- 0:02Speaker 1: Apostle Fermi Lazarus is a man raised by God to
- 0:06Speaker 1: demonstrate his wisdom and authority to the last day church.
- 0:10Speaker 1: He is the lead pastor of Sphere of Light Church
- 0:13Speaker 1: and God told him years ago that a time will
- 0:16Speaker 1: come where my wisdom will be needed to navigate tough
- 0:19Speaker 1: times in the body of Christ.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Then I will cause your voice to be heard.
- 0:25Speaker 1: And all who pay attention to my word on your
- 0:29Speaker 1: lips will not lack light and direction. He is a
- 0:33Speaker 1: man sent from God, sent to raise God's end time armies.
- 0:38Speaker 1: With Apostle Fermi Lazarus, every minute counts as you listen attentively.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Genesis chapter number 2 from verse 18 to 25. Genesis
- 0:52Speaker 3: chapter number 2. From verse 18 to 25. So I'm
- 1:00Speaker 3: going to read from here.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Genesis 2.18, if you are there, say Amen. Alright.
- 1:09Speaker 3: And the Lord God said, It is not good that
- 1:14Speaker 3: the man should be alone.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I will make him and help meet for him. Verse 19.
- 1:27Speaker 3: And out of the ground the Lord God formed every
- 1:30Speaker 3: beast of the field and every fowl of the hair
- 1:33Speaker 3: and brought them to Adam to see what he would
- 1:36Speaker 3: call them. And whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that
- 1:40Speaker 3: was the name thereof. And Adam gave names to all
- 1:43Speaker 3: the cattle and to all the fowl of the hair
- 1:45Speaker 3: and to every beast of the field. But for Adam
- 1:50Speaker 3: there was not found an help meet for him. Don't
- 1:53Speaker 3: marry who you should name. There are people that will
- 1:57Speaker 3: come to your life. They should only be named.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Bestie. That's the name. What's the name? Bestie. There are
- 2:09Speaker 2: other names. But anyways.
- 2:12Speaker 3: The Bible said God brought different creatures. Marry a person.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Not a creature.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Sometimes when we are so much in a hurry. you
- 2:28Speaker 2: will not see the identity of the person you want
- 2:30Speaker 2: to do life with.
- 2:33Speaker 3: And you just move ahead. And these are the things
- 2:35Speaker 3: that causes lots of dysfunctionalities. So, let's read verse 20 again.
- 2:42Speaker 3: And Adam gave names to all the cattle and to
- 2:47Speaker 3: the fowl of the hare and to every beast of
- 2:51Speaker 3: the field. But for Adam, there was not found an
- 2:54Speaker 3: herb meat for him. And the Lord God caused a
- 2:59Speaker 3: deep sleep to fall on Adam. And he slept. And
- 3:04Speaker 3: he took off his ribs and closed the flesh instead.
- 3:08Speaker 3: And the rib which the Lord God had taken from
- 3:11Speaker 3: man made he a woman and brought her unto the man.
- 3:17Speaker 3: And Adam said, This is now the bone of my
- 3:20Speaker 3: bones and the flesh of my flesh. And she shall
- 3:23Speaker 3: be called woman because she was taken out of man.
- 3:29Speaker 3: And therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother.
- 3:32Speaker 3: And shall cleave unto his wife. And they shall be
- 3:35Speaker 3: one flesh. Verse 25. Which is the parts men of
- 3:40Speaker 3: our ideologies fight. And they were both naked. The man
- 3:46Speaker 3: and his wife.
- 3:47Speaker 2: And were not ashamed.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Naked means complete vulnerability. Complete openness. And the Bible said
- 3:56Speaker 3: they were not what?
- 3:58Speaker 2: Ashamed.
- 4:00Speaker 3: So, there are many codes that we may possibly miss
- 4:06Speaker 3: when we read Genesis 2. The first thing there was
- 4:10Speaker 3: that God said, it is not good, not for man
- 4:17Speaker 3: to be alone. It is not good for the man
- 4:22Speaker 3: to be alone. So, whatever it was that was God's
- 4:26Speaker 3: idea of not being alone, It was about a specific man.
- 4:34Speaker 3: There are people that should still be alone until they
- 4:38Speaker 3: become the man. So, that definite article there shows that
- 4:48Speaker 3: God was particular about a quality of man. And to
- 4:53Speaker 3: understand that, we need to know where God was speaking
- 4:58Speaker 3: from So look at it.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Let's go upward.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Genesis chapter number 2, same scripture. Now let's go to
- 5:09Speaker 3: verse 7. And the Lord God formed man of the
- 5:16Speaker 3: dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the
- 5:21Speaker 3: breath of life.
- 5:23Speaker 2: And man became a living soul.
- 5:26Speaker 3: So this man, one quality we are seeing, is that
- 5:29Speaker 3: he's the man God formed. Number two, he's the man
- 5:32Speaker 3: God released his own breath into his nostrils.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Verse 8.
- 5:39Speaker 3: And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden,
- 5:42Speaker 3: and he put the man whom he had formed. And
- 5:46Speaker 3: out of the ground made the Lord to grow every
- 5:49Speaker 3: tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food,
- 5:53Speaker 3: the tree of life also in the midst of the garden,
- 5:55Speaker 3: and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. And
- 5:58Speaker 3: a river went out of Eden and watered the garden.
- 6:01Speaker 3: And from then it was parted and became forehead.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Alright.
- 6:04Speaker 3: And we look at the first Pisan and the second Gihon.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Alright. The third Edekel. Alright. Yeah. Verse 15 now.
- 6:15Speaker 3: The Bible says, And the Lord took the man and
- 6:18Speaker 3: put him in the garden of Eden to dress it
- 6:22Speaker 3: and to keep it.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So God put the man in the garden. Of Eden.
- 6:29Speaker 2: To dress it. And to give it. The word Eden. Means.
- 6:31Speaker 2: The presence. And. The Lord commanded. The man. Saying.
- 6:38Speaker 3: Of every tree of the garden. Thou mayest freely eat.
- 6:41Speaker 3: What of the tree of knowledge. Of good and evil.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Thou shalt not eat of it. For in the day.
- 6:46Speaker 3: That thou eatest thereof. Thou shalt.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Surely die. Now verse 18. And the Lord said. It
- 6:51Speaker 2: is not good. That the man. This man.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Dwelling in my presence. Carrying my bread. That has my assignment.
- 6:59Speaker 3: this kind of man should not be alone. If any
- 7:05Speaker 3: of this component is missing, the fellow should find it first.
- 7:09Speaker 3: The idea of getting a life partner is to get
- 7:13Speaker 3: and help meet, not somebody who helps you find purpose.
- 7:17Speaker 3: So I tell people, until you know your purpose, you
- 7:20Speaker 3: are not eligible to propose. You can't know who should
- 7:24Speaker 3: help you until you know the task. One of the
- 7:28Speaker 3: cause of pain In many homes. Is that people are
- 7:32Speaker 3: getting married. And the wife. Is trying to help the person.
- 7:37Speaker 3: She should help fulfill. She is trying to help him
- 7:40Speaker 3: find the purpose. Which is contrary to design. When something
- 7:44Speaker 3: is contrary to the design. It is a dysfunction.
- 7:49Speaker 2: It won't function well. Two things I want to talk about.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Number one. And I say this. From loads of research.
- 8:01Speaker 3: If you have seen a man. Seated beside you in
- 8:05Speaker 3: church today. It is a clear sign. That God is winning.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Let's celebrate the males. But I have observed. That when
- 8:21Speaker 3: you call for meetings. At least 65 to 70 percent.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Are women.
- 8:30Speaker 3: It doesn't matter what your intention is as starting building.
- 8:34Speaker 3: If the man that should be the foundation is compromised,
- 8:38Speaker 3: you can't build well. You can't build well. Thank God
- 8:44Speaker 3: for the men we have seated. But most men don't
- 8:46Speaker 3: read books on relationship and marriage. Most men don't attend
- 8:51Speaker 3: those seminars. An average man feels, why should a man
- 8:55Speaker 3: like myself talk to me about my home?
- 8:59Speaker 2: A pastor would like to see you. A man like me.
- 9:06Speaker 2: So the ego that we have that should be.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Used for the purpose of protecting our territories is now
- 9:14Speaker 3: deflecting knowledge.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Okay? And apologies. We are having issues. First, go and
- 9:25Speaker 2: check global statistics. At least Three to four out of
- 9:32Speaker 2: every five children they give birth to in the hospital
- 9:34Speaker 2: are females. I'm telling you the fact. Go and Google
- 9:38Speaker 2: it and make sure your source is correct.
- 9:43Speaker 3: The remaining 25% to 30% were now having microscopic few
- 9:50Speaker 3: among those ones who are really availing themselves to the demand.
- 9:55Speaker 2: I feel the male gender is under attack.
- 10:02Speaker 3: And it's time to strengthen that code and have the
- 10:06Speaker 3: original design of God from the beginning.
- 10:12Speaker 2: From the beginning.
- 10:15Speaker 3: It's not a crime. It doesn't make you less of
- 10:18Speaker 3: a man that you are. When you need help as
- 10:22Speaker 3: a man, it doesn't make you less of a man.
- 10:29Speaker 3: It doesn't make you less of a man when you
- 10:31Speaker 3: are led to have leadership. It doesn't make you less
- 10:36Speaker 3: of a man. It doesn't make you less of the
- 10:39Speaker 3: man that you are when you are being prayed for.
- 10:44Speaker 3: It doesn't make you less. It just shows that you
- 10:47Speaker 3: are a man under authority. And that's the person qualified
- 10:50Speaker 3: to wield it. It doesn't make you less. Jesus had
- 10:58Speaker 3: 12 guys following him. It didn't make them any less. Sometimes,
- 11:04Speaker 3: maybe it's your wife that said, can we attend our church?
- 11:08Speaker 3: This church I want to attend. It doesn't make you
- 11:10Speaker 3: less of a man to say, let's go, let's check
- 11:13Speaker 3: it out. We must go back to the original template.
- 11:23Speaker 2: We must go back.
- 11:24Speaker 3: If we can get the both sides right, we'll get
- 11:29Speaker 3: families right.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Okay?
- 11:33Speaker 3: And we are having many ministries to the female gender,
- 11:37Speaker 3: to the girl child, to this.
- 11:41Speaker 2: We are leaving the boys behind. And it won't work.
- 11:47Speaker 3: If we continue with this template, we're going to have
- 11:50Speaker 3: many girls who are advanced, intelligent, smart, spiritual, but there's
- 11:54Speaker 3: no man. Not because there are no males, but the
- 11:58Speaker 3: man is not available. Many girls are single, can tell
- 12:04Speaker 3: you there are males around, but you look at them
- 12:07Speaker 3: and name them. You call them what they are. You
- 12:12Speaker 3: are not the man.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Amen. Amen. So we have to understand this.
- 12:22Speaker 3: And understand that when we avail ourselves to the process
- 12:26Speaker 3: of preparation for aspect of our lives, to sit with
- 12:29Speaker 3: your wife and read books on parenting and study together,
- 12:33Speaker 3: it doesn't make you less of the man.
- 12:35Speaker 2: That you are.
- 12:37Speaker 3: It rather shows your quality of humility. It shows how
- 12:42Speaker 3: much you are willing to go for the sake of
- 12:44Speaker 3: your home. It shows your children. That their father is not.
- 12:49Speaker 2: The most high. When you learn to say. I'm sorry.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Even to your children. I'm sorry. Our ego won't let us.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Even me. One time I rebuked somebody. I typed. I'm
- 13:14Speaker 2: so sorry. I didn't know this. As I typed it.
- 13:17Speaker 2: My ego said, no. You can't do that. So, I
- 13:21Speaker 2: don't agree. I can't do that. I just sent a message.
- 13:24Speaker 2: How are you doing? I'm reporting myself. Amen. We're going somewhere. Actually,
- 13:38Speaker 2: the marriage of Adam and Eve, you know, there was
- 13:42Speaker 2: no wedding. Oh, you've forgotten.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Adam and Eve, There was no way to know. The
- 13:49Speaker 3: parental concept they got was God. When they said, yes
- 13:53Speaker 3: I do, yes I do, we don't know.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Adam. Their marriage is not the ideal marriage. Adam didn't
- 14:00Speaker 2: have ex. Eve too. Didn't have ex.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Nobody has tried to rape her before. Not the gorillas
- 14:11Speaker 3: and the baboons. So they were both purebreds. plain template
- 14:18Speaker 3: coming together. I'm not saying they are not the ideal template.
- 14:23Speaker 3: I'm trying to say that they do not mirror our
- 14:26Speaker 3: current day reality.
- 14:29Speaker 2: They do not. Okay?
- 14:39Speaker 3: Maybe somebody is seated here and all the people that
- 14:45Speaker 3: have come to your life From day one.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Wrong.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Caused many pain. And your parents seem to like one
- 14:52Speaker 3: of them. But now this is somebody. They don't know him.
- 14:57Speaker 3: And they are saying no. Maybe you call up his
- 14:59Speaker 3: state of origin.
- 15:02Speaker 2: And you are here.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Saying we will fight it till the end. I will
- 15:05Speaker 3: stand my ground. When you are convinced that this is
- 15:08Speaker 3: the will of God for you. And you are prayed.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Please stand your ground. And keep praying together. And explaining
- 15:17Speaker 3: the case. Don't stop praying. Because those who are trying
- 15:22Speaker 3: to force you into their own mold. They will not
- 15:24Speaker 3: be the one in that marriage with you. I'm saying
- 15:27Speaker 3: this because there's actually somebody here like that.
- 15:31Speaker 2: So take note. Let me tell you a story. Two stories.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Big lessons from either of them. A woman was going
- 15:41Speaker 3: to get married today. And finally, her mother, who happened
- 15:45Speaker 3: to be a prophetess, said, you know what? Let's just
- 15:47Speaker 3: get all the names of the people. And she went
- 15:49Speaker 3: and took those names to her fellow prophetess.
- 15:52Speaker 2: And they prayed.
- 15:53Speaker 3: And eventually, they said, this person that you like is
- 15:56Speaker 3: not your husband. This one is your husband from heaven.
- 16:00Speaker 3: And they said, and then since the man was hanging
- 16:02Speaker 3: around her, she gave the man a yes and left
- 16:04Speaker 3: the guy that they both have correct lineage.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Okay?
- 16:09Speaker 3: Because there's a religious way we have painted this thing.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Like marriage is God trying to take away your joy.
- 16:14Speaker 3: If he's too good, he can't be God.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Says who? And they went on.
- 16:25Speaker 3: The moment the woman got pregnant, the man disappeared from
- 16:30Speaker 3: the house. Never returned till when she gave birth. He
- 16:36Speaker 3: would call her on phone, rain insult on her, abuse her,
- 16:40Speaker 3: cut her to sizes. When she gave birth, he went
- 16:42Speaker 3: there with his fellow drunkards. And right there, she was
- 16:46Speaker 3: still in the ward when he began to fight with her.
- 16:50Speaker 3: And she carried her child. Are you saying you'll beat
- 16:52Speaker 3: me with this child? Say, I will beat you with
- 16:53Speaker 3: the child. And as he tried to slap her and
- 16:56Speaker 3: eat the baby, and the child went into coma. That
- 17:01Speaker 3: was the man they said God in heaven said.
- 17:05Speaker 2: She should marry. God is not wicked.
- 17:06Speaker 3: It is people who misunderstand him and misrepresent him. Okay,
- 17:11Speaker 3: you too pray. So prophet will not be the one
- 17:13Speaker 3: selecting your.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Husbands for you. Pray.
- 17:16Speaker 3: It takes false Christians to raise false prophets because of
- 17:20Speaker 3: spiritual laziness.
- 17:21Speaker 2: That's the idea.
- 17:23Speaker 3: The second one. When my friend told me this story,
- 17:28Speaker 3: the father is the prophet. So whenever I want to
- 17:31Speaker 3: tell this story, he will say that my father destroyed
- 17:34Speaker 3: the life of this man.
- 17:35Speaker 2: I say, ah, is that serious?
- 17:41Speaker 3: The woman, the man was going to get married Went
- 17:45Speaker 3: to the prophet as usual.
- 17:47Speaker 2: The prophet.
- 17:48Speaker 3: Looked at all the names. And said this is your wife.
- 17:51Speaker 3: You know that kind of audacity. This is your wife.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Thus says the Lord. And he went there.
- 17:59Speaker 2: And he was never attracted to the woman. In fact.
- 18:03Speaker 3: They could not consummate the marriage. Because he was not
- 18:07Speaker 3: attracted to her.
- 18:08Speaker 2: How can that be God?
- 18:10Speaker 3: Tell your neighbor pray to God. Let God lead you.
- 18:14Speaker 3: As pastors, we counsel. We don't choose spouse for people.
- 18:17Speaker 2: We what? Counsel. Have you prayed? What's God saying?
- 18:23Speaker 3: When we tell you to go and pray again, it
- 18:24Speaker 3: means we are seeing something. If you are open, we'll
- 18:26Speaker 3: tell you. Even God that brought Eve to Adam. Adam said,
- 18:33Speaker 3: the woman you gave me. Even God chopped, blame me.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Who am I? God the devil must have no no no.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Did I ask for the woman the woman you gave
- 18:52Speaker 3: me gave me the thing to eat the woman said
- 18:55Speaker 3: that this happened gave me to eat blaming each other
- 19:01Speaker 3: once you are a pastor you start selecting wife for
- 19:03Speaker 3: people you will not have a rest until you die
- 19:05Speaker 3: every problem they have the woman you gave me the
- 19:08Speaker 3: wife you recommended and so on and so forth.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Thank you So, I'm getting somewhere.
- 19:19Speaker 3: From Genesis chapter number 2, we see that marriage is
- 19:23Speaker 3: actually the oldest institution on earth.
- 19:26Speaker 2: It is. Marriage is older than sin. Yes.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Because sin had not yet entered the world when God
- 19:35Speaker 3: instituted marriage. Marriage is even older than the church. Because
- 19:41Speaker 3: the church had not yet been born. unless from the
- 19:44Speaker 3: foundations of.
- 19:45Speaker 2: The world, of course. And that's in the spirit.
- 19:50Speaker 3: So, the quality of a marriage is determined by the
- 19:57Speaker 3: quality of the individuals coming into it. Just like an omelette.
- 20:04Speaker 3: You cannot separate the health of the omelette from.
- 20:06Speaker 2: The health of the eggs.
- 20:09Speaker 3: It is the quality of the people coming in that
- 20:12Speaker 3: determines the quality of the marriage. No miracle takes place
- 20:16Speaker 3: on your wedding day. It doesn't matter. Let the Pope
- 20:20Speaker 3: of the world come to bless you. What you are
- 20:21Speaker 3: marrying is what you get. And you build your own
- 20:24Speaker 3: from there. So, the beautiful thing is that there is
- 20:27Speaker 3: no perfect person anywhere. Perfection looks true to the degree
- 20:33Speaker 3: that you are far from a person. Proximity reveals what?
- 20:36Speaker 2: Flaws.
- 20:37Speaker 3: So, when you are married, The fact that you are
- 20:40Speaker 3: seeing your spouse will make you see things that those
- 20:43Speaker 3: outside were not seeing. If you get those things wrong
- 20:48Speaker 3: and hate your spouse and start liking somebody else, it
- 20:51Speaker 3: is because you are not close to the person. That's
- 20:55Speaker 3: why it looks like the moment you start a relationship
- 20:57Speaker 3: with a person, you start discovering that there are things
- 21:02Speaker 3: you didn't see. Probably if you had known them, you
- 21:05Speaker 3: would not have started the thing. And it's not greener
- 21:08Speaker 3: on the other side. It's the same everywhere. One of
- 21:12Speaker 3: the things marriage does is that it teaches us commitment.
- 21:15Speaker 3: That I'm not looking for what is perfect. I'm ready
- 21:17Speaker 3: to build with someone.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Okay?
- 21:20Speaker 3: But there's a level of what can be built. There
- 21:22Speaker 3: are things you can't build. Let's put the balance. Do
- 21:27Speaker 3: you understand what I'm saying? You can't build a house
- 21:31Speaker 3: when they grant. You can't build in a canal. Sometimes
- 21:34Speaker 3: it will take your lifetime to first repair. So know
- 21:36Speaker 3: what you have strength for. know the kind of headache
- 21:42Speaker 3: you are ready to have before you say I do
- 21:47Speaker 3: so it is the quality of the people coming into
- 21:50Speaker 3: the marriage that determines the quality of the marriage and
- 21:55Speaker 3: the quality of the people is determined by their preparation
- 21:59Speaker 3: how prepared are they some like the idea of marriage
- 22:04Speaker 3: but hate the reality of it the idea of marriage
- 22:08Speaker 3: is the pictures pictures The door on Snapchat. Look at
- 22:13Speaker 3: us now, chilling with my babe. That's the idea. The
- 22:20Speaker 3: matching outfit. Fantastic idea. Driving together, going to the beach
- 22:27Speaker 3: and taking pictures, selfies, videos, uploading, prepping those online. That's
- 22:33Speaker 3: the idea. The colorful wedding, it's an idea. But the
- 22:37Speaker 3: reality is commitment.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Okay?
- 22:43Speaker 3: And this is my advice. The moment you are married,
- 22:46Speaker 3: never conclude that you didn't marry well.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Just accept what you have. Are you with me now?
- 22:52Speaker 3: So, the person you are marrying, let me talk to
- 22:56Speaker 3: the singles. What is the person's perspective about marriage? Because
- 23:04Speaker 3: you have to talk. And one way not to talk
- 23:09Speaker 3: is to start touching.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Touching.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Once you start touching, you won't talk. And you are
- 23:15Speaker 3: going to marry a total stranger. So you want to
- 23:20Speaker 3: have intelligent conversation.
- 23:22Speaker 2: See, these emotions, emotions, let's put it aside first. I
- 23:26Speaker 2: want to know you. Don't come close. You just want
- 23:28Speaker 2: to walk every time. Remember, calm down. What are you
- 23:31Speaker 2: bringing to the table? Who are you? How are you thinking?
- 23:35Speaker 3: Get into conversation and observe. Observe the person's thought process.
- 23:42Speaker 3: When you sit down to see a movie together, look
- 23:44Speaker 3: at his reactions.
- 23:46Speaker 2: A reaction.
- 23:48Speaker 3: Ask yourself, is this person taking reference for life from
- 23:52Speaker 3: movies or from scriptures? Is this person aligning with God?
- 23:58Speaker 2: Does this fellow fear God?
- 23:59Speaker 3: It's dangerous to marry somebody who doesn't fear God. Who
- 24:05Speaker 3: doesn't listen to anybody. When there is an issue, there
- 24:08Speaker 3: is nobody on earth you can call. And you know
- 24:12Speaker 3: he will listen. You know if God has given you
- 24:14Speaker 3: a spouse that you can be sad and talk to.
- 24:16Speaker 2: He has blessed you. He has.
- 24:22Speaker 3: All this idea of let me tell you privately. Don't
- 24:24Speaker 3: tell your pastor. Don't tell your pastor. You know I
- 24:30Speaker 3: don't do all this pastor thing. I don't do all
- 24:32Speaker 3: this church thing. Let's just keep it.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Wow. Amazing. Amazing. Is it not amazing? It's amazing. It's amazing.
- 24:48Speaker 2: It always ends in tears. Always.
- 24:52Speaker 3: I said before you start a journey, check those who
- 24:55Speaker 3: have gone ahead with the same method. If they are smiling,
- 24:58Speaker 3: then continue. Unfortunately, people suffer and smile. There must be
- 25:03Speaker 3: someone on earth that when the person calls, I need
- 25:07Speaker 3: to talk to the both of you.
- 25:09Speaker 2: You know you have the ears of the family.
- 25:12Speaker 3: That's the idea of leadership. And it doesn't make you
- 25:16Speaker 3: less to have somebody you listen to.
- 25:19Speaker 2: It doesn't. It doesn't make you less.
- 25:27Speaker 3: It shows that you honor God's institution called the church.
- 25:35Speaker 3: I understand people have many reasons why they just want
- 25:37Speaker 3: to come to church, just disappear, don't talk to pastors.
- 25:40Speaker 2: It's okay.
- 25:42Speaker 3: But we want to talk to you. We want to
- 25:45Speaker 3: know you. We want to have interactions with you. Some
- 25:50Speaker 3: people meet me and they are surprised. Do you still
- 25:52Speaker 3: know me?
- 25:52Speaker 2: Yes, I do. Allow yourself to be loved. To be known.
- 25:59Speaker 3: To be taught. To be better educated. And that's what
- 26:04Speaker 3: the church is for. So, when you are getting involved
- 26:09Speaker 3: with a person, you need to investigate. What is this
- 26:14Speaker 3: person's idea of marriage? What's this person's idea of the
- 26:23Speaker 3: subject of honor? What's this person's idea when it comes
- 26:29Speaker 3: to domestic activities?
- 26:34Speaker 2: Okay?
- 26:36Speaker 3: Some women, their love language is quality time. Some women,
- 26:41Speaker 3: the one that is very scary, What's this love language
- 26:44Speaker 3: that when they are doing something, act of service. If
- 26:46Speaker 3: she's washing plates, she likes when you wash it. When
- 26:49Speaker 3: you wash her lungs, she likes you. Anyways, it exists. So,
- 26:58Speaker 3: I had to ask my wife, what's your own love language?
- 27:06Speaker 2: I can cook. I cook well.
- 27:11Speaker 3: And those who ate the food don't complain. Even when
- 27:17Speaker 3: sometimes I myself can't eat what I've cooked. They say
- 27:19Speaker 3: I post it.
- 27:20Speaker 2: It's so nice.
- 27:22Speaker 3: So I've been hoping. I hope they are not scamming me.
- 27:25Speaker 3: But so far my wife said it's good. And I'll
- 27:27Speaker 3: take that report. But, you know, I've shared this story when.
- 27:32Speaker 2: We got married.
- 27:36Speaker 3: My wife used to do some strange things. First few
- 27:41Speaker 3: weeks of marriage used to confuse me. I would look
- 27:44Speaker 3: for my wife everywhere in the house.
- 27:46Speaker 2: I won't say her. open the door, check the toilet,
- 27:49Speaker 2: check the room, check the kitchen. Where is my wife?
- 27:54Speaker 2: Then you either see her in the space between the
- 27:57Speaker 2: bed and the wall. What are you doing?
- 28:02Speaker 3: Or sometimes almost under a table. Just having a peaceful moment.
- 28:14Speaker 3: So one time, I was looking for her. So I've
- 28:16Speaker 3: learned whenever I'm looking for my wife, I check under
- 28:18Speaker 3: the carton, check under the table, check everywhere. And she
- 28:24Speaker 3: enjoys it. Just hearing me say, where's my wife? She
- 28:27Speaker 3: just likes the sound. So one day I met my
- 28:32Speaker 3: wife in the store.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Of the kitchen. I saw her turn her face against
- 28:42Speaker 2: the wall. I said, babe, how are you doing? Then
- 28:44Speaker 2: when she turned. New wife. New wife. I have started
- 28:55Speaker 2: making you cry. Now, now, now. Do you know where
- 29:01Speaker 2: that came from? From thought. That maybe I can't make
- 29:06Speaker 2: a woman happy. That's where that came from. So I
- 29:08Speaker 2: have started making you cry now. You won't cook. You
- 29:11Speaker 2: won't eat. You won't eat.
- 29:14Speaker 3: I bought all these things that I will experiment for
- 29:17Speaker 3: my husband, different kind of food.
- 29:19Speaker 2: But you, you won't eat. Ah.
- 29:23Speaker 3: I say, okay, calm down, calm down. So, these tears
- 29:27Speaker 3: is because I didn't eat. Nobody has ever cried like
- 29:29Speaker 3: this in my life. The boys that will stay with
- 29:33Speaker 3: me if I didn't finish my food, they're excited. Oh,
- 29:35Speaker 3: i'm also you can't finish this oh thank you so
- 29:40Speaker 3: i said this one is i'm new to this somebody
- 29:43Speaker 3: can cry because i did wow.
- 29:46Speaker 2: I say first and foremost thank you.
- 29:50Speaker 3: So i said god has blessed you very economical husband
- 29:54Speaker 3: i said he will put rice spaghetti salad, plantain, meat, fish,
- 30:00Speaker 3: everything on the table.
- 30:02Speaker 2: I'll be confused. Rice, stew, meat, and goop. See? Yes. Okay?
- 30:12Speaker 2: And everything worked. First culture shock was on a Sunday.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Culture shock. The way they do in different houses. My
- 30:24Speaker 2: own culture.
- 30:26Speaker 3: If I don't finish a food tonight, it was not
- 30:30Speaker 3: designed in my destiny to finish it. It's gone. My wife,
- 30:36Speaker 3: where she came from, nothing must be wasted. So, when
- 30:40Speaker 3: you come from that kind of background, they can recycle anything.
- 30:44Speaker 3: They should make their minister of renewable energy. They can recycle.
- 30:48Speaker 3: I'm telling you, they will convert egg to egg.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Stew. Is it that we are broke? Throw it away.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Let's buy a new one.
- 31:02Speaker 3: So I was eating rice, enjoying watching Netflix, the new couple.
- 31:08Speaker 3: Then I heard something.
- 31:10Speaker 2: I said, yeah, yeah, yeah. My wife said, what happened?
- 31:14Speaker 2: What happened? I said, yeah, yeah, yeah. She said, please,
- 31:18Speaker 2: hope all is well. Hope you are fine. Can I
- 31:20Speaker 2: get you water? I said, ha, ha. Tell me this
- 31:24Speaker 2: is not what I'm thinking. I said, what's that? I said,
- 31:28Speaker 2: I just ate something. We had yam and egg yesterday
- 31:32Speaker 2: and I said, yes. Ah. I said, I ate something.
- 31:37Speaker 2: You know, I did finish my egg yesterday. He said, yes.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Hope you did not import it. Ah. My wife said, well,
- 31:51Speaker 2: you know, I just put it in the freezer. So
- 31:53Speaker 2: I just felt that we could have a blend. A
- 31:55Speaker 2: blend of what? A blend of what? I put it inside. Okay.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Where I was reacting from was not from the place
- 32:08Speaker 3: of what she had done. It was because I grew
- 32:10Speaker 3: up in a dysfunctional place where I was made to
- 32:13Speaker 3: eat many things that I didn't like.
- 32:15Speaker 2: So it was like I made a decision. When I
- 32:18Speaker 2: get married, I will eat what I want to eat.
- 32:21Speaker 2: So sometimes there's a reaction from a spouse.
- 32:23Speaker 3: Not because of you. Because of the experience in the past.
- 32:27Speaker 3: We must check where it's coming from. Are you following
- 32:31Speaker 3: what I'm saying here?
- 32:32Speaker 2: Alright.
- 32:33Speaker 3: So there are some perspectives that the two can deal.
- 32:36Speaker 3: But there are some that are deal breakers. I think
- 32:39Speaker 3: I told you about the story of a man who
- 32:41Speaker 3: cannot have sex with the wife until he will beat her.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Until she has no strength. I like him like that.
- 32:51Speaker 2: I like them wild. Yeah. A Jesus boy with a
- 32:57Speaker 2: torch of jaru. Let's rule your world. Don't get upset.
- 33:08Speaker 2: I can marry boys who does not have a torch
- 33:10Speaker 2: of bad boy. You and me. You never collect. Such
- 33:18Speaker 2: a bad boy. I like the bad boy vibes. And
- 33:24Speaker 2: all the good boys. Around you. You are not married.
- 33:27Speaker 2: You are looking for the one that isn't ready. Putting
- 33:29Speaker 2: his hands in his teeth. So you go teach. I
- 33:32Speaker 2: like that. I'm not saying anything.
- 33:38Speaker 3: I'm saying that. At the end of the day. Any
- 33:42Speaker 3: decision you have made. You have made it. We will
- 33:45Speaker 3: follow you up.
- 33:46Speaker 2: With bandage. Paracetamol. Because headache will be plenty. Okay? But listen.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Don't rush. Check. Who is this person?
- 33:58Speaker 3: How does this person process life? How does this fellow
- 34:02Speaker 3: see women? Or how does she see men? There's likelihood
- 34:09Speaker 3: that a man who did not grow up around his mother,
- 34:12Speaker 3: the affectionate part of him is not developed. So he's
- 34:16Speaker 3: not sensitive to women.
- 34:19Speaker 2: And the way they think. I know women.
- 34:21Speaker 3: You are not sensitive. For a man, it is what
- 34:24Speaker 3: you say he knows. The woman too says, what's wrong
- 34:28Speaker 3: with you? Even me, I don't know.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Interesting. You expect me to know what you don't know.
- 34:36Speaker 2: But that's women for you.
- 34:38Speaker 3: And the chances are very high that a woman that
- 34:40Speaker 3: grew under an abusive father will repel authority.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Because every time you speak, she sees the man. Okay?
- 34:50Speaker 2: So sometimes, I'm not saying when you hear people's story,
- 34:53Speaker 2: you now throw them away and say, no, no, sometimes.
- 34:55Speaker 2: You must understand.
- 34:56Speaker 3: God is bringing the both of you together to work together.
- 35:00Speaker 3: You are going to grow together. But there are conversations
- 35:02Speaker 3: you should have. So for instance, if I talk like this,
- 35:07Speaker 3: I'm not your dad.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Okay?
- 35:09Speaker 3: I'm a different person. And I love you genuinely, but
- 35:12Speaker 3: this is this dad. And then Chitu says, and then
- 35:15Speaker 3: both of you come to a place of understanding. Whatever
- 35:22Speaker 3: the case is, build friendship.
- 35:26Speaker 2: Build friendship. Build friendship. In marriage, it's not everyday sex, sex.
- 35:31Speaker 2: Build friendship.
- 35:33Speaker 3: Somebody who will understand when the times are changing. Somebody
- 35:36Speaker 3: who will understand your words, the non-verbal communication. Somebody that
- 35:41Speaker 3: both of you function as one. When there's a need
- 35:43Speaker 3: to adjust, he understand, he understand.
- 35:45Speaker 2: Build friendship.
- 35:47Speaker 3: And if God has blessed you, somebody that both of
- 35:49Speaker 3: you are good friends for you, marry. Marry your friend.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Okay? And maybe you are just meeting. And then become
- 35:58Speaker 2: the person's friend. Open up.
- 36:00Speaker 3: And then don't lock people in friend zone for life.
- 36:02Speaker 3: Because friend zone is scary. The reason why it's scary
- 36:07Speaker 3: is because it's a legion empire.
- 36:08Speaker 2: We are many.
- 36:11Speaker 3: So, sometimes, not like some guys can't wait, but they
- 36:15Speaker 3: know this friend zone. Particularly if from friend zone, they
- 36:18Speaker 3: now add brother to your name. Brother Timothy. The chances
- 36:22Speaker 3: are getting slimmer.
- 36:22Speaker 2: What are you? What's going on? Things are changing. From bro,
- 36:27Speaker 2: I'll save your number with. What names? There are names
- 36:32Speaker 2: that shows that your journey is long. Like my G.
- 36:39Speaker 2: Look at you. Think I don't know what's going on.
- 36:43Speaker 2: My G. You are not likely going to come out.
- 36:49Speaker 3: Let me tell you. That guy that the girl is
- 36:52Speaker 3: shaking and they are holding each other, that is making
- 36:54Speaker 3: him feel jealous. He doesn't like him. The one she likes,
- 36:57Speaker 3: she will avoid him. Once we enter my G zone.
- 37:03Speaker 2: I start praying. But it's not the same everywhere anyways.
- 37:09Speaker 2: So check the perspective of the person. What has this
- 37:13Speaker 2: fellow been exposed to?
- 37:17Speaker 3: And sometimes, sometimes, The source of dysfunction is not even experience.
- 37:23Speaker 2: It is other people's experience. Okay? Because the first school.
- 37:29Speaker 3: Of marriage you attended was your parents' marriage. Whether existent
- 37:33Speaker 3: or non-existent, that's the first school. That's the first idea
- 37:39Speaker 3: of what marriage looks like. So we must get it right.
- 37:47Speaker 3: And sometimes we must understand that The way the devil
- 37:50Speaker 3: will fight the children will be determined by what he
- 37:55Speaker 3: has done to the parents.
- 37:56Speaker 2: There are people today that if they like you.
- 38:00Speaker 3: And you mention that there is a slight chance that
- 38:03Speaker 3: God will call me into the ministry, they will leave.
- 38:06Speaker 2: They will run. Me what? Ministry. They disappear. Why?
- 38:13Speaker 3: In fact, most of the people that do like this
- 38:15Speaker 3: are pastor's children. They have seen two things. The way
- 38:18Speaker 3: a man can say something different on the altar and
- 38:21Speaker 3: there's something else behind the scene. Number two, they have
- 38:24Speaker 3: seen the level of disappointment and depravity that can be
- 38:27Speaker 3: in ministry. And that's why I advise pastors, please, get
- 38:32Speaker 3: finance right. You can carry a cross Christ is not
- 38:34Speaker 3: giving you. You know, there's a way you can just
- 38:42Speaker 3: believe that it was God's ordination for you to suffer.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Once you believe that, the devil says, fantastic. Let's bring yokes.
- 38:50Speaker 3: And then, as long as the yokes are coming, you'll
- 38:52Speaker 3: be saying, thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. I suffer
- 38:55Speaker 3: for you. And Jesus is saying, you are not taking
- 38:56Speaker 3: all that I have for you. You are concluding it wrongly. Okay,
- 39:03Speaker 3: sometimes some people have said, you can't marry from these states.
- 39:05Speaker 3: You can't marry from so and so and so.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Ijebu people. So you can't marry Ijebu. Say why?
- 39:13Speaker 3: Because they are stingy. That's the only tribe that made
- 39:16Speaker 3: it to the Bible. The cable site.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Somebody say Anambra. It's not there. It's not there. Amen.
- 39:30Speaker 2: And sometimes people pass their own fears to their own children.
- 39:35Speaker 3: When a man starts thinking like this, you better make
- 39:37Speaker 3: sure a man should not know the money you have.
- 39:39Speaker 3: Your husband should not know this. And you pass fear.
- 39:41Speaker 3: And fear creates what you fear. Fear is creative. If
- 39:47Speaker 3: what you are afraid of does not exist, fear will
- 39:49Speaker 3: bring it. Because in your fear, you are reacting in
- 39:53Speaker 3: a way that will bring that thing out of the person.
- 39:56Speaker 2: When the person talks like this, you say, look at him.
- 39:58Speaker 3: I'm seeing that beast in you. And you are calling
- 40:00Speaker 3: out the beast. Have you forgotten you are a prophet?
- 40:02Speaker 3: That you can call the things that be not as
- 40:04Speaker 3: though they were. What did God do to change the
- 40:08Speaker 3: life of Abraham and Sarah?
- 40:11Speaker 2: Change of names. Start calling her princess. And you too.
- 40:15Speaker 3: Start calling her Abraham. Maybe if you start using sweet
- 40:20Speaker 3: names for your wife, things will change. Not Mommy Johnson.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Bye-bye, Ma. You are both in your 30s.
- 40:33Speaker 3: Have you not observed that the more you call her
- 40:36Speaker 3: Mama Johnson.
- 40:37Speaker 2: She can't stop tying her up. Everywhere. Because you are
- 40:43Speaker 2: not calling the princess in her.
- 40:47Speaker 3: If you see a woman wearing something outside that looks fine,
- 40:50Speaker 3: make it for your wife.
- 40:53Speaker 2: Build your own empire. Okay?
- 40:55Speaker 3: It is green there because somebody is watering the ground.
- 40:59Speaker 3: There is no woman that is not beautiful if she's
- 41:01Speaker 3: around a man with a cultivator. But if she's around
- 41:06Speaker 3: an hunter, anything an hunter catches, the best beauty it
- 41:12Speaker 3: can have is the day of the hunter.
- 41:14Speaker 2: From that moment, it will start going down. going down.
- 41:19Speaker 3: Even the hips is now shrinking because he keeps talking
- 41:22Speaker 3: her down.
- 41:23Speaker 2: Look at you. Look at your life. See, and as
- 41:26Speaker 2: much as you are saying it, she keeps becoming. You
- 41:28Speaker 2: are stubborn. You are stubborn.
- 41:30Speaker 3: She keeps becoming stubborn because you are calling for the
- 41:33Speaker 3: things that be not as though they were.
- 41:35Speaker 2: You are a priest. Your words are not empty. You
- 41:39Speaker 2: are a priest. Use those words well. Use them rightly. Amen.
- 41:44Speaker 3: So I said, Sometimes trauma is not from what people
- 41:49Speaker 3: have experienced personally. It is from what they have seen
- 41:53Speaker 3: others experienced. What they have seen a movie and the
- 41:57Speaker 3: movie communicated. Don't be patient with any man. Say, I
- 42:01Speaker 3: have learnt my lessons. You didn't learn any lesson. You
- 42:03Speaker 3: only saw a movie. That's not how to learn lessons.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Somebody scripted that thing to do something to your emotions.
- 42:10Speaker 3: Don't take it for that. Is that okay now? Some
- 42:13Speaker 3: people will watch films. So, the girl will say, I
- 42:15Speaker 3: cannot marry a man who is not an Indian. One
- 42:22Speaker 3: time a girl said, you get married, you marry an
- 42:26Speaker 3: Indian man. When she was getting married, I sent her
- 42:30Speaker 3: a message.
- 42:31Speaker 2: I've seen the India. The man is from Fiditi, you know.
- 42:34Speaker 2: That's where he came from.
- 42:36Speaker 3: I'm not saying that place is bad, but I'm just
- 42:37Speaker 3: saying sometimes this is our childhood dreams.
- 42:40Speaker 2: Six feet, five inches. So you can be climbing ladder.
- 42:46Speaker 3: Be careful of importing other people's pain into your own life.
- 42:52Speaker 3: Live them with their experience. Let them learn their lessons.
- 42:56Speaker 3: You follow God.
- 42:59Speaker 2: Okay? Your mom's pain is unique to our marriage. Leave
- 43:04Speaker 2: it there.
- 43:07Speaker 3: The counsel that comes from that pain will create your own.
- 43:12Speaker 2: It is not a way to be vigilant.
- 43:14Speaker 3: Let me say this to you and I'm going to
- 43:16Speaker 3: say it emphatically. It matters who is counseling you. If
- 43:20Speaker 3: the person is bleeding, you will bleed. Nobody is qualified
- 43:24Speaker 3: to counsel until they are healed. Sometimes some homes were
- 43:28Speaker 3: going well until the parents came in.
- 43:31Speaker 2: It was the mom that called the guy. So you
- 43:33Speaker 2: are cooking. This woman have used your head to wash plates.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Look at your life.
- 43:37Speaker 3: And the man is just being evil. If he eats,
- 43:40Speaker 3: he should cook once in a while and make the
- 43:41Speaker 3: wife happy. He doesn't have issue with it. The wife
- 43:45Speaker 3: does not, but the mom does. Meanwhile, she would have
- 43:48Speaker 3: wished her own husband was doing the same.
- 43:50Speaker 2: But he did not. And this home will now be destroyed.
- 43:54Speaker 2: Who are you taking counsels from.
- 43:55Speaker 3: About your wife? About your husband? People are shielding their own.
- 44:01Speaker 3: You keep exposing yours.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Don't mind him. He's a useless man. He's a useless man.
- 44:07Speaker 2: The other time. Are you following what I'm saying there?
- 44:11Speaker 2: Don't mind her. No, shield your own.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Unless you are in the place of those that are
- 44:16Speaker 3: counseling you for the purpose of healing.
- 44:19Speaker 2: Not around friends. I have one major place I cannot
- 44:23Speaker 2: step in my life. Do you know the place? Hairdressing saloon.
- 44:30Speaker 2: My wife said, I want to make my hair. Go,
- 44:32Speaker 2: go with you.
- 44:34Speaker 3: One time I went there. The women were describing how
- 44:38Speaker 3: their husbands were sleeping with them. To people who like
- 44:43Speaker 3: the husband. Later they will wonder why their home is breaking.
- 44:48Speaker 3: Somebody's friend is counseling the person against the husband. Then
- 44:51Speaker 3: go and marry the husband when the person leaves the husband.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Protect your home. Be careful.
- 44:59Speaker 3: It matters who is counseling you. Don't let those that
- 45:04Speaker 3: have broken their hearts break yours. We have to call
- 45:08Speaker 3: these things the way they are.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Are you still here? I wrote certain things here.
- 45:17Speaker 3: That an average 21st century individual is wounded already to
- 45:21Speaker 3: a certain extent. Because there are so many bad news
- 45:25Speaker 3: enough to go around. Oh, this person, their marriage has failed.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Oh, that person. And people become scared.
- 45:33Speaker 3: That couple you see together online, you are using as
- 45:35Speaker 3: the model of ideal marriage.
- 45:37Speaker 2: Now they have separated.
- 45:39Speaker 3: It matters where you are picking your own inference from.
- 45:43Speaker 3: Thank God for the marriages and how beautiful it is.
- 45:46Speaker 3: But we look unto Jesus. The author and the finisher
- 45:48Speaker 3: of our faith. Don't build your home on other people's marriage.
- 45:53Speaker 3: Build it on the word. Build it on the word.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Let me say this to you. There are parents-in-laws that
- 46:03Speaker 3: the children should agree when they come. Every once in
- 46:08Speaker 3: a year. I'm telling you. Because each time they come,
- 46:12Speaker 3: the marriage goes 10 years backward. Protect your domain. Nobody
- 46:18Speaker 3: will take responsibility on your behalf. Protect your domain. I've
- 46:24Speaker 3: seen places where the mother-in-law went to greet the child
- 46:26Speaker 3: for giving birth and she talked down on the husband.
- 46:30Speaker 2: The home broke. They never came back together.
- 46:38Speaker 3: When you know you are from such a place, in
- 46:41Speaker 3: certain areas, conclude that you don't have anybody and outsource.
- 46:46Speaker 2: It's not a crime.
- 46:49Speaker 3: We are not used to this because of our conventional tradition.
- 46:52Speaker 3: And that has put many homes in trouble.
- 46:55Speaker 2: Outsource. It's a serious matter. It's a serious matter.
- 47:02Speaker 3: I can't even tell you many things people are experiencing.
- 47:05Speaker 3: I've seen cases of mother-in-law that went to do a mugo.
- 47:08Speaker 3: Do you know what that means? Anybody watching home video
- 47:11Speaker 3: will know a mugo. And the mother-in-law began to seduce.
- 47:17Speaker 2: The son-in-law fact.
- 47:20Speaker 3: Ah protect your home sometimes those to protect your home
- 47:24Speaker 3: from are your members of your family exactly look at
- 47:32Speaker 3: us it is not every guest that can have access
- 47:35Speaker 3: to your kitchen.
- 47:38Speaker 2: Is that serious this is a wicked world.
- 47:48Speaker 3: A couple went separate ways years back and I was
- 47:50Speaker 3: talking with the woman.
- 47:51Speaker 2: What happened?
- 47:52Speaker 3: She said, all I can remember was that the grandma
- 47:57Speaker 3: gave them rice for Christmas in the days of what
- 48:04Speaker 3: is called Uncle Ben's rice. And when she gave them.
- 48:08Speaker 2: Rice for Christmas, she just noticed when she was washing
- 48:11Speaker 2: the rice, there was oil. She just said, okay.
- 48:15Speaker 3: That rice was the last supper they had together as
- 48:18Speaker 3: a family. In the course of eating it, the man
- 48:20Speaker 3: brought out cutlass and said, I will cut your head.
- 48:25Speaker 2: The dark place of this world is full of wickedness.
- 48:29Speaker 2: Pray oh! This family we are building that there is
- 48:33Speaker 2: no altar of prayer. Pray oh!
- 48:36Speaker 3: The kind of children who were raised from there. The
- 48:39Speaker 3: attack they are exposed to.
- 48:40Speaker 2: No coffin even in school. They are meeting different kind
- 48:43Speaker 2: of children. From different homes. Different backgrounds. Pray.
- 48:50Speaker 3: We must retrace the place of family altars. There would
- 48:54Speaker 3: have been no problem.
- 48:56Speaker 2: If you were praying.
- 48:58Speaker 3: And you have left your altar. To fight yourselves. And
- 49:01Speaker 3: not the enemy you should fight. You are now fighting yourselves.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Nobody's wife is the problem. If both of you will
- 49:08Speaker 3: come together under the umbrella of Christ, you will face
- 49:10Speaker 3: the enemy and put him to flight.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Amen. Please pray. Pray.
- 49:20Speaker 3: The devil is going to function through people to cause
- 49:25Speaker 3: you pain. He's going to try to cause you trauma.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Traumatizing experiences. Some people will say certain things in passing
- 49:36Speaker 3: and you must know that it's not them. It's the
- 49:39Speaker 3: devil speaking through them. Jesus knew when to tell Peter,
- 49:41Speaker 3: get behind me Satan. There are people who spoke. They
- 49:45Speaker 3: can be holding microphone in church and yet the devil
- 49:47Speaker 3: has spoken through them. Somebody can ask you in person,
- 49:51Speaker 3: do you think you can ever keep a home? That's
- 49:53Speaker 3: not him.
- 49:53Speaker 2: That's the devil.
- 49:55Speaker 3: He's trying to sow his seed into your future. Don't
- 49:58Speaker 3: reject that statement with thought. Reject it with words. I
- 50:02Speaker 3: can and I will through Christ that strengthens me. And listen,
- 50:08Speaker 3: when thought goes for long, you will not even know
- 50:10Speaker 3: yourself anymore. You start asking, maybe I'm a bad person.
- 50:13Speaker 3: Maybe I can't really keep a womb. Maybe I can't
- 50:15Speaker 3: keep a woman. Maybe I cannot help it but be
- 50:17Speaker 3: promised cause.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Maybe this, this, this. Don't listen to anything.
- 50:20Speaker 3: You must stand up and stand your ground. Already you
- 50:24Speaker 3: are contemplating, am I sure I'm going to be able
- 50:27Speaker 3: to keep marriage for long? Stand up. That's not your thought.
- 50:30Speaker 3: Bring that thought under captivity. Bring it to obedience of Christ.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Anybody who will live a victorious life must learn to
- 50:38Speaker 3: talk several times over.
- 50:40Speaker 2: Walking around and say it. The life of Christ is
- 50:42Speaker 2: at work in me. I'm a home builder. I'm a priest.
- 50:46Speaker 2: I'm a father.
- 50:46Speaker 3: I'm a loving husband. You will notice that many things
- 50:51Speaker 3: are just clouds. When you speak, they disappear. They roll
- 50:55Speaker 3: out like mud.
- 50:56Speaker 2: Amen. You look at your wife every day and stretch
- 51:00Speaker 2: your hands and decree blessings. the great words.
- 51:03Speaker 3: It doesn't matter if she's still misbehaving. Speak as a priest.
- 51:08Speaker 3: Speak as a priest. Many men are complaining, the woman
- 51:12Speaker 3: doesn't honor me. A woman honors you when she sees
- 51:15Speaker 3: that she can look up to you.
- 51:22Speaker 2: You want to pray for one hour. The man is
- 51:25Speaker 2: the first to snore.
- 51:26Speaker 3: She knows. I'm not covered. You want to study the Bible.
- 51:31Speaker 3: It's the one she was always begging. We have not
- 51:33Speaker 3: studied today.
- 51:34Speaker 2: She knows. We must go back and mend the broken walls.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Is that okay now?
- 51:43Speaker 3: Let's use this fasting and prayer season to address the root.
- 51:47Speaker 2: You are in a relationship. Stop praying together. Stop praying together.
- 51:56Speaker 3: My daughter's headmistress was saying that whenever the child of
- 51:59Speaker 3: a pastor is brought to the school, they always know
- 52:02Speaker 3: I said, how? He said, because there's an aura around them.
- 52:05Speaker 3: That's the investment of prayer.
- 52:08Speaker 2: Amen.
- 52:09Speaker 3: Say it again, I will pray. Look at the way
- 52:12Speaker 3: you are saying it. Say it again, I will pray.
- 52:17Speaker 3: I will be a praying wife. I will be a
- 52:20Speaker 3: praying husband. I will be a praying father.
- 52:24Speaker 2: I will pray.
- 52:25Speaker 3: It doesn't matter how much people think they love themselves.
- 52:31Speaker 3: If they are not praying, that love will breed pain.
- 52:32Speaker 3: It's just a matter of when.
- 52:36Speaker 2: These teachings are deliverance.
- 52:38Speaker 3: The fact that we are not saying go, doesn't mean
- 52:40Speaker 3: deliverance is not happening. As light enters, darkness is disappearing.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Amen.
- 52:46Speaker 3: Darkness is living. God is raising an army for himself.
- 52:54Speaker 3: Listen to what I'm saying. It doesn't matter what the
- 52:59Speaker 3: mistakes have been. How bad the home has been. You
- 53:02Speaker 3: can build again. You can start again. Start loving each other.
- 53:09Speaker 3: Speaking words of affirmation. Words of strength. Words of hope.
- 53:15Speaker 3: You can start again. Start by taking each other out.
- 53:20Speaker 3: Join hands together in the place of prayer. You can't
- 53:23Speaker 3: pray for a person or pray with a person and
- 53:26Speaker 3: not love the person. That's why the devil will do
- 53:29Speaker 3: everything to fight family orders. That the both of you
- 53:33Speaker 3: can kneel down and drain hands.
- 53:35Speaker 2: It's your wife.
- 53:38Speaker 3: And value meetings that bring spouses together. We have no
- 53:45Speaker 3: idea of how therapeutic they are. Value meetings. When was
- 53:53Speaker 3: the last time you kissed your wife? It's always 0
- 53:58Speaker 3: to 100. Once last time, you hugged your wife and
- 54:03Speaker 3: just released words in the morning. Please permit me to ask,
- 54:08Speaker 3: are there people here.
- 54:09Speaker 2: That are married? Please be upstanding for a minute. Please,
- 54:14Speaker 2: thank you. Be upstanding. If you are married, you are
- 54:17Speaker 2: sitting beside your wife. Please stand up. Join hands together.
- 54:20Speaker 3: Now face each other. Singles, we are praying for you.
- 54:27Speaker 3: Now embrace your wife and release words. Bless each other.
- 54:32Speaker 2: Come on, go ahead. Release words. Release words. You are blessed.
- 54:38Speaker 2: I bless you as a priest. Women, bless your spouse.
- 54:42Speaker 2: I bless you as your wife. I pray for you.
- 54:45Speaker 2: What you do will prosper. You advance on our sides.
- 54:48Speaker 2: You will not die. We will live long for each other.
- 54:51Speaker 3: Release the blessings. Release the blessings. Put the enemy on
- 54:55Speaker 3: the flight. Release the blessings. Oh, forever God will keep
- 55:02Speaker 3: us for each other. We heal from every dysfunctionality. We'll
- 55:07Speaker 3: win at the end of the day. We'll not lag behind.
- 55:11Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus. Don't mind those saying, oh,
- 55:14Speaker 3: just keep praying. Release those words.
- 55:18Speaker 2: Release it.
- 55:19Speaker 3: Now look at your wife and say, I love you.
- 55:21Speaker 3: You can still use the peck. Just say, I love you.
- 55:24Speaker 2: Oh, yes. Thank you. Hallelujah.
- 55:28Speaker 3: Let's give Jesus a big hand.
- 55:36Speaker 2: In our days, families will be healed again. Families will
- 55:42Speaker 2: be healed. There will be wholeness. We will raise proper children.
- 55:47Speaker 3: Because the kind of children that will face the world
- 55:49Speaker 3: we are in now, we must raise them as weapons.
- 55:54Speaker 2: Deployed.
- 55:55Speaker 3: Are you following what I'm saying here? We must get
- 55:57Speaker 3: it right. Let's be on our feet as we pray.
- 56:00Speaker 2: Have you been blessed this morning? Oh, thank you, Father.
- 56:06Speaker 3: Can we pray in the Holy Ghost together and say, yes,
- 56:11Speaker 3: we heal every trauma, every dysfunctionality. Get it right in
- 56:17Speaker 3: the name of Jesus.
- 56:19Speaker 2: Oh, yes. Release words. Release words. Release words. Release words.
- 56:28Speaker 2: Pray in the Holy Ghost.
- 56:29Speaker 3: Build up yourselves and your most holy faith. Pray it
- 56:32Speaker 3: in the Holy Ghost. Oh.
- 56:40Speaker 2: Jesus.
- 56:44Speaker 3: If you are still single, decree and declare.
- 56:47Speaker 2: My home will be heaven on earth. I will not
- 56:50Speaker 2: be a painful spouse. No, I will not cause my
- 56:53Speaker 2: spouse pain.
- 56:55Speaker 3: We enjoy all that God has ordained for us to
- 56:57Speaker 3: enjoy in marriage. I'm a fruitful vine planted by many
- 57:02Speaker 3: waters in the name of Jesus.
- 57:07Speaker 2: Thank you, Father. We bless your holy name. Oh, thank you.
- 57:14Speaker 2: Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus mighty name
- 57:27Speaker 2: we are praying. Listen.
- 57:31Speaker 3: If there is anybody here thinking. That maybe I can't
- 57:34Speaker 3: keep a home. Yes you can.
- 57:38Speaker 2: You can. It is not through your strength. It is
- 57:42Speaker 2: the spirit of Christ. That is at work in you.
- 57:45Speaker 2: You can and you will. Listen. Your home will not
- 57:49Speaker 2: be painful. And there will be no lack. I am
- 57:52Speaker 2: telling you. That scripture.
- 57:55Speaker 3: Hold the word and keep confessing. Don't drop it. Don't
- 57:59Speaker 3: drop it. Even when things look contrary, hold the word.
- 58:03Speaker 3: This home is beautiful.
- 58:05Speaker 2: It is sweet. Amen. I stretch my hands towards you
- 58:08Speaker 2: and I decree and declare, every source of pain, injuries,
- 58:14Speaker 2: they are healed. In the name of Jesus.
- 58:18Speaker 3: Every source of pain that makes you doubt your essence
- 58:21Speaker 3: and doubt what God is doing through your home, I
- 58:24Speaker 3: decree and declare they are healed. Let fire return to
- 58:29Speaker 3: your family altar. Let everything that stopped going well resume
- 58:35Speaker 3: going well. All is well with you. All is well
- 58:39Speaker 3: with this home. In the name of Jesus. You have
- 58:44Speaker 3: all that pertains to life and godliness. There is no scarcity.
- 58:48Speaker 3: God is opening doors of abundance for you. Doors of
- 58:51Speaker 3: provisions for you.
- 58:53Speaker 2: Doors of help for you. In the name of Jesus.
- 58:57Speaker 2: You have more than enough. It is done. In Jesus
- 59:02Speaker 2: mighty name. Amen.
- 59:04Speaker 3: Let's give Jesus big big clap. amen you may want
- 59:12Speaker 3: to be seated for a moment God bless you.
