Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Tonight,
0:05
we have an article from the Daily Mail and Glean
0:09
Maxwell's brother wants us all to know how shocked and
0:13
perturbed she was that her conviction didn't get overturned. So
0:18
let's jump right into the article from the Daily Mail
0:21
and let's see what's what. The author of this article
0:25
is Nick Pisa headline, she is shocked and perturbed by
0:29
the decision child sex trafficker Gleane Maxwell's brother blast judges
0:35
loaded refusal to grant her a retrial after deeply tainted conviction.
0:40
I mean, the only thing that's really deeply tainted here
0:44
is Glean Maxwell's behavior. She's what's really tainted. You're shocked
0:49
and you're perturbed. Breaking news. Nobody cares. Enjoy the blowney
0:54
sandwiches and shut your yap. Convicted sex trafficker. God, I
1:02
love reading that. Glen Maxwell's brother says the family is
1:05
shocked and perturbed by a judge's decision to reject a
1:09
retrial request, saying it was loaded against her. The former
1:13
socialite co conspirator General all around scuzbag bipedal serpent en
1:18
close pal of Prince Andrew was found guilty last year,
1:22
but it later emerged jury member Scotti David had failed
1:26
to disclose he had been sexually abused as a child. Well,
1:30
we all know that didn't go anywhere for Maxwell and
1:32
her team, and that was the bit of debris that
1:36
they had to hold on to as they were floating
1:39
around amongst the wreckage. Now, well, you can only dog
1:43
paddle for so long. Her family and legal team say
1:48
this way the jury to find her guilty of being
1:50
a recruiter of teenage girls for pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and
1:55
she could now face sixty five years in jail. No, sorry,
1:59
nobody leaves that the judge didn't believe it. And like
2:04
I've always said, I highly doubt that the other jurors
2:08
were waiting with baited breath for Scotty David to tell
2:13
them what to do. That's not giving them enough credit
2:16
for being, you know, people with their own minds and
2:19
thoughts and ways to discern what's real and what's not.
2:25
Defense lawyers that hope they could secure a retrial from
2:28
Maxwell sixty after the juror revelations emerged last week. After
2:33
the juror revelations emerged, but last week District Judge Allison
2:37
Nathan dismissed the request, and now, of course they're going
2:41
to appeal, and that appeal will go to the second
2:44
Circuit Court, who has already denied how many different Maxwell appeals,
2:50
how many different appeals by people involved in this to
2:53
keep things sealed so they can try and go to
2:57
the appeals court. But it's going to be a serious
3:01
uphill climb. And when I say an uphill climb, I'm
3:03
talking Mount Everest in a pair of crocs and shorts.
3:11
Speaking for the first time about it, Maxwell's brother Ian said,
3:15
to say we were shocked is understated clearly. Golaine was
3:19
also very perturbed by it. If I had to summarize it,
3:22
the dice were loaded by the court. Look, your sister
3:27
got away with this for how long She never had
3:30
to suffer any of the repercussions for what she was
3:33
doing with Epstein, all because, by the way, she was
3:36
named in that non prosecution agreement. Without that thing, your
3:40
sister's goose would have been cooked a long time ago. Ian.
3:43
But because of that monstrosity, because of that deviant ass
3:48
deal that she caught, well, she was able to continue
3:51
on with her life, living it up starting charities, hanging
3:55
out in submarines dating billionaires, while these girls were let
4:00
to try and put the pieces together of their life.
4:04
So I don't give a damn about how shocked or
4:07
perturbed Glenn Maxwell is. I hope honestly that she's even
4:12
more shocked and more perturbed when she actually gets to prison.
4:18
The verdict was unsafe by virtue of this juror, and
4:22
the decision is deeply tainted. Nope, the only thing deeply
4:25
tainted once again is your sister her behaviors, and well
4:30
your father's behavior as well. Your father's a thief, your
4:34
sister's a human trafficker, a thief, all kinds of stuff,
4:38
And you're out here talking about things are deeply tainted,
4:42
and you're shocked and you're perturbed. This is going to
4:47
go to appeal. It's just one of the many points
4:50
of appeal pre trial, in trial, post trial. And we
4:53
are confident that Glaine will be successful on appeal, just
4:57
like you were confident that she wasn't going to get convicted,
5:00
just like you were confident that everybody was lined up
5:04
against Glenn Maxwell unfairly never showed up with a receipt,
5:09
never showed up with any evidence, never showed up with
5:11
any witnesses that could back up the stuff you folks
5:13
were saying. Meanwhile, there was reem after ream of evidence
5:18
pointing in the other direction. He also slammed the US
5:25
judicial system, saying that it was always going to be
5:28
against his sister, and said the prosecution held an infamous
5:32
press conference the day of her arrest. The pointed to
5:36
a picture of Epstein and my sister, and the implication
5:39
was that she was guilty, which meant it was open
5:42
season on Goline and it never let up. Well, look
5:46
that's what happens when you're accused of a crime. Okay,
5:50
you get arrested, and if you're a high profile person,
5:53
there's a news conference. Again, you don't want your sister
5:57
to be mentioned with Jeffrey Epstein. Maybe you should have
6:00
been around to guide her and tell her not to
6:03
hang out with Jeffrey Epstein. Where were you at, Ian,
6:06
What were you doing? There is no possibility in English system.
6:16
In English system, prosecutor hold a press conference and say
6:19
this woman is guilty before any child has taken place.
6:22
Gland was depicted as some evil mole. It's grotesque. Well,
6:26
she was depicted as she is. And as far as
6:29
what happens in England, well that's all fine, and well
6:33
tell your sister to commit her crimes in England. Oh wait,
6:36
she did, but nobody cared. Right, of course, you're going
6:38
to bring up the English justice system, I mean, really,
6:43
the same justice system that let Jimmy Savile run rampant again.
6:49
Don't be popping your head over your wall and telling
6:52
your neighbor to clean up their yard when yours looks
6:55
like shit. Numerous accusers who were not called in this trial.
7:03
Lawyers have been vociferous, and none and none of it
7:07
has been put to the test. It's just drip, drip, drip.
7:11
What you wanted more accusers called? I don't even understand
7:16
what that means. How many more? What more do you want?
7:19
You had four who came up there and gave horrendous
7:23
testimony about what your sister was up to. There's literally hundreds.
7:29
I can only imagine the stories that someone like Nadia
7:33
could tell us. Imagine if she was willing to talk,
7:37
Imagine if she was willing to come forward and speak
7:40
to the authorities or whatever, give her some kind of
7:43
immunity deal or something. Boy, I can only imagine, because
7:48
all of the nonsense that you hear from Ian Maxwell
7:51
and all of these other people. They weren't around. How
7:54
did they know what happened. All they're going on is
7:56
what Glen Maxwell told them. Meanwhile, the evidence points in
8:01
a completely different direction. So I don't care if you're
8:05
my brother, my sister, my father, my mother. Of course,
8:09
at first, I'm going to believe you. But if there's
8:12
reams and reams of evidence that come out, and it
8:16
is staggering how much evidence there is against you, I'm
8:20
not gonna be out here running some sort of campaign
8:23
acting like you're innocent. Now, I still love you. I'll
8:27
probably put some money on your books and shit, But
8:29
besides that, don't think you're gonna have me out here
8:32
acting as a surrogate when I see the evidence that's
8:35
laid against you. And there's no way that her brothers
8:39
don't know what's going on here. Speaking to journalist Jay
8:47
Beecher of his sister's case, Ian sixty six said, it's
8:51
got sex, it's got death, these guys dying in prison,
8:54
it's got royalty, it's got money, it's got famous people,
8:57
young girls, everything you could dream of. All of the
9:00
elements are there. Jay Beecher. Huh oh yeah, no, I
9:04
wonder why he spoke to him. He also suggested the
9:07
me too social movement against sexual abuse and harassment had
9:11
also played its part in Maxwell's guilty verdict last December
9:15
in a New York court. Well that's funny because the
9:17
me too movement there's nowhere to be seen throughout this
9:19
whole entire case. Ask the survivors, they'll tell you. So
9:26
what does that even mean? The me too movement? It's
9:29
like he just throws out all of these like buzzwords,
9:33
hoping they catch Ian explained this has also had an
9:40
enormous impact impact. All women must be believed, all victims
9:45
must be believed. Well, I don't ascribe to that. How
9:48
many times have I said it here on this podcast.
9:50
I don't believe all of anyone. We're all great characters.
9:53
If you come out with accusations like this, you better
9:56
have some evidence to back it up. Because I don't
10:01
just believe all women. I don't believe all men. I
10:03
believe evidence and wherever that evidence goes. So again, just
10:08
more talking points. What he's trying to do is create
10:11
an error around this, like things were improper, like Maxwell
10:15
wasn't given the fair shake she deserves. Meanwhile, we all
10:19
know she was given more than a fair shake. But
10:26
we know in this count in this country, that so
10:29
called victims turn out not to be victims. Carl Beach
10:32
invented claims of widespread establishment's sex abuse would be the
10:36
finest example of that. So again, let's blame the survivors,
10:39
blame the victims, that they all made it up. None
10:42
of this ever happened. Glen Maxwell is just a great girl,
10:45
and none of this ever happened. All hundreds of these
10:48
girls all lied, They got together and made up these stories.
10:55
These kinds of things go on, and jury verdicts have
10:57
been overturned time and time again, and obviously we hope
11:01
this is going to happen on this occasion as well.
11:04
I mean, it's funny. Have you noticed that all of
11:07
these clowns have shut up about the picture all of
11:11
a sudden. Remember how vocal they all were about how
11:14
faked the picture was, got irish stand ins, got body doubles,
11:18
all kinds of wild shit. Yeah, the journalist, he's talking
11:22
to one of those types. But we all know the score,
11:25
all right. It's the writing is on the wall and
11:31
The only people who are denying what went on here
11:33
at this point are people that are close to Maxwell
11:38
and Andrew and people who have skin in the game
11:42
who know that they're going to be in big trouble
11:44
if this all is ever exposed. Besides that, the rest
11:47
of the world, the vast majority of the world is
11:50
looking at this and all of the players involved, all
11:53
of the enablers, all of the surrogates, and we're all
11:57
coming to the same conclusion. You're all a bunch of scumbags.
12:05
All this forms a powerful package of appeal points that
12:08
for me show this trial was not fair with. On
12:11
top of that, the lying juror ian added, my sister
12:15
has been banged up now it will be two years
12:18
in July. She is in horrendous incarceration. She is in isolation,
12:22
she is on suicide watch. She continues to have torches
12:25
flashlights shone in her eyes every fifteen minutes to make
12:29
sure she is still breathing. Well, get it should be
12:32
on the flip side, should they not do that? And
12:34
then something happens to your sister so you and your
12:36
boy over here can come up and complain about, oh,
12:39
how she was let to be hurt? It was on purpose. Nope,
12:43
not this time. Maxwell's gonna stand and deliver. If somebody
12:48
is going to go to prison forever and it can't
12:51
be Epstein, it might as well be the number two
12:53
in the organization. Right. You know, if John Gotti died,
12:58
do you really think that the mafia would have just
13:01
stopped their investigation? Now that's it. God, he's dead. Let's
13:04
forget about it. No, because it's a criminal enterprise, right,
13:07
same goes here. Your sister Ian Maxwell was engaged in
13:11
a criminal enterprise. In fact, she was the underboss of
13:14
that criminal enterprise, according to many people with knowledge of
13:18
what went on. So now she is paying the price.
13:24
She has denied all kinds of rights and opportunities. It's
13:28
a shocker. She was already frail mentally and physically at
13:31
the start of the trial, and I think this impacted
13:34
for sure on whether she would give evidence in her
13:36
own defense, knowing what an aggressive affair that would have been.
13:40
Oh but it's okay for the girls to go do it,
13:42
right who have lived this nightmare of their whole lives,
13:45
they can get up there and testify. But your sorry
13:47
excuse for a human as a sister, she can't, right, Okay, sure, why, Oh,
13:54
that's why the interrogators, the prosecutors would have lit her
13:58
up like it was the fourth of July. These kinds
14:03
of conditions in a first world country should not be acceptable.
14:07
They are not acceptable in our country, and they should
14:10
not be acceptable in America, but they appear to be.
14:14
He keeps throwing these shots out of America. Bro, here's an idea.
14:17
Kick fucking rocks and go back to England. Nobody wants
14:19
you here anyway, You sick bastard. Go and hang out
14:24
with the ghost of Jimmy Saville and fuck off. Well.
14:28
I agree that the conditions in America, as far as
14:31
jails go, definitely need to be examined. I don't think
14:34
that Glen Maxwell's incarceration should be the thing that gets
14:39
that ball rolling. These people are the upper crust of
14:44
the upper crust. If they were so worried about the
14:47
conditions inside of these jails and prisons, don't you think
14:51
that they would have been talking about this a long
14:53
time ago before Maxwell was arrested. Don't you think they
14:56
would have been throwing bunches of money at reforming the
15:00
criminal justice system. But no, they didn't write because they
15:03
don't care until they're caught up in it, and they
15:05
don't care because the people that they're giving money to
15:08
political donations, well, they're the ones who write these laws,
15:11
and they put the loopholes and technicalities in these laws
15:14
so people like Maxwell never have to pay the piper. Well,
15:18
guess what time to pay up. He also questioned why,
15:27
given the amount of accusations she has made, Virginia Roberts,
15:31
who claimed she was trafficked by Maxwell and Epstein to
15:34
have sex with Prince Andrew, was not called to testify.
15:38
Ian said, I think they realized she would have had
15:40
a very difficult time under cross examination and that she
15:43
could have done more damage than helped the prosecution's cause
15:47
you think, huh, you're a fucking clowny in Maxwell. Wow,
15:51
guess what You're gonna get your chance here in a
15:53
little while when she shows up for that victim impact statement.
15:57
Let's see how gung ho you are on having Virginia
16:00
sit there and tell her story. It seems the only
16:03
people that don't believe Virginia at this point are the Maxwell's,
16:07
the scumbag surrogates that did they give interviews to, and
16:12
the I don't know five or six people running around
16:15
on like Twitter that still think that you know Maxwell's
16:18
innocent or whatever. But the reality of the situation is
16:21
this Virginia's testimony. What Virginia has said and set on
16:27
record has been tested. It's been tested in court. Your
16:31
sister paid out. Fuck face. Okay, Max Epstein, he paid out?
16:36
Fuck face. How did things work out for your boy,
16:39
Prince Andrew? Not so well? Right? So please save all
16:44
the gas lighting and all the wuhiing. Nobody buys any
16:47
of this nonsense. If you are a powerful witness whom
16:53
you believe is telling the truth and whose combination of
16:56
the truth and the way they can tell the truth, sincerely,
16:59
hand on heart, look the jury in the eye and
17:01
say this happened. You were going to use that person
17:04
because it's going to be very effective. Notice he doesn't
17:07
talk about the non prosecution agreement in Florida, right, convenient
17:12
that he leaves that out another lie of omission. The
17:17
fact they didn't use her tells us all we already
17:20
know they couldn't. They could not stand her up under
17:24
cross examination because of the tremendous multiple inconsistencies in her
17:28
prior accounts on almost every subject for years. That is
17:31
why I believe they did not run with this particular witness.
17:36
You're wrong, but you can believe whatever you want. You
17:40
and Bozo the clown over there, can talk about and
17:42
believe whatever you want. But the facts are the facts.
17:48
If nobody believes her and she's not a good witness,
17:50
then why the fuck has everybody paid her so much money? See,
17:54
you can't get away from the little details here, Kenya.
17:57
It's easy to get up there and prattle and rap
18:00
and talk shit when nobody's challenging you, when you have
18:03
a friendly journalist who's giving the interview. But what happens
18:08
when your bullshit is challenged? What happens when people aren't
18:12
just gonna sit back and take what you say as fact.
18:19
When asked how his sister was coping in jail, Ian
18:22
admitted the family was concerned for her welfare. He said,
18:25
we all have to be worried about that because she
18:28
has now been banged up for two years, oh, two
18:31
whole years for trafficking children. Big fucking deal. I know
18:34
people who have done eight or nine for gambling. Bro
18:38
Zero remorse from me, not one bit. She had this
18:45
terrible roller coaster of an arrest, then lost three four
18:48
five bel applications consistently turned down for reasons that are
18:52
wrong because the court doesn't want to find itself on
18:55
the wrong side of public opinion. No, the court knew
18:58
that she'd run. The court knew that you and your
19:00
scumbag buddies have the ways and the means to help
19:04
her run. That's why she's still in jail. Okay, stupid,
19:10
So she has had a really had a dose of it.
19:13
The way treatment has been dished out in jail has
19:15
been really shocking. But I know that she remains resolute.
19:18
She is determined to see this through. She believes in
19:21
her innocence completely of the charges that she faces. Hmm,
19:24
then why didn't she get on the stand and tell
19:26
us all that? Why did she sit there meek, cowardly
19:32
and not willing to look her accusers in the face
19:35
and sit on that witness stand and say I did
19:37
not do this. You want to talk about weak ass
19:41
witnesses on the stand? Homie, you live in a glasshouse.
19:46
How are you going to be out here throwing rocks
19:47
talking about Virginia's a week witness when your sister is
19:51
the weakest witness in the history of weak witnesses. However
19:59
unpopular it is, and however counter to the prevailing narrative
20:02
that is about the justice system doing what it should
20:05
to what it should do, and that the basis of
20:07
why we have appeal courts, and it may have to
20:09
go to the Supreme Court, Supreme Court, regardless of what
20:13
this court has decided. On the basis of what it
20:16
has decided, we are confident that on the central point
20:19
of the appeal, not to mention the other points, that
20:22
Glaine will be successful. She has hope, she has a
20:25
strong and supportive family. We have hope. We are going
20:29
to fight. Maxwell is due to be sentenced in June.
20:33
I mean, wow, all the way to the Supreme Court. Huh, Well,
20:36
that's funny. The Supreme Court wouldn't even hear a word
20:39
about the non prosecution agreement. You want to talk about
20:43
people being fired up that the Supreme Court here Maxwell's
20:46
case and not the survivors. See the thing is, folks,
20:51
people like Glaine Maxwell and her family, they'll always try
20:54
and set it up like they're being targeted because of
20:56
their immense wealth, when the reality is this. You heard
21:01
him just cry that she had five bell attempts denied.
21:05
How many Bell attempts did Khalif Browder Get how many
21:08
Bell attempts did Insert just about any person in prison
21:13
right now or jail and ask them how many times
21:15
they got in front of the judge to ask for Belle.
21:18
I'm guessing not many of them had five. I'm guessing
21:20
not many of them had a computer in their cell.
21:22
I'm guessing not many of them had fourteen hours a
21:24
day with lawyers. So every time Maxwell and her team
21:30
talk about how horrible the conditions were or or are
21:34
for her in prison, I have to laugh. They make
21:37
it out like a Shawshank redemption for her, when in reality,
21:40
she's sitting around by herself. Sure, she's probably lonely in board,
21:45
but besides that, there's no one that's gonna hurt her,
21:48
nothing like that. Nobody's extorting her, and that's what she's
21:51
gonna get if she goes to general population. So again,
21:55
all the stuff this dude's talking about, all the winging
21:57
he's doing, it's all bs, nothing more than trying to
22:02
set up a narrative before the appeal. But people are
22:06
too hit for that, and even the legacy media is
22:10
inviting this dude refuses to go to a real outlet
22:15
to have a real interview where he's going to be challenged,
22:18
So we'll just get more dribble from him, more nonsense,
22:22
and certainly more spin. But when everything is said and
22:26
done and all the checks have been cashed, Glenn Maxwell
22:32
is sitting in prison, and those well, those are just
22:36
the facts, all right, everybody that is going to do it.
22:40
I will be back tomorrow and we'll start all over again.

The link that we discussed can be found in the
23:04
description What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
23:11
It seems at this point anybody you talked to has
23:14
an opinion about what happened to Jeffrey Epstein in that
23:18
jail cell. And to tell you the truth, I don't
23:21
think anyone's in a position to tell anybody else that
23:24
they're wrong until we have some sort of definitive proof
23:28
about what happened in that jail cell. I'm willing to
23:31
believe anything at this point, well, anything besides the official
23:35
narrative that the government has tried to spoon feed us.
23:40
And when you look at all of the facts from
23:42
the day that Jeffrey Epstein died and how it was
23:46
handled in the aftermath by the facility, by the medical examiner,
23:51
the coroner, and everybody else involved, none of it makes
23:55
any sense. And still after all of these years, we
23:59
have no besides Bill Barr telling all of us that
24:03
we need to trust him. And like I said before,
24:06
unless you're Aaron Rodgers and you're the quarterback of my
24:09
football team, I don't want to hear any of that
24:11
oh you gotta trust me stuff from known scoundrels like
24:15
Bill Barr. I mean, does anybody trust this guy, no
24:18
matter what your political sway is. I don't think anybody
24:23
has anything good to say about Bill Barr, and he's
24:27
earned all of it. The guy's an absolute idiot, filled
24:31
with hubris, and another one of these narcissists, one of
24:35
these unelected bureaucrats that think that they know better than
24:40
everybody else and that everybody else is too stupid to
24:43
understand what they understand. So in his mind, he can't
24:47
understand for a second why any of us wouldn't believe
24:51
the all powerful Bill Darth Barr when he tells us
24:54
that everything was on the up and up when it
24:57
comes to Jeffrey Epstein's death. But neither you or I
25:01
are willing to give him that kind of trust. So
25:05
the federal government needs to come correct and they need
25:08
to be transparent about what happened in that jail cell.
25:11
And if it was Jeffrey Epstein committing suicide, then let's
25:15
see the proof. If it was something else, let's know
25:18
about that as well. But avoiding being transparent after three
25:23
years is not really going to get things moving in
25:27
the right direction. Time and time again, you hear people
25:30
from like the FBI or Congress or the Senate talk
25:34
about how trust is being eroded in the institutions, and
25:38
then they want to blame that on pundits or people
25:42
that are trying to get clicks for their website. And
25:44
while some of that is true, some of that does
25:46
play a part, the real problem is the institutions themselves
25:51
are not doing the right thing. They're the ones that
25:54
are damaging their reputation, nobody else, and that's because a
25:58
lot of these institutions have become politicized. Whether it's one
26:02
side or the other, it doesn't matter. What happens is
26:06
that erodes the trust in the public. When people feel
26:09
like you have an ax to grind and you're the
26:11
institution of the FBI, well that's not gonna work out
26:14
well for anyone, and especially it's not going to work
26:17
out for society. So if they want to alleviate that
26:21
and they want to fight back against misinformation, like they
26:25
always say, then they'd be more transparent. But they won't
26:29
even do it in a case such as this. I'm
26:32
not even talking about being transparent about national security secrets.
26:36
I'm talking about airing out all of the secrets from
26:40
some scumbag child molester who's already dead. So what's the
26:44
hold up, Why aren't you releasing this information? And why
26:48
hasn't the Inspector General's report been put out yet? And
26:53
piggybacking on that, Glene Maxwell's brother, well, he's come out
26:58
in a new interview and he says that he believes
27:01
that Jeffrey Epstein was murdered. Now, look, I'm not in
27:05
the business of agreeing with Glaine Maxwell's family, especially when
27:10
we're talking about well anything, but Ian Maxwell's not wrong
27:14
here to try and get more answers. There's a lot
27:18
on the table. But for me, I think that if
27:21
anyone would have any information about these people in power
27:25
that are pulling the strings, pulling down on the levers
27:28
and causing the rest of us chaos, it would be
27:31
Gallne Maxwell. Right, Well, she's sitting in that jail cell.
27:34
Has she sang a song for the government, not that
27:37
we know of. So if Glene Maxwell wants to protect
27:41
herself and they truly believe that Epstein was clipped, don't
27:45
you think that singing a song for the government, signing
27:48
a three to zero two and proffering up would be
27:50
the way to go. She didn't do any of that,
27:53
And that's a question that nobody has asked Ian Maxwell
27:57
when they interviewed him. I would think that if Glene
28:00
Maxwell had something to offer up, she would have offered
28:02
it up a long time ago. Because now, even if
28:06
she does offer something up, it's gonna be corrupted. She's
28:09
already a felon, and whatever information she gives up will
28:13
easily be challenged as somebody who is being self serving. Right,
28:18
she's already a convicted felon, a known liar. Why should
28:21
a jury believe her, So Ghlainne Maxwell has certainly painted
28:24
herself in a corner if she wanted to use some
28:27
of that information that she says she has to her benefit,
28:31
and I thought that during her trial we would see
28:34
more of that. But for whatever reason, Glainne Maxwell went
28:38
down with the shit, and I've always said that she
28:41
ended up becoming useless to her handlers. After all of
28:44
this was kicked into motion once Epstein was arrested for
28:48
the second time and they did the burn trying to
28:50
get rid of all of the evidence connecting Epstein to
28:53
whoever his handlers were. Well, Maxwell was burned at that
28:57
point as well, and she had outlived her useful But
29:01
I think that there was already way too much craziness
29:04
around Epstein getting whacked for them to even attempt something
29:07
like that with Glen Maxwell. So at this point, glean Maxwell,
29:12
even with any information, is not going to be that
29:15
useful of an informant, And unfortunately that's what happens if
29:20
you don't proffer up before you get convicted. But today
29:23
we have an article from a local station, KRN four,
29:29
and this station reached out to Ian Maxwell and they
29:33
got an interview with them So let's dive into this
29:36
article and let's see what author Vicky Liviacis has for
29:42
US headline. Glean Maxwell's brother believes Jeffrey Epstein was murdered,
29:49
convicted sex trafficker, one time British socialite and former girlfriend
29:54
of disgraced financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Wait, you mean fellow scumbag,
30:00
fellow child abuse her and bipedal serpent. Right, that's what
30:03
you mean when you're talking about Glen Maxwell. Glenn Maxwell
30:07
is currently serving a twenty year sentence in a low
30:11
security prison. Maxwell sixty one is now appealing her high
30:15
profile case and good luck with that. I mean, she
30:19
has a few things to bite her teeth into, as
30:21
far as Scotti, David Goes and Juror fifty, but anything
30:26
more than that, I just don't see how they think
30:28
they're going to get over the hump, because it looks
30:31
like a serious uphill battle. Ian Maxwell, Glen Maxwell's brother,
30:37
spoke to KRN four's Vicky Leviacis from London about where
30:42
things stand in the appeal process. Glaine Maxwell was at
30:46
the center of an international sex scandal involving Epstein. She
30:50
wishes she had never met jeff Epstein, and because the
30:54
havoc that relationship has caused, not just Glaine, but really
30:58
everybody that came in touch with him, said Ian Maxwell.
31:02
What Ian Maxwell leaves out, though, is that all of
31:05
these people they chose to hang out with Epstein, They
31:07
chose to cavort with him because it was beneficial to them,
31:11
So they chose to look the other way while these
31:13
girls and these women were being abused. Maxwell is serving
31:18
a twenty year bid at a Tallahassee federal prison for
31:21
her role in sex trafficking underage victims. In her recently
31:25
filed appeal, she says she did not receive a fair trial.
31:29
Basically it was a stitch up from after Jeffrey Epstein
31:33
died in news government custody when Bill Barr was Attorney General,
31:37
said Ian Maxwell. And look, I'm not in the business
31:40
of agreeing with Ian Maxwell, but Bill Barr is an
31:43
absolute lout, a good for nothing soob and in fact,
31:48
I'm sure that scuzbag has committed several crimes throughout his career.
31:52
So someone should do a full look at Bill Barr.
31:56
The billionaire financier pedophile was found hung in his yel
32:00
cell in an apparent suicide. Ian Maxwell, however, questions the
32:05
official account. And I wouldn't say hung really right. He
32:08
had the bed sheets that were cut up hung off
32:11
the post and he just leaned forward into it. So
32:14
if you want to call that a hanging, I guess,
32:16
But to me it looks more like choking yourself out.
32:20
The only person to actually take the fall is Jeff Epstein,
32:24
and he's dead, of course, said Ian Maxwell. We don't
32:27
really know the extent of what happened that night there.
32:30
His own family thinks he was murdered. My sister thinks
32:33
he was murdered. According to her brother, Glenne, Maxwell believes
32:37
she was blamed for Epstein's crimes. To satisfy public outrage,
32:42
Ian Maxwell said that his sister has acknowledged the victim's
32:45
suffering and has expressed considerable empathy for them. Oh yeah,
32:50
and I'm the King of Siam. Maxwell's appeals claim, among
32:54
other things, that Adjur failed to disclose he was a
32:57
victim of child abuse to being on the jury for case.
33:02
Despite reports of a black book in secret video tapes,
33:05
Ian Maxwell said, if it were true, they would have
33:08
been released by now. The black books already out there.
33:11
You dumbed them when you mean it would have been
33:13
released by now. It's already out there, and not only
33:16
the Black Book, but the Son of the Black Book,
33:19
the Black Book Part two. As far as the tapes, well,
33:22
you and I both know that Darren Endyke and Richard
33:25
Kahn both went into those houses and took whatever they took,
33:29
and we also know that Epstein was tipped off before
33:32
he was arrested. When the police got there, there was
33:35
no computers, there was no tapes because everything was taken
33:38
and stashed away, probably over at Zoro Ranch. So try again,
33:43
Ian Maxwell. He still fears for his sister's safety. If
33:48
there are other people that have not yet come into
33:51
the prosecution's orbit and who may be powerful people and
33:55
don't wish to be involved in this, somehow that they
33:58
would find it an ability to murder my sister or
34:01
cause her to have an accident that looks like an
34:04
accident but isn't, said Ian Maxwell. It may take more
34:08
than six months for Glenn Maxwell's appeal to be heard.
34:11
In the meantime, Ian Maxwell said his family is standing
34:15
by his sister. We are her family, we love her,
34:18
we miss her, and we will support and defend her said,
34:22
Ian Maxwell, imagine that being your hill to die on.
34:26
The Maxwell's should go over to the Laundry's house and
34:29
they should have dinner because they're just as reprehensible. But
34:33
as far as Jeffrey Epstein being murdered or killing himself,
34:37
the question is up in the air. In my opinion,
34:40
I am very agnostic about it. Like I've always said,
34:44
I'm willing to go wherever the evidence leads us. Unfortunately,
34:48
the dojay and the people who were in charge, they
34:51
refuse to be transparent and give us those answers. So
34:55
it's going to remain a conspiracy theory until they do so.
35:00
And they love that right. Once they can call something
35:02
a conspiracy theory, that means they can demean it, and
35:05
they can demean anybody who's asking questions about it. Unfortunately,
35:09
for these boobs in the legacy media, that trick don't
35:12
work in this case, because we all know this isn't
35:16
a conspiracy theory. This is a criminal conspiracy. All right, folks,
35:22
that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
35:24
information that goes with the episode can be found in
35:27
the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to
35:31
the Epstein chronicles. According to Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark Ebstein,
35:37
Well Epstein didn't kill himself. Mark Epstein believes that Jeffrey
35:41
Ebstein did not commit suicide while he was in jail,
35:44
and he says that the evidence or lack thereof, that's
35:48
been provided to him by the federal government backs it up. Now, look,
35:52
I don't know what happened in that jail cell. What
35:55
I do know is that the official narrative that we've
35:57
all been pitched, the official narrative that they've served us up,
36:01
doesn't seem to me to be very logical. And when
36:05
you look at all of the issues that surround Jeffrey
36:08
Epstein's death inside the lockup, I don't know how anyone
36:11
could be confident with the official narrative that we've all
36:14
been pitched because from where I'm sitting, it's a bunch
36:17
of bs. And the whole entire OIG report, what did
36:21
it really tell us? We went through it line by line,
36:25
was there anything in there that said to you, oh, yeah,
36:27
here's that smoke and gun we've all been looking for.
36:30
Because when I read the OIG report, all I saw
36:33
was a bunch of narrative building and reliance on what
36:37
Bill Barr had to tell us. And I don't know
36:40
about you, folks, but I'm not really in the business
36:42
of believing what Bill Barr has to say. So let's
36:46
dive into this article from the New York Post and
36:49
let's see what Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark has to say. Headlined,
36:54
Jeffrey Epstein's brother lists the evidence he claims FEDS are
36:57
covering up about pedophiles. This article was authored by Andy Tillett.
37:03
Despite being the most high profile prisoner in the US,
37:07
Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in federal custody at the
37:10
Manhattan Correction Center in New York on August tenth, twenty nineteen.
37:15
The financier at pedalphile wedding trial on charges of sex
37:18
trafficking underage girls, was found in his cell just after
37:21
six thirty am, having apparently used a length of orange
37:25
bed sheet tied to the cell's bunk bed to hang himself.
37:29
Uh okay, I guess if you want to buy that shit,
37:33
have you seen the pictures? Hang himself is a bit generous.
37:36
You mean, tie it around his throat and lean forward, right,
37:39
because that's exactly what he did. If you're believing the
37:42
narrative that's how he killed himself. Throughout the previous night,
37:47
cameras in the secure housing unit where Epstein was being
37:50
held weren't recording, prison guards slept, and Epstein was left
37:54
without a cell mate despite prison psychologists direct orders. I'm
37:59
sure all of that was just, you know, coincidence and mistake.
38:03
None of it had anything to do with the over
38:06
arching problem of Jeffrey Epstein being so connected. Then Attorney
38:11
General Bill Barr would later call the situation a perfect
38:14
storm of screw ups. Who got fired for it, Who
38:17
went to jail for it? Who was held accountable for it? Oh,
38:19
that's right, nobody. Within a week, a medical examiner had
38:23
ruled the death of suicide, meaning no further investigation was required.
38:28
Pretty convenient, no. Eventually, a one hundred and twenty eight
38:31
page report was produced by the Department of Justice, which
38:35
concluded prison staff made errors and blamed long standing operational
38:39
challenges for Epstein's death, challenges that haven't been addressed, challenges
38:44
that haven't been fixed. So, like I told you then,
38:47
I'll tell you now, all of that was window dressing.
38:50
That whole entire report was nothing more than narrative building However,
38:55
some have consistently challenged the official version of events, including
38:59
Epstein's brother Mark sixty nine, who is campaigning for more
39:02
information to be made public, including video from the cell block.
39:06
All of it should be made public. There's no reason
39:09
that any of this stuff should be kept under wraps
39:11
at this point. We're not talking about national security here.
39:14
We're not talking about somebody who's hiding state secrets about
39:17
a new program we're building. This is a man who
39:20
was diddling little kids, a man who was trafficking girls
39:23
and women, a man who should be exposed fully. And
39:26
whatever happened in that jail cell, it happened on our dime,
39:29
So the taxpayers should be entitled to see exactly what
39:32
went down. I only want to look at facts. But
39:34
when we consider the facts available, we get more questions.
39:37
The property developer told the Post there appears to have
39:41
been no investigation once it was ruled to suicide. They
39:44
saw no reason to dig deeper. It seems like a
39:46
cover up. Why can't I find this pre hospital care report?
39:50
And why can't I get the nine to one one call?
39:52
And how did four Chan break the story thirty eight
39:54
minutes before it broke on ABC there's another question for you.
39:59
The following is a compilation of publicly available information about
40:02
Epstein's death, as well as findings from Mark's four year
40:05
investigation the autopsy. Two medical examiners were present for Epstein's autopsy,
40:12
doctor Christin Roman and doctor Michael Bowden. The latter was
40:16
sent by Mark to independently oversee the procedure. They agreed
40:20
to list the manner of death as pending, saying further
40:23
investigation was required. That, however, was overruled a week later
40:28
by New York Chief Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson, who changed
40:32
it to suicide. Sampson said she had seen additional evidence,
40:36
but has never said what that evidence was. So again,
40:40
you want to just believe the state. You want to
40:42
believe what she has to say. I mean, that's fine
40:45
and well, but I'm a trust but verify kind of guy,
40:48
especially in a situation such as this. If you have
40:51
other evidence that you've seen, other evidence that says for
40:54
sure it's a suicide, let us see it. You want
40:57
to kill all this nonsense, You want to kill the
40:59
Epstein didn't kill him self stuff, Well, here's how you
41:02
do it. A little bit of evidence showing us that
41:04
you're telling the truth, Boden said. Epstein had two breaks
41:08
on each side of his thyroid cartilage near his Adam's
41:11
apple and one above it on the left side of
41:14
his hyoid bone, which were extremely unusual in suicidal hangings
41:19
and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation. Boden added,
41:24
I've not seen in fifty years where that occurred in
41:27
a suicidal hanging case. So there's gonna be people out
41:30
there that are critics of doctor Michael Boden say that
41:33
he's a attention seeker, that he's a hound looking for glory,
41:38
all that, and you know what, some of it's probably true,
41:41
But does that mean we should just discount what he
41:43
had to say. In my opinion, it doesn't. And I
41:46
think that this could all be cleared up real quick
41:49
if the state would just do the right thing and
41:51
turn everything over. There is no reason for this information
41:54
to be hidden. There is no reason for this not
41:57
to be transparent. In addition, no photo was taken of
42:01
the position of Epstein's body when he was found, which
42:04
multiple medical examiners have agreed is a key piece of
42:07
evidence to determining exactly how he died. Autopsy photos show
42:11
the marks on Epstein's throat from the ligature were in
42:15
the middle to lower portion of the neck and straight,
42:18
not raised and pointing towards the side and back of
42:20
the throat in a way more consistent with hanging. So
42:24
this whole thing from the very beginning has been in
42:27
question as far as I'm concerned. And the fact that
42:29
there were so many missteps after Epstein died here by
42:33
the jail, the jail staff, the sergeant, the lieutenant, everybody involved,
42:37
makes you really really start scratching your head and asking yourself,
42:41
was it all just a giant screw up? Or is
42:43
there something else going on here? Epstein's cell. The Department
42:48
of Justice investigation into Epstein's death says he was found
42:52
suspended from the top bunk in a near seated position,
42:55
with his buttocks approximately one inch to one inch and
42:58
a half off the floor and his legs in front
43:00
of him. This means that most of his body weight
43:02
was hanging on the ligature around his neck. The guard
43:05
who found him, Michael Thomas, claimed both that he ripped
43:08
the sheet and that he cut it, then began chess
43:11
compressions until prison medics arrived. Two nooses were found in
43:15
the cell. According to the CBS show sixty Minutes, all
43:19
of it's funky. Every last bit of this is funky,
43:21
and the fact that we still don't know what happened
43:23
in that cell all these years later is unacceptable. The
43:27
noos taken in as evidence was not the one that
43:29
the prison guard ripped or cut to free from Epstein's body.
43:34
The submitted and photographed noose was a whole piece of
43:37
cloth with hemmed edges and no staining or fluids, despite
43:40
allegedly being around Epstein's neck when he died. In photos
43:44
of Epstein's cell, his sleep apnea machine can be seen,
43:48
which Mark points out as an electrical cord that would
43:51
have been easier to use to hang himself than a sheet.
43:54
I said that at the beginning too. If you're going
43:56
to hang yourself, why not use an electrical cord seems
43:59
like the better option. EMTs who attended the scene were
44:03
not interviewed, which is standard protocol in such cases, especially
44:07
in high profile cases. EMTs and hospital staff are interviewed
44:11
by police, but in this case none were. In addition,
44:15
pre hospital care report for Epstein can't be found. According
44:18
to hospital staff, all just a coincidence, at least according
44:22
to the government. The autopsy showed Epstein was dead for
44:25
at least two hours before he was found, and possibly
44:28
up to six hours. However, despite clearly being deceased, he
44:32
was transferred to a hospital and placed in a hospital
44:35
gown on a gurney. So why would you do that?
44:38
The man's been dead for up to six hours. You
44:41
know that he's been dead, but you're gonna put him
44:43
on a gurney and put him in a hospital gown.
44:45
What are you trying to do? Have a little weekend
44:47
at Bernie's party with your boy Jeffrey. The whole thing
44:50
is absurd and disgusting. Meanwhile, the nine to one one
44:54
call made from the prison and its content has also
44:57
never been released in and evidence. On July twenty third,
45:03
while Epstein was in jail, guards were called to the
45:05
cell he shared with former cobb and now convicted killer
45:09
of four Nicholas Tartaglioni, due to an incident where he
45:12
had sustained neck injuries. Following the incident, Epstein told a
45:16
prison staff he had been attacked by a cell mate.
45:19
He later said he did not remember how he got
45:21
the injuries, and he refused to speak further about it.
45:25
After the incident. On July thirtieth, the prison Psychology department
45:29
said Epstein must have a cell mate at all times
45:32
and was to be monitored. This is one of the
45:34
key things that happened in that cell, the fact that
45:36
he was even in a cell with Tartaglioni in the
45:39
first place. He should have never been in that cell
45:41
with Tartaglioni. And questions need to be answered. Why a
45:45
man who was facing four homicides was put into a
45:48
cell with one of the most high profile prisoners in
45:52
the whole country. Shouldn't Jeffrey Epstein be put in the
45:55
cell with a snitch? Why are you putting him in
45:57
the cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni. And then when Epstein says
46:01
Tartaglioni attacked them, they're gonna act like it didn't happen. Oh,
46:05
but we lost the video of the cell that day.
46:07
We have no idea. We're just gonna believe Nicholas Tartaglioni
46:11
sounds like narrative building to me. And look, I am
46:14
more than willing to believe that Epstein killed himself, but
46:17
I want to see the evidence. Considering the ride that
46:20
the government has taken us on when it comes to
46:22
Epstein over all these years, I want to see the
46:24
evidence for myself. The new cell mate, Eprinstone Reyes, was
46:28
a sign but transferred out of MCC to another facility
46:32
less than twenty four hours before Epstein's death. Reyes told
46:35
his family Epstein seemed depressed and didn't want to live anymore,
46:39
according to The New York Daily News, who also quoted
46:42
other inmates who said Epstein was saying he's going to
46:45
kill himself because the government is trying to kill him anyway.
46:49
And I've said it once and I'll say it again.
46:52
Was Tartaglioni putting that cell with Epstein to pass on
46:55
a message. Look, buddy, this is what's gonna happen to
46:57
you unless you do it to yourself. Again, that's just speculation.
47:01
I don't know for sure. Nobody does, but Nicholas Tartaglioni
47:05
at this point, and my guess is Tat Tat, as
47:08
they used to call him in the old neighborhood, has
47:10
no desire to talk about what happened in that jail cell.
47:14
Video evidence from the night of Epstein's death was limited.
47:17
According to the Department of Justice investigation, recorded video evidence
47:21
for August ninth and tenth for the Shoe area where
47:23
Epstein was housed was only available from one prison security
47:27
camera due to a malfunction of mcc new York's digital
47:31
video recorder system. All that money that's being paid in
47:35
taxes and the cameras don't even work. However, it also
47:39
notes between approximately ten forty pm on August ninth and
47:43
six thirty am on August tenth, no one was seen
47:46
entering Epstein's sell tier from the Shoe common area, despite
47:50
Freedom of Information Acts requests being filed. The footage from
47:53
the working camera, particularly showing when Epstein's body was removed
47:56
from the tier in the morning, has never been released
47:59
to the public. And they say it's an ongoing investigation. No,
48:03
it's not. That's what they say to make sure that
48:05
they don't have to turn the goods over to the public.
48:08
The sleeping guards prison guards Tovin Noel and Michael Thomas
48:12
were stationed fifteen feet from Epstein's cell. However, they fell
48:16
asleep and did not check on prisoners in the secure
48:19
housing unit at all on August ninth, the night that
48:22
Epstein died. They later admitted to falsifying records, which they
48:26
said had completed the checks. Both were federally indicted, but
48:31
struck a deal whereby, in exchange for admitting their guilt
48:34
and cooperating with the federal probe into Epstein's death, the
48:38
charges were dropped, so nobody was held accountable. There was
48:42
nobody that was brought up and put in jail. Nothing,
48:45
So why would anyone do anything different the next time around?
48:49
And what's the point of having that OIG report if
48:52
the issues aren't going to be addressed. Neither has ever
48:55
spoken publicly about what happened that night or with Epstein
48:59
the indictment again. The officers also list the presence of
49:02
two other prison guards, Officer one and Officer two, who
49:05
were also on duty during at least part of their
49:07
shift and were supposed to accompany Noel on a rounds.
49:11
Their identities have never been released. Mark says he has
49:15
nothing to gain from his brother's death. He was not
49:18
part of the will and has incurred legal fees and
49:20
had to spend money to protect his family since twenty nineteen.
49:25
They had a hearing which was coming up a few
49:27
days after his death, to appeal the Bell restrictions. Why
49:30
would Jeffrey kill himself a few days before the hearing,
49:33
because if he got Bell, he'd be out of jail,
49:35
awaiting trial in his house with an ankle monitor, he
49:38
told investigative journalist Declan Hill on his Crime Wave podcast.
49:42
Why kill yourself? Then? If Bell was denied again, then
49:45
I could understand it. Believe me, it would have been
49:48
easier if the pathologist had come out and said it
49:50
looks like a suicide. Then I could put the whole
49:53
issue behind me, he added, And for me, there needs
49:57
to be some transparency here to really release all the
50:01
information they have, any video, all of it. That way
50:04
people can get a good look for themselves and then
50:07
decide if they think that Epstein killed himself or if
50:10
Jeffrey Epstein was killed. But without all of the evidence,
50:13
without all of the context, the questions surrounding Jeffrey Epstein's
50:17
death will continue to hang in the air. All right, folks,
50:22
that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
