- 0:00Speaker 1: The three Things.
- 0:01Speaker 2: Good morning, friends, Welcome to a brand new week. Thank
- 0:04Speaker 2: you for starting with us. Ricky Sanchez is sitting right here,
- 0:07Speaker 2: and she's got those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Warner Brothers has secured the rights for a film based
- 0:11Speaker 3: on a Reddit post starring Sydney Sweeney.
- 0:13Speaker 4: It's a creepy pasta story.
- 0:16Speaker 3: If you're familiar with those, they were huge I remember
- 0:20Speaker 3: years back.
- 0:20Speaker 4: Obviously still going strong.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Warner Brothers has one of the rights to a film
- 0:24Speaker 3: that's based on a four year old story posted to
- 0:27Speaker 3: the Reddit community No Sleep, So No Sleep community on
- 0:30Speaker 3: Reddit is a place where users post scary first person stories.
- 0:34Speaker 3: The idea is that you maintain an immersion kind of feeling,
- 0:38Speaker 3: so you have to act as if these stories are
- 0:40Speaker 3: real aren't actually happening to you.
- 0:43Speaker 4: The film will be based on one of the community's most.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Popular stories, titled quote I pretended to be a missing
- 0:49Speaker 3: girl so I could rob her family. Story follows a
- 0:52Speaker 3: girl who pretends to be a daughter missing for several
- 0:55Speaker 3: years so she can steal from a family. Very it's
- 0:58Speaker 3: giving me like orphan vibe vibes if you've ever.
- 1:00Speaker 5: Seen that movie.
- 1:02Speaker 3: No word on when it's coming out just yet. We
- 1:04Speaker 3: will see how that goes. I'll keep you posted, but
- 1:06Speaker 3: creepy pasta crazy stories on there.
- 1:10Speaker 4: If you ever just want to really freak yourself out,
- 1:12Speaker 4: go ahead and check them out.
- 1:14Speaker 2: We're gonna have a.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Really rough pollen season this year, so just keep that
- 1:18Speaker 3: in mind. A senior meteorologist at ACU Weather says that
- 1:22Speaker 3: pollen counts will exceed historical averages in thirty nine states
- 1:26Speaker 3: as it gets warmer. They say, allergy season across the
- 1:29Speaker 3: country is lasting four weeks longer than it did fifty
- 1:32Speaker 3: years ago because of changing climate conditions. We complain about
- 1:36Speaker 3: the pollen every year, and it's just gonna be worse
- 1:39Speaker 3: this year.
- 1:40Speaker 4: So beware.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Start your regimens now, you know, start taking your medications now.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Start if you do the honey like local honey vibes,
- 1:49Speaker 3: start that now.
- 1:50Speaker 6: I don't even think I realized until I moved to Tennessee,
- 1:53Speaker 6: like you have to take those medicines for a few
- 1:54Speaker 6: weeks before they kick in.
- 1:55Speaker 2: So yes, Ricky's right, take them down.
- 1:57Speaker 3: It's horrific here already, it's gonna be worse. Start now
- 2:00Speaker 3: so that you can hopefully save yourself from a horrific,
- 2:03Speaker 3: terrible pollen season and Laverne.
- 2:06Speaker 4: Is getting a new Aldi.
- 2:07Speaker 3: It's located at fifty three thirty one Murphy's for a Road.
- 2:10Speaker 3: There's gonna be a grand opening festivities happening.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Thursday, April third.
- 2:14Speaker 3: First one hundred customers are gonna get a gift bag
- 2:16Speaker 3: filled with product samples and a gift card, so if
- 2:19Speaker 3: you have time go check them out on the third
- 2:21Speaker 3: to celebrate. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
- 2:23Speaker 3: things you need to know.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Ricky zachon Mano. In the morning on one River.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Happy Monday, we are looking for the first caller of

- 2:49Speaker 6: The first caller today you get those tickets and you
- 2:51Speaker 6: get a little small talk with the crew.
- 2:54Speaker 2: That's us for the crew.
- 2:55Speaker 4: Oh god, just a nickname this then okay, great, tell.
- 2:58Speaker 1: You next other rivers one O seven.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Good morning, Rachel, she's about to walk into work. Welcome
- 3:04Speaker 3: to one of seven, five of the river. You're in Nashville.
- 3:08Speaker 4: What do you do for work?
- 3:09Speaker 7: I'm a nurse?
- 3:10Speaker 1: Cool?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Where do you nurse?
- 3:14Speaker 8: I delivery?
- 3:15Speaker 2: Oh that's awesome.
- 3:17Speaker 3: That quote just there, where do you nurse? Actually works
- 3:19Speaker 3: both ways?
- 3:19Speaker 2: There would you say that?
- 3:22Speaker 7: Really?
- 3:23Speaker 2: Do you see a baby born every day you're at work?
- 3:26Speaker 3: Oh?
- 3:26Speaker 8: Yeah, i'd say upwards of somewhere between fifteen and twenty.
- 3:30Speaker 5: Wow, that's too many kids.
- 3:32Speaker 4: He just scared the crap.
- 3:35Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, there's something in the water. Be careful.
- 3:40Speaker 6: I know newborn babies are just kind of like blobs,
- 3:42Speaker 6: But like, are some so much cuter than others? Like?
- 3:44Speaker 2: Do you judge that?
- 3:45Speaker 4: I mean, that's such a mess up question asked?
- 3:48Speaker 8: You know, most they're pretty darn cute. So there are
- 3:51Speaker 8: a few that come out a little.
- 3:54Speaker 6: From Yeah, they're just I mean they're they're oddly shaped,
- 3:59Speaker 6: like their heads or weird shapes.
- 4:00Speaker 4: And no, I know they look like little aliens.
- 4:02Speaker 8: Yeah that's not their fault.
- 4:04Speaker 2: It's not no better, not at all. I was a
- 4:06Speaker 2: really weird looking baby.
- 4:07Speaker 4: I think all babies look like aliens. When they are
- 4:10Speaker 4: first born.
- 4:11Speaker 3: I don't have any babies, so maybe I'm just missing
- 4:13Speaker 3: that thing so far. Of like, oh, I'm hunan is
- 4:16Speaker 3: they look like slimy, gross aliens to me.
- 4:19Speaker 5: You're not wrong, You're not wrong.
- 4:21Speaker 6: Yeah, And I know, you know, there's got to be
- 4:23Speaker 6: some hardships to come along with this job as well.
- 4:25Speaker 6: But that is so cool to be there for that
- 4:27Speaker 6: moment so often. That's really awesome.
- 4:29Speaker 8: Yeah, it is cool. It's really special.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Well, Rachel, enough about babies, more about you.
- 4:35Speaker 5: You are the first.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Color of the day.
- 4:36Speaker 3: You're getting tickets to go see Nelly at a send
- 4:38Speaker 3: amphitheater along with a bunch of other people, jaw Ruled, Jimmy.
- 4:42Speaker 2: We just Listedmaine Duprix. It's a great lineup.
- 4:46Speaker 8: Wo I'm so excited. Thank you guys.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Congratulations. Is this your first time calling in, Rachel? Have
- 4:50Speaker 4: we talked to you before?
- 4:51Speaker 8: You know, it's been quite a while. I have one
- 4:54Speaker 8: something way in the past, but it's been a minute.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Okay, your voice sounded so familiar to me, but I
- 4:59Speaker 4: just wasn't sure.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Maybe she was the nurse when you were born.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Kevin just called you.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Yeah, old Rachel. They didn't mean it. Thank you for
- 5:09Speaker 2: waking up with us, Thank you for starting your day.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Have a great one.
- 5:12Speaker 8: Hang on, okay, hey, okay, thank you.
- 5:14Speaker 6: Tell all the babies to listen to one oh seven
- 5:16Speaker 6: five of the River, and we've got more of these
- 5:19Speaker 6: passes for this tour tomorrow.
- 5:20Speaker 2: All week go on.
- 5:21Speaker 3: If every one of them listened, though, think about the ratings, guys,
- 5:25Speaker 3: Baby Demo, twenty.
- 5:26Speaker 4: New babies every day, Baby Demo.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Cuckle up, We're about to hear Zach's revelation right here
- 5:34Speaker 3: on one O seven five the River.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Tell us what you figured out.
- 5:38Speaker 9: Okay, So yesterday they were doing this really cool pop
- 5:40Speaker 9: up shop at Fifth and Broadway downtown Nashville, where there
- 5:43Speaker 9: was like a Harry Potter pop up shop where they
- 5:45Speaker 9: were serving butter Beer's the truck, right, yeah, and so
- 5:48Speaker 9: it's like traveling all over the country. It's kind of
- 5:50Speaker 9: like the Oscar Maya wienermobile where it just makes like
- 5:53Speaker 9: stops and hot zip codes. So we went down there
- 5:56Speaker 9: to try the butter beer and they had like a whole.
- 5:58Speaker 5: Photo shoot set up.
- 5:59Speaker 9: It was really cute, except for the fact that I
- 6:01Speaker 9: stood there in line for an hour and a half
- 6:03Speaker 9: and it wasn't even real beer.
- 6:06Speaker 5: I didn't know that butter beer wasn't beer.
- 6:09Speaker 6: The name is misleading, and if you're not a Harry
- 6:11Speaker 6: Potter fan, you're not gonna know that.
- 6:12Speaker 4: I didn't know that it wasn't beer. I really, what
- 6:15Speaker 4: is it?
- 6:16Speaker 9: The one that we had was kind of like a
- 6:18Speaker 9: slushy with like butterscotch.
- 6:20Speaker 2: It's like a butter scotch type of soda. It's like
- 6:21Speaker 2: just a really sweet soda cream soda.
- 6:24Speaker 5: But this one was like a slushy.
- 6:25Speaker 4: But then why do they call it butter beer?
- 6:27Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 6:28Speaker 9: And I was not happy when we got to the
- 6:30Speaker 9: front of the line. I was like, you're telling me,
- 6:31Speaker 9: I said here for an hour and a half for.
- 6:33Speaker 2: This, I mean taking up with JK Rowling.
- 6:35Speaker 6: It's just one of those things that the kids consumed
- 6:38Speaker 6: in Harry Potter, so of course they're not getting crunk
- 6:41Speaker 6: over at Hogwarts drinking.
- 6:43Speaker 5: We'll say.
- 6:44Speaker 9: I said that I was gonna make all Harry Potter
- 6:46Speaker 9: fans mad.
- 6:47Speaker 5: The butter beer is disgusting. It is not good.
- 6:50Speaker 3: It does say here that it's supposed to taste like
- 6:53Speaker 3: quote less sickly butterscotch less sickly.
- 6:57Speaker 4: I mean, it's the UK.
- 6:59Speaker 3: They say things very differently, but that's what it says
- 7:01Speaker 3: here when you google it.
- 7:02Speaker 9: It literally tastes like when you put too many pumps
- 7:04Speaker 9: of the Butterscott syrup in your coffee.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what it tasted like.
- 7:08Speaker 6: Went's Universal Studios. Over winter break, I think and the
- 7:12Speaker 6: kids had butter beer.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Neither liked it at all.
- 7:14Speaker 4: It was I have an explanation here. It's inspired by
- 7:17Speaker 4: a historical drink.
- 7:19Speaker 3: The name butter beer is inspired by the drink called
- 7:21Speaker 3: buttered beer from the late sixteenth and early seventeenth century, okay,
- 7:26Speaker 3: which is made.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Of sugar, warming spices, eggs, and butter.
- 7:29Speaker 2: So no alcohol in that either.
- 7:30Speaker 4: No, okay, it's never had boobyo. I agree. I really
- 7:35Speaker 4: thought it was beer. That's why I was like, oh,
- 7:36Speaker 4: I'll never have a butter beer.
- 7:38Speaker 9: That's the only reason that I said yes today standing
- 7:41Speaker 9: in line for that long and.
- 7:44Speaker 5: Is there anyway?
- 7:44Speaker 6: Because the pictures are very cool, can you put them
- 7:46Speaker 6: up in The River's Instagram or something too and see you.
- 7:49Speaker 9: Follow us on Instagram? It's out one of seven five
- 7:50Speaker 9: the River. I'll share them with you because it was
- 7:52Speaker 9: really cute.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Three things seven o'clock on this Monday morning. Ricky Santees
- 7:58Speaker 2: has those three Things.
- 7:59Speaker 4: Severn has been renewed for another season.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Director Ben Stiller and Apple TV Plus have been kind
- 8:05Speaker 3: of hinting at this for a bit, but now we
- 8:07Speaker 3: officially know that it's going to be happening and they're
- 8:09Speaker 3: going to have a third season, which makes sense because
- 8:11Speaker 3: the season finale of season two just happened Friday.
- 8:15Speaker 4: If you have not watched it, I'm not gonna give.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Any spoilers, but it made me real mad at the end,
- 8:20Speaker 3: real mad.
- 8:21Speaker 2: At the end.
- 8:22Speaker 4: It's a good one though.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I loved it.
- 8:23Speaker 4: It was a really really good one.
- 8:25Speaker 5: I just watch it.
- 8:27Speaker 3: DM me at that chick rikey, RICKI, we could talk
- 8:30Speaker 3: about it for hours.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Do you mind doing the rest of the three things
- 8:32Speaker 2: with the sevenths music plays?
- 8:33Speaker 5: I'm totally remember that.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Good Driver Service Centers have opened up Saturday appointments for
- 8:38Speaker 3: real IDs ahead of the May deadline, So weekend appointments
- 8:41Speaker 3: are going to be added to fifteen driver service centers statewide.
- 8:45Speaker 3: There's a list of the full centers all up online.
- 8:47Speaker 3: Saturday appointments are going to have spots in Nashville, Clarksville,
- 8:52Speaker 3: Columbia and Cookville just give you an idea of the
- 8:54Speaker 3: middle Tennessee areas.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Applicants have to.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Have already a valid Tennessee driver's life license. You can't
- 9:01Speaker 3: get your new real ID. Like if you're going to
- 9:03Speaker 3: get a new license, you're newly registered to drive, you
- 9:07Speaker 3: can't get a real ID on Saturdays.
- 9:08Speaker 4: It has to be Monday through Friday.
- 9:10Speaker 3: But if you are just re upping you're getting a
- 9:12Speaker 3: new one, you can go on Saturday. Obviously, this is
- 9:15Speaker 3: to help everybody make sure that they have them before
- 9:17Speaker 3: the May deadline. Like I said, and door Dash and
- 9:20Speaker 3: Klarna have started an eat now, pay later plan.
- 9:23Speaker 4: So Klarna is a company that you can use.
- 9:26Speaker 3: It's kind of like a credit card in a way,
- 9:28Speaker 3: but you buy things there, you get it right away
- 9:30Speaker 3: and you pay them off later. So they'll have payment
- 9:33Speaker 3: options like a standard plan where you pay in fall,
- 9:36Speaker 3: you can pay in four payments, or you can pay later.
- 9:38Speaker 3: People are obviously noting the positive and negatives of this.
- 9:41Speaker 3: Great for the rising prices of groceries, So if you
- 9:45Speaker 3: don't have a credit card and you need to get groceries,
- 9:47Speaker 3: you can use this as your option to buy groceries.
- 9:50Speaker 4: Also, a terrible indicator.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Of how we're doing with the rising costs of everything
- 9:55Speaker 3: that we need to make door dash.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Financing kind of wild.
- 10:01Speaker 3: So it's a positive and a negative here, but it
- 10:03Speaker 3: is an option.
- 10:04Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 10:06Speaker 4: need to know.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky.
- 10:07Speaker 6: Right after Miles Smith, we are going to learn together
- 10:11Speaker 6: on this Monday morning.
- 10:12Speaker 2: ZACH'SPAXX. Hope you're ready for a good one. Getting in
- 10:15Speaker 2: next on the River.
- 10:16Speaker 1: One O seven five the River.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Nicky, Zach and Mano in the morning, Timber Zach's fax
- 10:20Speaker 3: on one O seven five the River.
- 10:22Speaker 9: This fact is actually courtesy of our very own Ricky Sanchez.
- 10:24Speaker 9: We learned it this morning together. Did you guys know
- 10:27Speaker 9: that there's forty thousand airports in the world.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Ah, I did say.
- 10:31Speaker 9: That earlier, forty thousand, and only nine thousand of them
- 10:35Speaker 9: are served by commercial airlines. That means thirty one thousand
- 10:38Speaker 9: private airports.
- 10:39Speaker 6: Oh that's crazy, guys like uh John Tuon, Yeah, sure.
- 10:44Speaker 2: Did how you say his name?
- 10:45Speaker 10: Hey?
- 10:45Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 10:46Speaker 9: Datoon airport? Okay, And there's your fact of the day.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Thank Zach.
- 10:49Speaker 1: One oh seven five the River.
- 10:51Speaker 7: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the Morning one.
- 10:53Speaker 6: O seven five The River, Good morning, thank you for
- 10:56Speaker 6: starting your Monday morning with us.
- 10:58Speaker 5: Uh.
- 10:59Speaker 6: My daughter as a habit of leaving her glasses everywhere
- 11:02Speaker 6: we go.
- 11:02Speaker 2: She loses her glasses. She lives in behind. We've had
- 11:04Speaker 2: to go look for them so many places.
- 11:06Speaker 6: And I told that to these guys in here, and
- 11:08Speaker 6: Ricky said, the saddest thing I've ever heard.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Do you want me to say it now or do
- 11:12Speaker 4: you want me to save it?
- 11:13Speaker 2: She lost something when she was a kid. It's gonna
- 11:15Speaker 2: break your heart. Let's wait on that.
- 11:17Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, govern minute, But we want to hear what
- 11:19Speaker 6: you lost when you were a kid and you still
- 11:21Speaker 6: think about it. Maybe it was your glasses, Maybe it
- 11:23Speaker 6: was you know, your retainer, that's a classic one. Maybe
- 11:26Speaker 6: it was something more meaningful six one five, seven, three
- 11:28Speaker 6: seven nine one oh seven. And I'm telling you, Ricky's
- 11:30Speaker 6: gonna break your heart.
- 11:31Speaker 4: It is.
- 11:31Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 11:32Speaker 3: I still think about it and still makes me release ahead.
- 11:35Speaker 2: What did you lose when you were a kid you
- 11:36Speaker 2: still think about it?
- 11:37Speaker 6: Six one, five, seven, three seven nine one O seven
- 11:40Speaker 6: one O seven five The River.
- 11:41Speaker 7: Nicky, Zach and Mano in the morning, Lease.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Nashville, Welcome to one oh, seven five the river.
- 11:46Speaker 3: What did you lose when you were a kid that
- 11:48Speaker 3: you still think about to this day.
- 11:51Speaker 11: When I was a little kid, my mom received a
- 11:53Speaker 11: stimulus check from the government, probably under George Zobe Bush's presidency,
- 11:59Speaker 11: and I was sorting the mail and I threw it away.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Y Alan, do you know how much the check was fuller?
- 12:08Speaker 11: It was definitely over a thousand.
- 12:11Speaker 7: I feel terrible.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Oh my gosh.
- 12:14Speaker 5: Do your parents still bring it up to this day?
- 12:16Speaker 3: Oh my gosh all the time.
- 12:19Speaker 11: I've never heard of the end of it.
- 12:21Speaker 2: To be fair, if one of my kids did that.
- 12:22Speaker 6: I know it's easier with the internet and stuff now,
- 12:24Speaker 6: but like, there's gotta be a way to have them
- 12:27Speaker 6: reissue you a check because they can tell that it
- 12:29Speaker 6: was never deposited.
- 12:30Speaker 11: Let's go back to two thousand.
- 12:32Speaker 2: What Well, No, they're not going to do it now.
- 12:34Speaker 6: But I'm saying at the time your parents, if they
- 12:37Speaker 6: were that worked up, they could have probably done something.
- 12:39Speaker 4: It sounds like a lot of work, So Kevin for.
- 12:43Speaker 3: It's a lot easier to just consistently bring it up
- 12:46Speaker 3: for the rest of her life.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you're right.
- 12:49Speaker 3: The last thing I would say to you on my
- 12:51Speaker 3: deathbed would be about this check.
- 12:55Speaker 11: I don't think about how much more I owe them
- 12:57Speaker 11: in the long term by just bringing this up over
- 12:59Speaker 11: time exactly.
- 13:01Speaker 2: All right, Hell, thank you for calling and sharing with us.
- 13:03Speaker 2: That one hurts.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Wow, by.
- 13:08Speaker 4: Two thousand dollars in the garbage.
- 13:12Speaker 9: And then like early two thousands, that's like five thousand
- 13:15Speaker 9: dollars right, Like, that's a lot of money.
- 13:17Speaker 5: What did you lose that my ninety eight degree CD?
- 13:20Speaker 7: No?
- 13:21Speaker 3: Wait, is that the one that you listened to on
- 13:23Speaker 3: repeat for like months.
- 13:25Speaker 5: For three months straight?
- 13:27Speaker 4: Oh, and then you lost it?
- 13:28Speaker 5: I was nine and then you lost it?
- 13:31Speaker 2: Though?
- 13:31Speaker 4: Was it because you were carrying it everywhere listening to
- 13:33Speaker 4: it all?
- 13:33Speaker 9: I think I left it at school one day because
- 13:35Speaker 9: I like would always sneak it in my backpack because
- 13:38Speaker 9: I thought I was so cool bring my little CD
- 13:40Speaker 9: player on the school bus. So I think I left

- 14:10Speaker 4: And I loved it.
- 14:11Speaker 3: I was so excited about it, especially because the engraving

- 14:18Speaker 3: deep the's yard and we never found it.
- 14:22Speaker 4: I sobbed for days.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Guys, for days, I cried about this because we could

- 14:31Speaker 3: like I promise, I'm not mad at you, It's okay.
- 14:35Speaker 3: But I was so sad. I still think about it.
- 14:37Speaker 3: I couldn't wear real jewelry for years because I just
- 14:40Speaker 3: thought I was gonna lose it all the time.
- 14:42Speaker 9: I feel like they probably found it eventually with the lawnmower.
- 14:45Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 14:47Speaker 3: As I got older, I realized that's probably happened. No
- 14:51Speaker 3: one told me that in the moment, because they were

- 18:39Speaker 6: Three things after eight o'clock on this Monday morning.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Hello, thank you for being here. Ricky Sanchez has those
- 18:46Speaker 2: three things?
- 18:46Speaker 3: Did Cynthia Revo throw shade at Amanda Seifred That's what
- 18:50Speaker 3: everyone's talking about.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Amanda was on the.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Happy, Sad, Confused podcast where she said that she auditioned
- 18:56Speaker 3: and even sang alongside Cynthia for wicked.
- 19:00Speaker 4: She felt confident in her audition.
- 19:03Speaker 3: She ultimately said, you know that everything happens for a reason,
- 19:06Speaker 3: though she didn't get it for a reason.
- 19:08Speaker 4: And now fans are.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Thinking back to when Cynthia was doing press and she
- 19:12Speaker 3: celebrated Ariana Grande getting the part by saying, quote, thank
- 19:16Speaker 3: goodness because it was not the two ladies that I
- 19:19Speaker 3: was auditioning with. We didn't know at the time who
- 19:21Speaker 3: the two ladies were. Now we know one of them
- 19:24Speaker 3: was Amanda, So everyone's like, dang the shade. Obviously it
- 19:29Speaker 3: does come off a little shady, but it could also
- 19:31Speaker 3: just be Cynthia and Ariana were so obsessed with each
- 19:34Speaker 3: other during the press, so like it may not have been.
- 19:38Speaker 4: Something that she was even thinking about that.
- 19:41Speaker 3: The fact that exact exactly it may not have been
- 19:45Speaker 3: that deep. But obviously it brings the question spring us
- 19:50Speaker 3: here and I have a fun way for you to
- 19:51Speaker 3: get outside an exercise move Fit with Danny Dee is

- 20:37Speaker 3: five of the River in our Instagram stories. And this
- 20:41Speaker 3: kind of goes hand in hand with what I was
- 20:43Speaker 3: just talking about. This is not so new, but a
- 20:46Speaker 3: new way to relieve stress. It's making its rounds. It's
- 20:50Speaker 3: dancing yep. According to a.
- 20:52Speaker 4: New study published in Psychology.
- 20:54Speaker 3: Of Sport and Exercise, dancing is the magical potion for
- 20:58Speaker 3: stress relief because of the combination of movement, music, and
- 21:01Speaker 3: social interaction. So dancing gets your body moving, your brain
- 21:04Speaker 3: buzzing with happiness. Obviously, being around people sets off certain
- 21:08Speaker 3: chemicals in your brain, you know, happy chemicals, and this
- 21:12Speaker 3: lower stress hormones by dancing.
- 21:14Speaker 4: So I figured both of these go hand in hand.
- 21:17Speaker 3: Get outside, go dance with other people, get some steps
- 21:21Speaker 3: in your fitness going. It's gonna make you happier in
- 21:23Speaker 3: the end and help you relieve stress. I'm Ricky Sanchez,
