A Guardian investigation revealed that harmful medical misinformation is spreading within Crunchy Moms, a public Facebook group boasting over 490,000 members. The community is occasionally suggested to users who haven’t actively looked for it. Inside the group, posts and discussions contain misleading statements, such as the idea that vaccines lead to autism, measles isn't fatal, and alternative treatments like black salve can cure cancer.
