  SPEAKER_00: And it's something that doesn't cost money, it's something that is so simple, a child can do it.

  SPEAKER_00: Now, uh, this thing that we're talking about, um, it has worked, it always works.

  SPEAKER_00: When the pandemic hit, and it was like, oh my goodness, what is happening?

  SPEAKER_00: And let's think about what actually happened in Genesis chapter one.

  SPEAKER_00: In Genesis chapter one, God created the earth.

  SPEAKER_00: God needed to create something.

  SPEAKER_00: And in the same way, we need to create our lives.

  SPEAKER_00: You guys know I talk about all nine areas of our lives.

  SPEAKER_00: So you have a spiritual, you like walk with God that needs to be created, a family that needs to be created, family experience that needs to be created, ministry that needs to be created, finances, all of these things.

  SPEAKER_00: And so God is a creator, you're a creator.

  SPEAKER_00: There's impact you're called to have in this world, right?

  SPEAKER_00: You're going to create that.

  SPEAKER_00: Genesis chapter one.

  SPEAKER_00: I'm going to read from verse one.

  SPEAKER_00: It says, In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

  SPEAKER_00: The earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the surface of the deep.

  SPEAKER_00: And the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

  SPEAKER_00: Then God said, Let there be light, and there was light.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay?

  SPEAKER_00: Now, what is this big secret that has been hiding in plain sight?

  SPEAKER_00: It's your tongue, is the words that you speak.

  SPEAKER_00: So we saw that God is a creator.

  SPEAKER_00: We saw that the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the earth.

  SPEAKER_00: But the first, the next thing we see is that God spoke what he wanted to see, and then it became.

  SPEAKER_00: God said what he wanted to see, and then it became.

  SPEAKER_00: And when you read all the way to the end of the chapter, you find out that this was the strategy God used to create, you know, like create the earth as we know it.

  SPEAKER_00: So what I'm going to do is I pulled out six secrets about the way God speaks, like what God does when he speaks.

  SPEAKER_00: And we're going to pull it from these verses that we just read.

  SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to give you six things.

  SPEAKER_00: The first thing, the first thing I'm going to give you is this.

  SPEAKER_00: And we're getting right into it because we have a lot to cover.

  SPEAKER_00: The first thing is God kept the vision of his preferred future top of mind.

  SPEAKER_00: God kept the vision of his preferred future out of my top of mind.

  SPEAKER_00: And someone's like, wait, Dr.

  SPEAKER_00: Una, where did you?
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_00: How did you get that from the scriptures?

  SPEAKER_00: The Bible says that it is from the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks.

  SPEAKER_00: The mouth just doesn't come up with stuff.

  SPEAKER_00: Whatever we have comes from our internal picture and then we declare, comes from our mind and then we declare.

  SPEAKER_00: For God to have said, let there be light, he saw a world where there was light.

  SPEAKER_00: Now remember the picture he saw, the Bible says in verse 2 that the earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep.

  SPEAKER_00: So what he saw was darkness.

  SPEAKER_00: What he spoke was light.

  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:56
  SPEAKER_00: Because he had a vision, a different vision from what he was, what he was seeing, which was light, and then he spoke in line with that vision.

  SPEAKER_00: Now hear me when I say this.

  SPEAKER_00: This is this so important that we understand this.

  SPEAKER_00: When you have circumstances, like God had a circumstance, the earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep.

  SPEAKER_00: When you have a circumstance, one of the ways Satan uses circumstances against us is that he uses it to change the internal picture that we have.

  SPEAKER_00: You must understand this.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, let me give you examples.

  SPEAKER_00: Please pay attention to this.
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.

  SPEAKER_00: When somebody tells you, oh, look at what your child did, and it was something that was wrong, what immediately happens is you get offered this picture.

  SPEAKER_00: Oh, your child doesn't turn out right.
• 5:57
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 5:58
  SPEAKER_00: When you go, you're a business person and you sell something, and the person says no, the immediate picture that shows up is, oh, and that's how people will say no, and you're not going to make any money, your business is going to fold, and all of those things.

  SPEAKER_00: When you go out on stage and somebody gets up from the audience and walks out of the auditorium, that circumstance, the person could have been going to pee, okay?

  SPEAKER_00: But that circumstance is like, oh, look at how boring what you're saying is that the person who is seated there had to leave.

  SPEAKER_00: Circumstances, if you allow them, will change the internal picture, which is such a problem because you need that internal picture to change the circumstance.

  SPEAKER_00: The circumstance is not stronger than the internal picture.

  SPEAKER_00: The internal picture is stronger than the circumstance.
• 6:51
  SPEAKER_00: That's why the temptation is for you to change the picture you have on the inside with the circumstance on the outside.

  SPEAKER_00: Because whatever is inside will come outside.

  SPEAKER_00: Proverbs chapter 4, verse 23.

  SPEAKER_00: What does it say?

  SPEAKER_00: Guard your heart, your mind, your internal picture with all diligence.

  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 7:10
  SPEAKER_00: It determines the course of your life.
• 7:12
  SPEAKER_00: Your life on the outside will mirror the picture you have on the inside.

  SPEAKER_00: It will mirror it.

  SPEAKER_00: And so that's why, even in the face of circumstances, you have to hold the internal picture, which is the picture that is based on the word of God.

  SPEAKER_00: When Jesus was met by um Jairus, whose daughter was sick.

  SPEAKER_00: They said, Oh, don't worry the master anymore, because your daughter is dead.

  SPEAKER_00: What was the first thing Jesus said?

  SPEAKER_00: Fear not, don't change the internal picture.
• 7:56
  SPEAKER_00: Don't change the internal picture because if you don't, we can change the external, we can change the circumstance with the internal picture that you have.

  SPEAKER_00: So let's do this for one second.

  SPEAKER_00: I want you to think about what you think about your finances.
• 8:18
  SPEAKER_00: Is that based like the internal picture you carry about your finances?

  SPEAKER_00: Is it based on the word of God or is it based on the challenges and circumstances you've experienced in the past?

  SPEAKER_00: When you think about your marriage, the picture you have on the inside, the picture you have on the inside, is that picture in line with what the word of God says, or is it a reflection of the challenges you've had?

  SPEAKER_00: When you think about how your children will turn out, is that based on what the word of God says, that the generation of the godly will be blessed everywhere?

  SPEAKER_00: That children are like arrows in the quiver of a mighty man and will answer the enemy in the state, in the in the in the in the streets?

  SPEAKER_00: Is it like is it where God the Bible says, and your children will be taught of the Lord and great will be their peace?

  SPEAKER_00: Or is it based on the circumstances?
• 9:10
  SPEAKER_00: When you think about your finances, is it based on the economy and the challenges you've had or what the word of God says?

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, now when the when the pandemic showed up, uh you know, like now when we look think about the pandemic, it's a historical fact, and you know what they say hindstein is 2020, but imagine when it first started fear, worry, anxiety, all of these things at an all-time high, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And that was the same time that we started a rise and shine.
• 9:39
  SPEAKER_00: And this is the conversation I had with God because when the pandemic happened, businesses were shutting down, everything was going crazy, people were at home, all this stuff.

  SPEAKER_00: I started adjusting my goals for that year.
• 9:51
  SPEAKER_00: So this was 2020.
• 9:52
  SPEAKER_00: I started adjusting my goals for that year.
• 9:55
  SPEAKER_00: And God was like, What are you doing?
• 9:57
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, Lord, there's a pandemic.

  SPEAKER_00: I don't know what's happening up in heaven, but here on earth, we're having a pandemic.

  SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, like I can't still expect all these things will happen.

  SPEAKER_00: You know what he said to me?
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_00: He said, So, my word, you what you're telling me is my word is only true in the absence of a pandemic.

  SPEAKER_00: But if there's a pandemic, all of a sudden my word is null and void.

  SPEAKER_00: And I was like, No, that's not that's not what I'm saying.
• 10:28
  SPEAKER_00: He's like, but that's what you're doing.
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_00: He says, Don't touch the goal, ask me how to win in the face of this.

  SPEAKER_00: He said, Don't change your internal picture based on what is happening outside a whole pandemic.

  SPEAKER_00: He's like, Ask me how to pull it off.
• 10:45
  SPEAKER_00: Decide that you like what you set out to accomplish with my help, you're still going to accomplish it.

  SPEAKER_00: And that's where he gave me Isaiah chapter 60, which eventually became the name of Arise and Shine.

  SPEAKER_00: It says, Arise, shine, for your light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.

  SPEAKER_00: There's darkness over the earth, there's gross darkness over the people.
• 11:05
  SPEAKER_00: That is the circumstance.
• 11:08
  SPEAKER_00: But he said, But but the glory of the Lord will be seen upon you.
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: The Lord is risen upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you.
• 11:18
  SPEAKER_00: And so, what he was saying, in essence, is keep the picture on the inside of you arising, you shining, the glory of the Lord being upon you, the Lord helping you.

  SPEAKER_00: And and verse 3 goes on to say, Gentiles coming to your light and kings come into the brightness of your rising.

  SPEAKER_00: Hold that picture, don't change the picture because of the circumstance.

  SPEAKER_00: So God did not, he kept the vision of his preferred future, he kept the vision of his preferred future.

  SPEAKER_00: Why is this important?
• 11:51
  SPEAKER_00: Whatever your vision is, is what will keep escaping out of your mouth.

  SPEAKER_00: And what escapes out of your mouth is what you're going to create.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we're gonna go, we're gonna talk about all this stuff.

  SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna get ahead of myself.

  SPEAKER_00: But the first thing is God kept that vision.

  SPEAKER_00: That's why when he saw darkness, he could still say, Let there be light.

  SPEAKER_00: This is so good.

  SPEAKER_00: Number number two, number two, he created the atmosphere for creative speaking.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so let's go back to what we're reading.

  SPEAKER_00: Remember, we're doing the first three chapters of Genesis.

  SPEAKER_00: It says, In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep.

  SPEAKER_00: This was a circumstance, and the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

  SPEAKER_00: Now, pay attention to this vision, wisdom is looking for how God does things.

  SPEAKER_00: This is why people, we must be people who read this book.

  SPEAKER_00: We must be people who read this book.

  SPEAKER_00: Is looking, how did God do that?

  SPEAKER_00: And it's monkey see, monkey do.

  SPEAKER_00: And when you do things the way God did it, then you get the kinds of results God gets.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay, so we we we look at what God did, and we do that.

  SPEAKER_00: So God saw that there's darkness over the face of the deed, the earth was without form and void, and all of that stuff, and God spoke, but before God spoke, there was something that happened.

  SPEAKER_00: The Bible says, and the spirit of God was hovering, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Let me go back there.

  SPEAKER_00: The spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters, and it was that that happened first before he spoke.

  SPEAKER_00: So if God created an atmosphere before speaking, we create an atmosphere before speaking to monkey see, monkey do.

  SPEAKER_00: Now, does that mean every single time before you speak, do this?

  SPEAKER_00: That's not what this means.

  SPEAKER_00: But if you're like, I am going to recreate my world, I am going to force my life to comply with the word of God, I'm gonna force aspects of my life to comply with the word of God, then we are going to do what he did.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what is the way?

  SPEAKER_00: What do we do to trigger the move of the spirits, the activated presence of God in our lives, in our circumstances, and all of that?

  SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna give you three ways.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm gonna give you three ways.

  SPEAKER_00: So God created this atmosphere.

  SPEAKER_00: One of the ways you do that is through worship, you're worshiping God.

  SPEAKER_00: This, this, and guys, this this makes no sense, like earthly sense, where you have a circumstance, and the circumstance is so bad, and you're like, okay, what do we do?

  SPEAKER_00: And we bring in worship.

  SPEAKER_00: We're praising God.

  SPEAKER_00: Like, how can you be praising God?
• 15:02
  SPEAKER_00: Nothing is working.

  SPEAKER_00: You're like, hang on, this is how we make things work, okay?

  SPEAKER_00: You're worshiping him for who he is, for what for what he's done.

  SPEAKER_00: You're worshiping him, you're worshiping him, and you can worship the dimension of God you need to show up.

  SPEAKER_00: For instance, you're trusting God for healing, and there's so many, so many worship songs.

  SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be singing.
• 15:26
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, worship can be speaking too, but there's so many worship songs about God, God, the healer, the one who heals us, the great physician, the healings he's done in the past, all of those kinds of things.

  SPEAKER_00: There were worship songs on the God of war, there are worship songs on God who's holy, though there's worship songs about the God with whom that's a way maker.

  SPEAKER_00: They're all of these things.

  SPEAKER_00: We bring worship.

  SPEAKER_00: What does that do?
• 15:51
  SPEAKER_00: It creates the it triggers the activated presence of God, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So you remember when Solomon was dedicating his temple and he brought in worship.

  SPEAKER_00: The Bible says that there are 120 trumpeters and they had all the singers and they were all united, and with they had sanctified themselves, and with one voice they began to lift up worship, saying, you know, and and worshiping the name of God.

  SPEAKER_00: And what does the Bible say?

  SPEAKER_00: And the glory of God filled the house such that the pe the priests could not stand to minister.

  SPEAKER_00: What triggered that?
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_00: Worship.

  SPEAKER_00: When you do that, what are you doing?

  SPEAKER_00: Trigger your triggering, so it'll be written about you too in your chapter that and the spirit of God was hovering, was hovering.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so one of the ways is worship.

  SPEAKER_00: One of the ways is thanksgiving.

  SPEAKER_00: Let me tell you something.

  SPEAKER_00: God loves Thanksgiving.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, God loves it, He loves it, and so you bring gratitude, you bring gratitude, you thank him for what he's done, you thank him for the things he's done in the past, and you're thanking him and thanking him.

  SPEAKER_00: What are you doing?

  SPEAKER_00: You're triggering a move of the spirit.

  SPEAKER_00: One of the other ways is prayer.

  SPEAKER_00: The Bible, you know, talks about the disciples, Peter and John, when they went to preach, and you know, they they captured them and arrested them and beat them and did all those things, and they went back to their own company and they started praying and praying.

  SPEAKER_00: And the Bible says, and the place this is in Acts chapter 4, the place where they were gathered together was shaken and they were all filled afresh with the with the Holy Spirit.

  SPEAKER_00: I want you to think about that, a move of the spirit.

  SPEAKER_00: So if you've ever wondered why, you know, you're like, I don't want to worship, I know there's nothing to thank God for, nothing is working, and you struggle to pray, you think you struggle to pray, and all of that.

  SPEAKER_00: Because Satan knows if you do these things, you trigger a move of the spirit, you trigger the move of the spirit, and you act, and then you speak on top of it, he's about to have serious problems.

  SPEAKER_00: So, not worshiping is a trap, not giving thanks is a trap, not praying is a trap because if you don't do it, there's no active move of the spirit.

  SPEAKER_00: So I want to invite you to do because when you do this, your speaking is so much more potent.

  SPEAKER_00: It's not just confession, but we're now talking prophetic declarations.

  SPEAKER_00: So, worship, thanksgiving, praise, prayer, all of that stuff.

  SPEAKER_00: Triggering a move of the spirit.

  SPEAKER_00: If God triggered a move of the spirit before he spoke, it is good for you to trigger a move of the spirit before you speak.

  SPEAKER_00: We are people going after wisdom.

  SPEAKER_00: We look for how God does things.

  SPEAKER_00: Monkey see, monkey do.

  SPEAKER_00: He didn't say, What kind of earth is this?

  SPEAKER_00: And we are made in his image and after his likeness, and we are adopting wisdom.

of this um um last week right and I told you we created 12 daily declarations to become a sign and wonder in the workplace okay the reason I did that is so you can start speaking these things is it is is it is it a fact yet no is it the truth yet yes the truth is the truth whether you see it or not the fact is what is happening right now what is the facts can change our job is to use the truth the word of God to change the facts to change the circumstances to change the reality quote unquote okay so I want you to see this okay I'm gonna say a few of them maybe the first sex declarations you just get up before you go to work you're like you you've prayed you've worshipped you've done all these things the spirit of the God of God is moving you're like let us do some speaking thank you very much right like I do not have two lives my walk with God is my life and it shows up in my marketplace my work my business my boardroom and in all nine areas of my life and Satan is going like girl you looked at your life yet you don't pay no mind because if your speaking was not working Satan won't tell you to stop it the same way Satan has never told you you've been watching Netflix for six hours you should stop he has never told you that your flesh has been like ooh let's do this some more how much more can I do that maybe I don't need to sleep maybe I'll pull an all-nighter your flesh doesn't stop so if Satan ever tells you stop talking you feel this pressure stop talking stop talking he's saying that because you're bothering him okay I am a sign and a wonder and your mind will be God creating the version of you who does these things so we speak what we want to see so it's not just oh when I remember I speak no you want to have speaking sessions right and every time your mind offers you some stupid thought and you're like when how would I know when my mind is offering me stupid thoughts you're afraid you're frustrated you're overwhelmed you're tired you feel like giving up you're playing the victim when negative emotions show up there was a negative thought that triggered it okay and that is the time to speak that is the time to open up your mouth and declare the joy of the Lord is my strength the fruit of the spirit as is is is growing in me love joy peace patience gentleness all of all of these things self-control right you keep you're declaring these things okay this is very very important so not saying what you see is one thing so most believers they're not even aware any of the that they're not in this at all okay they're not in this at all they don't realize that their tongue has any power their tongue has anything to do with anything so that's most believers then there's a group of believers who are like okay man I shouldn't say negative things that's just not the thing I should do and so they don't say negative things but they don't say positive things either that well word-based things not just positive but what the word of God says right they don't do that either they just don't say the wrong things right but the thing is this if you don't say the wrong things if you say the wrong things weeds will grow bad plants will grow if you say nothing weeds will grow if you have a garden and you plant nothing weeds will grow we live in a fallen world okay it will grow so we don't only not say what we see we say what we want to see based off of the word of God okay all right now this is gonna sound so funny because number four was he said what he wanted to see number five is he saw what he said what okay so let's go back let's go back and read the scripture Genesis chapter one from verse one in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth the earth was without form and void and darkness was on the face of the deep and the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters verse three then God said let there be light and there was light verse four pay attention to this so God said let there be light and there was light the Bible says and verse four it says and he saw the light that it was good he saw the light and he saw that it was good now you can say for instance us there was a pandemic okay so I told you God said you know why are you changing your goals and all of those things and so I kept my internal picture okay and then I started declaring if you guys remember if you got you guys who are OGs on Arise and Shine we started declaring out that we were exempt.

  SPEAKER_00: So did I still see myself celebrating my 90th birthday even though we're in the midst of this pandemic that was you know like nobody knows what's going on with it yes you speak and then you see you must do both of them so we have the vision we hold it in the face of circumstances we don't let circumstances talk us out of the vision then we trigger a move of the spirit we trigger the move of the spirit by worship by gratitude by by praising by prayer all of that especially praying in tongues okay then we don't say what we see because we're not reporters we're creators then we say what we want to see because that's what creators do that's what creators do and then when we say that thing we see it we see it okay okay so we don't say what we don't want to see we say what we want to see and when we're done saying it we see it now number six and this is so powerful guys is God okay let me read a verse for you guys okay so Genesis chapter one we've read from verse four one to four now I want you to look at verse uh chapter two and it says this verse which verse do I read um okay I'll start from verse four it says this is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens before any plant of the field um was in the earth and before any herb of the field was grown for the Lord had not caused it to rain on the earth and there was no man to till the ground oh oh there was no man to till the ground there was no man to till the ground interesting but I thought we already created the tree remember chapter one is architecture chapter two is the building okay but a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground and the Lord God formed formed man of the dust of the ground he spoke when he was done with that he came and he formed now he spoke his spirit all those things came into being but he then formed man hello and the Bible said listen to this the Bible says that the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground please hear me when I say this this is chapter two if God needed to get his hands dirty quote unquote he needed to do some stuff you cannot escape it number six he did after he spoke it doesn't stop at speaking after he was done speaking he did he did after he spoke after he was done speaking he then formed man from the dust of the ground if God needs to form if God needs to work work is not a curse and thou shalt work because if you don't work you abort the process the process is not complete with you speaking when you done speak you're gonna go do some stuff stuff in line with what you spoke if you got it you need to go like I got this okay I'm still reading so verse seven it says and the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed in his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living being verse eight the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden and there he put the man whom he had formed interesting God planted God formed and then God planted God formed and then God planted so you may be here and you're a consultant and you're like God like you did for Daniel give me unusual aptitude in fact you're declaring I have unusual aptitude in all manner of learning right and when I'm examined I'm found to be 10 times better than my peers that's from Daniel chapter 1 verse 17 and from verse 20 and all of heaven will say amen when you're done speaking you then see it you see that you're seen as 10 you know 10 times better than your peers you're giving all these awards all these things are happening you have more clients you have you're dominating in the marketplace when you're done speaking and you're done seeing then you're now going to go do like the kind of people who are 10 times smarter which means you will study which means you you will grow in wisdom which means you will read the books which means you'll practice consulting which means you will do all of these things you will tap into the wisdom of God it doesn't mean go do it in just your power and might you do it with Him but you're gonna need to do some stuff okay you're a market person you're gonna need to go sell yes ma'am yes sir you're gonna go have to do that you're not gonna sit in your house and call forth clients and not go out and go get them okay there was a miracle this miracle is documented in John chapter 21 where the disciples had gone fishing and they toiled all night and they caught nothing they toiled all night no fish I want you to think about this disciples full grown men go to go to fish all night they don't catch anything and then Jesus meets them.

  SPEAKER_00: Your tongue has power because it can wield the forces of life, which are words spoken in line with the word of God, or it wields the forces of death, which are words that are anti-the word of God.

  SPEAKER_00: We now start strategically creating, strategically taking the word of God, mounting it on our powerful tongue and releasing it, knowing that as we release it, it's gonna bring back fruit.

  SPEAKER_00: I will do it in my walk with him, I will do it in my family, I will do it in ministry, I will do it with my finances, I would do it with the kinds of fun life I'm about to have to have.

  SPEAKER_00: I would do with the quality of relationships I bring into my world, I would do it with my intellectual development, I'll do it in my business, my career, my school, my academics, everything.

  SPEAKER_00: I am going to take everything that looks like it's without form and void and darkness on the face of it, and I'm gonna convert it into a garden of Eden by doing exactly what God did in Genesis chapter 1 and 2.

  SPEAKER_00: We have a miracle in our mouth, it is our tongue, and it's our job to take this book, look in the book, find out what it said, mount it on the tongue, and declare it, knowing that when I'm speaking, I'm never wasting my time when I'm speaking, I'm releasing seeds that will create a fruit.

  SPEAKER_00: And the Bible says, My belly will be satisfied by the fruit of my lips, that by the fruit of my mouth and by the produce of my lips.

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna attract life into my life, and because of because I do it, I'm somebody who loves it and I will enjoy its fruits.
