Researchers utilized a comprehensive multimodal approach combining single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and spatial proteomics across 54 neuroblastoma tumors and orthotopic patient-derived xenografts to resolve long-standing debates regarding cellular heterogeneity.
