- 0:00Speaker 1: A sprise surge is hitting the markets right now, absolute
- 0:03Speaker 1: chaos is going on. Well, we're going to break it
- 0:05Speaker 1: down for you. It's going to be a good one.
- 0:07Speaker 1: And this is going to be I think the show

- 0:12Speaker 1: you don't want to miss it. I want to thank
- 0:14Speaker 1: our sponsor, and that is BTCC. If you're looking at trading,
- 0:16Speaker 1: now is the time to do it because volatility is
- 0:19Speaker 1: in the water, and when volatility hits you need a
- 0:21Speaker 1: place to go to start to achieve some trades, and
- 0:24Speaker 1: of course BTCC is the place for you. You guys,

- 0:37Speaker 1: So use that and get going. I'm going to have
- 0:39Speaker 1: Gareth Soliway on the show here momentarily, but I want
- 0:43Speaker 1: to play a clip of Gareth talking about this market
- 0:47Speaker 1: as we see it today. Take a look.
- 0:49Speaker 2: This was the trend line where I was able to
- 0:50Speaker 2: call the top on bitcoin right and by the way,
- 0:53Speaker 2: keep in mind, I'm not calling for a new bowl
- 0:55Speaker 2: market in crypto, right. I still actually do think it's
- 0:57Speaker 2: going to go lower. But for me, I'm a swing trader.
- 1:00Speaker 2: So if I see a bullish setup, I'm gonna play
- 1:02Speaker 2: it long. When I see a bearer set up, I'm
- 1:04Speaker 2: gonna play it short. I call it like I see
- 1:06Speaker 2: it in the charts, because the charts are the only
- 1:08Speaker 2: thing that's unbiased.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I like it, call it like you see it. Bringing
- 1:13Speaker 1: in Gareth Soloway, How are you, Gareth? How's things going?
- 1:16Speaker 3: I'm good, Good to see you. Paul.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Well we first got on, I was like, hey, it's
- 1:21Speaker 1: a sad day in crypto. We're actually moving, which is unusual.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Right now, of course we're looking at the poll and
- 1:29Speaker 1: I have to go with this one. What happens first?
- 1:31Speaker 1: Bitcoin eighty k or fifty K? Where are you going
- 1:34Speaker 1: on this chart? Gareth?
- 1:36Speaker 3: I think it's going to eighty K.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I think it's going to eighty K, and I've been
- 1:39Speaker 2: saying that for the last back or so, even as
- 1:41Speaker 2: it's chopped sideway still lower.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Look at that, I mean, people are just edgy. They
- 1:46Speaker 1: just don't believe it. Right now. They're in disbelief, Gareth,
- 1:50Speaker 1: that we're on a small run. When you look at
- 1:54Speaker 1: the bitcoin chart, why are you seeing this right now
- 1:57Speaker 1: as a short term trade opportunity.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Yes, so a couple of reasons.
- 2:00Speaker 2: We could take a look at the chart on bitcoin,
- 2:02Speaker 2: and this is the beautiful thing about it, right is
- 2:05Speaker 2: that this chart was telling us a bigger run was
- 2:07Speaker 2: coming in crypto as a whole and specifically bitcoin. Here's
- 2:10Speaker 2: your reversal green candle after that big flush out and
- 2:13Speaker 2: all that panic where we went down to sixty K
- 2:16Speaker 2: reversal and then all of these candles stayed within that
- 2:19Speaker 2: green portion right here. That's a classic technical bullish consolidation pattern.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Now we're seeing the results.
- 2:26Speaker 2: And I'll send this to you earlier when we weren't
- 2:28Speaker 2: on air yet, but I did a video just over
- 2:30Speaker 2: the weekend talking about how this was a bullish setup
- 2:33Speaker 2: and we were going to go and nine out of
- 2:35Speaker 2: every ten comments were Gareth's a clown, he knows nothing.
- 2:38Speaker 2: We're going down to thirty to forty K. And I
- 2:41Speaker 2: literally went and bought more crypto when I saw that,
- 2:43Speaker 2: because when sentiment is that negative, it sets up for
- 2:46Speaker 2: a near term short squeeze, and that's exactly what we're getting.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Well, sixty has been kind of the targets one I
- 2:51Speaker 1: think a lot of people have been pointing to, and
- 2:53Speaker 1: could we get there? We got close around sixty two.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I was looking at your other tweet right here crypto
- 3:00Speaker 1: surging bull flag on bitcoin. This is what you're talking about.
- 3:02Speaker 1: All it's potentially squeezing. While it isn't the start of
- 3:05Speaker 1: a new bull market. You think that we could see
- 3:08Speaker 1: the eighty to eighty five. What would draw you out
- 3:10Speaker 1: to eighty five K versus eighty because that's still a
- 3:12Speaker 1: pretty significant move in itself.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Yes, and that's a good question.
- 3:17Speaker 2: And just looking at the chart, it's really a chart zone, right,
- 3:19Speaker 2: and so you could see the lowest point we hit
- 3:22Speaker 2: back in November was down here, and then the higher
- 3:25Speaker 2: areas that we chopped around were in this eighty five range.
- 3:28Speaker 2: So as a technician, we have to admit that we
- 3:31Speaker 2: never are going to pick the exact higher the exact low.
- 3:33Speaker 3: We just try to get generally close.
- 3:35Speaker 2: And this gives us that range of five K basically
- 3:38Speaker 2: eighty to eighty five. Now, I think what gets us
- 3:40Speaker 2: to eighty five is I still think we're going to
- 3:43Speaker 2: get positive legislation. I know it's been stalled out, but
- 3:46Speaker 2: I do think as we get closer to the midterms,
- 3:48Speaker 2: there's going to be a push to get those crypto
- 3:50Speaker 2: votes again for the midterms, and that means a more
- 3:53Speaker 2: positive outcome in the legislation.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Well, I think it's almost as I believe that somebody
- 4:00Speaker 1: knows something. I'll show you a tweet here that I
- 4:01Speaker 1: put out last night that was one of my predictions
- 4:04Speaker 1: for Friday's summit. But this is a good statement as well,
- 4:07Speaker 1: over four hundred thousand bitcoin. We're accumulated between sixty and
- 4:09Speaker 1: seventy k this of course coming in I think Blackrock
- 4:12Speaker 1: Master both looking at acquisition zones in here, along with
- 4:15Speaker 1: some other money managers out there that are taking a
- 4:18Speaker 1: dip into bitcoin, and of course that's what we're starting
- 4:20Speaker 1: to see now with the market. What would you say
- 4:23Speaker 1: when you look at what happened last night with the
- 4:26Speaker 1: State of the Union, what Trump was doing in terms
- 4:30Speaker 1: of where he thinks the country is going, the fact
- 4:32Speaker 1: that we didn't have anything mentioned about digital assets or bitcoin,
- 4:36Speaker 1: what was your take on that? Where do you stand?
- 4:39Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 4:39Speaker 2: I think honestly the market was already primed, and even
- 4:44Speaker 2: though he didn't really talk about crypto much, I think
- 4:47Speaker 2: it was more of a relief that there was nothing negative.
- 4:49Speaker 2: It's almost like the market was pricing in a worst
- 4:51Speaker 2: case scenario. So anything less than worst case, even a
- 4:55Speaker 2: non mention is a positive here, Like for instance, I
- 4:57Speaker 2: think there was a fear that he was going to
- 4:59Speaker 2: attack the crypto players and try to push for the
- 5:02Speaker 2: banks to be the winner in this legislation, and he
- 5:04Speaker 2: didn't do that, and that right there is a small positive.
- 5:08Speaker 3: And it doesn't take a lot.
- 5:09Speaker 2: To create a short squeeze or a panic buy when
- 5:11Speaker 2: everyone is bearish in the crypto space.
- 5:13Speaker 1: All right, So not a lot there. Let me ask
- 5:15Speaker 1: you this. You look at Trump's first year in office,
- 5:19Speaker 1: everything that's happened, which is a lot. Where would you
- 5:22Speaker 1: give him on a one to ten, ten being best,
- 5:25Speaker 1: one being worst.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Oh my goodness, I mean, that's that's a loaded question.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Number one tall, because I'm going to annoy some people
- 5:32Speaker 2: one way or the other.
- 5:33Speaker 3: But I would say, I would say in the four
- 5:36Speaker 3: range right there there.
- 5:38Speaker 2: I was never a big fan of tariffs, Just to
- 5:39Speaker 2: be fair on that, I do think that ultimately US
- 5:42Speaker 2: as Americans end up paying for it one way or
- 5:44Speaker 2: the other through higher prices, and overall, I think it's
- 5:47Speaker 2: a little disappointing being in crypto that a lot of
- 5:50Speaker 2: the promises it didn't seem to seem to be fulfilled
- 5:53Speaker 2: as much as at least I hope. I don't know
- 5:55Speaker 2: what you thought on that, but I also don't like
- 5:57Speaker 2: I didn't like that when he first got in he
- 5:59Speaker 2: had the trump coin that ultimately kind of looks like
- 6:02Speaker 2: a rug pull at this point. So there's these type
- 6:04Speaker 2: of things that I think we're generally more negative than positive,
- 6:08Speaker 2: but certainly it wasn't a one It's not a worst case. Yeah.
- 6:11Speaker 1: I mean, there are some things that he has done
- 6:13Speaker 1: from a policy standpoint that I agree with, but man
- 6:16Speaker 1: on the crypto side, I do feel that the industry
- 6:19Speaker 1: has been rug pulled. This was not really what we
- 6:22Speaker 1: voted for, and I think it's showing out more and
- 6:25Speaker 1: more now. The real question is is it too late
- 6:28Speaker 1: to be able to get a real Because you think
- 6:31Speaker 1: about this, there was no all coin market zero, and
- 6:35Speaker 1: if you're in the crypto industry over the past decade,
- 6:38Speaker 1: we've always had that. One thing that changed was that
- 6:41Speaker 1: Trump took office, so that in itself, I think had
- 6:44Speaker 1: a lot to go against it. Now you're looking at
- 6:46Speaker 1: the S and P five hundred. I've got a clip
- 6:48Speaker 1: here of Jamie Diamond talking about weird things happening.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Take a look, you know, one of the people who
- 6:54Speaker 4: was there through the financial crisis at the helm of
- 6:56Speaker 4: the big bank.
- 6:57Speaker 1: He's the only one, he's.
- 6:58Speaker 3: The only points among those big things.
- 7:01Speaker 1: But what is he saying.
- 7:02Speaker 4: He's referencing lending lending practices that if you are going
- 7:07Speaker 4: to affirm, let's keep with Apollo. But there's so many
- 7:10Speaker 4: others that we could use as examples. The pricing on
- 7:13Speaker 4: these loans is so much different than let's say, how
- 7:16Speaker 4: you price Apple's stock. It's not as liquid and so
- 7:21Speaker 4: there might be underlying stress, but the price doesn't reflect that.
- 7:25Speaker 3: But if there gets to a.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Point like we've seen with some of the cockroach examples,
- 7:30Speaker 4: where at the end of the day there's massive selling
- 7:32Speaker 4: and then the price does have to reflect the underlying stresses.
- 7:36Speaker 4: That's when if those things start to pile up, you
- 7:40Speaker 4: could it's a snowball effect.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's talking about private credit. Of course this
- 7:45Speaker 1: has been you know, kind of a snowball effect in general.
- 7:47Speaker 1: But before we get into that, because I want to
- 7:49Speaker 1: show a clip or actually a tweet here from Mohammed
- 7:51Speaker 1: ela Adain. I want to talk about a bitcoin because
- 7:54Speaker 1: you're you're saying that this is a short term run
- 7:57Speaker 1: and that we could see a retracement if it goes
- 8:00Speaker 1: If it does go to the eighty eighty five, where
- 8:03Speaker 1: do you think the pullback will come to?
- 8:05Speaker 2: So you know, my guess is is we're on the
- 8:08Speaker 2: precipice of a larger issue with the overall economy and
- 8:12Speaker 2: the markets, and I think this private credit is starting
- 8:15Speaker 2: to speak to it. I think the fact that we
- 8:16Speaker 2: saw an AMD deal yesterday with Meta where they get
- 8:20Speaker 2: a five year chip deal, so Meta will buy chips
- 8:23Speaker 2: for five years, but they had to give up warrants
- 8:25Speaker 2: for essentially ten percent of AMD.
- 8:28Speaker 3: This is more of that. You give me this, I'll
- 8:30Speaker 3: give you this back.
- 8:31Speaker 2: It's it's something we saw earlier in twenty twenty five,
- 8:34Speaker 2: and it's not healthy for the sector. And ultimately, we're
- 8:37Speaker 2: even seeing the software stocks starting to collapse even though
- 8:40Speaker 2: they due for a bounce and are getting a bounce.
- 8:42Speaker 2: And these are all systematic signs of a bubble in
- 8:45Speaker 2: the AI space. And I do worry that the private
- 8:48Speaker 2: credit market is already showing the cracks there. So if
- 8:52Speaker 2: that does occur after a bounce to eighty to eighty five,
- 8:55Speaker 2: I could see us honestly going down into the fifties
- 8:57Speaker 2: or the forties on bitcoin, but that would be with
- 9:00Speaker 2: larger stock market sell.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Off, all right, So so bitcoin sell off there some
- 9:06Speaker 1: of the things that could antagonize the market being private credit.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Here's Muhammed talking about this Canarian the coal Mine moment
- 9:13Speaker 1: similar in August two thousand and seven. The question will
- 9:16Speaker 1: be on the mind of some investors and policymakers that
- 9:18Speaker 1: were now dealing with private credit group, much like Blue Oul,
- 9:21Speaker 1: will permanently restrict investors from withdrawing their cash. This would
- 9:25Speaker 1: be a major hit. And if you look at where
- 9:28Speaker 1: that's going, you look at risk assets, and especially at
- 9:32Speaker 1: bitcoin in general, how does this end up? Especially when
- 9:37Speaker 1: you're looking at the scenario that we're dealing with right now,
- 9:39Speaker 1: where bitcoin dominance is falling, all coins are surging right now,
- 9:44Speaker 1: there's going to be a pivot point here where we
- 9:46Speaker 1: could see some massive pullbacks. Would this be one of
- 9:49Speaker 1: the catalysts to do that?
- 9:51Speaker 2: I do think so, right, And I think it's important
- 9:53Speaker 2: to remember that even though you or me, and specifically me,
- 9:56Speaker 2: I can't speak for you. I do view still Bitcoin
- 9:59Speaker 2: in that digital goal eventually growing into that it still
- 10:02Speaker 2: is going to be influenced by fear and panic, right,
- 10:04Speaker 2: I mean fear and panic. People ask questions later, they
- 10:07Speaker 2: sell first. And I do think that's the risk here
- 10:09Speaker 2: is that ultimately, if the markets start to drop, if
- 10:12Speaker 2: there's a crisis, people are going to sell everything initially.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Then there'll be the bottom fissures that start to pick
- 10:17Speaker 2: things up on the cheap.
- 10:20Speaker 1: All right, So let's take a look. I want to
- 10:22Speaker 1: go to the S and P five hundred with you
- 10:24Speaker 1: real quick and in general if you look at the
- 10:27Speaker 1: S and P five hundred diamonds kind of mentioning that
- 10:29Speaker 1: this could see a bit of a return, and what
- 10:32Speaker 1: I mean by that is a major down pressure on
- 10:35Speaker 1: the S and P five hundred that obviously would have
- 10:36Speaker 1: a trickle effect into crypto and risk assets, probably putting
- 10:39Speaker 1: more strength into gold and metals and maybe a handful
- 10:43Speaker 1: of other assets. Where do you see the S and
- 10:46Speaker 1: P five hunderd going right now?
- 10:48Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 10:48Speaker 2: I do think the S ANDP is in a topping pattern.
- 10:51Speaker 2: I would call it a rounded top. You can see
- 10:53Speaker 2: that from the April lows here, which was the tear off,
- 10:56Speaker 2: the initial tearff sell off, we had this great blast
- 11:00Speaker 2: up move. It took us right to the high end
- 11:02Speaker 2: of this parallel, and just to zoom out on this again,
- 11:05Speaker 2: this parallel takes into account the COVID low, the bear
- 11:08Speaker 2: market of twenty twenty two lows on the S and P,
- 11:10Speaker 2: and the liberation sell off low here, and the parallel
- 11:13Speaker 2: then takes you up to the bull market highs of
- 11:15Speaker 2: twenty twenty one, and that's right where we hit here.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Ever since that, we've had basically retail investors levering up,
- 11:22Speaker 2: putting more leverage into the market. But notice how the
- 11:25Speaker 2: market's not able to really go up. This is where
- 11:28Speaker 2: you have institutions selling into it. So institutions are selling
- 11:32Speaker 2: into retail buying, which is what creates a rounded top.
- 11:36Speaker 2: And even if we do pop, there's so much resistance
- 11:38Speaker 2: up here. The path of least resistance inevitably is to
- 11:42Speaker 2: the downside pretty sharply. And so I ambarished the rest
- 11:45Speaker 2: of the year, at least for now, on the markets.
- 11:47Speaker 1: On the SMP. Here was your tweet. This was the
- 11:51Speaker 1: statement right here that kind of got me a little
- 11:53Speaker 1: bit sideways, and that is that bess End is saying
- 11:55Speaker 1: we are concerned. So and he has not been concerned
- 12:00Speaker 1: for what the last year really, but now all of
- 12:03Speaker 1: a sudden, he's in a position where they're actually seeing
- 12:06Speaker 1: some of the things that I think you're seeing, which
- 12:08Speaker 1: is potentially a top Do you think it is the
- 12:10Speaker 1: AI fluff right now and a lot of the software
- 12:12Speaker 1: that's been repriced, and if so, do you think any
- 12:16Speaker 1: of that comes back in twenty seven?
- 12:20Speaker 2: Yeah? So I think the biggest risk for endle listen
- 12:22Speaker 2: the software stocks. Many of them have been discounted by
- 12:25Speaker 2: forty to fifty sixty percent. In fact, I was just
- 12:27Speaker 2: talking about work Day today. Workday it's a cloud player,
- 12:30Speaker 2: and it was down since the beginning of the year
- 12:33Speaker 2: forty plus percent just since January. And so you know
- 12:36Speaker 2: you're going to get these reflex bounces at levels like
- 12:39Speaker 2: we're at. But the thing is everyone's levered up in
- 12:43Speaker 2: this AI situation. They're spending as much money, raising as
- 12:46Speaker 2: much debt to spend even more. And if you just
- 12:49Speaker 2: have a slight situation where the monetization of that spend
- 12:53Speaker 2: is pushed out one year, you will have massive bankruptcies.
- 12:56Speaker 2: And I think that's what we're starting to see and
- 12:57Speaker 2: if you look at you or me, yeah, sure, I
- 13:00Speaker 2: use Gemini, use Claude, I use you know, chat ept,
- 13:03Speaker 2: But what are we paying for that twenty dollars a month?
- 13:05Speaker 2: When does it come to the point where these companies
- 13:07Speaker 2: that are spending two hundred billion a year can monetize
- 13:11Speaker 2: it more? And if that doesn't happen for a couple
- 13:13Speaker 2: extra years, major major bankruptcies on the horizon.
- 13:17Speaker 1: All right, beyond that, let's move over to ETH, because
- 13:21Speaker 1: now you're scaring me, Gareth, you got things going over there.
- 13:24Speaker 1: I got to go something a little bit more lighthearted,
- 13:26Speaker 1: which is usually Tom Lee's Twitch Twitter stream, which is
- 13:31Speaker 1: the ETH bags are heavy. He's houlding it on man,
- 13:34Speaker 1: I love it, Nike pig there. You look at the
- 13:37Speaker 1: ETH chart right now, and of course Eth correcting well
- 13:40Speaker 1: above two thousand. Now, this is a nice move on ethereum,
- 13:44Speaker 1: But where do you place this one if Bitcoin goes
- 13:46Speaker 1: to eighty five?
- 13:48Speaker 3: Yeah? So, so like bitcoin, I'm long ETH. Here.
- 13:51Speaker 2: You could see the classic consolidation bullflaging here. It's breaking
- 13:54Speaker 2: out above the upper end. You need to see it
- 13:56Speaker 2: close above here. Today obviously we don't want to see
- 13:59Speaker 2: a pullback intro day below that line. Assuming that holds,
- 14:02Speaker 2: I do think you get that short squeeze and buying
- 14:04Speaker 2: frenzy that could take us up to this twenty six
- 14:07Speaker 2: to two about twenty eight hundred marker. Now again on
- 14:11Speaker 2: a percentage basis, that's a fantastic move just even from
- 14:14Speaker 2: today's high. We could be looking at twenty seven to
- 14:17Speaker 2: thirty five or thirty six percent upside just in the
- 14:20Speaker 2: coming week or two. And I think that's that's realistically.
- 14:23Speaker 2: What of my target is in the near turn now?
- 14:25Speaker 2: Once it gets there, Look at all this resistance. I mean,
- 14:27Speaker 2: there's gonna be a wall, like a crazy thick wall here,
- 14:30Speaker 2: not to say it can't get through, but it's good.
- 14:32Speaker 2: This is going to be the test here right at
- 14:34Speaker 2: this twenty six to twenty eight hundred marker.
- 14:36Speaker 1: All right, you give me twenty six to twenty eight.
- 14:39Speaker 1: We're sitting at an eighty five k bitcoin. We know
- 14:42Speaker 1: where we could see some retracement there on eight Where
- 14:45Speaker 1: do you think we could see retracement too? Do we
- 14:48Speaker 1: get a sub fifteen hundred eighth at some point down
- 14:50Speaker 1: the road.
- 14:52Speaker 3: That's tough.
- 14:53Speaker 2: So again, I haven't done as much in depth research
- 14:55Speaker 2: on ETH, but I will say that at least what
- 14:58Speaker 2: we see down here on the chart is that there's
- 15:00Speaker 2: a ton of major support around that fifteen hundred marker.
- 15:03Speaker 2: So I would think that if we did see Bitcoin
- 15:06Speaker 2: going sub fifty thousand, we'd have to assume eth is
- 15:09Speaker 2: probably in that same range fifteen to fourteen hundred. I
- 15:12Speaker 2: would definitely be a buyer down there, just based on that.
- 15:14Speaker 2: If we get that, that's I would look at that
- 15:16Speaker 2: as a long term.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Gift coming in. Well, listen, you got Bitwise over here
- 15:20Speaker 1: painting a new picture. It looks like a mona Lisa.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Financial markets are moving on chain. You got SEC launching
- 15:27Speaker 1: Project Crypto. Blackrock says every stock, every bond. This just
- 15:31Speaker 1: looks a little too convenient to me when I see
- 15:36Speaker 1: things like this happening right now. What's okay? Where's the
- 15:41Speaker 1: secret here behind this tweet? What am I missing here?
- 15:45Speaker 2: I don't know if you're missing anything, to be honest,
- 15:47Speaker 2: I mean I think that again, you look at Circle
- 15:49Speaker 2: had earnings this morning.
- 15:50Speaker 3: They were fantastic earnings off the charts.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I mean there's a tokenization going on here now. Again,
- 15:57Speaker 2: individually on the all coins, you don't know which ones
- 15:59Speaker 2: are going to be the winner or losers. I still
- 16:01Speaker 2: think bitcoin is the best play to bank on going forward.
- 16:04Speaker 2: But there's no doubt that tokenization and and these these
- 16:07Speaker 2: stable coins are a major part of the future of
- 16:11Speaker 2: the US and the world, and therefore it's gonna continue
- 16:13Speaker 2: to happen.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I like it, all right, We're gonna we're gonna put
- 16:16Speaker 1: you on the on the spot here between Ethereum and Solana,
- 16:21Speaker 1: because these are the two winners right now. I think
- 16:24Speaker 1: that come out of what we'll see in the short term.
- 16:26Speaker 1: You got Tom Lee over here. We know where he stands.
- 16:28Speaker 1: More signs of meaningful low in place, stopping comes consensus short,
- 16:32Speaker 1: don't worry about it. Hence the stock and rise on
- 16:34Speaker 1: bad news. He thinks that the bad news is priced in.
- 16:37Speaker 1: This of course, all goes into things that are happening around. Uh,
- 16:41Speaker 1: both Eth as well as Solana. Where would you where
- 16:45Speaker 1: would you stand right now? Eath Solana? Where's my play?
- 16:48Speaker 2: Well, just because Tom Lee's on eth, I'm gonna choose Solana.
- 16:51Speaker 2: We're gonna go on that direction here, so I'll take
- 16:54Speaker 2: that side of the of the coin. Even though honestly
- 16:56Speaker 2: they're both all coins. They probably move together. But look
- 16:58Speaker 2: at this beautiful pattern and technical analysis, this was called
- 17:01Speaker 2: a bottoming tail, which is a major reversal signal. And
- 17:04Speaker 2: I just want to point out to people is that
- 17:06Speaker 2: it's not like we should be surprised at the move today.
- 17:08Speaker 2: I know a lot of people are, but the signs
- 17:10Speaker 2: were there. I mean, when you get a bottoming tail
- 17:12Speaker 2: in a chart, as a technician, I jump up and
- 17:15Speaker 2: down and I take note of these type of signals
- 17:17Speaker 2: and it's a bullish reversal signal. And so now the
- 17:19Speaker 2: question is how high do we go? Solana, you have
- 17:22Speaker 2: upside to about the one to eleven to one twenty level.
- 17:25Speaker 2: If it can break out of that, then you're talking
- 17:27Speaker 2: about massive upside. And just from the speed side of it,
- 17:30Speaker 2: I'll take Solana.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Okay, Solana on that one, which I like. I think
- 17:35Speaker 1: this is the one that I would probably play as well. However,
- 17:39Speaker 1: you could take the alternative route on ETH and go
- 17:42Speaker 1: BM and R. This kind of just shows you right
- 17:45Speaker 1: there here sounds as much ethereum that tom Ley and
- 17:47Speaker 1: bittmin and bmin R have held, and they continue to
- 17:51Speaker 1: pile in on top of this thing. Look at that, man,
- 17:54Speaker 1: This is crazy, the amount of eth they have been
- 17:56Speaker 1: acquiring What about bmin R on this would when BM
- 18:00Speaker 1: and R.
- 18:00Speaker 3: A BUYE.
- 18:03Speaker 2: That's a good question BMNR. Here, let me just take
- 18:05Speaker 2: a look at the charts. So, I mean, the chart's
- 18:07Speaker 2: obviously popping today, no doubt about it, and it's been
- 18:10Speaker 2: in a long, long down trend.
- 18:12Speaker 3: You know.
- 18:13Speaker 2: The one thing I would say, and this is one
- 18:14Speaker 2: of the things that I've done recently with micro strategies,
- 18:17Speaker 2: is I would add up all the eth that they
- 18:19Speaker 2: own and I would buy it when it's at a discount.
- 18:22Speaker 2: So if we know what we know is that recently
- 18:25Speaker 2: on micro Strategy MSTR, when it once it got down
- 18:29Speaker 2: really below this area, it's then started to be cheaper
- 18:32Speaker 2: than the Bitcoin that they hold on their balance sheet,
- 18:34Speaker 2: right And I think that's the kicker. And so so
- 18:36Speaker 2: again I don't know, I haven't calculated it out on BMNR,
- 18:40Speaker 2: but that would be the trick is if I can
- 18:42Speaker 2: buy ETH myself cheaper than BMNR overall, then I would
- 18:46Speaker 2: do that.
- 18:46Speaker 3: If I can't, then I would go with bmn R.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Okay, all right, there you go. It is above NOV
- 18:51Speaker 1: based on where it is right now. So but it
- 18:55Speaker 1: has been obviously in a position that maybe if he
- 18:58Speaker 1: does get a run here, this could be, you know,
- 19:00Speaker 1: an alternative play if you're if you're looking at hedging
- 19:04Speaker 1: against that. Another token that we're watching right now that
- 19:08Speaker 1: had some pretty good movement was Sweet. They had some
- 19:11Speaker 1: news shipping three ETFs in under seven days, so that
- 19:14Speaker 1: was good news for them. Then you have a course
- 19:18Speaker 1: this happening, which was a meta stable coin news. Let's
- 19:21Speaker 1: remember also that a lot of the Sweet guys came
- 19:23Speaker 1: out of that project years ago off of meta speculation
- 19:29Speaker 1: around that. Where would you be right now on suite?
- 19:33Speaker 1: Would you be in a position to buy it, sell it,
- 19:37Speaker 1: or hold it?
- 19:38Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 19:39Speaker 2: I think I think so number one. I'm holding it
- 19:41Speaker 2: right now, but I would be a buyer here as well.
- 19:44Speaker 2: And again go into the chart. It's just all about
- 19:46Speaker 2: the chart. You get the reversal signal that all this
- 19:48Speaker 2: choppy sideways action based on this the bulls want to
- 19:51Speaker 2: see a breakout above this one oh three level. If
- 19:54Speaker 2: we can get a breakout above one oh three, I
- 19:56Speaker 2: actually think you can run all the way to about
- 19:58Speaker 2: a dollar thirty four to it dollar thirty five, that
- 20:01Speaker 2: will be your first big resistance zone. So again I'd
- 20:04Speaker 2: be a buyer here. Based on how low it is
- 20:06Speaker 2: on the chart with max upside. And again the beauty
- 20:08Speaker 2: of this too is think about this. If you're an
- 20:10Speaker 2: investor and you want to be aggressive, just keep your
- 20:13Speaker 2: stop below this low and so you're risking less than
- 20:17Speaker 2: the reward to that next target. And as a trader,
- 20:19Speaker 2: if you're disciplined enough, you can play it that way.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Yeah, let's talk about Avalanche. This has been another one
- 20:25Speaker 1: that has been down at the bottom for quite some time.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Many people kind of pointing to the bottom and what
- 20:32Speaker 1: it might look like fear and greed is sitting at
- 20:35Speaker 1: extreme levels. We've seen that. Now maybe we'll see a
- 20:37Speaker 1: little bit of adjustment, but a lot of people buying
- 20:39Speaker 1: Avalanche right now at its lowest point. Ever, what do
- 20:44Speaker 1: you think about avacc Is this still a token that
- 20:46Speaker 1: you would make a play on? It?
- 20:48Speaker 3: Is? It is? Yeah? So I had a position.
- 20:51Speaker 2: I did take half off the table for a little
- 20:53Speaker 2: bit of a game today, but I'm holding the remainder
- 20:56Speaker 2: as kind of like my good luck amount and I
- 20:58Speaker 2: want to see this thing first. Resistance is going to
- 21:00Speaker 2: be around eleven thirty five. That's this former pivot low.
- 21:04Speaker 2: But aside from that, the other factor I'm watching closely.
- 21:07Speaker 2: There's a trend line here, and look at this. You
- 21:09Speaker 2: actually had the breakout literally a two weeks ago right here,
- 21:13Speaker 2: and so that was the first signal that a bull
- 21:15Speaker 2: run is likely starting, even though it came lower since then,
- 21:18Speaker 2: it never took out the lows down here at this
- 21:21Speaker 2: very lowest point. And now you're getting the push. So
- 21:23Speaker 2: we got to see this thing take out this nine
- 21:25Speaker 2: eighty nine eighty five level. If it does, it should
- 21:27Speaker 2: shoot up to about eleven dollars and thirty five cents.
- 21:30Speaker 1: All right, a little softer move on avalanche. Let's jump
- 21:33Speaker 1: over to XRP. We of course many people speculating around XRP.
- 21:39Speaker 1: What could happen, especially if clarity goes through likelihood as
- 21:43Speaker 1: we'll see a lot of the market move including Ethereum, Salona,
- 21:46Speaker 1: et cetera. Where would you place XRP trading right now?
- 21:49Speaker 1: I think it's around one forty today.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Yeah, So XRP is really interesting because it was holding
- 21:54Speaker 2: this massive support line for so long and now it's broken.
- 21:58Speaker 2: So essentially what that means is it crossed over to
- 22:01Speaker 2: the weaker side. It still should reattack this level, but
- 22:04Speaker 2: as a technician, you got to see XRP. Take out
- 22:08Speaker 2: this area of the downsloping a descending trend line. You
- 22:11Speaker 2: have this former level right through here that was all
- 22:14Speaker 2: this support. Now it becomes resistance. So essentially between one
- 22:18Speaker 2: sixty and essentially one ninety five, that's going to be
- 22:21Speaker 2: resistance anywhere in there. If you can breach essentially two dollars,
- 22:25Speaker 2: that's where the big move comes in. I think you're
- 22:27Speaker 2: right the Clarity Act. You get that through, you have
- 22:29Speaker 2: a good shot of breaking through this level. Until then,
- 22:32Speaker 2: I think you have to err on the side of caution.
- 22:34Speaker 2: I think it goes up to one sixty one ninety,
- 22:36Speaker 2: but you probably take a little chips off the table
- 22:38Speaker 2: at that level.
- 22:39Speaker 1: What would what move would that be at one sixty
- 22:42Speaker 1: one to ninety from where it's trading right now.
- 22:45Speaker 2: So the low end would be about an eleven to
- 22:47Speaker 2: twelve percent move, and then all the way up to
- 22:49Speaker 2: about a thirty three percent move, And again for crypto,
- 22:51Speaker 2: we know how that works. That's like a day's move
- 22:54Speaker 2: potentially in crypto. But that's the zone where I would
- 22:56Speaker 2: still be skeptical. If it can get through two and
- 22:59Speaker 2: hold a above, that's like golden golden chants, right there
- 23:02Speaker 2: for big upside.
- 23:03Speaker 1: All right. So we do have the White House Crypto
- 23:06Speaker 1: Summit coming up on Friday. Sachs is going to be there.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Hopefully we've got a deal in play. If you look
- 23:12Speaker 1: at the poly market, it jumped above well, it's hovering
- 23:16Speaker 1: right around fifty percent right now as we record this.
- 23:19Speaker 1: In terms of clarity going through. Do you think there's
- 23:23Speaker 1: been a truce in the back room And maybe that's
- 23:26Speaker 1: some of the freedom that we've seen moving into the
- 23:29Speaker 1: market right now, because there's a lot of liquidity coming
- 23:32Speaker 1: into the market today, that's what.
- 23:35Speaker 3: So my.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Theory is that the markets are expecting and I think
- 23:41Speaker 2: rightly so, that there might be some positive movement. If
- 23:44Speaker 2: you have this conference, this crypto conference at the White
- 23:46Speaker 2: House coming up, it's very likely that could be the
- 23:49Speaker 2: spot where positive news is released, right And it's very
- 23:53Speaker 2: you mentioned there were some bigger buyers accumulating. We know
- 23:56Speaker 2: that the President tends to like to let news slip
- 23:59Speaker 2: out a little bit to and individuals, and it's very
- 24:01Speaker 2: likely that's our tea leaves or our breadcrumbs that something
- 24:04Speaker 2: is going on, that something positive will happen. And I
- 24:07Speaker 2: think the market's smart enough to sniff that out and
- 24:09Speaker 2: is probably why we're starting to see the surge today.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Remember this, though, guys, Fridays, I hate them and I
- 24:14Speaker 1: love them at the same time. Fridays is usually when
- 24:17Speaker 1: we get the bad news and when we get the
- 24:19Speaker 1: good news that accelerate into the weekends where you get
- 24:22Speaker 1: these explosive weekends that most people can't take advantage of
- 24:27Speaker 1: except for those kind of in the game. So Friday afternoon,
- 24:31Speaker 1: watch out because this crypto some may yield some very
- 24:34Speaker 1: interesting things happening. Then, Garret Salowe, Man, it is good
- 24:38Speaker 1: catching up with you. Great to have you back on
- 24:39Speaker 1: the show. Thanks for coming in.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Hey, thanks, Paul, was a pleasure and I appreciate it.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Thank you.
