- 0:49I talk to you about telegram and that possible closure of telegram in Spain.
- 0:53Especially the lessons I' ve learned now, yes, you' re ready,
- 0:58ready. We' re starting. I' ve talked more about it,
- 1:06especially that first part on Whatsapp' s private and free channel that I
- 1:11leave you in the description you can also sign up for in Borja Giron com
- 1:15on the menu you can access. Let' s go with that first great
- 1:19learning of everything that' s happening. But before I tell you these seven
- 1:23great learnings that end these two days, I put you on a telegram background
- 1:27in Spain, possibly closed. That means we' re not going to be
- 1:34able to get into the channels and teleram groups, so we' re going
- 1:37to be able to get into the app and use the settings functionality, etc,
- 1:42but we' re not going to be able to update or view the
- 1:49content of the groups or telegram channels in Spain and that' s not yet.
- 1:51This one has taken effect. The case is that there has been a
- 1:55complaint from Movistar Plus, from the group to Tres Media and from media to
- 1:59Telegram, and the judge who carried out the case has decided, cautiously,
- 2:05not to allow access in Spain to this application, to this tool to Telegram.
- 2:13Why, because they have not provided the names of the channels and groups
- 2:21of the owners of those people who are behind those channels in which they were
- 2:27apparently distributing content without having licenses, without having the copyright. It seems that
- 2:39surely series films were being shared, football matches were being broadcast, etc,
- 2:46without the relevant authorization and they were surely generating revenue thanks to the piracy of
- 2:53these contents. Teleram has not wanted to provide the information requested by the judge
- 2:59and, therefore, in a precautionary manner, the judge has requested that it
- 3:02is the telegram block in Spain. That hasn' t happened yet. The
- 3:07news broke yesterday on Friday, March 22nd, two thousand twenty- four.
- 3:13This I am recording at night on Saturday 23rd March and over these two days
- 3:16there have also been other events, such as terrorist attacks in Russia, terrorists
- 3:23in Russia and various events. But in addition, this is the one that
- 3:30matters most to us, at least to those who have telegram business, that
- 3:34we are many and I think that in the end, because many judges,
- 3:38many people make these kinds of decisions, surely there is another top with more
- 3:44interests and this is like a kind of cover. But beyond that, I
- 3:46don' t think it really takes into account the importance that such decisions can
- 3:53bring to many businesses, such as mine and many other entrepreneurs who rely heavily
- 3:57on telegram, because we have the Community on telegram, because we use it
- 4:01to generate business through channels. For whatever it is, and all this legally,
- 4:09for me it actually said it in that audio that I released on the
- 4:13Whatsapp channel, that you can join for free I leave it in the description.
- 4:16What I was commenting on is that for me this is as if because
- 4:21of the fact that there are people who are using money illegally, who are
- 4:28selling drugs, weapons, or whatever, the fact that they are using money,
- 4:32euros, dollars, whatever, a judge decides cautiously, to ban the
- 4:36use of money because there are people who are using it badly, it doesn
- 4:41' t make any sense. But in Telegram and on this occasion it seems
- 4:46that it does make sense, when it is something completely absurd and what they
- 4:50should do is that Telegram should take some precautionary measures really or trying, as
- 4:59YouTube has already done, to protect copyright, the law, etcetera. In
- 5:02fact, also one of the learnings I' ll tell you a little bit
- 5:05later. I' ve seen very murky things inside Telegram, really murky about
- 5:12drugs, about terrorism inside Telegram, because thanks to what' s going on,
- 5:17I' ve started investigating and we' ve started testing proxies and there
- 5:23are very murky things in there and I think yes here I think the problem
- 5:28is on both sides. On the one hand, telegram wants absolute freedom and
- 5:32there are things that I think there are limits when you touch other people'
- 5:38s rights. There it is no longer freedom and terrorism issues, etcetera.
- 5:42I don' t know if this episode of podcast is going to block me
- 5:45from naming certain things. I hope not, but if so, I hope
- 5:47some people will arrive. The point is, I' ve seen some very
- 5:54murky things inside telegram, but it' s also super murky for a judge
- 6:00to decide this kind of thing, because there are some people who are making
- 6:05wrong decisions on a platform. Beyond all that, I' ve brought out
- 6:09seven great learnings that we can learn from all of this. The first is
- 6:13that it is important not to rely on a single platform to generate income.
- 6:19We can' t rely on a platform, whether it' s Hotmart,
- 6:23or Teleram, or Whatsapp, I know the system, or Instagram. Many
- 6:28people depend on their Einstram business because they sell on Instagram, because it has
- 6:31the reach on Instagram or Instagram remember that if you want to know more about
- 6:35Insgram, you have the Instagram podcast. So this is very important. In
- 6:40my case, I already learned the lesson with Amazon. Amazon was my main
- 6:44source of income for a few years and suddenly changed the conditions and my income
- 6:48fell overnight. Practically in just a few months I went from virtually all of
- 6:58my Amazon revenue to practically zero. Then I learned this already. However,
- 7:01the new business was built from telegrap and now seems to be in danger.
- 7:09However, I have taken some precautionary measures, such as, for example,
- 7:14the creation of a Whatsapp channel that I already had previously taken advantage of,
- 7:17to send there, to send some notice if necessary, a newsletter specific to
- 7:23the members of my community. And I' ve also duplicated the content,
- 7:28at least the titles, the sections, the categories in Whatsapp. At Whatsapp
- 7:32they are called groups and it is a little more tedious to wear. You
- 7:36can' t automate certain things. It is also not allowed to connect with
- 7:42artificial intelligence. In my community of successful entrepreneurs you can every Monday and Thursday
- 7:46you generate with artificial intelligence a summary of the most important with the links relevant
- 7:50to the conversations, quoting people, etcetera. And this is super powerful and
- 7:56in Whatsapp you can' t do this. However, I' ve created
- 8:01that copy or that backup, it' s that plan B just in case
- 8:07you can' t have access to telera in it. However, we have
- 8:09found some alternatives, such as using a WEBN, such as using an app
- 8:16for the mobile called on NGO on one four times UMAN which is created by
- 8:22cloud FIR and is very interesting. And in addition, we have found the
- 8:28model, the interesting option to create or use a proxi that allows you to
- 8:35skip the step of connecting to a server in Spain, which are the ones
- 8:37that are blocked for the use of teleran. And it seems that with this
- 8:41with a simple click I actually shared it in the entrepreneur club. You click
- 8:46be it and it is already in the link that I have put to click
- 8:48and you would already have access in case Telegram is closed, closed access inside
- 8:54Spain. So this is another great learning, all these learnings that we'
- 9:01ve been bringing out. I' ve discovered a lot of Telegram stuff,
- 9:07a lot of functionality, some murky things are drawn these conclusions, I'
- 9:13ve created specific content talking about it, as is the case with this episode,
- 9:15for example. And all this makes it important to get this other learning
- 9:20out and it' s reacting fast and learning fast and knowing who or who
- 9:26really knows about it. In case something fails, I need a trafficker to
- 9:31know a trafficr or someone who knows who he can recommend you to. In
- 9:37my case, I am in several communities. One of them is Grammakers de
- 9:41Rubén Alonso and focus on Telegran. Then, I reviewed what was being said
- 9:45in that community. I' ve talked to Ruben and having direct access to
- 9:48who those experts are, who those connoisseurs are, saves you a lot of
- 9:52time and a lot of money. On the other hand, another of the
- 9:56learnings is to have several separate sources of income fu mental, not to depend
- 10:01on a single platform. Having several sources of income, and this I have
- 10:05been taking note, for example, of investments in cryptocurrencies, real estate,
- 10:11etcetera. Then it' s very important. And I also have income online,
- 10:16with affiliate sponsorship systems, the community itself, a sold- out lind
- 10:22building links, etcetera. In my consulting service. So it' s important
- 10:26to have several sources of income and what I was telling you was to react
- 10:31quickly. Yesterday, as soon as I saw the news, I checked if
- 10:35it was really real news, it wasn' t a fake news of these
- 10:39was real and it really was. Then I said if something happens, what
- 10:43I can do and I gave him time. This is one of the advantages
- 10:46and drawbacks of being a personal online entrepreneur in my case, and it is
- 10:50that we can react at any time, we do not depend on a boss
- 10:56and we can work at any time and react much faster than even some companies.
- 11:01And this is very important to learn quickly too because you start to investigate
- 11:07you see the options and all this frame before and after facing the perception that
- 11:13those customers can have of your work. On the other hand, having alternatives
- 11:18in mind. In my case, I had already used Whatsapp, had seen
- 11:22how to create communities within Whatsapp, its weaknesses and its strengths with strength.
- 11:28Everyone has Whatsapp weaknesses the community. They are several groups embedded within a community
- 11:33and this makes each person have to join each group on teleram, you join
- 11:39a private or public group and it is already structured with the specific themes,
- 11:43with the groups on Whatsapp that are called whatsapp, on Telegram they are called
- 11:48themes and it is already all in. You don' t have to go
- 11:52requesting or joining each of them. And this is a little cumbersome. You
- 11:54only have to do it once, but it is these small weaknesses at a
- 12:01weak level that in Whatsapp passa and that is not as optimized as I mentioned
- 12:05before. It has certain deficiencies, such as that it cannot be integrated,
- 12:09for example, artificial intelligence at least for the time being, etc. On
- 12:13the other hand, another Teleram apprenticeship is prepared to do amazing things, both
- 12:18for good and for evil. You are prepared to use these proxies that skip
- 12:24this type of restrictions with a single click. I shared that link. I
- 12:28have had to investigate different proxies in which and different channels in which proxies are
- 12:33shared that are basically different computers. It' s all protected at the coding
- 12:41level, that is, that your data even if there' s someone in
- 12:45it can' t be filtered, but in return, they put a sponsored
- 12:52channel on telegram for using that service and skipping the country you' re in.
- 12:56And that' s where all this is so muddy selling of practically anything
- 13:01you can imagine on an illegal level, and that' s really a problem.
- 13:05However, I have seen the possibilities of telegram beyond what I already knew.
- 13:11On the other hand, great and already, to finish, is a
- 13:15great time to get new members, generate trust and do it with my group,
- 13:20with my community of entrepreneurs, but also with others, because I have
- 13:24discovered things that in other communities were asking did not know what to do and
- 13:31I have shared some information, some video tutorial in some other communities. And
- 13:33this is making them know that they see the work they discover, that it
- 13:37is not this borge gyron that has a community and that what I want to
- 13:39stay with is the opportunity, in the face of difficulties, especially if we
- 13:45return to that previous learning to react quickly and learn quickly. A few years
- 13:50ago I had, in fact I still have it, although I did not
- 13:52update it. A long- standing blog about TV ads and their songs.
- 13:58And when a new TV ad comes out, people are looking for it in
- 14:01the first few hours for a lot of searches. There is an incredible peak
- 14:05of searches during the first few hours and then for the next few days also
- 14:09the most backward people and here is when the first one who creates it is
- 14:16positioned in Google and is able to get a lot of traffic. Monetizing it
- 14:20is another issue. In fact, that project I left because it was more
- 14:22complicated to monetize or at least I didn' t have the knowledge at the
- 14:26time to be able to generate income with that kind of content and with so
- 14:30much traffic. But if something I learned from that is that there are times
- 14:33when if you are the first to share a news item in a specific niche
- 14:37where there is not much competition, if you enter a news market, then
- 14:43it will be very complicated news in general of newspapers, because there is a
- 14:48lot of competition and they are very well positioned. Then, beyond all that,
- 14:50there are opportunities in the face of difficulties and when a news of these
- 14:56arises and you have to be there to give the news. And, on
- 15:00the other hand, we can go the other way, avoid all this hasty
- 15:05urgency quickly creating or complementing with Evergreen content, content that works as well today
- 15:13as in ten years, for example, talking about psychology, overcoming anxiety.
- 15:18If you talk about it, it' s going to be important and it
- 15:24' s going to be interesting today and ten years from now, or if
- 15:28you talk about meditation. That is why I am launching a podcast of guided
- 15:33meditations with Borja Girón, who is also liking it very much. And that
- 15:37makes you have a lot of reach and many people can even see and consume
- 15:41that content frequently. In fact, I created it myself because I wanted to
- 15:46hear that kind of meditation that I didn' t find out there. So
- 15:50there' s been a lot of learning with all of this about telegram features,
- 15:56knowing how to run the proxies, and how to skip that law,
- 16:00because we' re doing really legal things and our businesses depend on it.
- 16:03We' ve seen how we can' t depend on the system, because
- 16:07there are judges who have no idea and don' t care because they'
- 16:10re going to charge the same. But they don' t care if there
- 16:11' s a lot of business that' s affected. For all this and
- 16:15therefore, we have to cover our backs and react quickly is fundamental key,
- 16:21in addition to taking advantage of the opportunities, for example, creating this type
- 16:26of content, creating videos informing you before others and here and now they will
- 16:30finish, we can put into practice all this with the topic of artificial intelligence,
- 16:34which has already been a year and peak, but which remains very niche,
- 16:40very specific and also something very new, because above all, it is
- 16:45changing every very little time. New tools come out, new features. Sale
- 16:48sora now, for example, to create movies practically writing some text, and
- 16:55this changes the market overnight. That' s why you also create the intelite
- 17:00podcast, an artificial agency to launch podcasts that I recommend you listen to.
- 17:03So all these things have happened in just two days. In the previous episode
- 17:07I told you everything that had happened in my business and in the community of
- 17:11entrepreneurs triumphs during the last few days as well. And if you like these
- 17:17kinds of episodes, if you want me to keep creating episodes like these.
- 17:19I ask you, please, to share it with some friend or acquaintance,
- 17:22some family member, especially, perhaps with entrepreneurs you can meet, because they
- 17:26may be using telegrams. Don' t know about the proxies Don' t
- 17:32know there are alternates, Don' t know what to do with Whatsapp.
- 17:36You can create a community and create those sections, those categories, in a
- 17:40very quick way, tell people to stop by and at least be there in
- 17:44case they' re also on a telegram channel. I have also created an
- 17:49email list for my paid subscribers in the community so that I can send them
- 17:55something specific in case it doesn' t work, that the servers fall,
- 17:59have a way to contact these people and, in addition, the main topic,
- 18:04do something simple, easy, because I was seeing that there were many
- 18:08complications that were creating content. People didn' t know how to explain it
- 18:11or if they explained it, it was too technical and in just a minute
- 18:17I created a tutorial where you understand perfectly what you have to do and I
- 18:19' ve only made it easy. Do it here and that' s it
- 18:22and if they block us, it' s okay. Therefore, all of
- 18:25this, these learnings, it is important that they be passed on. So
- 18:29share this episode with some friend or acquaintance, some family member, because so
- 18:33you' re going to be able to help these people, because this can
- 18:38happen. And also learning not to depend on a single source of income,
- 18:41because they fire you this if you work for a very good company and good
- 18:47- bye overnight, that this has already happened to me several times because of
- 18:48that, well, not because of that, but starting saves you and if
- 18:53you' re starting to have only one client that is your biggest revenue strength,
- 18:57either because it' s a customer you do it to, offer services
- 19:00to, or because you generate income through Facebook, through Amazon, via telegram.
- 19:07It' s something that, at a certain point, if you don
- 19:10' t have a plan B and start generating other sources of revenue as soon
- 19:15as possible, it' s going to be very difficult to get your business
- 19:17up. So great learnings. Share the episode. This one please, because
- 19:21I think it can help a lot of people if you want to see those
- 19:25links, if you want to learn more, if you want to stay up
- 19:29to date with what happens in the business world and, above all, act
- 19:33quickly to have those privileged sources of information, know who to contact, because
- 19:38in the group of entrepreneurs, in the community of entrepreneurs Triunfers, we are
- 19:45right now more than a hundred entrepreneurs of different topics, specialized in different topics
- 19:48that we help each one of us, and that is the potential. It
- 19:49' s not me who' s back there exclusively, but we' re
- 19:53more than a hundred specialized entrepreneurs, experts in different telegrams, diabetes, avalanche,
- 20:02marketing, business, etc. Communities, a lot of experts who help
- 20:06each other and, in the end, that' s the power to be
- 20:11in a community. So, if you want more information, tassel, twist,
- 20:15club bar and, in addition, take advantage of the opportunities. Every
- 20:18day there are new opportunities and that is what can make a difference. Remember
