- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice Shooters.
- 0:14Speaker 2: And Level Low. Welcome to the Naughty but nae sham
- 0:17Speaker 2: your host, Rub Shooter if it's Tuesday, which means I
- 0:19Speaker 2: dear friend Elamy Dixon joins us, Hey, mister, are you there.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I'm here, mister shooter, but I don't know what's going on.
- 0:26Speaker 1: I'm a wee bit under the weather. As you would say.
- 0:31Speaker 2: You sounded a little bit. But we're so grateful that
- 0:34Speaker 2: you're doing the show today. I promise you, lady, will
- 0:36Speaker 2: be quick, and I promise I'll do a lot of talking.
- 0:38Speaker 2: And if you need to drop out and get a
- 0:40Speaker 2: glass of water or some honey, or just go and
- 0:42Speaker 2: have a lie down, just just do what you need
- 0:44Speaker 2: to do.
- 0:45Speaker 1: You I would have to miss the Naughties. I will
- 0:48Speaker 1: get up out of my bed just for them.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Thank you, Thank you, thank you. Lar's jump in my time?
- 0:54Speaker 2: Is it? My friends? And big story at the top
- 0:56Speaker 2: of the show, So Taylor Swift is plotting get this
- 0:59Speaker 2: a blow and Gilded Age Weddings. You might not know this,
- 1:03Speaker 2: but Bertha Russell, she's a character on the Guilded Age.
- 1:06Speaker 2: One of my favorite. Connie Coon plays her well. Taylor
- 1:10Speaker 2: Swift is her number one fan. She can even do
- 1:13Speaker 2: a great Bertha Russell in personation. She is totally obsessed
- 1:18Speaker 2: with the Gilded Age. I love this, Chanta. Taylor loves
- 1:21Speaker 2: the luxury of it, the storytelling, the whole look of it.
- 1:24Speaker 2: And now insiders are telling me she's planning and over
- 1:27Speaker 2: the top celebration extravaganza wedding to pay homage. I don't
- 1:32Speaker 2: think it's gonna be a complete copy, but I think
- 1:34Speaker 2: there's gonna be a little hints they're really enchanted. Maybe
- 1:38Speaker 2: some corsets, maybe some very gilded Gilded Age candlesticks. I'm
- 1:44Speaker 2: I'm seeing hauls here with lots of lots of encrusted diamonds, gowns,
- 1:49Speaker 2: gold accents everywhere. Think old New York blush, think old money,
- 1:54Speaker 2: Think old Vanderbilt Avenue, you think the asters. So Taylor
- 1:59Speaker 2: loves her themes, and so I'm told that it's not
- 2:02Speaker 2: a done deal yet, but this is something she she's
- 2:05Speaker 2: looking at. What I love about this too. It's not
- 2:07Speaker 2: just a wedding, Don't get me wrong, going on all
- 2:09Speaker 2: the details of everybody's weddings. When you meet your friends
- 2:12Speaker 2: and they're about to get married, you want to know,
- 2:14Speaker 2: is there a theme? Bruce and I by going back
- 2:16Speaker 2: to Britain at Christmas for my niece Paris's wedding, and
- 2:20Speaker 2: it's a black and white wedding, and because it's by
- 2:22Speaker 2: the Christmas holidays, there's going to have some Christmas feel
- 2:25Speaker 2: to it too. So I love a theme. I love
- 2:28Speaker 2: that the creativity is here. We know Taylor is one
- 2:31Speaker 2: of the most creative people in the world. But a
- 2:34Speaker 2: Gilded Age mansion, old money, old world type wedding, she's not.
- 2:40Speaker 2: She's not somebody who doesn't know her history. She's a
- 2:44Speaker 2: very very smart person. And the reason all of her
- 2:46Speaker 2: albums have a theme to them. Everything she does is
- 2:49Speaker 2: so intentional. Nothing's just slipped out. So I often just
- 2:53Speaker 2: do stuff and then people are like, oh, what was
- 2:55Speaker 2: your what was your motivational your theme? But I was like,
- 2:58Speaker 2: I really didn't have one. I just did it. Taylor's
- 3:00Speaker 2: not that everything is thought. Some people might say overthought.
- 3:04Speaker 2: I think this is a lovely idea, and I do
- 3:05Speaker 2: love to that. Somebody as famous as Taylor Swift has
- 3:08Speaker 2: a favorite television show. We forget that our favorite celebrities
- 3:12Speaker 2: are regular people too when they're not performing, and they
- 3:16Speaker 2: love television, they love reading, they love cooking, they do
- 3:19Speaker 2: the things that we do, misster and so one of
- 3:22Speaker 2: my favorite shows, Taylor, I've got myself a three piece
- 3:26Speaker 2: tuxedo and a top hat. If you want to invite mister,
- 3:29Speaker 2: I'm sure there's a corsut and a diamond gown that
- 3:31Speaker 2: mister can whip up on her own machine. She's a
- 3:34Speaker 2: great dressmaker if you don't have one in your closet. Mistake,
- 3:37Speaker 2: what do you think about all this? What do you
- 3:38Speaker 2: think a about her loving this TV show she has
- 3:41Speaker 2: a favorite TV show? And what do you think about
- 3:43Speaker 2: her using this as potentially a theme for her wedding.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Oh well, first of all, I am a gilded age Stan,
- 3:50Speaker 1: so totally understand. And I don't think Peggy will mind. Uh.
- 3:56Speaker 1: And when we left at the end of third season,
- 3:57Speaker 1: Sorry spoiler alert if you have a watch, but Peggy
- 4:01Speaker 1: was asked if she would get married, and all the
- 4:04Speaker 1: eagle eyed people pointed out that she didn't say yes.
- 4:08Speaker 1: So that's all We're going to come back to the
- 4:09Speaker 1: fourth season find out if she said yes. But I
- 4:12Speaker 1: think this is so cute. And again I don't think
- 4:14Speaker 1: it'll be a carbon copy, but the idea of going
- 4:17Speaker 1: back to that romantic opulent time. I mean it sounds
- 4:22Speaker 1: so wonderful, the gloves that hads O course, yes, yes, yes,
- 4:30Speaker 1: I would love to be there.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Oh, sign us sign. It is interesting when we interview celebrities,
- 4:36Speaker 2: when we hang out with them to see what they watched?
- 4:38Speaker 2: Did he when I worked for Diddy The Disgrace? Did
- 4:40Speaker 2: you he loved Judge Judy. He was obsessed with Judge Judy.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Jennifer Lopez. When I worked with j Lo, she loved
- 4:48Speaker 2: The Price is Right. Maybe because she's so careful about
- 4:51Speaker 2: but Jennifer knows where every penny is. She loved The
- 4:54Speaker 2: Price is Right and you can always guess how much
- 4:56Speaker 2: everything costs, everything from like the motor boats to the
- 5:00Speaker 2: just like a bowl of apples. She knew everything. So
- 5:02Speaker 2: I do love this. What's your favorite TV show? Mister?
- 5:05Speaker 2: If you had to name one show at the moment
- 5:06Speaker 2: that's your favorite, what is it?
- 5:08Speaker 1: Oh, it's no doubt. RuPaul's jag Race. I mean I
- 5:11Speaker 1: will watch I'm actually watching right now RuPaul's jag Race UK.
- 5:16Speaker 1: So that means I had to watch it on YouTube
- 5:19Speaker 1: first the first episode, then go to Wow Presents Plus
- 5:22Speaker 1: and pay my six seven dollars so I can watch
- 5:26Speaker 1: the whole season, so l knows what he's doing.
- 5:29Speaker 2: He got me.
- 5:29Speaker 1: But again, it's all about costumes, make up. Yeah, time periods,
- 5:34Speaker 1: and that's what I love.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that shows like a fashion show. It's not a
- 5:38Speaker 2: drag show. It's a fashion show. And these individuals whenever
- 5:41Speaker 2: I watch it, the backstories are also tragically sad. They've
- 5:44Speaker 2: overcome so much that there's so much drama built into
- 5:48Speaker 2: that show. At the moment, Bruce and I are loving
- 5:50Speaker 2: the amazing Grace on CBS because I like to travel
- 5:53Speaker 2: from my couch. I don't actually do a lot of traveling.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Early in my career, I was always on the road.
- 5:58Speaker 2: So now I only travel really if I have to.
- 6:01Speaker 2: I'd rather be here on twenty fourth Street meeting Misty
- 6:04Speaker 2: at Bartinos. So I don't travel that much. But I
- 6:06Speaker 2: loved the amazing race, which brings us to our poor
- 6:09Speaker 2: question of the day. Tedyor Swift is plotting a full
- 6:12Speaker 2: blow and gilded age wedding. Is this a good look
- 6:15Speaker 2: or a bad look? A good look or a bad look?
- 6:17Speaker 2: At Twitter page? At Naughty Nice Rabbi Facebook page is
- 6:19Speaker 2: naughty Yoseven? Be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 6:22Speaker 2: your results. So I'm going to do the next story mystery.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So all you have to do today is comment on
- 6:26Speaker 2: the stories rather than delivered them, so that you save
- 6:29Speaker 2: your voice at Ashton Kutcher, Oh he's so cute. I've
- 6:32Speaker 2: met him a couple of times, is humiliated as Jessica
- 6:34Speaker 2: Simpson brings up an old virginity bombshell. So Jessica loves
- 6:38Speaker 2: to reminisce. I used to work for Jessica and she
- 6:40Speaker 2: was on that seventies show and she's talking about the
- 6:43Speaker 2: moment that she revealed to Ashton privately that she was
- 6:47Speaker 2: a virgin still at twenty two years old, she was
- 6:49Speaker 2: a virgin and he had a one word answer, why,
- 6:53Speaker 2: and she said, because I haven't met my husband yet.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Good for you, jess Now, for some reason that quote
- 6:58Speaker 2: has explained who did again on the internet? Insiders it
- 7:02Speaker 2: telling me he's not as into this. He's a very
- 7:05Speaker 2: very private person. He doesn't like this stuff. Headlines about
- 7:08Speaker 2: Jessica Simpson and Ashton and virginity. People jump in and
- 7:11Speaker 2: make assumptions. It's not about that. It's a simple question,
- 7:15Speaker 2: a simple response. You know something that I guess was private,
- 7:18Speaker 2: but if you tell the world, it can look a
- 7:20Speaker 2: little scandalous, it can look a little sexual, And so
- 7:24Speaker 2: I get why Ashton is upset. But what you've got
- 7:26Speaker 2: to realize with Jess is there's nothing off the record.
- 7:28Speaker 2: If she wasn't a reality star, a pop star, of
- 7:31Speaker 2: fashion designer. I used to always tell Jesse you would
- 7:33Speaker 2: make the best gossip reporter in the world because she
- 7:36Speaker 2: knows everyone's business. She tells everybody's business. She doesn't mean
- 7:40Speaker 2: any harm here. I've got to say, of all the
- 7:42Speaker 2: celebrities I worked for, Jess was probably my favorite. She
- 7:45Speaker 2: was a really cool person, very cheeky, very funny, very generous,
- 7:49Speaker 2: the least celebrity like sometimes when I was with her,
- 7:52Speaker 2: I forgot she was even a star. She was just
- 7:53Speaker 2: like a very pretty cool person who had a lot
- 7:56Speaker 2: of money, as she always picked up the tab, thank you, Jessica.
- 7:58Speaker 2: But she was generous and kind, And so I understand
- 8:01Speaker 2: both here. I understand why Ashton's like, he's married, he's
- 8:04Speaker 2: got kids, His kids are going to see this, the
- 8:07Speaker 2: virginity word sex in a headline. It just doesn't look
- 8:11Speaker 2: maybe as good for him as you wanted to. But
- 8:14Speaker 2: he didn't do anything wrong here, and Jessica Jessica loves
- 8:17Speaker 2: the spotlight. She does love the attention. She's not had
- 8:20Speaker 2: the spotlight for a while. Her album didn't do very well,
- 8:23Speaker 2: and so I think Jessica here is enjoying it. I
- 8:26Speaker 2: know that Ashton is not. Where do you fall on this, mister?
- 8:29Speaker 1: I mean, Jessica is playing pr one one right, So
- 8:32Speaker 1: how do you get your name in the press when
- 8:34Speaker 1: you have something to promote? You said something a little cheeky. Yeah,
- 8:40Speaker 1: it's such a great story. It makes us think, Okay,
- 8:42Speaker 1: why did she wait till she was twenty two? I mean,
- 8:44Speaker 1: which or who was the person that she lost r
- 8:48Speaker 1: Jenity to? Did Ashton try to make a move? But
- 8:51Speaker 1: I understand it's great to tell old stories, but it's
- 8:55Speaker 1: always a little weird when your friends tell an old
- 8:57Speaker 1: story where it makes you cringe. Right, you can tell
- 9:01Speaker 1: a great old story, but when you're talking about other people,
- 9:05Speaker 1: make sure they feel comfortable with that old story. And
- 9:08Speaker 1: that I think that's the problem here. It's Jessica's story
- 9:11Speaker 1: to tell, of course, but there's somebody else involved.
- 9:15Speaker 2: And you add all these words up together, this intimate conversation,
- 9:19Speaker 2: it looks a little creepy. It looks a little creepy
- 9:21Speaker 2: why he was asking, and so I understand why he's
- 9:24Speaker 2: bugged by this one. But I don't think Jess meant
- 9:26Speaker 2: any harm. In fact, though we got to say, Jess
- 9:28Speaker 2: is a genius at getting pressed, and so she knew
- 9:31Speaker 2: what she knew what she was up to. Okay, moving along,
- 9:34Speaker 2: NBC might be ready to acts to act get this
- 9:38Speaker 2: the real housewime. NBC Universal it owns Bravo. They're going
- 9:42Speaker 2: through a big transition at the moment. They've just split
- 9:44Speaker 2: off with MSNBC. Some of their company's E travel channel,
- 9:49Speaker 2: sports channels. Some are going to go in a new company.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Some are going to stay with NBC Universal. NBC is
- 9:54Speaker 2: keeping Bravo. I'm told they're keeping it primarily for Peacock
- 9:59Speaker 2: because he just Peacock the streaming service with these hours
- 10:02Speaker 2: and hours of content which they need. However, the Housewives
- 10:07Speaker 2: is becoming increasingly difficult. I don't think there's a weak
- 10:10Speaker 2: mystery where we read the headlines and some real housewife
- 10:14Speaker 2: is not in trouble. Liam McSweeney explosive lawsuit at Caroline
- 10:18Speaker 2: Manzo suing over sexual harassment. Faithsdours is claiming racial discrimination.
- 10:25Speaker 2: The Inny NEETs Bethany Frankel, Brandy Glandswert. They've always gone
- 10:28Speaker 2: after brother. Just recently we had Porsche get pulled off
- 10:31Speaker 2: a plane after Brather come by the FBI. I mean,
- 10:34Speaker 2: this is just ugly stuff, and so insiders it telling
- 10:37Speaker 2: me that it's also toxic. And now NBC is really
- 10:39Speaker 2: looking at it. It doesn't deliver the ratings that used to.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Could they decide just to pull the plug on this?
- 10:46Speaker 2: Remember now NBC News is the same network as Countess Luan, Like,
- 10:52Speaker 2: there's a difference there and it's going to be very
- 10:55Speaker 2: tricky moving forward to justify them. I have noticed that
- 10:58Speaker 2: the big nbcerties, like the Today Show, they use the
- 11:01Speaker 2: Housewives less and less now as the series becomes more
- 11:05Speaker 2: and more toxic, and we gotta admit it has. It
- 11:07Speaker 2: was funny when he first started, but now ten years on,
- 11:10Speaker 2: I think we've had a suicide. One of the gentlemen
- 11:12Speaker 2: on the show killed himself. We've had numerous housewives arrested,
- 11:16Speaker 2: We've had housewives go to jail, We've had corruption, we've
- 11:19Speaker 2: had fraud. Teresa was in jail for stealing. It just
- 11:22Speaker 2: is so toxic at this point that the big bosses
- 11:25Speaker 2: at NBC. This makes sense to me. Are looking at
- 11:28Speaker 2: it saying, do we really want to be associated with this?
- 11:32Speaker 2: What do you think?
- 11:32Speaker 1: Yeah? I mean when it first started, it was such
- 11:35Speaker 1: a kind of unique concept. Let's take these rich women
- 11:39Speaker 1: in New York City and take a look into their lives.
- 11:41Speaker 1: But now it's become more of kind of a machine. Right.
- 11:45Speaker 1: You want to get on the show because you know
- 11:46Speaker 1: it'll help you plug your products, and then you have
- 11:49Speaker 1: to act a certain way. I mean, if you think
- 11:50Speaker 1: about the Real Housewives of Potomac right now, they have
- 11:53Speaker 1: two women who are dealing with legal battles. One just
- 11:56Speaker 1: got out of jail, one is dealing with a fraud charge.
- 12:00Speaker 1: This is it's probably costing more money, more headache to
- 12:05Speaker 1: keep the shows on than it is. And it's a funny.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I talked to a fan once and they said they
- 12:09Speaker 1: only want to see two things inside a Real Housewives
- 12:12Speaker 1: closet and all the messy drama. But the messy drama
- 12:16Speaker 1: is what's causing all the problem.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, what's great? What's great for messy
- 12:21Speaker 2: drama on TV spills over into real life?
- 12:23Speaker 1: Especially?
- 12:25Speaker 2: Yeah, they can't. Well, they're rewarded for bad behavior. We
- 12:27Speaker 2: know them, Misty, we've met them. They're they're generally and
- 12:30Speaker 2: I hate generalizations, they're awful people. Like there's very few
- 12:33Speaker 2: houses I've said that actually life. Most of them are
- 12:35Speaker 2: just not good people. But they're great TV and they
- 12:38Speaker 2: don't stop when the cameras stop rolling. They're awful in
- 12:41Speaker 2: real life, and that's what gets them entitled, and that's
- 12:44Speaker 2: what gets them in trouble and that's what gets them arrested.
- 12:47Speaker 2: And so I think for a network like NBC News,
- 12:51Speaker 2: tom Yarmus is the new face of it, really respectable,
- 12:54Speaker 2: nice family guy, and this sloppy show that gets all
- 12:58Speaker 2: the publicity not a great look. So maybe maybe it's
- 13:02Speaker 2: going to come to an end. Okay, moving along, big
- 13:05Speaker 2: panic at the Golden Globe. So the new owner of
- 13:07Speaker 2: the Golden Globes, Penskei Media, is selling seats for the
- 13:11Speaker 2: award show for seventy thousand a couple thirty five thousand
- 13:15Speaker 2: a seat. People are shocked about this because it was
- 13:18Speaker 2: always was and in the only ceremony I've been a
- 13:21Speaker 2: couple of times, I think you've been, mister. It was
- 13:23Speaker 2: you had to be nominated, you had to be up
- 13:25Speaker 2: for an award, you had to be a presenter. Nobody
- 13:28Speaker 2: could pay to get their way in. And now people
- 13:30Speaker 2: are saying if they turned this into a money making venture,
- 13:33Speaker 2: it changes the awards. Now it's open for more corruption.
- 13:36Speaker 2: I'm not saying it's crupt yet, but if you can
- 13:38Speaker 2: buy a seed, can you buy an award. They've had
- 13:41Speaker 2: a new category added, a new category about podcasts, and
- 13:44Speaker 2: some of the big podcasts on there, that Shepherd's podcast.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Some of these major podcast they're not nominated and instead
- 13:51Speaker 2: Megan Kelly and political shows, right wing shows have been
- 13:55Speaker 2: nominated instead. And so there's a whole you know, the
- 13:58Speaker 2: god has got in so much trouble. They were canceled,
- 14:01Speaker 2: celebrities refused to go, they boycotted it because it was
- 14:04Speaker 2: such a corruptal organization. It looks as if that's happening
- 14:08Speaker 2: again here. Misty. I know you've been to this ceremony.
- 14:11Speaker 2: I know you've been around voters in the Golden Globes.
- 14:13Speaker 2: They're a messy bunch, and it doesn't seem as if
- 14:16Speaker 2: they fixed that house. What do you think?
- 14:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean this is so surprising. I mean, seventy
- 14:22Speaker 1: thousand dollars per couple, and that means anybody can show
- 14:26Speaker 1: up and not Hey, if you have the money, I
- 14:29Speaker 1: understand why you would want to go, But this is
- 14:31Speaker 1: supposed to be a ceremony to recognize people's work, and
- 14:35Speaker 1: if it just becomes ooh, I sat next to this
- 14:37Speaker 1: person and I could just see actors feeling like, oh,
- 14:41Speaker 1: I didn't come here to be accosted by you know,
- 14:44Speaker 1: rich fans who can afford it. So I think that's
- 14:47Speaker 1: another thing that they have to worry about. So yeah,
- 14:51Speaker 1: and again, as you brought up, could you buy your
- 14:55Speaker 1: award or even if you can't, is that implied which
- 14:58Speaker 1: just makes it lose its ca So we'll have to see.
- 15:02Speaker 1: I mean, the nominations are, I believe December seventh. I'm
- 15:06Speaker 1: waiting patiently for them to happen. But will people be like, hmm,
- 15:11Speaker 1: I'm shooting a movie down the street.
- 15:13Speaker 2: I can't cut. That's what will happen. Celebrities will suddenly
- 15:17Speaker 2: you're too busy to turn up. Okay, we're going to
- 15:19Speaker 2: take a quick break and we'll be right back. Welcome
- 15:23Speaker 2: back to the Naughty Been I show. I'm your homes
- 15:25Speaker 2: from should have my dear friend, mister, hey, mister you,
- 15:27Speaker 2: let's get to the polls.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Lashaw.
- 15:29Speaker 2: We talked about Prince Philip, that is Queen Elizabeth's husband
- 15:32Speaker 2: no longer with us. He brutally gave a warning to
- 15:35Speaker 2: Harry before he got married, saying, you shouldn't marry this
- 15:38Speaker 2: actress now. Should Harry have responded? We don't know if
- 15:41Speaker 2: he did or not, but what an awful thing to
- 15:43Speaker 2: say to somebody just before they get married, even if
- 15:46Speaker 2: you think it's too late. Now they're getting married, this
- 15:48Speaker 2: is their moment. What an awful thing to say. Should
- 15:51Speaker 2: Harry have responded? Eighty four percent said yes, he should
- 15:54Speaker 2: have told his grandfather off. I think I agree. Sometimes
- 15:57Speaker 2: people say really cruel things in the really the wrong moment.
- 16:01Speaker 2: He don't forget to vote on today's Paul Well, go
- 16:03Speaker 2: to watch it a page add naughty nice rob about
- 16:05Speaker 2: facebook page is naughty guzzib and be sure to check
- 16:07Speaker 2: back tomorrow to hear your results are now. Oh, it's
- 16:11Speaker 2: time for our nicest of the day. Are surprise nicest
- 16:14Speaker 2: of the day, Misty, it is you. I know the
- 16:16Speaker 2: effort and the time that you put into this show,
- 16:20Speaker 2: and to do the show today when you're under the weather,
- 16:23Speaker 2: you're not feeling great. It's not only a testament to
- 16:25Speaker 2: your work ethic and our friendship. But just what a great, great,
- 16:29Speaker 2: great person you are. So you're our nicest of the day. Misty.
- 16:32Speaker 2: You don't even have to say an award. Thank you,
- 16:35Speaker 2: you don't have to have a speech. You didn't know
- 16:36Speaker 2: this was coming. I'm so impressed. You've always had, like
- 16:39Speaker 2: since I met you twenty years ago, you've always had
- 16:41Speaker 2: an extraordinary work ethic. You do the work I do.
- 16:45Speaker 1: I do it, and I really appreciate it. I was
- 16:47Speaker 1: kind of thinking, what is our nicest of the day
- 16:50Speaker 1: to day? And that is so sweet and it just
- 16:52Speaker 1: sets the tone for my day, my week, and it is.
- 16:56Speaker 1: It is Thanksgiving week and we're thankful for family and friends.
- 16:59Speaker 1: And I'm so thankful to have you in my life,
- 17:01Speaker 1: mister Shooter.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Me too, Mistery. And now I noticed the dayten Naughty, Naughty.
- 17:06Speaker 2: So Anna Winter is keeping school at Vanity Fair. So
- 17:08Speaker 2: Vanity Fair has a new editor, Anna Winter, who oversees Vogue.
- 17:12Speaker 2: You will hear that she's no longer at Vogue. That's
- 17:14Speaker 2: not true. She's no longer the day to day, but
- 17:16Speaker 2: she's still the boss and she oversees the entire company,
- 17:20Speaker 2: the company that owns Vogue and Vanity Fair is called
- 17:22Speaker 2: Conte Nas. She's the boss of it. So Vanity Fair
- 17:25Speaker 2: has a new editor and chief. It happens to be
- 17:28Speaker 2: one of Anta's Anna's daughter, Bee's best friends. So people
- 17:32Speaker 2: are like, oh gosh, he got the job because of Bee,
- 17:35Speaker 2: Anna's daughter. Well, now it is exploding inside the company.
- 17:38Speaker 2: This is what happens when you hire people who are
- 17:40Speaker 2: not ready. He has installed a new editor, Olivia Nunez
- 17:44Speaker 2: if you recognize that name. She allegedly had an affair
- 17:48Speaker 2: with RFK Junior, also too other celebrities that she has
- 17:53Speaker 2: helped with nor Now she's running their newsroom in La
- 17:57Speaker 2: I'm told the staff is absolutely mortified, and Anna too.
- 18:01Speaker 2: This is sloppy. If you know one thing about Anna Winter,
- 18:03Speaker 2: she does not do sloppy. She doesn't do scandal. She
- 18:06Speaker 2: wants the magazine to make headlines, for the stories, for
- 18:08Speaker 2: the covers, for the photographs, for the reporting. Not because
- 18:12Speaker 2: the staff that work there are hooking up with celebrities
- 18:16Speaker 2: with politicians. Just a bad look. It is not going
- 18:19Speaker 2: to go on for much longer. I'm told Anna will
- 18:22Speaker 2: soon make a move and lautist of the day. Let's
- 18:25Speaker 2: end with a moment of ambition without action is anxiety.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Think about that. Ambition without action is anxiety. When you
- 18:35Speaker 2: feel the tug towards something bigger, that shit in a
- 18:38Speaker 2: compass pointing you forward. So stop overeat, stop overthinking, don't
- 18:42Speaker 2: overthink it, and start moving. Confidence is not built by wishing,
- 18:47Speaker 2: it's built by doing. You've got to do it one
- 18:49Speaker 2: tiny step. It interrupts the fear, and it proves that
- 18:52Speaker 2: you are capable. So if you're writing a doing something,
- 18:54Speaker 2: just do it. But do it small. Just do one
- 18:56Speaker 2: little step and that interrupts that fear, that loop of fear.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Your head. Listen to what you want, really really listen
- 19:03Speaker 2: your body, your mind, it's telling you what you really
- 19:06Speaker 2: do want, and honor it because momentum is magic and
- 19:11Speaker 2: you don't need the whole plan. You just need the
- 19:14Speaker 2: first step. Take it today, because your future self is
- 19:18Speaker 2: begging you to show up. Do it. Take that step today.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Listen to yourself. You know what you want in life
- 19:26Speaker 2: to make you happy, and we're too afraid often to
- 19:29Speaker 2: go for it. But go for it. A small step,
- 19:31Speaker 2: just a little teeny step today will be another big
- 19:35Speaker 2: step tomorrow. Hey, that is it for today. Thank you
- 19:38Speaker 2: so much but listening to the Naughty Bit Nice with
