- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Sure, it's nice level low.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Hello, welcome to the not even nice show. I'm your host, Shooter,
- 0:19Speaker 1: and it's Wednesday, which means that dear friend Donny Meacham joins,
- 0:22Speaker 1: it's hey, Donnie, are you there all? Lower? Lower lower
- 0:25Speaker 1: low Wednesday? It's a Wednesday.
- 0:29Speaker 2: You know what's crazy? You think about it as you
- 0:31Speaker 2: get over, you start because you know, I do this
- 0:35Speaker 2: old Dodge Bob Vegas trip every year every year. You're
- 0:39Speaker 2: just got back last night?
- 0:40Speaker 1: How was it? Did you win? They take a place? Fantastic?
- 0:45Speaker 2: Fourteen because it was like there's only fourteen because it's
- 0:50Speaker 2: like quick at seventy four, that's really impressive.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Are you good with the dodgeball? Do you hit twelve?
- 0:57Speaker 1: And are you the weakest on the team?
- 1:00Speaker 2: I'm what second week?
- 1:03Speaker 1: Would how many on the team? How many's the twe
- 1:05Speaker 1: how many nine? Nine?
- 1:07Speaker 2: So once again, that's.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Or congratulations. I'm older in yes, trips like Vegas exhausting.
- 1:17Speaker 1: They hurt a little more, Oh they do. I can't
- 1:19Speaker 1: do it anymore. You can't do it. I went out
- 1:21Speaker 1: on Friday, so now I try to. I can't do it.
- 1:23Speaker 1: So I used to go out almost every night to
- 1:25Speaker 1: get gossip and meet sources and just play the game.
- 1:28Speaker 1: And it is exhausting, but we're good at it. But
- 1:30Speaker 1: the older you get, I don't want to do that
- 1:32Speaker 1: quite as much. But I've still got to fill my self,
- 1:34Speaker 1: stack the column that the podcast. So now what I
- 1:36Speaker 1: do is I try to do three or four different
- 1:40Speaker 1: groups in one night. So I started around four o'clock.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I met Jenny from the Today Show. Remember I met Jenny.
- 1:47Speaker 1: We had a really fun time shut up town to
- 1:50Speaker 1: meet my friend Paula, shut across time and then on Saturday.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Not as easy, not as easy as it's right, Well
- 2:01Speaker 1: you look marvelous.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Well okay.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Said, let's jump into the show. What time is it,
- 2:09Speaker 1: my friends, it is. It's going to be a lot
- 2:11Speaker 1: of Brooklyn Beckham, David Beckham to day Victoria Beckham, because
- 2:15Speaker 1: this story is exploding. But only we have an exclusive here.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Prince Harry seems to have stepped in to mentor Brooklyn
- 2:22Speaker 1: on breaking up with his family. Well he knows something
- 2:25Speaker 1: about that, So Harry has quietly taken on a mentoring role,
- 2:29Speaker 1: sources tell me for Brooklyn Beckham, guiding him through the
- 2:33Speaker 1: flawout from his explosive breakup with his famous parents. Insiders
- 2:38Speaker 1: say that Harry sees a lot of parallels between Brooklyn's situation.
- 2:41Speaker 2: And his own.
- 2:42Speaker 1: There are parallels there. All families are difficult. However, let's
- 2:46Speaker 1: not be false about this, Harry. Your family was a
- 2:48Speaker 1: royal family. Your family tops every from the Beckham's are very,
- 2:51Speaker 1: very wealthy. They're not royals. Although it doesn't make me laugh.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Do you know what they call the Beckham's house a
- 2:56Speaker 1: state in Brooklyn in Britain? Beckingham Palace. It's very That's
- 3:02Speaker 1: what the local that's what they call it in Britain
- 3:04Speaker 1: they say Beckingham Palace. So there are some similarities there. Now,
- 3:07Speaker 1: Harry has told him, don't burn everything down at once,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and you only get one chance to sell your story,
- 3:12Speaker 1: so do it the right way. Harry's also introduced him,
- 3:15Speaker 1: says they are very very high up publishing, sools of
- 3:18Speaker 1: mine to his publisher, Harry made all the money with
- 3:21Speaker 1: the tell All book, Spare, I would not be at
- 3:24Speaker 1: all surprised if that's where Brooklyn now really really finishes
- 3:28Speaker 1: the story. He put out a statement, a long, long,
- 3:31Speaker 1: rambling sort of manifesto on social media. Lots of accusations
- 3:35Speaker 1: in there against his mom and dad but don't give
- 3:38Speaker 1: it away for free. Brooklyn. If you're listening to Harry here,
- 3:41Speaker 1: you can make a lot of money. Harry made I
- 3:43Speaker 1: think twenty million on that book. It was a best seller.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I don't think Brooklyn is quite the level of fame
- 3:48Speaker 1: as the royal family, and particularly in America, Victoria and
- 3:51Speaker 1: David are not as well known as they are in Britain.
- 3:54Speaker 1: We know them, and so this story is big here.
- 3:56Speaker 1: It's huge in Britain at the moment. It's on the
- 3:58Speaker 1: cover of all the newspapers. Everybody that I ever went
- 4:00Speaker 1: to school with his text about this story. I'm really
- 4:04Speaker 1: into it. But this is so interesting. Remember too, Harry
- 4:07Speaker 1: and Meghan fell out with Victoria and David. They blamed
- 4:12Speaker 1: Victoria and David for leaking information about them, so they
- 4:16Speaker 1: were at the wedding. They were at the wedding, and
- 4:18Speaker 1: then they disappeared. So I think here, I'm not sure
- 4:22Speaker 1: if Harry is into Brooklyn or if Harry is really
- 4:26Speaker 1: into hurting Victoria and David. Either way, whichever with whichever way,
- 4:31Speaker 1: this turns out that the person that's going to benefit
- 4:33Speaker 1: here is Brooklyn and dare I say us too, because
- 4:36Speaker 1: I think we're going to get a tell all book.
- 4:38Speaker 1: What do you think?
- 4:40Speaker 2: All right, here's the real thing. What if it was
- 4:41Speaker 2: Brooklyn the one leaking everything? Second thing, the Beckhams. It's
- 4:49Speaker 2: self made money there, Harry. Let's not forget that as well,
- 4:53Speaker 2: because you know what was David one of the if
- 4:56Speaker 2: not maybe of all time football whatever you call it.
- 5:00Speaker 2: They're the best soccer player in the world. Yes, he
- 5:03Speaker 2: was forgetting Victoria was a spy.
- 5:08Speaker 1: If you can't take that away, you can't. She was
- 5:10Speaker 1: a spy skull. She's a spice girl. Yes.
- 5:12Speaker 2: But here's the thing, all right, because some of the
- 5:15Speaker 2: stuff he says that the family did. They controlled my life,
- 5:19Speaker 2: The family controlled my marriage. They told me what to do.
- 5:23Speaker 2: You know what, That's called parenting. That this is what
- 5:27Speaker 2: I have with Sometimes these really rich kids, they feel
- 5:31Speaker 2: they take parenting differently. They're like, my mom had the
- 5:35Speaker 2: nerve to say that I could not go to the
- 5:38Speaker 2: mall and by myself a thousand dollars watch with her money?
- 5:43Speaker 2: Is she kidding?
- 5:44Speaker 1: Right?
- 5:45Speaker 2: Right? That's what And sometimes they take it a little
- 5:48Speaker 2: and so I'm interested, but I'm also not gonna lie
- 5:50Speaker 2: like these late night Facebook ramblings, these late night social
- 5:56Speaker 2: media they have a little trump oh them, Yes, doesn't
- 6:05Speaker 2: it sometimes might sparkle little.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Yeah, you think rage or drinks or alcohol, or you
- 6:10Speaker 1: think something's going on, don't you drink when somebody I
- 6:13Speaker 1: think that's true too. When I wake up in the
- 6:14Speaker 1: morning and I say I have twelve texts from somebody
- 6:17Speaker 1: at four am, you have a moment before I'm reading help,
- 6:22Speaker 1: just before I see the text where I read them.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Often I delete them and they forget that they even
- 6:26Speaker 1: sent them.
- 6:27Speaker 2: There.
- 6:27Speaker 1: He can't forget this because we're all talking about it,
- 6:29Speaker 1: which brings us to our whole question. The other day,
- 6:31Speaker 1: Prince Harry has stepped into mental Brooklyn Beckham on his
- 6:35Speaker 1: family feud. He knows a lot about family feuds, does
- 6:39Speaker 1: does a Harry? And he's not an expert on a
- 6:41Speaker 1: lot of things, but this is one he is and
- 6:43Speaker 1: he's made a ton of money, millions of dollars breaking
- 6:46Speaker 1: up with his family. Should Harry mind his own business?
- 6:49Speaker 1: What do you think here but out Harry?
- 6:51Speaker 2: Or no?
- 6:51Speaker 1: You've got a lot of expertise that could be useful. Hey,
- 6:54Speaker 1: go vote on a pated Naughty Nights rob. A Facebook
- 6:57Speaker 1: page is Naughty Gossip which has being refreshed Donny Meacham.
- 7:02Speaker 2: There's two different ones. There is the there's the Naughty
- 7:06Speaker 2: Gossip of like the show but nice group. But there's
- 7:09Speaker 2: also ninety Gossip. So you know there's that site.
- 7:13Speaker 1: You check it out, but now.
- 7:17Speaker 2: You know, you'll see it's called Shooter. This page is
- 7:19Speaker 2: still called ninety gus. Look it up on Facebook, yes,
- 7:22Speaker 2: friended like everything even if it is like it please
- 7:27Speaker 2: but you'll see you might see a little monica that
- 7:30Speaker 2: says Shooter scoop. And it's because that goes with the
- 7:33Speaker 2: sub stack things about branding now, because you want people
- 7:37Speaker 2: to stick it in their head, check it out.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Like it, check it out, love it. Harry is there,
- 7:42Speaker 1: Thank you, and don't get to vote. Don't get to vote,
- 7:46Speaker 1: and we will tell you there's results tomorrow. Okay, moving along,
- 7:48Speaker 1: we have another David and Victoria Beckham item. What's the
- 7:51Speaker 1: not We have the reaction. We're the only news outlet
- 7:53Speaker 1: at the moment who has insiders in that camp, and
- 7:56Speaker 1: we have their reaction. What are they saying?
- 7:59Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, the reaction is is like any parent would be.
- 8:02Speaker 2: They're stunned. They're just they're shocked. I think, look, obviously
- 8:07Speaker 2: they know that they're not really talking to each other.
- 8:10Speaker 2: There's like it's like that's the part they're not stunned about.
- 8:13Speaker 2: They're not stunned about, like, oh, you know, he's mad
- 8:16Speaker 2: at us. Really that's interesting. No, that they know that
- 8:19Speaker 2: they're is they falling out. What they are very stunned
- 8:22Speaker 2: about is how it went so public. And I think
- 8:26Speaker 2: that's the thing. But also Victoria, they say sources and
- 8:30Speaker 2: as just beside herself crying every single day, which my
- 8:36Speaker 2: mom would too if I was going on you know
- 8:39Speaker 2: if I mean, I think any mom would, because the
- 8:42Speaker 2: problem is is you grow up, you're a child, you
- 8:44Speaker 2: grow up, your parents were there and they're raised. Granted,
- 8:48Speaker 2: both parents were busy when they were kids, because that
- 8:50Speaker 2: was at the height of the soccer, high of the
- 8:51Speaker 2: Spice girls. He might hold some resentment there, but you
- 8:55Speaker 2: never really think it gets to the hate point. It
- 8:58Speaker 2: gets the height, and I think that where it's the
- 9:00Speaker 2: most the most stunning, is like, yes he's mad, Yes
- 9:04Speaker 2: he's a brat, Yeah he hates us.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, even if you blame Victorian and David here,
- 9:10Speaker 1: even if they're not the greatest parents, I'm not saying that,
- 9:12Speaker 1: but if you believe that This still is shocking. It's
- 9:15Speaker 1: still stunning. I'm told they're numb. It's just really really
- 9:18Speaker 1: upset about this, and so I think that that reaction
- 9:21Speaker 1: is so interesting. Thank you, Donnie. Okay, moving along, we
- 9:25Speaker 1: also know the breaking point, So what actually happened? There
- 9:27Speaker 1: was a breaking point. These two different families have been
- 9:32Speaker 1: really sort of simmering. The feud has been simmering for
- 9:34Speaker 1: a long time. So what caused this massive, massive breakdown?
- 9:39Speaker 1: We know it was a breakdown in trust. So the
- 9:41Speaker 1: final straw came just days before the twenty six year
- 9:45Speaker 1: old released that blistering public statement that everybody is talking about.
- 9:49Speaker 1: According to insiders, Brooklyn and his wife Nicole spent months
- 9:53Speaker 1: trying to fix this behind closed doors. There were some meetings,
- 9:56Speaker 1: there were some talks. Lawyers were even involved, But ultimately
- 10:00Speaker 1: I felt as if they could no longer trust them.
- 10:02Speaker 1: And the reason they felt that way that they could
- 10:04Speaker 1: no longer trust them was because they thought information was leaking.
- 10:10Speaker 1: This is very similar to what Harry and Meghan thought
- 10:15Speaker 1: stuff was in the press, and they were like, the
- 10:18Speaker 1: only people that know about this is mom and dad.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Why is this in the press, particularly the British press.
- 10:25Speaker 1: So once you lose trust, it's over. You can't fix anything.
- 10:30Speaker 2: The thing though, was like, so get this Victoria and David.
- 10:34Speaker 2: They have feelings and they have friends, and the only
- 10:38Speaker 2: way you kind of get your feelings out.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Of this if you talk about them agree in it.
- 10:42Speaker 2: What if it was the friends that leaked it? Is
- 10:44Speaker 2: that their faulty? Can he be mad at them? I
- 10:47Speaker 2: get it, he's so frustrated, But it's like if, yes,
- 10:51Speaker 2: there's two things happening here, I'm telling your business to
- 10:54Speaker 2: somebody else, But it's my feelings. I'm allowed to express.
- 10:57Speaker 1: My But it's all the time. It's not who you tell,
- 11:02Speaker 1: it's who they tell you. Yeah. Yeah, So it's not
- 11:04Speaker 1: like if you tell me something, Donnie, it's not that
- 11:06Speaker 1: you told me, it's who I tell. And I'll say,
- 11:09Speaker 1: like i'd call my stay and say you won't believe
- 11:11Speaker 1: what Donnie. Yes, they have no set And indeed, it's
- 11:14Speaker 1: like a pebble in a little pond, and it's a ripple.
- 11:19Speaker 1: So the first couple of inner circles and not where
- 11:21Speaker 1: the sources normally are. It's the fourth, the fourth ripple,
- 11:25Speaker 1: and that's what's going on here. It is interesting, though,
- 11:27Speaker 1: because David did do an interview. He had an interview
- 11:29Speaker 1: booked for c NBC's for School Box. He did do it,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and he had some very interesting comments about children in general.
- 11:37Speaker 1: He didn't mention his own kids. What did he have
- 11:40Speaker 1: to say?
- 11:41Speaker 2: Parents have to let their children mess up? The parents
- 11:43Speaker 2: have to, you know, go on and say, look, kids
- 11:46Speaker 2: are gonna make mistakes. You have to let them make mistakes.
- 11:50Speaker 2: And he says that's how they learn. He might have
- 11:53Speaker 2: learned the hard.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Way, I would say.
- 11:56Speaker 2: So it also goes back part of me and I
- 11:58Speaker 2: hate see this is this is my There's nobody else
- 12:00Speaker 2: been in mine? Is that to me? Brooklyn comes across
- 12:05Speaker 2: a little spoiled And I think that that is what
- 12:08Speaker 2: it could either work. This whole thing could work for him,
- 12:11Speaker 2: or it could work against him. I think it's going
- 12:15Speaker 2: to work against.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, this could look a look like a spoiled
- 12:17Speaker 1: brat moment. They've given you so much and you've not
- 12:20Speaker 1: really had a job. And he calls himself a chef,
- 12:22Speaker 1: but he married a billionaire that he would never have
- 12:24Speaker 1: met if he hadn't been a Beckham kid, and so like,
- 12:27Speaker 1: it's hard to feel bad for these kids. It's like
- 12:29Speaker 1: when celebrities are like, woohoo, it's so hard being as
- 12:33Speaker 1: famous as me. It's so hard being as beautiful as me.
- 12:36Speaker 1: There's going to be some backlash here, Hey, quickly before
- 12:38Speaker 1: we go to break. We also have friends of Brooklyn
- 12:43Speaker 1: and Nicole who are confirming that he was humiliated at
- 12:47Speaker 1: the wedding. So all of this, a lot of this
- 12:48Speaker 1: goes back to the twenty twenty two nuptials, and they
- 12:51Speaker 1: said at that wedding that Victoria took over and she
- 12:55Speaker 1: did a completely inappropriate dance with her son. She's she's
- 13:01Speaker 1: not Julie Andrews famous, she's famous for shaking habooti. And
- 13:06Speaker 1: so some people are like, it was just too much.
- 13:09Speaker 1: People I spoke to said it was really fun. I
- 13:12Speaker 1: know people at the wedding who said they didn't think
- 13:14Speaker 1: it was inappropriate. They thought it was loud and probably
- 13:16Speaker 1: a little bit aggressive. But that's what the Bret, the
- 13:18Speaker 1: Beckham brand really is. Once again, they are not Disney stars.
- 13:23Speaker 1: This is a very sexual couple. And said that the
- 13:27Speaker 1: dance was racy, but victoria dress is racy. It's not
- 13:31Speaker 1: Mary Poppins here. And so I think here, this story
- 13:35Speaker 1: it's not gonna go anywhere it's gonna keep going around
- 13:37Speaker 1: and round and we are happy to bring you all
- 13:40Speaker 1: the latest turns. Okay, we're going to take a quick
- 13:42Speaker 1: break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
- 13:47Speaker 1: the Naughty but nine Sham your hostob shoot with Heed,
- 13:49Speaker 1: your friend Donny, meet them, Hey Donnie, let's get to
- 13:51Speaker 1: the polls. Last show, we talked about Harry. Harry, who
- 13:56Speaker 1: got off to a really strong start, is in the
- 13:58Speaker 1: UK at the moment with this phone hacking scandal. Good start,
- 14:02Speaker 1: His team are really solid. Harry looks very, very confident.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Do you think he will win? He has one before,
- 14:08Speaker 1: so will he win this one? Let's have a look.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Eighty two percent said yes, you think Harry is gonna
- 14:12Speaker 1: win this one. I think he might too. Don't forget
- 14:14Speaker 1: to vote on today's pole. Gonna at Twitter page at
- 14:18Speaker 1: Naughty Nice Rob Facebook page is Naughty Gossip and sure
- 14:22Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. And now
- 14:28Speaker 1: it's time for an Nicest of the Day.
- 14:33Speaker 2: That's the day's call Kid. And in case you guys
- 14:38Speaker 2: didn't know, she's going through divorce with Keith Urban and
- 14:43Speaker 2: it also has to be really hard for her because
- 14:46Speaker 2: there's so much to talk here about his new maybe
- 14:50Speaker 2: girlfriend and new which might think is a little soon,
- 14:54Speaker 2: but then there's also been talking maybe there was a
- 14:56Speaker 2: couple of girls around during the marriage, so maybe it's
- 14:59Speaker 2: not so so. But for her, you know, she just
- 15:03Speaker 2: she's looking ahead and she's thinking, all right, you know,
- 15:06Speaker 2: I'm gonna go, I'm gonna work. I'm busy because Nicole,
- 15:09Speaker 2: let's not forget, does ten films a year. In when
- 15:11Speaker 2: she's not doing ten films, she's doing three different HBO series,
- 15:15Speaker 2: so she's working. She's looking forward to moving ahead, being
- 15:19Speaker 2: a mom to those two wonderful daughters.
- 15:23Speaker 1: But that's also not forget.
- 15:24Speaker 2: She has those kids with Tom Cruise, looking ahead, mother, working,
- 15:29Speaker 2: which you're forced to do because everybody has to move on.
- 15:32Speaker 2: You can't wallow and self pity forever. But she's looking ahead,
- 15:36Speaker 2: and she's just trying to do it differently.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Not a g yeah, a lot of grace here, Nicole.
- 15:42Speaker 1: I suddenly am nicest of the day. You have a
- 15:44Speaker 1: lot to be naughty about, and you have chose to
- 15:46Speaker 1: take the high road and nicest of the day. And
- 15:48Speaker 1: I notice the day naughty, naughty, naughty. David Beckhan's alleged
- 15:52Speaker 1: former mistress why not has come forward to say what
- 15:55Speaker 1: she thinks about the family huge. Her name is Rebecca Lose,
- 15:59Speaker 1: and she's to the dialogue and she has a lot
- 16:02Speaker 1: to say about this. She's a former personal assistant too,
- 16:06Speaker 1: once claimed that she had an affair with David beck
- 16:08Speaker 1: in two thousand and four. She's now publicly surprised surprise,
- 16:12Speaker 1: supporting Brooklyn Beckham, saying she knows this family and she
- 16:16Speaker 1: knows what it's like to speak out against this family.
- 16:19Speaker 1: And too bad for his poor wife, knowing too well
- 16:23Speaker 1: what these people are like. You know, Rebecca's interested as I.
- 16:31Speaker 1: It's just it's not your It is crch It is crinchy.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Can I tell you another little thing that bugs me
- 16:37Speaker 1: sort of related but not totally. Whenever a celebrity dies,
- 16:41Speaker 1: people post pictures of themselves and that person that they've
- 16:44Speaker 1: never really met. They've you've had one picture with them,
- 16:46Speaker 1: when generally with them and you're the best friends. It
- 16:52Speaker 1: just bugs me. This feels a little bit like that.
- 16:55Speaker 1: It's so bethy jumping on the bandwagon. Let's end with
- 16:59Speaker 1: a moment you gonna rub you. He is the hard truth.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Nobody else is coming, no mentor, no partner, no perfect moment.
- 17:09Speaker 1: The only person who can save you is the future
- 17:13Speaker 1: version of you who is finally fed up with staying stuck.
- 17:18Speaker 1: It's a version of you who's tired of excuses, tired
- 17:21Speaker 1: of waiting, tired of betraying your own potential. That's the
- 17:26Speaker 1: version who gets up early, who makes the calls, who
- 17:29Speaker 1: takes the risks, who does the work. Change doesn't start
- 17:33Speaker 1: with motivation, it doesn't. It starts with disgust for the
