  Today's topic comes to us and it's called making the right choices.

  How often do you find yourself asking, what should I do?
• 1:42
  Should I take that walk? How often do we decide what is the right choice to make?
• 1:47
  You know, in the last couple of months, I've been finding myself trying to figure
• 1:51
  out what I'm going to do with my life. What am I going to do with the next chapter in my life?
• 1:56
  Both of my children are going back into school. My daughter's going into second.
• 2:01
  Noah's going into pre-K or pre-pre-K.
• 2:04
  And I'm looking around saying, my God, what am I going to do?
• 2:09
  I've had children in my possession for six years.
• 2:14
  And in those six years, now it's come to the point where the last three years, I've had Noah with me.
• 2:23
  So now I don't know what I'm going to do. So I know that I'm going to be doing more content.
• 2:27
  I'm going to be doing more social media. I'm going to be growing our program,
• 2:31
  our platform and allowing us the opportunity to move forward.
• 2:35
  With that being said, you know, in life, we have choices that we have to make.
• 2:38
  Are you okay with the choices that you've made so far?
• 2:41
  Are you okay with the choices that you're contemplating on making?
• 2:46
  For me, a big decision was to go into ministry school, right?
• 2:49
  And trying to figure out where I was going to be and what I'm going to do with
• 2:53
  that ministry school behind, you know, in my lap or in my plate.
• 2:56
  And now that I've decided that this is what I want to do, I've decided that,
• 3:00
  you know, the next best thing for me to be is in control of my destiny,
• 3:07
  in control of my family, in control of where I want to be.
• 3:11
  And then I think about all the choices that I've made to get me to this point
• 3:15
  today, all the choices that I've made, whether they've been good,
• 3:19
  bad, ugly, even the ones that I know to this day are not even sure if I've made the right choice.
• 3:26
  But one of the things that I do put into place is the love that I have for God
• 3:31
  and what I plan on doing with the next couple of years.
• 3:36
  But you can only do that one day at a time, right? One prayer at a time.
• 3:39
  And quite often I run into people that say to me, you know, I don't know what I want to do.
• 3:43
  I don't know who I am. I don't know what I want to be.
• 3:46
  Well, start with the basics. You know, you're a child of God.
• 3:50
  God loves you. God believes in you. God trusts you. And he's never going to leave your side.
• 3:54
  So do your part in doing one random act of kindness.
• 3:58
  Allow that inner joy, that goodness that God created in us as we were brought
• 4:04
  into this world to do good and to love one another,
• 4:07
  to believe in one another, to trust another and to forgive others,
• 4:11
  even when they do things to you that you may not agree with.
• 4:14
  So when you go about your day today, I want you to try your very best to believe in yourself.
• 4:20
  I want you to try your very best to trust in your judgment, in your gut and
• 4:26
  react and your reactions that you have. Be patient.
• 4:30
  Be courteous. Be kind. Learn.
• 4:34
  To have patience, man, to have patience in prayer and to be patient.
• 4:38
  And always remember that even though prayers may not get answered today,
• 4:42
  one way or another, they get answered.
• 4:43
  And when they do, you sit back and say, hmm, he does have a sense of humor after all.
