- 0:22Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable and snuggle deep
- 0:28down in your bed. Take a deep breath in through
- 0:34your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.
- 0:46Take another deep breath in through your nose and slowly
- 0:53and gently breathe out through your mouth. One last time,
- 1:01deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through
- 1:09your mouth, and relax. As your breathing now slows down
- 1:18and comes back to its normal rhythm, each breath you
- 1:23take relaxes you even more deeply, and you feel so
- 1:28peaceful and so calm. Now, imagine yourself walking out in
- 1:37a large open field, and sitting there in the middle
- 1:42of this field is a very large and very magnificent,
- 1:47brightly colored balloon just for you. It's a hot air balloon,
- 1:54and it has a large wicker basket for you to
- 1:57stand in and to stay a balloon anywhere you want
- 2:00to go. This is your own personal flying machine, made
- 2:08especially for you. So you walk all around it and
- 2:15take a really good look at it. Notice the colors,
- 2:21how bright and vibrant they are, and they are your
- 2:25favorite colors too. Notice its shape, Notice how huge it
- 2:34is now that you are so close to it. It's massive.
- 2:41Can you see any writing on it? Maybe it has
- 2:45your name on it? After all, it is your balloon.
- 2:51As you look at it, you can hear the sound
- 2:54of the hot air rising into the balloon itself. It's
- 2:58kind of like a hissing sound as it fills up
- 3:01and gets ready to fly. When you are at the controls,
- 3:07How does the balloon feel when you touch it run
- 3:13your hands along the basket. Does it feel rough or
- 3:18does it feel smooth? As you run your hands along
- 3:25the basket, you feel where the little door is, so
- 3:30you open it and climb inside. You lock the door
- 3:35again and look around the basket itself. It really is
- 3:39very large. It even has a little seat for you
- 3:43to sit on so that when you are flying you
- 3:46can see everything.
- 3:47Speaker 2: All around you.
- 3:50Speaker 1: And it even has a little table with a picnic
- 3:54basket on it filled full of all your yummy favorites
- 3:57that you like to eat. You sit down and take
- 4:03hold of the controls, and very gently, your balloon begins
- 4:09to rise slowly upwards. It's like it's just floating upwards
- 4:16because there is very little sound, just a gentle hissing
- 4:20of the flames creating the hot air. This is how
- 4:25the balloon rises. Hot air rises up, but cold air sinks.
- 4:34You are the pilot. Now, you are in the pilot's seat,
- 4:39and you can go anywhere you want to go. And
- 4:43you are now cleared for take off by your safety
- 4:47crew on the ground. You didn't even see them, you
- 4:50are so excited by your balloon. Your balloon gently rises
- 4:57higher now and a little bit faster, higher and higher,
- 5:03until you are gliding right up into the air, flying
- 5:07higher and a little bit more, a little bit higher,
- 5:13but only as high as you choose to fly, and
- 5:18knowing that all the time your safety crew on the
- 5:22ground is keeping you safe. As your balloon floats slowly
- 5:32and gently through the air, you continue to pilot it
- 5:37and choose which way you wish to go. Take a
- 5:41look around you as you fly. It's a perfect sunny
- 5:45day with not a cloud in the sky. The sky
- 5:49is very clear and you can see for miles and miles.
- 5:58You look below, you see fields of different colored greens.
- 6:03Some of them are yellow filled with corn. Maybe you
- 6:07can even see a purple colored field that will be
- 6:11a lavender field, I expect. There are many different types
- 6:16of fields in many different colors. Can you see them.
- 6:21Can you see the beautiful colors of nature? Just take
- 6:30a moment to feel the thrill of this flight, always
- 6:35remembering you are safe, you are loved, and you are
- 6:41protected at all times. Oh and don't forget to eat
- 6:46your lunch while you're flying. So now you are going
- 6:54to fly your balloon anywhere you want to go, just
- 6:58for the fun of it. If you choose to, and
- 7:03if you choose to fly yourself to a place that
- 7:08fills you with happiness and joy, there's no reason to
- 7:12go there. You're going there just because you can't and
- 7:17because you want to. It might be somewhere you've already
- 7:22been before, somewhere that you love to go, or it
- 7:27might be an imaginary place. So begin to fly yourself there. Now,
- 7:34let your balloon be lifted not just by the heat,
- 7:39but with your very own joy. How magical this is
- 7:45for you to be flying your own balloon. And also,
- 7:51if you choose to, you can bring your balloon down
- 7:54lower so that you can really see this beautiful place
- 7:58you are going to. And if you find a safe
- 8:04place to land, you can do that too if you wish.
- 8:12Maybe you would also like to explore on your own
- 8:16two feet too, So for a few moments, take the
- 8:21time to endure your flight. Take the time to be
- 8:28a really, really good pilot, But most of all, take
- 8:33the time to endure your balloon ride and to see
- 8:38everything that you.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Can com.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Sista, how wonderful was that? What did you see? Where
- 11:32did you go? Did you walk around on your own
- 11:37two feet or did you stay flying in your bloom
- 11:41up in the sky on your travels? Did you find
- 11:48any knowledge that you can bring back with you to
- 11:52help you in this life? Take one more minute just
- 12:02to notice how you feel right now. It's there pleasure
- 12:09and happiness that you feel right now? Can you feel it.
- 12:15Speaker 2: In your body, your mind, in your spirit, just being
- 12:24here in this amazing place you've chosen, just for the
- 12:29enjoyment of it, just for the pleasure, and you feel
- 12:34so very.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Happy right now. But now it's time to start coming back.
- 12:46So you climb back into the pilot's seat and you
- 12:50use the controls again, and you begin to make your
- 12:54way back home, back to the green field where you began.
- 13:02Your balloon gently rises and you fly your way back
- 13:07through the sky, remembering again how safe you are, and
- 13:13you're flying back, flying back, flying back to the beautiful
- 13:22green field. Just take your time, there's no rush. You
- 13:37look for a safe place to land down below, bringing
- 13:43your magnificent balloon slowly, slowly, slowly back down, and your
- 13:52wonderful balloon touches the ground with a gentle bump, smoothly
- 13:58and easily, and you feel so relaxed, so peaceful and calm,
- 14:05but so very happy. And it's now that you realize
- 14:12you're back in your very own bed, and you feel
- 14:16very sleepy now, so tired. After all, you've had quite
- 14:23a busy day flying your very own hot air balloon,
- 14:29and you begin to feel a gentle wave of sleepiness
- 14:33starting at your feet. You can even feel your toes
- 14:39going to sleep, and it feels all warm and tingly
- 14:43and ever so soft. You feel this soothing, gentle wave
- 14:51of sleepiness as it comes up your calves and your shins.
- 14:57You can feel it going up your thighs, and you
- 15:00think your legs have come to sleep. Well, they already have.
- 15:04And you feel very tired now, so sleepy, but so
- 15:10very very happy, and it feels like you don't want
- 15:15to open your eyes, but that's okay, because you really
- 15:18don't want to open your eyes. And this beautiful wave
- 15:23of sleepiness travels all the way up your body, down
- 15:28your arms, and into your hands, making your body feel
- 15:34very very heavy, very very tired, very very sleepy. And
- 15:45this gentle, warm wave of sleepiness travels up your face
- 15:52and over the top of your head and down the
- 15:55back of your neck, and you feel so tired, so
- 16:01sleepy now, and you feel nice and warm and snugly
- 16:11under your beautiful soft quilt and fluffy squitchy pillow. So
- 16:18just have a little sleep now, and when you wake
- 16:22up in the morning, you will feel so wonderful and
- 16:27so refreshed.
