Cyclist Hit and Run on Walmsley Blvd | Richmond News
A cyclist suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck and abandoned by a driver on Walmsley Boulevard late Thursday night. The suspect, Dominique Smith, 36, turned herself in Monday and now faces multiple charges including felony hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license, and operating an uninsured, unregistered vehicle.
