Join Spokane’s vibrant cultural scene this Sunday for the 10th annual Obon Summer Festival — a free, family-friendly celebration honoring ancestors with gratitude and joy. Kick off at 1 PM with arts, crafts, and delicious Japanese food, then head to Grant Park at 4 PM for a special Shin Buddhist Obon service. The fun continues with martial arts demos — karate and kendo — followed by a thunderous taiko drumming performance at 5 PM.
