A deadly early morning confrontation at a San Antonio home left two people dead. Forty-eight-year-old Erica Martinez was found fatally shot by police around 2 AM on Sutton Place. A 23-year-old suspect, also found with gunshot wounds at the scene, later died in the hospital. Witnesses say an argument preceded the gunfire. Authorities are still investigating the sequence of events and who pulled the trigger — with no suspect ID released yet.
