- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned Podcast.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: I hope you're having a beautiful Wednesday or whatever you are doing as you are tuning into this episode.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: Today's episode is for you.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: If you are in a growth season in your business, which I'm pretty sure everybody who listens to my podcast is in a growth season in their business.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: You are here to move into high-income months.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: You are here to work with high-paying clients, and you are here to build a business that supports a luxurious and expansive life.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: So I'm assuming you are in a growth season in your business right now.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: So am I, so am I.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: And so today I just wanted to sit down and have a chat about what a growth season looks like requires of us and what I'm personally doing behind the scenes to I shouldn't use the word survive the growth season, but hold on to everything that comes in when we are in a growth season in the business.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: So for context, so for some context, it is the 24th of February, and already this year we have held a luxury premium in-person event for women in business.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: We have launched and ran a brand new masterclass.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: I am busy behind the scenes working on a brand new project that I am announcing on Friday, which is very exciting already, and it's the 24th of February.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: And of course, that's the case because 2026 was declared the expansion year, and I am wasting no time.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: But it's been a lot, and we're in expansion season.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: So I wanted to share again what I'm doing behind the scenes to handle the growth, the responsibility, the visibility, the money that comes through the door when you are in this growth season.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: But before I get to sharing what I'm doing behind the scenes, I want to talk to the reality of being in a growth season.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: And for me personally, sometimes I get in this phase where I feel guilty for working so much.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: I question if I'm working too much, should I go and you know have a day at the beach?
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: It's such a beautiful day.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: I have the freedom to get out of the office, go enjoy the day, go and catch up with friends, um, have a day off.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: I question, am I working too much?
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: And sometimes I feel a little bit guilty when I am in this growth season and I am in the work, and then I hear other entrepreneurs talk about the reality of a growth season and the reality of being in the momentum, and it always makes me feel better.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: It always reminds me, oh yeah, I am choosing this, I love my work, I am in a lot of momentum, and I want to ride this out, I want to go all in, and I'm in expansion era.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: So I wanted to talk to that today.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: If you also question how much you're working and how much you're pouring into your business, and if it's supposed to be this busy, and if it's supposed to look this way, and I want to give you full permission, go all the way in, lean into this expansion era and be okay about working a lot.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: You love what you do, you're here to grow a brand on the global scale at the top of your industry, you're here to build something of substance, and the reality is that it does take work, it takes this level of commitment to our work, and that is okay.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: So if you need that reminder that it's okay to be all in on your business right now, it's okay to be prioritizing the business, it's okay to be so in your work, then yeah, I just wanted to, I wanted to give you, I wanted to give you that permission slip.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: So our growth season, our expansive, our expansion season is well upon us.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: And while I'm sitting here saying we love our work and it is so okay to be so in your work right now, pouring all you've got into growing your brand and working with your clients and making money and and writing this momentum out, we of course never want to get to the point where we are burning ourselves out.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: We don't want to get to the point where we subconsciously self-sabotage because our nervous system has reached capacity.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: I always give the analogy within my client calls and also on the podcast, you can't collect four litres of water with a one-liter bucket.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: And so while we are in this expansion era and we're claiming it and we're here for it, we need to ensure that we are also creating the bucket required in order for the money and the success and the visibility to come in because otherwise it will overflow and this expansion era will lead to burnout, or will like you'll be working so hard, but you'll get to the end of this era, this expansion season, and not have the results that you set out to create when entering this expansion yeah.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: So we need a bigger bucket, and so I thought today I would just share, like I said, what I'm doing behind the scenes to expand my bucket so that I can keep receiving more and more and more in my business without overflowing and without breaking and without putting my nervous system into shock mode where it wants to pull me back.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: So I have a list of many different things I'm doing from nervous system work to scheduling to using Notion.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: Um, again, so I just wanted to I wanted to give you some pointers.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: If you're in the expansion season, if you're in your growth season and you want to ensure that you are going about this in a way where you're not going to sabotage yourself, you're not going to burn out.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: And I mean, maybe you are at that point, maybe you are feeling stretched, maybe you are feeling expanded, and you can feel you're about to tip over.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: So hopefully these things will help you.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: The first thing and the most important thing is the nervous system work.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: I did an episode on this a couple of weeks ago, sharing the rituals that I incorporate to regulate my nervous system and program safety when it comes to more money, more visibility, more responsibility, more growth.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: And if that sounds weird to you, programming safety when it comes to those things that you consciously want, please go and binge all of my episodes on this topic because the reality is if you are going to create amounts of money you have not held before, if you are about to expand your business in ways you have not done so before, if you are about to be seen in ways you haven't been seen before, your nervous system eventually is going to realize that things are changing.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: And change is a threat to the subconscious, and therefore you will slip into survival mode and it will try and do all it can to pull you back into the comfort zone.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And unless we are doing this nervous system work, you will eventually burn out, you will eventually lose the income and the clients that you've been working to bring in because the nervous system doesn't feel safe.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: So yeah, go and binge all of those episodes because there are so many on this, and I won't go into all of the rituals on this episode because, like I said, I did an episode recently, but really turning the dial up on these nervous system regulation exercises, and again, there's a whole bunch in that last episode, but this is just going to ensure that you continue to feel comfortable and at ease with this expansion.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: And I'm definitely not going to sit here and say every day is going to feel cruisy and comfortable and easy because you're doing big things in your business, you are expanding to extraordinary levels, and therefore there will be days where you feel out of depth.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: I don't want you to be afraid by that and almost expect it.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: It means you are pushing your boundaries, you're move, you're moving beyond the edge, and that's a great thing.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: But again, we always want to complement that with this nervous system work so that you don't stay there.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: Because of course, if you stay in survival mode, if you stay in this state where you feel stressed and anxious and overwhelmed, you're not going to create the results that you want to be creating within your business.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: So really bring bringing in these nervous system rituals, educating yourself on the importance of nervous system regulation when you are building a business.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: And once you and it and if you do so, it just means that you can keep pushing those edges and you can keep expanding and you can keep getting uncomfortable, knowing it will only remain uncomfortable for so long because you have the tools to create that safety eventually.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: The next thing I'm doing, and I'm bringing this back, and honestly, I've trialed this so many times over the years, and I don't know, I I really do struggle to stick with it, but because there is so much going on in the business at the moment, I think it is going to be helpful, and that is bringing back scheduled focus days.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: So having a day of the week where it's dedicated to a certain part within the business.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: And like I said, I've played around with this in the years prior, and I don't know, I don't stick with it.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: I'm very much a wake up, what do I feel like doing today?
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Or, you know, just whatever's happening in the business, what do I feel called to create and just going with the flow?
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: I've always run my business like that.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: But as I've mentioned, I'm realizing the bigger we're getting these systems are going to be important for my sanity, but also to ensure that we are continuing to move the needle forward the more we grow.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna trial this, I'll let you guys know how I go and bringing back scheduled days where every day has a purpose.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: So what I'm thinking at the moment is Monday is going to be a content day, and as it currently stands, my calendar is only open to clients Tuesday and Wednesday.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: You can't book in with me any other day of the week.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: So I have protected my time in that way, but again, really bringing back this intentionality when it comes to my days.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: So Monday is going to be content day, and I'm going to sit down in my office or go and work from a luxury hotel or by the beach or whatever and create content.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Email copy, podcast scripts, Instagram content, whatever else I'm doing at the time, and just dedicate Monday to content.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: I do have the intention for Monday to be this kind of day, but then sometimes it doesn't happen.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: So I'm really going to make an effort with this.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: Tuesday, Wednesday is going to be my client day as it currently is.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: It's when my calendar is open, it's when we have the sessions inside my mentorship spaces, one-on-one sessions, podcast interviews, so that will remain the same.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm really going to come into Tuesday and Wednesday putting on the hat of client work and mentoring on those two days.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: Thursday, I'm going to leave blank and I'm just going to let that be a day where I can show up in the business however I feel.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Obviously, if we are working on a project and we are in a launch as we are this week, Thursday is going to be dedicated to working on sales page copy, um, again, like content for Instagram, email copy, zapier and doing all of that behind-the-scenes stuff that is so time consuming.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: But yeah, just allowing Thursday to be whatever.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: And again, if I'm feeling it and if it allows Thursday, it can be a day off.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: Go to the beach, go shopping, go get my nails done, go get my hair done, and just have a day of whatever I want to do on a Thursday.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: And then having Friday be my podcasting day.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: So I personally love on a Friday.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: Friday to me feels like a weekend.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: By Thursday, I'm clocked, I'm clocked off, I'm done.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: So on a Friday doing the podcast, because I do enjoy doing the podcast, but I this year made a commitment that, although I say this while I'm not filming myself, made a commitment to film the podcast so that we can get it up on YouTube.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: And so Friday I like to get usually get up and and get dressed.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Usually I'm doing something on a Friday afternoon.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: So having Friday be the podcast content day so that I'm already getting up, getting ready, doing my podcasting, and then I can go and go for a wine in the front on Friday afternoon, catch up with friends, do what I want to do.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Um, and so have that be a um a podcast day.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: So, anyways, that's that's what I'm anticipating my schedule is going to look like.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you go and create your schedule depending on all the many moving parts in your business, but this is personally something I'm going to do just to to quieten down the busyness that's going on in my mind at the moment with all the different moving parts and just have these focus points throughout the week.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: The next thing I'm doing, so I use Notion for my like company hub, it's where we have all of the client files, all of our SOPs, um, task lists, everything to do with the business is on Notion and really leaning into that more.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: So being even more disciplined with documenting everything in Notion, really putting every task into Notion, coming through and ticking that off.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: That's for my sanity and to keep on track of everything.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: But I also have an assistant now, and it's going to allow us to work more seamlessly as a team.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: If my thoughts are in Notion, her thoughts are in Notion, everything is in Notion, and it's just this hub that stores everything.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: So, like I said, I have been using Notion for a few years now, but using it even more, but just make sure, make sure that everything's documented in there.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: Every link, every folder, everything we use within the business is all linked back to Notion so that is it is just this one hub that holds onto everything.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: And I personally love I love some I love some systems and processes, I love playing around with Notion.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: And sometimes when you're just so busy in the business, you forget about the things you enjoy.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: I do love a system, I love a to-do list, I love a task list.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: Um, it comes from my law firm days.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: Everything had to be documented, everything had to be billed, everything had to be in the task list, but I loved that, and so yeah, bringing that element back into the business and turning it up even more.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: Speaking of delegation, I am going to be delegating even more within the business.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: This loss of control or letting go of control has been something that I'm learning and I'm getting used to.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: My assistant Chloe is an absolute superstar and it's like she's been with me since day one.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: But you just get so used to doing a lot on your own.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: So delegation and creating systems whereby she can just jump in and complete tasks is something that I'm still building and again want to pour more time into what tasks I I no longer need to be doing in the business, which is another thing on my list.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: Staying in my zone of genius.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: I am the visionary, I am the creator, I am the mentor within this brand.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: I do my best work when I stay in this zone where the the creative portal can stay open and I can pour into my audience, I can pour into you guys, I can pour into my clients, and I'm not being pulled in multiple different directions, which does happen when you are a solo entrepreneur and before you have a team, you are everything in the business.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: But once you do have a team, you have the benefit of not having to do that anymore and not wear all of those hats.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: So just letting that, letting go of that control and and realizing where I should be in the business and then delegating other parts of the business as opposed to just neglecting them or spending too much time on those areas and then not where I should be within the business.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: The next thing I think goes without saying, just staying off my phone.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: There was an episode that I did with Monique Took last year, and she spoke about a brain productivity hack whereby your brain can focus best for 90 to 120 minutes uninterrupted.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: So she suggests getting your phone out of the office, removing all distractions, and locking in for 90 to 120 minutes, and then going away and having a break, going for a walk, having a scroll, doing whatever to change the task up.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: So really being mindful of that, getting the phone away because we know what it's like.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: You just grab it before you know it, you're on Instagram and you're scrolling, or you're checking that reel, or you're checking that story, or you're checking the client group chat.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: So just removing my phone, especially when I am working on an in-depth project like a program launch, or I'm writing email copy, or I'm in Telegram with my clients again, where I should be and where I want to be, and where you know all of me is required.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: So just removing those distractions and and living in accordance with the way we have been programmed.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: Again, we have the ability to focus for 90 to 120 minutes if we use our brain power in that way.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: So just leaning on that a little bit more and um yeah, just being really disciplined with that.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: The next is leaning into when I'm most productive in the day and letting that guide my work.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: So I've always loved a morning routine.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: You guys know my morning routine is so important.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: Again, if you're new to the podcast, go and find the episodes where I share my morning routine and how important they are to business.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: It's more than just getting up and writing some affirmations in a journal.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: The morning routine that I share with you guys.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Actually, I'm gonna link my morning routine guide in the show notes below and I actually walk you through exactly what I do.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: But my morning routine, as I've mentioned, isn't just writing some affirmations in a journal, it's priming your brain to create the outcome that you want and providing what we call salience to your brain, which is essentially saying, This is important to me, help me create it.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: And so every step in my morning routine is to imprint that new outcome or that new scenario onto the subconscious, shifting your energetic broadcast so that when you go about your day and you show up within the business, you are now a match or you are energetically capable of actually creating that possibility in your reality.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: Again, go and have a look at the morning routine guide and I walk you through it.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: But because I've always been so disciplined with my morning routine, it meant that my work day wouldn't start until after my morning routine.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: And sometimes my morning routine can go up until 10 a.m.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: So by the time I finish that, I'm usually in the gym at some point in there.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: So come home, have a shower, do my hair and makeup, get ready for the day.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: I'm starting work at 10:30, 11 a.m.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: And I'm finding, depending on where I'm at within my cycle, depending on what's going on in the business.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: Sometimes work doesn't get the best of me by 11am.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: And so I'm just allowing if I feel called to get up in the morning and make a coffee and be in the office by 6 a.m.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: and pour into my work, then that's okay.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: The morning routine can happen after that, or I can go to the gym after that.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: And I'm definitely not gonna make this a habit where I'm getting up and I'm getting into the office straight away and working because again, it goes against everything I say about a morning routine.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: But if I'm really if I'm feeling really creative and I'm just excited to get into the office and and create that email or write that sales page or create that content or share some ideas with my clients, let that be the time that I do it.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: I think for so long I've been too regimented with when I work and when I share my ideas.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: And I shared this on the last episode that I did.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I will have such a great download or a really, a really profound idea that I want to share with you guys.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: But then by the time I finish my morning routine and I get in the office, or by the time I get into that part of the business, the download has faded and it's not coming through with the energy that I want it to come through.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: So, again, just being more fluid with when I'm working and where I'm working and what I'm doing when I'm working, and allowing the intuition, the downloads to guide me, not the time or the clock.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, I have been doing that.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: I've been getting up, I actually did it this morning.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Like I said, I'm working on this project, it's launching on Friday.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to share it with you guys.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, I was I was really excited to I was excited to work on it, but there's also a deadline, and this morning I got up at five.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: 30.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: I made my coffee.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: I come straight into the office and I had two and a half hours of really productive work.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: And then I went to the gym and I come home and I did my meditation.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Um, so yeah, just allowing more of that, allowing the productivity to guide when I work, allowing the creativity to lead, not always the clock in my schedule.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: The next thing I am doing is essentially less is more this year.
- 22:26SPEAKER_00: So I'm sitting here talking about the fact that I'm in my expansion era, and to some of you, you may take expansion as more numbers, a bigger following, a bigger client load, more, more, more, more, more.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: But I'm actually doing the opposite.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Expansion to me, and if you came to the class, the art of a lure, the same will be so for you.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: Expansion to me is more money, higher client, client spend, a bigger impact with less.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: So working with clients in exclusive spaces.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: These clients pay a lot of money to learn from me and be in my world, but there's less of them.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: It means they get more of me, but the group is smaller.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: Not speaking to the masses and creating programs for the masses, but creating programs and exclusive spaces for a small group of women who want depth and they want proximity.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: I love working with clients in that capacity.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: I work very closely with all of my clients.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: I create a very deep relationship with all of them.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: I get to know them, I understand their business, and that's why my clients get such good results.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: So just leaning into that even more and not getting caught up in the trap of more is more.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: You know, again, speaking to the masses, going viral on Instagram, pumping out content for the sake of it, more, more, more, more, more, and realizing we can create more by doing less or create more by serving less if your business is set up correctly.
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: Which, if you're jumping in my world, if you are a client in my world, you know the big emphasis is on working with clients at a higher level, having increased prices, creating offers that are at the high end of the price range within your industry, working with clients within the high-end market.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: And if you do that, it's going to allow you to make a lot of money and work with these high-caliber clients without having heaps of clients on the calendar, heaps of clients within your business.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: Um, so again, I'm just leaning into that even more and really looking at ways that we can continue to refine my entire office suite so that there's depth as opposed to mass, and everyone who comes into my world gets this really exclusive experience.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: And then finally, not sharing my entire life online.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: So in the past and up until recently, I shared so much of my life online.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: There's definitely been moments in my business where I did that because I thought I had to in order to grow my business.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: I I thought I had to share all parts of me in order for my audience to trust me to ultimately buy from me.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: Um, but I shifted that assumption and I shifted that belief.
- 25:19SPEAKER_00: And the more I'm building my brand, I'm realizing my audience follow me for my authority.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: They follow me for what I do for their businesses.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, you can sprinkle that with some personality and some lifestyle stuff, but I can still create a really credible brand and and and create great relationships with my audience and my clients, which I do without having to share absolutely everything that I'm doing.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: And so just that alone has created so much space in my day and in my business.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: And again, it means that when you see me online, listen up because I'm here, because I've got something worth saying to you guys, and what I'm saying is for you.
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: I understand you, I understand where you're at in your business, I understand what you want to create in your business, I understand what you're missing, and I talk to that.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: And so, again, if you see a reel from me, if you see me on my Instagram story, if you see a podcast, you know it's being created for you, not just for the sake of having a piece of content online for that day.
- 26:23SPEAKER_00: Um, plus, you guys are like me, we're so over all of the noise on social media.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: Not every piece of content is of value, and so I didn't want to add to that noise.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: And this was a big realization.
- 26:34SPEAKER_00: I had it in the middle of last year.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: Feeling so overwhelmed with social media and feeling every time I clicked on the app, everyone's content was the same, and just not wanting to be a part of that kind of created, gave me this permission that I don't need to add to that.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: If I don't want to add to that, I don't need to add to that, and it really created, yeah, this permission to kind of step back and know that that's not going to impact the business growth at all, you know, and we've seen the opposite unfold.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: Um, anyway, so I'm rambling now, but yeah, just not sharing my entire life online and just sharing the pieces that I know you guys need from me because it's going to help you and your business.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: We are serving clients at a high level, and therefore we need high-level habits, high-level systems, a high-level capacity.
- 27:19SPEAKER_00: And these are just some things that I'm going to be doing behind the scenes to continue to create a bigger bucket so that this momentum that we are in can keep attracting on all of the beautiful things that we are.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna enjoy this growth and I'm not gonna end up burning out or getting to the end of 2026 and having worked a lot but not created a lot because that is honestly my biggest fear.
- 27:44SPEAKER_00: I talk about that all the time.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: Working really hard and not seeing the results that that we want.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: So, your expansion year is upon you.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: I love it for you.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited for what 2026 is going to look like for you.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: And here's some things that you can personally do behind the scenes to ensure that you are expanding your capacity so that you can attract and hold more money, higher-level clients, and the standards that you are really claiming for 2026.
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: Alrighty, stay tuned for my announcement on Friday.
