- 0:02you didn't know from the autism spectrum coming up.
- 0:13Hey guys, welcome back to the ASPI world.
- 0:15My name is Dan. I have autism, ADHD, OCD and

- 0:31Okay guys, welcome back to the ASPI world.
- 0:33Super awesome. I wanted to do this video for a
- 0:34while now and I wanted to just talk about some of the cool
- 0:38Youtubers who I've kind of like found.
- 0:41And I've kind of. I've listed out five Youtubers
- 0:43here who are on the autism spectrum, but I've also got one
- 0:48kind of they're not on the autism spectrum, but it's.
- 0:53Anyway, I've got a 6th one, which is kind of really
- 0:56impressive to me and I just wanted to put that in there
- 0:58anyway, right? Okay.
- 0:59So what is going on with you guys?
- 1:01I love each and everybody thank you for tuning into this video.
- 1:04If you notice any other Youtubers that I haven't
- 1:07mentioned in this video who are on the autism spectrum that you
- 1:10didn't know people probably wouldn't know about, please pop
- 1:12them in a down below because I read and respond to every single
- 1:15comment and that would be super awesome.
- 1:17OK guys, straight into it. So the first one and this kind
- 1:20of surprised me but I found out about this person because they
- 1:24reached out to me and I were really good friends but they
- 1:27were on a live stream I was doing on my Instagram account.
- 1:29Oh FYI if you want to go for me on Instagram, my Instagram
- 1:32handle will be around here somewhere and you can go check
- 1:34me out on Instagram. I do videos on there pretty much
- 1:36every day too so I'll be awesome.
- 1:37Anyway, I was on Instagram Live and this person popped up and
- 1:41they were talking to me and they just like, hey, I'm on the
- 1:44Spectrum 2, this is awesome. I love watching videos and
- 1:46they're basically a subscribe reminder.
- 1:47Then we got talking now with friends.
- 1:49This person is Tay Zonday. Now Tay is the guy who everyone
- 1:54remember from the song Chocolate Rain.
- 1:57He did that song Chocolate Rain and that was a terrible
- 2:00impression. I'm so sorry.
- 2:01There was a terrible impression of the Chocolate Ring song.
- 2:03He did the chocolate Ring that song, and that just was like,
- 2:06crazy viral. I was one of, like, the first
- 2:07Veen viral songs I've ever even heard about.
- 2:10But today's a super awesome guy. We're going to do a video
- 2:13together at some point in the next, like, bazillion years.
- 2:18But he's such a busy guy. I'm super busy.
- 2:20It's really difficult to like, kind of match up and get videos
- 2:22out. But nevertheless, he's on the
- 2:24spectrum, super interesting. And he kind of, like, popped up
- 2:27on my Instagram and was like, hey, how's it going?
- 2:30Like he was just kind of interacting with my Instagram
- 2:33video. And I said to him because it was
- 2:34live, I said, hey, recognize that name?
- 2:36And I was like, oh, you Chocolate Rain Games.
- 2:37Like, yeah, yeah, so that need DM me And then we'd be like
- 2:40WhatsApp in. Since then I actually send him a
- 2:42WhatsApp see how he's doing because he's such a cool guy and
- 2:44I wanted to just like reach out and say hi now and then.
- 2:49But anyway, he's a really cool guy but on the spectrum, super
- 2:51cool and kind of really, I've got such a buzz off knowing that
- 2:54because I was like, wow, people don't even know.
- 2:56You know people see Chocolate Rain and it's good fun.
- 2:59But never think. Hey, that guys on the spectrum.
- 3:01Really interesting guy. Super cool dude.
- 3:03Hey, awesome. OK guys, the next one is a girl
- 3:06called Sarah Mills. Now Sarah or Sarah?
- 3:09Sorry, I'm not sure how to pronounce it.
- 3:10Sara is that's Sarah. Weird, isn't it?
- 3:13Other not dyslexia rules. So Sarah Mills, she did a video
- 3:18basically saying, like, hey, it's a video I want to do for a
- 3:20very long time. She's a YouTube.
- 3:22She has quite a few subscribers. I think she's like in her
- 3:26thousands since you got a few 100,000 subscribers.
- 3:29And so she did a video all about basically coming out and saying,
- 3:33hey, I'm autistic and you know, she's got 271,000 subscribers.
- 3:37So she's did a video all about like, how I realized I was
- 3:39autistic in my diagnosis story. She's super cool, actually.
- 3:42She's got like tattoos all over and she's kind of a bit like
- 3:44edgy you looking, but her channel's pretty interesting.
- 3:47She does like typical YouTube stuff, a bit of vlogs, but it
- 3:50kind of like a you know why I've moved here moving vlogs just
- 3:55like info video I guess. She does a varied range of
- 3:58content, but what I found most interesting is that she is
- 4:02female and it's nice to see females coming out on like
- 4:06YouTube and saying hey I'm you know, on the spectrum and blah
- 4:10blah blah. So I will leave a link for
- 4:11everyone I'm mentioning in the description down below, just in
- 4:14case you don't already know about these people.
- 4:17They're super awesome and they're all really good and they
- 4:19do a lot of work. So having that said, let's move
- 4:22on to the next person. So this is a video I came across
- 4:25when I was looking for other autistic YouTube creators to
- 4:27mention in a video that I was doing before.
- 4:30And this is really interesting because this person isn't an
- 4:32autistic YouTube creator, as in they don't make autistic
- 4:35content, but they are autistic. So this person is RHIANN.
- 4:40I think it's all Ryan, Ryan, Finn.
- 4:44Her name is with a pH and she's really, really awesome.
- 4:47She's an American girl who does like vlogs.
- 4:49Typical beauty video, just killing it right now on YouTube.
- 4:52Really awesome. Great content and really
- 4:53relatable. But she's dead down to earth and
- 4:56she put a video out doing the same thing as like, Sarah Mills
- 4:58did. She came out and said, like,
- 5:00hey, I'm on the autism spectrum, how cool is that?
- 5:03And just spoke about it. And that was like, that blew my
- 5:07mind. I was like, whoa, you know, it's
- 5:09so cool seeing, like, you know, young awesome females coming
- 5:12forward and just saying, like, hey, diagnose autism.
- 5:14Super empowering. Yeah, super, super awesome.
- 5:17But you definitely check out the channel.
- 5:18I'll leave a link from below if you don't already follow these
- 5:20people, but you probably do because like I said, these
- 5:22people are very famous Youtubers.
- 5:23All right, the next one I'm going to talk about.
- 5:25So the next one here is Zach James.
- 5:28Now, Zach James is actually a friend of mine and he runs the
- 5:31YouTube channel Yo Mama. And they do loads of like, yo
- 5:34Mama jokes and like a cartoon animation style thing.
- 5:36Very big channel. I think there are like 5 million
- 5:38subscribers. Crazy good, really nice guy.
- 5:42Got really long hair and a beard.
- 5:43So he's in my gang. No, but he's a really cool guy.
- 5:46We did a video together on my channel, which I will leave in a
- 5:49link above here somewhere. And but Zach James recently
- 5:53wanted to, you know, talk to his audience and address the fact
- 5:55that he, you know, has a diagnosis of autism directly to
- 5:58his fans because again, he'd seen my videos.
- 6:01And it's really funny how I know him.
- 6:02One of my fans, Melissa, she reached out to me saying, hey,
- 6:06Zach James was on the spectrum and then reached out to him
- 6:08saying, hey, I watched this guy called Dan who's an autistic
- 6:11YouTube career. And I mean Zach just kind of
- 6:13like, I think we just started damning on Instagram.
- 6:15And now we know each other. We're good friends.
- 6:16But yeah, Zach's a really interesting guy.
- 6:18He does some really funny videos and everyone else, what your
- 6:21Mama channel is. I mean, if you don't, then you
- 6:23must have been hiding under a rock for the past, like, 10
- 6:26years. But super awesome.
- 6:28Cool guy. Right?
- 6:31On to the next one. I don't know.
- 6:32I'm doing this. Oh also guys, I'm like halfway
- 6:35through I'm on my 8th day of looking after a Tamagotchi.
- 6:37I'm trying to see how long I can keep a single live for and to
- 6:40follow this story, go over and check my Instagram and give me a
- 6:44follow on there because that is where I'm keeping up to date
- 6:46with it. So yeah, gotta feed the little
- 6:48bugger. You know?
- 6:48That's all crazy out of Cyber pet, isn't it?
- 6:50Look at this tamagotchis. And this is a new one.
- 6:52Look how small it is. This is like a release of the
- 6:5320th anniversary. Anyway, back to the video,
- 6:55right? So the next one I'm going to
- 6:57talk about Now this is the, this is the fifth one we're talking
- 7:00about, but it's it's not the last person I'm going to talk
- 7:02about. And this one is quite an
- 7:03interesting one, right. So there is, it was weird
- 7:06because the YouTube channel is about the person who's on the
- 7:08spectrum. But you probably would not
- 7:11really realize that there is a TV show called the Jersey Shore,
- 7:15which was a huge, huge success for MTV back in like the mid
- 7:182000s, like 2008, like 2012 or something.
- 7:21Anyway, the Jersey Shore for the the cast members around living
- 7:24in this house and they just did like just hung out.
- 7:27I think they're like early early 20s, you know, or mid 20s, you
- 7:31know, people just hanging out and doing their thing, living
- 7:32their life and they're really funny and quite entertaining.
- 7:34People from Jersey. Anyway, one of the characters on
- 7:37there, a girl called Jenny, whose nickname is Jay.
- 7:39Wow, she has a son called Grayson.
- 7:42Now, Grayson is on the autism. Now, J Wow's YouTube channel is
- 7:45super awesome, and she's got like, a ton of subscribers on
- 7:47them. She's close to 1,000,000 as
- 7:48well. And J Wow actually does a lot
- 7:51with her son on the YouTube channel.
- 7:53So a lot of people don't know anybody on Jersey Shore has any
- 7:56affiliation with with Autism, but J.
- 7:59Wow directly has because her son Grayson's on the spectrum, and
- 8:02it's really cool. J Wow is a really cool mom.
- 8:04They're really good. They're really good with the
- 8:06kids, and they do a lot to help Grayson out, and it shows in
- 8:10their videos, which I think is really, really nice.
- 8:12But again, it was something quite interesting.
- 8:13And I've seen all the Jersey Show episodes because like it's
- 8:16just on, you know, you just have it on the TV, like and it's just
- 8:19like junk TV. But when you watch it, you've
- 8:21never think like, Oh yeah, you've never associated Jr. with
- 8:23someone on the autism spectrum. But of course it's her son who's
- 8:25on the spectrum. So it's kind of like son is a
- 8:28YouTube because he's part of their family vlogs and that's
- 8:30what they do. They do family vlogs.
- 8:32But of course, it's kind of like a side note.
- 8:35He's a side character in the vlogs.
- 8:36But Grayson? Yeah, awesome.
- 8:38Super cool. Actually, I highly recommend
- 8:39checking out her videos because they're really, really
- 8:41interesting and kind of like family life.
- 8:42Her family life from her perspective, but also growing
- 8:45up, having a child, growing up with autism in the house.
- 8:48Very interesting. Similar to my friend ASA from
- 8:50Fathering autism. Similar kind of channel thing
- 8:52but not focused around just autism like Aces channel is more
- 8:55like, right guys So this is the bonus one I wanted to check in
- 8:58there and this one is I think it's still spectrum disorder but
- 9:01it's someone who I was just like kind of like whoa.
- 9:03I didn't even realize this when when I said it.
- 9:06Now when I was in LA last year for Vidcon I was hanging out
- 9:09with like Jake Paul and and a bunch of other creators.
- 9:12I knew what Jake Paul had ADD, right?
- 9:13And and obviously he has ADD because have you seen the guys
- 9:16videos and he's a nice guy and we hung out and talked talk,
- 9:19spoke about a bunch of different things.
- 9:20But the ADD thing really got me and I was like wow, you know
- 9:23Jake Paul ADD, it kind of explains a lot and it's kind of
- 9:25cool to see people who are that big and very influential on the
- 9:29platform having a condition like that that you can relate to,
- 9:32right. So also guys, if you think this
- 9:36video is cool and it could help inspire somebody, please share
- 9:38it. Sharing is caring and I love
- 9:40that. And while we're at it, if you
- 9:41want to do a virtual hug with me because I know I can't hug each
- 9:44and every one of you guys when it gives you a thumbs up, it's
- 9:46kind of like a virtual hug. Super awesome.
- 9:49OK, so if we rewind to 2018 Vidcon, I was actually hanging
- 9:53out with Colleen Ballinger, and at the time she was pregnant,
- 9:57but I didn't know that because she hadn't gone public with it.
- 9:59And Colleen's really nice. She was there with a whole
- 10:00entourage and never had a good time.
- 10:02We were in a party together and it was really good time.
- 10:05So me and Colleen hung out and she's really cool.
- 10:07But that leads me on to the next thing, Colleen Ballinger, which
- 10:11is Miranda Sings. She has ADD, which is super
- 10:15cool. She actually spoke about this in
- 10:16a vlog recently when they were talking about different things
- 10:18they were doing. And she spoke about having ADD.
- 10:21And I was just like blown away. My mind was like, whoa, like,
- 10:23you know, claim balance is ADD. Then I was thinking that like,
- 10:27lots and lots of people who are Youtubers have either ADD or
- 10:30autism. And I'm thinking goodness me,
- 10:32like the spectrum also must accommodate for the creative
- 10:35capacity to be a YouTuber. And that is why there's so many
- 10:38youtubers who are on the spectrum and like have ADD and
- 10:40stuff and I just find that absolutely just mind blowing.
- 10:44I will leave a link for all of these people in the description
- 10:47below so please check them out. And there's a bunch of other
- 10:49cool stuff in the description below if you want to check it
- 10:51out as well. So guys, well further ado.
- 10:52I will see you next time.
