Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Epstein Chronicles. When we first learned that Congress was going
• 0:07
to take up the cause to try and get some
• 0:09
transparency when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein in his crimes,
• 0:13
I told you that it was going to be an
• 0:14
uphill battle, and even if a law was passed, that
• 0:18
the Department of Justice was going to play games. And
• 0:21
that's exactly what they've been doing this whole entire time.
• 0:25
They haven't released any of the documents that really matter. No.
• 0:28
Three to zero twos and certainly nothing to do with
• 0:30
the NPA, which by the way, the DOJ could hand
• 0:34
over tomorrow. They don't have to wait for permission to
• 0:36
give out that information. They choose not to give out
• 0:39
that information, just like they chose to try to keep
• 0:42
it hidden from the survivors. And if it wasn't for
• 0:45
the lawsuit brought by Courtney Wilde, these rotten sons of
• 0:48
bitches would have gotten away with it. But thankfully they
• 0:50
were called out on their bullshit, and not only called out,
• 0:53
but they were admonished in open court by the judge
• 0:56
for not doing the right thing and breaking the principle
• 1:00
and the promises that were guaranteed to the survivors by
• 1:04
the CVRA, and in my opinion, that alone should have
• 1:07
resulted at the very least and people having their careers ended.
• 1:12
Any kind of prosecutor that was involved in that kind
• 1:14
of bullshit when there was all that evidence should be
• 1:17
held accountable. And look, I'm not naive. I don't think
• 1:20
we're going to be able to hold these people accountable,
• 1:23
you know, under the law, but I'm talking about socially
• 1:26
and professionally. If you're somebody who owns the company and
• 1:30
one of these people's working for you, you should probably reevaluate
• 1:33
why you hired them. Because anybody that's willing to go
• 1:36
to bat for Jeffrey Epstein and cut them some kind
• 1:39
of sweetheart deal for whatever reason, those are people that
• 1:42
we obviously can't trust, especially in public office. And what's
• 1:46
really crazy is a lot of these people are drawing
• 1:48
pensions that are being paid by the US taxpayer, even
• 1:52
though they shit on the US taxpayer every step of
• 1:54
the way. And that's one of the biggest benefits of
• 1:57
the bureaucracy. Right you can get away with basically whatever
• 2:00
you want, and you're never going to be held accountable ever.
• 2:04
And then once some accountability starts coming, people start crying
• 2:07
that they're going to be embarrassed by what's in the files. Well,
• 2:10
here's an idea, dumb fuck, don't hang out with kid
• 2:13
diddlers and you don't have to worry about ending up
• 2:15
in some file. Like what kind of fucking idiot do
• 2:18
you have to be to try and launder the reputation
• 2:21
of the people that were out here hanging out with
• 2:23
the kid diddler. Oh well, they didn't know, they had
• 2:27
no idea what he was. Yeah, sure, okay, take a
• 2:29
look at the decor around his house. And if you
• 2:32
still want to hang out with somebody like that, don't
• 2:35
come crying to me when you find out later on
• 2:37
down the road that he was diddling kids or up
• 2:39
to no good. Oh who would have ever guessed? Fucking morons.
• 2:44
Today's article is from CBS News and the headline Epstein
• 2:48
Files Live updates as Justice Department releases huge new set
• 2:52
of documents. This article was authored by Stephan Beckett, Kaya Hubbard,
• 2:58
Joe Walsh, and Maliss Quinn. So there are several headlines
• 3:02
today to get to, and that's why we're going to
• 3:05
do it this way with this live update. So we
• 3:07
can touch on all the headlines, and then later on
• 3:09
throughout the day, we'll have some context about some of
• 3:12
these topics that I find important. What to know about
• 3:16
the Epstein file latest release. The Justice Department early Tuesday
• 3:20
morning released thousands of new documents from the Jeffrey Epstein files,
• 3:25
over eleven thousand files or in the latest release, including
• 3:28
more photos, court records, FBI and DOJ documents, emails, news clippings,
• 3:33
and videos. And obviously i haven't had time to dive
• 3:36
in yet, but I'm certainly going to do that over
• 3:39
the next few days, like I've been doing. It's a
• 3:42
long and arduous process though, like I've told you, I'm
• 3:46
a one man operation, so I have to try and
• 3:49
fit that in while at the same time making sure
• 3:51
we have these updates rolling. So I definitely have my
• 3:54
hands full, and I'm not going to make my way
• 3:56
through the files as fast as everybody else. But like
• 3:59
I always tell you, for me, it's not about being first,
• 4:02
it's about being as right as possible with the information
• 4:04
that's available to us. I think that's more important, especially
• 4:09
right now, there's so much bullshit going on in so
• 4:12
many voices that are speaking up that really have no
• 4:15
idea what they're talking about. That I feel like, more
• 4:18
now than ever, it's important to be as accurate as possible. So,
• 4:23
like I've said one hundred times now, we're not going
• 4:26
to spend every second chasing salacious side quests. Now. Of course,
• 4:30
when there's some meat on that bone, we're going to
• 4:32
dive right in. But all these wild accusations and all
• 4:36
this speculation about things that there is no evidence for,
• 4:40
distracts from the bigger picture at hand. And the bigger
• 4:43
picture at hand right now is there's a goddamn cover
• 4:46
up underway. I think that's the most important thing we
• 4:48
need to talk about, especially because it's happening right now
• 4:51
as we speak, and I think there is tangible evidence
• 4:54
that points directly to it. So that's why they want
• 4:57
you off on the side quest talking about things that
• 5:00
are super sialacious that can't be proven, because then they
• 5:04
could say, look, they're just trying to destroy people's reputations.
• 5:07
This is just about X, Y and O, when in reality,
• 5:10
it's about a system that's been fucking all of us
• 5:13
for way too long, and at this point, anybody that
• 5:16
is standing up for the so called elite that were
• 5:20
found in the Epstein files about them being embarrassed or
• 5:24
I don't even want to hear it. Are you even
• 5:26
a serious person right now? I thought you wanted to
• 5:29
get rid of the swamp. Well, these people are the
• 5:31
fucking swamp. Who do you think the swamp is? Tom
• 5:33
Hanks Oprah? All of that stuff was fake. You all
• 5:38
got hustled. I hate to break the news to you.
• 5:41
There's no such thing as the frazzle Drip tape. Isaac
• 5:44
cap U's a fraud. All the people talking about that
• 5:46
shit frauds. Their goal is to misdirect you. Their goal
• 5:53
is to make everybody talking about this kind of stuff
• 5:56
look crazy. That way, they can all be wrapped up
• 5:59
with one bow and put under the same umbrella. And
• 6:02
if you notice, people like Matt Tayibi and people like
• 6:06
Michael Tracy are out here doing their very best to
• 6:09
launder the reputations of the people that they said they despised.
• 6:13
But all of a sudden, it's a whole new tune.
• 6:16
And as far as those two buffoons go, maybe Michael
• 6:18
Tracy should spend some more time on actually grooming himself
• 6:22
and worrying about his hygiene then sitting around talking shit
• 6:26
about Epstein's survivors. Probably a good idea, you unkept, slovenly fool.
• 6:31
These two fools don't have any idea what they're talking about.
• 6:33
By the way, just another two morons showing up late
• 6:36
to the party who actually think they have an idea
• 6:39
breaking news. Neither of you idiots have any idea what
• 6:42
you're talking about, So why don't you guys stick to
• 6:45
the Twitter files and whatever the fuck else is going
• 6:48
on in the manosphere. I know things are rough for
• 6:50
you guys right now. Your boy Andrew Tate just got
• 6:53
his ass whooped. Jake Paul got his jaw broke. Your
• 6:56
boy Nick Foytes has been outed as being a fed.
• 6:59
Candice Owen's crazy ass is at war with the beanie
• 7:02
Tim Poole. I get it. Things are rough for you guys,
• 7:05
But I promise you this is not the lane you
• 7:07
want to swerve into, because I'm not the one. I'm
• 7:09
not here to be pleasant. I'm not here to be
• 7:11
your friend. I'm not here to gain ground in the
• 7:14
media space. I'm not here to be a personality. I
• 7:17
don't give a fuck about any of that. There is
• 7:19
only one goal, and that goal is justice, and anybody
• 7:23
standing in the way of that. Anybody laundering reputations, anybody
• 7:27
enabling people that were around Epstein, anybody that's acting as
• 7:31
a roadblock for that to happen is somebody that's on
• 7:34
the other squad. And if you're on the other squad,
• 7:36
then it's fucked me, right well, if it's fucked me,
• 7:39
it's definitely fuck you. And for those of you who
• 7:42
have listened to the podcast for any amount of time,
• 7:44
you know, I very rarely call people out. I let
• 7:47
people do what they want to do. It's not my business.
• 7:49
I don't really care. But dudes like this, they're actively
• 7:52
trying to cover this up. They're actively trying to cast
• 7:56
it as McCarthyism. Are you fucking kidding me? Here's an idea, buddy.
• 8:01
If there would have been a reckoning when this all
• 8:03
first happened, we wouldn't be here right now. If all
• 8:06
the people you're so worried about reputationally would have just
• 8:10
come forward and explained their behavior and their actions when
• 8:14
it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, then we wouldn't have this
• 8:16
conversation right now. But you had to kick the can
• 8:19
down the road. You had to lie, you had to deceive,
• 8:22
you had to obfuscate. So this is just a bill,
• 8:24
come and do. This isn't anybody being targeted recklessly or
• 8:29
people being targeted for no reason. These are people that
• 8:32
have never explained their relationship with a fucking kid diddler.
• 8:35
And if you want to defend that, well you're a
• 8:37
piece of shit. Over eleven thousand files or in the
• 8:43
latest release, including more photos, court records, FBI and DOJ documents, emails,
• 8:48
news clippings, and videos. The Epstein Files Transparency Act required
• 8:53
the DOJ to produce its files on Epstein and his
• 8:56
co conspirator Glene Maxwell by December nineteenth, but Jay said
• 9:00
the volume of material meant they would need to be
• 9:03
released on a rolling basis to redact any identifying details
• 9:07
about survivors. Well that's not what the law says. But
• 9:11
when does that ever stopped the DOJ? The answer never.
• 9:16
The department uploaded the latest batch to the online DOJ repository,
• 9:20
where they can be accessed in data set eight. CBS
• 9:23
News is also maintaining a searchable database of all the
• 9:26
files here, and there's a link in this article, and
• 9:29
of course you'll be able to find the article in
• 9:31
the description box. The first batch of files released Friday,
• 9:35
mostly consisted of thousands of Epstein's personal photographs, some of
• 9:39
which showed prominent figures. Another group of files released Saturday,
• 9:43
including grand jury transcripts. CBS News as a team of
• 9:46
journalists examining the latest Epstein files release and will highlight
• 9:50
notable findings below. All Right, so we're going through those
• 9:54
grand jury documents right now because I think that they're
• 9:57
very important to get added to the record, and it's
• 10:00
going to give us an idea of who was obfuscating
• 10:03
and what they were investigating and what they didn't investigate.
• 10:06
Because what a lot of these people don't understand, you know,
• 10:09
the people that have just shown up to this investigation,
• 10:12
is that there was never a real investigation in the
• 10:14
first place. And that's one of the biggest issues people
• 10:16
have that this was never investigated properly or treated with
• 10:20
the kind of urgency it should have been treated with.
• 10:23
You notice the detractors never talk about things like Maria
• 10:26
Farmer letting the FBI know what was going on all
• 10:29
the way back in ninety six, or how the prosecutors
• 10:32
in New York State argued for Jeffrey Epstein to be
• 10:35
a Level one offender. I mean there's all these little
• 10:38
things that people don't even know about, and they think
• 10:41
they have an idea about this story. Like, come on,
• 10:45
the vast majority of the people out here trying to
• 10:47
shit on what's going on. They couldn't name two judges
• 10:51
or two prosecutors throughout the whole entire case. But all
• 10:54
of a sudden, they know everything about what's going on,
• 10:57
all the inns and the outs, all the nuance. Where
• 11:00
they got all the time to learn all this stuff
• 11:02
when they were busy talking about transgenders and culture warshit
• 11:05
for the last five years, All of a sudden they
• 11:07
are experts about Jeffrey Epstein. Huh, folks, I'd be very
• 11:11
very cautious about all these Johnny cum latelies because keep
• 11:15
in mind, this is a hot story now, so people
• 11:17
are going to be looking for clicks, They're going to
• 11:19
be looking for engagement, and what better way to do
• 11:21
it than to be contrarian and a dickhead. There's always
• 11:25
an audience for that. The latest release includes over eleven
• 11:29
thousand files. The Justice Department's newest release of files on
• 11:33
Epstein appears to be its largest to date, with upwards
• 11:36
of eleven thousand files. Many of which are multiple pages.
• 11:40
The release includes court records, emails, photos, news clippings, spreadsheets, audio,
• 11:46
and hundreds of video files. President Trump is mentioned several times,
• 11:51
though many of those instances are in news clippings that
• 11:54
were shared among DOJ employees. The data set also appears
• 11:58
to include FBI documents, Internal Justice Department communication court subpoena's,
• 12:03
other legal documents, and records related to Epstein's twenty nineteen
• 12:07
death in federal custody, according to an initial review by
• 12:11
CBS News, Yeah, including a fake video of him allegedly
• 12:15
committing suicide. How does that end up in a DOJ file?
• 12:20
I mean, what are they doing over there at the DOJ?
• 12:23
And I don't mean just right now. I'm talking about
• 12:25
for years and years and years. People need to understand,
• 12:28
this goes all the way back to Clinton's first administration. Okay,
• 12:33
so everybody since then, every administration has failed, every last
• 12:37
one of them when it comes to this issue. So
• 12:39
let's not act like the Department of Justice just started
• 12:42
stepping on its own dick. They've been doing it for
• 12:44
a very long time, and in my opinion, when it
• 12:47
comes to Jeffrey Epstein, it's all been intentional. Every last
• 12:51
bit of it because they have a lot to hide.
• 12:54
They don't want you to know the truth. If they
• 12:55
wanted you to know the truth, we would have to
• 12:58
do this whole song and dance. They would have just
• 13:00
released all the files and let the chips fall where
• 13:02
they may, because that's how real accountability comes. Right before
• 13:06
you can be accountable, you have to own up to
• 13:08
the bullshit you were involved in. And they're not going
• 13:11
to do that. They're going to force us to hold
• 13:13
them accountable. Trump calls release of photos of Clinton and
• 13:18
others in the Epstein files a terrible thing. Well, you
• 13:21
know what, the real terrible thing is that they were
• 13:23
hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein in the first place. And
• 13:26
don't give me the bullshit. They had no idea save it,
• 13:28
save it for somebody else. I don't care. And as
• 13:31
far as their reputations, I don't give a fly and
• 13:33
fuck about these rich people, not one bit. These people
• 13:37
have had decades to come forward and explain their relationship
• 13:40
with Epstein. They've had decades to do it, and what
• 13:43
have they done. They've remained quiet because they thought it
• 13:46
was all going to go away because of who he was,
• 13:49
and because who was running them. That's just the truth.
• 13:53
President Trump said Monday that last week's release of thousands
• 13:56
of photos from the government's files on Jeffrey Epstein risked
• 14:00
ensnaring highly respected people with no connection to the late
• 14:03
offenders crimes. How do we know, has there ever been
• 14:06
an investigation? We don't know. And that's the thing, that's
• 14:10
where people missed the big point. And if they would
• 14:13
have just done the right thing from the very beginning
• 14:15
and charge Glainne Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein with Rico, we
• 14:19
wouldn't have this problem. But they didn't do that. How
• 14:22
come R. Kelly gets charged with Rico, Keith ray Neery P. Diddy,
• 14:28
but not Glainne Maxwell, not Jeffrey Epstein, none of the
• 14:31
co conspirators get rounded up. And for all you wise
• 14:34
guys in the back who says, well there were no
• 14:35
co conspirators, shut the fuck up, okay, Sarah Kellen Vickers,
• 14:39
Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Darren Endyke, Richard Kahn. How about that?
• 14:47
How about we start there? Can we start there? Is that? Okay?
• 14:49
Is that okay with you? The masters of the story
• 14:51
who don't know what they're talking about, because every last
• 14:55
one of those people were part of a rico operation,
• 14:59
point blank piero. And it's not me just telling you that.
• 15:03
How many judges have said it in court. So here's
• 15:05
an idea. Don't hang out with child molesters and then
• 15:08
you won't have to get called out on it. Asked
• 15:11
what he thought about the emergence of former President Bill Clinton,
• 15:14
mister Trump called it terrible and said he's always gotten
• 15:17
along with the former president and argued other people who
• 15:20
appear in the photos could be unfairly tard. All of
• 15:23
a sudden, he's good friends with Bill Clinton. Huh, this
• 15:26
guy's an absolute buffoon. Bro's more worried about the dudes
• 15:29
who might be embarrassed. You know, the guy's paying for
• 15:32
all of his bullshit than he is about the survivors.
• 15:35
Has he said one word to the survivors? Has he
• 15:37
called them into his office? Has he done a press
• 15:39
conference where he's come out and offered his support. Of course,
• 15:42
not why, because he doesn't care. All he cares about
• 15:46
are the people, his donors and everybody else around him
• 15:49
that might be embarrassed. And at this point that's not speculation.
• 15:52
He's saying it. I don't like the pictures of Bill
• 15:54
Clinton being shown. I don't like the pictures of other
• 15:57
people being shown. I think it's a terrible thing. Well,
• 16:00
that's funny. You know what I think is a terrible thing,
• 16:02
you moving Glainne Maxwell to a lower level facility. You
• 16:05
know what else I think is a terrible thing. That
• 16:07
these people were around Jeffrey Epstein in the first place.
• 16:11
I mean, it's not really that difficult. You're supposed to
• 16:14
be the richest, most famous, most powerful people in the world,
• 16:18
but we're supposed to believe you have no idea what
• 16:20
Jeffrey Epstein is. It's such bullshit, and we know it's bullshit.
• 16:25
Look at what Melinda French Gates said about Bill Gates
• 16:27
and his relationship with Epstein. And then of course Bill
• 16:30
Gates lied about everything, talked about how oh I hardly
• 16:34
knew him, this, that, the other thing. Then he was outed.
• 16:37
Sam Goes for Bill Clinton, talked a bunch of bullshit. Oh,
• 16:40
I have no idea who he was. I was on
• 16:42
the plane five times. Then we find out that he
• 16:45
was on the plane what thirty times? Twenty seven times,
• 16:48
that Jeffrey Epstein was at the White House over seventeen times.
• 16:52
We got him lounging around in the pool with Glayne Maxwell.
• 16:55
And I told you for a long time that there's
• 16:57
been some very very very very credible rumor that Bill
• 17:01
Clinton and Glenn Maxwell were smashing behind the scenes. Never
• 17:04
mind the fact that Bill Clinton received seed money from
• 17:07
Jeffrey Epstein to start his fucking foundation. So if you
• 17:11
want to be embarrassed about anything, let's start there, the
• 17:15
President said. Epstein was all over Palm Beach and many
• 17:17
people cross paths with them. Epstein was known for cultivating
• 17:21
relationships with the rich and powerful, and he socialized with
• 17:24
both Clinton and mister Trump at various points, though neither
• 17:28
man has been accused of any wrongdoing. Well, if there's
• 17:31
nothing to hide, then you should be more than willing
• 17:33
to come forward and let everybody know about everything. Right,
• 17:37
what are we doing here? And why is Bill Clinton
• 17:39
still using angel Arena to put out statements? Go and
• 17:43
speak to Congress? Already? Enough is enough? People need to
• 17:47
demand that. If we're going to demand everything under the
• 17:49
sun about Donnie Diddles, gotta be the same way for
• 17:52
everybody else. Everybody gets treated the same. And if you
• 17:56
