• 1:02
  So,
• 1:02
  Chris,
• 1:03
  I
• 1:03
  hear
• 1:04
  you've
• 1:04
  spent
• 1:04
  time
• 1:04
  in

• 1:05
  back
• 1:06
  in

• 1:07
  What
• 1:07
  do
• 1:08
  you
• 1:08
  think
• 1:08
  of
• 1:08
  using

  to
• 1:09

  inventory?
• 1:12
  Oh,
• 1:12
  geez.
• 1:12
  Yes,
• 1:13
  Jen,
• 1:13
  I
• 1:13
  definitely,
• 1:13
  I
• 1:14
  definitely
• 1:14
  have
• 1:14
  spent
• 1:14
  time
• 1:15
  in,
• 1:15
  in,
• 1:15
  in
• 1:16
  freezers
• 1:16
  and
• 1:17
  you
• 1:17
  know,
• 1:17
  I'm
• 1:17
  going
• 1:17
  to
• 1:18
  drop
• 1:18
  another
• 1:18
  acronym
• 1:18
  because
• 1:19
  of
• 1:19
  the
• 1:19
  Corvus.
• 1:20
  The
• 1:20
  cocc,
• 1:21
  I
• 1:21
  think,
• 1:21
  was
• 1:21
  the
• 1:21
  acronym
• 1:22
  you
• 1:22
  said.
• 1:22
  Yeah,
• 1:22
  so,
• 1:23
  but,
• 1:24
  but
• 1:24
  yes,
• 1:24
  I
• 1:25
  have
• 1:25
  been
• 1:25
  in
• 1:25
  freezers
• 1:26
  and
• 1:26
  I,
• 1:27
  you
• 1:27
  know,
• 1:27
  it's
• 1:28
  funny,
• 1:28
  as
• 1:28
  I
• 1:28
  was
• 1:28
  thinking
• 1:28
  about
• 1:28
  this
• 1:29
  headline,
• 1:29
  I
• 1:29
  used
• 1:29
  to
• 1:30
  always
• 1:30
  say
• 1:30
  that
• 1:30
  price
• 1:30
  changes
• 1:31
  was
• 1:31
  the
• 1:31
  worst
• 1:31
  job
• 1:32
  in
• 1:32
  retail.
• 1:33
  That's
• 1:33
  actually
• 1:33
  not
• 1:33
  true,
• 1:34
  Jen.
• 1:34
  I
• 1:34
  probably,
• 1:35
  I
• 1:35
  bet
• 1:35
  you
• 1:35
  know
• 1:35
  this
• 1:35
  too.
• 1:35
  The
• 1:36
  worst
• 1:36
  job
• 1:36
  is
• 1:36
  actually
• 1:37
  doing
• 1:37
  anything
• 1:37
  in
• 1:38
  the
• 1:38
  freezer
• 1:39
  because
• 1:39
  you
• 1:39
  can
• 1:39
  literally
• 1:40
  die
• 1:40
  if
• 1:40
  you
• 1:41
  get
• 1:41
  stuck
• 1:41
  in
• 1:41
  there
• 1:41
  too
• 1:42
  long.
• 1:42
  And
• 1:42
  there's
• 1:42
  usually
• 1:42
  a
• 1:43
  story
• 1:43
  every
• 1:43
  year,
• 1:44
  no
• 1:44
  joke
• 1:44
  about
• 1:45
  something
• 1:45
  that
• 1:45
  gets
• 1:45
  stuck
• 1:46
  in
• 1:46
  a
• 1:46
  freezer
• 1:46
  and
• 1:46
  dies
• 1:47
  at
• 1:47
  some
• 1:47
  retail
• 1:47
  operation
• 1:48
  in
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  United
• 1:48
  States.
• 1:49
  Kind
• 1:49
  of
• 1:49
  morbid,
• 1:50
  but,
• 1:50
  but
• 1:50
  kind
• 1:50
  of
• 1:50
  true.
• 1:50
  So
• 1:51
  there's
• 1:51
  nothing
• 1:51
  more
• 1:51
  worse
• 1:52
  than,
• 1:52
  and
• 1:52
  awful
• 1:53
  than
• 1:53
  having
• 1:53
  to
• 1:53
  go
• 1:53
  into
• 1:54
  a
• 1:54
  freezer
• 1:55
  and,
• 1:55
  and,
• 1:56
  and
• 1:56
  in.
• 1:56
  On
• 1:57
  top
• 1:57
  of
• 1:57
  that,
• 1:57
  there's
• 1:57
  going
• 1:57
  into
• 1:58
  the
• 1:58
  freezer
• 1:58
  quickly
• 1:58
  to
• 1:59
  get
• 1:59
  something
• 1:59
  and
• 1:59
  then
• 2:00
  there's
• 2:00
  having
• 2:00
  to
• 2:00
  be
• 2:00
  in
• 2:00
  the
• 2:00
  freezer
• 2:01
  to
• 2:01
  do
• 2:02
  inventory
• 2:02
  counting
• 2:03
  in
• 2:03
  a
• 2:03
  cold
• 2:04
  environment
• 2:04
  like
• 2:05
  this.
• 2:05
  So,
• 2:06
  so
• 2:06
  I
• 2:06
  think
• 2:06
  this
• 2:07
  is
• 2:07
  a
• 2:07
  smart
• 2:07
  application
• 2:08
  of
• 2:08
  drone
• 2:08
  technology.
• 2:08
  You
• 2:09
  don't
• 2:09
  have
• 2:09
  to
• 2:09
  worry
• 2:09
  about
• 2:09
  drones
• 2:10
  flying
• 2:10
  overhead
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  consumers.
• 2:12
  You
• 2:12
  can
• 2:12
  also
• 2:12
  get
• 2:13
  pretty
• 2:13
  good
• 2:13
  camera
• 2:14
  coverage
• 2:14
  as
• 2:14
  well
• 2:15
  relative
• 2:15
  to
• 2:15
  fixed
• 2:16
  position
• 2:16
  6
• 2:16
  systems.
• 2:17
  So
• 2:17
  it
• 2:17
  seems
• 2:18
  like
• 2:18
  a
• 2:18
  win
• 2:18
  win
• 2:18
  application
• 2:19
  to
• 2:19
  me
• 2:19
  to
• 2:20
  improve
• 2:20
  inventory
• 2:20
  accuracy
• 2:21
  and
• 2:21
  availability,
• 2:22
  which
• 2:22
  helps
• 2:22
  the
• 2:22
  consumer
• 2:23
  at
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  end
• 2:23
  of
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  day
• 2:23
  and
• 2:24
  it
• 2:24
  keeps
• 2:25
  your
• 2:25
  employees
• 2:25
  safe
• 2:26
  and
• 2:26
  out
• 2:26
  of
• 2:26
  the
• 2:26
  freezer,
• 2:27
  which
• 2:27
  I'm
• 2:27
  sure
• 2:27
  they
• 2:27
  are
• 2:28
  going
• 2:28
  to
• 2:28
  love.
• 2:29
  Jen,
• 2:29
  what
• 2:29
  do
• 2:29
  you
• 2:29
  think?
• 2:30
  Yes,
• 2:31
  Michigan
• 2:32
  in
• 2:32
  March.
• 2:33
  I'm
• 2:33
  ready
• 2:33
  for
• 2:34
  warm
• 2:34
  temperatures
• 2:34
  and
• 2:35
  staying
• 2:35
  out
• 2:35
  of
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  freezer
• 2:36
  myself.
• 2:36
  But
• 2:36
  no,
• 2:36
  I.
• 2:37
  I
• 2:37
  agree
• 2:37
  with
• 2:37
  you
• 2:38
  here.
• 2:39
  I
• 2:39
  don't
• 2:39
  see
• 2:39
  any
• 2:40
  issues
• 2:40
  with
• 2:40
  this.
• 2:41
  It's
• 2:41
  all
• 2:41
  upside
• 2:42
  down.
• 2:43
  From
• 2:43
  my
• 2:44
  experience
• 2:44
  and
• 2:44
  what
• 2:44
  I
• 2:45
  understand,
• 2:46
  I
• 2:46
  also
• 2:46
  remember
• 2:47
  being
• 2:47
  in
• 2:48
  the
• 2:48
  freezer
• 2:48
  to
• 2:49
  count
• 2:49
  inventory.
• 2:50
  And
• 2:51
  by
• 2:51
  the
• 2:51
  time
• 2:51
  you're
• 2:51
  at
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  back
• 2:52
  of
• 2:52
  the
• 2:53
  freezer,
• 2:53
  who
• 2:54
  knows
• 2:54
  if
• 2:54
  it's
• 2:54
  chicken
• 2:54
  wings
• 2:55
  or
• 2:55
  chicken
• 2:55
  legs.
• 2:56
  It's
• 2:56
  something
• 2:56
  like
• 2:57
  that.
• 2:57
  But
• 2:57
  let's
• 2:58
  get
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  heck
• 2:58
  out
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  here,
• 2:59
  right?
• 2:59
  Oh,
• 2:59
  yeah.
• 3:00
  Counting
• 3:00
  inventory
• 3:01
  in
• 3:01
  the
• 3:01
  freezer
• 3:02
  cannot
• 3:02
  be
• 3:02
  accurate.
• 3:03
  I've
• 3:03
  been
• 3:03
  there,
• 3:04
  done
• 3:04
  it.
• 3:04
  Takes
• 3:05
  a
• 3:05
  special
• 3:05
  kind
• 3:05
  of
• 3:05
  resilience.
• 3:08
  You
• 3:08
  know,
• 3:08
  even
• 3:09
  today
• 3:09
  when
• 3:09
  our
• 3:10
  clients
• 3:10
  are
• 3:10
  interviewing
• 3:11
  for
• 3:11
  warehouse
• 3:12
  or
• 3:12
  distribution
• 3:12
  leadership,
• 3:13
  they're
• 3:13
  still
• 3:14
  in
• 3:14
  that
• 3:14
  way.
• 3:14
  And
• 3:15
  maybe
• 3:15
  you
• 3:15
  remember
• 3:15
  this,
• 3:16
  Chris,
• 3:16
  from
• 3:16
  your
• 3:16
  days
• 3:17
  in
• 3:17
  ops.
• 3:18
  They
• 3:19
  still
• 3:19
  take
• 3:20
  candidates
• 3:21
  through
• 3:21
  a
• 3:21
  walk
• 3:21
  through
• 3:22
  the
• 3:22
  freezer
• 3:22
  just
• 3:23
  to
• 3:23
  see
• 3:23
  if
• 3:23
  they
• 3:23
  can
• 3:23
  hang.
• 3:24
  Right.
• 3:24
  Like,
• 3:24
  oh,
• 3:25
  and
• 3:25
  you'll
• 3:25
  spend
• 3:25
  some
• 3:25
  time
• 3:25
  in
• 3:26
  here.
• 3:27
  So
• 3:28
  it's
• 3:28
  sort
• 3:28
  of
• 3:28
  a
• 3:28
  part
• 3:28
  of
• 3:28
  the
• 3:29
  industry
• 3:29
  that
• 3:30
  I
• 3:30
  don't
• 3:30
  think
• 3:30
  anyone
• 3:30
  would
• 3:31
  hate
• 3:31
  to
• 3:31
  lose.
• 3:33
  And
• 3:33
  cutting
• 3:33
  out
• 3:33
  some
• 3:34
  of
• 3:34
  those
• 3:34
  extreme
• 3:35
  cold
• 3:35
  temperatures
• 3:35
  for
• 3:36
  employees
• 3:36
  and
• 3:36
  leaders
• 3:38
  is
• 3:38
  just
• 3:38
  going
• 3:38
  to
• 3:39
  increase,
• 3:40
  uh,
• 3:40
  the
• 3:40
  accuracy
• 3:41
  of
• 3:41
  their
• 3:41
  inventory
• 3:43
  as
• 3:43
  well
• 3:43
  as
• 3:44
  create
• 3:44
  some
• 3:45
  added
• 3:45
  perks
• 3:46
  for
• 3:46
  those.
• 3:46
  You
• 3:46
  know,
• 3:47
  that's
• 3:47
  not
• 3:47
  their
• 3:47
  favorite
• 3:47
  part
• 3:47
  of
• 3:48
  their
• 3:48
  day.
• 3:48
  It's
• 3:48
  not
• 3:48
  the
• 3:48
  favorite
• 3:49
  part
• 3:49
  of
• 3:49
  their
• 3:49
  job.
• 3:50
  So
• 3:50
  definitely
• 3:50
  no
• 3:51
  downsides
• 3:51
  here
• 3:51
  for
• 3:51
  me.
• 3:52
  I
• 3:52
  like
• 3:52
  this
• 3:52
  use.
• 3:53
  Yeah.
• 3:53
  A
• 3:54
  hundred
• 3:54
  percent.
• 3:54
  Yeah.
• 3:54
  A
• 3:54
  hundred
• 3:54
  percent.
• 3:55
  Yeah.
• 3:55
  I
• 3:55
  mean,
• 3:55
  anytime
• 3:56
  you
• 3:56
  have
• 3:56
  to
• 3:56
  give
• 3:56
  somebody
• 3:57
  a
• 3:57
  jacket
• 3:57
  to
• 3:58
  do
• 3:58
  their
• 3:58
  job,
• 3:58
  you
• 3:59
  know,
• 3:59
  it's
• 3:59
  kind
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  like,
• 3:59
  yeah,
• 4:00
  this.
• 4:00
  Probably
• 4:00
  not.
• 4:00
  Probably
• 4:01
  not.
• 4:01
  The
• 4:01
  best
• 4:01
  thing
• 4:01
  I
• 4:02
  want
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  be
• 4:02
  doing
• 4:02
  on
• 4:02
  a
• 4:02
  daily
• 4:03
  basis
• 4:03
  is
• 4:03
  going
• 4:03
  inside
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  freezer
• 4:04
  if
• 4:04
  it's
• 4:04
  going
• 4:04
  to
• 4:04
  require.
• 4:05
  Yeah,
• 4:05
  I
• 4:05
  remember
• 4:06
  it
• 4:06
  was
• 4:06
  like,
• 4:06
  hey,
• 4:07
  and
• 4:07
  you
• 4:07
  get
• 4:08
  this
• 4:08
  jacket.
• 4:08
  Like,
• 4:09
  it
• 4:09
  was
• 4:09
  a
• 4:09
  reward.
• 4:10
  And
• 4:10
  you
• 4:10
  felt
• 4:11
  really
• 4:11
  special.
• 4:11
  And
• 4:12
  initially.
• 4:12
  And
• 4:13
  then
• 4:13
  you
• 4:13
  were
• 4:13
  like,
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  hate
• 4:14
  this
• 4:14
  jacket.
• 4:15
  Yeah.
• 4:17
  Fingers
• 4:18
  anymore,
• 4:18
  right?
• 4:18
  Yeah.
• 4:19
  Yeah.
• 4:19
  I
• 4:19
  wish
• 4:19
  I
• 4:19
  never
• 4:19
  had
• 4:20
  to
• 4:20
  feel
• 4:20
  my
• 4:20
  face
• 4:21
  when
• 4:21
  I'm
• 4:21
  with
• 4:21
  you.
• 4:21
  It
• 4:22
  reminds
• 4:22
  me
• 4:22
  of
• 4:22
  that
• 4:22
  song.
• 4:22
  But,
• 4:23
  yeah,
• 4:23
  that's,
• 4:23
  like,
• 4:23
  exactly
• 4:24
  what
• 4:24
  it
• 4:24
  is.
• 4:24
  You
• 4:24
  know,
• 4:24
  it's
• 4:24
  just.
• 4:24
  It's.
• 4:25
  It's
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  terrible
• 4:25
  job.
