- 0:00Speaker 1: Mister New York Mark Simone, he's on seven tenoo. Well,
- 0:10Speaker 1: the snow is coming. The snow storm will hit late
- 0:15Speaker 1: late Saturday night. Let me get all the latest here. Now,
- 0:19Speaker 1: there's several different models. That's why you'll hear one forecast
- 0:23Speaker 1: say six inches. One forecast will say twelve inches, seventeen inches.
- 0:27Speaker 1: There's all these different models. Here's the one that's usually
- 0:30Speaker 1: the most accurate. It has the snow starting Saturday night,
- 0:35Speaker 1: after midnight, most likely around one am. It'll snow overnight Saturday,
- 0:41Speaker 1: it'll snow all day Sunday, Sunday night, overnight Sunday night,
- 0:45Speaker 1: and it'll stop Monday morning. But it's expected that it
- 0:49Speaker 1: could leave at least six inches, some models going up
- 0:53Speaker 1: to fifteen seventeen inches. Figure six to twelve inches. And
- 0:57Speaker 1: we're pretty close. Now, we're just a couple of days away.
- 0:59Speaker 1: So forecast gets much much, much, much more accurate when
- 1:03Speaker 1: you get that close. So it's going to be a
- 1:06Speaker 1: disastrous rush hour Monday morning. Now, the good news is
- 1:10Speaker 1: Monday's the day most people don't go to work anymore.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Monday for most people to work at home day. Even
- 1:17Speaker 1: here at Ieheart, it's pretty much work at home day Monday,
- 1:20Speaker 1: so that'll help have all day Monday to shovel it
- 1:25Speaker 1: out and clean things up for Tuesday rush hour. Let
- 1:28Speaker 1: me just check on Monday. The high is only twenty
- 1:33Speaker 1: four on Monday, which means nothing will melt. Nothing will
- 1:37Speaker 1: melt on Monday. Tuesday the highest fifteen degrees. Okay, Actually
- 1:43Speaker 1: I'm looking next week. It's gonna be around twenty degrees
- 1:47Speaker 1: all week, so whatever falls is going to stay a
- 1:51Speaker 1: long long time. We're not gonna get rid of the
- 1:53Speaker 1: snow that easily. It's not going to melt away that easily.
- 1:55Speaker 1: So this is not good. But remember we used to
- 1:58Speaker 1: have this all the time. This used to be a
- 2:00Speaker 1: typical winter event. Now it's like once or twice a
- 2:04Speaker 1: year we get it and most of the time no snow,
- 2:07Speaker 1: So that's good. Jack Smith testifying today in front of
- 2:11Speaker 1: Congress doesn't seem to be making any news. Testimony will
- 2:16Speaker 1: resume a little later, but so far he's just denying
- 2:18Speaker 1: all the charges against him, which char well the first charge.
- 2:24Speaker 1: He shouldn't have been the special council. There's no reason
- 2:27Speaker 1: on earth for him to be the special counsel. If
- 2:31Speaker 1: you wanted to have and appoint a special Council to
- 2:33Speaker 1: look into something President Trump whatever. There's about twelve hundred
- 2:38Speaker 1: guys right in Washington that are qualified to be the
- 2:42Speaker 1: Special Council. You would normally pick one of them. They
- 2:46Speaker 1: went halfway around the world to fly in this weirdo
- 2:49Speaker 1: from the Hague, this bug eyed weirdo. You remember the
- 2:53Speaker 1: picture of him with the cape. This Jack Smith. The
- 2:56Speaker 1: reason they went all the way around the world to
- 2:58Speaker 1: bring this weirdo in. He has a history of being
- 3:01Speaker 1: a hit man, a political hitman. If you need a
- 3:05Speaker 1: Republican opponent taken out, he goes after them. So rather
- 3:09Speaker 1: than a point a normal, legitimate, balanced, fair prosecutor, they
- 3:16Speaker 1: went and brought the hitman in from the Hague. He's
- 3:19Speaker 1: done it before. He went after Governor MacDonald of Virginia
- 3:22Speaker 1: got him convicted of twelve things. But in the final
- 3:27Speaker 1: I think it went all the way to the Supreme Court.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Every conviction was tossed out and the court ruled it
- 3:32Speaker 1: was politically motivated. So that's the other history of Jack Smith.
- 3:35Speaker 1: He will get these guys and get him convicted, but
- 3:38Speaker 1: it always gets overturned and tossed out as it's just
- 3:41Speaker 1: vicious political charges. So that's what this was here. There
- 3:45Speaker 1: was no reason on earth to have a special counsel
- 3:48Speaker 1: go after Donald Trump in a document dispute. That's all.
- 3:52Speaker 1: It was a dispute about some documents, very few documents.
- 3:56Speaker 1: But the Archives people in Washington's a bunch of swamp people,
- 4:02Speaker 1: you know, real left wing swamp that run the Archives,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and they loved fighting with Donald Trump. So they came
- 4:08Speaker 1: up with some documents they wanted returned, and they demanded it,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and Trump was appealing it, which perfectly legal and constitutional.
- 4:17Speaker 1: You're allowed to appeal it. You can go to court,
- 4:20Speaker 1: you know. And when it comes to a document dispute
- 4:23Speaker 1: where the Archives wants a document returned, that's a court matter.
- 4:27Speaker 1: You go to court, you sue Donald Trump. It's not
- 4:29Speaker 1: a criminal thing where you come out guns blazing and
- 4:32Speaker 1: go into somebody's house. It's unheard of. It's preposterous. So
- 4:36Speaker 1: hopefully this will all come out today. But this was
- 4:40Speaker 1: Merrick Garland, the dirty, dirty Attorney general. This was sleazy
- 4:45Speaker 1: Joe Biden with his law fair ordering all of this.
- 4:48Speaker 1: So they not only rated President Trump's home, they were
- 4:51Speaker 1: given the ok to use deadly force. Now, this is
- 4:55Speaker 1: mar a lago, which is basically a country club and
- 5:00Speaker 1: it's filled with old ladies everybody, and there's one hundred
- 5:03Speaker 1: years old mar A Lago is a bunch of old
- 5:05Speaker 1: ladies all getting dressed up and saying how are you.
- 5:09Speaker 1: It's that's all it is. Can you imagine giving the
- 5:12Speaker 1: ok to use deadly force in there? It's absolutely ridiculous,
- 5:20Speaker 1: absolutely ridiculous. That's like giving you're gonna go to the
- 5:23Speaker 1: Southampton country Club, you have the okay to use deadly
- 5:28Speaker 1: force in there. It's just absolutely ridiculous. Not only that,
- 5:31Speaker 1: they go in a thousand agents, machine guns, they go
- 5:35Speaker 1: through everything, They go through Barren Trump's room, they went through,
- 5:39Speaker 1: this is absolutely true. They went through Milannia Trump's underwear drawer,
- 5:44Speaker 1: just like Polly Walnuts did in The Sopranos. It's a
- 5:48Speaker 1: disgusting thing. Now, well, they were looking for classified document
- 5:52Speaker 1: First of all, there were no classified documents. And remember
- 5:55Speaker 1: the pictures of the boxes, thousands of boxes, stacks of
- 6:00Speaker 1: rooms full of boxes, ballrooms filled with boxes. It turned
- 6:04Speaker 1: out in the end all they found were thirty five
- 6:06Speaker 1: classified documents. If you put it in a folder, the
- 6:10Speaker 1: thirty five, it's one inch of one box. So all
- 6:13Speaker 1: those pictures you saw, those boxes. Those were not classified documents,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and the handful that Jack Smith found were absolutely nothing.
- 6:22Speaker 1: There was nothing in them. Of any most classified documents,
- 6:25Speaker 1: about ninety percent of them are nothing because they just
- 6:28Speaker 1: overclassify everything. Sometimes it's the weather report for a battlefield,
- 6:32Speaker 1: it's they're nothing. There was nothing in any of the
- 6:35Speaker 1: classified documents that had any relevance or seriousness. If there was,
- 6:39Speaker 1: they would have released it. They would have said, he
- 6:41Speaker 1: here's what we found. They found nothing, absolutely nothing. Now
- 6:46Speaker 1: Trump had these thirty five documents. Joe Biden at the
- 6:49Speaker 1: same time had over three thousand classes. Oh actually, excuse me,
- 6:52Speaker 1: seven thousand classified documents. And that's different. You know one thing.
- 6:57Speaker 1: But the President Trump, they were his classified documents. He
- 7:01Speaker 1: legally had every right he owned them. In fact, he
- 7:04Speaker 1: could have declassified them anytime. In the case of Joe Biden,
- 7:07Speaker 1: he was just a senator and a vice president. He
- 7:09Speaker 1: had no authorization to ever take those classified documents. So
- 7:13Speaker 1: that was a different matter. But of course it was Biden,
- 7:15Speaker 1: so they let it go completely. The other thing he's
- 7:19Speaker 1: testifying about is he had an investigation Trump was trying
- 7:24Speaker 1: to corrupt and overturn the twenty twenty election. He was
- 7:29Speaker 1: trying to tamper. Absolutely not. I guess they're referring to
- 7:32Speaker 1: that phone called the audio. We've heard he's on the
- 7:37Speaker 1: phone with a Georgia official. Guess I need to find
- 7:39Speaker 1: fourteen thousand more votes. First of all, that's a normal thing.
- 7:44Speaker 1: It's done in every election. The al Gore team. Several
- 7:48Speaker 1: members of the al Gore team have testified that in
- 7:52Speaker 1: that year two thousand, they made the same exact phone
- 7:55Speaker 1: call to every single county in Florida looking for more votes.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And if you said to the guy, I need to
- 8:02Speaker 1: find fourteen thousand books, it doesn't mean create or manufacture.
- 8:06Speaker 1: It means go find them. It means they're there, they exist,
- 8:09Speaker 1: just go find them. Hey, today, expect somebody to get arrested.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Or the invasion of the church in Minneapolis. The protesters
- 8:20Speaker 1: burst into that church, stop the proceedings, stop the service.
- 8:25Speaker 1: It was horrifying. It's illegal, it's an actual crime. If
- 8:29Speaker 1: you read the actual law says any attempt to interfere
- 8:33Speaker 1: with or intimidate the worshippers or interfere with the service
- 8:37Speaker 1: is a felony. So expect to arrest. Now. Apparently there
- 8:40Speaker 1: was a guy who helped organize this he's a lawyer.
- 8:45Speaker 1: It's now said he will be arrested today. So by
- 8:47Speaker 1: the end of the day you should see this guy
- 8:50Speaker 1: arrested and then a lot of the people who went
- 8:52Speaker 1: in there. Don Lemon is facing serious criminal jeopardy. He
- 8:57Speaker 1: could be arrested, so we'll see what happens. You're not
- 9:00Speaker 1: allowed to use the word illegals anymore. This is a
- 9:02Speaker 1: new thing from CNN and from Chris Guomo. I got
- 9:05Speaker 1: this whole new campaign. Now you can't say the word illegals.
- 9:09Speaker 1: But that's what they are. They're illegal aliens. It says
- 9:12Speaker 1: right in the law, illegal aliens. I guess you're supposed
- 9:15Speaker 1: to go back to undocumented, but that doesn't make any sense.
- 9:18Speaker 1: It's illegal. You've entered the country illegally. Illegally, you're an
- 9:23Speaker 1: illegal alien. That's exactly what it is. Undocumented doesn't make
- 9:29Speaker 1: any sense. If you stole a car and you're driving
- 9:31Speaker 1: it and it's not your car, are you just undocumented? No,
- 9:36Speaker 1: it's illegal. You stole it. The same thing here. When
- 9:38Speaker 1: you break into the country, you've tried to steal citizenship.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I love when CNN tries to fact check Donald Trump.
- 9:46Speaker 1: You know it. I think it was at Davos, He
- 9:48Speaker 1: talked about the tariff springing in so much revenue. He
- 9:52Speaker 1: said they brought in eighteen trillion dollars, a staggering figure.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Eighteen trillion. Now, you know Trump, he can embellish. You know,
- 10:00Speaker 1: if it's ten million, he'll tell you it's forty million.
- 10:02Speaker 1: If it's an hundred million, you'll tell you it's a billion.
- 10:04Speaker 1: He loves to embellish. But the problem is CNN is
- 10:07Speaker 1: fact checking him, and the New York Times is fact
- 10:10Speaker 1: checking his speech, and they said he claimed that eighteen
- 10:13Speaker 1: trillion came in from the tariffs, Well it was actually
- 10:16Speaker 1: nine trillion. Well, first of all, I wouldn't trust the
- 10:20Speaker 1: CNN or New York Times fact check. They're probably underestimately.
- 10:23Speaker 1: But let's say it was nine trillion. If those tariffs
- 10:26Speaker 1: brought in nine trillion, that's staggering. You know, the whole
- 10:31Speaker 1: budget of the US is like four trillion a year,
- 10:35Speaker 1: four trillion a year. So if in one year we
- 10:37Speaker 1: bought a nine trillion, that's double our budget. If we
- 10:40Speaker 1: kept that up with the tariffs, we'd pay off the debt.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Nine trillion coming in a year, that would pay off
- 10:47Speaker 1: the debt. That deafs everything it would be. This is
- 10:50Speaker 1: according to CNN. So speaking of the Cuomos, Andrew Cuomo
- 10:56Speaker 1: has absolutely nothing to do. Ex Governor chased out of office,
- 11:01Speaker 1: the left Albany with the police chason him ran for mayor,
- 11:05Speaker 1: which was the most hopeless fool's errand I've ever seen.
- 11:09Speaker 1: People don't like him. He had every advantage you could
- 11:13Speaker 1: have running for mayor. Nobody could have had the board
- 11:17Speaker 1: more tilted for him. He had everybody day and night
- 11:21Speaker 1: saying vote for Cuomo, don't vote for Curtis. And they
- 11:24Speaker 1: tried to chase Curtis out of the race. Everybody on
- 11:28Speaker 1: the air day and night, even the President United States,
- 11:30Speaker 1: vote for Cuomo. Who has ever had that kind of
- 11:33Speaker 1: an advantage in election. Well, even with that, Cuomo lost,
- 11:37Speaker 1: just got clobbered. And if Curtis had not been in
- 11:41Speaker 1: the race, it wouldn't have made any Differenceoma. If he
- 11:43Speaker 1: took every single Curtis voter gave it to Cuomo, he
- 11:46Speaker 1: still lost by like four points. He had no shot. Ever,
- 11:50Speaker 1: so now what does he do. He can't even he
- 11:53Speaker 1: might realize he can't run for anything. Ever. Again, you
- 11:57Speaker 1: can get jobs in the private sector. They'll pay a
- 11:59Speaker 1: lot of money. To be on a board, or they'll
- 12:01Speaker 1: pay a lot of money to be a rain maker
- 12:04Speaker 1: for a firm, so he can do that, but he
- 12:07Speaker 1: needs the public eye. So from what I'm hearing the
- 12:12Speaker 1: last couple of weeks, he's been trying to get a
- 12:13Speaker 1: radio show. He's been calling anywhere and everywhere to get
- 12:16Speaker 1: a radio show. His brother Chris Cuomo is now on
- 12:21Speaker 1: Sirious every morning, so I imagine that was like the
- 12:24Speaker 1: first call, Hey set me up with Sirius. I want
- 12:27Speaker 1: to talk to them. And so far we're not hearing
- 12:29Speaker 1: about an Andrew Cuomo show, so maybe that's not going
- 12:33Speaker 1: to happen there. The Cuomo style does not work on
- 12:37Speaker 1: the radio. The best orator ever in the family was
- 12:40Speaker 1: Mario Cuomo, and I loved him. He was a credible orator,
- 12:44Speaker 1: and he was kind of a mentor for me. He
- 12:47Speaker 1: was a debate coach for me back then in those
- 12:50Speaker 1: days he was governor. We used to have a thing
- 12:52Speaker 1: where he once a month, he would come on my
- 12:54Speaker 1: show once a month for an hour and we'd debate.
- 12:56Speaker 1: But when it was over we got off the air.
- 12:59Speaker 1: He would then go over everything I did wrong, everything
- 13:01Speaker 1: I should work on. He was like a debate coach
- 13:03Speaker 1: just went on for a couple of years. He was
- 13:05Speaker 1: great at this unbelievable skills as an orator on stage
- 13:10Speaker 1: in a debate. But he gets out of office and
- 13:13Speaker 1: he decides he'll do a radio show. And this guy
- 13:15Speaker 1: was really hot then, so some I feure what network
- 13:17Speaker 1: it is, gave him a big network radio show and
- 13:21Speaker 1: I couldn't wait to hear it was disaster. The Cuomo
- 13:24Speaker 1: style on stage great on the radio, it's just all wrong.
- 13:27Speaker 1: It's like ponderous lecturing. It's it didn't work at all,
- 13:33Speaker 1: did not work. They had to pull that show off
- 13:34Speaker 1: the air after a few weeks. And then he tried
- 13:37Speaker 1: it again a local show, same thing. It just bombed.
- 13:41Speaker 1: And you're can see the same thing with Andrew Cuomo.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Chris Cuomo a little better because most of his life
- 13:46Speaker 1: he's been a TV anchor, not a public speaker. But
- 13:51Speaker 1: he's on Serious every morning. I don't mind mentioning it
- 13:54Speaker 1: because the hell's going to listen to that? I love sirious.
- 13:57Speaker 1: But every they got like seven thousand channel. Each channel
- 14:00Speaker 1: has like a thousand listeners. The only thing worth listening
- 14:04Speaker 1: to them there the Frank Sinatra channel. It's okay, but
- 14:07Speaker 1: you don't need it anymore. You know, you can do
- 14:09Speaker 1: iHeart any of those apps you can get all that.
- 14:11Speaker 1: The only good thing Serious is the only thing it's
- 14:13Speaker 1: good for. If you're in your car, you're not near
- 14:15Speaker 1: a TV, you can listen to Fox News, or you
- 14:18Speaker 1: can listen to Fox Business. You go listen to Cudlow.
- 14:21Speaker 1: That's the only thing that Serious app is good for. Hey,
- 14:24Speaker 1: we'll take some Jimmy Faylor will be with us in
- 14:26Speaker 1: a few minutes. Jimmy Fayler coming up. We'll take some calls. Next.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
