.
- 18:59Well, yeah, but what does it do?
- 19:01Like, it literally just helps a line energy field.
- 19:03So how do you know it's working?
- 19:05Right.
- 19:06I don't, like, but I believe the science behind it.
- 19:09And like, so to me, maybe that's faith.
- 19:11Like, but at the same time, I'm like,
- 19:14I don't know how to tell me, like when people literally
- 19:16are able to, at a vibrational level,
- 19:20impact through sound, through energy, electricity,
- 19:24through frequency, like through all of these
- 19:28different types of modalities, like,
- 19:30we're watching healing take place.
- 19:32Yeah, yeah.
- 19:33And we also can all agree that we are vibrational patterns.
- 19:37Absolutely.
- 19:37Like every one of us is a vibrational pattern.
- 19:39And that's the one to other's thing, right?
- 19:41Yeah.
- 19:42Vibrate it, the frequency that you wish to attract
- 19:44because like frequencies come together, absolutely.
- 19:46Sure, I can believe that.
- 19:48And I said, is it, well, I said, well,
- 19:50I'm gonna call challenge everything you believe then.
- 19:52I said, is it possible that Jesus was,
- 19:54as self-actualized as you can imagine,
- 19:56and just knew how to vibrate at the frequencies
- 19:58that brought healing to the person he was vibrating toward.
- 20:01Exactly.
- 20:02And we called it miraculous.
- 20:04Yep.
- 20:04Exactly.
- 20:05Is that literally what we're talking about?
- 20:07And the fact that he was able to ascend
- 20:11and transfigure on the mount of transfiguration.
- 20:13And they saw him glowing.
- 20:15And they're like,
- 20:16and walk through a wall.
- 20:17And walk through walls, correct?
- 20:18And the food to eat went with him.
- 20:20Correct.
- 20:21The food to eat actually went along.
- 20:23Yep.
- 20:23And he was actually able to eat.
- 20:25So we wasn't a ghost.
- 20:26Like, how did all of this happen?
- 20:29And again, it's what we trust it by faith.
- 20:31And I'm like, where is there something so much deeper
- 20:34that we just haven't tapped into?
- 20:36That's it.
- 20:37Yeah, for sure.
- 20:38And when I'm just, and they're starting to.
- 20:41Yeah, I think we're baby stepping into this whole quantum
- 20:44space right now.
- 20:45And even Einstein actually,
- 20:48we quoted what that quantum healing quantum medicine
- 20:52is the medicine of the future.
- 20:54Yes.
- 20:54It's the end of vibration.
- 20:55Right.
- 20:55And that was what, 60, 70 years ago, 80 years ago?
- 20:58Yeah, history is based on that light is a constant rate,
- 21:01but actually light changes.
- 21:03So that blows history, unfortunately.
- 21:06But I think he believed.
- 21:06But the groundwork is there.
- 21:08The groundwork.
- 21:08The groundwork's there 100%, but in his mind.
- 21:13And you could go a lot of different directions,
- 21:17but in his mind, God was light.
- 21:20And so that's what he based it on.
- 21:23But it's not constant, because it's not that kind of light.
- 21:26So he was thinking, right, I think perhaps the definition
- 21:29of light gets confused with our common.
- 21:32Yeah, exactly.
- 21:33That's the understanding of that.
- 21:34From what I've been reading lately,
- 21:35that's some of the discussions that are about.
- 21:37And that's really fascinating.
- 21:39But anyways.
- 21:40Well, and I agree with that.
- 21:41Is it the possibility that, I mean,
- 21:43we hear about how there's, you know,
- 21:45spiritual things going on all around us?
- 21:48Yeah.
- 21:48And it's like, is it that they're just
- 21:50at a frequency we can't detect, almost like a dog whistle?
- 21:52Yeah.
- 21:53Right?
- 21:53Like, why is it that the dog's ear can hear things
- 21:55that we can't hear?
- 21:56Exactly.
- 21:57And we don't think that's weird.
- 21:59Yeah.
- 22:00Why can we only see or hear certain things?
- 22:03Correct.
- 22:03Because there's a huge amount of data out there
- 22:05that we're not collecting or gathering.
- 22:07Well, other people can sense it or feel it.
- 22:10Well, and the whole idea that if a dog can hear a whistle,
- 22:13we can't understand who's to say that a dog can't see
- 22:15a spiritual being that we can just can't see.
- 22:19Amen.
- 22:20Like, if we can't hear the whistle,
- 22:21why is it weird to think that they can perhaps sense
- 22:23or see, literally see?
- 22:25Because you see dogs get freaked out by stuff sometimes
- 22:28that we have no presence.
- 22:29You know, we have no cognition.
- 22:30Yeah.
- 22:31You know, and the dog is spooked.
- 22:33Right.
- 22:33You know, and it's like, oh, the dog's alarmed.
- 22:35It's like, well, sure, the dog's clearly alarmed.
- 22:37Like, there's clearly something going on there.
- 22:38But at the same time, like, it makes me start thinking.
- 22:40Like, there's something else past what we currently understand.
- 22:44I think we'd be fools not to put all of our part in the pun,
- 22:48but put all of our energy into trying to figure that out.
- 22:53Absolutely.
- 22:54There's like, it's funny you bring us up
- 22:58because it's like, I learn more by just reading the word.
- 23:03People are like, oh, the Bible is old, whatever.
- 23:05But man, when I get in there, there's so many keys in there.
- 23:08They're like, when you get in there,
- 23:10everything I've ever learned is in the word.
- 23:12Like, and so I'm like, man, this is just like speaking to me.
- 23:16And then as you get in there and you develop that relationship
- 23:20with God, like, it becomes so alive.
- 23:23And then you can read the same word,
- 23:24the same passage is 20 times.
- 23:26And the 21st time, all of a sudden, you're thinking
- 23:29that it just speaks to you five years later,
- 23:32you're still reading the same passages.
- 23:33You get some completely different because what it is,
- 23:36though, is you're growing.
- 23:38Hold on.
- 23:39So your understanding when you read it is here,
- 23:42but as you grow in your understanding,
- 23:46your wisdom, wisdom's great, but you start to have
- 23:49the understanding for it.
- 23:50And when your understanding starts taking off,
- 23:53now you read it again, you go, oh, he actually means this.
- 23:57Oh, that apply, if you know if we take this, this and this
- 23:59and you put it together, now you're at a different level.
- 24:02Yes.
- 24:03How did you learn this stuff?
- 24:04I'm not that smart.
- 24:06I didn't figure out I'm just the first one to get to use it.
- 24:08He's just quantum engineering.
- 24:10I'm just smart.
- 24:11I'm just the first one to get to use it, right?
- 24:14So for me, that's kind of how my journey went.
- 24:16I just had, like, I think when I asked him that question,
- 24:18like, how do we do this?
- 24:20I think he told me, I should understand what he's saying.
- 24:22But it was kind of like, I had to get all that background
- 24:25information and that knowledge, because I just kept meeting
- 24:28people and kept going down that path and learning things
- 24:30or reading books and I will say there is a difference
- 24:34between search and research on the internet too.
- 24:36But that's another story.
- 24:38Yes.
- 24:40But as I went down that path, I started pulling all these
- 24:43ideas and thoughts together and then, aha, I had the aha
- 24:46moment 15 years later.
- 24:48I was like, oh, I know how to do this now.
- 24:50So what, where is your curiosity right now?
- 24:53Because when I look at biblical text and I'm a big fan of,
- 24:57I don't know if you Timothy Alberino.
- 24:59Oh, yeah, yeah, great.
- 25:00So I'm going to his NeffCon.
- 25:01Really?
- 25:02Next month.
- 25:03Oh, that'd be fun.
- 25:04He should go.
- 25:05It's up in Montana.
- 25:06Ooh, I love Montana.
- 25:07I love Montana so much.
- 25:08I love Montana so much.
- 25:09That's not one of the dialogue.
- 25:10And to June, I'm going to an Alberino conference.
- 25:11It was one of my goals this year.
- 25:12So I'm so impressed that you know who that is.
- 25:14Because I can, his book birthright and all of the crazy stuff
- 25:19that he goes off on, like, I feel like I met a kindred here.
- 25:22He's often some other channels and I'm like, I literally
- 25:25read his book with a Bible in my other hand.
- 25:28And I'm like, yeah, it's amazing.
- 25:31There's nothing you're saying that I can scripturally disprove.
- 25:34Yeah, like, this is, like, and it's funny
- 25:38because a good friend of mine was a worship leader at the church
- 25:42and whatever.
- 25:43And we ended up going out to dinner one day
- 25:44and we were chatting and I start going off on my,
- 25:48you know, I'm going to call it my conspiracy theory stuff.
- 25:49But I start going off on this and he's just like, dude,
- 25:53and it was almost like, I want to tell you you're wrong,
- 25:56but I can't because nothing they're saying is wrong.
- 25:59Yeah, but I want to disbelieve you.
- 26:01And I'm like, I got to be careful who I say this to.
- 26:03So now I'm saying it on a podcast.
- 26:04But, but the reality is is that so much of what we talk
- 26:09about in quantum explains a lot of what he's talking about.
- 26:14100% yeah, 100% the fact that there's vibrational fields
- 26:17around us that we just don't see.
- 26:19We don't hear different dimensions.
- 26:21Yeah, correct that dimensions themselves
- 26:23are just different frequencies.
- 26:25Yeah, it's it.
- 26:26Like, how do we, now I'm going to ask you,
- 26:29you spend a lot more time in the space than I had.
- 26:32I've dipped my toe and feel like I've taken the red pill
- 26:36and now I'm going to be seeing things.
- 26:40Well, no, I got to tell you, man, like I actually,
- 26:41no, yeah, I understand exactly what you're saying.
- 26:43I'm a friend of mine who went and did bio cyber knot.
- 26:47Yeah.
- 26:48You know, bio cyber knot, right?
- 26:49Like in Sedona or something.
- 26:50Yeah, and he went and did bio cyber knot.
- 26:53And then when they measure brain frequencies
- 26:56and everything else on that and the researcher was just like,
- 26:59well, you've you've got the angel signal.
- 27:01And he's just like, what are you talking about?
- 27:02And he's just like, you got an angel frequency.
- 27:03And he's like, I don't know what that means.
- 27:06And he's just like, well, if you look at this vibration,
- 27:07like you're actually able to sense frequencies
- 27:09that other people don't.
- 27:10And he's like, that's that's that's that's that's that.
- 27:12And he goes to his whole deal.
- 27:13And then they literally went and did all of this other kind
- 27:16to work and he and they did images of something
- 27:20with what he was doing.
- 27:21And literally in this isolation chamber
- 27:24where they put you to do this type of research,
- 27:26there was literally another person in there with him.
- 27:30And this wasn't his imagination.
- 27:31Like this was all captured on what they're on what they're doing
- 27:35at the exact time that these frequencies took off.
- 27:37Yeah, this was physically present.
- 27:39Yeah.
- 27:40And he's like, it's gotten to the point now
- 27:41and he goes, when I go into flow state
- 27:43and he goes, I literally see things around me.
- 27:45Yeah.
- 27:46I grew up in a church that would have been like,
- 27:47you know, they demon possessed him for sure.
- 27:50Me too demons are chasing down so on.
- 27:52And I'm like, or is it that he literally has has tapped
- 27:57into sin and I'm like, I was with him a multiple times.
- 28:01But the like a month ago, we were talking about this.
- 28:05And I'm like, I need to know where you went.
- 28:06Like I want to know, hook me up, tell me where this is.
- 28:08I want to go do this because I just I want to know.
- 28:11Like I've got a curious brain.
- 28:13And it's like, I want to know.
- 28:14And I feel like if you get to see angels,
- 28:15I don't know what the angels do.
- 28:16Absolutely.
- 28:17And so we get into all this.
- 28:19And like, so I'm, I want you to tell me like in this quantum
- 28:24space, because it's weird.
- 28:27Like it's, we just don't understand it.
- 28:28We just don't understand it.
- 28:29It's like the autoimmune of physics.
- 28:33Like, what is it?
- 28:35What is the good way to put it?
- 28:37Like, what is it that you've learned
- 28:39and what is it that you just don't know?
- 28:41Oh, everything, I don't know anything.
- 28:44So I, I was thinking about this the other day.
- 28:47It's crazy talking about this.
- 28:54I was ready to share some bad news.
- 28:56We get, we got saved like, you know,
- 28:59you don't even know what's going to get saved.
- 29:00But then you develop your relationship with God.
- 29:02And so I was, I was always kind of been tapped in,
- 29:06but don't even know, right?
- 29:07But here's the thing.
- 29:08I'll start talking to them.
- 29:10So I have friends or whatever.
- 29:11And I'll start talking about different things.
- 29:13Kind of what we're talking about.
- 29:14And they look at me and they go, what are you talking about?
- 29:17Or I'll meet PhDs, professors, or people out in the field.
- 29:22And I'll start talking to them.
- 29:23We'll start about truth versus fact and all this crazy stuff.
- 29:26And they look at me and they're like, like I,
- 29:29well, quick, I had this guy and the skyperactor.
- 29:35And then me and this pastor, we were doing these tests.
- 29:37I mean, this pastor started getting this real deep
- 29:39conversation, kind of like we were doing.
- 29:41And that me and pastor were going back
- 29:42forth, it was great.
- 29:43We were flown and he was talking about this and quantum.
- 29:46And it's just like, the Lord was just speaking through us.
- 29:49And we were figuring stuff out as we were going.
- 29:51And the skyperactor and my friend, he's like,
- 29:54you can see him going, what are you talking about?
- 29:58And the crazy part is I didn't get this,
- 30:02but they can't understand what we're talking about.
- 30:07Because they have an unlocked it by getting saved
- 30:10and getting the Holy Spirit within them.
- 30:13Once I got my prayer language and got the Holy Spirit within me,
- 30:16that bumped me up to a different level.
- 30:18And all of a sudden, I could receive information
- 30:20and get stuff that I just couldn't understand before.
- 30:25And so there's a lot of people out there
- 30:27that I'll talk to that just don't get it,
- 30:30but they can't get it.
- 30:31Like when Jesus was saying all that stuff,
- 30:33he's like, they're going to pay all.
- 30:34Yeah, but he gave it, but when he died,
- 30:38then the helper came.
- 30:40Because you want me to go away,
- 30:41because then you get the helper,
- 30:42and the helper will unlock everything for you.
- 30:45Why are we tapping into that?
- 30:47That's like some knowledge.
- 30:50That seems to be the race, Christ, from the dead.
- 30:52Yeah, so I'm thinking, so I'll get my friend saved.
- 30:57And I was like, you'll know what I'm talking about now.
- 30:59And they'll go, bro, I understand what you're saying now.
- 31:02I'm like, yeah, because that's God.
- 31:03He already wrote it in your heart, but it unlocks it.
- 31:06And they're like, I understand what you're saying now.
- 31:09And I was like, yeah, you're starting.
- 31:10He goes, that's the first time I'm starting to get it.
- 31:14It's wild.
- 31:16I'm like, and no one talks about this.
- 31:18Right.
- 31:19And it's just, so for me, people are like,
- 31:22how you learning this?
- 31:23I gotta go to church, read the word.
- 31:25That's how I learned quantum physics.
- 31:26Yeah, but he's the one that made it.
- 31:29He's the one that made it.
- 31:31Affair.
- 31:31So I'm like, but he also says, ask, and he'll give you knowledge.
- 31:36So I'm like, how's that work?
- 31:37How's that work?
- 31:38And I've never heard him, I've never heard him speak to me
- 31:40audibly or nothing like that.
- 31:42But I get a thought, I get an idea.
- 31:43Or I meet somebody and they'll tell me exactly
- 31:47what I've been trying to figure out.
- 31:49I'm like, oh, and then we build it together.
- 31:52Cause think, trying to think of something
- 31:54you never thought of before.
- 31:55Yeah, you can.
- 31:56You can't, but if you can get information
- 31:59and then link it all together, then you can grow your knowledge
- 32:02base.
- 32:03And that's kind of, that's more or less.
- 32:05But because of the, because of God, I'm able to, it's not me,
- 32:15but it's him working through me.
- 32:16I'm able to get and download information and get stuff done.
- 32:21It's at a whole different level.
- 32:23And I think that's kind of like, we're at.
- 32:25And I feel like, I feel like I haven't done anything.
- 32:28I feel like there's so much more to do.
- 32:29You just said you just used the word download and it makes me
- 32:32laugh.
- 32:33Cause I was actually talking yesterday to Linda, who's the founder
- 32:37of WaveWatch.
- 32:38Oh, yeah.
- 32:39She's amazing.
- 32:40Yeah.
- 32:41And I was talking with Linda yesterday and just asking, what's your story
- 32:43where you've developed frequencies and so on and so forth?
- 32:46And she's like, well, there was this one day I just got this
- 32:49download and knew exactly what I needed to do.
- 32:51And I was like, she was searching it out.
- 32:54And then she finally put it all together, fired and here we go.
- 32:58And the Lord put it in there.
- 32:59Yep.
- 33:00And she's like, and this is what happened.
- 33:01And I kind of laughed.
- 33:02I was like, that's kind of a cool, cool way of thinking about that.
- 33:06And she's like, it was just, here comes the download.
- 33:08This is what happens.
- 33:10And it was funny because I'm like, we talk about this biohacking
- 33:13space.
- 33:14And one of the things that I that I kind of laugh about is that, I
- 33:20think there's so much of a, there's, there's, say, there's three
- 33:23different dimensions to biohacking in some respects.
- 33:25And that is, there's, is the people at least so
- 33:27scientifically that, yes, that they lose any kind of value to
- 33:31anybody because they're just so weird.
- 33:33And then you get the people that are like, way up here in the
- 33:36spiritual realm that are, that are just shocked right all over
- 33:38the place.
- 33:39And like, literally have lost touch with the rest of us that are
- 33:42still here on earth, like, but there's this necessity for this.
- 33:48And I'm like, it's funny to me that twice now in two days that
- 33:52somebody has in this space who has an unusual, ununderstood
- 33:56science.
- 33:57Right.
- 33:58So I just got a download from God.
- 33:59Yeah.
- 34:00Like, and that's how I've brought this technology to the world.
- 34:03Yeah, absolutely.
- 34:04And I'm like, that's kind of funny to hear that twice in a row though
- 34:06that literally the same words.
- 34:08Like, I got a download.
- 34:09This is what happened.
- 34:10And this is why my product works.
- 34:11I'm like, doesn't market well, by the way, as a marketing guy.
- 34:14But the reality is, is like, I can look and say, yeah, that's,
- 34:17that's a thing.
- 34:18Yeah.
- 34:20But I want to go one step deeper into quantum though.
- 34:24Yeah, please.
- 34:25Because how do we, we've unpacked that it exists.
- 34:28We unpacked all this other kind of stuff.
- 34:30And they're the connection between science and spirituality.
- 34:33And but now we're talking about it exists in a T-shirt.
- 34:38Like, Jesus didn't bring T-shirts to earth, right?
- 34:44Like, how?
- 34:46So I always, when people ask me this question,
- 34:49I always kind of go back to like, the word quantum's
- 34:52been thrown around so much.
- 34:53Like, like a definite, like the classical definition
- 34:55is super small and cold.
- 34:58Like, that's kind of like the basis of quantum.
- 35:01Because like, we all, I don't know if y'all see an ant man,
- 35:04but he's like, shrink, shrink, shrink, shrink.
- 35:05And he goes, so it's super small and cold.
- 35:08But then they play around with the definition.
- 35:11So it really kind of depends on the definition
- 35:13that they want to play around with.
- 35:15So that's how I think.
- 35:16I go, let's go break it down to the smallest point
- 35:18and then build it out.
- 35:20So for me, that's why I'm like, yeah, sure.
- 35:24Maybe we're in the quantum space doing that.
- 35:26But I figured out basically the frequency that interacts
- 35:32with the muscles.
- 35:34And when we were, and then I had to figure out how
- 35:38to embed and declare it.
- 35:39So I built a machine and that machine output of that machine,
- 35:43if I put it on you, your muscles would let go.
- 35:46All those engaged muscles.
- 35:48Not the muscles being pulled, not scar tissue
- 35:50but the engage muscles.
- 35:51We can go into that.
- 35:52It's how the body works.
- 35:53That's a whole different.
- 35:54That's a fun tub to talk about.
- 36:01And I was like, I don't like cords.
- 36:04I don't like machines.
- 36:06And I thought, how can we make this more apicals
- 36:08for people to use?
- 36:09Right.
- 36:10So I said, I wonder if I can take the output of this machine
- 36:12and stabilize it.
- 36:14And I said, I bet I can put it in fabric.
- 36:17And sure enough, I had to build a whole other machine
- 36:20to be able to stabilize the output of the first machine
- 36:25into fabric.
- 36:26And I was like, I wonder how long it's going to last.
- 36:29Well, it's been almost 10 years now.
- 36:30The original should still work like day one.
- 36:33But the way that we bonded in there is a sub-melecular, right?
- 36:36So it's literally within the cell within the shirt.
- 36:40I think that's why I won't wash out.
- 36:42Because we made it basically part of the shirt at that point.
- 36:45And so it should, yeah.
- 36:46So it's just a frequency or a signal that's coming off of it.
- 36:52It has to be within about an inch of your body,
- 36:54and then it works.
- 36:54So if you were to take this shirt and just
- 36:57stick it in your machine, it would do the same thing.
- 37:00Yeah.
- 37:01So that's the beauty of it.
- 37:03So the fact that you're selling t-shirts
- 37:05and all this other kind of stuff
- 37:07just happens to be, we have to showcase it.
- 37:12And we thought about doing a model
- 37:16where people just send the stuff.
- 37:18But if FedEx lost it, or if we lost it,
- 37:20if we got it wrong, or something,
- 37:23so it's just easy to do this model at this point.
- 37:26Well, but I'm just saying your SKU list is unlimited.
- 37:29Yes, you can literally imprint that on any fabric.
- 37:33Like, dog sweaters.
- 37:35Like, do we have them?
- 37:36Literally, you can do anything with it at that point.
- 37:39At that point, you almost become a fashion company.
- 37:41Yeah, one time I sat down and I said, OK,
- 37:43how many different verticals could we do?
- 37:46And I got to 53, and I stopped.
- 37:48Right.
- 37:49Yeah, because I was like, let me do one.
- 37:51And then we'll go maybe to two.
- 37:53Because I mean, the possibilities are endless.
- 37:58Like, that's fascinating.
- 37:59And it's all because you just have a machine you built.
- 38:02I'm assuming at this point, you've expanded into more
- 38:04than one machine in a warehouse.
- 38:06Yeah, so the crazy part is, when I first started,
- 38:11six months in or so, I was able to produce four shirts.
- 38:17I started with shirts, just to me, it made more sense.
- 38:19So I have four prototype shirts.
- 38:23But it took me six months to build out four shirts.
- 38:28And I was like, OK, if I want to do a production,
- 38:30and then from there, we figured it out.
- 38:34Now we can go into bigger productions.
- 38:36So you just need the bigger the space, the more stuff
- 38:38we could do.
- 38:38So what if you made underwear?
- 38:40I really want to.
- 38:41But what I found out is I could care less about clothing.
- 38:45Even though I have a clothing company.
- 38:47And so we're looking for partners.
- 38:49And we found some that are already
- 38:51have invented the perfect kind of clothing.
- 38:53And so now we're going to merge the perfect kind of clothing
- 38:56with our technology.
- 38:57So yeah, we could, like you said, we could do anything.
- 38:59Well, I'm just, I'm curious.
- 39:02Like this whole GitLams EMF blocking
- 39:06and where and all this other kind of stuff
- 39:07is a big thing with fertility.
- 39:09Oh, yeah.
- 39:09I'd love to do a partnership with somebody like that.
- 39:12That does EMF blocking.
- 39:13Oh, yeah.
- 39:13Why not?
- 39:14We don't have a company.
- 39:15Oh, well, they use silver for EMF blocking.
- 39:18Part of technology.
- 39:19Yeah, because the infrared blocker is well
- 39:22and all that stuff, we could just put all the technology
- 39:25one fiber or one fabric on clothing.
- 39:29War stuff and that.
- 39:30Oh, yeah, for sure.
- 39:31I already have played around with the silver.
- 39:33I have like super high silver concentrated fabric.
- 39:36This one company we're talking to, everything good.
- 39:38I don't know if they went out business or what,
- 39:40they won't respond.
- 39:41So it's really odd.
- 39:42It was a very, very small company.
- 39:46But we, they gave us some sample stuff
- 39:47and I test it periodically.
- 39:48It still worked really well.
- 39:50That's super interesting.
- 39:51Well, I'm excited to try this
- 39:53because I've seen you at shows before
- 39:55and I've just, you're always swamped
- 39:56with people around you and it's crazy.
- 39:58I'm impatient, so I don't wait in line.
- 40:00But like I know people who have
- 40:02and they speak super highly of it.
- 40:03And then, you know, when you got booked on here,
- 40:05I was like, oh, cool.
- 40:06I can actually understand this stuff.
- 40:07And then again, you turned out to be really cool.
- 40:08Oh, appreciate it.
- 40:09But yeah, like I'm fascinated by what you were,
- 40:12what you're doing here.
- 40:14Brian's brand is called Intelligent Threads
- 40:16and I'm assuming IntelligentThreads.com.
- 40:18Yes, thank you, which super cool name.
- 40:21Because that's, I mean, makes sense.
- 40:24I mean, good marketing right there.
- 40:26But IntelligentThreads.com,
- 40:28I'm fascinated by these conversations.
- 40:29Probably not the conversation you expected
- 40:31to come up here and have.
- 40:32I love it. That's the best one I ever done.
- 40:33Because it never turns out the way we expect.
- 40:35And I think it's the best though.
- 40:37I agree. Yeah, that should be.
- 40:39Like, I don't want to know topically.
- 40:41I just want to, it's like, voyeuristic, right?
- 40:42People just tune in and listen to somebody else's conversation.
- 40:46But I encourage in the show notes here,
- 40:47you're going to find stuff from IntelligentThreads.
- 40:49You'll see links and everything in there.
- 40:52Brian, like I'm so fascinated by this whole theory of quantum,
- 40:56whether that means super small and cold,
- 40:58or whether that means vibrational patterns
- 41:01that we don't understand, like whatever that even means.
- 41:05The reality is is I think we can agree
- 41:07that there's a whole world out there
- 41:08that we don't even understand yet.
- 41:10The whole rules of physics change
- 41:12when you drop down into that world.
- 41:14Right, yeah.
- 41:15And I think that's what we can't wrap our head around.
- 41:17And I think our entire society and culture right now
- 41:21is in that same unlearning stage,
- 41:24even the food pyramid, right?
- 41:25Like, like, yeah, exactly, like,
- 41:28wait a minute, you're saying that's not normal?
- 41:30Like, everything we've thought we've known
- 41:32is now being turned upside down.
- 41:34Absolutely.
- 41:35And I think it's a perfect time for people to be realizing
- 41:38that there's a great big world
- 41:39that maybe we just don't understand.
- 41:41And it's next-level stuff.
- 41:43And it opens up a lot of existential questions,
- 41:46but I mean, how we're in the world of AI right now,
- 41:48like, talk about an existential question.
- 41:52But this kind of stuff is absolutely fascinating.
- 41:55And like I said, it's just kind of aligns
- 41:56with where my journey and my head is going right now.
- 41:59But I encourage everybody, go check out IntelligentThreads.
- 42:04You got to try this stuff, like,
- 42:06just put down a shirt and all of a sudden
- 42:07your muscles release, like, that's just bizarre.
- 42:10Like, it is, it's very odd.
- 42:12Right, it's something that we just don't wrap around yet.
- 42:15It's just not normal.
- 42:16Yeah, it's something that we just don't understand yet.
- 42:19So pick it up, we'll put a coupon code or something down there
- 42:22in the show notes for you to save a couple boxes
- 42:24you do that.
- 42:25And we'll see you next time on performance driven living.
