Two Phoenix cops, Antonio Felix and Luis Vasquez Jr., both 31, are fired and facing felony charges after a botched traffic stop turned violent—aggravated assault, robbery, kidnapping. One officer threatened to shoot the driver, cuffed and shoved the woman face-down, then threatened her with surveillance.
