- 0:03Speaker 1: Starting right now.
- 0:04Speaker 2: It's a Twito panahe show.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Good evening and welcome to the Rita Panehy Show. Coming
- 0:12Speaker 3: up tonight, Anthony Fauci invokes the Fifth Amendment one hundred
- 0:16Speaker 3: and eleven times at a Senate hearing. My panel will
- 0:19Speaker 3: join me to discuss the day's top headlines. Army Horowitz
- 0:23Speaker 3: will have the latest from the US, including his test
- 0:26Speaker 3: of just how left or conservative black voters are and
- 0:31Speaker 3: WNBA fans filmed berating girls wearing xxxy shirts in support
- 0:37Speaker 3: of women's sport. Kin cisco Field will have the latest
- 0:41Speaker 3: entertainment and royal news and left He's losing. It is
- 0:45Speaker 3: an extravaganza of Fauci's cowardice.
- 0:48Speaker 1: You did all of that during the pandemic, didn't you.
- 0:53Speaker 4: That's a question on the advisive counsel. I respectfully declaim
- 0:57Speaker 4: to answer beast upon my rates under the Fifth Amendment
- 1:00Speaker 4: to the Constitution.
- 1:02Speaker 3: And let's start with Dr Anthony Fauci's astonishing performance at
- 1:06Speaker 3: a Senate hearing earlier today. We're invoked the Fifth Amendment
- 1:11Speaker 3: one hundred and eleven times. This is despite doctor Fauci
- 1:14Speaker 3: receiving a preemptive pardon from Joe Biden. Doctor Fauci was
- 1:19Speaker 3: the top us infectious disease official during COVID, and he
- 1:22Speaker 3: wielded enormous power, and that influence was not restricted to
- 1:27Speaker 3: the US. We felt the effects right here in Australia.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Health bureaucrats around the world followed his lead. But unlike
- 1:35Speaker 3: Dr Fauci, our bureaucrats don't have the power to plead
- 1:39Speaker 3: the fifth and every single health official who pushed lockdowns,
- 1:43Speaker 3: who pushed vaccine mandates, curfews, school closures, mask mandates and
- 1:49Speaker 3: other oppressive measures, every single one of them should explain
- 1:53Speaker 3: how they came to make those decisions. Let's bringing the
- 1:57Speaker 3: panel joining me now as IPA chief economists at Crichton
- 2:00Speaker 3: and Sky News contributor Caroline d Rosso Adam, do we
- 2:05Speaker 3: need a reckoning locally at least some sort of accountability
- 2:10Speaker 3: and transparency about how these decisions were made, Were they
- 2:14Speaker 3: influenced by politicians and how the bureaucrats came to say
- 2:19Speaker 3: things like let's ban phishing.
- 2:21Speaker 5: Yeah, look, I think we certainly do and need. The
- 2:23Speaker 5: contrast is extraordinary. I mean, the health bureaucrats here were
- 2:25Speaker 5: made governors of states and given national awards. They were
- 2:28Speaker 5: not subject to these grillings. So the contrast with the
- 2:31Speaker 5: US is just extraordinary. I mean, there's been a Royal
- 2:34Speaker 5: commission called obviously in Victoria, you know, for the construction sector,
- 2:38Speaker 5: but I still think we really need one, you know,
- 2:40Speaker 5: for the COVID response. I would love to see that.
- 2:42Speaker 5: It's probably not going to happen because it's like it
- 2:43Speaker 5: never happened in Australia. No one really talks about it
- 2:45Speaker 5: except us on this show, which is credible.
- 2:48Speaker 1: But because we were.
- 2:49Speaker 3: One of the few programs that took a stand against
- 2:53Speaker 3: that lunacy, the rest of the media was very much
- 2:56Speaker 3: on board, pushing for more restrictions, more lockdowns, greater measures,
- 3:04Speaker 3: and anyone who actually made any noise against it. Adam,
- 3:07Speaker 3: as you were, remember I did.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Look. I just say the thing from the diaries that
- 3:12Speaker 5: really annoys me that came out was that he wrote
- 3:14Speaker 5: in his diary in February twenty twenty that the infection
- 3:16Speaker 5: fatality rate was about point two two point three percent,
- 3:19Speaker 5: and then four weeks later he said to Congress it
- 3:21Speaker 5: was three percent, which caused global ten times more global panic.
- 3:26Speaker 5: That to me is just inexcusable and should be criminal.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Everything in that diary A lot of attention has been
- 3:32Speaker 3: on the fame obsession he had, about the front pages
- 3:36Speaker 3: and the adulation he was getting from celebrities in the media.
- 3:41Speaker 3: But what's been lost is the deliberate lies the fatality rate, obviously,
- 3:45Speaker 3: but also the origins of the virus. He knew from
- 3:48Speaker 3: the start. This was a lab laque, Caroline. I'm going
- 3:52Speaker 3: to take a deep dive into what Fauci said or
- 3:55Speaker 3: didn't say later in the show, But locally, if we
- 3:59Speaker 3: don't exact and what happened, aren't we at risk of
- 4:03Speaker 3: repeating the same mistakes when the next pandemic comes along.
- 4:08Speaker 6: Well, of course we are, but we're also still suffering
- 4:11Speaker 6: I think some of the consequences of some of the
- 4:14Speaker 6: decisions and some of the lack of directness and openness
- 4:17Speaker 6: from the time. I mean, we're even seeing fall in
- 4:21Speaker 6: childhood vaccination rates here in Australia, and you can't tell
- 4:24Speaker 6: me that that doesn't have something to do with this
- 4:28Speaker 6: lack of or loss of trust that occurred over that
- 4:33Speaker 6: period of time. And you know, I wouldn't have expected
- 4:37Speaker 6: them at the time to necessarily have all the answers,
- 4:40Speaker 6: say you don't have all the answers, but be honest
- 4:42Speaker 6: about the things that you do know, because this is
- 4:46Speaker 6: where you end up with this issue, Rita, of what
- 4:49Speaker 6: is the truth, what isn't the truth, what a deliberate lies,
- 4:52Speaker 6: what's misinformation? And what ends up becoming conspiracy theory. And
- 4:55Speaker 6: the problem is when you have such an enveloping issue
- 4:59Speaker 6: like we had with COVID at the time, they all
- 5:02Speaker 6: end up together and it's very difficult to work out
- 5:05Speaker 6: which is which and going forward unless we examine what
- 5:09Speaker 6: exactly happened and what people knew when they knew it,
- 5:12Speaker 6: and what they did wrong and what they didn't do
- 5:16Speaker 6: right or what they did right and what they didn't
- 5:18Speaker 6: do right. Well, then how we meant to plan for
- 5:20Speaker 6: next time? How are we going to be able to
- 5:22Speaker 6: mitigate those risks? Because you'll remember it, Rita, and we
- 5:26Speaker 6: were all having these conversations, the single issue was COVID.
- 5:30Speaker 6: No one was ever talking about the economic consequences or
- 5:33Speaker 6: the shadow pandemic of domestic violence, or kids not being
- 5:36Speaker 6: educated and all of those things which we announce see
- 5:38Speaker 6: work consequences of well, we were, we were, but unfortunately
- 5:43Speaker 6: you end up with a tale of consequences that it's damaging.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Yeah, and so much of what we are experiencing right now, Adam.
- 5:52Speaker 3: So much of the economic woes inflation is because of
- 5:57Speaker 3: the decisions that were made then. And it wasn't just
- 5:59Speaker 3: left dis governments. We had a coalition government in power
- 6:03Speaker 3: here and they were printing money and giving away money
- 6:06Speaker 3: like there was no tomorrow, and we are feeling the
- 6:08Speaker 3: effects today.
- 6:10Speaker 5: That's why it was hundreds of billions of dollars.
- 6:11Speaker 3: And it was obvious, it was obvious at the time
- 6:15Speaker 3: that you can't just print money, you can't just give
- 6:18Speaker 3: everyone these massive handouts for staying at home without having
- 6:23Speaker 3: grave consequences following. And it seemed like the entire media,
- 6:29Speaker 3: academic expert class close their eyes to this, that they
- 6:34Speaker 3: just pretended this was Oh, nothing bad will come of.
- 6:37Speaker 5: This, And of course very few of them now say
- 6:40Speaker 5: that they supported it.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Of course it's very quiet. Memory all be memory hold.
- 6:45Speaker 3: And one of those groups that were impacted were police
- 6:48Speaker 3: forces across the country. Unvaccinated police officers in New South
- 6:53Speaker 3: Wales who were sacked during the pandemic are being welcomed
- 6:57Speaker 3: back now, Caroline. The Else Police Force put out a
- 7:01Speaker 3: statement yesterday saying it has updated its COVID nineteen vaccination
- 7:06Speaker 3: policy requirement for mandatory to recommend it. This is so overdue.
- 7:11Speaker 3: We're in twenty twenty six, mid twenty twenty six, and
- 7:14Speaker 3: they finally have done this.
- 7:17Speaker 6: What's a disgrace. And this should have happened a long
- 7:20Speaker 6: long time ago. And again when we didn't know the
- 7:23Speaker 6: way the virus behaved, or we didn't know exactly know
- 7:27Speaker 6: how effective a vaccination is going to be, then fine,
- 7:31Speaker 6: maybe you have protocols that are a bit more stringent
- 7:35Speaker 6: or a bit more cautious, but we're so far down
- 7:38Speaker 6: the road, and quite frankly, RITA, if someone's breaking into
- 7:42Speaker 6: my house and my life is threatened, I don't care
- 7:45Speaker 6: if the police office has been vaccinated or not. I
- 7:47Speaker 6: just want someone to come to my rescue. And I
- 7:50Speaker 6: just feel like these sorts of things was part of
- 7:55Speaker 6: that general heavy handedness of the time and apparently accepted
- 7:59Speaker 6: or tolerated by vast majority of people. Again not the
- 8:02Speaker 6: three people who are sitting on Telly today. But you
- 8:07Speaker 6: do wonder what impact or what adverse impacts did that
- 8:10Speaker 6: have on policing at the time, because they were prioritizing
- 8:14Speaker 6: the thing that actually wasn't the principal issue, which is
- 8:17Speaker 6: you know, community safety, God forbid.
- 8:21Speaker 3: And it's not just police officers, it was fire fighters.
- 8:24Speaker 3: It was all stuck.
- 8:26Speaker 7: And not just.
- 8:28Speaker 3: And not just public sector workers, but the private sector.
- 8:32Speaker 3: There were so many workplaces where if it didn't have
- 8:36Speaker 3: your vaccine card or the two vaccination minimum for COVID,
- 8:42Speaker 3: you couldn't work, you couldn't enter your workplace.
- 8:44Speaker 5: And just going to tell you five years on from
- 8:46Speaker 5: when it was pretty clear that it did not stop
- 8:48Speaker 5: transmission at all. Indeed, there are some studies out there
- 8:50Speaker 5: that said actually increased transmission.
- 8:53Speaker 7: You know, these mandates have still existed.
- 8:55Speaker 5: Just unbelievable, the stubbornness of governments and bureaucracies. They do
- 8:59Speaker 5: not like admitting fault, but these people should be compensated
- 9:01Speaker 5: if they were stood down.
- 9:02Speaker 3: And they should be financially absolutely, and you know what,
- 9:04Speaker 3: as a taxpayer, this is one bit of a compensation.
- 9:08Speaker 3: I do not mind taking place back dating the pay
- 9:12Speaker 3: of every single worker, every single police officer who was
- 9:17Speaker 3: let go because they didn't have a vaccine pass. I
- 9:20Speaker 3: think it's absolutely appalling the way they were treated. Now,
- 9:23Speaker 3: let's move on to some other issues. Hard left activists
- 9:26Speaker 3: and commentator Hannah Ferguson has announced plans to challenge Prime
- 9:31Speaker 3: Minister Anthony Albanesi in his Marriqual seat.
- 9:35Speaker 6: Have a listen, More people need to be standing up,
- 9:37Speaker 6: putting their head above the parapet and challenging people like
- 9:40Speaker 6: the Prime Minister.
- 9:41Speaker 7: At the end of the day, he's an elected local
- 9:42Speaker 7: representative and I believe he's failing the area and I
- 9:44Speaker 7: want to change that.
- 9:46Speaker 3: I hadnam imagine being so hard left that Anthony Alberesi
- 9:51Speaker 3: from Labour's socialist left faction isn't left enough for you
- 9:55Speaker 3: that you feel the need to take a stand and
- 9:58Speaker 3: run in his own seat.
- 10:00Speaker 5: Look, that's true, and I mean it could be a
- 10:01Speaker 5: problem for the Prime Minister too because there is a
- 10:03Speaker 5: very left wing seat and in these very uncertain times
- 10:06Speaker 5: with one nation and preferences all over the place, you
- 10:09Speaker 5: just don't know what her five to ten percent priory,
- 10:11Speaker 5: let's say, is going to get and where it's going
- 10:14Speaker 5: to go, and what that means for him. I mean,
- 10:15Speaker 5: he'd be very angry about this. I do notice the
- 10:18Speaker 5: last person that stood there, I think was bashed by
- 10:19Speaker 5: the police accidentally, So you know, let's hope that doesn't
- 10:21Speaker 5: happen to his new candidate. But of course, but you
- 10:24Speaker 5: know it's you know, he'd be worried about, you know,
- 10:26Speaker 5: very worried about about.
- 10:27Speaker 1: The outcome there.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Oh, he would be. And Caroline, you might be seeing
- 10:32Speaker 3: some of those one nation votes because even a seat
- 10:34Speaker 3: like that would have one nation votes going to someone
- 10:37Speaker 3: who's even more left than he is, because it's not
- 10:40Speaker 3: going to Labor or the Greens, and they may not
- 10:44Speaker 3: know the politics of this woman who rationalized and seemed
- 10:48Speaker 3: to justify Charlie Kirk's brutal murder. She wrote at the time,
- 10:53Speaker 3: is violence sometimes necessary? And answered that with yes, this
- 10:59Speaker 3: is the character who's going to be running in that seat.
- 11:04Speaker 6: They were absolutely revolting comments. But the one thing that
- 11:09Speaker 6: I don't think we should necessarily assume that elbow will
- 11:12Speaker 6: be going around next election.
- 11:15Speaker 3: It depends.
- 11:15Speaker 6: Let's see how things play out over the next couple
- 11:19Speaker 6: of years. And to be honest, in a seat like
- 11:22Speaker 6: his and a seat like Sydney held by Tanya Plivasek,
- 11:25Speaker 6: once those very long term and entrenched MPs do retire,
- 11:31Speaker 6: those seats will almost certainly go to Greens or a
- 11:34Speaker 6: Greens aligned independent. So you might be talking about ten
- 11:38Speaker 6: percent primary, but you never know. Once you take out
- 11:41Speaker 6: a personal vote of someone like Albo or someone like
- 11:44Speaker 6: Tanya Plivasek, depending how those preferences go.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Those sorts of people.
- 11:49Speaker 6: Actually, you know, don't be surprised if that seat does
- 11:52Speaker 6: go further to the left. Would be very interesting to see,
- 11:55Speaker 6: that's for sure.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Now the Carol government. It feels weird saying that, but yes,
- 12:01Speaker 3: we have a Carol government here in Victoria. They'll be
- 12:04Speaker 3: undertaking a major review of the suburban rail loop. The
- 12:08Speaker 3: Herald Stunt understands that radical options are likely to be
- 12:12Speaker 3: assessed as part of the review, including whether tunneling deals
- 12:17Speaker 3: already signed could be repurposed. That's a good word, isn't it.
- 12:22Speaker 3: The twenty six kilometer first stage of the loop was
- 12:25Speaker 3: estimated to cost thirty to thirty four and a half
- 12:27Speaker 3: billion dollars in twenty twenty one. The entire ninety kilometer
- 12:31Speaker 3: project is forecast to cost more than two hundred billion
- 12:35Speaker 3: dollars and run over fifty years. Adam, this is one hot,
- 12:41Speaker 3: costly mess for labor, for the Victorian population and possibly
- 12:45Speaker 3: for voters around the country, because labor federally may have
- 12:50Speaker 3: to step in and help you.
- 12:52Speaker 5: Yeah, certainly, that's right. It's very good news that it
- 12:54Speaker 5: might be on the shopping block. This really is a
- 12:56Speaker 5: shockingly bad project, probably even more costly than snowy two
- 12:59Speaker 5: points yere I would say, in terms.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Of ways and possibly stupid are.
- 13:03Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 13:03Speaker 5: In the States, they can't afford it, I mean just
- 13:04Speaker 5: can't afford it. I mean, you know, there's tw hundred
- 13:06Speaker 5: and thirty billion dollars of debt. I mean it's rising.
- 13:08Speaker 5: I mean I've done calculations that just in a few years,
- 13:11Speaker 5: one quarter of the state's tax revenue it will just
- 13:13Speaker 5: be serving interests.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:15Speaker 5: And also the other point I think that must be
- 13:17Speaker 5: made is these these projects are based on massive population
- 13:20Speaker 5: growth forecasts which are just not going to happen, right,
- 13:22Speaker 5: because of the rise of one nation. So all those forecasts,
- 13:26Speaker 5: you know, they're just not viable anymore. And all these
- 13:28Speaker 5: projects they just don't have the number of people that
- 13:30Speaker 5: are needed to make them worthwhile.
- 13:32Speaker 3: It is a mess in Victoria. Caroline dar Rosso, be
- 13:36Speaker 3: grateful you're not here, Adam crighton, you're a new Victorian.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Well welcome, thank you for your time.
- 13:43Speaker 5: Thanks der.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Now it's time for lefties losing it. And before we
- 13:51Speaker 3: dive into the characters of Anthony Fauci. Let's hear from
- 13:55Speaker 3: an actress who is just awful. These days. Much is
- 13:59Speaker 3: said about her appearance. I've got to say, we don't
- 14:01Speaker 3: care on this program about how much of a zempic
- 14:04Speaker 3: she has or doesn't have, or what she looks like.
- 14:08Speaker 3: What we care about is what's on the inside. And
- 14:11Speaker 3: Olivia Wilde has gone from being regular Hollywood kookie to
- 14:15Speaker 3: being a heartless haredin. Let's take a look at the
- 14:19Speaker 3: good old days where she was just weird. Here she
- 14:22Speaker 3: is chanting at Trump's building like a simpleton.
- 14:25Speaker 8: Trump is not a legitimate president. Trump is not a
- 14:31Speaker 8: Trump is not America.
- 14:33Speaker 7: Trump is not America.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Oh, the good old days of election denial, she peaked there.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Now she is just deeply unpleasant, full of bile, and delusional,
- 14:45Speaker 3: and she thinks she's intellectually and morally superior. Listen to
- 14:49Speaker 3: her talk about a man who is, by any objective measure,
- 14:53Speaker 3: a genius.
- 14:54Speaker 9: Have you met Elon Musk?
- 14:56Speaker 7: I have I met him before.
- 15:00Speaker 10: He turned into this.
- 15:04Speaker 7: Creature.
- 15:05Speaker 10: I really resent him now. I never would have predicted
- 15:08Speaker 10: that he would go the path that he's gone now,
- 15:11Speaker 10: because he did seem really smart.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Oh, it gets worse. It gets a lot worse. Listen
- 15:16Speaker 3: to how she and Louis Thurreux. You know him. He
- 15:19Speaker 3: is the dumb person's idea of a smart person. Listen
- 15:22Speaker 3: to these two called Jordan Peterson a pseudo intellectual and
- 15:26Speaker 3: then mock and dismiss the plight of young men.
- 15:30Speaker 10: I was quite harshed about Jordan Peterson, and then he
- 15:32Speaker 10: went on Pierce Morgan and cried.
- 15:34Speaker 9: You said, the Crispine character, he's partly based on or
- 15:37Speaker 9: inspired by, Jordan Peterson, who you described as a pseudo
- 15:41Speaker 9: intellectual hero to the insul community.
- 15:44Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 15:44Speaker 9: So when he's asked about it by Pierce Morgan, he
- 15:47Speaker 9: literally starts Chris crying. And then Pierce was like, what's
- 15:51Speaker 9: happening man, And he goes he said, I'm thinking of
- 15:53Speaker 9: those lonely young men quote dying for lack of an
- 15:57Speaker 9: encouraging word.
- 15:59Speaker 10: Wow, lack of an encouraging word is so absurd. I'd
- 16:05Speaker 10: say there is a large booming word of encouragement happening
- 16:10Speaker 10: at all time for these men, which is just this
- 16:13Speaker 10: world is yours and you are entitled to it, which
- 16:16Speaker 10: I think is deeply ingrained in our society, and the
- 16:20Speaker 10: idea that they need some sort of reminder of encouragement
- 16:23Speaker 10: that they deserve more is ludicrous.
- 16:27Speaker 3: What a heartless creature to use her term, a heartless
- 16:31Speaker 3: creature full of hate and somehow so boldly confident despite
- 16:36Speaker 3: her meager knowledge, arrogance and ignorance is a dangerous, ugly mixture. Now, Olivia,
- 16:43Speaker 3: despite meeting Elon Musk receiving money from him for a
- 16:46Speaker 3: chatterable cause, is still disgusted by him because, like most
- 16:50Speaker 3: of America, he backed Donald Trump over the Democrats, and
- 16:54Speaker 3: that slander and unhingch hate for mask isn't confined to
- 16:57Speaker 3: lefties in the US. The Brits are arguably even worse.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Some of them want to lock him up for protecting
- 17:04Speaker 3: free speech by purchasing Twitter and actually allowing it to
- 17:08Speaker 3: be an unbiased social media platform. But standing up for
- 17:12Speaker 3: free speech comes at a cost. It makes your prior
- 17:16Speaker 3: in much of the media, and it also makes you
- 17:18Speaker 3: far right.
- 17:19Speaker 4: You support not just the populus right, but the far right,
- 17:22Speaker 4: in fact, very fringe parties in some countries.
- 17:24Speaker 11: The normal people. What do you call the far right?
- 17:27Speaker 11: Falseley you think it's the normal person? Okay, yes, liftly,
- 17:32Speaker 11: could you could go back ten or fifteen years and
- 17:35Speaker 11: these policies were completely normal. U right, Please, it's actually
- 17:41Speaker 11: just normal people. It's just normal people. It's just normal people.
- 17:44Speaker 11: And here are the principles, and tell me which do
- 17:47Speaker 11: these sound terrible? That we should have secure borders, that
- 17:51Speaker 11: we should have safe cities, that we should have sensible spending.
- 17:56Speaker 11: Which are those three are a.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Far right fringe?
- 18:00Speaker 11: And I would like to just admonish you and the
- 18:04Speaker 11: media for the absurd characterization of the far right. It
- 18:09Speaker 11: is false and misleading and nonsense. Please keep this part in.
- 18:14Speaker 11: We'll keep all of this.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Bravo, Alon. But the Economist editor in chaeve Zanny Minton
- 18:20Speaker 3: Beddows wasn't done yet. She was determined to show just
- 18:24Speaker 3: how smug and proudly out of touch the media has become,
- 18:28Speaker 3: and Alon was there ready to give her a reality check.
- 18:32Speaker 11: It's why people loathe you. I mean, some people do
- 18:35Speaker 11: loath you, Yes, some people do.
- 18:37Speaker 7: But do you.
- 18:37Speaker 6: Understand why do you think what you're doing is helpful
- 18:40Speaker 6: for Western bias?
- 18:42Speaker 11: Maybe some people do loath me, and that's probably true.
- 18:45Speaker 11: I don't care the but but the fact that, as
- 18:51Speaker 11: you pointed out, a quarter billion people follow me is
- 18:54Speaker 11: that I think a lot more people actually like me
- 18:57Speaker 11: than don't. And I think a lot more people hate
- 19:00Speaker 11: you and the media more than you realize.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Yes, the media, bulk of the media is loath for
- 19:07Speaker 3: good reason, and most of them, like Zanny there are oblivious.
- 19:11Speaker 11: Your loads far more than I am. And you don't
- 19:14Speaker 11: seem to even realize that.
- 19:15Speaker 5: I think I think very few people know who I
- 19:17Speaker 5: am relative to you, So I don't think I play
- 19:18Speaker 5: in the same.
- 19:19Speaker 11: Game the media collectively. So I mean, you hate it?
- 19:26Speaker 11: Do you even? Do you even know that? You probably don't.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Now to the astonishing Senate hearing earlier today featuring former
- 19:33Speaker 3: chief US Health official Anthony Fauci.
- 19:37Speaker 8: The.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Bold go ahead, ask me a question. Didn't you.
- 19:51Speaker 7: A secret document that I think you need to say?
- 19:56Speaker 1: You know?
- 19:56Speaker 3: I'm sorry to say. The real thing was even worse.
- 19:59Speaker 3: This a malignant, little megalomaniac was granted a preemptive presidential pardon,
- 20:05Speaker 3: and yet he declined to answer any questions, invoking the
- 20:09Speaker 3: Fifth Amendment one hundred and eleven times. That was too
- 20:13Speaker 3: much for Senator Bernie Morino.
- 20:16Speaker 12: Those policies were put in place because you had moronic
- 20:21Speaker 12: politicians that listened to the words of a megalomaniac who
- 20:27Speaker 12: was more interested in having met a Kardashian than the
- 20:32Speaker 12: suffering of the American people. And that is you. It
- 20:36Speaker 12: was about six years ago today that I decided I'm
- 20:39Speaker 12: going to give up my businesses, sell them all, run
- 20:43Speaker 12: for office, run for the United States Senate. Here I
- 20:46Speaker 12: am sitting in front of you, six years later, saying,
- 20:48Speaker 12: who the heck do you think you were for doing that?
- 20:53Speaker 12: It is a total disgrace what you did to this country.
- 20:57Speaker 3: Now watch here as Senator Josh Hawley he rips into
- 21:01Speaker 3: this shameless little charlatan. You may need a cigarette after this.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Well, nothing says honesty like taking the fifth h doc.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Let's try something. What day of the week is it today?
- 21:17Speaker 4: On the divisive Council, I respectfully decline to and se
- 21:20Speaker 4: based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment of the.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Constitutional color tie you're wearing.
- 21:27Speaker 4: On the advisive Council, I respectfully declined to and se
- 21:30Speaker 4: based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 21:34Speaker 1: What color is the carpet in front of you?
- 21:39Speaker 4: On the Advisive Council? I respectfully decline to and se
- 21:43Speaker 4: based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Let's just get one thing straight. You don't have any
- 21:48Speaker 1: rights under the Fifth Amendment because you've been pardoned, as
- 21:51Speaker 1: you very well know, as a Supreme Court has been
- 21:54Speaker 1: clear for a century and more. Brown versus Walker, eighteen
- 21:57Speaker 1: ninety six. When he has been parted, he may not
- 22:00Speaker 1: stand upon his privilege. You know that your lawyer is
- 22:04Speaker 1: sitting behind you now, shifting nervously in their chairs. They
- 22:07Speaker 1: know it. This isn't about the Constitution, This isn't about
- 22:10Speaker 1: the law. This is about contempt, contempt for this body,
- 22:13Speaker 1: and contempt for the American people.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Nailed it, nailed it, and then Senator Haley took Fauci
- 22:21Speaker 3: through some of his actions during the height of the
- 22:24Speaker 3: COVID pandemic.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I think I know why you're doing it. It's because
- 22:27Speaker 1: you don't want to answer questions. It's because you did
- 22:32Speaker 1: all kinds of terrible things. It's because during the pandemic,
- 22:34Speaker 1: you got rich, didn't you. You got rich while people
- 22:39Speaker 1: were dying, hundreds of thousands of Americans over a million
- 22:42Speaker 1: in the end, and you were getting rich. And not
- 22:45Speaker 1: only were you doing that, you were using federal employees
- 22:48Speaker 1: with taxpayer money to apply for and solicit cash prizes
- 22:54Speaker 1: for you personally, cash prizes totaling over a million dollars?
- 23:00Speaker 1: Who did all of that during the pandemic, didn't you?
- 23:04Speaker 4: That's a question on the Advisive Council, I respectfully declined
- 23:08Speaker 4: to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment
- 23:11Speaker 4: to the Constitution.
- 23:12Speaker 1: You remember great Folkers, who was that.
- 23:16Speaker 4: On the Advisive Council? I respectfully declined to answer based
- 23:20Speaker 4: upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Your chief of staff is the answer. Do you remember
- 23:25Speaker 1: Patricia Conrad? Who is that.
- 23:28Speaker 4: On the Advisive Council? I respectfully declined to answer based
- 23:31Speaker 4: upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.
- 23:34Speaker 3: And it wasn't just Fauci acting a fool. His lawyers
- 23:37Speaker 3: were also deliberately obstructing proceedings.
- 23:41Speaker 13: The attorneys are not recognized. In fact, the attorney was
- 23:44Speaker 13: told not to sit at the table and he's not
- 23:46Speaker 13: obeying that recommendation. There's a rowe behind you, sir, that's
- 23:49Speaker 13: where you were told to sit and you're not, and
- 23:52Speaker 13: now you're disrupting the proceedings. And so look, this is
- 23:55Speaker 13: the way Anthony Fauchi wants to be remembered. For a lawyer,
- 23:58Speaker 13: not listening to the rules. That's the way you want
- 24:01Speaker 13: to be remembered, and that's what you're going to do.
- 24:03Speaker 13: You are not recognized, Sir Security, Please remove in from
- 24:08Speaker 13: the room. Let the records state that doctor Fousci will
- 24:21Speaker 13: still have the advice of the other half a dozen
- 24:23Speaker 13: attorneys that he brought along today, half.
- 24:26Speaker 3: A dozen attorneys just to plead the fifth one hundred
- 24:29Speaker 3: and eleven times still to come. The latest from the US,
- 24:35Speaker 3: including a test of just how left or conservative black
- 24:40Speaker 3: voters are. The results will surprise you. Army Horowitz is
- 24:43Speaker 3: up next. Welcome back. Joining me now is documentary filmmaker
- 24:55Speaker 3: and commentator Army Horowitz. Army, I've played some highlights low
- 25:00Speaker 3: lights of today's Senate hearing featuring doctor Anthony Fauci. What
- 25:05Speaker 3: did you make of what you've seen so far?
- 25:09Speaker 7: Uh? Yeah, that was a dumpter fire for sure. I mean,
- 25:14Speaker 7: it's it's unbelievable that in this day and age, we're
- 25:18Speaker 7: still trying to figure out what's going on right with COVID.
- 25:24Speaker 7: I mean, how many years has this taken and we
- 25:27Speaker 7: still don't have the full truth. And we won't get
- 25:29Speaker 7: the full truth from him obviously, because he invoked the
- 25:33Speaker 7: Fifth Amendment one hundred and eleven times. It's unbelievable.
- 25:39Speaker 3: It is unbelievable, and yet the Republican senators are pressing on.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Let's hear from Senator Ted Cruz, who wants to see
- 25:48Speaker 3: Anthony Fauci behind bars.
- 25:51Speaker 14: Anthony Fauci has had contempt for Congress and contempt for
- 25:56Speaker 14: the American people for decades. His diary shows he deliberately
- 26:01Speaker 14: lied to the American people over and over and over again.
- 26:04Speaker 9: In his diary, he.
- 26:05Speaker 14: Wrote early on that it was clear that the COVID
- 26:10Speaker 14: virus did not come from the wet market in Wuhana.
- 26:13Speaker 14: Then he turned around and said exactly the opposite thing
- 26:17Speaker 14: on national television. In his diary, he brags about convincing
- 26:22Speaker 14: Democrats in New York and California to shut schools down,
- 26:26Speaker 14: and yet he goes on TV and says, oh, I
- 26:27Speaker 14: wasn't for shutdowns. That level of contempt and dishonesty is disgraceful.
- 26:36Speaker 14: He should be held in contempt, he should be prosecuted
- 26:39Speaker 14: for perjury, and he should go to Gail na Ami.
- 26:42Speaker 3: What are the chances that he will be found in
- 26:44Speaker 3: contempt and face any sort of penalty given that preemptive
- 26:48Speaker 3: pardon Joe Biden gave.
- 26:50Speaker 7: Him under the Advisive Council. I am taking the fifth
- 26:54Speaker 7: Amendment of the Constitution state, I don't self incriminate myself. Rita,
- 27:00Speaker 7: Look it's in it was. It's crazy to watch right,
- 27:04Speaker 7: especially like that. Look a lot of this is theatrics,
- 27:07Speaker 7: right and performative. I really don't like that part of it,
- 27:09Speaker 7: but it does make for fun television. You know what closure, tie?
- 27:12Speaker 7: I take the fifth? What closed the carpet? I take
- 27:14Speaker 7: the fifth? Those are not made up things. There are
- 27:16Speaker 7: actual questions that're asked to see if you even say that. Look,
- 27:20Speaker 7: technically he could be brought up on on on uh
- 27:24Speaker 7: contempt charges. In reality, it's it's not really gonna happen, Rita.
- 27:29Speaker 7: Cener of Paul has actually scheduled a contempt hearing for
- 27:32Speaker 7: next week. Uh, it's going to pass the committee level
- 27:36Speaker 7: because all you need there is a majority. But in
- 27:38Speaker 7: reality it's it's not going to pass the full Senate
- 27:40Speaker 7: because you need a filibuster proof majority of sixty votes.
- 27:43Speaker 7: Republicans simply don't have it. Uh. Secondly, the last time
- 27:46Speaker 7: the Senate actually voted for somebody to contempt, I was
- 27:50Speaker 7: in Utero, and as you can see, that was a
- 27:53Speaker 7: very long time ago, you know, as far as the
- 27:56Speaker 7: other charges go, obviously he was pardoned, right pre pardoned
- 27:59Speaker 7: by I Bide, which by the way, is so bizarre.
- 28:02Speaker 7: I mean, that just tells you something was a miss.
- 28:06Speaker 7: But remember, pardons for the president don't cover state level charges. Yes,
- 28:12Speaker 7: and states can bring charges, and we already see that.
- 28:15Speaker 7: For example, Florida is kind of setting up to do this.
- 28:19Speaker 7: So we'll see what happens. I mean, I think there
- 28:22Speaker 7: needs to be a very high bar to prove that
- 28:25Speaker 7: he did something that was worthy of going to prison.
- 28:29Speaker 7: But look, there's a lot of smoke out there, right.
- 28:32Speaker 7: I'm not saying the fire is there, but it kind
- 28:34Speaker 7: of sort of looks like that. I got to tell
- 28:37Speaker 7: you though, But this whole thing with the diary, God,
- 28:40Speaker 7: it's so he's so thirsty, Rita. I don't keep a
- 28:45Speaker 7: diary for exactly this reason. I'm not looking for my
- 28:48Speaker 7: dirty laundry put out there. Also, it's kind of girly.
- 28:52Speaker 7: I also learned a couple of new things. I did
- 28:55Speaker 7: not know that Anthony Fauci is worth twelve million dollars dollars. Rina.
- 29:02Speaker 7: That's a lot of cabbage geez, And yeah, the whole
- 29:06Speaker 7: thing is just that he looked. I think the worst, honestly,
- 29:09Speaker 7: the worst thing about all of this is that he
- 29:13Speaker 7: destroyed the trust the American people have in our scientific community.
- 29:18Speaker 7: And while that cost us hundreds of thousands, in case
- 29:22Speaker 7: millions of lives, I'm afraid that that's even gonna be
- 29:26Speaker 7: a drop in a bucket compared to something that's going
- 29:28Speaker 7: to be so overwhelmingly bad. And we're just not gonna
- 29:31Speaker 7: believe what they're saying because they're refused to tell us
- 29:34Speaker 7: the truth. I think that's the worst part of all
- 29:36Speaker 7: of this, to be.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Honest, absolutely, I just think he is a coward. The
- 29:42Speaker 3: fact that he does have this preemptive pardon and it
- 29:45Speaker 3: still is taking the fifth refusing to answer the most
- 29:48Speaker 3: straightforward questions, refusing to take any accountability, not provide any transparency. Really,
- 29:55Speaker 3: it really is quite shameful. Now, I want to move
- 29:59Speaker 3: on to some foot you shot yourself recently testing how
- 30:03Speaker 3: left or conservative black students are, and the results shocked many,
- 30:09Speaker 3: including the students themselves.
- 30:12Speaker 7: And nearly ninety percent of black people have voted for
- 30:14Speaker 7: the Democratic Party over the years, but do their ideals
- 30:18Speaker 7: master voting patterns. Should parents have more control over education
- 30:22Speaker 7: or should the government have more control over parent parents?
- 30:27Speaker 14: Parents, parents, the government, vally government money, stuff like that.
- 30:34Speaker 3: I mean you asked ten questions around all sorts of issues,
- 30:38Speaker 3: economic issues, climate change, social issues. I want to play
- 30:42Speaker 3: a clip here of how these students who see themselves
- 30:47Speaker 3: as democrat, how socially conservative some of them are.
- 30:51Speaker 7: Should we generally have more policing or less policing?
- 30:57Speaker 12: It's affected policing more, have more police, I would say
- 31:00Speaker 12: more police.
- 31:01Speaker 7: Should we allow children to medically transition home?
- 31:04Speaker 8: I would be canceling.
- 31:06Speaker 3: I think we should wear into it.
- 31:07Speaker 14: They like they no more?
- 31:10Speaker 1: Everybody get decision American.
- 31:12Speaker 7: Okay, hell no help, Hell no no anything about that?
- 31:16Speaker 9: Yeah no, no, no, I don't even think on that one.
- 31:17Speaker 7: Should we allow males to transition to females compete against
- 31:22Speaker 7: women in sports? Yes?
- 31:24Speaker 3: No, I say no, so we allow males in transition?
- 31:28Speaker 11: Hell no, no, it's not fair.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Like the Leah Thomas you know the situation.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Yeah, no, not at all.
- 31:33Speaker 3: He was like five hundred with the males and then
- 31:35Speaker 3: number one with the women.
- 31:36Speaker 8: Yeah, it's ridiculous.
- 31:37Speaker 3: Yeahcuse theological differences between males and people. You know, males
- 31:40Speaker 3: and people. And when you talented up the results, you
- 31:43Speaker 3: found that despite Black Americans, as you said, voting ninety
- 31:47Speaker 3: percent Democrat, no other Democrat demographic comes close to that
- 31:53Speaker 3: for either side of politics. Despite that record, This is
- 31:57Speaker 3: how the young black students you spoke to a lot politically.
- 32:01Speaker 7: Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican, Democrat, Republican, Republican, Republican. That's a
- 32:12Speaker 7: big R. That's a big R. That's a big R.
- 32:16Speaker 7: That's a big R. Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican. You
- 32:22Speaker 7: are sixty percent Republican. You are also sixty percent Republicans.
- 32:26Speaker 8: You are more.
- 32:29Speaker 7: Seventy You are seventy percent Republican, sixty percent Republican. You
- 32:35Speaker 7: are sixty percent republican. You are seventy percent Republican, thirty
- 32:41Speaker 7: percent Democrats. Crazy, you are eighty percent Republican. I think
- 32:45Speaker 7: as I might be republican, it might be republican.
- 32:48Speaker 3: That's the people they helped himself, right, you help themselves, correct?
- 32:51Speaker 3: I mean we can some of them saying genuinely shocked.
- 32:56Speaker 3: What did they say to you? Off camera? With a
- 32:59Speaker 3: apps said it all by your findings.
- 33:02Speaker 7: I Rita. I can't help but smile every time I
- 33:06Speaker 7: watched that video. I've seen it a thousand times. It's
- 33:09Speaker 7: so sweet, it's so genuine. You see their react. The
- 33:13Speaker 7: best part was their reactions, right, No, everyone loved it.
- 33:18Speaker 7: Everyone was shocked. Everyone's that. I can't wait to start
- 33:22Speaker 7: telling my friends about this. Okay, despite the talking like
- 33:27Speaker 7: by the way, the things that they were saying were
- 33:30Speaker 7: like Republican talking points, like aren't those the people who
- 33:34Speaker 7: want them to help themselves? I guess we could, you know,
- 33:36Speaker 7: it's amazing. Look, the dirty little secret is that black
- 33:39Speaker 7: people are really conservative, right. I mean, they have the
- 33:43Speaker 7: highest belief in God than any demographic in this country.
- 33:49Speaker 7: And they yes, they have very deep conservative cultural, social
- 33:55Speaker 7: beliefs and those policies. And I think that's the problem
- 33:58Speaker 7: with the Republican part. We have not done a good
- 34:01Speaker 7: enough job to capture that. I think that's available for us.
- 34:05Speaker 7: And by the way, the Democrats that do themselves no favors.
- 34:09Speaker 7: With the emergence of the DSA, four percent of the
- 34:13Speaker 7: DSA membership are black. It's against thirteen percent of the
- 34:17Speaker 7: overall population. They don't agree agree with their cultural policy
- 34:21Speaker 7: they don't agree with their policies on police. You and
- 34:24Speaker 7: I have talked about video after video I've done about
- 34:28Speaker 7: voter ID and defund the police and bail reform, and
- 34:32Speaker 7: in each and every time, when confronted with both sides,
- 34:36Speaker 7: they almost always agree with the conservative slash Republican side.
- 34:41Speaker 7: And look, and Trump has show this electorally. He doubled
- 34:44Speaker 7: his vote to his tally from the first time he ran.
- 34:48Speaker 7: And I think that's a constituency the Republicans have to
- 34:52Speaker 7: go after. And by the way, they they essentially are
- 34:54Speaker 7: the ones who choose the Democratic nominee because everything goes
- 34:58Speaker 7: through South Carolina, a bunch of blacks. And that's why
- 35:01Speaker 7: Comrade Bernie lost it because South Carolina, the black votes said, ah,
- 35:06Speaker 7: you're two nuts. So Democratic Party learn a lesson, please,
- 35:10Speaker 7: or don't.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Absolutely you're so right. I think the same true is
- 35:16Speaker 3: for migrant communities. Many migrant communities that have traditionally voted Democrat,
- 35:22Speaker 3: a lot of them have come over to Republicans side
- 35:25Speaker 3: because they are socially conservative and the Democrats have become
- 35:28Speaker 3: so radical in some of these areas that people just
- 35:32Speaker 3: have to change their voting patterns, even if they've voted
- 35:35Speaker 3: that way all their lives. Now, before you go, I
- 35:38Speaker 3: don't have much time, but I'm interested in your take
- 35:41Speaker 3: on the Minnesota story. Where else Ford Minnesota Governor Tim Walls,
- 35:45Speaker 3: famous for being Kamala's running mate and putting tampons in boys'
- 35:49Speaker 3: locker rooms. Now we have another first for Minnesota with
- 35:53Speaker 3: schools and hospitals providing dolls with removable genitals to children
- 35:58Speaker 3: as young as four.
- 35:59Speaker 7: Are me.
- 36:00Speaker 3: This is to allow them to express this sexual identities.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Is this necessary?
- 36:07Speaker 7: Remind that song detachabupenis uh yeah, sorry that was I'm sorry.
- 36:14Speaker 7: I had to say. I had to co go. Look,
- 36:17Speaker 7: it shocks me that Kamala Harris and Tim Walls are
- 36:21Speaker 7: not president and vice president right now? Right talk about
- 36:25Speaker 7: the black vote. Yeah, this is the kind of stuff
- 36:28Speaker 7: particularly black men are not really down with. It's nuts.
- 36:31Speaker 7: Look real quick. The most interesting thing about this I
- 36:34Speaker 7: look this up on Google and I said, what's going
- 36:36Speaker 7: on with this? And every single mainstream media site and
- 36:41Speaker 7: the fact checkers said, there's no mandate for this. That's
- 36:45Speaker 7: a strong man argument. No one's saying there's a mandate
- 36:48Speaker 7: for schools. It is made available to schools. They know
- 36:51Speaker 7: that they're making up an entire argument which does not exist.
- 36:55Speaker 7: Of course, it's true. Of course is being made available
- 36:58Speaker 7: to four to ten year olds, and that's no bueno. Guys.
- 37:04Speaker 3: RB Horowitz always a pleasure still to come. WNBA fans
- 37:11Speaker 3: film deporating girls wearing xxxy shirts in support of women's sport.
- 37:17Speaker 3: Kin cisco Field has the details. Welcome back now. Somehow,
- 37:30Speaker 3: despite all the available evidence, the celebrity class is still
- 37:34Speaker 3: defending Anthony Fauci. Here is a leftist TV host Andy Cohen,
- 37:39Speaker 3: writing on X the country is an absolute dumpster fire,
- 37:43Speaker 3: a war with no plan, skyrocketing prices, a deeply unpopular,
- 37:48Speaker 3: demented president. So let's go after Fauci. What an absolute joke?
- 37:53Speaker 3: Yeah you now did there, Andy? And have listened to
- 37:56Speaker 3: this from TMZ's Harvey Levin, who took Over's official account,
- 38:01Speaker 3: which has far more followers than his own account to
- 38:05Speaker 3: post this.
- 38:06Speaker 2: Watching Anthony Fauci before a congressional hearing taking the Fifth
- 38:13Speaker 2: Amendment is just one of the most heartbreaking things I
- 38:18Speaker 2: have seen in government in my lifetime.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Yes, Harvey Levin is a lefty idiot. He watched a
- 38:24Speaker 3: man dodge accountability and his heart was broken. Not for
- 38:28Speaker 3: the American people, but for Fauci, the little narcissist with
- 38:32Speaker 3: a fame obsession. And then Harvey likened today's hearings to
- 38:36Speaker 3: our McCarthyism.
- 38:38Speaker 2: We are in a Senator Joseph McCarthy climate where there
- 38:46Speaker 2: is such fear that people have.
- 38:49Speaker 3: You know, I don't remember Harvey Levin saying a word
- 38:52Speaker 3: when there was genuine McCarthyism during the Obama and Biden years,
- 38:56Speaker 3: when Trump associates were jailed on politically motivation charges, when
- 39:01Speaker 3: they tried to put Trump and his family in jail.
- 39:04Speaker 3: And he has nothing to say about the blacklisting of
- 39:07Speaker 3: conservatives in Hollywood. But how now he's coming out defending
- 39:12Speaker 3: the indefensible.
- 39:13Speaker 2: And we are turning him into what Rand Paul wants
- 39:17Speaker 2: to be a criminal And Rand Paul has a political
- 39:22Speaker 2: agenda and it is prevailing here. Watching Ran Paul order
- 39:28Speaker 2: security to throw Anthony Fauci's lawyer out of that hearing
- 39:33Speaker 2: was unbelievable to me. We are in a dark period
- 39:38Speaker 2: of America.
- 39:40Speaker 3: You absolute simpleton. Fauchi still had a round half a
- 39:44Speaker 3: dozen lawyers sitting there after that recalcitrant attorney was ejected
- 39:48Speaker 3: for repeatedly interrupting proceedings and Harve eleven, I haven't forgotten
- 39:53Speaker 3: how you lied about your staff celebrating Charlie Kirk's murder.
- 39:58Speaker 3: I see you. Let's bring in hosts of the Kinsey
- 40:01Speaker 3: Scofield Unfiltered podcast Kinsey Schofield, Kidsie, what did you make
- 40:06Speaker 3: of Harvey Levin's passionate defense of Anthony Fauci.
- 40:12Speaker 15: Was Levin watching the same hearing that we were watching?
- 40:15Speaker 15: I mean, it felt entirely upside down. Ran Paul is
- 40:20Speaker 15: one of the most moral, cleanest, unproblematic politicians in my lifetime.
- 40:26Speaker 15: Like the fact that he would go after Ram Paul
- 40:29Speaker 15: absolutely blows my mind. The newly released diary entries raise
- 40:34Speaker 15: serious questions about Fauci's priorities in public image. Americans do
- 40:38Speaker 15: deserve transparency from public officials, and when you're called before
- 40:42Speaker 15: Congress and repeatedly invoke the Fifth Amendment, people are naturally
- 40:46Speaker 15: going to ask what you're trying to hide. You know,
- 40:49Speaker 15: for years Americans were told to simply trust the experts
- 40:53Speaker 15: and trust the science, and now they're asking personal or
- 40:56Speaker 15: perfectly reasonable questions, and suddenly accountability is considered persecution. I
- 41:03Speaker 15: do think that public trust was damaged during the pandemic
- 41:06Speaker 15: and if these leaders want to rebuild it, transparency is
- 41:09Speaker 15: the only way forward.
- 41:13Speaker 3: It seems like Harve eleven is relying on the ignorance
- 41:16Speaker 3: of his audience. He's relying on them not to actually
- 41:19Speaker 3: watch the footage for themselves, and then he can give
- 41:22Speaker 3: them this narrative without them having any knowledge that challenges
- 41:29Speaker 3: the absurdity that he's spewing there and for him to
- 41:33Speaker 3: take over TMZ's official accounts and this was not just
- 41:37Speaker 3: on YouTube, also on all their social media platforms. That
- 41:41Speaker 3: message of his got out to tens of millions.
- 41:46Speaker 15: Well, you know, he's taken a break from disrupting the
- 41:49Speaker 15: Nancy Guthrie case that he continues to, in my personal opinion,
- 41:55Speaker 15: jeopardized through posting these these notorious notes that are not
- 42:01Speaker 15: actually from the kidnappers. So I mean, like he's a disruptor,
- 42:05Speaker 15: is my point. He's a disruptor. When is he doing good?
- 42:08Speaker 15: When is he actually trying to add value? You know,
- 42:11Speaker 15: he's one of the ones that we're chasing down Britney
- 42:13Speaker 15: Spears in ninety seven when she's shaving her head and
- 42:16Speaker 15: running a muck. This is not somebody that does anything
- 42:20Speaker 15: to try to make the world a better place, or
- 42:23Speaker 15: society a better place. We have to be realistic about
- 42:26Speaker 15: who we're dealing with here.
- 42:29Speaker 3: Absolutely. Now, let's talk about the WNBA fans and the
- 42:34Speaker 3: owner co owner of the Seattle Storm WNBA team have
- 42:38Speaker 3: been filmed forrating a couple of girls wearing xxxy shirts
- 42:43Speaker 3: in support of women's sport and in support of Sophie Cunningham,
- 42:47Speaker 3: who made a stand for protecting women's sport from male bodies.
- 42:51Speaker 3: Let's have a look at the footage.
- 42:55Speaker 8: That's nice. Now.
- 43:15Speaker 3: The Storm has provided a statement to Fox News saying
- 43:19Speaker 3: we are aware one of our co owners made comments
- 43:22Speaker 3: to two fans in attendance at last night's game. We
- 43:25Speaker 3: apologize that this happened. Everyone who attends a Storm game
- 43:29Speaker 3: deserves to feel welcome and will remain committed to creating
- 43:33Speaker 3: an inclusive environment where every fan is treated with respect. Well,
- 43:37Speaker 3: it didn't look like there was too much respect there.
- 43:39Speaker 3: How can you possibly be triggered by a T shirt
- 43:43Speaker 3: that says xxx y. It's just stating a biological reality.
- 43:48Speaker 15: Yeah, the irony is remarkable. The people preaching tolerance often
- 43:52Speaker 15: seem the least tolerant when somebody disagrees with them. I mean,
- 43:56Speaker 15: I've become a huge Sophie Cunningham found in twenty twenty six.
- 44:00Speaker 15: He has strong moral courage, defends her friends and females
- 44:03Speaker 15: in general. She's willing to see what so many female
- 44:06Speaker 15: athletes are afraid to say out loud. Women's sports deserve
- 44:09Speaker 15: to remain women's sports. And just imagine being harassed for
- 44:13Speaker 15: wearing a shirt that supports female athletes. If we're serious
- 44:17Speaker 15: about inclusion, that has to include people with different opinions too.
- 44:22Speaker 3: Well, yeah, it seems like inclusion doesn't include the most
- 44:26Speaker 3: mainstream opinion when it comes to this, because this is
- 44:29Speaker 3: an eighty twenty issue. This is not some fifty to
- 44:32Speaker 3: fifty issue where the public is divided down the middle.
- 44:36Speaker 3: This is perhaps even a ninety ten issue when it
- 44:39Speaker 3: comes to male bodies being allowed to compete in women's sport.
- 44:44Speaker 3: Now we've got to talk a little bit about Megan Markle.
- 44:47Speaker 3: She's opened up about advice Prince Harry gave her on
- 44:50Speaker 3: getting through the tough days. Have a listen.
- 44:53Speaker 16: But you know, here's a helicopter pilot in the British
- 44:55Speaker 16: Army for ten years and sometimes on really hard days,
- 45:00Speaker 16: he said, But I love you know, even if there's
- 45:03Speaker 16: a storm happening. Above the storm, the sun's always shining.
- 45:07Speaker 16: And that's a perspective that only comes when when you
- 45:09Speaker 16: think about zooming out a little bit.
- 45:12Speaker 3: Kinsey, were you moved by those insights?
- 45:15Speaker 15: I mean my bowels? Maybe my bowels. That would be
- 45:19Speaker 15: the extent of any sort of movement. Prince Harry's advice
- 45:22Speaker 15: isn't bad. My only question is why didn't you take
- 45:24Speaker 15: it himself six years ago. I've never seen two people
- 45:27Speaker 15: so committed to the victim narrative. At some point, healing
- 45:30Speaker 15: requires looking forward instead of constantly looking back. The happiest
- 45:34Speaker 15: people I know don't spend years reltigating every perceived slight. Eventually,
- 45:39Speaker 15: you have to choose peace over perpetual grievance.
- 45:43Speaker 3: And let's stick with Prince Harry. It's been revealed Canadian
- 45:47Speaker 3: taxpayers spent more money protecting Prince Harry over five years
- 45:52Speaker 3: during his visits to Canada than any other internationally protected
- 45:56Speaker 3: person over the same period. Kinsey CBS is saying they
- 46:00Speaker 3: spent well over five hundred thousand dollars. Is that money
- 46:03Speaker 3: well spent?
- 46:05Speaker 15: Absolutely not more than half a million dollars in taxpayer
- 46:08Speaker 15: funded security for Prince Harry. That's a tough sell. During
- 46:11Speaker 15: a cost of living crisis. He voluntarily left royal duties,
- 46:15Speaker 15: but taxpayers are still being asked to foot enormous security
- 46:19Speaker 15: bills for this guy. Canadians are entitled to ask why
- 46:22Speaker 15: Harry chose a different life. That's his rate, but taxpayers
- 46:26Speaker 15: shouldn't be expected to subsidize every consequence of that choice.
- 46:31Speaker 3: And didn't he sign these mega mega deals rumored to
- 46:35Speaker 3: be around one hundred million dollars With the likes of
- 46:38Speaker 3: Spotify and Netflix. Surely he can pay for his own
- 46:42Speaker 3: private security. You would not think taxpayers should be footing
- 46:45Speaker 3: the bill there. But let's talk a bit more about
- 46:48Speaker 3: money and Prince Harry, because he's among celebrities being pursued
- 46:52Speaker 3: for legal costs in their failed privacy claims against The
- 46:56Speaker 3: Daily Mail. The celebrities have legal insurance covering sixteen point
- 47:01Speaker 3: two million pounds, but they're being asked to pay around
- 47:05Speaker 3: thirty four and a half million pounds of legal costs Kinsey,
- 47:10Speaker 3: that is a huge amount. I'm not sure exactly how
- 47:13Speaker 3: much of that is assigned to Harry, but I can't
- 47:15Speaker 3: imagine Megan will be very happy about it.
- 47:20Speaker 15: I wonder if he's going to have to flips and
- 47:22Speaker 15: burgers or join OnlyFans. I'm concerned for him based on
- 47:26Speaker 15: these numbers, but he's built, you know, a total reputation
- 47:30Speaker 15: for litigating first and asking questions later. Lawsuits aren't just
- 47:34Speaker 15: expensive for defendants, they're expensive for the plaintiffs when they lose.
- 47:38Speaker 15: If Megan Markel isn't thrilled today, I wouldn't blame her.
- 47:41Speaker 15: I mean, that's a painful financial headline for any household.
- 47:46Speaker 3: And I don't think there's going to be too many
- 47:49Speaker 3: more mega deals with the likes of Spotify and Netflix
- 47:53Speaker 3: in their future because those products did not turn out
- 47:56Speaker 3: so well. What they've produced certainly hasn't justified the investment
- 48:00Speaker 3: in them. Now, before you go, I want to play
- 48:02Speaker 3: this awkward footage during Asher's concert where he stopped a
- 48:07Speaker 3: steamy lap dance and kicked the girl off stage because
- 48:11Speaker 3: she wasn't into it. Oh it's funny, kids, And she
- 48:30Speaker 3: did seem to be recoiling as he was leading into her,
- 48:34Speaker 3: But she may have had a man in the audience.
- 48:37Speaker 3: He's there topless gyrating in front of her. Maybe she's
- 48:42Speaker 3: just being respectful to her husband or boyfriend.
- 48:45Speaker 15: Well, she said I was actually there to see Chris Brown,
- 48:48Speaker 15: which insulted Usher even more. Let me just tell you personally,
- 48:51Speaker 15: I've never I know, personally, I've never completely gotten passed
- 48:56Speaker 15: the herpes lawsuits. Even though those cases were settled confident
- 49:00Speaker 15: actually years ago, they undeniably affected his public image. And
- 49:04Speaker 15: if someone was grinding on me and I knew they'd
- 49:07Speaker 15: settle a herpes lawsuit or two, I'd also act a
- 49:10Speaker 15: little perturbed. If I'm being honest with you, I would
- 49:12Speaker 15: be a little concerned.
- 49:15Speaker 3: That would be a very creative way of getting herpes,
- 49:19Speaker 3: wouldn't it. How did you get herpes off from Ussia
- 49:21Speaker 3: on stage in front of twenty five thousand people. Yeah,
- 49:25Speaker 3: that's I did not even consider that. But well, said
- 49:28Speaker 3: Kinzi's Gofield.
- 49:29Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 49:30Speaker 3: You always bring us. You always bring us things that
- 49:32Speaker 3: we have no idea about, and that was something I
- 49:35Speaker 3: had no idea about. That's all the time we have, Folks,
- 49:38Speaker 3: don't go anywhere. Newsnight is up next.
