- 0:40Speaker 1: Good morning, how are you.
- 0:41Speaker 5: I'm good. I'm good. I'm tired, and I just can't
- 0:43Speaker 5: get into a rhythm. You know, I've had the house
- 0:45Speaker 5: to myself all week, pretty raging lately.
- 0:49Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 0:49Speaker 5: No, I just had so much going on at work
- 0:51Speaker 5: this week, like unbelievable, like extra stuff on extra stuff,
- 0:55Speaker 5: but like no one's at home, and I just can't
- 0:57Speaker 5: get into a rhythm. Yesterday I got home and I
- 0:59Speaker 5: got a someone DM me and was like, hey, you
- 1:01Speaker 5: gotta watch.
- 1:02Speaker 4: This Netflix documentary.
- 1:03Speaker 5: So I'm like, you know, on microplastics, Like I love documentaries,
- 1:06Speaker 5: Like I know, it's so nerdy. I like like food
- 1:10Speaker 5: documentaries and like, you know, health documentaries and all that stuff.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Of course, turn the thing on.
- 1:15Speaker 5: I'm like they're showing the opening, you know, title whatever,
- 1:18Speaker 5: They're kind of introing you.
- 1:20Speaker 4: Yeah, wake up credits.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Yeah, so I have no idea. Thank you to Sarah
- 1:27Speaker 5: for letting me know about this documentary. I did I
- 1:30Speaker 5: technically watch it maybe maybe subconsciously, Yeah, maybe subconsciously.
- 1:35Speaker 4: So I think I'm gonna try again.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Yeah, that's our problem, tho. When you get up at
- 1:38Speaker 1: like three thirty in the morning, you can't watch movies.
- 1:41Speaker 7: No.
- 1:41Speaker 5: I thought I'm gonna push through so that I can
- 1:43Speaker 5: go to bed, and I'll be tired when it's bedtime
- 1:45Speaker 5: and I just can't get into a rhythm.
- 1:47Speaker 1: So no, and you make weird decisions at least I do.
- 1:51Speaker 1: I don't talk about that coming up. I made a
- 1:52Speaker 1: weird decision last night. Oh man, half asleep, Just a
- 1:56Speaker 1: stupid decision.
- 1:58Speaker 5: And someone you weren't supposed to How dido?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Anyway, y'all get to it. Poo, how are you? I
- 2:06Speaker 1: want to say? What's up to? Uh?
- 2:07Speaker 2: This company in Carrollton, excuse me. I went by there yesterday.
- 2:11Speaker 2: It's called Design Co. They made our on air sign outside.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, thank you for making our on air sign.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Your on airline looks great. Yeah, it's so professional. It's
- 2:24Speaker 1: on right now. That way people don't walk in. There's
- 2:26Speaker 1: on air like, people don't just budge barge their way in.
- 2:28Speaker 1: He exactly, Well, but.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Vivian, Miss Hayn and Eric Walker they're the owners or whatever.
- 2:35Speaker 1: And Eric, he listens to the show. He was talking
- 2:37Speaker 1: to me.
- 2:38Speaker 2: He goes, hey, man, I gotta ask you something. He's
- 2:40Speaker 2: about six four country dude. He goes, I gotta ask
- 2:43Speaker 2: you something. I gotta agree with Billy. Oh really, why
- 2:46Speaker 2: why the hell do you have two chargers?
- 2:48Speaker 1: Brother? I was like, Eric, I can't have two charges, goes.
- 2:55Speaker 1: The jury's out on that, dude, I don't think so
- 2:57Speaker 1: he goes, I like that. He goes, I think you're
- 2:59Speaker 1: hiding some I think. I was like, no, I'm not anything.
- 3:03Speaker 2: But they had these led displays that was like from
- 3:06Speaker 2: wall to wall, and I'm telling you it was so
- 3:09Speaker 2: crystal clear. Canda, I could they put up Taylor Swiss concert.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I could see like acne on people's uh face. That's
- 3:19Speaker 2: that's awesome. Yeah, it was awesome. So I just wanted
- 3:21Speaker 2: to tell them what's up.
- 3:22Speaker 1: First of all, thank you for listening. We appreciate that.
- 3:24Speaker 1: And Eric, you're right, it is shady that he has
- 3:26Speaker 1: two charges. I mean, people always hit me up about that. Yeah,
- 3:30Speaker 1: it's the most randoms thing people will reach out there like. Yea,
- 3:32Speaker 1: it is shady that poo has two chargers.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Most people barely have one.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's got the one We got on two
- 3:37Speaker 1: night stands. One night stand one charger, the other nightstand
- 3:41Speaker 1: the other charger that leads me to believe there's someone
- 3:45Speaker 1: in the picture. But Pooh says no. Sometimes he just
- 3:47Speaker 1: rolls around to each side. Yeah, exactly, and then charges
- 3:50Speaker 1: his phone randomly on the other side.
- 3:52Speaker 2: It would be suspect if one side was like Android
- 3:55Speaker 2: and the other side was iPhone, then I could understand.
- 3:57Speaker 1: It all saying so, but you wouldn't date anybody with
- 4:01Speaker 1: a green bubble I he in the past. Oh, why no,
- 4:07Speaker 1: I'm just kidding. I love my Android, my Android people.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Okay, So I did something stupid, h and I was
- 4:14Speaker 1: hoping that it didn't go through this morning, so I
- 4:17Speaker 1: checked half asleep. Oh my god, I bought the most
- 4:20Speaker 1: ridiculous thing anybody want to try to guess what I
- 4:23Speaker 1: bought last night online at about I don't even know.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Eleven o'clock at night when I should have been sleep.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Oh okay, I went down a rabbit hole bought something
- 4:32Speaker 1: and instantly regretted it. Woke up kind of like you
- 4:35Speaker 1: with the credits on Kids. But I woke up saying
- 4:38Speaker 1: did it go through? Because I couldn't remember if I
- 4:39Speaker 1: hit check out and confirm or submit.
- 4:42Speaker 5: You bought water skis for this summer.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Oh no, but that's a good idea. I bought a
- 4:48Speaker 1: dinosaur tooth. Why?
- 4:52Speaker 5: Why? And where?
- 4:53Speaker 1: Let go right? I bought a raptor tooth what? Okay?
- 4:59Speaker 1: I don't no, because I started thinking about how I
- 5:02Speaker 1: want a shark teeth hunt and I love doing that.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Yeah, And Sherman is there where you go, believe it
- 5:06Speaker 5: or not.
- 5:07Speaker 1: In Sherman, you can go shark teeth hunting for prehistoric
- 5:10Speaker 1: sharks because there used to be an ocean all the
- 5:13Speaker 1: way up here back in the day and they still
- 5:15Speaker 1: have shark teeth. And my son and I we do
- 5:17Speaker 1: it all the time in Sherman. It's such a fun
- 5:19Speaker 1: thing to do. I'm like, I want to do that again,
- 5:22Speaker 1: And then somehow I'm like, man, I wish I could
- 5:23Speaker 1: find a dinosaur tooth, and then I googled dinosaur tooth
- 5:27Speaker 1: and this place popped up called mini Museum dot com
- 5:31Speaker 1: and they had a raptor tooth for sale.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Okay, tell me how much you paid, because I'm looking
- 5:35Speaker 5: on Etsy right now and they have them on Raptor
- 5:38Speaker 5: Tooth Fossil. They do, yeah, and they're.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Like in a little I don't want to say how
- 5:41Speaker 1: much I paid.
- 5:43Speaker 5: Okay, well, these are one hundred and eighteen dollars. Did
- 5:45Speaker 5: you pay more or less?
- 5:47Speaker 3: Really?
- 5:47Speaker 1: All right? We got Texas top stalls, top stories on
- 5:51Speaker 1: the tents with Billy's the Kid.
- 5:52Speaker 7: In the Morning only on the new Mix one two
- 5:55Speaker 7: point nine.
- 5:56Speaker 1: We got so much going on, a chance to see
- 5:57Speaker 1: Harry Styles on the forties every hour. So six forty
- 6:00Speaker 1: your next shot at this trip plus dirty little secret
- 6:03Speaker 1: at seven point thirty, I might give away a raptor
- 6:06Speaker 1: tooth today.
- 6:08Speaker 4: It's gotta come in the mail first.
- 6:10Speaker 1: I know just what a dumb decision. You bought stupid
- 6:12Speaker 1: stuff before, though, Cannis.
- 6:13Speaker 5: I mean I did buy a waffle maker during the
- 6:15Speaker 5: Super Bowl one year.
- 6:18Speaker 1: That was pretty stupid, taxically not stupid.
- 6:20Speaker 5: Yeah, well, you know, we were having a good time
- 6:22Speaker 5: and we're like somebody was like, we want waffles. I
- 6:24Speaker 5: was like, I'm a waffle maker. Ordered an Amazon.
- 6:26Speaker 4: It came during the Super Bowl.
- 6:27Speaker 5: Literally, Wow, within like an hour and a half.
- 6:30Speaker 1: That's actually impressive. Yeah it is. Yesterday was National Waffle
- 6:33Speaker 1: Day too, and you talk about this.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't know.
- 6:36Speaker 1: But you're a pancake girl? Is year?
- 6:37Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 6:38Speaker 4: I mean I'm both, but pancakes are number one.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm a waffle guy. I take a waffle over
- 6:41Speaker 1: a pancake.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Wow.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Really sure? Anyways, one doesn't matter.
- 6:45Speaker 4: That's what's going on, doesn't.
- 6:47Speaker 5: It, guys. North Park Center was evacuated yesterday afternoon after.
- 6:51Speaker 4: A security incident.
- 6:52Speaker 5: A spokesperson for the mall said they received a threat
- 6:55Speaker 5: and evacuated out of an abundance of caution that was
- 6:58Speaker 5: around at twelve thirty. Dallas Police did a sweep of
- 7:02Speaker 5: the property and found no threat, but did confirm a
- 7:05Speaker 5: fire alarm was activated. The mall reopened around three point fifteen.
- 7:09Speaker 5: They haven't released any details about the nature of that
- 7:12Speaker 5: security threat. I had some friends who were at the
- 7:14Speaker 5: mall at that time posted, well, I guess we're across
- 7:16Speaker 5: the street having drinks now, waiting to go back in.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I know, I was online. I saw a bunch of
- 7:20Speaker 1: my friends that were leaving. They're like, well, I don't
- 7:23Speaker 1: know what's going on. It was a helicopter, yeah, circling
- 7:26Speaker 1: at North Park. And then finally it came out that
- 7:28Speaker 1: it was, you know, a bomb threat. Thank god that
- 7:30Speaker 1: you do an abundance of caution. Yeah, I know it's
- 7:33Speaker 1: annoying sometimes and you have that happen to you because
- 7:35Speaker 1: I've been at a place where there's been a threat.
- 7:37Speaker 1: You have to leave. But what if it wasn't no,
- 7:41Speaker 1: just a threat, and what if it was real? You'd
- 7:44Speaker 1: much rather an abundance of caution.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Yeah, I remember those happening in high school. That was
- 7:48Speaker 5: when we were starting to get those back in the day.
- 7:50Speaker 5: We'd all have to go to the field or whatever.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Who was that guy? It was that guy they probably
- 7:55Speaker 1: called in a.
- 7:55Speaker 5: Fake to get out of a semester exam. So I
- 7:59Speaker 5: still have to the start is yeah, guys. Exciting news.
- 8:04Speaker 5: Baseball is back. Today. The Rangers kick off their season
- 8:07Speaker 5: in Philadelphia. This will be the first time the Rangers
- 8:10Speaker 5: play against our former right fielder Adoley Scarcia. Garcia says
- 8:15Speaker 5: he's looking forward to it. The first pitch is at
- 8:17Speaker 5: three fifteen. You can watch on the Rangers Sports Network.
- 8:20Speaker 5: But Nathan Evaldi's going to start at pitcher. But the Rangers'
- 8:23Speaker 5: home opener is until next Friday, April third, So it's
- 8:26Speaker 5: weird that baseball is starting and we don't get our
- 8:29Speaker 5: first game here until April.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Well.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I meant to ask you because you had your Rangers
- 8:32Speaker 1: jersey on the other day.
- 8:33Speaker 5: I did. Yeah, I was just very excited. They had
- 8:34Speaker 5: a preseason game, the last one. Yeah, and it was here,
- 8:38Speaker 5: So I don't know.
- 8:39Speaker 4: I was just I was excited.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I know. I'm meant to ask you if you went,
- 8:41Speaker 1: because I'm like, is she going to the game? No?
- 8:44Speaker 5: No, I didn't, but I'm hoping good for you. Yeah,
- 8:46Speaker 5: I'm hoping to get tickets next Friday. I've never been
- 8:49Speaker 5: to opening Day.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Did you haven't?
- 8:50Speaker 7: Now?
- 8:51Speaker 1: Oh gosh, it's fun, I bet. But did you see
- 8:54Speaker 1: what the Rangers are giving away. They're giving away the
- 8:55Speaker 1: Nolan Ryan shirt this year.
- 8:56Speaker 5: Yes, they're theme nights this season on point.
- 9:00Speaker 1: And then Nolan Ryan shirt is from when he got
- 9:01Speaker 1: in the fight and there was blood on his jersey, right,
- 9:04Speaker 1: and they have like it looks like there's blood on
- 9:06Speaker 1: this shirt. Yeah, I want that so bad.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, well maybe we could figure that out.
- 9:11Speaker 1: That we'll find out. But yeah, their theme nights are
- 9:13Speaker 1: next level this year.
- 9:14Speaker 5: They are, guys, don't forget too. The iHeartRadio Music Awards
- 9:17Speaker 5: are tonight. Ludacris is gonna host, perform, and get the
- 9:20Speaker 5: Landmark Award. Taylor Swift is making a special appearance. She
- 9:24Speaker 5: leads the nominations with nine. Alex Warren, Sabrina Carpenter and
- 9:28Speaker 5: Bad Bunny are all right behind her with eight.
- 9:30Speaker 4: But there's gonna be some.
- 9:31Speaker 5: Good performances Lady Wilson, Alex Warren, and then there's that
- 9:35Speaker 5: big moment with TLC Salt and Peppa and en Vogue.
- 9:38Speaker 5: They'll performed together for the first time. You know, they're
- 9:41Speaker 5: going out on the road together later this year. But
- 9:44Speaker 5: you can hear the show on the iHeartRadio app or
- 9:46Speaker 5: watch it.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Tonight on Fox four.
- 9:49Speaker 5: But I would love to see those three.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Gosh, that's gonna be so good. I love a good
- 9:53Speaker 1: throwback show. Oh yeah, a throwback group or whatever. And
- 9:56Speaker 1: I love Sabrina Carpenter. The award is gonna be good.
- 9:58Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, watch it tonight.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Guys, did you see shack in trouble.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, you about that, because these screenshots went viral
- 10:08Speaker 5: of an alleged conbo between the two of them, right,
- 10:11Speaker 5: Shaq saying that these are fake, he's saying he has
- 10:14Speaker 5: way more game than that. Most of the messages are
- 10:18Speaker 5: not safe for work, not safe for radio.
- 10:20Speaker 1: I don't think he would do this. Talking about the
- 10:22Speaker 1: d ms that he sent allegedly to Sabrina Carpenter, right,
- 10:25Speaker 1: I also wouldn't put it past him. Yeah, I mean,
- 10:28Speaker 1: I'm not saying he's I don't think they would be
- 10:31Speaker 1: that inappropriate.
- 10:32Speaker 5: Okay, did you read the one about the cologne bottle?
- 10:36Speaker 1: No?
- 10:37Speaker 5: Can we say that on their I mean it's not
- 10:40Speaker 5: like explicit, it's just kind of gross and do it?
- 10:42Speaker 4: Okay.
- 10:44Speaker 5: One of them says I would keep your farts in
- 10:45Speaker 5: a cologne bottle and spray it on me every day.
- 10:49Speaker 1: I just don't. Okay, never mind.
- 10:54Speaker 5: What, yeah you should, what's here? But some fart on
- 11:01Speaker 5: the radio is just weird, like I tend to say,
- 11:03Speaker 5: too soft, I tend to say to Okay, Yeah, anyways,
- 11:08Speaker 5: I'm canna selofanes.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Those are.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Can we do some really fake news? Let's go. I'm
- 11:13Speaker 1: gonna give you three headlines, gonna tell me which one
- 11:15Speaker 1: is the fake story? Okay, who won yesterday? Candice?
- 11:20Speaker 5: That's right.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Why don't even ask, Ohdline number one, It's just a
- 11:24Speaker 1: fun way to talk about some ridiculous stuff in the news.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Headline one, Sharks near the Bahamas found with caffeine and
- 11:31Speaker 1: cocaine in their blood. Wow, Sharks near Bahamas found with
- 11:35Speaker 1: caffeine and cocaine in their blood. Headline number two. Serial
- 11:41Speaker 1: flasher on the loose in Fort Worth. Serial flasher on
- 11:47Speaker 1: the loose in fort Worth. Headline number three. Model accused
- 11:51Speaker 1: of meeting men online and then burglarizing their homes. Oh model,
- 11:57Speaker 1: model accused of meeting men online and then burglarising their homes. Okay,
- 12:03Speaker 1: three headlines right there. You gotta tell me which one
- 12:05Speaker 1: is the fake story. I think it made it pretty
- 12:07Speaker 1: tough today.
- 12:07Speaker 5: Yeah, it is tough, Candace.
- 12:09Speaker 1: You want to go first? Would you like to pass
- 12:11Speaker 1: it too?
- 12:13Speaker 5: I think I know which one it is, but I'm
- 12:14Speaker 5: gonna pass it to the poo poo today.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Okay. Okay? Being nice, Yeah, trying to let them win
- 12:19Speaker 1: is what you're doing. Wow.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Okay, go ahead, let's go with that second story, the
- 12:25Speaker 2: serial flasher in fort Worth.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Okay, you don't think that's real? Nah? Okay, Cereal Flasher
- 12:30Speaker 1: and fort Worth. You want to lock that in? Yeah,
- 12:31Speaker 1: lock me in, Lock it in, lock it okay, Candas Lopez.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Which one do you think is the fake story?
- 12:38Speaker 5: That was gonna be my guest too, So lock me
- 12:40Speaker 5: in for.
- 12:41Speaker 4: That third story, the model story.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, you don't think there's a model out there
- 12:45Speaker 1: burglarising rich Bill.
- 12:47Speaker 5: I mean it could happen for sure.
- 12:48Speaker 1: All right, let's lock it in, and the winner today
- 12:52Speaker 1: is producer Pooh. Yes, he rarely happens, but when it does,
- 13:03Speaker 1: he celebrates. Yeah, serial flasher story is not true. I
- 13:10Speaker 1: made that up kind of, but I was inspired by
- 13:13Speaker 1: a real story. Uh oh, because that happened to me yesterday.
- 13:17Speaker 1: I'm gonna talk about it coming up next. Oh just wait,
- 13:21Speaker 1: just wait, Okay, let's get to the real stories. I
- 13:23Speaker 1: know the kind of stuff that happens to me in
- 13:25Speaker 1: my life. I just need cameras around me twenty four
- 13:27Speaker 1: hours a day so you can experience the ridiculousness that
- 13:31Speaker 1: is my life. All right, model accused of meeting men
- 13:34Speaker 1: online and then burglarizing their homes. That's a real story.
- 13:37Speaker 1: It's an la model. Her name is Adva Lavvy. She's
- 13:40Speaker 1: also called mea Ventura. She has two names. She had
- 13:45Speaker 1: been ordered to stand trial on six felony charges after
- 13:47Speaker 1: a preliminary hearing this week. Prosecutors say she used dating
- 13:50Speaker 1: apps to build relationships with very wealthy men and women
- 13:55Speaker 1: across Los Angeles, and then she used the access to
- 13:58Speaker 1: steal cash, credit cards, into designer items from their homes.
- 14:01Speaker 5: Wow.
- 14:02Speaker 1: The charges include two counts of identity theft and grand theft,
- 14:05Speaker 1: plus two counts of residential burglary. She pleaded not guilty
- 14:09Speaker 1: on all charges and is out of custody on the loose.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Either way, that's what she's doing, and she's done it
- 14:14Speaker 1: to a lot of people out there.
- 14:15Speaker 5: Wow.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Happened to a friend of mine. Really, yep, stole his
- 14:19Speaker 1: rolex huh at a hotel. Yeah, some girl, some girl
- 14:23Speaker 1: he met, and you know, things happened, And I'm like
- 14:27Speaker 1: you dummy, Wow, hotel, lobby bar. They go back to
- 14:30Speaker 1: the room, he wakes up, she's gone and so is
- 14:33Speaker 1: his rolex.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Wow.
- 14:36Speaker 1: See you either way, Pooh was very upset, all right.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Sharks near Bahamas found with caffeine and cocaine in their
- 14:47Speaker 1: blood is a real story. A new scientific study has
- 14:50Speaker 1: found that sharks swimming near the Bahamas have drugs in
- 14:53Speaker 1: their blood, not just trace amounts either. A lot researchers
- 14:59Speaker 1: from this university to analyze blood samples from eighty five
- 15:02Speaker 1: sharks near the Bahamas and certain islands around the Bahamas
- 15:05Speaker 1: and found that nearly one third tested positive for at
- 15:09Speaker 1: least one substance, including caffeine, the painkiller aceta, metapin, and
- 15:15Speaker 1: anti inflammatory drug. I don't know the name of that one,
- 15:18Speaker 1: but it's a big game. And in two cases they
- 15:21Speaker 1: found cocaine in the sharks system. So the scary part
- 15:25Speaker 1: is is they think that what's happening is the water
- 15:28Speaker 1: is so contaminated in our world around these areas that
- 15:32Speaker 1: the sharks are just getting the drugs in their system
- 15:35Speaker 1: from as from our waste. Yeah, so what do you
- 15:38Speaker 1: think has happening to us?
- 15:39Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 15:40Speaker 1: You know, I mean, don't go down that rabbit hole, right,
- 15:43Speaker 1: So you think if I go in to Lake Lewis Fille,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna be tested positive for cocaine something I think,
- 15:49Speaker 1: So it makes one on two point nine and biling
- 15:52Speaker 1: a kid, Candice Lopez is your producer who is here
- 15:55Speaker 1: and I have the weirdest life ever. I've been known
- 15:58Speaker 1: for years to have weird things happen to me. You
- 16:00Speaker 1: can't can attest. Yeah, you know, it's just something about
- 16:03Speaker 1: my luck. I don't know who knows too. Of course,
- 16:05Speaker 1: you seems.
- 16:06Speaker 5: To be in the right place at the wrong time.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I also say the wrong place at the wrong time,
- 16:11Speaker 1: not the right place. I just have weird things happened
- 16:13Speaker 1: to me. Yesterday was no exception. So yesterday I'm going
- 16:17Speaker 1: to see my mom. She's in the hospital. She's at Baylor,
- 16:20Speaker 1: Scott and White. It's in Plano right here, right, So
- 16:22Speaker 1: I'm like, well, let me go over there. And I'm
- 16:24Speaker 1: like kind of racing over there, and for whatever reason,
- 16:27Speaker 1: I went past the main entrance or where I was
- 16:29Speaker 1: supposed to park, so I did a loop tie loop
- 16:32Speaker 1: and I had to kind of turn into a park
- 16:34Speaker 1: and we're in Plano. Y, It's not like I'm in
- 16:36Speaker 1: some crazy place, although Plano's getting crazy. Oh yeah, I
- 16:41Speaker 1: don't know. Over by here, because this is like right
- 16:43Speaker 1: by George Bush and you know, Preston area. And I
- 16:47Speaker 1: go to turn around on this random parking lot and
- 16:49Speaker 1: I see a guy standing like kind of by a dumpster,
- 16:52Speaker 1: and I don't know what his deal is. There's not
- 16:54Speaker 1: many people in this parking lot, so I'm like, whatever,
- 16:56Speaker 1: So I have to go to where he's at to
- 16:58Speaker 1: turn around to get enough to turn around. Well, as
- 17:01Speaker 1: I'm going to turn around, he turns around and his
- 17:05Speaker 1: pants are down.
- 17:07Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Why his pants are just down?
- 17:10Speaker 5: Wow?
- 17:11Speaker 1: Just everything in the wind? Oh, there it is. But
- 17:15Speaker 1: I'm like, and of course we lock eyes, which is awkward.
- 17:20Speaker 1: You're lock eyes with a man with his pants down.
- 17:23Speaker 1: It's not fun. It's intimidating. And I was like why why?
- 17:28Speaker 1: And then I just kept going. And this is the
- 17:30Speaker 1: I maybe the fourth or fifth time I've seen somebody
- 17:33Speaker 1: naked in public. I don't want to see naked people anymore. Yeah,
- 17:37Speaker 1: I don't know if this guy had some kind of
- 17:39Speaker 1: issue or if he was I'm assuming he.
- 17:42Speaker 4: Did, right, I mean you would think.
- 17:44Speaker 1: I guess. I mean, I don't know why. It wasn't
- 17:47Speaker 1: like I caught him in the middle of going to
- 17:48Speaker 1: the bathroom. He was just like I don't know, he
- 17:50Speaker 1: just but he looked he didn't look disheveled and kind
- 17:53Speaker 1: of out of it. He was just pants down, pants down,
- 17:56Speaker 1: party and plan out and like three o'clock in the
- 18:00Speaker 1: afternoon or whatever. It was just so weird. And like
- 18:03Speaker 1: I said, remember I saw a naked guy in downtown
- 18:06Speaker 1: down sitting on the side of the road, just naked.
- 18:08Speaker 1: I don't even call the police anymore. I just waved
- 18:12Speaker 1: to him. Yeah, kept going, yeah, I must turn around
- 18:15Speaker 1: and be like, dude, you need anything, you need some pants?
- 18:18Speaker 1: Now he had pants on, he just wasn't wearing him
- 18:21Speaker 1: the right way anyway. Who have you accidentally seen naked?
- 18:26Speaker 1: Have you accidentally seen somebody naked before? Poo said he has?
- 18:29Speaker 2: Yeah, did in my apartments. It was a long It
- 18:32Speaker 2: was a couple of years ago when I first moved
- 18:34Speaker 2: in there. Because I'm on the third floor and this
- 18:36Speaker 2: guy was on the second floor.
- 18:37Speaker 1: And I came home late at night.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Wait, yeah, I came home late at night and I
- 18:42Speaker 2: walked out on my patio. He's no, no, it was
- 18:49Speaker 2: like four o'clock in the boy I gave me out
- 18:51Speaker 2: my patio.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I looked down. He's butt naked, smoking, just on his balcony.
- 18:55Speaker 1: On his balcony, he's covered.
- 18:57Speaker 2: You know his balcon those things that Vinyl covers, It
- 19:00Speaker 2: covers the balcony. So if you're down on the ground
- 19:02Speaker 2: you can't see, but I saw. I was like, oh yeah,
- 19:05Speaker 2: of course when you lock eyes, I was like, oh,
- 19:08Speaker 2: I just darted back in my apartment.
- 19:11Speaker 1: And it's almost like a standoff because you're to be like,
- 19:14Speaker 1: I'm not gonna leave because I saw your stiff who
- 19:18Speaker 1: I lived here too. I would see that all the
- 19:21Speaker 1: time when I lived in New York, because you can
- 19:22Speaker 1: see your neighbors like they were right across from me
- 19:25Speaker 1: because the building was like, you know, squared around and
- 19:28Speaker 1: there was a court. And I would see naked people
- 19:30Speaker 1: in their apartments all the time, really all the time. Wow,
- 19:33Speaker 1: didn't even close their curtains. They didn't care. I was like,
- 19:36Speaker 1: weird to me anyway, Okay, oh, Terry, you saw somebody naked, Terry, we're.
- 19:40Speaker 6: At When me and my wife worked at Waterburgers.
- 19:45Speaker 5: Naked No, not.
- 19:46Speaker 1: The Texas Institution. What happened, I don't know.
- 19:52Speaker 6: Just every time when I worked the drive through shift,
- 19:54Speaker 6: a random woman come up and swast me, or drunk
- 19:57Speaker 6: guys come up and move my wife or me.
- 20:00Speaker 1: What for free food?
- 20:02Speaker 8: For free food?
- 20:03Speaker 6: Just wanted to do it.
- 20:04Speaker 1: I mean, listen, I'm not saying I'm I'm below doing
- 20:08Speaker 1: that for a honey butter biscuits. Number two would cheese buddy.
- 20:14Speaker 1: So people literally come through the drive through naked sometimes.
- 20:18Speaker 6: A few times.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Wow, wow, who's doing that? But then again I I
- 20:25Speaker 1: can picture it. I mean we had that one guy
- 20:27Speaker 1: call up. There's a guy called up Terry and he
- 20:30Speaker 1: was obsessed. His dirty little secret was he would get
- 20:32Speaker 1: in his car naked and just drive around. He would, yeah, exactly,
- 20:38Speaker 1: and nobody knew he was naked because he obviously can't see.
- 20:41Speaker 1: But he would get a thrill out of that. He
- 20:42Speaker 1: thought it was fun. And I'm like, dude, weird, youet weird.
- 20:47Speaker 3: I hope he didn't have Yeah, you don't.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Want to know you guys stick to him? Oh yes,
- 20:59Speaker 1: especially the yeah the anytime, like do you ever have
- 21:01Speaker 1: a piece of your skin touched the seat belt buckle
- 21:03Speaker 1: in the summer? Scalding scalding hot? So when they come through,
- 21:08Speaker 1: they just flash you and they take off or what
- 21:10Speaker 1: do you say, flash me for a number two? Or
- 21:13Speaker 1: what do you do?
- 21:14Speaker 6: I'm just there, you know, and they know they have
- 21:18Speaker 6: a good day and they're like hey, I'm like yes,
- 21:20Speaker 6: and they say, oh wow.
- 21:24Speaker 5: Free food.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Just put your clothes.
- 21:26Speaker 6: On, you know, what's bad with the managers across the restaurant?
- 21:33Speaker 6: And he's going, don't.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Is it men or women? Are both?
- 21:40Speaker 6: Women were the you know flashers. Men were the mooners.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you call it when somebody's doing the
- 21:46Speaker 1: front if it's not a.
- 21:47Speaker 9: Moon Oh lord, I never thought about that.
- 21:51Speaker 1: I don't want to know about that. Jail. Well, thank you, Terry.
- 21:56Speaker 1: We appreciate you calling. You have a you have a
- 21:58Speaker 1: great day.
- 21:59Speaker 6: Okay, Hey, hey, Billy, Yeah, today is my daughter's fourteenth birthday.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Oh, happy birthday. What's your name? Thanks?
- 22:07Speaker 3: Right here.
- 22:07Speaker 6: If you want to say happy birthday, I do.
- 22:08Speaker 1: What's your name? Put her on the phone. Her name
- 22:11Speaker 1: is Sabrina, Sabrina God, that's okay, Sabrina, Happy birthday. And
- 22:15Speaker 1: my life advice is stay away from all men whose
- 22:18Speaker 1: names start with the letter A between Z.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:21Speaker 1: There you go. Okay, you stay away from all those
- 22:25Speaker 1: guys and you'll be fine in life, and stay away
- 22:29Speaker 1: from the Waterburger. Drive through Past Midnight's.
- 22:34Speaker 8: Tough Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid in the.
- 22:36Speaker 7: Morning only on the New Mix one two point nine.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I got a chance to see Harry Styles coming up
- 22:41Speaker 1: a trip on us make it happen. We'll do that
- 22:43Speaker 1: at seven forty. Right before that, we got dirty little secret,
- 22:45Speaker 1: So make sure you hang out. Canice what's going on?
- 22:48Speaker 7: Well.
- 22:48Speaker 5: TSA workers from DFW Airport and love Field are being
- 22:52Speaker 5: sent to Houston to help with long lines and staffing
- 22:54Speaker 5: shortages as the partial government shutdown continues. We've had relatively
- 23:00Speaker 5: normal security lines here in the Metroplex, but TSA workers
- 23:04Speaker 5: are about to miss their third paycheck tomorrow. So you're
- 23:06Speaker 5: seeing lines out the door at other airports as workers
- 23:10Speaker 5: continue to call.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Out sick or just quit their jobs.
- 23:13Speaker 5: At this point, I know Houston's a Bush Intercontinental Airport.
- 23:16Speaker 5: They've been a mess. Lines have been four hours long there.
- 23:20Speaker 5: They're saying, we have the longest wait times in TSA history.
- 23:24Speaker 5: We're also on the verge of smaller airports just closing
- 23:26Speaker 5: down because they just can't function.
- 23:28Speaker 1: That's scary. Yeah, And people are like, well, this is
- 23:31Speaker 1: all a media line because I'm at the airport right now,
- 23:34Speaker 1: there's no lines. Well, it's some airports there's no lines, right.
- 23:37Speaker 5: Different management operates differently in different policies for workers, just
- 23:41Speaker 5: different in different places. But yeah, this is unprecedented, they're saying,
- 23:45Speaker 5: and as we get closer to the World Cup, which
- 23:47Speaker 5: starts in less than eighty days, airports are going to
- 23:50Speaker 5: be severely understaff. They're saying ten million extra air travelers
- 23:53Speaker 5: are expected during the World Cup.
- 23:55Speaker 1: We have got to figure that out, and we also
- 23:57Speaker 1: have to pay people who are working. Yes, I come on.
- 24:00Speaker 5: One hundred percent. I feel so bad for these guys. Guys,
- 24:04Speaker 5: there's a new report on a trend that's starting. It
- 24:07Speaker 5: says sixty five percent of people say they would rather
- 24:10Speaker 5: take engagement trips than by engagement rings. So some people
- 24:15Speaker 5: are calling this an engagement moon. But the thought here
- 24:19Speaker 5: is just that, you know, rings are a financial burden.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Yeah, tell me about about three of them. Oh man,
- 24:26Speaker 1: that was my out loud voice. It was Yeah.
- 24:28Speaker 5: On average, though, people think an engagement ring should cost
- 24:31Speaker 5: around ten thousand dollars. So people are like, let's take
- 24:34Speaker 5: a trip.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Yeah, why not?
- 24:36Speaker 5: Which traveling is expensive too, but you have.
- 24:38Speaker 1: To have something. Most women are not gonna be like,
- 24:39Speaker 1: oh I don't care if I have a ring at all. Right,
- 24:41Speaker 1: They're gonna want something. They just don't want a trip.
- 24:43Speaker 5: Yeah, I would think so for sure. I don't know
- 24:45Speaker 5: anyone who's done this yet. But I know, you know,
- 24:48Speaker 5: travel online just seems to be a big deal. But
- 24:50Speaker 5: now with travel being such a mess, like I was
- 24:52Speaker 5: just talking about, I don't know if people are going
- 24:54Speaker 5: to continue that trend.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Maybe it's just a compromise, a compromise of a cheaper ring.
- 24:58Speaker 5: And yeah, yeah, I like that. I like that. I
- 25:01Speaker 5: was gonna message you about this yesterday. We were sending
- 25:04Speaker 5: memes a little bit, but I knew you were busy.
- 25:05Speaker 5: Did you see the first trailer for the Laguna Beach
- 25:08Speaker 5: Reunion that they came out?
- 25:10Speaker 1: Yes, I got so excited.
- 25:12Speaker 5: Me too. So they basically recreated the show's opening credits,
- 25:16Speaker 5: you know, with the Hillary Duff song. There's a Now
- 25:19Speaker 5: and Then comparison, which you know was a lot of
- 25:22Speaker 5: these kids, you know, they were in high school that
- 25:24Speaker 5: was when the show started. Now they're grown. But it's
- 25:26Speaker 5: weird to see like Steven in high school and then
- 25:29Speaker 5: Steven as a grown up because they were recruited for
- 25:32Speaker 5: the show back in two thousand and four.
- 25:34Speaker 4: But if you were a.
- 25:35Speaker 5: Fan of the show, this looks so good. They do
- 25:37Speaker 5: sit down interviews. Everything seems to be chill. We see
- 25:40Speaker 5: some of them, you know, crying in a few moments
- 25:43Speaker 5: just kind of reflecting, but they are also going to
- 25:46Speaker 5: do reactions to some of the most iconic episodes, and
- 25:49Speaker 5: then they go back to the beach and have a bonfire.
- 25:51Speaker 1: I love that.
- 25:52Speaker 4: Yes, and me too.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I mean, we're going to watch when is it again?
- 25:55Speaker 5: It's gonna premiere April tenth on Roku and Conrad as
- 26:00Speaker 5: part of it, Steven Coletti, Kristin Cavalari. At one point,
- 26:04Speaker 5: you know, Kristen asks Lauren if she's ready because they've
- 26:06Speaker 5: never had a conversation on camera about the show, and
- 26:09Speaker 5: like how they basically did not like each other.
- 26:13Speaker 1: He did, and I was an LC fan, and then
- 26:15Speaker 1: all of a sudden I kind of switched to Kristen's side.
- 26:17Speaker 5: Yeah you were an LC fan, dear.
- 26:19Speaker 1: I was. I had a big crush on LC. I know,
- 26:24Speaker 1: I know. I mean not that, not that I ever
- 26:26Speaker 1: watched that show. I watch, No, I didn't.
- 26:30Speaker 7: I was.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Come on, I'm a man.
- 26:32Speaker 5: Well let me introduce it to you in the reatut. Okay,
- 26:36Speaker 5: I'm Canda slow Pez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 26:38Speaker 7: Get off your chust to promise you'll feel better.
- 26:42Speaker 4: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Well, good throwback right there, it's makes one or two
- 26:45Speaker 1: point nine. Good morning, Billy kid, Canda slow Pez, it's
- 26:48Speaker 1: your producer who is here. Chance to see Harry Styles
- 26:50Speaker 1: coming up next, so get ready for that if you
- 26:52Speaker 1: want to see him. A trip on us. So many
- 26:55Speaker 1: chances all day to win on the forties every hour.
- 26:57Speaker 1: All right, dirty little secret? Now, if you have one,
- 27:00Speaker 1: reach out. Tell us what it's all about. I don't
- 27:02Speaker 1: care what it is. Scandalss, maybe it's funny. Maybe it's
- 27:05Speaker 1: a little secret, that's nothing too crazy. Just call us
- 27:08Speaker 1: at eight three three seven eight seven one o two nine,
- 27:10Speaker 1: or you can hit us up Candas. You can hit
- 27:12Speaker 1: her up too, Yeah, hit Candas up. Actually, I'm here.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Bombard her with your dirty little secret at Candace on
- 27:18Speaker 1: Air on Instagram. Okay, now you have one. What's going on?
- 27:22Speaker 3: So I have a secret. My college friend is getting married.
- 27:27Speaker 3: We're good friends, we're not best friends, so just keep
- 27:31Speaker 3: that in mind.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Okay, got it.
- 27:33Speaker 3: So you know, I haven't really kept up with her
- 27:37Speaker 3: life on a regular basis, and I'm rarely on social media.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I've just never really been big on social media. And
- 27:46Speaker 3: after she got engaged, I happen to be on Facebook,
- 27:50Speaker 3: and my stomach just dropped. I totally recognized her fiance,
- 27:57Speaker 3: and not in a mutual friends on Facebook kind of way,
- 28:02Speaker 3: in a i've absolutely been in this man's apartment after
- 28:06Speaker 3: a chaotic knight at North Texas back in twenty ten
- 28:09Speaker 3: kind of way.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Yeah, Park, Wait, so you know, okay, So let me
- 28:16Speaker 1: get this. So you you go on Facebook, You're like, oh,
- 28:18Speaker 1: she's engaged. I knew that. Let me catch up with
- 28:20Speaker 1: what's going on in her life. And you're like, wait,
- 28:21Speaker 1: I know I know this guy. So you know him
- 28:25Speaker 1: like personally personally?
- 28:27Speaker 3: Oh, very personally. I mean not, I don't know him well,
- 28:29Speaker 3: but but I do, if that makes sense. You know,
- 28:33Speaker 3: back then, I was at North Texas living my best life,
- 28:37Speaker 3: which was occasionally questionable.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Yep.
- 28:40Speaker 3: And I definitely hooked up with this guy like a
- 28:43Speaker 3: few times, and yep, I know I'm literally odd to that. Obviously,
- 28:49Speaker 3: it's nothing serious. I'm married now. I haven't thought about
- 28:52Speaker 3: this guy in years. Sure, I had no idea she
- 28:55Speaker 3: was engaged to him, and it doesn't really matter from
- 28:57Speaker 3: the standpoint of it was back in college. I don't know,
- 29:00Speaker 3: but you know, I was invited to the wedding and
- 29:03Speaker 3: I do want to go, but like what if he
- 29:05Speaker 3: recognizes me? Yeah, I would assume he'd remember. So I
- 29:10Speaker 3: just feel so weird and awkward about it. But at
- 29:12Speaker 3: the same time, like, what am I going to do?
- 29:14Speaker 1: Tell her?
- 29:14Speaker 3: Why would I tell her? You know what I mean? Like,
- 29:16Speaker 3: I don't think that's the move.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I don't think that's the move. I don't think that's
- 29:20Speaker 1: the move either. But there's no way you could take
- 29:22Speaker 1: the chance of just showing up at the wedding knowing
- 29:25Speaker 1: that you hooked up and this happened multiple times.
- 29:29Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, but like, I don't think he'd want to
- 29:32Speaker 3: address it either, So like, as long as he doesn't
- 29:34Speaker 3: say anything, we're good.
- 29:35Speaker 1: I don't think he would either. But this is tough.
- 29:39Speaker 1: What do you do? What an awful situation?
- 29:41Speaker 5: I mean, do you need to go to this wedding
- 29:43Speaker 5: you haven't even kept up with her?
- 29:45Speaker 3: I think it would be fine. I was totally planning
- 29:48Speaker 3: on going before I knew this, and I already told
- 29:50Speaker 3: my husband about it. So, oh, you know.
- 29:53Speaker 1: It's your husband.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean he knows obviously I've been with others,
- 29:58Speaker 3: so it's not like it's an history. But yeah, I mean,
- 30:01Speaker 3: it's not an ideal.
- 30:02Speaker 1: No, And I know, they're like, yeah, of course people
- 30:05Speaker 1: have passed, but this is a little too. It's just
- 30:07Speaker 1: also the day. It's not like you're going to high
- 30:09Speaker 1: school or union. What are the odds? This is kind
- 30:12Speaker 1: of weird stuff that would happen to me. Like, this
- 30:14Speaker 1: is totally something that would happen to me.
- 30:16Speaker 3: I feel like this definitely happens to me.
- 30:18Speaker 1: No, we're a lot of like we're a lot of
- 30:20Speaker 1: like win's a wedding anyway in the summer. Okay, Oh Candice,
- 30:25Speaker 1: what would you do?
- 30:26Speaker 5: I don't know. I just I don't know why you
- 30:28Speaker 5: need to go to this wedding, you know, because.
- 30:30Speaker 1: There's an open bar. Yeah, and she got invited.
- 30:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I was going.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Yeah, weddings can be fun. Some people love wedding. Like,
- 30:37Speaker 1: I'm not a wedding guy. Wedding you do? Yeah, I
- 30:39Speaker 1: hate him because it involves love and happiness. It's just
- 30:43Speaker 1: too much for me.
- 30:45Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 30:45Speaker 1: But if you like weddings and you're there, like I don't,
- 30:48Speaker 1: I don't know. Of course he's not going to say anything. Yeah,
- 30:51Speaker 1: he's going to look at you and go, oh my god.
- 30:53Speaker 1: But what if he Okay, here's like worst case scenario
- 30:56Speaker 1: is he's like, oh my god, I know her, and
- 30:58Speaker 1: you guys are dancing. It's a reception in and then
- 31:00Speaker 1: he pulls you off to the side, Oh my god,
- 31:02Speaker 1: like and she sees you two sidebarring.
- 31:06Speaker 5: Yeah, he's gonna sidebar with her this wedding.
- 31:13Speaker 1: What are you doing here? Yeah, you'll be like, oh wait,
- 31:16Speaker 1: I can't believe you to know each other. And she's
- 31:17Speaker 1: gonna be like, what were you What were you guys
- 31:19Speaker 1: talking about? Oh, how we hooked up?
- 31:21Speaker 3: Reach out to him before?
- 31:24Speaker 1: No, no, don't reach out to him at all premeditated. Yeah, okay, fine,
- 31:30Speaker 1: I'm not going. Who you going? Yeah, I'm going. There's
- 31:34Speaker 1: free because I can tell you're leaning in on going,
- 31:36Speaker 1: so let us know what you end up doing though.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Okay, okay, well I think I'm gonna go.
- 31:43Speaker 1: All right, hold on, say there, or do you tell
- 31:45Speaker 1: the friend beforehand? Hey, I just want to let you
- 31:47Speaker 1: know this is awkward. But we had a couple of
- 31:53Speaker 1: nights on Fry Street that I got a little out
- 31:55Speaker 1: of control and this happened.
- 31:57Speaker 5: Or is that too much much?
- 31:59Speaker 1: Yeah, just shut up about it and shut up about
- 32:03Speaker 1: all right.
- 32:05Speaker 7: He's going for Candace Court.
- 32:07Speaker 8: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 32:10Speaker 1: All right for the one and only Candas Lopez. The mesquite,
- 32:16Speaker 1: Mamacita the Queen of Kale, thank you. The bone broth, Battie,
- 32:21Speaker 1: thank you. She's drinking bone broth right now, Yeah, I am,
- 32:27Speaker 1: and it smells delicious.
- 32:28Speaker 4: Well, you guys, checks makes this pretty smelly too.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Well, you know what, fy this is good yo cheese
- 32:35Speaker 1: Nancy Mix one or two point nine. Billy the Kid,
- 32:39Speaker 1: Welcome to candas Court producer. Poo's here. We're the bailiffs.
- 32:42Speaker 1: She's the judge and today's case and if you have one,
- 32:45Speaker 1: reach out hit her up on Instagram. Whatever the problem is,
- 32:48Speaker 1: she'll help you solve it. At Candace on Air, I
- 32:50Speaker 1: found something out recently that my husband has been doing
- 32:53Speaker 1: and it just made me feel so embarrassed. So My,
- 32:57Speaker 1: we have it. My, we have We have a great
- 33:00Speaker 1: of mutual friends, married friends. Sometimes we all hang out
- 33:03Speaker 1: together as couples, and sometimes I'll go out with the
- 33:05Speaker 1: girls while the guys do their own thing. It's all
- 33:08Speaker 1: pretty normal, or so I thought. Well, apparently the guys
- 33:11Speaker 1: will text or call him to invite him out, which
- 33:14Speaker 1: is totally fine. But instead of saying he just doesn't
- 33:16Speaker 1: feel like going. He tells them, let me run it
- 33:19Speaker 1: by my wife, and then he follows up with, yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 1: she said no, except I never said no because he
- 33:30Speaker 1: never asked me. I didn't even know he was using
- 33:35Speaker 1: me as his excuse. He's basically blaming me for him
- 33:39Speaker 1: not wanting to go, making it seem like I'm some controlling,
- 33:42Speaker 1: crazy wife. Meanwhile, the truth is he just doesn't want
- 33:45Speaker 1: to go, or he would rather throw me under the bus.
- 33:47Speaker 1: I guess. When confronted him about it, he brushed it
- 33:50Speaker 1: off and said, oh my god, you're blowing this way
- 33:52Speaker 1: out of proportion. He told me it's not that serious,
- 33:56Speaker 1: but it feels serious to me because now I'm worried
- 33:58Speaker 1: that our friends think I'm some overbearing, mean spouse who
- 34:02Speaker 1: makes all the decisions, when in reality I'd be happy
- 34:06Speaker 1: for him to go. Am I overreacting here? Or is
- 34:09Speaker 1: this not a big deal because he's making me out
- 34:12Speaker 1: to be the bad guy and I feel like it's
- 34:15Speaker 1: not my fault whatsoever? Oh, this is an interesting case. Yeah,
- 34:20Speaker 1: blaming it out on the wife. Yeah, Usually the guy's
- 34:23Speaker 1: like wants to go out, he doesn't want to go out, right,
- 34:26Speaker 1: But candas, how do you feel you're a wifey, Yeah.
- 34:29Speaker 5: I mean how much is he doing this? You know,
- 34:31Speaker 5: because sometimes when I know my husband doesn't want to
- 34:34Speaker 5: do whatever he's being invited to do, I'll tell him.
- 34:37Speaker 5: We'll just tell him that, you know, Candas said no,
- 34:39Speaker 5: or Cannas had something already planned, or.
- 34:41Speaker 1: This is so weird to me. Yeah, I can't imagine
- 34:44Speaker 1: ever saying and maybe it's because I haven't been married
- 34:47Speaker 1: and forever. Yeah, I can never imagine saying my wife said.
- 34:50Speaker 5: No, Well, well I'll just tell him, you know, not no,
- 34:54Speaker 5: but like she let me check with her. Oh no,
- 34:56Speaker 5: we already have plans, or you know I can't make it.
- 34:59Speaker 5: Oh do that, you know, but I always tell him, like,
- 35:01Speaker 5: you use me if you need it, Oh, you use
- 35:04Speaker 5: the kid.
- 35:04Speaker 4: You know, that's the best part of having kids.
- 35:06Speaker 1: But you're not saying it's because she said no. Eric's
- 35:10Speaker 1: not going oh well Candace said I can't.
- 35:12Speaker 5: Well no, because people know I wouldn't be that way.
- 35:15Speaker 1: That's what it sounds like he's doing. Though I'm a wife.
- 35:18Speaker 1: I would be mad because I'm thinking about if it
- 35:20Speaker 1: were reversed. Oh, this would look way worse if it
- 35:22Speaker 1: was the guy. Yeah, if the wife wants to do
- 35:24Speaker 1: a girl's night and she goes back and oh, you know,
- 35:26Speaker 1: Billy said, I couldn't. Oh your freedom. Yeah, what is
- 35:32Speaker 1: he doing? Yeah, I have to stay in and drink
- 35:35Speaker 1: bone broth all night. I got a friend that used
- 35:39Speaker 1: to do this too. Really. Yeah, my boy Thomas, he
- 35:42Speaker 1: used to do it all the time. He used to
- 35:44Speaker 1: blame it on his wife.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Yeah, he used to blame it on his wife. And
- 35:46Speaker 2: then sometimes when he go out with us, he'd blame me. Oh,
- 35:50Speaker 2: I spend the night at Pooh's house and I'm.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Like, well, you didn't. Don't be doing that right, And
- 35:54Speaker 1: he was married. Yes, he would come home late. He
- 35:58Speaker 1: would come home, he wouldn't creep. Then what was he doing?
- 36:01Speaker 1: He was really at your house? No, he would just
- 36:02Speaker 1: ask where the second charger comes from? Just no, No,
- 36:06Speaker 1: we'd just be out.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Lately, solve the mystery of the second charge.
- 36:09Speaker 1: No, I'd be you know, I'm single. I'd just keep
- 36:12Speaker 1: him out late.
- 36:12Speaker 2: I'd be like, man, me and my cousin we'd be
- 36:15Speaker 2: going to the after hours spot spot and then she'd
- 36:17Speaker 2: be like, uh.
- 36:18Speaker 1: It's like four point thirty. Oh I was oh, yeah,
- 36:21Speaker 1: you can't sleep it please, you're a married man, you
- 36:23Speaker 1: don't fall asleep at other people's place. Yeah, that's a
- 36:26Speaker 1: big no.
- 36:27Speaker 3: No.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm guessing I'm not married, but I'm guessing.
- 36:29Speaker 5: I'm very sure we stop that in twenty ten.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I would hope.
- 36:33Speaker 5: So, you know, but I get it if he's not
- 36:36Speaker 5: telling her and he's doing this repeatedly, like she has
- 36:38Speaker 5: a right to be upset because the people's perception of
- 36:41Speaker 5: her is incorrect.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Uh huh. If you're going to blame me for something
- 36:45Speaker 1: to say, I'm not letting you do something, I want
- 36:48Speaker 1: to know about it.
- 36:48Speaker 5: Yeah, I do too. I mean, we can agree every
- 36:50Speaker 5: once in a while that if you want to use
- 36:52Speaker 5: me as your an excuse or whatever, totally down with
- 36:55Speaker 5: that as your wife, Like, I'm into it.
- 36:57Speaker 1: But all the time they're going to think they're going
- 36:59Speaker 1: to start judging you. Right, I agree with you on this. Okay,
- 37:02Speaker 1: all right, Cannis, we have a verdict. The verdict, go ahead.
- 37:04Speaker 4: I think you know what it is.
- 37:05Speaker 5: Yeah, this guy's guilty of being a run by my wife.
- 37:08Speaker 5: Walter a blame game, Brad, Stop blaming your wife and
- 37:15Speaker 5: telling everyone. Now they're gonna just look at her differently
- 37:17Speaker 5: and then eventually they're not gonna want to invite.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Her out exactly. She's a controlling Cassie.
- 37:23Speaker 5: Yeah, the wives are gonna all the men are gonna
- 37:25Speaker 5: tell their wives, and the wives are going to judge
- 37:27Speaker 5: this person.
- 37:28Speaker 4: Yeah that's not cool.
- 37:29Speaker 1: It's not cool at all. I think you get a
- 37:31Speaker 1: man up. Just say listen, I don't want to go.
- 37:33Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 37:33Speaker 1: I have no problem telling people I don't want to
- 37:35Speaker 1: do something.
- 37:35Speaker 5: Yeah, that's like midlife vibes, like we just don't have
- 37:38Speaker 5: the time, I don't have the capacity, the bandwidth, whatever
- 37:41Speaker 5: word do you want to use.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Did you just call me? Well? They weren't.
- 37:44Speaker 4: No, we're midlifers.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Don't say that. Speak for yourself. I'm not. No, you're
- 37:50Speaker 1: a senior. You're in your golden era.
- 37:54Speaker 3: Sorrys tough stories on the tents with Billy the Kid
- 37:58Speaker 3: in the.
- 37:58Speaker 7: Morning, only the new Mixed one or two point nine chance.
- 38:02Speaker 1: To see Harry Styles. We've got a trip on us.
- 38:05Speaker 1: We do it every single hour, all day, so so
- 38:07Speaker 1: many chances to win on the forty so eight forty
- 38:09Speaker 1: Your next shot, Candice Lopez, What is going on in
- 38:11Speaker 1: our world?
- 38:12Speaker 7: Well?
- 38:12Speaker 5: North Park Center was evacuated yesterday afternoon after a security incident.
- 38:16Speaker 5: A spokesperson for the mall said they received a threat
- 38:19Speaker 5: and evacuated out of an abundance of caution, so that
- 38:23Speaker 5: was around twelve thirty. Dallas Police did a sweep and
- 38:26Speaker 5: found no threats, but did confirm a fire alarm was activated.
- 38:30Speaker 5: The mall reopened around three p fifteen, but they haven't
- 38:33Speaker 5: released any other details about the nature of the security threat.
- 38:37Speaker 5: Some people were saying it was like a bomb threat.
- 38:39Speaker 5: But yeah, you could see people just pouring out of
- 38:41Speaker 5: the mall outside waiting to go back in.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I know. I noticed that, and that's something that
- 38:45Speaker 1: I took donu of and I was thinking to myself,
- 38:48Speaker 1: if I knew there was something going on. Yeah, I
- 38:50Speaker 1: saw a bunch of people waiting to get back in
- 38:52Speaker 1: and there was police holding them back. And I thought
- 38:54Speaker 1: to myself, there was a woman with a stroller and
- 38:55Speaker 1: a baby in it, and I thought, if a mall's
- 38:58Speaker 1: getting evacuated and everybody leaving, I'm not sure if I'm
- 39:01Speaker 1: going to hang out there with the baby. Yeah, that
- 39:04Speaker 1: close to the entrance, I think I'm gonna take off
- 39:06Speaker 1: and go. I'm going I'm gonna get this kid to safety,
- 39:10Speaker 1: just in case something happens, right, Why am I waiting?
- 39:13Speaker 1: The mall can wait?
- 39:14Speaker 5: Yeah? It seemed like, I mean, do they think it
- 39:16Speaker 5: was going to reopen pretty quickly because it was a
- 39:18Speaker 5: few hours. I'm like, I guess no, it's waiting for
- 39:21Speaker 5: it to literally open back up.
- 39:22Speaker 1: But people were like this girl was like, well, what's
- 39:24Speaker 1: going on? And she's like trying to investigate, and I'm like,
- 39:26Speaker 1: you have If it's just you, cool, yeah, but if
- 39:28Speaker 1: you have kids, I'm getting away from whatever the threat
- 39:31Speaker 1: might be.
- 39:32Speaker 5: Yeah, for sure, what are we doing?
- 39:33Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 39:33Speaker 5: And I don't know how long it took to evacuate,
- 39:35Speaker 5: but I'm like, if you're in the mall and all
- 39:36Speaker 5: of a sudden they're getting out, They're like, get out,
- 39:39Speaker 5: Like are people taking things? Are we finishing our chaw?
- 39:42Speaker 5: Like because I really need this thing I'm buying.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Because we've gotten numb. Yeah, we've become numb to threatally.
- 39:48Speaker 1: You know, we have drills like tornadoes, tornadoes come through.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Does anybody ever take precaution and die? Yeah? When's the
- 39:55Speaker 1: last time you actually hid because you thought a tornado
- 39:57Speaker 1: was going to be there? Right?
- 39:58Speaker 4: Exactly?
- 39:58Speaker 5: Unless it's a warning like in my name right whatever?
- 40:01Speaker 1: Yeah, So It's just something to think about.
- 40:03Speaker 5: Yeah, glad everyone was safe though there was no actual
- 40:06Speaker 5: threat found. This is good news though, guys, and baseball
- 40:09Speaker 5: is back. Today the Rangers kick off there a season
- 40:11Speaker 5: in Philadelphia. This will be the first time the Rangers
- 40:15Speaker 5: actually play against our former right fielder, Adolie Scarcia. I
- 40:19Speaker 5: was so sad to see him leave, but now I'm
- 40:21Speaker 5: curious to see how he's gonna do with the Phillies
- 40:23Speaker 5: because I feel like when players leave sometimes they like Luca.
- 40:26Speaker 5: While he's having his best season, you know, he's doing amazing.
- 40:30Speaker 4: Well, I'm just saying I was a big fan of
- 40:32Speaker 4: l Bombie.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I know, but don't bring up don't bring up Luca.
- 40:35Speaker 5: Okay, I'm sorry. First pitch at three fifteen. You can
- 40:38Speaker 5: watch it on the Ranger Sports Network.
- 40:40Speaker 4: Rangers home opener.
- 40:41Speaker 5: That's gonna happen next Friday, April third.
- 40:44Speaker 4: Also, Tonight's the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
- 40:47Speaker 5: Ludicrous will host, perform, and get the Landmark Award. Taylor
- 40:51Speaker 5: Swift is making a special appearance. She leads the nominations
- 40:54Speaker 5: with nine, followed by Alex Warren, Sabrina Carpenter and Bad
- 40:58Speaker 5: Bunny with eight. It's gonna be a good show though,
- 41:00Speaker 5: and I'm looking forward to that first performance ever with TLC, Saltan,
- 41:05Speaker 5: Peppa and Envo.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Yes. What nice little throwback yo.
- 41:10Speaker 5: Yeah, Like what's their opening song going to be?
- 41:12Speaker 7: You know?
- 41:12Speaker 1: Point? I don't know, I don't know.
- 41:14Speaker 4: I'm stoked for that though, Yeah, me too.
- 41:16Speaker 5: You can actually hear the show on the iHeartRadio app
- 41:19Speaker 5: or watch it tonight on Fox. For Sabrina Carpenter obviously nominated.
- 41:24Speaker 5: This whole thing with her and Shaq is just so
- 41:27Speaker 5: weird to me. These screenshots have gone viral. This is
- 41:30Speaker 5: of an alleged conversation between the two of them. Shaq
- 41:33Speaker 5: is saying these are fake, that he has way more
- 41:35Speaker 5: game than that the messages aren't safe for work.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Well, first of all, with Shack, your answer wouldn't be
- 41:42Speaker 1: I have more game. It's Sabrina's howled right.
- 41:46Speaker 5: Yeah, it's younger than some of his kids.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Howl are you?
- 41:48Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 41:49Speaker 1: Right? But I do believe that he might have slid
- 41:52Speaker 1: in her DMS. I don't think he said the ridiculous
- 41:54Speaker 1: stuff that's on here. You can't even.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Say it, right, we can't one of them.
- 41:57Speaker 5: You could say, but I said it, But it's just
- 42:00Speaker 5: a weird thing to say to anyone.
- 42:02Speaker 1: But don't act like people don't you know, people don't
- 42:05Speaker 1: slide in girls, DM. Celebrities do it all the time. Yeah,
- 42:09Speaker 1: and Shack is a good guy, I'm sure.
- 42:11Speaker 5: Yeah. One of the responses allegedly from Sabrina in these
- 42:15Speaker 5: screenshots says, I know who you are. You're way too
- 42:17Speaker 5: famous to be sending messages like that.
- 42:20Speaker 4: But yeah, he's denying it. Weird man.
- 42:22Speaker 1: You know what, Sabrina and I used to DM, remember
- 42:25Speaker 1: those days?
- 42:26Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 42:26Speaker 1: Who and I used to DM Sabrina all the time. Yeah. Same, Yeah,
- 42:31Speaker 1: and then she hasn't responded to my dms in past
- 42:33Speaker 1: all I don't know, a year. Yeah, and I'm pretty
- 42:36Speaker 1: sad about it because we were friends.
- 42:37Speaker 5: Well, she was on a world tour with Taylor Swift
- 42:39Speaker 5: for a while.
- 42:40Speaker 1: Who cares. I'm busy too, we got things to do. Yeah.
- 42:45Speaker 1: But did she even read Pooh You Try Again first? Yeah? DM,
- 42:51Speaker 1: I don't even know she read it on serious rate.
- 42:55Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 42:57Speaker 1: She's the sweetest though, she's busy. The problem people get
- 43:00Speaker 1: so busy and famous other people start running their account.
- 43:03Speaker 5: Yeah that's a good point.
- 43:04Speaker 4: Yeah, she is kind of at that level. So it's
- 43:07Speaker 4: not her, it's her people.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Yep, yeah, that's what I'm gonna say.
- 43:10Speaker 5: I can tell you all right, I'm Canda Slowpees.
- 43:13Speaker 4: Those are your Texas top stories.
- 43:15Speaker 5: Oh that's a hot take.
- 43:16Speaker 7: Let us know what you think. Here's today's hot.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Take, makes one or two point nine. Good morning, Billy
- 43:21Speaker 1: the Kid, Canta slow Pez. It's your producer poo is
- 43:23Speaker 1: here a hot take of the day. You know. Pooh
- 43:25Speaker 1: sent me this on Instagram and I thought, you know,
- 43:27Speaker 1: we're not cultured enough sometimes here in the US. You know,
- 43:30Speaker 1: we we know our world, and sometimes you need to
- 43:32Speaker 1: get out there. You need to explore. You need oh yeah,
- 43:34Speaker 1: you need to know what right, You need to know
- 43:36Speaker 1: what other countries do. And what they do in Japan
- 43:39Speaker 1: is quickly becoming what they call the country of No
- 43:44Speaker 1: And I thought it was interesting because they have a
- 43:46Speaker 1: bunch of strict can't do things that are just either
- 43:50Speaker 1: illegal or totally you know, a taboo to do in
- 43:54Speaker 1: society over there. Okay, And it's a list of very
- 43:57Speaker 1: interesting things that I don't know if we should name.
- 44:00Speaker 1: We'll go through the list and we'll see what we
- 44:01Speaker 1: want to adopt over here. Okay, how about that? You
- 44:04Speaker 1: know I love a good list. Oh yeah, right, And
- 44:06Speaker 1: I didn't even know these were things in Japan I need.
- 44:08Speaker 1: I've never been to Japan.
- 44:09Speaker 5: Yeah, same, I want to.
- 44:10Speaker 2: My sister lived there for four years. Oh really, yeah,
- 44:13Speaker 2: my sister. You know Morgan, she speaks Japanese.
- 44:16Speaker 1: I know his sister. Morgan is so smart, she speaks
- 44:19Speaker 1: like seven languages. Here. I am just no, I didn't
- 44:22Speaker 1: say that. I was about to. It's amazing to me
- 44:27Speaker 1: sometimes when Morgan is like the smartest person we've ever met,
- 44:31Speaker 1: so put together. Oh yeah, eight languages, professor, a doctorate.
- 44:36Speaker 2: Yep, pooh, great value over here anyway.
- 44:41Speaker 1: No, you have your own hidden talents, yeah, very hidden.
- 44:46Speaker 1: Some of the rules in Japan and things that are
- 44:48Speaker 1: laws and behavioral norms. No tipping, Oh I'm down with that.
- 44:53Speaker 4: That would be so nice.
- 44:55Speaker 5: Are you serious? I mean, if people.
- 44:57Speaker 4: Got paid, you know, whatever.
- 44:58Speaker 5: The page they deserve, right, I was gonna say, because
- 45:01Speaker 5: we didn't pay them.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Well, not only do they not tip in Japan, this
- 45:04Speaker 1: article says, but services included the price, and then tipping
- 45:08Speaker 1: is considered rude. Why if you tip in Japan, It's like, oh,
- 45:13Speaker 1: don't do that, that's so rude. Of you. I'm down.
- 45:17Speaker 1: I knew I knew you'd be down. I don't know.
- 45:20Speaker 1: As long as someone's getting paid properly, right, that's what matters.
- 45:25Speaker 1: I do love this one. Should we adopt this one?
- 45:28Speaker 1: No loud phone calls on trains and buses because they
- 45:32Speaker 1: are considered silent zones and talking on phones prohibited.
- 45:37Speaker 5: WHOA, I think I like that?
- 45:39Speaker 1: I don't. You don't know How'm I gonna eavesdrop? You know,
- 45:42Speaker 1: I'm nosy.
- 45:44Speaker 5: Be so much more relaxed if you were just in
- 45:46Speaker 5: your own thoughts and not everyone else's.
- 45:48Speaker 1: No. Half the stuff we talk about in the show
- 45:50Speaker 1: is because I'm nosy. That's a good point, you know
- 45:53Speaker 1: what I mean? How would I get how would I
- 45:54Speaker 1: show press or something? Yeah, I guess i'd be down
- 45:59Speaker 1: to it. Adopt that one, I would say. I'm a
- 46:02Speaker 1: big fan of no speaker phone. Yeah, loud talkers are obnoxious,
- 46:06Speaker 1: but speaker phones in public might be the most obnoxious
- 46:09Speaker 1: thing ever. Because you're notorious for doing that. It's so
- 46:15Speaker 1: weird to me. Okay, what about this one? This is
- 46:18Speaker 1: a weird one. No eating while walking.
- 46:20Speaker 2: Oh, there goes your new diet.
- 46:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't eat and walk My new diet is
- 46:26Speaker 1: I stand up when I eat. Yeah, and then I
- 46:28Speaker 1: make myself uncomfortable because I figure i'll eat less.
- 46:31Speaker 5: Okay, because you'll be ready to sit down, and.
- 46:33Speaker 1: I think I'm down a half pounds, so I don't
- 46:35Speaker 1: want to bring okay. Yeah, so right, if I sit
- 46:38Speaker 1: down with the food in front of me, I feel
- 46:39Speaker 1: like comfortable and taking my time. But if I eat
- 46:42Speaker 1: with you stand at the kitchen counter, I'm like, let's
- 46:44Speaker 1: get this done with. But they don't eat and walk
- 46:47Speaker 1: because it's considered disrespectful to eat on the move. Interesting,
- 46:51Speaker 1: I don't want to adopt that one. I like eating
- 46:53Speaker 1: and walking.
- 46:54Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't mind, nig I feel like I'm burning
- 46:56Speaker 5: calories while i'm taking them.
- 46:57Speaker 1: In, Yes, exactly. Now. Candas is going to love this one.
- 47:00Speaker 1: And this is a pretty well known one that that
- 47:02Speaker 1: happens in I think throughout Asia. No shoes indoors, Oh yes, for.
- 47:07Speaker 4: Sure, look at for sure.
- 47:10Speaker 5: I was never into it until I had my son,
- 47:13Speaker 5: and then I was like, oh, we were on the
- 47:15Speaker 5: floor all the time, and you just start to realize like, yo, yeah,
- 47:18Speaker 5: take your shoes off.
- 47:19Speaker 1: I'll never make people take their shoes off in my house.
- 47:22Speaker 5: Oh, I always. I don't typically like they're I will
- 47:25Speaker 5: let them know, but if not, I'll put some shoes
- 47:28Speaker 5: there before they come so that they realize, like, that's
- 47:30Speaker 5: where the.
- 47:31Speaker 1: Shoes hold on. Yeah, stop you stage, you stage shoes.
- 47:35Speaker 5: Yeah, I'll just put them in the door so I
- 47:37Speaker 5: don't have to tell people and they'll know. Yeah, I've
- 47:42Speaker 5: told people before, right after I've cleaned the floors. Yeah, right,
- 47:46Speaker 5: just clean the floors if you don't mind, Like, you know.
- 47:48Speaker 4: Most people are cool with it.
- 47:49Speaker 1: I mean, kids is one thing, but telling an adult
- 47:51Speaker 1: to take their shoes off, it's so weird to me.
- 47:53Speaker 1: That's why I don't do it. Yeah, I know it's
- 47:55Speaker 1: I know it's good.
- 47:56Speaker 5: But okay, if we all just did it and it
- 47:57Speaker 5: was understood as our culture, then you would have to people.
- 48:00Speaker 5: But my son plays on the floor, still erace his
- 48:02Speaker 5: cars all over the floor. It's like, oh.
- 48:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but don't you want to just let him build
- 48:06Speaker 1: his immune system up.
- 48:07Speaker 4: He's got it built up.
- 48:08Speaker 5: He's good.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Okay, what about this one. I'm so for this one.
- 48:13Speaker 1: No public displays of affection. Yeah, I hate PDA.
- 48:20Speaker 4: Yeah, like a small kiss or something I'm down with.
- 48:23Speaker 5: But people that like just make out or like the
- 48:26Speaker 5: hand in the back pocket. It's just like, I don't
- 48:30Speaker 5: know if something's weird about it either.
- 48:32Speaker 1: The hand in the back pocket is maybe one of
- 48:35Speaker 1: the most cringiest things to me ever. And I want
- 48:38Speaker 1: to see people in love and happy kind of sorta.
- 48:41Speaker 1: I guess whatever must be nice, yeah, but just the hand?
- 48:46Speaker 1: Why the hand?
- 48:47Speaker 5: Right?
- 48:47Speaker 1: And then the other day I saw something really gross.
- 48:50Speaker 1: What they took it up a notch. It wasn't. Oh,
- 48:53Speaker 1: I can't believe I musa say this out loud. It
- 48:55Speaker 1: wasn't just in the pocket. He had it like in
- 48:57Speaker 1: her back of her waistline, what in her pants, like
- 49:02Speaker 1: in her actual pants, like cheek not really just enough
- 49:08Speaker 1: like his thumb was still out, thankfully, but it was
- 49:10Speaker 1: too close to the center. And I'm just thinking, what
- 49:12Speaker 1: are you doing?
- 49:13Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I don't do that in public?
- 49:16Speaker 1: The crack? Why are you doing that? What's okay? Yeah,
- 49:23Speaker 1: you think shoes indoors is bad, But what's too much
- 49:27Speaker 1: when it comes to public displays of affection?
- 49:29Speaker 5: Yeah, anything beyond like a peck o, thank you.
- 49:33Speaker 2: You can't be kissing all like that like that, no
- 49:36Speaker 2: tongue zone, no okay.
- 49:38Speaker 1: One of the last ones is strict social etiquette as
- 49:41Speaker 1: far as talking into elevators is considered rude. Do not
- 49:45Speaker 1: talk in elevators, okay. I don't talk in elevators anyway
- 49:49Speaker 1: unless I want to embarrass pooh, or sometimes I do
- 49:52Speaker 1: if people, okay, if people don't like small talk that
- 49:56Speaker 1: around me, I make small talk with people. You do
- 50:00Speaker 1: to be ridiculous. Do I talk an elevator here?
- 50:02Speaker 7: No?
- 50:02Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 50:03Speaker 5: You usually don't because we always look at each other
- 50:06Speaker 5: like are we talking or not?
- 50:07Speaker 7: No?
- 50:07Speaker 4: Okay, cool?
- 50:08Speaker 2: Oh okay, No, But he'll get on his phone and
- 50:10Speaker 2: neck like he's he's selling stocks and stuff.
- 50:13Speaker 1: I was on the elevator, was like, yeah.
- 50:15Speaker 2: Go ahead and buy those Yes, you have to look important,
- 50:18Speaker 2: get those mergers, because in the building we're at, there's
- 50:20Speaker 2: a bunch of important people.
- 50:22Speaker 1: There's us, yeah, and we're dressed like slobs compared to that.
- 50:27Speaker 5: The problem is that our floor, when you get off
- 50:29Speaker 5: on our floor, the floor is red. The whole lobby
- 50:31Speaker 5: is red, and so everyone wants to comment, and then
- 50:33Speaker 5: I feel like I have to comment back, and then
- 50:35Speaker 5: we get into a conversation.
- 50:36Speaker 1: You know what, I'm so annoyed by that you're right,
- 50:38Speaker 1: everyone has stopped on our floor. It goes, Oh my god,
- 50:41Speaker 1: that's so red and I just want to go. Let
- 50:44Speaker 1: me go to your floor and judge your lobby loser.
- 50:47Speaker 4: Gray.
- 50:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Oh it's so boring and Gray loser. I'm
- 50:54Speaker 1: not mad thinking about it today. If somebody says something
- 50:56Speaker 1: the elevator ride down, I'm going off o. Yes I am,
- 51:00Speaker 1: and I'm gonna make sure you're in there too. Closed.
- 51:03Speaker 7: You know.
- 51:04Speaker 1: My favorite thing to do is is when you're in
- 51:06Speaker 1: the elevator and it's packed, everybody stands facing what the door.
- 51:11Speaker 1: Sometimes in Pooh, see Me do this is, I'll stand
- 51:14Speaker 1: facing everybody in the else just upon no, do that today?
- 51:22Speaker 1: Try that today? He won? Too many times? Have you
- 51:25Speaker 1: accidentally seen somebody naked? We were talking about this earlier, right,
- 51:29Speaker 1: it's mixed one on two point nine Billy a Kid,
- 51:32Speaker 1: Candice Lopez, producer, Pooh, It's happened to me so many times.
- 51:35Speaker 1: I just thought of another time it happened. First. It
- 51:37Speaker 1: started because yesterday I went to see my mom and
- 51:39Speaker 1: she was in the hospital, and she's at Baylor Scott whatever.
- 51:42Speaker 1: We're in playing though, right, and I go to turn
- 51:44Speaker 1: around because I missed the entrance or where I'm in
- 51:46Speaker 1: a park and out of nowhere. As I turn around,
- 51:49Speaker 1: I see this guy not facing me, but I'm like,
- 51:52Speaker 1: does he have his pants down? And as I thought that,
- 51:54Speaker 1: he turned around and just everything else, everything just and
- 52:01Speaker 1: just looked at me and we made eye contact for
- 52:03Speaker 1: a while. He didn't look away. He wouldn't and I tried,
- 52:09Speaker 1: but then I didn't want to look at it anything
- 52:10Speaker 1: but his eyes. Well yeah, you know, no turn That
- 52:14Speaker 1: of the point is I was just terrified to look down.
- 52:19Speaker 1: I still have no idea why he was naked. He
- 52:21Speaker 1: had pants on, but they were around his ankles. I
- 52:23Speaker 1: don't know if I I just caught him, maybe going
- 52:25Speaker 1: to the restroom. I don't know what happened. But we
- 52:27Speaker 1: were talking about this, so many people were calling in
- 52:29Speaker 1: and one not and then I just remembered I saw
- 52:31Speaker 1: when I lived in Frisco, I saw my neighbor's wife naked.
- 52:35Speaker 1: You do yeah, Because he was trying to show me
- 52:38Speaker 1: some picture of a fish on his phone that he
- 52:41Speaker 1: caught and he swipe, swipe, swipe, and bam, o wife,
- 52:46Speaker 1: what do he do? He goes, oh, not that, no,
- 52:50Speaker 1: and I go, oh, I didn't see anything he goes,
- 52:52Speaker 1: oh good, but I did. And it was an older couple.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Two I'm talking like, oh like Boo's age. Yeah, I
- 53:00Speaker 1: just never looked at them the same. It was a lot.
- 53:03Speaker 1: So who did you see naked again? My neighbor in
- 53:06Speaker 1: my apartments. Yeah, that's right. They were on their balcony
- 53:09Speaker 1: smoking naked. Yeah.
- 53:10Speaker 2: He used to smoke on Saturday mornings. Just come out
- 53:13Speaker 2: there and just get to smoke on it.
- 53:16Speaker 1: So you know what day was.
- 53:17Speaker 2: And you kept going on because I went out there
- 53:19Speaker 2: Friday night and then out Saturday morning, four o'clock in
- 53:22Speaker 2: the morning Saturday.
- 53:23Speaker 1: Yeah, so you go out there, you say you're lying,
- 53:28Speaker 1: et cetera. Reminder. Okay, wait, Jesse's got naked problems over here.
- 53:32Speaker 1: What happened?
- 53:33Speaker 8: There's a lot of naked problems. I was having dinner.
- 53:37Speaker 8: I was having a quiet dinner in Princeton, Texas last week,
- 53:42Speaker 8: and I have a couple of little rental houses side
- 53:45Speaker 8: by side on a main road out here. And the
- 53:49Speaker 8: older tenant calls me and says, Jesse, you got to
- 53:53Speaker 8: come over to the rental property and talk to the neighbors.
- 53:57Speaker 8: What's wrong? She said, you just got to come over.
- 54:00Speaker 8: I come over they've got a little tiny above ground
- 54:04Speaker 8: pool and there is a pile of naked people drinking beer.
- 54:09Speaker 2: What above ground pool?
- 54:14Speaker 1: Not a pile of naked people.
- 54:18Speaker 8: Naked? It's the tenant, his wife, their friend, their wife,
- 54:23Speaker 8: like some other people. And I roll in and I
- 54:26Speaker 8: was like, yo, y'all, we're on the main road, like
- 54:30Speaker 8: what's up? Like you can't even do you want to beer?
- 54:35Speaker 8: I love rolled up like yo, bro, like really like
- 54:40Speaker 8: I just I couldn't believe it. And I was trying
- 54:44Speaker 8: like not to stare, you know, because sure this is
- 54:47Speaker 8: my tenant's wife is like just all.
- 54:50Speaker 1: Out and they didn't even care. They wanted you to
- 54:53Speaker 1: get naked, just.
- 54:55Speaker 8: Offered me beer. I said, if I wanted to join
- 54:57Speaker 8: them when they are younger, mean by, I said, yes,
- 55:00Speaker 8: but on the main road of nine eighty two out here,
- 55:04Speaker 8: all right, they know who they are. They're probably listening,
- 55:08Speaker 8: no shame whatever.
- 55:09Speaker 1: Well I hope they are. If they are, I want
- 55:11Speaker 1: them to call inut So, how many beers did you drink?
- 55:14Speaker 8: There?
- 55:16Speaker 6: No Texas Tough stories on the tents with Billy the
- 55:20Speaker 6: Kid in the.
- 55:21Speaker 7: Morning only on the new Mix one or two.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Point nine, doing all day trips to see Harry Styles.
- 55:26Speaker 1: You want a trip Harry Styles in New York City,
- 55:28Speaker 1: make it happen on the forty. So nine to forty
- 55:30Speaker 1: is your next chance to win. Candice little Fez, what's up?
- 55:33Speaker 7: Well?
- 55:33Speaker 5: TSA workers from DFW Airport and love Field they're being
- 55:36Speaker 5: sent to Houston to help with long lines and staffing
- 55:39Speaker 5: shortages there as the partial government shutdown continues. So we've
- 55:43Speaker 5: had relatively normal security lines here, but TSA workers they're
- 55:47Speaker 5: about to miss their third paycheck tomorrow, so you're seeing
- 55:50Speaker 5: lines out the door at some of these airports. Workers
- 55:53Speaker 5: are continuing to call sick or just quit their jobs
- 55:56Speaker 5: at this point.
- 55:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean that's ridiculous. So you got to get paid.
- 56:00Speaker 1: You've got to survive. You're not you're working and not
- 56:02Speaker 1: getting a paycheck. Yeah, that's madness.
- 56:05Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 56:06Speaker 5: The lines they're saying at Houston's Bush and are Continental
- 56:08Speaker 5: Airport have been about four hours long. But we're seeing
- 56:12Speaker 5: the longest wait times in TSA history. They're saying some
- 56:16Speaker 5: of the smaller airports could end up just closing down
- 56:18Speaker 5: if this continues for much longer.
- 56:21Speaker 4: But you know what, the World.
- 56:22Speaker 5: Cup starting in less than eighty days. Airports they're saying
- 56:25Speaker 5: are going to be severely understaffed. We've already lost four
- 56:29Speaker 5: hundred and eighty officers during this shutdown. That's on top
- 56:32Speaker 5: of over one thousand who left during the shutdown last year.
- 56:36Speaker 5: But yeah, they're talking ten million extra air travelers, you know,
- 56:40Speaker 5: this summer for the World Cup.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Yeah, and the summer's already busy. That's why over spring break,
- 56:44Speaker 1: I was like, I might go somewhere for the weekend
- 56:45Speaker 1: or whatever, and then I was like, no, I just
- 56:47Speaker 1: can't chance it, Yeah, because I don't want to get
- 56:49Speaker 1: stuck in an airport and wait five hours.
- 56:51Speaker 5: Yeah, and then the roads are gonna get busy because
- 56:53Speaker 5: people aren't flying. Yeah, so just pay attention if you're
- 56:56Speaker 5: traveling soon, guys.
- 56:58Speaker 4: There's also a.
- 56:58Speaker 5: New report on a trend that's starting saying sixty five
- 57:02Speaker 5: percent of people say they would rather take engagement trips
- 57:06Speaker 5: than buy engagement rings. So some people are calling this
- 57:10Speaker 5: the engagement moon, so like a honeymoon, but an engagement moon.
- 57:14Speaker 5: But the thought is just that, you know, rings are
- 57:16Speaker 5: a financial burden, uh, and the average person thinks an
- 57:19Speaker 5: engagement ring should cost around ten thousand dollars.
- 57:22Speaker 1: So stupid engagement rings are stupid. Yeah, oh no, I
- 57:26Speaker 1: have a better idea. Instead of engagements, just take trips. Okay,
- 57:31Speaker 1: so don't worry about getting engaged. Just take a trip.
- 57:34Speaker 1: If it crosses your mind, just take a trip.
- 57:37Speaker 4: Okay, by yourself or your person.
- 57:39Speaker 1: No, by yourself. Oh okay, really think about it. Oh
- 57:42Speaker 1: and really think do you want to do this? Do
- 57:45Speaker 1: you want to spend the rest of your life with
- 57:47Speaker 1: this person?
- 57:48Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 57:48Speaker 1: And I'm not saying it to be a smart alec
- 57:50Speaker 1: because of course I hate love, right, I love love. Yeah,
- 57:54Speaker 1: I'm just miserable.
- 57:54Speaker 4: But take the trip.
- 57:56Speaker 1: But take the trip and reset. I mean the divorce
- 57:58Speaker 1: rates what it like sixty percent.
- 57:59Speaker 5: Of mo Yeah, it's pretty high.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Taking trip. I really want to do this.
- 58:03Speaker 9: Yeah, okay, to go out of Texas, you go to Paris, Yeah,
- 58:07Speaker 9: you go there. You can go to Italy, go to Italy,
- 58:11Speaker 9: go to Waco, go to just figure out your life.
- 58:14Speaker 5: Okay, that's good advice, guys, real quick. The first trailer
- 58:18Speaker 5: for The Laguna Beach Reunion came out yesterday. I almost
- 58:21Speaker 5: text you immediately, but I was like, surely he'll find
- 58:23Speaker 5: this on Instagram eventually. But they recreated the show's opening
- 58:28Speaker 5: credits with the Hillary Duff song. There's now a side
- 58:30Speaker 5: by side of the cast then when they were in
- 58:33Speaker 5: high school and now as adults, and seeing some of
- 58:36Speaker 5: them grown was just a lot for me.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Oh man, I love that show.
- 58:40Speaker 5: So I know right they were recruited for the show
- 58:42Speaker 5: in two thousand and four, but they're gonna be doing
- 58:44Speaker 5: sit down interviews. Everyone seems to be pretty chill about it.
- 58:47Speaker 5: There's some tears in the trailer, and then they do
- 58:50Speaker 5: some reactions to some of the most iconic episodes and
- 58:53Speaker 5: they go back to the beach to have a bonfire.
- 58:57Speaker 1: This used to come on.
- 58:59Speaker 5: Oh it's time.
- 59:00Speaker 1: Oh my girl. Else let me see ELC saying it well,
- 59:04Speaker 1: nothing's perfect real as well, don't tell me that I got.
- 59:08Speaker 4: To watch this together though.
- 59:10Speaker 5: Happens April tenth on Roku. I'm Canda Slopez. Those are
- 59:13Speaker 5: your Texas top stories.
- 59:14Speaker 4: On to promise you'll feel better.
- 59:18Speaker 7: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 59:19Speaker 1: All right, bring it a chance to see Harry Styles
- 59:21Speaker 1: coming up next, Harry Wayen, you want to go to
- 59:23Speaker 1: New York City? Trip on us. Let's make it happen.
- 59:26Speaker 1: It's makes one O two point nine ability to kid.
- 59:28Speaker 1: Candae Lopez, producer Pooh, And if you have a secret
- 59:31Speaker 1: eight three three seven eight seven one oh two nine,
- 59:34Speaker 1: just let us know. Just tell us what's going on.
- 59:36Speaker 1: It's a no judgment zone. Yeah, we'd like to hear
- 59:39Speaker 1: your issues, and we won't judge. We have our own
- 59:40Speaker 1: issues for sure, and our own secrets. So and sometimes
- 59:43Speaker 1: we tell them. Not enough. We got to do another
- 59:45Speaker 1: day like that where we tell our secrets. Okay, but
- 59:47Speaker 1: then Candas never tells a good one.
- 59:48Speaker 4: What do you mean, don't tell a good one?
- 59:50Speaker 1: You have no secrets? It sucks. So we want like
- 59:53Speaker 1: the best secrets from you, right, And I know Pooh's
- 59:56Speaker 1: secrets and he's not gonna tell the good ones. Maybe
- 59:58Speaker 1: we do one day where we tell each other secrets
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: that we know. Oh yeah, actually no, never mind, never mind, Okay,
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: you've got a secret. What's up?
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: So I have a secret. My college friend is getting married.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: We're good friends, we're not best friends, so just keep
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: that in mind.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: So you know, I haven't really kept up with her
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: life on a regular basis, and I'm rarely on social media.
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: I've just never really been big on social media. And
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: after she got engaged, I happen to be on Facebook
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: and my stomach just dropped. I totally recognized her fiance,
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: and not in a mutual friends on Facebook kind of way,
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: in a i've absolutely been in this man's apartment after
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: a chaotic knight at North Texas back in.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: Twenty ten kind of way.
- 1:00:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: Eight, So you know, okay, So let me get this.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: So you you go on Facebook, You're like, oh, she's engaged.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: I knew that. Let me catch up with what's going
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: on in her life. And you're like, wait, I know
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: I know this guy. So you know him like personally personally.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: Oh, very personally. I mean not, I don't know him well,
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: but but I do, if that makes sense. You know,
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: back then, I was at North Texas living my best life,
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: which was occasionally questionable, and I definitely hooked up with
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: this guy like a few times. And yeah, I know,
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: I'm literally odd to that. Obviously, it's nothing serious. I'm
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: married now. I haven't thought about this guy in years.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: Sure, I had no.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: Idea she was engaged to him, and it doesn't really
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: matter from the standpoint of it was back in college.
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: I don't know, but you know, I was invited to
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: the wedding and I do want to go, but like,
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: what if he recognizes me? Yeah, I would assume he'd remember.
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: So I just feel so weird and awkward about it.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: But at the same time, like, what am I going
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: to do? Why would I tell her? You know what
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: I mean? Like, I don't think that's the move.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: I don't think that's the move. I don't think that's
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: the move either. But there's no way you could take
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: the chance of just showing up at the wedding knowing
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: that you hooked up and this happened multiple times. Yeah, okay,
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: But like, I.
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: Don't think he'd want to address it either, So like,
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: as long as he doesn't say anything, we're good.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: I don't think he would either. But this is tough.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: What do you do? What an awful situation?
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: I mean, do you need to go to this wedding
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: you haven't even kept up with her?
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: I think it would be fine. I was totally planning
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: on going before I knew this, and I already told
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: my husband about it.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: So, oh, that's another thing. You know, it's your husband.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean he knows obviously. I've been with other girls.
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: It's not like it's a mystery. But yeah, I mean,
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: it's not an ideal.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: No, and I know they're like, yeah, of course people
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: have passed, but this is a little too. It's just
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: also the day. It's not like you're going to high
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: school or union. What are the odds? This is kind
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: of weird stuff that would happen to me. Like, this
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: is totally something that would happen to me.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: I feel like this definitely happens to me.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: We're a lot of like we're a lot of like
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: when's the wedding anyway in the summer? Okay, oh Candice,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: what would you do?
- 1:03:12Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: I just I don't know why you need to go
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: to this wedding, you know, because.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: There's an open bar and she got invited.
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I was going.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Yeah, weddings can be fun. Some people love wedding, Like,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: I'm not a wedding. Wedding you do? Yeah, I hate
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: him because it involves love and happiness. It's just too
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: much for me. But if you like weddings and you're there,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: like I don't, I don't know. Of course he's not
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: going to say anything. Yeah, he's gonna look at you
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: and go, oh my god. But what if he Okay,
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: here's like worst case scenario is he's like, oh my god,
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: I know her and you guys are dancing. It's a reception,
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: and then he pulls you off to the side, Oh
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: my god, like and she sees you two sidebarring.
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: Yeah know what, he's going to sidebar with her this.
- 1:03:55Speaker 9: Wedding, Like, what are you doing it?
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Yeah, you'd be like, oh wait, I can't believe you
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: to know each other. And she's gonna be like, what
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: were you What were you guys talking about? Oh, how we.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: Hooked up reach out to him before?
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: No, no, don't reach out to him at all. Yeah,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: if you do that premeditated. Yeah, okay, fine, I'm not
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: going pooh you going? Yeah, I'm going christ free because
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: I can tell you're leaning in on going. So let
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: us know what you end up doing though.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: Okay, okay, well I think I'm gonna go, but I'll
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: let you know.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: I'm a feeling you will to stay right there, follow
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: up with us, or maybe you tell the girl first, Hey,
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: just to let you know I hooked up with your
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: fiance back in the day. Or is that something you
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: just shut up about. Do ladies shut up about that
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: kind of stuff? Yeah, that's done, Okay, not that candis ever. No, No,
