  Speaker 1: what do you do when you feel lost?

  Speaker 2: You know, I guess when you say when you feel lost,

  Speaker 2: that could be viewed a few ways. If you're in

  Speaker 2: a state of confusion, that can make you feel lost.

  Speaker 2: If you're in a state of uncertainty, that can make

  Speaker 2: you feel lost. If you just don't know which way

  Speaker 2: to go, where to turn, you have no idea what

  Speaker 2: your next move is or should be. I guess all

  Speaker 2: of those things can be fit under I'm lost. Sometimes

  Speaker 2: lost can be a feeling of hopelessness, like you just

  Speaker 2: feel like it just ain't gonna ever turn around for you.

  Speaker 2: That can make you feel lost. We've all we've all

  Speaker 2: experienced it. I know for sure I have. And every

  Speaker 2: now and then, even now, as old as I am,

  Speaker 2: as spiritual as I become, I'm still human and I

  Speaker 2: have moments. I'm actually currently in a position now where

  Speaker 2: I don't know exactly what I'm going to do. I

  Speaker 2: really don't And I and It was really funny because

  Speaker 2: just another clip I was scrolling through and a clip

  Speaker 2: came up of Bishop TD Jakes on my talk show

  Speaker 2: and I said to him, Man, sometimes, man, I just

  Speaker 2: don't know what tomorrow brings. I don't know.

  Speaker 2: Bishop Jake's response was, and you're not supposed to. You're

  Speaker 2: that you really need to be. And when I feel lost,

  Speaker 2: when I feel in a state of confusion, I know

  Speaker 2: to be still and let God. Now what do I

  Speaker 2: mean by that? When I'm in those spaces that I'm

  Speaker 2: in right now, I have to look back on my

  Speaker 2: track record and realize I've been here before and how

  Speaker 2: did it pan out after that? And I can't always

  Speaker 2: point to everything exactly. But I do know I've gotten

  Speaker 2: through all of those moments that God was somewhere working

  Speaker 2: on my behalf that I didn't know anything about. But

  Speaker 2: you gotta really get into your faith, man, because this

  Speaker 2: feeling of lost is an opening for the devil too.

  Speaker 2: You gotta be real careful here, because when you feel

  Speaker 2: lost in a state of confusion, you don't know what

  Speaker 2: your next move is gonna be. You can't seem to

  Speaker 2: get it right, you seem stuck in a rut. The

  Speaker 2: devil is in there, in that rut, in that state

  Speaker 2: of confusion, offering little light suggestions to keep you there.

  Speaker 2: You've been praying about this. I guess God then said no. See,

  Speaker 2: sometimes delayed don't mean denied. It just ain't coming at

  Speaker 2: the time you won't. You gotta be careful because the

  Speaker 2: devil will make you think God don't even hear your prayers.

  Speaker 2: The devil will make you think do what you was

  Speaker 2: gonna do before, stop waiting on him, Just go and

  Speaker 2: do something. I got a friend that's got a real

  Speaker 2: ignorant saying, what does he say? I'm gonna do something

  Speaker 2: I'm gonna do something even if it's wrong. Let's talk

  Speaker 2: about a couple of specific examples. Let's say, ladies, you've

  Speaker 2: been in a bad relationship and you get out and

  Speaker 2: you just want to be in a relationship. You just

  Speaker 2: want to have somebody. You know, you don't want to
• 4:40
  Speaker 2: be by yourself. You just you just want to have somebody.

  Speaker 2: And then somebody comes along and you get a little

  Speaker 2: feeling that he just ain't quite right. But because you

  Speaker 2: tied of being alone, you decide I'm gonna go on
• 4:55
  Speaker 2: and see what he about. Well, to me, that's doing
• 4:58
  Speaker 2: something even if it's wrong. If you know something ain't right,

  Speaker 2: don't do it. If you get an inkling, don't do it.

  Speaker 2: Don't let the devil get into that negative space. When

  Speaker 2: you feel lost, immediately stop, let go and let God

  Speaker 2: take whatever your problem, your decision, your confusion is. Put

  Speaker 2: it in the hands of God Almighty, and trust and

  Speaker 2: believe that He gonna get you through it, because think
• 5:24
  Speaker 2: about it, everything you've ever gone through, He's gotten you
• 5:27
  Speaker 2: through it. Your track record for surviving bad days, unthinkable
• 5:30
  Speaker 2: outcomes is one hundred percent. You survived them all. He
• 5:35
  Speaker 2: is never too late, like I know he coming like
• 5:39
  Speaker 2: right now. I feel like he a little late right now,

  Speaker 2: but I already know he ain't late. That he gonna

  Speaker 2: come just on time, in time, at the right time.

  Speaker 2: But it's gonna be his time because God's timing is

  Speaker 2: not like ours. This is the time when you feel

  Speaker 2: lost to lean more on your faith, more on your

  Speaker 2: relationship with God, get closer. It's an opportunity to put

  Speaker 2: your dependence right where it belongs, and that's on him.

  Speaker 2: God don't want you dependent on man. You know, I

  Speaker 2: had to come to terms with that. I was counting

  Speaker 2: on a bunch of people. I really was. God don't

  Speaker 2: want that from me. He don't want that from me.

  Speaker 2: So that's the lesson I've learned. So when you feel lost,

  Speaker 2: go deeper to Him. Trust him. You'll be alright. Those
